Glad to see you haven't forgotten about Ted DiBiase, and I am glad that you are going to be giving Ted a huge push because he deserves it in my opinion and I feel that after Legacy he should have had a huge push becoming the star out of that group but now that he is getting his push, it starts with DiBiase getting back on TV and going on a huge winning streak but DiBiase is a Smackdown guy since he got drafted over there
I'm all for a DiBiase push, but I think having him challenge the streak is a bit too far in my eyes. Realistically this could be Taker's penultimate Wrestlemania, so having him face a guy that hasn't been relevant in well over a year wouldn't go down brilliantly in my eyes. Plus, I do think it will be a very hard task to bring Ted up to that level where he can face Taker, in only a few weeks. MITB would be a much better place to start the push for DiBiase.
Anyway, Elimination Chamber was a good show, great effort for your first PPV and I look forward to seeing how the Road to Wrestlemania unfolds! Keep it up dude
Several screen caps of last night’s Elimination Chamber are shown with commentary, giving the television audience a glimpse into what transpired at the pay per view. Everything was covered, but the focus was mainly put onto The Rock retaining the WWE Championship, John Cena forcing Shane McMahon to tap out and subsequently sending him through the announce table with an Attitude Adjustment and both Elimination Chamber matches, respectively. The screen cap montage ended with Alberto Del Rio retaining his World Heavyweight Championship, only to see his night was not over. After the match, the Big Show returned into the picture to deliver not only a Chokeslam but a Knockout Punch as well.
Michael Cole “The Champion is out cold. The Big Show has taken out the Champion, but at least Del Rio has retained his World Heav…WAIT A MINUTE!”
’I’m Here To Show The World’ rang out, more screen caps being shown of Dolph Ziggler racing down to the ring, Money In The Bank briefcase in his hand, cashing in on his World Title match. The next screen cap showed Ziggler landing the Zig Zag, before covering the Champion and getting the three count.
John Bradshaw Layfield “We have a new World Champion! Dolph Ziggler bided his time, but now he is back on top of the wrestling mountain.”
The video package ended with a final glimpse of Dolph Ziggler on the shoulders of Big E Langston, celebrating as the new World Heavyweight Champion.
Monday Night Raw came LIVE from Lafayette, Louisiana, otherwise known as Cajun Country! The crowd was on its feet, roaring loudly ready for the fallout from the Elimination Chamber. Strobe lights flashed all around the arena, the camera panning around to show thousands of fans on their feet cheering for the start of the show. The television cameras then switched over to the commentary team of Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler
Michael Cole “Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Cajun Country! Monday Night Raw is coming to you live from Lafayette, Louisiana and tonight, King, we have a great show for everyone.”
Jerry Lawler “That’s right Michael, we have all the fallout from last night’s Elimination Chamber, plus we’ve just been informed that Money In The Bank qualifying matches will take place tonight as well.”
Michael Cole “That’s right King, we also have important announcements from several superstars and, of course, with the results from last night, we can now confirm that both WWE Champion The Rock, and Number One Contender Brock Lesnar are in the arena tonight.”
The theme music for the Chairman rang out, allowing the crowd to cheer even louder as the boss strutted out from behind the entrance curtain, looking around with a smug grin on his face. He took a moment to soak in the reception, his theme music dying off, before lifting a microphone up to his lips to address the audience.
Mr. McMahon “Well, how about that opening video, huh? Elimination Chamber seemed to be quite the exciting spectacle.”
This was met with a loud applause.
Mr. McMahon “It seems all of you would agree with me. However, there was something from last night and from the past few weeks that, quite frankly, did not have yours truly too excited. Maybe it was just me, but it seems like the inmates have begun to take over the asylum here on Monday nights. So, with that being said…I would like to bring out the General Manager, Vickie Guerrero…”
Even the mere mention of Vickie’s name sent a chorus of boo’s echoing from the CajunDome, seemingly nobody wanting her to make an appearance. Vince patiently waited for a few moments before slowly turning to see Vickie stepping out into view, eyeing the Chairman with a look of confusion and fear. She shrugged her shoulders, not really understanding why she was being summoned, but it would appear that answer was about to be revealed.
Mr. McMahon “Vickie, don’t worry, your job isn’t in jeopardy…at least, not yet. I simply wanted you to come out to be here first hand for this announcement that is going to, well, shake the foundation of this brand. You see, whether it be my son showing up unannounced, The Shield attacking anyone they please at any time, or superstars returning without my knowledge, Monday Night Raw needs a bit of a…shake up. Maybe shake up is the wrong word, but it needs something to keep order, or someone. Which is why I have asked an individual to step in and do just that…and, well, instead of me introducing this person, why not let you do it, it’ll give you a chance to bond with this person, seeing as how you two will be working together.”
Vickie still looked on at Vince a bit nervous at who this individual might be. Vince stepped over to her and lowered his microphone to give to her, before whispering into her ear the name of the new Co General Manager, or whatever job title this person would take. Her facial expression was priceless for the television cameras to capture, her eyes closing as she shook her head, seemingly in horror at who this person would be. The cameras picked up Vince ushering her to go on, Vickie, slowly and reluctantly, bringing the microphone up.
Vickie Guerrero “Th-the man who will be ste-stepping in to…assist me with…Mo-Monday Night Raw is…”
Before she could even finish and name the person, the WWE Universe got to find out.
The roof nearly came off of the CajunDome as Stone Cold Steve Austin made his way out to the sheer delight of everyone in attendance and more than likely, everyone who was watching at home. Stone Cold stared around at the sold out crowd who were on their feet before walking over towards Vince and Vickie, actually shaking the Chairman’s hand as he seemed to be enjoying the agony that Vickie seemed to be in over this decision. She just shook her head, screaming in anger at this decision as Stone Cold grinned cockily as she stormed off, still screaming at the top of her lungs. This brought laughter from Austin and Vince, the Chairman strutting around the entrance way, quite happy with himself as Austin turned and looked at him. As if anyone expected anything less, the moment Vince turned around, that grin faded as he saw the look in Austin’s eyes, immediately being booted in the gut and nailed with a Stone Cold Stunner! Stone Cold got back up to his feet, raising his arms into the air for another loud ovation, before looking back at Vince and laughing as the cameras faded to a commercial break.
Opening Contest – Money In The Bank Qualifier – Singles Match
Antonio Cesaro vs. Zack Ryder
-The crowd was still buzzing over the return of Stone Cold, but they were in for a solid opening contest as the former United States Champion, Antonio Cesaro, took on the Internet Champion, Zack Ryder. Cesaro, fresh off his rather confusion defeat to Xavier Woods at last night’s pay per view, seemed to be in no mood to lose two nights in a row, as he took it to Ryder in the early going. However, the crowd soon got behind Ryder, causing him to fight back and give Cesaro a run for his money. But, in the end, Cesaro was just too much for Ryder, who fell victim to The Neutralizer before being pinned, Cesaro becoming the first superstar to qualify for WrestleMania’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match.- Winner – Antonio Cesaro
After the contest was over, Antonio Cesaro demanded a microphone from the ring announcer, before returning to the center of the ring to address the WWE Universe. He gave an explanation as to why he walked out on his US Title rematch last night at the Elimination Chamber, saying that he deserves better than to be the US Champion. Cesaro finishes by saying that he will take his rightful place in this company, that being the WWE Champion, by taking the first step and winning the Money in the Bank match at WrestleMania. His theme music quickly re-hit the P.A System, Antonio dropping the microphone as another loud chorus of booing rained down on him from the Louisiana crowd.
In the backstage area we find Josh Matthews standing by with Kurt Angle. He is asked about last night’s match involving John Cena and Shane McMahon and the look on Angle’s face seemingly told the whole story. Angle was absolutely infuriated with what transpired last night and told Matthews that John Cena will get his punishment for what he did. Kurt said that he was brought in to light a fire under Cena, well now that fire seems to be lit and it’s become about far more than just that. Angle said that Cena might not even make it to WrestleMania, but if he did, then Kurt would finish what he’s started on the grandest stage.
After the WrestleMania video package finished, Ted DiBiase was shown standing in the backstage area alongside his father, The Million Dollar Man and Hall of Famer, Ted DiBiase Sr. Matt Striker asked the younger DiBiase why his father was here and Ted answered by telling him that it was time that the WWE Universe got a history lesson. A reminder of what a true legacy the DiBiase name was. With the help of his father, Ted was going to make sure that the DiBiase name went down in history as the greatest wrestling family in professional wrestling and it started tonight.
Match Two – Money In The Bank Qualifier – Singles Match
R-Truth vs. Ted DiBiase
-With his father at ringside, Ted seemed to come out with even more purpose than he had in recent weeks. He took the fight to R-Truth, showing off his in-ring ability and impressively disposing of R-Truth throughout the contest. While Truth managed to rally back and send DiBiase reeling on multiple occasions, Ted was not going to be denied as he locked in the Million Dollar Dream and forced R-Truth to submit. Once the referee called for the bell, DiBias then converted it and delivered Dream Street, adding insult to injury.- Winner – Ted DiBiase
Both DiBiase’s stood inside the squared circle, father raising son’s arm in the air to the dismay of the sold out crowd. The Million Dollar man let out one of his infamous laughs, DiBiase just looking around with a smug, arrogant grin after qualifying for Money in the Bank at WrestleMania.
A quick flashback is shown to the opening of the show, Vince McMahon forcing Vickie Guerrero to make the shocking announcement that she would have to share her General Manager duties with someone. That’s when the Glass Shattered, sending shockwaves throughout the WWE Universe as the Texas Rattlesnake had returned to the WWE! Austin’s return was capped off with, what else, a stunner to the Chairman, Vince McMahon followed by a roar of cheers and smile and laugh from Stone Cold.
’Cult of Personality’ hit the P.A System as CM Punk made his way out from behind the entrance curtain, staring around at the sold out crowd who poured in boo after boo in his direction. He made his way down to the squared circle, climbing inside and being handed a microphone from the ring announcer. The crowd was already preparing itself to listen to the excuses as to why Punk failed to recapture the WWE Championship, but this would not be why CM Punk was out here.
CM Punk “I’m sure all of you think I am coming out here to say that I was screwed out of winning the WWE Championship. While I blatantly had The Rock down for far more than a three count, that is not why I have come down to this ring. There will be other opportunities to win back MY WWE Championship, but this…this opportunity comes around only once. And no, I am not talking about The Undertaker and his ‘WrestleMania Streak’”
A pop from the crowd at the mention of The Undertaker.
CM Punk “You see, earlier tonight we witnessed the return of Stone Cold Steve Austin…”
There was yet another massive cheer for the mention of Stone Cold which forced CM Punk to lower the microphone and stroll around the squared circle for a few moments. Once the crowd quieted down, it allowed Punk to continue.
CM Punk “Now I understand this business and I understand this company. I understand the attraction and the draw that Stone Cold Steve Austin brings, but there comes a time when superstars need to step back out of the spotlight, admit that their time is over and stay away. But, obviously Steve wants to relive the glory days. Yeah, he wants to strut around, give a few Stunners, give a few birds and drown himself in the poison that is alcohol, all so you little puppets will scream and cheer. Stone Cold Steve Austin is nothing more than an attention-seeking hack. There is no place in this company for Stone Cold and if he, or any of you people, thinks that just because he has suddenly been given power on Monday Night Raw, that that’s going to make me shut up and toe the company line…well then obviously you don’t know CM Punk very well.”
Punk stared straight forward toward the main television camera, his eyes not shifting away to anything else as he continued on.
CM Punk “Steve can parade around all he once, but I am telling you all now…if he sticks that big bald head of his into any of my business, then so help me I will make sure he goes to sleep. I know that Steve’s ego won’t allow him to just heed my warning, so trust me, actions will be taken and I will not feel any remorse for those actions.”
His theme music re-hit the P.A System, CM Punk slowly lowering the microphone and stared forward as the booing continued. He finally dropped the microphone and exited the squared circle, making his way into the backstage area as Raw faded to another commercial break.
Match Three – Non Title Tag Team Match – Normal Tag
PrimeTime Players vs. Primo & Epico
-The newly crowned Tag Team Champions certainly wanted to show that they were indeed the best tag team in the WWE today. Meanwhile, Primo & Epico knew that they would be in line for a tag title shot with a victory. Both teams brought out all the stops, battling back and forth as each superstar showed off their skill set for the audience watching. In the end, it was the PrimeTime Players who came out on top when O’Neil delivered the Clash of the Titus on Epico and got the pinfall.- Winners – The PrimeTime Players
The two men were handed their Tag Team Titles as they began to dance in the center of the ring. Backstage the WWE Champion was standing by with Josh Matthews. He was asked about the monumental match that was set for WrestleMania involving The Rock and Brock Lesnar; The Rock responded by telling Matthews that it certainly was a must-see match, two gigantic superstars going toe to toe at the granddaddy of them all, WrestleMania. The Rock has had his fair share of history with Brock, but this was a whole different scenario, this was WrestleMania, this was the chance to immortalize yourself, forever and The Rock, who has done it all, was going to add one more thing to his long legacy, whooping Brock Lesnar’s candy ass in the main event of WrestleMania!
Almost simultaneously as The Rock finished his promo, the cameras switched over to Matt Striker who was standing by with Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar, both of whom were watching the nearby flat-screen having just watched The Rock’s speech. As they both turned back around, Heyman shook his head, Brock merely smirking while Striker asked Heyman about what he just witnessed. Heyman told Striker that he agreed with The Rock on one thing, that this match was a must-see contest with two gigantic superstars, legends even, of this industry. However, history is always written by the victor and the story of WrestleMania 29 was going to be written by the NEW WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar!
Match Four – Money in the Bank Qualifier – Singles Match
Kane vs. Shelton Benjamin
-Kane seemed to be on a mission tonight, seemingly still being very frustrated and angered over losing the tag titles at the Elimination Chamber. He squashed Shelton in the early going, using his size and strength to wear down Benjamin, who could not get away from the Big Red Machine. After a few minutes, Benjamin settled in and started to mount some offense of his own, showing off his tremendous athleticism and technical ability. Back and forth the action went, both men scoring near fall after near fall. Daniel Bryan made an appearance at the finish, distracting Kane and allowing Shelton to roll up the Big Red Machine and get the three count!- Winner – Shelton Benjamin
After the bell had sounded, Kane shot up to a vertical base, looking around absolutely stunned as Shelton quickly got out of the ring to avoid any damage. Bryan just stared toward his former tag team partner, the two men now locking eyes as Daniel shook his head, mouthing something toward Kane that the cameras didn’t pick up. Kane slammed his arms on the ring ropes in utter frustration and anger, almost at the boiling point.
Back from the break it was Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler who highlighted all the things we had seen thus far in the evening, including the monumental return of Stone Cold Steve Austin, as well as three Raw Superstars qualifying for Money in the Bank at WrestleMania. From there, they discussed WrestleMania which would be held at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey before taking a look at another video package.
Vickie Guerrero and Stone Cold Steve Austin were shown backstage in what would appear to be their shared office, Vickie still not enjoying the fact that Steve was now her ‘Co-General Manager’ on Raw. However, she was quick to needle Austin about Punk’s comments earlier in the night, telling Steve that he better watch out, because Punk doesn’t play around. Her annoying laugh caused Austin to grimace slightly, before telling Vickie that he, just like Punk, doesn’t play around and just to prove it, he was putting CM Punk in a match tonight against Rey Mysterio. But, he was not finished, he then announced that there would be a special guest referee and it would be none other than Stone Cold himself!
John Cena stood by with Josh Matthews and he talked about what a tremendous pay per view the Elimination Chamber was and how huge of a Monday Night Raw tonight had been already, with the return of Stone Cold and various other things. He was then asked about Kurt Angle’s comments, in which Cena replied that he understands the frustration and anger Angle must be going through, because it was Kurt Angle and Shane McMahon who made him feel that anger and frustration. All John was doing, was returning the favor. He said that Kurt Angle can come at him all he wants, because he’s not backing down and he’s not hiding, but if he does come then he better bring an army, because when John Cena finally gets his hands on Kurt Angle, it’s going to be a beating that Angle will never forget.
Another grainy, self-shot video of The Shield aired over the TitanTron as all three members introduced themselves. They talked about how the Elimination Chamber managed to change their perspective on a couple of things. While they were still in the WWE to clean up the injustice, they figured it was about time they started further taking the WWE over by storm. Before the video ended, The Shield announced that next week on Raw, they would be making a special live appearance to discuss some things openly with the WWE Universe and dared anyone to come out and try to stop them. The handheld camera was placed back on the floor, the three men walking away as it cut off.
Main Event – Special Guest Referee – Singles Match
CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio
Special Guest Referee – Stone Cold Steve Austin
-The match started off with CM Punk cagey, keeping his focus on Stone Cold in the beginning before beating down Mysterio to start the contest, so that he could mouth a few words to Austin, who just sat back in the corner with a smirk. Punk went back to grounding the high flyer, continuing to taunt Austin in the process. It was all this taunting that allowed Mysterio to gain the upper-hand, landing several huge high risk moves to Punk. While the referee is supposed to call the contest right down the middle, several instances were clearly shown in favor of Mysterio, which infuriated Punk. The former WWE Champion managed to regain the advantage and wear down Rey once more, only to see the underdog continued to fight and claw his way back into the contest. The two men traded offense from there, gaining several near falls before ultimately seeing CM Punk connect with two straight GTS’! He covered the lifeless body of Mysterio, staring into the eyes of Austin with a crazed look before demanding he make the count. Stone Cold had no choice and very slowly counted the three.- Winner – CM Punk
The bell sounded, CM Punk standing up onto his feet and demanding Stone Cold raise his hand. He continued to tap his wrist, yelling in Austin’s face to raise his hand, Stone Cold finally obliging and raising it. Punk arrogantly grinned only to be booted in the gut and nailed with a Stone Cold Stunner! Monday Night Raw faded off the air with Austin parading around to all four corners, guzzling down his cans of beer, even stopping to dump a can onto the body of CM Punk before continuing on his way.

Enjoy. Sorry if the promos are off, been a while since I tried to do them like this, so I am rusty. I've decided to only do full promos for important things, plus I just can't properly portray every superstar in the WWE lol.
PWInsider - WM Plans, Nixes & More
-Following the unexpected return of Stone Cold Steve Austin, it would seem that the WWE has pulled the trigger on a CM Punk vs. Steve Austin match at WrestleMania. However, look for Stone Cold to remain in his 'Co-GM' role past WrestleMania, then again, plans can always change.
-The WWE could've gone either way with CM Punk, but now that they have ultimately decided to go with the Punk/Austin program, this leaves The Undertaker out of WrestleMania. Creative had planned on Ted DiBiase taking on the Deadman, but soon nixed the idea considering the limited time they had to push DiBiase into a credible threat to break the streak. Ultimately DiBiase was placed in the MITB match and now creative seems to have put themselves in a real jam for Undertaker's next WrestleMania opponent.
-Several names have been discussed for The Undertaker's next WrestleMania feud, which will surely begin this week on SmackDown. Randy Orton, Mark Henry, Jack Swagger and Wade Barrett have all been brought up, so don't be surprised if it's one of them...and even The Shield have been brought up in this scenario for The Undertaker, so don't count out anything just yet.
Monday Night Raw Review
-The return of Stone Cold was shocking to every fan watching and even most of the talent backstage. The WWE higher-ups kept this return a secret and managed to sneak Austin into the arena, relatively undetected. Given what transpired between the two on Raw, a Punk/Austin match seems to be in the works for WrestleMania XXIX, which would add to the already massive singles matches involving Lesnar/Rock & Angle/Cena.
-Three superstars from Raw have already qualified for MITB at WM and three are expected to qualify from SmackDown this Friday, which leaves two spots still open for the announced Eight-Man ladder match. Creative apparently are going to keep those two spots a secret and they won't be revealed into either the MITB Match itself, or the week prior to 'Mania.
-Next week on Raw, The Shield have been scheduled to appear live inside the squared circle and it's believed that we will be seeing more of them in in-ring action leading into WrestleMania and beyond. WWE Creative, and possibly more importantly Vince McMahon, is extremely high on all three members of The Shield, so don't be surprised if you start seeing Championship pushes for all three men after WrestleMania.
Friday Night SmackDown Preview
-Money in the Bank Qualifying Matches will be taking place this Friday night. Three in total, which would bring the MITB Head-Count up to Six by the end of the evening, leaving two spots still up for grabs. Becoming Mr. Money In The Bank has a great track record in becoming a future WWE or World Heavyweight Champion, so with so much on the line, you can rest assured that these three contests will have each superstar pulling out all the stops.
-Speaking of Money in the Bank, at the Elimination Chamber pay per view, Dolph Ziggler finally cashed in his MITB Contract and ultimately became the World Heavyweight Champion. The fallout from the tremendous night stars this Friday and General Manager Booker T has announced that Alberto Del Rio will be making an announcement to kick off the show. With a rematch clause still looming for Del Rio, will he choose to exercise that clause right away or wait for a later date?
-With so many big name superstars in attendance, this fallout episode of Friday Night SmackDown should bring all the action and drama any wrestling fan could ever want. Will we see a World Heavyweight Championship match? Who will emerge and qualify for Money in the Bank? These are only some of the questions that will be answered this Friday night on SmackDown!
So happy that Stone Cold Steve Austin is back and that he is in charge of RAW along with Vickie, but I want to see Austin around more often and in charge because I would rather Steve be the GM of RAW than Vickie because at this point she is just played out and it is better suited for her to be someone's manager/valet
But I hope Stone Cold crosses paths with both The Rock and Brock Lesnar, but also that he also crosses paths with CM Punk
Love that DiBiase is back on the stage and also that he has his father The Million Dollar Man Ted Sr. as his valet/manager because I think that will really help elevate Ted to where he is supposed to be and I just hope DiBiase has a good showing when it comes to Money in the Bank, hell he could even be a favorite to win the match

Alberto Del Rio defeats Dolph Ziggler(c) via DQ Dolph Ziggler retains the World Title
-To start the show, Del Rio announced that he would be using his rematch clause tonight on Friday Night SmackDown, which brought delight to the sold out crowd.
-With Booker T still recovering from the assault by Wade Barrett a couple of weeks ago, the interim GM was Teddy Long, who had brief discussions with the likes of Ryback and Wade Barrett. Ryback told Long that he wanted to make sure Dolph Ziggler was all his for WrestleMania, even if that meant taking out Big E himself. As for Barrett, Long made it clear, if he laid a finger on Teddy he would be stripped of the IC Title.
-An Anonymous, eerie video aired over the TitanTron (see video in previous post) which showed the arrival of a potential new superstar and diva to the WWE.
-Randy Orton, Carlito and John Morrison had a run-in following their matches, each man staring down the other before explaining why they would be the next MITB.
-Following the Main Event, ADR was absolutely livid at winning the match, but not being awarded the World Title. He was attacked by Big E Langston when he was on the verge of winning. As Ziggler and Big E celebrated, interim General Manager Teddy Long announced that this was not over. However, instead of restarting the match, he was instead going to give Del Rio another opportunity, by adding him to the World Title Match at WrestleMania!
sorry for the quick results, but I lost all of my SD and Raw shows, so Raw will also be in this form unfortunately.

-Angle cut a promom before the match, but the match itself did not last long and was a chance for Kurt to showcase all of his abilities. He treated Yoshi like a ragdoll, doing whatever he pleased, before ultimately landing an Angle Slam before forcing him to tap out with the Angle Lock.-
Raw MITB Showcase - Singles Match
Ted DiBiase w/ Ted DiBiase Sr. defeats Shelton Benjamin
-Both men put on a technical display, going back and forth. Several near falls were made by both men, but in the end it was The Million Dollar man who helped his son gain the victory, tripping and distracting Benjamin so DiBiase could land Dream Street and get the three.-
WWE Divas Championship - Singles Match
AJ Lee w/ Dolph Ziggler & Big E Langston defeats Kaitlyn(c)
-Kaitlyn was always busy keeping her eyes on Big E and Dolph on the outside, which allowed AJ Lee to get the upper hand throughout the contest. Kaitlyn always managed to fire back on her opponent and was close on several occasions to retaining the title, but either AJ kicked out or Langston or Dolph aided her in some way. So it was no surprise when Ziggler intervened and distracted Kaitlyn, getting a slap for his troubles, only to have AJ Lee roll her up and get the victory.-
Dean Ambrose defeats Kofi Kingston
-The Shield was banned from ringside by Stone Cold Steve Austin, which allowed Kofi to relax and focus solely on Dean Amrbose. The crowd got their enjoyment seeing Kingston take it to The Shield member, but that was short lived as Ambrose took control and eventually landed the Midnight Special and pinned Kofi.-
Main Event - Tag Team Match
Brock Lesnar & CM Punk w/ Paul Heyman defeats John Cena & The Rock
-In a monumental tag team contest, these four superstars had an atmosphere that could almost rival WrestleMania. Each man got their chance to display their wrestling, strength and whatever else they pleased. Paul Heyman got involved several times, before being planted by The Rock, which allowed Lesnar to gain the advantage and nail Rock with an F-5 and get the three count!-
-Kurt Angle kicked off the show with a promo regarding John Cena. He told the crowd that he would make sure that John Cena suffered twice the amount he made Shane McMahon suffer at the Elimination Chamber. But, tonight, he needed to let off some steam and anger and warm up for his match at WrestleMania.
-The Shield entered from their usual place and got inside the ring. They told the WWE Universe that while they were unsuccessful, to an extent, inside the Elimination Chamber as far as a victory was concerned, they succeeded in proving that they are one of the greatest forces this company has ever seen. From here, The Shield wanted to reach new heights, claim Championships, but most importantly, bring forth the biggest injustice inside this company...The Undertaker's WrestleMania streak! They traded mic time, discussing how selfish and how ridiculous The Undertaker was and had become over the past two decades and it was time for a change. Which was why, next week on SmackDown, they would make a special appearance and call out The Deadman, personally!
-Antonio Cesaro was at ringside during the DiBiase/Benjamin contest and commentated along with Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler. He put over all of his opponents in the Money In The Bank contest, at the same time giving them little digs here and there, before putting over himself in regards to who was the best superstar in the match and who would win. Following the conclusion, DiBiase and Cesaro had a bit of a stare down with one another, each man smirking arrogantly towards the other as they jawed back and forth.
-Vickie Guerrero and Stone Cold Steve Austin announced the matches of Dean Ambrose vs. Kofi Kingston, Austin plugging in that the rest of The Shield was banned from ringside, as well as Rock/Cena vs. Punk/Lesnar. Vickie was quick to joke about Austin having to take Punk's verbal abuse last week, before having to count his victory. Stone Cold snapped back with the fact that he delivered a Stone Cold Stunner to Punk and would do it again if needed.
-After AJ Lee was crowned the new Diva's Champion she celebrated with her newly won title as well as Ziggler and Langston, only to be interuppted by the returning Mickie James! The crowd erupted as AJ Lee looked on in shock. Kaitlyn then proceeded to dump Lee to the outside where Mickie Lou Thez Pressed her and landed several forearms before being seperated by Ziggler and Langston. The three of them quickly exited the scene, Mickie and Kaitlyn embracing as the crowd cheered.
-CM Punk cut a lengthy promo in regards to how last week ended and Stone Cold's overall career. He gave Austin his credit in some cases, but would always put the Texas Rattlesnake down when it came to doing anything in this era, especially to CM Punk. The Straight Edge star then got real serious, not liking the fact that Austin poured beer on him last week and promised him that retribution would be coming.
-Kaitlyn was shown talking to Stone Cold in the back, along with Mickie James. Austin said he was quite impressed with the way both women handled themselves out there after the contest and decided to give Kaitlyn her rematch for the Diva's Championship, but also grant Mickie James a spot in the match as well! The two women looked at one another before nodding, not seeming to have to much of a problem with the decision.
-Later on in the night, Paul Heyman stood by with both of his clients, CM Punk and Brock Lesnar. He told both men that while they both have bigger ambitions, that they needed to focus on tonight, otherwise, people would just over look all they had done up until this point. They would overlook all of what Brock had done and they would constantly needle Punk, saying he couldn't beat The Rock. Both men seemed to react strong to the 'pep-talk' as they looked toward one another, still not knowing what to make of the other.
- I have been loving DiBiase Jr. ever since he has come back on to the scene and especially with his father The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase Sr. in his corner as his manager because DiBiase Jr. is now meant to be the star he should have always been and he is well on his way to doing just that winning yet another match especially after qualifying for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match but then winning another match with DiBiase beating Shelton Benjamin all be it with help from his father but nevertheless DiBiase is my pick to win Money in the Bank because everyone everyone has a price for the DiBiase family HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
- Kurt Angle back on RAW and in his first match back, it wasn't even like it was close, it was a squash match a decisive victory over Yoshi Tatsu making him tap out to the Ankle Lock, definitely a direct message sent there towards Cena
- AJ is the new WWE Divas Champion beating Kaitlyn for the title, I love it because now it sets up Kaitlyn vs AJ for WrestleMania 29 and they are going to be in New York/New Jersey at MetLife Stadium in AJ's home state of New Jersey in AJ's backyard with her as the WWE Divas Champion, she is going to have the crowd on her side there with Kaitlyn being in hostile territory but I love how AJ won the title all be it with help from her boyfriend the World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston in tow to distract Kaitlyn long enough for AJ to take full advantage and now AJ & Dolph have championship gold
- Dean Ambrose beats Kofi, I love it, because even apart in singles matches The Shield still look dominant and impressive as a unit and also collectively in their own right but The Shield they must be either crazy or stupid for wanting to go up against Undertaker at WrestleMania 29 facing Taker for his Streak but The Shield have proven that they do have what it takes to beat anyone on any given night but to call out The Dead Man, I have no ideea about that
- Brock Lesnar & CM Punk defeating The Rock and Cena, I love it because it gives both Lesnar and Punk even more momentum heading towards WrestleMania and Lesnar has gotten one over on The Rock yet again while Cena is losing momentum as far as Angle is concerned while Punk may be proving himself where Austin is concerned
Opening Contest - Singles Match
Titus O'Neil w/ Darren Young defeats JTG w/ Shad Gaspard
-A small preview of the Tag Team Title match scheduled for WrestleMania saw Titus and JTG duke it out in singles action. Neither man wanted their respective opponent to gain momentum heading towards the monumental pay per view, so they both came out with a point and purpose. O'Neil, however, was the man who succeeded with the help of Darren Young's distraction he managed to deliver the Clash of the Titus to JTG and get the victory.-
Match Two - Singles Match
Mickie James defeats Aksana
-The return to a WWE ring couldn't have gone more smoothly for Mickie James as she took on Aksana. She gave Mickie little resistence, James having her way with the woman for most of the contest. Aksana managed to have some moments of offense, but was eventually hit with a Tornado DDT by Mickie, who got the three count.-
Match Three - Intrabrand MITB Showcase
Antonio Cesaro defeats John Morrison
-The first installent of Raw Superstars invading Friday Nights saw the Monday show take the first battle. In a thrilling contest with back and forth action, including several high risk moves by Morrison to wow the audience, it was Cesaro who escaped the contest with the victory. It was not easy, both men nearly winning the match on several different occasions, but Antonio blocked Morrison's Starship Pain attempt, before landing the Neutralizer.-
Match Four - Tag Team Match
Dolph Ziggler & Big E Langston defeats Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara
-The World Champion and his bodyguard were put in action by Teddy Long against the high flying tandum of Mysterio and Cara. The two masked men were on the offensive from the opening bell, keeping the other two men guessing throughout with their beautiful aerial displays. Eventually, like all high flyers, they were caught mid air and slammed down. In the end, it was Langston who delivered a violent Powerbomb to Sin Cara and pinned him, Ziggler holding Mysterio from breaking up the pin attempt.-
Match Five - Intrabrand MITB Showcase
Randy Orton defeats Ted DiBiase
-Quite possibly the hottest superstar on either roster over the past few weeks has been Ted DiBiase. But, tonight, with his father banned from ringside by Teddy Long, he had to go one on one with his former mentor, Randy Orton. The two former Legacy members battled it out, knowing each others attacks almost as well as their own. While DiBiase more than held his own against The Viper, Orton was too much and landed an RKO to secure his win.-
Main Event -
Ryback defeats Seth Rollins w/ Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose
-The Royal Rumble winner was given the chance to exact a little revenge on the trio that had made his life hell over the past couple of months. While he couldn't get his hands on all three of them, he could focus solely on Rollins and that he did. While Ambrose and Reigns took it upon themselves to get involved and allow Rollins to gain the upper hand, Ryback continued to push on and fight back. Seth Rollins looked more than impressive but just when Ryback hoisted Rollins into the air for the Future Shock, the other members of The Shield hit the ring, forcing the referee to disqualify Rollins and call for the bell.-
-Friday Night SmackDown kicked off with The Shield inside the squared circle. The three men introduced themselves for the sold out crowd, before again bringing up why they have decided to come to SmackDown. They talked about The Undertaker and everything that he had accomplished in the company, but they said that he had never faced something that had been assembled like the three men inside the ring. From there, they issued a challenge to The Undertaker for WrestleMania, only to get no response, which brought smug grins on their faces. They called Taker a coward, scared to receive his due process, because he knew that The Shield would bring justice.
-Teddy Long was shown backstage as he announced that tonight there would be a twist in the show. A few superstars from Raw were invited to participate in a cross-brand showcase, he said. Long then revealed the superstars, before telling them their individual opponents, before telling DiBiase that his father was banned from ringside for his contest with Orton.
-Several superstars cut 'short and to the point' promos either regarding their matches tonight or at WrestleMania in over a months time. Everyone from Ziggler and AJ Lee, discussing their recent Championship victories, to Ryback and Del Rio confronting one another backstage and talking about how they would be the one to walk out of WM as the World Champion. But, they managed to agree on one thing, Dolph Ziggler was in for the beating of his life. Even Wade Barrett made a promo inside the ring, saying how ever since he won the Intercontinental Title, he has felt under appreciated for everything he has done. Then the three SmackDown MITB participants each got their turn to talk about the MITB Contest and how they would be victorious.
-Following the disqualification of Seth Rollins in the Main Event, The Shield continued their 3-on-1 assault of Ryback before a huge GONG hit the P.A System. The three men spun around as the lights dimmed, the crowd erupting for the arrival of The Deadman. While The Undertaker did not appear the TitanTron lit up showing an eerie video package, before switching and showing all of the superstars The Undertaker has defeated at WrestleMania, before returning to a live shot of The Shield inside the ring, the date of WrestleMania 29 flashing across the TitanTron, signaling the accepting of the challenge!
as the title says, due to unforseen circumstances, I will be posting SD and Raw in quick results again before taking care of some things and returning to this. sorry for the shit shows lately, but, what can you do.
