Re: WWE: Road To WM30

WWE Raw - 5th November 2012

Raw begins with stills from Hell In A Cell, where CM Punk pinned Ryback despite Ryback having his foot on the ropes. The special referee that night was John Cena, and tonight he will make his return to the ring against the man he cost the WWE Championship in a #1 contendership match. The champion himself CM Punk will be the special guest referee for the match.

Live in the arena, pyro shoots as JR and Michael Cole welcome viewers to WWE Raw live from Birmingham England. The announcers advertise a MizTV segment later in the show, with special guest AJ Lee. Sheamus's music hits to a good reaction from the crowd, as Ross notes Sheamus is from nearby Ireland. Wade Barrett's music then hits to a face reaction from the crowd, who are hot for the local. Cole says we are set for an explosive start to Raw as the bell rings.

Halfway into the match, Big Show's music hits to heavy boos. Show slowly makes his way down the ramp as the match continues. Show stays ringside, scouting his opponent for Survivor Series in 2 weeks. Sheamus starts to get the upper-hand and lands White Noise on Barrett. Sheamus begins to signal for the Brogue Kick before Show hops onto the apron. Sheamus tries to land the Kick on Show, but he avoids the contact. Sheamus turns around and walks into Winds Of Change from Barrett, who scores the 3 to loud cheers from the crowd.

Wade Barrett def. Sheamus

As Barrett exits the ring, Show enters and delivers the WMD to Sheamus, leaving him fallen in the ring. Show takes a mic: “How does it feel Sheamus? I knocked you out at Hell In A Cell, I just knocked you out again right now. You want your rematch at Survivor Series? Fine by me 'fella', because I will take my first and knock you out again.” Show stands tall over Sheamus and his music plays. We transition to backstage, where Zack Ryder is shown walking down the hall. Long Island Iced Z will be in action after the break.

Back live, Zack Ryder's music hits to a good reaction. The announcers say Ryder is looking to get back into the Unites States Championship picture, but faces a stern test from his opponent tonight. Dolph Ziggler's music hits to bring out Mr Money In The Bank as his opponent.

After 6 minutes of action, Ziggler escapes a Rough Ryder attempt and connect with a Super Kick for the clean 3.

Dolph Ziggler def. Zack Ryder

JR says Mr Money In The Bank is looking more and more like a World Champion with every performance, before wondering when he will cash in his Money In The Bank contract.

Backstage, Josh Matthews has John Cena for an interview. Matthews asks Cena how feels about making his comeback from injury against Ryback tonight. Cena replies: “I'm delighted to get back in the ring and fight. People have been asking me if I'm scared of Ryback. There answer is no, I'm scared of no man. But I'm not stupid. I know Ryback thinks I'm the reason he isn't the WWE Champion, and he knows he has to go through me to get another shot at Punk. It's my first match back, the deck is stacked. But as badly as Ryback wants the title, so do I. Come hell or high water I will beat Ryback tonight, then I will take the WWE Championship from CM Punk at Survivor Series.”

A graphic is then shown on screen, MizTV featuring AJ is next.

Back live, the ring is set up for MizTV and the Intercontinental Champion is making his way to the ring to a chorus of boos. Miz takes to the ring: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the most must-see talk show in WWE history, MizTV! When I'm not busy beating Kofi Kingston and proving I am the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time, I am the host of this must-see show and tonight I have a must-see guest for you all. Former Raw General Manager, AJ Lee.”

The fans cheer as AJ skips to the ring. Cole notes AJ was involved in a love triangle with Kane and Daniel Bryan before standing Bryan up at the alter been named General Manager, and since been sacked by Vicky Guerrero see seems to have gone straight back to fighting for Bryan's attention.

AJ enters the ring and Miz begins his interview. “AJ, I'd like to take you back to Raw 1000. You were about to be married to Daniel Bryan before Mr McMahon names you as the General Manager. AJ, why did this mean you had to humiliate Daniel by standing him up at the alter?”

Before AJ can answer, he continues.

“Or how about when you forced Chris Jericho to put his career on the line? Why did you do that? Or taking two men who clearly don't like each other in Bryan and Kane and forcing them into anger management?”

AJ goes to answer, but Miz again cuts her off.

“Or when you assaulted Vicky Guerrero whilst employed as the General Manager of Raw, why did you do that? The answer to all of these questions AJ is that you are... crazy! And now you're not the GM any more, you go skipping straight back into the life of Bryan!”

AJ is angry and looks like she might attack Miz before Daniel Bryan's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd. Bryan has a mic and makes his way to the ring. Before Bryan has chance to speak, Vicky Guerrero's voice is heard: “EXCUSE ME! Hold it right there Daniel. As managing associate of Monday Night Raw, it is my job to protect everyone's interests. You and Kane clearly have some issues that aren't going to be solved by anger management classes, and if you want to tear eachother apart then you will do it at Survivor Series! But before then, there is the matter of this little girl. Don't think I've forgotten about you AJ, and now I am the woman in control. AJ if you are so keen to impress Daniel, then I am going to give you that chance. Next week you will impress Daniel by stepping into the ring... and going one-on-one with Kane!” The crowd boos, AJ sells concern and Vicky laughs as Ross sells the shock of the announcement. Raw goes to commercials.

Back live, the announcers plug tonight's main event – a number 1 contendership match between Ryback and John Cena with CM Punk as special guest referee. Antonio Cesaro's music hits to bring out the United States Champion with a mic in hand. Cesaro speaks as he makes his way to the ring:

“I am the Champion of the United States of America, and I vowed that no American will defeat me for my championship. But we are not in America tonight, we are in this pitiful country, England. I am so confident in my abilities as Champion of America that for one night only I extend my vow of not being defeated to any European wrestler back there. Anyone at all from this stupid continent, you are welcome to try and take my Championship from me.”

There is a short pause before William Regal's music hits to a massive ovation from the crowd. Cole notes Regal is an Englishman and would love nothing better than to win a Championship in front of his home crowd tonight.

Regal gets in some early offense before Cesaro comes back with a European uppercut and finishes Regal off with the Neurtalizer for the win.

Antonio Cesaro def. William Regal to retain the United States Championship

Backstage, the camera shows AJ talking to Daniel Bryan. AJ says she is scared of what Kane might do to her next week. Bryan tells her not to worry, and says he won't let anything bad happen to her.

R-Truth is shown knocking on Vicky Guerrero's door. Truth tells Vicky he wants a shot at a title after a string of impressive victories. Vicky says Truth's win over Alberto Del Rio on SmackDown was a fluke, but tells him if he can beat Del Rio later tonight, she will grant him a shot at either the Intercontinental or United States Championship.

Still to come tonight, CM Punk referees the number 1 contendership match between John Cena and Ryback. But up next, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara are in 6-man tag team action.

Back live, Rhodes Scholars make their entrance. Damien Sandow has a mic. “Allow us to beg your indulgence for just one moment. Myself and Mr Rhodes are without question the most intelligent men to ever hold the Tag Team Championships. However, we have been pitted in 6-man tag team action this evening, and we were faced with the challenging task of finding a man as intelligent as ourselves among the locker room full of ignoramuses. But alas, we have found a man befitting of our admiration, so please put your hands together in appreciative applause for David Otunga Esquire.” David Otunga makes his entrance, and Cole remarks this could be the most intelligent trio in WWE history. Mysterio and Sin Cara make their entrance as the announcers note they will challenge Rhodes Scholars for the Tag Team Championships in 2 weeks at Survivor Series. A pause as the announcers wonder who will be the 3rd member of the team, before Brodus Clay's music hits.

The match goes 10 minutes before Mysterio connects with the 619 on Rhodes for the win. Ross says the Tag Titles are in serious jeopardy at Survivor Series.

Rey Mysterio, Sin Cara & Brodus Clay def. Rhodes Scholars & David Otunga

Backstage, Josh Matthews has CM Punk for an interview. Matthews asks Punk for his thoughts as he prepares to referee the match that will determine the number 1 contender for his WWE Championship. Punk remarks that he has already beat Cena and Ryback, and that it's a disgrace he will have to face one of them again. Punk says he is enjoying having a front-row seat to watch Cena and Ryback tear each other apart, but come Survivor Series he will once again stand tall and prove he is the best in the world.

R-Truth is shown making his way backstage, he faces Alberto Del Rio after the break.

An advert for Main Event airs; this Wednesday John Cena will make his Main Even debut as he faces Mr Money In The Bank Dolph Ziggler. Back live, Alberto Del Rio makes his usual entrance. The announcers feed to footage from Friday's SmackDown when Del Rio crashed his car into Randy Orton, causing an injury that prevented the Viper from making it tonight. Del Rio tells the audience he can crash cars into whoever he likes without fear of prosecution from the law because money can buy anything. Del Rio says he will take apart R-Truth tonight, and take a championship opportunity in his place. Truth's music interrupts to bring out his opponent.

Del Rio applies the Cross Arm Breaker several times in the match, but each time Truth manages to make it to the ropes. 10 minutes into the match, Del Rio manages to apply the hold in the middle of the ring and Truth has no choice but to tap out. The bell rings but Del Rio won't release the hold. The referee has had enough, and Justin Roberts announces the new winner by reverse decision is R-Truth. The crowd cheers and Del Rio fumes and Truth rolls out of the ring and celebrates up the ramp, favoring his injured arm.

R-Truth def. Alberto Del Rio to earn an Intercontinental or United States Championship match at Survivor Series

The camera focuses on the announcers, who reveal that Mr McMahon will be appearing live on Raw next week to make a decision on the permanent General Manager of Raw. Ross wonders if Vicky has done enough to get the job full time, before feeding to a video package on the recent events between John Cena, Ryback and CM Punk. The number 1 contendership match is up next.

Back live, Cult Of Personality brings out the WWE Champion dressed in referee attire. John Cena is next out, before Ryback's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd. JR plays up this epic encounter, claiming it could be a future WrestleMania main event. The bell rings.

Throughout the match, Punk is clearly not taking his position as referee seriously. Ryback takes the upper-hand and lands Shell Shock on Cena. Ryback goes for the pin, but Punk refuses to count. Ryback squares up to Punk, and the announcers note if Ryback touches Punk he will lose his championship opportunity. Cena is back to his feet and goes for the Attitude Adjustment, but Ryback slips out and connects with the Meathook clothesline. Cena rolls out of the ring. Ryback goes to follow him out, but Punk spins him round and nails the GTS! Punk throws Ryback out of the ring and fast-counts to 10, counting both men out.

John Cena vs Ryback ends in a double-countout

Punk takes a mic and says he won't be defending his Championship against either of them because they both failed to win, before declaring himself the best in the world. Raw goes off the air with the announcers wondering what this means for the title match at Survivor Series.

The Rock | Undertaker | Triple H | Chris Jericho | Stone Cold

CM Punk | Dean Ambrose | Mark Henry | Daniel Bryan | Dolph Ziggler

Austin Aries | Jeff Hardy | AJ Styles | Bully Ray | Christopher Daniels

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

WWE Main Event - Wednesday 7th November

Main Event begins with a video package highlighting tonight's main event – John Cena vs Dolph Ziggler. It's a big night for both men, it's Cena's Main Event debut and only his second match back from injury. Ziggler is Mr Money In The Bank and is looking to build momentum ahead of his eventual cash-in.

In the arena, Dolph Ziggler's music hits. Ziggler makes his way to the ring with a mic in hand. He says everyone is so happy to see Cena make his Main Event debut, but they're going to be disappointed when he steals the show as usual and pins Cena in the middle of the ring. Cena's music then hits to a positive reaction from the UK fans.

The match goes 15 minutes with fairly even offense for both men before Cena starts to gain the upper-hand. He makes his signature comeback, but Ziggler avoids the shoulder-charge and the ref takes the bump. Ziggler connects with a SuperKick and scores a visual 3 on Cena, but the ref is down so the match continues. Ziggler is furious after thinking he'd won the match, and he pulls the ref to his feet. Ziggler turns round only to be greeted by an Attitude Adjustment, and it's good for the win.

John Cena def. Dolph Ziggler

Michael Cole declares Cena back to winning ways but says Ziggler had the match won. Cena celebrates on the stage as Ziggler argues with the referee in the ring.

The announcers then feed to a video package on Jerry Lawler, who hasn't been seen since his heart-attack on Raw several weeks ago. The package focuses on Lawler's career highlights, before a graphic on-screen declares that Lawler will make his return to Raw next Monday.

Back live, David Otunga is making his entrance. The announcers note his opponent tonight is Brodus Clay after the two clashed in the 6-man tag match on Raw last Monday. Brodus makes his full entrance.

A 5 minute match ends in typical fashion when Brodus hits the big splash on Otunga for the 3.

Brodus Clay def. David Otunga

As Clay celebrates the announcers feed backstage, where Matt Stryker has John Cena for an interview. Stryker asks Cena how it felt to get his first win since returning from injury, but before he can answer Dolph Ziggler attacks him from behind, striking him in the head with his Money In The Bank briefcase. Ziggler takes Stryker's mic and says he is better than Cena and everyone saw it tonight. Main Event goes off the air with Cena laid out on the floor backstage.

WWE Superstars - Thursday 8th November

3MB (Heath Slater & Drew McIntyre) def. The Usos

Zack Ryder def. Curt Hawkins

William Regal def. Michael McGillicutty

WWE SmackDown - Friday 9th November

A video package opens SmackDown. It shows a replay of the end of last week's episode, where Alberto Del Rio crashes his car into a car occupying Randy Orton. A soundbite of Del Rio declaring he is “the new apex predator of WWE” ends the package, and the usual SmackDown intro video airs. Live in the arena, fireworks on the stage go off as JBL and Josh Matthews welcome viewers to SmackDown. Suddenly, Randy Orton's music hits to a big reaction from the live crowd. The cheers soon turn to boos as Alberto Del Rio appears on the stage, mocking Orton's entrance. Del Rio makes his way to the ring, even performing the turnbuckle pose that Orton uses. Del Rio takes a mic.

“My name is Alberto Del Rio, but you already know that! Last week, I did what many before me have failed to do, I took out Randy Orton. Randy isn't here in this pathetic country tonight, and he won't be here any other nights. I have taken care of Orton, and now I am the new apex predator of WWE. Next on my agenda is that big, fat, dancing gringo that was once my apprentice... Brodus Clay. Brodus was my apprentice when he first came to SmackDown, and I tought him everything I knew. And how does he repay me? He leaves me to take up dancing! Brodus, tonight we meet and I will beat the funk out of you.”

The crowd boos Del Rio before Brodus makes his entrance for the first match of the night.

Brodus gets in some early offense before Del Rio targets his legs, bringing the Funkasaurus to the ground. Del Rio strikes with a big kick to the head, then drops to the mat and mocks Randy Orton's predator pose. Brodus gets to his feet, and Del Rio hits him with an RKO to massive heat from the crowd. Del Rio pins Brodus, before applying his Cross Arm-Breaker after the bell.

Alberto Del Rio def. Brodus Clay

As Del Rio poses in the ring, the camera moves to Matthews and JBL who announce two big matches for tonight. Sheamus and Wade Barrett meet in a rematch from Raw, while Ryback will look to take out his recent frustrations on Epico and Primo in a handicap match.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has Rhodes Scholars for an interview. He asks them on their thoughts as they prepare to face Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara for the Tag Team Championships at Survivor Series.

Sandow replies: “Matthew, gentlemen as sophisticated and intelligent as ourselves are always thinking. Our thoughts on those two ignoramuses are very simple – little boys who like to dress like Power Rangers are not worthy of our time. We have been forced to defend our newly won championships against Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, but let me assure you that it will not be pleasant viewing for the children at home who worship these false idols. We will beat them within an inch of their miserable lives, and will continue as Tag Team Champions for the benefit of each and every one of the people in the arena and at home watching... You're welcome.”

Stryker asks Rhodes for his thoughts. Rhodes replies: “What he said.”

A graphic on the screen shows that World Heavyweight Champion Big Show will be in singles action against William Regal, which draws a big cheer from the local crowd. But up next, Mysterio and Sin Cara are in tag team action against Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal.

Back from commercials, Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal are in the ring. Slater has the mic.

“Before we get going here, I wanted to ask you stupid English people a question. I was in my hotel room last night and I saw a program called The X Factor, with all these nobodies singing. And I thought to myself, how are these guys on TV singing? None of them come close to my vocal abilities!”

Slater then begins to sing Bat Out Of Hell by Meatloaf, with Mahal playing air guitar behind him. It doesn't last long – Rey Mysterio's music hits to bring out the number one contenders for the tag team championships. JBL notes they are looking to build momentum ahead of their title shot at Survivor Series.

The Luchadors make easy work of 3MB, with Mysterio hitting the 619 on Mahal to get the win in less than 5 minutes.

Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara def. 3MB (Heath Slater & Jinder Mahal)

As The Luchadors celebrate in the ring, it's time for the Raw Rebound. In an epic encounter, John Cena returned to the ring to face Ryback in a number one contenders match. But the night was spoiled when special referee counted out both men in an attempt to avoid a title defence at Survivor Series.

Back live, Big Show's music hits to bring out the World Heavyweight Champion. The announcers discuss his upcoming title defense against Sheamus at Survivor Series as he makes his way to the ring, noting the dominant run he has been on since getting an iron-clad contract earlier in the year. William Regal's music then hits to a big ovation from the UK crowd.

In a short match, Show throws Regal around the ring before ending his punishment with a WMD for the win.

Big Show def. William Regal

As Regal remains knocked out in the middle of the ring, the UK fans boo Show. He takes a mic.

“Oh yes you will boo me. And you'll be me again when I do the exact same thing to Sheamus at Survivor Series. How stupid do you have to be to want to step back into the ring with the man that knocked you clean out and stole your title? As stupid as a dumb Irishman that's how. You people keep on booing, Sheamus is going to get his face smashed by Wade Barrett tonight, and if he makes it out alive he is going to get knocked out again at Survivor Series. Nobody is taking this title from me. Bank on it!”

Show's music hits to a chorus of boos as he exits the ring. A graphic is then shown on the screen – after the break, R-Truth must decide whether he faces The Miz or Antonio Cesaro at Survivor Series.

SmackDown returns with an advert for the return on Jerry Lawler this Monday on Raw. Back in the arena, The Miz and Cesaro are stood in the ring with their belts. R-Truth's music hits and he makes his way to the ring with a mic in hand, as the announcers note he was awarded the opportunity to compete for either the Intercontinental or United States Championships at Survivor Series after a string of victories.

“What's up!?” yells Truth, before Miz cuts him off.

“Listen to yourself Truth, you're such a hypocrite. Rewind twelve months, you and I were a tag team, and we were headlining Survivor Series against The Rock and John Cena. And were you pandering to these pathetic people that night? No I don't think you were, you were telling them they suck. Truth, they still suck... and so do you!”

The crowd boos Miz before Truth responds.

“Yeah I remember that night Miz, that was the night you got pinned by The Rock!” which draws a cheer from the crowd. “And at Survivor Series, you're going to get pinned again...” Truth suddenly drops Miz with the Lie Detector. Cesaro is laughing and exits the ring. Truth picks up the mic again. “You'll get pinned by me, and I will take your Intercontinental Championship from you. Now that's what's up!” The crowd cheers as Truth's music plays.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has Sheamus for an interview. Stryker asks Sheamus if he's looking forward to competing in front of the British crowd tonight. Sheamus responds:

“Fella, nothing makes me happier than getting in the ring and fighting. It doesn't matter if it's fighting an Englishman in front of his own fans, or fighting a Giant for the World Heavyweight Championship. You see, I gotta admit that Show brought it to me like nobody ever has at Hell In A Cell. But the making of a man isn't how many times he's knocked down, it's how many times he gets up. Tonight I will take Wade Barrett's head off with a Brogue Kick, and at Survivor Series I'll do the same to Big Show to regain my World Heavyweight Championship.”

Back live, Kane's pyro hits to loud boos from the crowd. The Big Red Machine is scheduled to face Kofi Kingston, but he has a mic in hand.

“Since Hell In A Cell, people have been asking me 'why did you turn your back on Daniel Bryan?'. The Big Red Monster isn't a name people give you for hugging it out with bearded vegans. It's not a name people give you for going to group therapy with a man you don't like. You get that nickname by taking people by the throat and sending them directly to hell. You all needed a reminder of the force that I am, and I gave that reminder to you when I dropped Daniel Bryan on his head. At Survivor Series, I will send Daniel Bryan to hell once and for all. And if AJ continue following him around and getting involved in my business, I have no issues doing the same to her.”

The crowd boos as Kane's music plays again. He goes one on one with Kofi Kingston after the break.

Back live, Kofi is mid-enterance. He enters the ring and the match is underway. Kofi gets in some early high-flying offence before Kane over-powers him and dominates. At the 10 minute mark, Kane signals for the Cholkeslam before Daniel Bryan's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd. Kane turns to the entrance where Bryan is wearing a Kane mask and doing his YES chants. This enables Kofi to sneak up on Kane and score the roll-up victory.

Kofi Kingston def. Kane

Kofi quickly retreats the ring as Kane fumes in the ring. JBL on commentary: “Daniel Bryan is playing with fire, and at Survivor Series he going to get burned.”

Backstage, Scott Stanford is outside the medical room. He says William Regal has suffered severe head trauma as a result of the WMD from Big Show, and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.

Back in the arena, Epico & Primo are making their entrance. Matthews on commentary says they are in serious danger as they go up against an angry Ryback, before JBL argues that a victory would put them right in the frame for a title opportunity. Ryback's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd, and he marches to the ring with a look of angry determination on his face.

Ryback gets his signature power-moves in on Epico and Primo, hoisting them both up for a double Shell Shock after 2 minutes.

Ryback def. Epico & Primo

As the fans are chanting Feed Me More, Ryback is chanting Feed Me Punk. Matthews notes Ryback wants retribution, and he wouldn't want to be the man who gets between Ryback and Punk.

After the break, it's main event time as Wade Barrett goes one-on-one with Sheamus.

As SmackDown returns, Dolph Ziggler is backstage and he storms into Booker T's office. Dolph demands to know why he wasn't booked for a match tonight. Booker replies; “I figured you'd be a little beat up after John Cena whooped yo ass on Main Event.” Ziggler angrily replies;

“Everyone watching that show saw me pin John Cena 1-2-3 in the middle of the ring, everyone except your incompetent referees. Cena was lucky to get the win, but did I let that get me down? No, I got my revenge on him later in the night and once again stole the show. I am sick of been over-looked, I'm going to make you people pay me some attention.”

Ziggler has had enough of Booker and exits his office.

In the arena, Wade Barrett's music hits to a loud reaction from the local fans. The announcers feed to a replay of Barrett getting the win over Sheamus on Raw, and JBL says he can't wait for the rematch tonight! Sheamus is next out to a largely positive reaction, and he makes his way to the ring for the main event.

After a 20-minute brawl, Barrett hits Winds of Change on Sheamus, but unlike on Raw it's only good for 2 and the crowd pops. As Barrett argues with the referee, Sheamus pops to his feet and hits a surprised Barrett with a Brogue Kick to pick up the win.

Sheamus def. Wade Barrett

Sheamus celebrates as the announcers put over an excellent match, before declaring Sheamus has just sent a big message to Sheamus as the world looks forward to their rematch. SmackDown signs off with Sheamus standing tall.

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

PREVIOUSLY ON RAW

CM Punk has held the WWE Championship since Survivor Series 2011, and is just over a week away from reaching one calendar year as champion. At Hell In A Cell, special guest referee John Cena mistakenly counted Ryback's shoulders to the mat, allowing Punk's reign to continue. Last week on Raw, it was Punk's turn to play referee as he called a number one contendership match between Ryback and Cena, with the winner facing Punk at Survivor Series. In an attempt to avoid defending his championship at the event, Punk counted both men out and declared he will not be defending his championship. With Survivor Series this coming Sunday, will Punk get the easy road to the one-year reign he craves, or will a number one contender be named tonight? With Chairman of the Board Mr McMahon scheduled for a rare appearance, anything is possible.

McMahon himself has promised a decision on the permanent General Manager of Raw. Has Vickie Guerrero done enough in her role as Managing Supervisor to get the job? Or will Vince have a surprise for the WWE Universe? Vince revealed on WWE.com that he will be naming the team captains for the traditional Survivor Series elimination match, who will he select?

It's a fearful night for AJ Lee, who has been forced into a one-on-one match with Kane by Guerrero. Lee has been trying to get the attention of Daniel Bryan for weeks now, will Bryan come to AJ's aid 6 nights before he faces his former partner at Survivor Series?

And, in what promises to be an emotional night, Jerry “The King” Lawler is scheduled to make his return to WWE after suffering a near-fatal heart attack.

WWE Raw – Monday 12th November

Raw begins with a replay of CM Punk winning the title at Survivor Series 2011, before showing clips of Punk's title defences to date. Punk's voice is then heard declaring that he will celebrate one calendar year as Champion next week on Raw, and that he won't be defending his title on Sunday as the ending to last week's Raw is shown. A still of Punk holding his title aloft ends the video, with Punk declaring himself the best in the world.

Live in the arena, Cult Of Personality plays and CM Punk makes his entrance, accompanied by Paul Heyman, to boos from the audience. Michael Cole and JR welcome viewers to the last Monday Night Raw before Survivor Series, before wondering aloud if Punk will be defending his Championship in 6 nights time. Punk enters the ring with a mic.

“Sunday bloody Sunday. Survivor Series is going to be an amazing event. Big Show and Sheamus are going to go at it for the World Heavyweight Championship. Your former Tag Team Champions are facing each-other. The Miz defends his Intercontinental Title. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara are going for the Tag Titles. And let me tell you, I am looking forward to watching it all play out from my couch at home! The rules were laid out in black and white last week – the winner of the match between John Cena and Ryback will face me for the WWE Championship at Survivor Series... there was no winner. There will be no defence. I will skip through Survivor Series, and walk right into my celebrations as the first man to hold this title for one calendar year in recent history.”

Suddenly, Vince McMahon's music hits to a massive ovation from the crowd. Vince power-walks his way onto the ramp, mic in hand.

“Hi Punk. You're right, Survivor Series is looking like a must-see show. You rightly point out some top-quality matches we can all look forward to, and let me also add to that list the traditional Survivor Series elimination match. The captains this year will be Kofi Kingston, and Wade Barrett. The captains will be free to select four other men of their choosing to fill out their team.”

Punk cuts off McMahon: “That's nice Vincent, but what does any of this have to do with me? You come power-walking out here like a man on a mission, and disrespect your champion while he is speaking. How dare you!”

The crowd boos as Vince continues. “And that's not all we have to look forward to. Punk, let me get one thing perfectly straight. You WILL defend that championship at Survivor Series, and if you even consider refusing to do so then I will strip you of that title faster than you can say screw-job!”

The crowd pops at the announcement as Punk and Heyman sell anger.

“CM Punk you will defend your championship against the winner of tonight's main event – John Cena vs Ryback! And Punk, if you interfere in this match, you will be stripped of your title on the spot!”

The crowd cheers as Vince's music again plays, and the announcers play up the huge news that Punk will defend his title after-all. Vince interrupts his own music.

“Oh and Punk – while you're out here, you may as well get warmed up for Sunday.”

Kofi Kingston's music then plays to bring out one of the Survivor Series captains for an impromptu match.

As the match gets going, John Cena is shown backstage watching the match on a monitor, and JR wonders if we're set for another classic Cena/Punk bout. Raw goes to commercial as the match begins.

7 minutes into the match, Kofi has control. He goes for Trouble In Paradise, but Punk ducks. Punk then connects with the GTS for the clean win.

CM Punk def. Kofi Kingston

Punk takes his title belt and holds it high, declaring himself the best in the world. JR says this doesn't bode well for Kofi as he now has to put together his Survivor Series team for Sunday.

Backstage, Cena is again shown watching Punk on a monitor. Matt Stryker interrupts Cena for an interview. Stryker first feeds to a replay of Dolph Ziggler attacking Cena backstage on Main Event last week, before asking Cena how he feels. He replies,

“I'm hurt Matt, I ain't gonna lie. I've had two matches since I came back from injury. One was a physical clash of the titans with Ryback, and boy that guy shook me up. The other was a technical classic with Dolph Ziggler, and I managed to get a difficult win against a future star. But as bright as Dolph's star may be, that guy has zero class. He ambushed me backstage, and I'm sure not 100%. But I can't let that bother me now – Mr McMahon has ordered a rematch from last week, and I have another shot at getting my hands on Punk and that title. We have unfinished business.”

Stryker thanks Cena for his time, before feeding back to the arena. Sin Cara's music hits as Justin Roberts handles standard introductions. Cara makes his entrance without Rey Mysterio, as the announcers note Mysterio will be in singles action against Cody Rhodes later tonight. Randy Orton's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd, but once again it is Alberto Del Rio mocking Orton's entrance. JR reminds fans that Del Rio took out Orton two weeks ago, and is calling himself the new Apex Predator. Raw goes to commercial as Del Rio continues his mockery of Orton.

Back live, the match is underway. 10 minutes into the match, a split-screen shows Rhodes Scholars attacking Rey Mysterio backstage. Sin Cara sees this on the Titantron, and the distraction is enough for Del Rio to surprise Cara with an RKO. Del Rio makes the pin to loud boos.

Alberto Del Rio def. Sin Cara

Del Rio celebrates, before applying the Cross Arm-Breaker post-match. The fans shower Del Rio with boos, before suddenly Orton's music hits again, and this time it is The Viper! Del Rio sells shock as Orton storms the ring and unleashes with right hands. Orton hits the snap power-slam on Del Rio and signals for the RKO, but Del Rio sees it coming and manages to roll out of the ring. The crowd cheers as Orton poses in the ring, and JR sells the excitement that Orton is back.

A graphic on screen reminds viewers of tonight's main event – John Cena vs Ryback in a number one contendership match. Plus, Vicky Guerrero has ordered AJ Lee into a match with Kane! Also, it's going to be emotional as Jerry Lawler makes his return to Raw. The announcers transition to a video package on Lawler's heart-attack, with then transitions into footage of him making his recovery.

Backstage, Wade Barrett is shown talking to Antonio Cesaro. Cesaro tells Barrett that Europeans should stick together, especially fighters like themselves. Barrett welcomes Cesaro to Team Barrett.

AJ is shown skipping down the hall, her match with Kane is up next, and Raw goes to commercials.

As Raw returns, an advert for Wednesday's edition of Main Event is shown. Survivor Series captains Kofi Kingston and Wade Barrett go one-on-one. Live in the arena, AJ's music plays to cheers. AJ appears and skips merrily to the ring. JR questions why she isn't more afraid of Kane, before Kane's pyro hits to bring out the Big Red Machine to loud boos. Kane slowly makes his way to the ring, not taking his eyes off AJ. He enters the ring, and the bell rings.

AJ stays stood in the corner as Kane slowly approaches her, with Cole calling Kane sick for wanting to hurt a defenseless woman. Suddenly, Daniel Bryan storms the ring to large cheers. AJ bails the ring as Kane and Bryan trade blows, before Kane over-powers him and drops him with a Chokeslam.

Kane def. AJ via disqualification

AJ watches on from the ramp as Kane scoops up a motionless Bryan and hits him with a Tombstone. The crowd boos as Kane demands a mic.

“Look at you Daniel. You couldn't help yourself could you? You have no place interfering in my business, but I knew the minute AJ was in danger you would come to the rescue. I always was the better man Daniel, you don't have the darkness it takes to defeat a monster. This Sunday, I will send you to hell once and for all.”

Kane shoots his pyro as AJ continues to look on. Before commercials, an advert for SmackDown airs. Two matches are already scheduled – Dolph Ziggler vs Daniel Bryan, and Del Rio/Big Show vs Orton/Sheamus.

Back live, Zack Ryder's music brings out Team CoBro for tag team action. Michael Cole feeds to a Twitter conversation between Ryder and Kofi Kingston, in which Kofi says he will select Team CoBro for his Survivor Series team if they pick up the win tonight. Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal are already in the ring as their opponents.

In a 5 minute match, Ryder picks up the win over Mahal after hitting the Rough Ryder.

Santino Marella & Zack Ryder def. Jinder Mahal & Drew McIntyre to earn a spot on Team Kofi.

Backstage, Sheamus walking down the hall. Suddenly, Big Show appears and connects with a WMD, leaving Sheamus knocked out on the floor. Show whispers “see you Friday night, fella”.

Live in the arena, Michael Cole is in the ring. He recalls his memories of Jerry Lawler's heart attack, saying he was scared he would never get to utter these words again: “Ladies and gentlemen please welcome... Jerry “The King” Lawler!”

The crowd pops as King appears on stage with a smile on his face. Lawler soaks up the applause and makes his way to the ring, shaking Cole's hand on arrival.

“Thank you all so much. You know, I've been doing this a long time, but I've never known anything like the support of all of you these last few weeks. There's so much I'd like to say, so many people I want to thank. The doctors and medical staff here at WWE, without you I wouldn't be here today. The WWE Universe, you support has pulled me through. Jim, thank you for keeping the seat warm. Just everybody, thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting me through this. If you don't mind, I'm going to go take a seat down there with my friends and pick up here I left off. Thank you.”

The crowd cheers as a teary Lawler makes his way to ringside, joining Cole and JR on commentary. Cody Rhodes's music then hits, and he makes his way to the ring accompanied by Damien Sandow as Raw goes to commercial.

Back live, Rey Mysterio's music hits to a good reaction. Lawler says he is looking forward to this preview of the Tag Title match this Sunday at Survivor Series. JR says it's a treat to see a WrestleMania match from a couple of years ago on Raw. Sin Cara accompanies Mysterio to the ring, with his arm bandaged up following the attack from Del Rio earlier in the night.

After a back and forth match, Sin Cara prevents Sandow interfering, which allowed Mysterio to connect with the 619 for the win.

Rey Mysterio def. Cody Rhodes

Backstage, Matt Stryker has CM Punk for an interview. Stryker asks Punk for his thoughts as we prepare to find out who he will defend his WWE Championship against this Sunday.

“It doesn't matter, Matt. I have beaten John Cena more times than I can count, I have beaten Ryback the last time my title was on the line. Nobody on this, or any other roster has what it takes to stop me making it to one calender year as WWE Champion. So I'm going to sit back, enjoy Cena and Ryback tear each other apart, and on Sunday I will once again prove that I am the best wrestler in the world.”

Paul Heyman tells Stryker the interview is over, and the pair walk away. A split screen shows Cena and Ryback warming up backstage – the number one contendership match is after the break.

Back live, Justin Roberts announces the following as a number one contendership match, with the winner facing WWE Champion CM Punk at Survivor Series. Ryback's music hits first, and he marches to the ring as Cole reminds viewers that if it wasn't for Cena getting the call wrong at Hell In A Cell he would be WWE Champion today. Cena's music then hits, and JR says this is an exciting rematch from last week.

The crowd is split 50:50 between the two babyfaces as the match progresses in even back-and-forth fashion. At the fifteen minute mark, Cena gets Ryback up for the Attitude Adjustment, but he only scores the 2 which gets a big pop from the crowd. Ryback makes the comeback, hitting Cena with his signature offence before connecting with Shell Shock. Cena kicks out at 2, getting another pop from the crowd as JR notes nobody has kicked out of Ryback's finisher before.

Unbeknownst to the referee, Dolph Ziggler appears at ringside and crouches below the ring apron. Cena gets his trademark sideslam on Ryback and goes for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but as he comes back off the ropes Ziggler trips him. The ref doesn't see Ziggler, and as Cena gets to his feet Ryback scores with the Meathook Clothesline. It's good for the three as Ziggler smirks on from ringside.

Ryback def. John Cena to become Number One Contender to the WWE Championship

As Cena gets to his feet, he realises what happened and chases Ziggler backstage. As Ryback celebrates in the ring, CM Punk appears out of nowhere and nails Ryback with the WWE Title belt. Raw goes off the air with Punk standing tall over Ryback.

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

great RAW, Ryback the #1 Contender can handle that, Dolph Ziggler and John Cena are definitely going to have it out in the near future, i'm still a little antsy about the Daniel Bryan/Kane/AJ storyline, i would have AJ turn on Daniel Bryan and side with Kane and announce that AJ and Kane were in a relationship all along,

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

I definitely cannot wait until Survivor Series but I for one smell a rat at Survivor Series when it comes to CM Punk defending his WWE Championship against Ryback, I think this is where we will see The Shield of Ambrose, Reigns and Rollins interfere costing Ryback the WWE Championship at Survivor Series but if it is not The Shield who interferes, I can definitely see it being Brock Lesnar who makes a shocking return at Survivor Series costing Ryback the title which then would mean you would get a Ryback/Lesnar feud

And as for AJ, I smell a heel turn too and that she will end up turning on Daniel Bryan at Survivor Series costing him his match against Kane, and AJ & Kane being revealed to have been in cahoots all along fooling the whole entire WWE Universe

As for Cena/Ziggler I want to see these 2 go at it but how about you have Team Cena vs Team Ziggler at Survivor Series, so then that way they can settle their differences once and for all there

As for Big Show, he says no one will be able to take the World Heavyweight Championship away from him not Sheamus, no one but he forgets that Dolph has his briefcase and Dolph could cash in on him at any time which means like that, Big Show's title reign could end just like that

And Kane, I love this heel turn of his because Kane is best as a heel and I just hope you make him like the Kane of old, with him being like the Attitude Era Kane in terms of just being powerful and dominant

Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad you're looking forward to the PPV. There will be some surprises, and as we slowly begin the road to wrestlemania 29 some long-term feuds will begin and some fresh ideas and storylines will start to unfold.

I love heel Kane so I always wanted to get him back to been a monster - this is just the beginning for him. As for Brock, he is certainly going to be on my Mania card, you'll have to wait and see how it pans out with him!

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

WWE Main Event – Wednesday 14th November

Quick results:

Michael McGillicutty tells Wade Barrett he is tired of been overlooked. Barrett gives him a place on Team Barrett... if he wins his match tonight.

Michael McGillicutty def. William Regal

An advert for SmackDown reveals Mr McMahon will appear to address the WWE Universe.

Kofi Kingston def. Wade Barrett via roll-up

Booker T announces CM Punk and Ryback will sign their Survivor Series contract on SmackDown.

WWE Superstars – Thursday 15th November

Brodus Clay def. Epico
Michael McGillicutty def. Tyson Kidd
Antonio Cesaro def. Santino Marella

WWE SmackDown – Friday 16th November

SmackDown begins in the arena where the fans are cheering as Vince McMahon's music hits. The Chairman of the Board struts on stage and makes his way down to the ring, mic in hand.

"Wow, it's been a while since I pitched up on Friday nights! Tonight ladies and gentlemen your SmackDown GM Booker T will oversee a contract signing between CM Punk and Ryback ahead of their WWE Championship match at Survivor Series. Speaking of Survivor Series, one of our most prestigious and traditional events, I want spice things up a bit. Alberto Del Rio and Randy Orton will go one-on-one this Sunday, as will John Cena and Dolph Ziggler. But that's not all. You see, it just isn't Survivor Series without my good self making an appearance, so this Sunday I will make a decision on the permanent general manager of Monday Night Raw!"

Before he can continue, Cult Of Personality hits to bring out WWE Champion CM Punk and Paul Heyman. Punk hands his title belt to Heyman and remains on the ramp, mic in hand.

"Look at yourself Vince. You're pushing 100 years old and you still feel the need to get yourself involved at Survivor Series. You listen to your champion, nobody is ordering the pay-per-view to watch your wrinkly ass strut down the ramp, they are ordering to watch CM Punk once again defeat Ryback and reach 365 days as WWE Champion! I beat Ryback conclusively 3 weeks ago at Hell In A Cell, and I will do the same again this Sunday, then you all will have no choice but to respect the best in the world!"

Vince cuts off Punk.

"Conclusively? You got lucky with a special guest referee getting the call wrong Punk, you barely escaped Hell In A Cell! This Sunday there will be no doubts, no easy-out for you. This Sunday you will defend your WWE Championship against Ryback... in a last man standing match!"

The crowd pops at the announcement and Vince's music hits to end the segment, as Punk fumes on stage. SmackDown's usual video into then rolls.

Josh Matthews and JBL introduce the show with a graphic on screen showing Ryback and CM Punk ahead of their contract signing tonight. Also tonight, Daniel Bryan faces Mr Money In The Bank Dolph Ziggler as they look to build momentum going into Survivor Series.

Live in the arena, Wade Barrett's music hits. As Barrett makes his way to the ring, the announcers feed to a replay of Kofi Kingston getting a roll-up win over Barrett on Main Event. Kofi Kingston's music hits for the rematch between the two Survivor Series Tag Match captains.

In a seven minute opener, Barrett connects with the Bullhammer for the clean win.

Wade Barrett def. Kofi Kingston

Barrett continues the beat-down on Kingston post-match. Suddenly, Justin Gabriel's music hits and International Airstrike makes the save, chasing Barrett from the ring. JBL assumes Kingston has recruited Kidd and Gabriel for his team on Sunday and they have come to his aid tonight.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has Sheamus for an interview. Stryker asks Sheamus if he's ready for his World Heavyweight Championship rematch against Big Show on Sunday.

"No Matt, I'm not. I'm ready for tonight, when I team with Randy Orton and we kick Show and Del Rio's arses all over the ring. You see, I held my hands up after Hell In A Cell and told Big Show he got the better of me that night. It was one of the toughest fights of my life, and I love a good fight. But Show, he prefers to hide around corners and blind-side me with knock out punches when my back is turned. This Sunday he has nowhere to hide, and I will regain my World Heavyweight Championship."

As SmackDown returns from commercials, Antonio Cesaro's music hits. As the United States Champion makes his way to the ring, the announcers remind fans he is on Team Barrett this Sunday. R-Truth's music then hits, and JBL wonders if he can prepare for his Intercontinental Championship match this Sunday with a win over the US Champ. Just before the bell rings, The Miz's music hits and the Intercontinental Champion joins JBL and Matthews on commentary.

Throughout the match, Miz talks about wanting to become the longest regning Intercontinental Champion of all time, and says he is looking forward to showing the world he was always the strongest man in Awsome Truth.

Truth has the upper-hand over Cesaro and sets him up for a scissors kick, but Miz trips him from ringside. Cesaro takes advantage and hits the Neutraliser on Truth for the win.

Antonio Cesaro def. R-Truth

Post-match, Miz enters the ring and drops Truth with a Skull Crushing Finale. Miz stands tall over Truth as the announcers feed to the Raw Rebound. Dolph Ziggler cost John Cena his number one contendership match against Ryback, and the night ended badly for Ryback when Punk nailed him with the title belt.

Backstage, Wade Barrett is looking at a poster that depicts Team Kofi – Kingston, Kidd, Gabriel, Marella and Ryder. He shakes his head, then shouts down the hall. "Oi, you two, lads, come here." The Prime Time Players join Barrett in front of the poster. "I hate all five of these pittiful men. I heard you two have a match against Ryder and Marella tonight. I have two spots left of my team for Sunday, if you inflict enough punishment on those two weasels then you can fill those spots." The Prime Time Players shake Barrett's hand.

Back live in the arena, Damien Sandow's music hits to bring out Rhodes Scholars. They are both holding their Tag Team Championship belts, and they make their way to the ring. Sandow speaks:

"Allow us to beg your indulgence for just one moment. As you are all aware, we are your WWE Tag Team Champions, Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes. In a horrendous turn of events, this Sunday we are been forced to defend these beautiful belts against two miniscule men. No no, not men, little boys. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara, two cowardly boys who jump around here like Power Ranger super heroes on a sugar rush. They are not worthy of representing WWE's Tag Team division as it's Champions – this Sunday we will sweep them aside and continue on as WWE Tag Team Champions for the benefit of all of you.."

The crowd boos, but before Sandow can say you're welcome Rey Mysterio's music hits. Rey appears on the stage on his own, with a mic in hand.

"Damien, you know the good thing about been a superhero? Superheros can fly!"

The crowd pops as Sin Cara suddenly hits a springboard dropkick on Sandow and Rhodes. Mysterio joins Cara in the ring and nails a double-619, forcing Rhodes Scholars out of the ring. Mysterio and Cara hold the Tag Titles aloft, and JBL wonders if this is what we will be seeing on Sunday.

A graphic on the screen shows that after the break it will be Sheamus and Randy Orton going up against Big Show and Alberto Del Rio.

Back live, Alberto Del Rio's music hits and he makes his usual entrance. He approaches the ring with a mic in hand.

"Randy Orton made a big mistake when he came back. He should have gotten the messages when I hit him with my car, I am the new Apex Predator of WWE and there is no place for him anymore. This Sunday I will put him out of action once and for all."

Big Show's music then hits to bring out Del Rio's partner, and the announcers put over Show's dominance of late. Out next is Orton, followed by Sheamus.

After ten minutes of action, Del Rio and Orton fight up the ramp and backstage, leaving Sheamus and Show in the ring. Show attempts a WMD, but Sheamus ducks and hoists Show up for a massive White Noise to pick up the win.

Sheamus & Randy Orton def. Big Show & Alberto Del Rio

Sheamus picks up the World Title belt and holds it aloft as the fans cheer.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has The Miz for an interview. The Intercontinental Champion begins to speak about his match with R-Truth on Sunday, but a commotion is heard down the hall. Del Rio and Orton are still trading blows, and they fights through to the parking lot. Ricardo Rodriguez nails Orton from behind with a tire iron, and Del Rio then delivers an RKO on top of his car to Orton. SmackDown goes to commercials with the announcers wondering if Orton will make it to Survivor Series after this vicious attack.

SmackDown returns to Zack Ryder's music, and Team CoBro make their enterance as the announcers remind fans they earned their place on Team Kofi earlier in the week. The Prime Time Players are out as the opponents, Titus O'Neil has a mic.

"Tonight we put the whoopin' on these fools. On Sunday we will join Team Barrett in victory, and give Booker T no choice but to give us a Tag Team Title shot. You know what titles mean? Millions of dollars!"

In a five minute match, O'Neil hits Sky High on Marella for the clean win.

Prime Time Players def. Team CoBro to earn a spot on Team Barrett

The heels beat down Team CoBro post-match before the rest of Team Kofi hit the ring. Team Barrett then enter, and a 10-man brawl takes place in the ring. The faces get the upper hand, throwing the Prime Time Players, McGillicutty and Cesaro over the top rope. Kingston then nails Barrett with Trouble In Paradise, and Team Kofi celebrate.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has Dolph Ziggler for an interview. Stryker asks Ziggler for his thoughts on the news he will face John Cena this Sunday at Survivor Series.

"I'm glad Mr McMahon has made the match. Last week on Main Event the world saw me pin Cena clean in the middle of the ring, the only man who didn't see if was the referee. John then thinks he can breeze past me and walk into the WWE Championship picture as if I were a mere speed bump. I am Mr Money In The Bank, very soon I will be your World Heavyweight Champion! But before that, this Sunday I will do what I do each and every night and that is steal the show!"

Ziggler then exits, and the announcers note he takes on Daniel Bryan after the break.

Back live, Daniel Bryan's music hits to a face reaction. The announcers recap recent events, with Kane turning on him at Hell In A Cell and then AJ once again getting involved in his life. They wonder if Bryan still has lingering feelings for AJ, and if they are getting in the way of Bryan's quest to conquer his old partner. Ziggler's music hits to bring out his opponent for the main event.

In a ten minute thriller, the action goes back and forth with both men looking strong. Ziggler goes for a Zig Zag, but Bryan reverses into a No Lock. The fans cheer as Bryan screams tap, before Kane pyro suddenly explodes! Bryan releases the hold and looks toward the stage, where Kane has appeared on the titantron.

"Hello Daniel. For too long, people saw me with you and associated me with a comedy act. I am no comedian, and I have decided to do something to remind everyone just how dark my inner demon is..."

The camera zooms out to show Kane is carrying an unconscious AJ. Bryan sells disress, and the distraction allows Ziggler to connect with the Zig Zag for the win.

Dolph Ziggler def. Daniel Bryan

The announcers sell concern for the safety of AJ before feeding to a graphic – the contract signing between Ryback and CM Punk is after the break.

As SmackDown returns, Booker T's music is playing and the SmackDown GM is stood in the ring, with a table and two chairs. Booker begins to speak.

"The WWE Championship is a title that should be looked after by the GM of Raw, but pending Mr McMahon's decision on the permanent GM of Raw he has asked me to oversee this contract signing on my show! So without further adue, please welcome your defending WWE Champion, CM Punk."

Cult of Personality once again brings out Punk, flanked by Paul Heyman. This time it's Heyman who has the mic.

"Booker, you failed to properly address my client. He is not only your current regining and defending WWE Chmapion, he is also the longest regning champion in recent history. Once my client has defeated Ryback on Sunday, we will walk in to Monday Night Raw for a one-year celebration as CM Punk celebrates 365 glorious days as WWE Champion. I hope Mr McMahon has put that on his new GM's agenda!"

Booker tells Punk to take a seat, Heyman stands behind him still clutching the title belt. Booker gives Punk a pen, and he signs the contract. Ryback's music then hits to a big reaction as he marches to the ring. He grabs the mic from Heyman.

"Forget 365. The only number you need to remember... is 10!"

Ryback then smashes Punk with the mic, before delivering a vicious Powerbomb through the table to a massive reaction from the crowd. Ryback snatches the title belt from Heyman, who swiftly exits the ring. Ryback places one foot on Punk, holds the title high and counts to ten along with the crowd. The announcers remind fans that if Ryback can keep Punk down for ten this Sunday he will be the new champion. Ryback picks up the contract and signs it, with SmackDown going off the air with Ryback holding the WWE Championship belt up high.

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

WWE Hell In A Cell was three weeks ago, and in the main event CM Punk defended his WWE Championship against Ryback in a Hell In A Cell match, with John Cena returning from injury to serve as special guest referee. Cena mistakenly counted Ryback's shoulders down for three, but controversy rained down on Cena when it was revealed Ryback had his foot on the rope. With Punk approaching 365 days as WWE Champion, a number one contendership match was setup between Ryback and Cena, the winner would face Punk on day 364 at Survivor Series. Punk served as referee for the match, but rather than call it down the middle he counted both men out in an attempt to avoid a title defense at all. Mr McMahon wasn't going to let this happen, and he ordered a rematch the next Monday on Raw. Cena became the first man to kick out of Ryback's finisher, but a distraction from Dolph Ziggler allowed Ryback to capitalise and defeat Cena. Punk immediately took action, striking Ryback with his title belt following the match. McMahon is no stranger to controversy at Survivor Series, and in a bid to get a clean winner at the PPV he made Punk vs Ryback a last man standing match! A contract signing between the two ended harshly for Punk, who was powerbombed through a table and left laying motionless as Ryback counted to ten. Will Ryback's amazing few months culminate in capturing the WWE Championship at Survivor Series, or will CM Punk celebrate 365 days as WWE Champion on Raw?

Also at Hell In A Cell, Sheamus's lengthy World Heavyweight Championship reign came to a crashing end when he was knocked out by Big Show. Sheamus couldn't connect with the Brogue Kick that night, but this past week on SmackDown he got a pinfall victory over Show in a tag team match using White Noise. Three weeks on from their epic fight at Hell In A Cell, can Sheamus slay the giant and regain his World Heavyweight Championship, or will Show's dominant run continue?

On the 1000th episode of Monday Night Raw, AJ and Daniel Bryan were to be married, only for Brian to be stood up at the alter while AJ was named Raw GM. AJ set loose the Big Red Machine, but at SummerSlam it was Bryan who got the victory in a match against Kane. Kane went on a rampage, and AJ ordered the pair into anger management classes. Unsuccessful at first, the pair eventually found mutual ground and went on to become Tag Team Champions. But at Hell In A Cell, a mis-timed kick from Bryan saw him connect with his partner, costing Team Hell No their titles. Kane snapped, dropping Bryan with a Tombstone and turning his back on his partner. Kane blamed the WWE Universe for his actions, saying that he wasn't a comedy act, and that he should be taken seriously as a dangerous monster. AJ miraculously re-appeared in Bryan's life, once again trying to win his effections months after leaving him at the alter. AJ's distractions have cost Bryan matches of late, and on SmackDown it was revealed that Kane had kidnapped AJ. Bryan and Kane go at it at Survivor Series, but what role will AJ play?

At Hell In A Cell, Alberto Del Rio scored the win over Randy Orton. Things have been personal between the pair for weeks, but Del Rio took things to new levels when he struck Orton with a car. With Orton on the shelf, Del Rio began mimicking The Viper, declaring himself the new Apex Predator. But much to Del Rio's dismay, Orton returned! The pair ended up in a backstage brawl, but following a tire-iron to the head it was Orton on the end of an RKO on top a car. Orton cannot be 100% going into Survivor Series, will Del Rio come good on his promise to rid the WWE of Orton once and for all?

Mr Money In The Bank Dolph Ziggler claims he is been overlooked by management, and has been on a quest to steal the show in every match. Two weeks ago on Main Event, Ziggler faced John Cena. After an accidental collision with the referee, Ziggler connected with a Superkick and looked set for the win, but with no referee to count the match continued. Cena went on to win, and ever since Ziggler has been angry. This culminated in Ziggler costing Cena a chance at the WWE Championship on Raw, and Vince McMahon ordered a rematch at Survivor Series to settle their differences. Will Cena get his revenge, or will Ziggler once again steal the show?

One year ago, The Miz and R-Truth were a tag team known as Awesome Truth, and they main evented Survivor Series in a match against The Rock and John Cena. Twelve months later, Miz is the regning Intercontinental Champion after regaining the title from Kofi Kingston. R-Truth put together a string of vicories, and was granted the choice of a shot at either the United States or Intercontinental Championship. Truth jumped at the chance to get one over on his former partner, and with the Intercontinental Championship on the line Miz will have to put in am impressive performance to continue on his mission to become the longest regning Intercontinental Champion of all time.

Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes capitalised on Team Hell No's collapse to capture the Tag Team Championships at Hell In A Cell, while Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara defeated Prime Time Players to earn a title shot. The two teams will meet at Survivor Series with the gold on the line.

Wade Barrett will look to lead his team to victory over Team Kofi in the traditional Survivor Series tag team elimination match. It will be Barrett, Antonio Cesaro, Prime Time Players and Michael McGillicutty against Kofi Kingston, Team CoBro and International Airstrike.

Plus, Vince McMahon has declared he will reveal the permanent General Manager of Monday Night Raw on the PPV.

WWE Survivor Series - Sunday 18th November 2012

Survivor Series begins with a replay of 2011's event, where CM Punk made Alberto Del Rio tap out to become WWE Champion. The video package then shows short clips from each of Punk's successful title defenses against Dolph Ziggler, Chris Jericho, Daniel Bryan, Kane, John Cena and Ryback. The number 365 then appears on the screen, before a question mark is added to the end. The package then transitions into dominant clips of Ryback, and ends with Ryback's voice telling Punk "forget about 365, the only number you need to worry about is ten".

Live in the arena, a pyro display takes place and the announce team of JR, JBL and Michael Cole welcome viewers to Survivor Series. Justin Roberts then announces the opening contest is for the Tag Team Championships, and Rhodes Scholars make their way to the ring. JR reminds viewers that Rhodes Scholars won the Tag Titles 3 weeks ago, but are in for a difficult night against the impressive team of Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara. Rhodes Scholars enter the ring, and Damien Sandow demands a microphone from ringside.

"This week, Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara demonstrated their cowardly dispositions when Mr Cara attacked our good selves from behind. We feel this behaviour is unbecoming of champions, tonight we will beat some manors and honor into the pair of miscreants... You're welcome."

Mysterio's music then hits to bring out Cara and Mysterio, wearing matching colours. The announcers note Mysterio and Sin Cara earned number one contendership status at Hell In A Cell, and Cara is looking for his first championship in WWE.

A ten minute match begins with Rhodes Scholars having the advantage over Sin Cara, before he makes the hot tag to Mysterio. Mysterio goes to work on Sandow, hitting him with signature offense. Rhodes breaks up a pinfall attempt, and Sin Cara takes himself and Rhodes over the top rope and out of action. Mysterio successfully connects with the 619 on Sandow, but Sandow counters his top-rope splash with knees to the gut. Sandow rolls Rey up and gets the three with his feet on the ropes.

Rhodes Scholars def. Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara to retain the Tag Team Championships

Mysterio sells shock and frustration in the ring as he tells the referee Sandow has his foot on the ropes, as the champions celebrate up the ramp.

Backstage, Matt Stryker has Randy Orton for an interview. Styker asks Orton if he is able to compete tonight after a vicious attack from Alberto Del Rio on SmackDown.

"Matt, it's been a pretty tough three weeks for me. Alberto Del Rio nearly snapped my arm off at Hell In A Cell, then he crashed his car into me, and this past week Ricardo hit me around the head with a tire iron. But none of that hurts half as much as seeing Alberto mock me, steal my moves, and try to take my spot. I'm probably not 100% tonight Matt, but that's not going to stop me unleashing every bit of venom I have on Alberto Del Rio tonight."

Back in the arena, Del Rio's music hits and he makes his signature entrance, before mocking Orton's turnbuckle pose. The announcers remind viewers that Del Rio forced Orton to tap out at Hell In A Cell, saying you can't deny the ability of Del Rio. Orton's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd, and the Viper runs to the ring and starts unloading on Del Rio.

Del Rio takes advantage and after ten minutes hits an RKO on Orton to massive heat from the crowd, but Orton kicks out at two, much to the shock of the announcers. Del Rio then tries the Cross Arm-Breaker, but Orton rolls out and lands an RKO of his own for the win.

Randy Orton def. Alberto Del Rio

The fans cheer and Orton looks to leave the ring, but he has a change of heart and picks Del Rio up. He throws Del Rio over the top rope and follows him out of the ring. He smacks Del Rio's head against the announce table, before throwing him on top of the table. Orton scoops him up and RKOs Del Rio through the table, driving the fans crazy. Orton slowly walks away with a smirk on his face, and JR declares The Viper back to his dangerous best.

An advert for TLC airs, showing clips from past TLC matches and events.

Backstage, Mr McMahon is in his office. Vickie Guerrero then enters, and asks Vince if she will be named permanent General Manager of Raw tonight. Vince replies,

"Let me see Vickie, since you took over we've had a kidnapping, several assults, failed attempts to crown a number one contender and a car accident. I think it's safe to say you've not had control in the short time you've been in control. So no, you will not, you can go back to managing Dolph Ziggler."

Vickie protests that she parted ways with Ziggler to concentrate on her new job. Vince's reply:

"Then I suggest you find a new client."

Vickie storms out of the office, and Vince takes a seat.

Back live in the arena, R-Truth's music hits and Justin Roberts announces the following as an Intercontinental Championship match. As Truth makes his way to the ring, the announces set the scene – Truth and Miz were once partners, and one year ago they main evented Survivor Series together. Can Truth overcome his old partner tonight to become Intercontinental Champion, or will Miz continue on his quest to become the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time? Miz then makes his way to the ring, and the match is underway.

Miz has advantage in the early stages before Truth makes the comeback. He nails the Scissors Kick, but Miz manages to get his foot on the rope. Soon after. Miz takes advantage of Truth spending too long playing up to the fans and connects with a Skull Crushing Finale for the win.

The Miz def. R-Truth to retain the Intercontinental Championship

As Miz celebrates, the announcers feed to a video package on the Kane/Bryan feud. It begins with AJ standing Bryan up at the alter, before Bryan defeated Kane at SummerSlam. The pair went on to win the Tag Titles before Kane turned on Bryan. Kane then kidnapped AJ, and nobody has seen her since.

Live in the arena, Kane's pyro hits to boos. Kane appears on stage, carrying an unconscious AJ. The announcers sell shock as Kane makes his way to ringside and puts AJ on a chair. Bryan's music then hits, but rather than go to the ring he tries to check on AJ. Kane cuts him off and begins the ambush.

Kane dominates the majority of the match, before Bryan makes a typical babyface comeback. He brings Kane to his knees and begins his kicks to Kane's chest, before rounding off with a big kick to the head. Bryan then scales the top rope and prepares for his top rope headbutt, but suddenly AJ appears and pushes Bryan off the top rope to loud boos.

Daniel Bryan def. Kane via DQ

As the announcers sell confusion, Kane drops Bryan with a massive Chokeslam. AJ skips around as JBL concludes they've been working together all along. Kane picks AJ up and makes his exit, carrying AJ as she smiles up at Kane.

Backstage, Wade Barrett is giving the rest of his Survivor Series team a pep talk. He warns them that if they fail to win tonight, they will have him to answer to. Antonio Cesaro says he is the Champion of America, and can defeat all of Team Kofi single-handedly.

Back live, the announcers are on camera discussing AJ's betrayal of Daniel Bryan. Zack Ryder's music then hits, and Justin Roberts announces the following as the traditional Survivor Series elimination match. Gabriel & Kidd are next out, followed by Santino, and finally Kofi Kingston. JR notes Kofi is trying to get back in the title picture after losing his Intercontinental Championship at Hell In A Cell.

The Prime Time Players are first out for Team Barrett, followed by Antonio Cesaro. Out next is Michael McGillicutty, who makes his way to the ring with a mic in hand.

"Ever since I arrived here people have been comparing me to my father. They've been asking me how I can live up to the great Curt Hennig. Tonight I show the world that I will not only live up to my father's name, but I will surpass it. Why do I not go by the name Michael Hennig? Because I am better than that!"

JBL calls it a very bold statement before Wade Barrett makes his entrance.

McGillicuty makes an impressive start, getting an early elimination on Justin Gabriel with the PerfectPlex. The faces pull level after Kingston eliminates Darren Young, and soon after he gets a roll-up on Titus O'Neil to put Team Kingston 4-3 up.

Tyson Kidd is the next eliminated after Cesaro drops him with the Neutraliser. Barrett reverses a Cobra attempt from Santino into Wasteland to make it 3-2. McGillicutty attempts a PerfectPlex on Kofi, but he reverses into SOS and makes it 2-2.

McGillicutty does not react well, hitting his finisher on Kofi after been eliminated. Cesaro capitalises and gets the pin, before Ryder gets a quick roll-up on Cesaro which draws a pop from the crowd. Ryder builds momentum and has the upper-hand on Barrett, but he counters a Rough Ryder attempt into Winds Of Change and gets the win for his team.

Order Of Elimination:
1. Justin Gabriel (McGillicutty)
2. Darren Young (Kingston)
3. Titus O'Neil (Kingston)
4. Tyson Kidd (Cesaro)
5. Santino Marella (Barrett)
6. Michael McGillicutty (Kingston)
7. Kofi Kingston (Cesaro)
8. Antonio Cesaro (Ryder)
9. Zack Ryder (Barrett)

Team Barrett def. Team Kingston – Wade Barrett is the sole survivor.

As Barrett celebrates in the ring, the announcers feed to a replay of AJ turning on Daniel Bryan earlier in the night. Backstage, Matt Stryker has Daniel Bryan on his thoughts on what transpired. Before he can answer, Big Show is heard laughing and interrupts the interview.

"Never mind this little man and his lover's tiff, you should be asking the World Heavyweight Champion about his match in a couple of minutes... In fact, I'll save you asking the question, I'll tell you all about it. Three weeks ago I knocked Sheamus out and pinned him clean in the middle of the ring. Tonight I will knock him out again."

Show walks off, Bryan sighs and exits. Live in the arena, Lilian Garcia announces the following for the World Heavyweight Championship. Sheamus's music hits, and as he makes the his entrance the announcers feed to a replay of Show winning the title from Sheamus at Hell In A Cell, before transitioning to a replay of Sheamus pinning Show in a tag match this week. JBL reminds viewers Sheamus has been unable to connect with the Brogue Kick on Show, and says all it takes is one WMD from Show and it's lights out again. Show makes his entrance.

In another grueling fight, Sheamus once again hits White Noise but it's only good for the 2! Sheamus then sets up for the Brogue Kick, but in a repeat of Hell In A Cell Show connects with the WMD before Sheamus can make contact. Show goes for the cover, but Sheamus kicks out to a massive pop from the crowd. Show can't believe it, and sells anger toward the referee. As Show turns back around, Sheamus lands a Brogue Kick! The crowd are eating it up, and the announcers sell amazement when Show kicks out at 2! Sheamus signals for a second Brogue, but Show avoids the contact and Sheamus is straddled on the top rope. Show then hits a second WMD, sending Sheamus flying out of the ring. The ref starts the count-out, Sheamus is out of it and Show is worn out in the ring. The ref counts to ten and Show wins via count-out.

Big Show def. Sheamus to retain the World Heavyweight Championship

The ref hands Show his title belt, but suddenly Dolph Ziggler appears and smashes Show over the head with his Money In The Bank briefcase. Cole sells excitement, is Ziggler about to cash in? Before he can hand his contract over however, Sheamus takes his frustration at losing his title match out on Ziggler and lands a Brogue Kick! Show takes advantage of the close-call and bails the ring, with JBL emphasising that Sheamus just cost Ziggler the World Heavyweight Championship.

As Sheamus makes his way up the ramp, John Cena's music hits to a pop from the crowd. The announcers note Cena is scheduled to face Ziggler next, and JBL complains that Cena is praying on a man who nearly had his head taken off by Sheamus moments ago. Cena makes his way to the ring in his usual fashion, and the ref checks on Ziggler who is slowly getting back to his feet in the corner before calling for the bell to begin the match.

Cena has control of the early going as Dolph sells the effects of the Brogue Kick, but a Superkick out of nowhere levels things out. Dolph can't capitalise in time and Cena kicks out at 2. Dolph attempts a Zig-Zag, but Cena keeps a hold of Dolph on his back, hoists him up and delivers an Attitude Adjustment that is good for the win.

John Cena def. Dolph Ziggler

JR tells viewers that what was nearly Dolph winning the World Heavyweight Championship has turned into a night Dolph once again lost to Cena. JBL calls it an outrage as Cena celebrates in the ring. The announcers recap a highlights package on the last two matches.

Backstage, Michael McGillicutty is walking down the hall. Vickie Guerrero approaches him and tells him she has a proposition for him. McGillicutty follows Vickie into her office, and closes the door on the camera.

A graphic on screen shows it is time for the WWE Championship Last Man Standing match, and the announcers narrate into a video package on Ryback and CM Punk's recent feud.

Live in the arena, Justin Roberts announces the following for the WWE Championship before CM Punk's music hits to boos from the crowd. Punk makes his way to the ring, accompanied by Paul Heyman. He enters the ring, and demands a mic.

"Survivor Series, the home of injustice! Tonight I should have the night off in preparation for my one-year WWE Championship celebration tomorrow on Raw. The rules were made clear, the winner of Ryback vs Cena would face me tonight, and neither man won. But rather than show his Champion the respect he deserves, good old Vinnie Mac throws the rule book out of the window and here I am, defending my title against a man I defeated just weeks ago! And he makes it last man standing!? What an absolute joke of a decision."

Before he can continue, McMahon's music hits to a big reaction from the crowd. Vince struts on stage and cuts Punk off.

"You don't have to agree with my decisions Punk, but you do have to accept them. And that doesn't just go for me, it goes for the General Manager of SmackDown Booker T, and the new General Manager of Monday Night Raw..."

There is a pause before Jerry Lawler's music hits to a pop from the crowd. Lawler appears on stage and shakes Vince's hand as Punk fumes in the ring. King takes the mic from Vince.

"Thank you Mr McMahon. You know Punk, the last time we crossed paths it was nearly the death of me. But I don't want you to think that I hold any kind of grudge. As Raw GM I promise the WWE Universe and all the superstars here in WWE that I will be fair and impartial. Which is why, if you do win tonight, you can have your celebration at the very beginning of Raw tomorrow. But Punk, the mood that Ryback is in tonight, I don't see it happening."

Ryback's music then hits, and he marches to the ring as the announcers sell the excitement of Jerry Lawler becoming the new General Manager of Raw.

Ryback dominates Punk for the first 10 minutes, hitting him with an arsenal of power moves. Punk manages to get to his feet before ten, before bailing the ring. Ryback follows him out, and Punk cuts him off before throwing him into the ring steps. Punk enjoys a spell on top, taking a chair from ringside and working Ryback with it in the ring. Punk then connects with the GTS, but much to his shock Ryback gets to his feet at 9! This sparks the comeback, with Ryback hitting the Meathook on Punk. As the ref makes his count, Heyman enters the ring and pulls Punk to his feet, breaking the count.

Ryback chases Heyman from the ring, then picks Punk up for Shell Shock. Suddenly, Kane's pyro shoots of and AJ comes skipping to the ring. The announcers sell confusion. AJ waves to Ryback from ringside, before Kane appears in the ring and drops Ryback with a Chokeslam. The crowd boo, before Kane does the same to Punk! Kane calming exits the ring, picks up AJ and the pair exit. The crowd boos as the ref starts his ten count. JR doesn't understand Kane's motives.

Paul Heyman capitalises on events, pulling a pair of handcuffs from his pocket and strapping Ryback's ankle to the bottom rope. The fans are furious, Heyman helps Punk get to his feet. Ryback tries to get up but can't due to the handcuffs, and the ref gets to ten!

CM Punk def. Ryback to retain the WWE Championship

Ryback is still trying to get the handcuffs off of his ankle. Punk scrambles and picks up the chair and delivers a savage attack on Ryback as the crowd boos. Punk holds his belt aloft and declares himself the best in the world as Survivor Series goes off the air.

The Rock | Undertaker | Triple H | Chris Jericho | Stone Cold

CM Punk | Dean Ambrose | Mark Henry | Daniel Bryan | Dolph Ziggler

Austin Aries | Jeff Hardy | AJ Styles | Bully Ray | Christopher Daniels

Re: WWE: Road To WM30

WWE Raw – Monday 19th November 2012

Raw begins with stills from last night's dramatic Survivor Series pay-per-view, with clips of commentary accompanying them. In the main event, Kane inexplicably interfered in the WWE Champoinship match and Chokeslamed both Ryback and CM Punk. Paul Heyman took advantage of the situation and handcuffed Ryback to the bottom rope, preventing him from getting to his feet, and ensuring Punk retained his Championship. Kane was apparently instructed what to do by a crazed AJ Lee, who once again stabbed Daniel Bryan in the back and joined forces with the Big Red Machine.

Also at Survivor Series, moments after losing his World Heavyweight Championship rematch against Big Show, Sheamus landed a Brogue Kick on Dolph Ziggler as he attempted to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase. John Cena was able to win his match against Ziggler soon after.

Live in the arena, the ring is decorated in balloons and banners. Paul Heyman is mid-ring with a microphone in hand.

"Ladies and gentlemen of the audience and the viewing public, tonight is a historic night. Tonight we kick off WWE Raw with a celebration, a celebration to mark CM Punk holding and defending the WWE Championship for 365 consecutive days. In this era, that is a truly legendary feat, one that will not be equaled for a very long time... if ever! Last night, CM Punk did what he always does, and that is beat the man challenging for his Championship. And tonight, he is here in person to celebrate a glorious year. Please be upstanding and welcome your WWE Champion, CM PUNK!"

Cult Of Personality hits to boos as CM Punk appears, holding his WWE Championship aloft. He makes his way to the ring and takes a mic.

"Thank you Paul. You people can boo who you want, but let me put it to you in a manor so simple that even you can understand. Every single person that has challenged me for this championship since Survivor Series 2011 as failed. That includes John Cena, that includes Chris Jericho, that includes Big Show, Kane, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, every single person has tried and failed, nobody has pinned my shoulders down for 3. And last night, for the second time in three weeks, Ryback tried... and he failed!

"365 days is a fair way off the two-thousand and odd days that Bruno Sanmartino had the title, sure, but you never saw Bruno defending as often as I do, in matches like Hell In A Cell or Last Man Standing like I do, as far as I am concerned I am not only the best in the world, but I am the best of all time! And with that in mind, there is nobody left to challenge me, I have nothing left to prove, I will take up this entire two-hour broadcast with my celebration because I have earned it! And there isn't a single person back there who's going to tell me any different."

Suddenly, John Cena'a music hits to a big pop from the crowd. Cena salutes the fans and enters the ring, taking a balloon and pretending to join in the party in a sarcastic fashion. Cena then takes a mic from ringside. Before he can say anything, Heyman speaks.

Heyman: "You were not invited to this party..."

Cena: "Oh I know, but I was sitting back there and couldn't help but come out here and correct Mr Punk on something. Let me take you all back to Night Of Champions this year."

A replay of the finish from Night Of Champions plays, where Cena hits a middle-rope Germany suplex and pins Punk, but his own shoulders were also down for three meaning the title stayed with Punk.

Cena: "Punk, you claimed that nobody has pinned your shoulders down for three... I did. You got lucky that night, and before I got my rightful rematch in Hell In A Cell I got injured. Well Punk, I'm back, and I want my rematch."

The crowd cheers, but Punk laughs.

Punk: "Are you for real? I've beaten you so many times I've lost count these last few years!"

Before anyone else can speak, Dolph Ziggler's music brings out Mr Money In The Bank. He marches to the ring with a mic.

Ziggler: "Are you out of your mind John? You only manage to beat me when a ref blows a call, or when a crazed Irishman damn near kicks my head off before our match. I may be Mr Money In The Bank, but if it wasn't for Sheamus I would be the World Heavyweight Champion right now. And if John Cena thinks he is getting any shots at any titles before me he has another thing coming. Just because I've got a guaranteed World Title shot does not mean I can't go for your gold too Punk, if you're going to defend against anyone it's going to be me!"

Flames suddenly explode on the stage and Kane's music hits to boos, before Kane and AJ appear on the stage. AJ speaks on behalf of Kane.

AJ: "Me and my monster are going to speak now. John, Dolph, you're both wrong. The man who is going to take that championship from CM Punk is Kane. And let me tell you why... because Kane is the most dominant force in WWE and there isn't a single person who can stop him. Besides Punk, if it wasn't for me and my monster last night, we wouldn't even be having a title celebration tonight. Kane attacked Ryback because he could, to prove a point, and that point will be proven further when my monster takes that title from you."

Everyone starts arguing and talking over each-other about the issues before Jerry Lawler appears on the Titantron.

Lawler: "Tonight is my first night as Raw's new General Manager, and I want to kick things off with a bang. CM Punk, I promised you a title celebration last night and I gave you one. But if you think you're going to stop defending your championship you are mistaken. Next month is the TLC pay-per-view and you will defend your championship against the winner of tonight's fatal-fourway match between John Cena, Dolph Ziggler, Kane... and Ryback!"

The crowd cheers as Punk fumes. Raw goes to commercial with everyone still arguing.

Back live, Rhodes Scholars make their entrance for tag team action. The announcers remind viewers they are still Tag Champions following their win last night at Survivor Series. The Usos perform their full entrance and make their way to the ring as the opponents, with JR saying a win would put them in the title picture. Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara are shown watching the action on a monitor backstage.

In a short match, Rhodes and Sandow hit their finishers in unison to score the pin.

Rhodes Scholars def. The Usos

Sandow takes a mic.

"Allow me to beg your indulgence for just one moment. My name is Damien Sandow, he is my best friend Cody Rhodes, and we are your Tag Team Champions. Last night we defeated those masked miscreants Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara in a conclusive and definitive fashion. Tonight we have laid these flabby fools to waste. There isn't a team in the WWE who can come close to defeating us because we are more than a team, we are best friends! And you can sleep easy at night knowing we will continue to reign over the tag team division for the benefit of all of you... You're Welcome!"

Rhodes Scholars exit to boos and the action transitions backstage, where Matt Stryker has AJ and Kane for an interview. Stryker asks AJ to explain her actions after once again turning on Daniel Bryan at Survivor Series. She replies;

"Once again? Oh Matthew, you're so simple. Let me take you back to WrestleMania, I followed Daniel around like a lost puppy, head-over-heels in love. But he was cruel to me. And I haven't forgotten about that. So I hatched a plan, a long-term plan to make Danie Bryan's life as miserable as possible. It started at Raw 1000 with the anger management classes, do you think it was a coincidence that I forced him into therapy with a monster like Kane? Then there was Team Hell No – the whole thing was a front to lul Daniel into a false sence of security so that when the time was right I could once again bring him to his knees. And now me and my monster have disposed of Daniel Bryan, we will go on to win the four-way tonight and win the WWE Championship. Nobody is safe."

AJ skips away, and Kane follows her.

Back in the arena, US Champion Antonio Cesaro is in the ring with a mic.

"Last night, a travesty occurred. I was pinned to the mat by Zack Ryder. I am your United States Chmapion, and I stand by my vow that no American will take this title from me. But that does not excuse my lapse in concentration last night, and tonight I promise you all that I will extract my revenge tonight on Mr Ryder's friend... Santino Marella."

Santino's music hits to a cheer from the crowd, and Raw goes to commercials as he makes his way to the ring.

Back live, the match is underway. Santino gets in little offense, and Cesaro finishes him off with ease with a Neutraliser.

Antonio Cesaro def. Santino

Cesaro continues to beat down Santino after the match before Zack Ryder's music hits to a cheer from the crowd. Ryder storms the ring and trades blows with Cesaro, before sending him over the top rope and out of the ring. Cesaro mouths off at Ryder, clutching his championship.

The announcers transition to stills from Survivor Series – Dolph Ziggler was looking to cash in his Money In The Bank contract, but Sheamus nailed him with a Brogue Kick. This week on Main Event, Ziggler and Sheamus go one-on-one. Still to come tonight – John Cena, Kane, Dolph Ziggler and Ryback in a fatal-fourway #1 contendership match. But up next, Sheamus teams with Kofi Kingston to take on Big Show and Wade Barrett in tag action.

An advert for TLC airs, highlighting there will be 1 TLC match, as well as tables, chairs and ladder matches.

Back in the arena, Wade Barrett's music hits for tag action. The announcers play up Barrett looking to continue the momentum after being the sole survivor in the traditional elimination match last night. Big Show is out next, looking in confident mood after retaining against Sheamus last night. Kofi Kingston is out first for the faces, followed by Sheamus to a big pop from the crowd. The match goes to commercials 3 minutes in.

Raw returns with Sheamus gaining the upper-hand on Show. Sheamus attempts a Brogue Kick, but Show avoids contact. He's had enough, he tags Barrett in and walks up the ramp. Barrett shouts over to Show, asking where he's going. He turns around and walks right into a Brogue Kick.

Sheamus & Kofi Kingston def. Wade Barrett & Big Show

Backstage, CM Punk and Paul Heyman are in conversation. Punk says there is no way he is defending his championship against Ryback for a third consecutive time, and tells Heyman they need a plan.

In Jerry Lawler's office, The King is on the phone thanking Mr McMahon for naming him Raw GM. 3MB burst into his office. Lawler asks what they want, Slater speaks on behalf of the group.

"Last night was Survivor Series baby, yet 3MB weren't on the card! People ordering that pay-per-view will have been left disappointed they did not get to see myself, Drew and Jinder perform."

King laughs, and tells Slater he will be performing in singles action... next.

Back with the announcers live in the arena, JR and Michael Cole discuss the events of Survivor Series before wondering who will win the number one contendership match tonight. JR picks Ryback, Cole goes with Kane. 3MB's music hits, we will find out Heath Slater's opponent after the break.

Raw returns with an advert for Main Event, where Sheamus goes one-on-one with Dolph Ziggler. Live in the arena, 3MB are playing air-instruments to boos. Randy Orton's music hits to a good reaction from the crowd, and The Viper makes his way to the ring. The announcers remind fans about Orton's victory over Alberto Del Rio last night, before revealing Del Rio has been ruled out for a number of weeks following the RKO through the announce table.

Orton dominates the match, but whenever he goes for a cover 3MB jump the apron to distract the referee. The ref has enough and ejects McIntyre and Mahal. Slater protests, then walks right into an RKO.

Randy Orton def. Heath Slater

Orton celebrates to cheers and the announcers put over his dominance since returning, and question what is next for The Viper.

The announcers feed to a Tout video from Wade Barrett – he says it takes more than one Brogue Kick to halt the Barrett Barage and vows to come back stronger than ever.

John Cena is shown backstage, Matt Stryker speaks to Cena after the break.

Back live, Stryker asks Cena for his thoughts going into the fatal-fourway match tonight.

"Matt, tonight I step into the ring with three men I'm familiar with. Me and Kane go way back – Falls Count Anywhere matches, Ambulance matches, we have torn each other apart. Ryback, well we had two great matches recently, and let me tell you that guy hits harder than anyone I've been in the ring with. And then there's my good friend Dolph, let me tell you that guy isn't far from becoming one of the very best. So tonight will be tough, but the prize is worth it. I got sloppy at Night Of Champions, my shoulders were down when I had CM Punk beat. At TLC, I won't make the same mistake."

Live in the arena, Tyson Kidd is in the ring waiting for singles competition. Vickie Guerrero's voice is heard...
