Live From Madison Square Garden, The National Wrestling Federation Presents Punishment!

Don West:
Quote:
Welcome to the first ever Pay per view event in the history of the NWF! Here I am with my partner Matt Striker!
Matt Striker:
Quote:
This should be a great event we have for you here tonight! It has also been announced that the 4-way match tonight is Falls count anywhere! Along with the outside fighting rule null and void for tonight, as this is not Saturday Night Warzone!
A run down of the card and a view of the entrance way, being a steel gate in front of a street like entrance about ten feet from the ring.

West:
Quote:
Tonight we start off with finding the toughest, of the tough!
New York Street Fight: Bob Holly Vs Cliff Compton

Cliff enters first with his airbrushed Holly jacket and has a baseball bat in his hand. Bob Holly comes after with a shopping cart of weapons. Cliff rushes out for him and Holly shoves the cart into him. The bell rings and the match starts.

Bob delivers hard rights to Cliff and Irish whips him into the steel steps. Holly grabs a crowbar from the shopping cart and takes it to Cliff's ribs. He tosses the crowbar off his back and kicks him onto the ground. Bob lines up the shopping cart and then runs straight for Compton and Cliff dodges. Holly hits his own stomach off the handle of the cart and falls back. Compton follows up with the garbage can in the cart. He smashes it on his back and lines it up. A suplex onto the can and it's absolutely crushed.

Compton tries for a pin but only gets two. He throws him in the ring and grabs a steel chair and a Singapore cane. Cliff smacks Bob in the back with the chair and sets it on the mat. He drops the Cliffhanger on the chair and brushes his hair back. He smirks and grabs the cane yelling he's not done.

Compton canes Bob in the back over and over until Holly is bleeding from his shoulder. Compton slides out the ring and grabs a chair from underneath the apron and it has Bob Holly bruised spray painted onto it. He tosses it in and takes his bat. Holly catches the chair and cracks it over his head. Compton hits the canvas and Holly takes the bat. Bob takes out Cliff's knee with it and picks him up. Bob delivers a piledriver onto the spray painted chair.

Holly goes for the pin but Compton elbows his head as he did M-Dogg 20. Compton is bleeding from his eyebrow and slides out the ring. He pulls out a fire extinguisher and blows it in his opponent's face when he leans out the ring. Cliff takes the chair afterwards and he's about to drop Bob. First he attacks his arm yelling "STOP HITTING YOURSELF!" As a reverse, Holly cheapshots his gut, and picks up and hits the Alabama Slam. Compton screams in pain and reaches for his bat.

Bob hooks the leg and Compton hits Bob in the back of the head with the handle of the bat. Bob passes out and Cliff picks him up and hits the Cliffhanger again. He then wraps the bat around his throat and the ref holds up Holly's arm and he doesn't respond to the count of three.

Your Winner: Cliff Compton

Cliff stumbles out of the ring and wipes the blood off his head as he limps to the back. The weapons are cleared out and Bob is helped to the locker room.

-Backstage Segment-

Charlie Haas paces back and forth.

Haas:
Quote:
Last night i'm waiting for Shelton, he's not there. I call him, he doesn't answer. Our last match and this is what we got. This should be great...
Benjamin walks on the scene.

Haas:
Quote:
The hell? Where have you been?
Shelton takes off his glasses to answer and Steiner shoves them both telling the "fatboys" to get to the ring. Masters follows him shaking his head.

The World's Greatest Tag Team Vs The Standard

Steiner and Masters pose down as Shelton and Charlie walk out separately. Haas starts off and Steiner tries to bully him. The two get in a test of strength and Scott tosses him out of the ring and starts doing push ups. Charlie runs back in and clotheslines Big Poppa Pump. Scott comes back with a few good hits and tags Chris in, but not until a few more push ups.

Masters takes over and pummels him, as Charlie tags in Shelton. Benjamin circles Chris and tags Charlie back in after a few seconds. Haas is angry and Chris gets the master lock on him. Shelton saves him but only for now. Charlie then punches Chris to the ropes and toe drops him. He drops Chris with the Haastility and almost gets a pinfall but only two. Masters tries to take him down but Charlie gets the Haas of Pain on and Chris is about to tap, but Steiner makes a save. Then does push ups in Chris's face yelling "WHY CAN'T YOU WIN!?"

Shelton then rushes in and takes them both down and Charlie lifts Masters and they hit the Greatest Finisher. The crowd pops for their team work and Scott is slumped in the corner. As they celebrate Shelton low blows Charlie and hits the Money Clip. Scott then tags himself in and gets the pin.

Your Winners: The Standard

Shelton flips off the crowd and heads back on his own. Backstage Ace Steel is taping up his wrists and Petey Williams and walking to the ring with his Cruiserweight title.

"Last Chance" Ace Steel Vs Petey Williams For the Cruiserweight title

Ace enters first and climbs up to the top of the eight foot entrance way and stands on the overhang. Everyone is confused and Williams walks out posing, and sees Ace isn't there. He looks all over and turns to see Steel up above, who jumps off the entrance and lands the Steel Spike on the concrete. Steel then stands above him and holds the title up. Williams isn't moving and Ace speaks to the camera.

Steel:
Quote:
My Last chance will not be a failure. If I have to take out Williams, then so be it.
He shoves the camera and pushes the EMTs out of the way and drags Petey to the ring. Maple Leaf Muscle is still laid out cold and Ace goes for a pin. The ref hesitates and then starts the count. One, two, and thr--- a foot on the rope? Petey gets one foot on the rope! Ace is furious and the crowd is going crazy. Steel then stomps on him and goes for a pin again, only two. Williams pulls himself up on the ropes and dodges an elbow, following up with a gut kick and a stalling suplex. Ace is laid out and Petey is back in the match!

Williams goes for a pin, but only a one. Steel kicks out and clotheslines Petey, then forearms his back over and over. He hits the ropes and Petey tackles him down and crawls out of the ring. Williams keeps walking but collapses on the mat. Ace rolls out and picks up Petey and drops his head off the barricade. Williams falls back on the mat and Steel throws him in the ring. Ace lifts him up and Irish whips him and Petey counters with a kick to the gut and he signals the Canadian Destroyer, but Ace reverses and hits the Spinal Shock. He goes for the pin and one, two, three.

Your Winner and New Cruiserweight Champion: "Last Chance" Ace Steel

He is booed wildly and holds up the title yelling "I FINALLY DID IT! AND YOU ALL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT!" He walks to the back holding up his title as Petey is carried out by EMTs and Medics.

West:
Quote:
It's hard to say what his condition is, but we hope it isn't too serious.
Backstage James Mitchell is with his entire Alliance as Muta has a black robe on waiting to be called.

Mitchell:
Quote:
Tonight, Falls count anywhere for M-Dogg 20, and you Brother Krimson will handle your business with him. Next week Johnny Gargano, tonight Shad Gaspard. Brother Muta, it is your time.
Muta stands up and puts his hood on as he heads to the ring. He enters to a lights out entrance and stands in the ring. Shad Gaspard then walks out and nods his head to him, doing a throat slice taunt.

The Great Muta Vs Shad Gaspard for the TV title

The two start off in a grapple and mat wrestle and Shad lands a side walk slam. He lands the leg drop and gets a two count. Muta then side swipes him and puts him in a leg lock while holding the ropes. Shad powers out and hits a Samoan Drop. Muta then gets up and is hit by another Drop and stumbles to the corner, as Shad misses the big boot and Muta lands the Shining Wizard. Gaspard is laid out and Muta gets a two count.

Shad kicks out and scoop slams the legend, and follows up with a top rope Leg drop. Another two count and Muta gets a head scissors and tries to get a submission victory. Shad then overhead slams him on the mat and stomps all over him. Muta then sweeps him out from under his feet and lands a cradle piledriver. Shad just barely kicks out and Muta resorts to his signature as he signals green mist. Jushin Liger then runs in the ring and stare him down. Muta tries to spit the mist as Liger but misses and Shad lands the STO by surprise and hooks the leg. One, two, three!

Your Winner and New Television Champion: Shad Gaspard

Shad holds the title up and Jushin congratulates him. Backstage we see Antonio with Brown and Tarver warming up for the Basham Brothers. Monty takes down a punching bag off the chain and cracks his neck as we go to the Basham Brothers hitting a speed bag. To the ring and an introduction as The Bashams enter first. Then Team Bank$ walk out without Antonio.

Team Bank$ Vs The Basham Brothers

The match starts with Tarver taking the pain to Danny as he slams and dominates the younger brother. Big boy Doug then runs in for a save but Monty hits the spinebuster on him and yells in his face. He heads back to the corner and Tarver gut wrench suplexes Danny down hard. The two appear unstoppable as he tags in Monty. Brown then lariats the two brothers and the opponents reverse one lariat and land a double DDT.

Doug is tagged in afterwards and clotheslines Monty over and over until he hits a drop kick, taking him off his feet. Brown crawls to the corner and Doug runs for him, but Monty hits the Pounce and Basham is down for the count. Tarver hits the Kill Shot on a running Danny who tries to save Doug but fails. Monty gets the pinfall.

Your Winners: Team Bank$

An absolutely dominating win. As they head to the back Antonio sprays some champagne for them. Just around the corner Jerry Lynn holds up a leather Dog Collar with metal spikes all around the neck. He sighs and takes a deep breath. Allison Danger tries to interview him but he just passes by, but Tyson Kidd steps up.

Kidd:
Quote:
Make no mistake about it Allison, tonight may just be the end of both Jerry Lynn and Tyson Kidd. Isis won't be at ring side with me, i'm doing this on my own and i'm not leaving Jerry Lynn standing.
Isis pats him on the back and steps back to the locker room. Kidd walks to the entrance and Lynn already has the collar on. Tyson takes deep breaths and enters. He puts the collar on and the bell rings.

Tyson Kidd Vs Jerry Lynn in a Dog Collar Match

They start off trying to tug each other their way and both run at each other. They brawl and throw hard fists. Jerry uses the chain as a weapon and whips Kidd in the back and arms. Tyson flinches and kicks his knee. He wraps the chain around the vet's neck and chokes him in a rear naked position. Tyson chokes him until his face is red and Jerry struggles out.

Kidd whips his skull with the chain and Jerry clotheslines him. We notice Kidd's back and right arm are lacerated. Lynn then whips his back again, causing more blood. Tyson then low blows him and wraps the chain around his fist. He busts up Jerry and cracks his skull open. Tyson continues to beat him and knees his face. He goes for a pin but Jerry kicks out. Lynn is now bleeding down his forehead to his chin, and Tyson is beating him even more.

Lynn pushes him off and heel kicks his face. Tyson folds to the mat and Jerry is now bleeding down to his chest. Tyson tries to come back so he uses the chain as a pair of knucks and strikes his gut. He grabs Jerry and tosses him over the rope and hangs him by the collar. Jerry is choking and blood is down to his waist now. Kidd keeps punch his skull while choking him. Jerry then touches the mat and pulls Kidd over the ropes and onto the concrete entrance way.

Kidd yells in pain and Jerry hits a clothesline while he's sitting. The spike on the collar also hits Tyson's face and blood drips from his cheek. He bleeds to his jawline and Lynn drags him back to the ring. Lynn then runs to the ropes and goes for a moonsault off and Kidd drags the chain, causing Jerry to wreck and hit the canvas hard.

Jerry is in a sitting position and Kidd jumps off the ropes and hits a heel kick to the face. He goes for a pin and only gets two. the young challenger is crawling across the mat covered in blood. He looks down and sees his knee is bleeding from hitting the spike. Jerry gets up and drop kicks Tyson and locks on a figure 4. Kidd tries to get out but Lynn keeps him in. Tys then kicks his nose and wraps the chain around his throat again and takes him up to the turnbuckle. They throw fists back and forth and Kidd hits the Blockbuster onto the announce table.

Both lie there broken and bleeding, and Tyson gets an arm over.

Your Winner: Tyson Kidd

Isis rushes out and tries to help Kidd, who's bleeding from the arm, knee, back, and face. She carries him out as he's completely lifeless. The EMTs also attend to Jerry Lynn as the crowd chants "KIDD AND LYNN! KIDD AND LYNN! KIDD AND LYNN!"

West and Striker stand up and clap to both of them as they are rushed to the back. Then a view outside of the arena on the New York night where Elijah Burke is standing.

Burke:
Quote:
All of you at home, please put your hands on the screen and touch Burke's hand. I'm here to save and relieve your souls of what you will see here tonight, and what you've already seen. As your leader I will not hold back on the Punishment, but the deed will be done.
We cut back to Sadistic Fame and Picture Perfect shoving each other backstage and referees lies four tables up outside the ring. Picture Perfect walk out first and Sadistic Fame attack them. A fight breaks out and the bell rings.

Sadistic Fame Vs Picture Perfect for the Tag titles in a Tables match

Evans then cartwheels around Kendrick and pokes his eyes. Sydistiko and Kidman fight it out in the ring while they brawl outside. Jack sets up a table by the entrance way and DDTs Kendrick on the floor. Jack tosses a table to Billy and Sydistiko hits a backcracker on him. Evans then hits a spot off the apron and onto Kendrick. He sets up two more tables outside the steel gate. Sydistiko then hurricaranas him over the ropes and Kidman reverses it into a powerbomb.

Kidman sets up a table in the ring by the corner and Sydistiko is thrown in by Evans. Kendrick follows and they all fight. Kidman then sets up Sydistiko in the corner, followed by Kendrick and Evans who set up the tower of doom. They all wreck through the table together and Evans is eliminated along with Kendrick. Sydistiko and Kidman remain. They both roll out and fight to the entrance way.

Kidman climbs up to the top of the entrance as Sydistiko follows and they elbow each other until Kidman grabs him by the throat and chokeslams him down through three tables.

Your Winners and New Tag Team Champions: Picture Perfect

The tables are being cleaned up as we get a split camera view of all four contenders backstage about to enter the MSG ring. The announcer then addresses the Falls Count Anywhere rule and the contendership.

M-Dogg 20 Vs Elijah Burke Vs Rhyno Vs Jeff Jarrett Falls Count Anywhere for a shot at the World title.

M-Dogg 20 enters first and has a lead pipe in his hand as he watches his back. Rhyno next, then Jeff with his guitar, then Rhyno smacking his head. The bell ring and chaos ensues. A brawl starts out and Jarrett misses the guitar shot and M-Dogg takes him out with the lead pipe.

M-Dogg clotheslines him over the rope and the Alliance of Darkness hops the barricade. The nine wrestlers all brawl in the ring and outside as the crowd chants "RIOT! RIOT! RIOT!" M-Dogg then grabs a bat from under the ring and starts clearing people out until they all run to the back and Krimson slips under the ring. Jarrett then hits the stroke on an unsuspecting Rhyno and goes for a pin, but no three.

Jeff goes for his guitar but Elijah grabs it and M-Dogg drops Burke. Jeff grabs the guitar and rolls out. Elijah crawls and Rhyno hits the Gore! on M-Dogg 20. Jarrett then guitar shots Rhyno and does a strut in the ring. Elijah lands the 4-Up on Double J and irish whips him to the corner. M-Dogg and Rhyno lie there beaten as Krimson appears from under the ring with a steel chair. He runs in and decks the ref, then Elijah, then Jarrett, then Rhyno. M-Dogg dodges and shoves him down and starts pounding on him.

The two fight out of the ring and to the entrance way. Elijah and Jarrett crawl after a minute and trying to fight each other. Jeff lands his Russian Leg sweep, and Rhyno is picking a target. The War Machine kicks Elijah and lands a Rhino Driver, just as Jeff tries to get the pin on Burke. Rhyno stops him and the two fight it out. Krimson and M-Dogg are smacking each other into the walls as Krimson grabs his chair and tries to take him down. M-Dogg springboards off the wall and superkicks Krimson.

The crowd pops and Elijah Irish whips Jarrett and hits the Elijah Express on him. Rhyno then lariats Elijah to the apron, and shoulder blocks him onto the barricade. The War Machine slides out and sees a game plan. Krimson is crawling from M-Dogg who is picking up a steel chair. Rhyno then sets up a finisher and Gores! M-Dogg right through the steel gates and breaks the doors down! The crowd is shocked and goes crazy. Elijah is in the ring and is hit by the Stroke as Jeff goes for the pin. The bell rings.

Your Winner and No. 1 Contender: Rhyno

M-Dogg got pinned after he was gored through the gates and he wins. Jeff flips and grabs a steel chair. He smacks Elijah in the back and decks the announcer in the head. Matt Striker tries to stop him.

Striker:
Quote:
Jeff! Jeff! stop it!
Striker is then knocked out of his seat by a chair shot. Double J tosses the chair and he is livid. Police officers then escort him to the back as Elijah limps out.

Backstage though Antonio and Carlito are ready to go, the world title on the line. Colon still taped up, Bank$ still feeling the taser effects. A new announcer arrives and the bout is set to begin. Lex Luger comes out and sets the title at ringside and takes a seat. Raven also joins Don West as a new commentator since Striker is out.

The World Heavyweight Title: Antonio Bank$ Vs Carlito Colon.

Antonio Bank$ enters with all his managers and agents first. They surround the ring and Carlito Colon comes out afterwards. Luger tells all the agents and managers to get out and Antonio is pissed. The bell rings and Carlito takes down Bank$.

A ground and pound begins as Carlito is gaining the upper hand. Antonio then knees his ribs and gets him off. The two grapple and reverse in and out of submissions for several minutes until Colon hits a facebreaker. A one count and Antonio is back up and greeted by four arm drags. Carlito then lands a flowing DDT, followed by a reverse STO. Bank$ kicks out again and gets three German Suplexes in a row, followed by a single leg Boston Crab.

Carlito reaches for the ropes and gets the bottom. Antonio and Carlito now exchange hits and slams for four minutes until both are laid out on the mat. Antonio is going to desperate measures and slams Carlito's skull off an exposed turnbuckle pad. Colon is busted wide open. Bank$ then stomps him in the corner and gets a few face knees in. Carlito is bleeding down to his chest and Antonio hits a vicious DDT. Carlito kicks out at two, and Antonio hits the Playmaker on Colon.

The second generation star is hurt and crawls to the ropes. Bank$ picks him up but is hit by a Backstabber. Colon goes for a pin, one, two, thr- no! Antonio is still in this. He irish whips Carlito over the top and Double axe handles onto him. Bank$ throws Carlito to the corner and lines him up. He rushes for him and Carlito moves, causing Antonio to break down the metal barricade on his own shoulder. Colon is out of breath and the crowd surround Bank$.

The ref counts for seven before Carlito rolls in and out. Colon tries to drag Antonio but he is out of it. Antonio somewhat moves before Colon drags his body to the ring. He rolls him in and goes for a pin, but Antonio gets a foot on the rope. Carlito can't believe it isn't over. Colon sets up a Backstabber but Antonio clips his knee and locks on the Take it to the Bank. Carlito can't reach the ropes and his neck is cranked all the way back. Antonio is screaming that his arm is in pain and he has to stop the hold. Bank$ clutches his arm and cries in pain of it.

Colon then locks on an Armbar and Antonio is about to tap but he hits an elbow to the nose and gets out. He reaches for the turnbuckle and tries to get up top. He sits up as Carlito goes up for a facebreaker, but The MVP of wrestling turns it into a powerbomb and sends him to the mat with a Jacknife, then hits a diving elbow onto the injured torso and hooks the leg. one, two, three!

Your Winner and New NWF Heavyweight Champion: Antonio Bank$

He grabs the belt and holds it up to the sky as Brown and Tarver come out to hold him up.

Bank$:
Quote:
I AM YOUR WORLD CHAMPION!I AM THE MVP OF THE NWF! AND ALL OF WRESTLING!
Just then the lights goes out and Mr. Wrestling III appears in a spotlight on top of the entrance. Brown and Tarver set Antonio down and stare at him. He points at Antonio and the light goes out again. As it comes back on his mask is gone and he sticks his arms out. The music then hits as he stands on the entrance above the broken gate.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okmi0mCNJ8g

Team Bank$ then all stand there shocked as Lex Luger and Raven both look at each other. Antonio drops his belt and he drops to his knees and pounds the mat.

Well, I didn't read much of NWF but I'll be following from the last show. The show starts off with a New York Street Fight. Not too familiar with the wrestlers involved but I'll make the best of it. This was your standard hardcore match and a good opening. Not too much or too little. Realistically, I can't tell you if the wrestlers involved acted realistic but this seems like a great match to start off with: Brawling and blood!

You can't go wrong with the WGTT! I'll be watching how this team plays out given Haas's situation right now. Benjamin turns his back on Haas. The part where Steiner does push-ups seemed kinda odd to picture in my head but Steiner is Steiner. Let's see how this new rivalry will play out.

Ah. Ace Steel vs Petey Williams. Williams put up somewhat of a fight, a great fight considering what Ace did pre-match. This really gives Ace momentum and I would like to see how this will roll out throughout the weeks to come.

Two new champions so far. The only thing I don't understand is, is Muta spitting the mist at Liger or is Muta spitting the mist but misses and it hits Liger? Either way, great but short, short championship match to cool down the crowd and not burn them out.

Pretty good tag team talent you have here. Nice match between the two teams but Tarver is more of a "bar room" brawler in my eyes than a regular brawler. But what do I know? I've only seen him in a handful of matches on NXT!

Tyson Kidd faces Jerry Lynn. Just skimming this match seemed pretty worthy to read. Matches before that were half the length so I was pretty interested to spend a minute or two reading this match. I got to the part where the spike collar hits Tyson's face and that's pretty brutal. I can see why Luger said what he said the other night. But this was a brawl like the first match.

Im liking your tag matches. The only thing is that I didn't know who was on who's team so I had to infer. I was rooting for Sadistic Fame. Everyone seems to be losing their championships.

Oh. Sh*t. That beginning of that match was unexpected. I skimmed this one and I see Rhyno captured the victory. Let's see who he will be facing.

The main event was amazing. I happen to know Carlito and his style pretty so that I can see. Another blood fest! Overall, the show was very hardcore and the match of the next was Kidd vs Lynn to me. The only things I can say to critique is that some things weren't understandable. Some parts seemed like a huge part of the show (i.e. post-main event) but I felt they were underwritten but this was a nice start for a Pay-Per View. Every champion lost their championship. This was a great effort on your part and you hooked me.

84/B
First thanks for reading and all. Second, Petey was the only title holder, the rest were vacant straps. And yes Punishment is somewhat hardcore themed, so i'm glad it felt that way. The big reveal at the end maybe was a bit underwritten but ya know, it worked out. Oh and Muta missed Liger, and turned to get STO'd by Shad.

1/13/19
San Diego California, RIMAC Arena
NWF Saturday Night Warzone

The show opens to a recap of Punishment in MSG and Don West introduces us with Matt Striker and their new commentary partner Raven.

West:
Quote:
Right here tonight the full fall out from Punishment, tag team action, cruiserweight action, the Television champion, Chris Jericho and a the new women's division from Lanny Poffo.
-Women's Locker room-

Lanny Poffo walks back and forth in front of the women's line up. The line up being Isis, Sarita, Rosita, Daffney, Beth Phoenix, Cherry Bomb, Hamada, Cheerleader Melissa, and Awesome Kong at the end. Just then Allison Danger walks in and Poffo tells her to line up.

Poffo:
Quote:
Well Ladies..and..ladies here we are. You have all been selected to build a new brand of women's wrestling. Some of you have left other places unceremoniously, but we here at the NWF have bigger plans for all of you. The Women's title soon on the line along with the Ms.NWF title for one for one of you lucky gals!
Isis and Sarita make eyes at each other and Rosita steps between them.

Poffo:
Quote:
This is exciting already! Next week Sarita you and Isis can settle your issues, Beth you got Cherry. The rest of you will relax until then, have fun ladies!
Just then Nick Mondo walks in and has his hand over his eyes.

Poffo:
Quote:
Nick my boy, you can remove your hand.
Mondo:
Quote:
Look Lanny, Mr. Poffo sir we need to talk about my match-
Poffo:
Quote:
Say no more, to my office or whatever they gave me we go, have fun ladies, and try not to kill anyone until next week 'kay?
To the ring we go and Shelton Benjamin is lazily walking out to a boo as Johnny Gargano is making his debut.

Shelton Benjamin Vs "Pretty Boy" Johnny Gargano

Shelton takes Johnny lightly early on which leads to him being taken advantage of as Gargano steps up and lays a beatdown on Benjamin. Johnny goes for a Boston crab but Shelton gets out and hits a superkick to the ribs, then a DDT. He brushes off everyone booing him and goes for a pin but only a one count. Shelton keeps pummeling him and tries to go for a leg lock, but Gargano reverses it and kicks his knees out. Johnny then hits the Baby Ace Crusher and goes for a pin but only two.

Benjamin gets angry now and starts attacking wildly but Johnny kicks him off and lands the Enzuigiri and follows up with the Lawn Dart throw to the corner. Shelton rolls out and gets back in and hits a takedown, followed by a flurry of punches. Johnny gets out and goes for a Reverse STO, but Shelton hits the Paydirt and gets the pinfall.

Your Winner: The World's Greatest Backstabber Shelton Benjamin

Benjamin walks out not caring about the match itself and leaves. Johnny gets an applause and leaves too. Just backstage then we see a locker room door that reads "Chris Jericho."

Commercial break

We come back and a countdown leading to "Y2J" hits the screen, pyro and out comes Chris Jericho. The crowd does a wild pop and he does a arms out pose. He's wearing a jacket combining the lights and his old shiny jackets. Chris grabs a mic and steps in the ring.

-Chris Jericho has a plan-

Jericho:
Quote:
Ladies, gentlemen and assclowns alike, I am Y-2-Juhh
He's cut off by M-Dogg 20's music. M-Dogg comes out, bandaged side and all.

M-Dogg 20:
Quote:
Chris, Chris. This isn't some attack on you, i wasn't sent here by anybody. This is a talk man to man. This is Matt Cross talking to Chris Jericho. You're a star in this business, hell you're one of the biggest damn stars to ever step in a squared circle, but you've crossed a line with me.
Jericho:
Quote:
I'm here for a reason Matt, just as you-
Cross:
Quote:
I wasn't done...
An "ooohhh" from the crowd.

Cross:
Quote:
I worked my ass off for 13 years to be in the spotlight of this business, because i love this business! I didn't mind people like Jerry Lynn or Scott Steiner being here, because we're supposed to be a "family." A family huh? Well Chris I know why you're here. The truth is the powers that be didn't accept Chris Jericho on a contract. According to them, you were unreliable and looking into other endeavors outside of this business.

So you wanted to get in one way or another, so a fake ring name and a nice little disguise and suddenly everyone is hitting the mat and being dropped. Well Chris, if you wanted to get in, you shouldn't have been putting careers on the line for your own damn selfish game! Truth is you had high motives than just being the "golden boy" for the NWF huh Chris?
Jericho then smacks his mic away.

Jericho:
Quote:
You little wanna be prick! I invented everything you've ever done and you decide you want to talk to me like this? My NAME IS CHRIS JERICHO! NOW WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?
Matt grabs his mic.

Cross:
Quote:
My name is Matt Cross, and I'm here to kick your ass. Forget the suspension, forget these bandages and forget the corporate screwjob that's run in the back by those two clowns Mr.-
His mic cuts off. He tries to talk but nothing works and police officers get in the ring and grab him. Chris grabs the other mic,

Jericho:
Quote:
Who's paying bail this time Matt? You can take him away but i want this punk in February. You want to be the big man? I'll see you at Revenge wanna be.
Cross is escorted out as he's kicking at the police. The show quickly cuts off and hits commercial.

Commercial break

Ace Steel and Petey's taken out.

We come back to a recap of Petey Williams being taken down and a doctor showing X-Ray's to Ace Steel. Steel holds his title on shoulder while listening as Scorpio Sky steps in.

Sky:
Quote:
I hope you realize you may have ended him for good. Yeah, it's your last chance, but was this needed? Ace I swear to God, when we step in the ring again, Only one of us is walking out. If you even try to do to me what you did to Petey, i'm ending your career like you did his, an eye for an eye.
Steel:
Quote:
You're right, only one of us will be walking out...
The Cruiserweights locker room is shown after this.

-Cruiserweight Locker room-

Ruckus:
Quote:
How much longer are we gonna sit around here with training wheels on?
Amazing Red:
Quote:
You just got here so settle down Ruckus.
Austin Creed shadowboxes in the back as Rocky Romero is putting his furry jacket and glasses on.

Ruckus:
Quote:
I came to fight, not have a bunch of pigs with badges taking people down everytime they talk a bit of trash.
Creed:
Quote:
Alright Menace II Intelligence, you got beef? You wanna fight tonight? You got Red, so handle it out there.
Romero:
Quote:
Yeah and you got me Austin, so are you ready?
Creed:
Quote:
I was facing Jeff Jarrett last week when you were back here playing with your jacket and goofing around. So get serious or it's over tonight.
Romero:
Quote:
Why don't you act like a t-shirt and get clotheslined!...Yeah!....ha..
Ruckus then stands up and pushes his way through.

Ruckus:
Quote:
Man, forget this i'm taking this anger out tonight, i'll see you in the ring ya red bastard.
Ruckus Vs Amazing Red

Ruckus enters first to Cassidy's "I'm a Hustla" and Red comes out after. The bout is evenly matched, as Red uses agility and Ruckus is all brutality tonight. Ruckus takes out his left leg and goes to work on it. He hits a Foot DDT and then a one leg Boston crab. Red is near tap out but grabs the rope. Ruckus then hits a swinging neckbreaker and to the top rope. He goes for the 450 splash and Amazing rolls out of the way.

Ruckus is in pain but Red hurricaranas him and goes for a pin. Only two and Ruck kicks out and clotheslines him. Red then pushes him off and hits a brainbuster. A kick out at two once again, and Ruckus elbows him in the chin and lands the Hate Crime (sitout suplex slam) and a three count.

Your Winner: Ruckus

He then lights up a cigar and blows smoke into the camera as Red is laid out in the ring. Backstage we see Romero and Creed ready to go. Then a video package of Colt Cabana's trip.

-Colt Cabana's Redemption-

Colt, Haku, and Backlund are all doing Karoake of "All out of love."

Cabana:
Quote:
I'M ALL OUT OF LOVE....I'M SO LOST WITHOUT YOU...
Haku:
Quote:
I KNOW YOU WERE RIGHT...BELIEVING FOR SO LONG!
Backlund:
Quote:
I'M ALL OUT OF LOVE!
Cabana:
Quote:
WHAT AM I WITHOUT YOU!
They all put their arms around each other and sing together.

Cabana, Haku, Backlund:
Quote:
I CAN'T BE TOO LATE TO SAY I WAS SO WRONG!
Cabana:
Quote:
Oh...what are you thinking of...what are you thinking offf??
The camera pans to Bobby the Brain on the right.

Bobby Heenan:
Quote:
I'm thinking you three are morons.
Backlund:
Quote:
..Back to training next week.
Back to the ring as Austin Creed is waiting for Romero to come down.

Rocky Romero Vs "Consequences" Austin Creed

Rocky enters the ring and the bout starts. Austin gets a lot of boxing hits in and Rocky is dazed. Romero then toe drops him and gets an ankle lock on. Creed then kicks his face and hits a Lou Thesz press, followed by punches. Austin then hits a Diving DDT off the ropes, springboard style and gets a two count.

Rocky throws him out of the ring then and hits a suicide dive to the outside. He follows up with a throw in to the ring and a Tiger suplex. Creed just barely kicks out and gets up to hit the MontiFisto and Rocky drops hard to the mat. Austin then gets a headlock Romero stands up out of it and rams him into the corner. He turns and does mock boxing punches on Austin and hits a jumping knee. He runs to hit another knee but Creed hits a knee to the face and gets a guillotine on and Rocky taps.

Your Winner: Austin Creed

Creed celebrates on his way to the back and Rocky throws his glasses.

West:
Quote:
After that great bout we have a few words from Punishment winner, Tyson Kidd at home.
Tyson Kidd has something to say...

Kidd is on the screen with a taped up body. The crowd boos his image.

Kidd:
Quote:
At Punishment i defeated the hardcore legend himself. I paid the price, and Lynn paid the price. Turns out Jerry just might be done with this career he's embarked on, and here I am. I gave everything in that ring and i'm still the bad guy to all of you? You arrogant pieces of (censor) What else do you want me to do? Huh? I still get people telling me "Oh Jerry has him in the next one?" Maybe Jerry won't have a next one.

I was tired of the old stars of Wrestling taking my spot and I did something about and i gave you all a hell of a show and this is how i'm repaid. Of course i'm reduced to you tool bags in the audience, but I guess we'll see if i'll return the favor soon. I put my life on the line, maybe someone else's will be next time.
Commercial break

Backstage the Alliance of Darkness sit around as Mitchell tells them they have to step up tonight and Kevin nods as Judas follows him out the door.

-Tag Team Locker room-

Alex Riley:
Quote:
It's only one loss man, no biggie. We got the next one!
Paul Burchill:
Quote:
Yeah, i'm sure we do...
The Bashams walk by and Riley laughs a bit.

Doug Basham:
Quote:
Something funny boy?
Riley:
Quote:
No sir, Popeye sir.
Doug:
Quote:
You two beat us before, but how about we take this to the ring again next week huh?
In the background Sadistic Fame have heated up a bag of popcorn and Sydistiko is throwing some at Riley's head.

Danny:
Quote:
Let's see if you go 2 for 2 huh?
Burchill:
Quote:
We'll go two for two, just worry about Team Bank$ until then huh?
Doug:
Quote:
We see you already met them.
Kendrick:
Quote:
Hey can you guys speed this argument up a bit? I have a future waiting for me.
They are all about to argue but Team Bank$ walk in and everyone gets quiet. Monty does a flinch at Riley and then Doug, but Doug doesn't move. Tarver pulls him back and they laugh. Now to the ring as the PR Powers, San Juan Kid and PR Flyer make their debut.

PR Powers Vs The Alliance of Darkness

San Juan and PR have a better amount of time as team and bring high flying to slow down Judas from taking advantage. They both hit a double STO, DDT, drop toe hold, and then attempt a double power bomb, but Kevin clotheslines them both down. Kevin then hits a Crucifix powerbomb on PR Flyer to the outside mat and Judas lands the over the shoulder face buster on San Juan Kid.

Kevin stomps on a defenseless PR Flyer, as Judas lands the Frog splash on the San Juan Kid. PR Flyer then does a springboard off the apron and heel kicks Kevin to the barricade. He runs for him but Kevin flips him over and into the crowd. Mesias looks outside at this and San Juan goes for a roll up but only two. PR Flyer then hits a backstabber off the barricade and onto Kevin. Thorn then struggles and gets up as the two exchange rights and lefts. Thorn tosses him into the steel steps after that. Next, Mesias waves for him and Thorn runs in and they hit a double powerbomb. Then Judas goes for the pin and gets a three count.

Your Winners: The Alliance of Darkness

James Mitchell puts their arms up and they walk to the back. Krimson then walks out just past them and nods. The PR Powers are applauded by the crowd as they walk out.

Krimson Vs Johnny Devine

Johnny does a dance out and nods to the crowd. He runs to the ring and Krimson catches him with a back body drop. Krimson gets a bull dog in and goes for a pin but only two. Johnny counters with a body slam and a elbow moonsault off the third rope. Krimson kicks out of the count and the two mat wrestle.

Krimson gets a piledriver to land and Johnny only barely kicks out. Krimson and Devine both exchange signatures and Irish whips until Johnny is caught in a Triangle choke. He just barely gets out and pulls off a Tarantula DDT on the ropes and gets a count of 2 and 1/2. He sets up a piledriver, but Krimson hits his own and gets a three count.

Your Winner: Krimson

He spits blood on Johnny and rolls out of the ring. He does a throat slice to the camera and tells Gargano he's coming for him and Matt Cross.

Commercial break

-The Television Champion-

Shad is in the ring and holding the TV title.

Gaspard:
Quote:
I got a bit of talk after my match. I either get congratulations, or luck is on your side...People are saying I only beat the Great Muta because of Jushin Liger. If so, i'm a paper champion huh? Well this giant S.O.B ain't gonna settle for that.

I got a talk with the leaders in the back, and at Revenge I'll be defending this title. It doesn't matter who it is anyone can step up and the head giant in charge will take care of business.
Then Shelton Benjamin walks out and grabs a mic.

Benjamin:
Quote:
hold up big boy, I just took down a star fresh off the indys everyone was pulling for so, you better have considered me.
Charlie Haas then stands behind him and police officers step between them. Lex Luger appears on screen.

Luger:
Quote:
Calm down boys, at Revenge it's Benjamin Vs Haas. Shad you want to take on everybody, so i'll find a suitable contender for you. Next week Jay Bradley will step up and we'll see if he takes the reigns to get a shot at you and your title.
Police take Haas and Benjamin to the back and commercial.

Quick break.

We come back to Antonio Bank$ with his managers and security guards in the ring. He holds up the New world heavyweight title of the National Wrestling Federation.

Bank$:
Quote:
It feels good to be a champion. Last Sunday when the MSG was torn down by my talent and natural ability, I became the world heavyweight champion. I damn near broke my shoulder on a barricade and still won, please play the tape!
The recap plays along with Antonio yelling "Boom!" everytime he hits a move.

Bank$:
Quote:
But now, we got more pressing issues. One month, Rhyno, the War machine...You Gored Matt Cross or M-Dogg or whatever through a steel gate! But you're gonna need more than the Gore to take me down. Rhyno you're a one trick pony that happened to get lucky, but at Revenge the Machine will break down and Chris Jericho, don't think i forgot about you.

You have your hands full, so stay alive while you can-
Rhyno then stands on the stage and the agents and managers crowd the ramp backing him away. He takes a mic after they surround the stage.

Rhyno:
Quote:
One month Antonio, Revenge is the keyword. I won't need a taser, i won't need bodyguards, steel chairs, guitars, a mask or a phony identity. There will be Gore and there will be pain, but all the money you got won't stop me. And now that i remember it, all your boys here. They aren't under contract, so they're fair game!
He Gores! an agent and fights off a bunch of managers. Around ten-twelve men are taken down by him alone as Antonio is calling for Monty and Tarver. They slide out to back him off and a man in a ski mask has a baseball bat and clocks Rhyno in the back and runs through the crowd and out the door as we see police officers chasing him down. Antonio and then stands over Rhyno holding the title just as the man hops into a car and drives away.

Backstage Nick Mondo is breathing heavy as he has another challenge. Jason Gory leaves the locker room and Nick heads to the stage.

Commercial break

"Sick" Nick Mondo Vs Jason Gory

Jason goes directly for his back but Mondo avoids this and goes for kicks and strikes on Gory. He roundhouse kicks and hits a standing leg drop and a two count. Jason trips him and hits a bunch of rights to his head. He follows up with a moonsault off the ropes and gets a two count. Nick crawls to the corner and Jason kicks his back, which results in a serious "ooohh..." from the crowd. Nick screams and tackles him in desperation.

Mondo keeps elbowing and punching him in the face as Jason is bleeding from his lip now. Nick gets the crowd pumped as he goes roundhouse and a jumping cutter. He goes for a pin, and only two. Jason then sidekicks his ribs and tosses him to the corner. He sets up a superplex and everyone is chanting "NO! NO!" Nick then pushes him off and goes for a elbow drop. He hits it and goes for the pin, but Gory kicks out and throws him out of the ring. Jason goes for a suicide dive and hits the barricade. Nick rolls in the ring and thinks to hit a dive but has second thoughts. Jason hops up and does a missile drop kick off the top rope, springboard style, and gets a three count.

Your Winner: Jason Gory

Nick is just glad he made it out in one piece. Then Lizmark and Thorn walk out escort him, but as that happens Marco Corleone hops over the barricade and has a wooden chair in hand. Jason turns and Marco swings for him and Gory hops out. He runs after the three and Raven grabs him from the commentary table and holds him back.

Raven:
Quote:
Don't do it! You'll get your chance! Just not yet!
Corleone settles down and nods to Raven as the crowd cheers him on. In a recap of his last attack we go to Jay Bradley in a vignette.

-"Lonesome" Jay Bradley preview-

Jay is holding a beer at the bar and looks wiped out.

Bradley:
Quote:
Chances like this come along rarely. I've thrown away a lot of things for all the wrong reasons. I've even been screwed out of a few things. But I've gone down the wrong roads, and I've gone down the right roads. This by far will be the only right thing I've done in along...long time. I'm not a golden boy, and i'm not the top choice, but I'll be in the NWF, and I'll finally come full circle.
Just before the main event we cut away to see Cliff Compton outside in the streets of Manhattan.

-A Street wide challenge-

Compton:
Quote:
3000 miles away...Maybe we can't fight in the ring, but the streets are always open. Next week, Saturday Night Warzone, the Hammerstein Ballroom I stand outside of right now. Not too far away from the most famous arena in the world. MSG, right where I gave Bob Holly an ass kicking to remember, apparently i'm not done yet. A bully's job is just never done. It's not done if he's still moving.

Bobby boy, you won't stay down. You decided to cry like a (censor) to Lex Luger and DDP until they gave you a rematch at Revenge, how about this. Next week me and you, Manhattan, the streets. No rules, no cops, no guards, no pinfalls. Just one man left standing. I'll see ya then Bobby.
Back to the arena for our main event, Elijah and Jarrett have to team together against the new tag team champions, Billy Kidman and Jack Evans.

Jeff Jarrett and Elijah Burke Vs Picture Perfect

Picture Perfect enter first and hold up the belts as Elijah is telling Jeff that's saving out souls and Jarrett holds his guitar up saying he better have a doctor save him if they don't win. They go to the ring and the match starts.

Elijah is in first and Kidman uses veteran knowledge to gain control. He takes him off his feet and the two have a classic style, pure match until Burke chop blocks his leg and tags in Jeff. Double J then hits a stiff Russian leg sweep and Kidman's head snaps back. A one count and Jeff continues the beatdown. Billy tags in Jack and Evans springboards onto Jeff and gets in three standing sentons in a row.

He nods to the crowd and goes for another but Jeff puts his knees out. Jarrett grabs him and Irish whips him to Elijah. The two beat him down and Burke pulls his knee pads down. He hits the 4-up and Jarrett turns him around. the Elijah Express hits and he's not the legal man so no tag. Kidman rushes in and tackles Burke to the outside. Jarrett goes for a pin but Jack gets a foot on the rope.

Jeff wipes sweat off his head and sets up the Stroke, but Evans counters into a monkey flip and a standing leg drop. Outside Kidman and Elijah fight and Burke clotheslines him over the barricade. The two rumble in the crowd and Kidman is flipped onto the barricade and grabs his back in pain.

Elijah poses over him and rejoices with his followers in the crowd.
Jarrett is kicking out of a pin inside and Jack goes up top, but Jeff hits the rope and Evans is hurt in his little "jacks" if you will. Jarrett gets on the top rope and hits a Stroke from the turnbuckle to the mat. Kidman then slides into the ring but Elijah is outside chilling. Billy stops the pin and Evans is laid out. Burke then realizes the match is still on and runs in.

Jarrett then fights with Kidman and tosses him to the corner. Elijah grabs the guitar and Jeff holds Billy on the ropes. He knees the back of his head and Evans is still down and out. The ref is turned to Jeff and Elijah busts the guitar over Billy Kidman and Jeff hits another Stroke and gets a pinfall on Evans.

Your Winners: Jeff Jarrett and Elijah Burke

Jarrett and Burke both stand as strange allies tonight as the ref raises their hands in victory. Kidman is covered in guitar pieces as Evans is laid out. Burke lays the tag titles on them and Jeff does a strut mocking the champs. In the back we see Antonio leaving with Monty and Tarver, as they head to the limo Bank$ doesn't answer any questions and takes a seat in. Tarver and Brown get in after. Inside we see Antonio say "Alright back to the house."

Then the window is busted out with a lead pipe as Rhyno starts busting the windows out. Antonio is cursing and yelling as the car pulls off and Rhyno is breathing heavy and saying, "The bat didn't do the job....and nothing else will!" The show ends with the limo skidding out of the lot and into the street.

We start off warzone after following an above average Punishment show. The beginning was fine, a bit odd to start with the women's division but maybe your promotion is interagated plus Ms. NWF is coming up. I kind of smirked at the Nick Mondo part as it was a bit silly but I would like to see what is he negotiating.

Shelton Benjamin may be coming off a huge loss at the PPV but he is riding a wave of momentum following his betrayal of his partner Haas. Too bad Johnny Gargano had to deal with him :P Seems like a "middle of the show match" but I can see why it opens the show seeing that it is the debut of Gargano.

So much heat given in that Jericho/Cross promo. Cross gave his whole story and Jericho came off as a bully to me, smacking the mic of out of his hand. This was a great promo to hook the readers in to see more.

I'm not sure but didn't Ace jump off the entrance structure? Probably. If so, this promo was alright to set up. Could've been more intense given Williams's carrer could have been drastically shortened, if he's lucky.

Took me awhile to get what was going on in that cruiserweight locker room, Crred will be facing Romero and Ruckus will be facing Amazing Red. Ruckus vs Red was an good match btw. The Rocky and Creed match was even better.

I was picturing that whole Cabana, Haku and Backlund package in my mind. No comment. In a good way. (Hilarious)

Kidd's ranting was OK. I understand why because of his match with Jerry Lynn at NWF : Punishment. (Match of the Night) but nevertheless, nothing more, nothing less.

The tag team promo and match (PR Powers v AoD) was awesome. One of the best matches of the night. So far anyway.

I don't know much about Krimson or Johnny Devine as I don't recall seeing them on Punishment. It was an alright match.

These next two promos are awesome. I knew Haas would have to respond to Benjamin (which would have been awesome if that promo was either after Benjamin v Gargando or switching the order of Krimson v Devine and Shelton v Gargando. The Bank$ segment was awesome, especially Rhyno's part.

The Mondo vs Gory match was alright. I now see how this connects to the beginning of the show. The Bradley and Compton promos were good too. I'm looking forward to the Street Wide challenge.

The main event wasn't really hyped throughout the show but I read it anyway. Good read to say the least. This was a hardcore match and I would have never thought to see Jarrett and Burke as allies. The end was awesome. Guitars are a must! Overall, the show was above average, not neccesarily decent but not neccesarily amazing. I read this for some fueds and to see you progress. I hope the next show gives more intesnity though, because I mean, that's what you want right?

I actually intended Lynn V. Kidd to be match of the night, which everyone seemed to think so, so it worked. And yes Ace did do a Steel Spike (diving DDT) off the MSG entrance way onto Petey. Which is probably about 15 feet max. just by looking.
