Dunkin' Donuts Center - January 31, 2012
Providence, Rhode Island
Yoshi Tatsu vs. Darren Young
A very short but very solid dark match welcomed the Providence, Rhode Island crowd. Darren Young was firmly in control and it as angering the crowd until suddenly Yoshi Tatsu found a gap in Young's offence after he failed to hit a diving crossbody from the middle rope, Tatsu took full advantage of this and quickly executed a harsh roundhouse kick, crushing Darren Young's face and securing a three count victory.
WINNER: Yoshi Tatsu (via pin fall)
Yoshi Tatsu received a decent ovation from the crowd inside the Dunkin;' Donuts Center as Darren Young tends to his now destroyed face.

The Raw Opening video package plays which is accompanied by the band Nickleback's hit, Burn It To The Ground. We are welcomed into the live broadcast by Jerry "The King" Lawler and Michael Cole. The King informs us that tonight, the Royal Rumble Winner will be in attendance to decide which champion he wants to face however, this is overshadowed by the over enthusiastic Michael Cole who mentions how excited he is to be living in the "Era of Awesomeness" after the Miz successfully retained the WWE Championship at last night's Royal Rumble pay-per-view, defeating Randy Orton once more. Jerry Lawler tuts and groans at Michael Cole's continuous support of the Miz but they are suddenly cut off by "AWWEEESSSSOMMMMEEE" - "I CAME TO PLAY"
which prompts the crowd to hiss and boo loudly and soon enough, the WWE Champion emerges from backstage, donning a rather neat grey suit with a purple shirt and black tie covered in stars, with of course the WWE Championship slung over his left shoulder and his accomplice, Alex Riley following a few steps behind, as always carrying his silver briefcase. Michael Cole over does his part on commentary, hyping the Miz up to extreme levels as he reminds us that Miz successfully cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase contract and went on to defeat Orton on a further two occasions.
The Miz smugly enters the ring, a microphone handed to him, he waltzes into the middle of the ring and just grins, the crowd however aren't grinning and are opting to continue to boo the WWE Champion - Miz however, doesn't let the fans get to him and he then decides to speak. The Miz told the Mizfits that once again, he charmed "The Viper" for the third consecutive time. He brought up how it seemed to be becoming a trend but also stated he was putting an end to the trend as from here on out, Randy Orton would not be in contention for a shot at the WWE Championship as long as Miz was standing atop the WWE. Miz told the doubters who had tried to shame him that he proved each and every single one of them wrong again when he beat Randy Orton and he proved he is the most must see WWE Champion in recent history. After some more babble about how... awesome... he is, the arena is giving off a fair amount of heat as he continues to put himself over. Miz says that WrestleMania is only a few short months away and he plans on once again successfully defending the WWE Championship.
The Miz is then suddenly cut off by "Releza"
and the winner of the 2011 40-Man Royal Rumble Match drives out onto the side stage with Ricardo Rodriguez WITH him. The duo exit the flashy convertible and smirk in fans faces as they walk towards the ring. Miz remains in the ring, looking at Del Rio with a look of disgust, Del Rio gets into the ring as Ricardo rushes round to get him a microphone. Del Rio isn't able to speak just yet as Miz quickly asks him who he thinks he is for coming out and interrupting the WWE Champion - Del Rio responds with "The possible number one contender for that WWE Championship!" The crowd don't really know how to respond to this but Miz certainly looks anxious. Miz tells Del Rio that there isn't a hope in hell that he could beat him because he is the most must see WWE Champion of all time... Del Rio smirks, almost laughing in Miz's face. Del Rio responds with "...well then, 'Champ' - maybe we'll find out at WrestleMania?" Michael Cole thinks this is Del Rio confirming he wants to face The Miz however, it is not, not yet anyway as before anything else happens, the sound of "Metalingus"
hits the PA System and with the crowd on their feet cheering, the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge walks out onto the stage wearing street gear and vintage Edge & Christian like sunglasses. Edge powers down towards the ring, entering it with a bit of caution as there are four heels in the ring. He has a microphone in hand and is quick to congratulate Alberto Del Rio - Del Rio however isn't after a congratulations, he's after a championship. Edge responds with "How about you try me then, big boy?" to which the crowd explode at and The Miz starts to back off, taking a back seat for now. Edge asks Del Rio if he's prepared to challenge for his World Championship because if he decides to, Edge is going to see fit that he breaks Alberto Del Rio's arm for doing similar to his best friend, Christian. This of course, riles Del Rio up, he grits his teeth but he suddenly gives off a smirk at Edge, laughing at what he did to Christian. Edge removes his sunglasses and dares Del Rio to challenge him for the World title at WrestleMania. Del Rio looks at Edge, then to Miz and then back at Edge and then out of no where, The Miz attacks Edge from behind! The WWE Champion starts to kick the crap out of the Rated R Superstar and Alberto Del Rio joins in, the duo stomp away at Edge until finally the Anonymous Raw General Manager's alert goes off, prompting Miz & Del Rio to leave Edge, allowing the World Champion to regroup on the outside.
Michael Cole gets up and announces that he has received an e-mail from the Anonymous Raw General Manager, as usual, the crowd boo for Cole as he shimmy's over to the laptop and opens it up. He quotes "First of all, congratulations to Alberto Del Rio for winning the biggest Royal Rumble match in WWE history, a feat that was by no means easy second of all, I'm not happy about Edge coming to my show and causing trouble... So, tonight Edge is under my authority and will be competing in the ring tonight in a special match, a match that will also feature a champion - the champion of my brand, the WWE Champion, The Miz! (The crowd pop) I'm sure Mr. Del Rio will be at ringside for this match tonight to further evaluate his options however, should Mr. Del Rio not make a decision tonight, he will have until this Friday Night to decide which champion he would like to face. Please understand that I have to allocate a time frame to this because if Mr. Del Rio takes too long to establish which champion he wants to face, Monday Night Raw could end up without a WWE Championship match at WrestleMania" The crowd pops loudly, Del Rio looks slightly annoyed about being rushed to make a decision by a General Manager that isn't even his whilst The Miz & Edge seem to both relish the chance of proving which champion is superior to the other. Michael Cole states that there is more for what is happening on Raw tonight. "I have also put together a series of matches that will determine the competitors in the Raw WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match which will take place in just short of one months time." Michael Cole ends it there and the opening segment closes with Edge & Miz staring at each other and Del Rio constantly eyeing both individuals. Raw heads into a commercial break.

Raw returns backstage to which Santino Marella is seen standing by with Josh Matthews. Matthews asks Santino how he feels coming up short in the Royal Rumble match, Santino replies that he is disappointed in himself but, tonight he has a chance to redeem himself because he just got word that later tonight, he is going to be in an Elimination Chamber Qualifying match. Santino says that come WrestleMania, he's going to be not only Tag Team Champion, but he will be walking in WWE Champion and the whole of Italy will have a party when it happens. Josh wishes Santino luck and he walks off, sending us back to the ring area.
We see that one competitor has already entered the ring and it's Zack Ryder who has a large toothy grin on his face, perhaps just happy to be featured on Raw for once however, his smirk changes to worry as the music of the New Nexus leader, CM Punk hits and he strolls down to the ring with Mason Ryan at his side. Justin Roberts announces that this match is in fact an Elimination Chamber Qualifying match. Before Punk enters the ring, he informs Ryan to stay at the ramp and keep a look out, this can only be taken as Punk taking a precaution in case Randy Orton is to show up, the very man who was cost the WWE Championship by Punk. Punk finally enters the ring and referee Jack Doane gets the match officially started.
ELIMINATION CHAMBER QUALIFIER
Zack Ryder vs. CM Punk (w/Mason Ryan)
This opening contest didn't seem like it was going to last very long, since Zack Ryder is treated as a main eventer... on Superstars and CM Punk is treated as miles above Zack Ryder however, this opening contest gave the fans quite a few surprises. Punk made the mistake of underestimating his opponent to the point that Zack Ryder nearly pulled off a victory on more than one occasion. Punk quickly shifted the momentum into his hands with a very harsh kick to Zack Ryder's temple, looking as if it literally knocked Ryder out, or at least dazed him a significant bit. Punk from here punished Ryder, driving his elbow into the side of his head over and over again, almost getting himself disqualified. Punk would finish the match off with a Go To Sleep and rather than pinning Ryder, he locked in the Anaconda Vice to which Ryder was unable to even submit and Jack Doane called the bell due to Ryder's inability to compete any further.
WINNER: CM Punk (Via Submission)
CM Punk refused to release his hold on Zack Ryder and not even the referee could get him off. Punk had a sadistic look on his face but, the crowd soon turned to cheering which was confusing at first but then we seen that Randy Orton had entered the territory from under the ring! Mason Ryan was unaware as CM Punk got his ass kicked. Ryan only noticed when he took the initiative to look up at the titantron and seen Randy Orton setting Punk up for the R.K.O. Punk was almost to his feet but Ryan had stormed the ring, forcing Orton to focus on him and Punk was able to hightail it. Orton easily took out Mason Ryan, taking him down quickly with a neckbreaker/backbreaker combo and following up with the deadly finisher, the R.K.O. Orton then warned Punk that this was his future, Punk looked on in worry as Orton backed into the corner and Mason Ryan got on all fours which resulted in Orton kicking his head like it was a football and knocking the big man clean out. Punk retreated up the ramp as quickly as he could and vanished out of sight as Orton looked on, surveying what he did to Mason Ryan.

We change to the backstage area where United States Champion, Daniel Bryan is talking with his girlfriend, Gail Kim. The Bella Twins walk up and start to make fun of Gail Kim and then make fun of Daniel Bryan for being a vegan. Gail Kim looks to lash out at the Bella's but Bryan stops her, holding her back. Brie & Nikki walk off saying that they will see them out in the ring. Raw goes to another break.
62 DAYS AWAY
Back from the break, we're backstage once more and this time, in the locker room of the Nexus which has the leader, CM Punk and the other members, Husky Harris, David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty. CM Punk said that tonight they need to keep a watchful eye because Randy Orton is going to do whatever he can to try and tear them a part bit by bit. Punk assures them that soon enough, the plan will fall into place but right now, they need to keep an eye out for Orton and make sure they do not fail like Mason Ryan did. Punk says that Harris & McGillicutty also need to focus for their match later tonight. McGillicutty asks what the condition of Mason Ryan is and Punk responds saying he doesn't care, Mason failed the group and as punishment, he wont be returning.

We're now back at the ring area and the music of Gail Kim hits, bringing out the sparingly used Diva. She is accompanied by the WWE United States Champion, Daniel Bryan and is looking like she's going to throw down some serious business. She gets to the ring and then the Bella Twins come out to a negative reception, they cockily walk down to the ring and it is announced that it is Nikki who will be competing tonight.
Nikki Bella (w/Brie Bella) vs. Gail Kim (w/Daniel Bryan)
After allowing the Bella's all of two seconds to pose in the ring, Gail Kim rushed the duo, going after whichever one she could get her hands on. This led to some confusion as to who was who because both had been knocked down. Regardless, the referee proceeded and Kim went to work on a Bella Twin. Kim would pull off some of the usual Diva's like moves when in a jealousy feud, pulling hair and smashing the Bella Twin's head off the canvas however, she would also go back to her roots and do some high flying, nailing her opponent with a missile drop kick. The move was not enough to defeat the twin so Kim went for it again, however the other Bella grabbed hold of her foot, not allowing her to dive off and the Bella in the ring took advantage. She
quickly climbed the turnbuckle and yanked Gail Kim off by her hair! Gail landed sort of awkwardly on her elbow and she screamed out in legitimate pain immediately. The Bella went over to cover her but there was an obvious moment of confusion, Kim was unable to move properly so an awful inside cradle came, allowing Gail Kim to pick up the victory.
WINNER: Gail Kim (Via Pin Fall)
After the bell rings, The Bella Twins are both on the outside immediately and the referee checks on Gail Kim, as does Daniel Bryan who has entered the ring at this point. Referee Charles Robinson throws up the "X" sign and that signals that Kim is hurt. The Bella's are on the outside arguing over the loss but the fans aren't paying attention, their concern is Gail Kim who could have possibly seriously injured herself after her fall. A stretcher is brought out and rather than letting us watch it all, we fade into a video package.
"The Misterious Warrior" Sin Cara
Coming back from the video package, we see John Cena and he's.... WALKING. John Cena is heading out to the ring and Raw goes to a break.
Back from the break, John Cena's music hits to a thunderous pop, he enters the ring area wearing his purple attire and heads straight towards the ring. Cena enters and gets a microphone. The fans, especially the women and kids are going insane as Cena stands in the ring, the men however are trying to start up a "CENA SUCKS" chant, but it's proving unsuccessful for now. Cena gets on the microphone and says he isn't going to complain about what happened to him at Royal Rumble, he isn't going to send an e-mail or a text to the Raw GM about what Miz did to him, what he is going to do however, is get his place in the Elimination Chamber and take the WWE Championship from Miz because when Miz cost Cena the Royal Rumble, he cost him a main event match at WrestleMania and that's something that doesn't come around often. (Saying the man who has main evented a fair few WrestleMania's) Cena says that next week, he has an Elimination Chamber qualifier and he will be entering that match as one of the four other challengers and will be leaving the match the sole WWE Champion. He states that for the rest of the night, he's bought out one of the Skyboxes in the arena and is going to watch from up there. He makes his way into the crowd and up towards his skybox.
As Cena is making his way up towards his seating place, "We Are One"
by 12 Stones plays, bringing out Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty. They walk towards the ring with a bit of apprehension, constantly looking behind them in case of a venomous attack. They do eventually make it to the ring and when they do, their opponents are introduced. It's The Uso's who get pretty much no reaction at all from the crowd however, they remain lively and jump around as they get to the ring.
TAG TEAM MATCH
The Nexus (Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty) vs. The Uso's (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso)
The fans are given another what is a squash match. The Nexus have The Uso's firmly controlled, with Husky Harris doing the work on Jimmy Uso. Harris got Jimmy into a bear hug and just treated him like a rag doll, swinging him around but, it never forced him to pass out. Harris then rammed Jimmy into the turnbuckles and proceeded to drive his shoulder into the sternum of the Samoan native. Harris was just toying with him and after a couple of minutes of this, he tagged in McGillicutty, as he entered, he dropped a knee across Jimmy's throat, doing the same a few more times and then tagging himself back out. Harris got back in and dropped a few elbows across the chest of Jimmy Uso and then he once again tagged out, bringing Michael McGillicutty back in. The fans were rapidly getting a bit bored of the match, a section even began a small but audible "BORING!" chant. Harris would drive Jimmy Uso down with a taste of his own medicine, a Samoan Drop and from here, the presence of a snake excited the fans.
From the crowd, we seen Randy Orton hop over the guard rail once again and he quickly got into the ring, heading for Husky Harris however Harris was somewhat ready for The Viper, responding to his right hands with a series of his own the bell would ring and the Nexus would win by Disqualification.
WINNERS: The Nexus (Husky Harris & Michael McGillicutty) (Via Disqualification)
The beating continued after the bell, however. McGillicutty got into the ring to assist Husky Harris and for a few brief moments, Orton was getting pounded on but, he was able to duck under a double clothesline and take them out one by one, he dropped McGillicutty with a right hand and then took the big Husky Harris down with a dropkick. The dropkick sent Harris out of the ring and left Michael McGillicutty as Orton's sole prey. Orton pounded on him, bringing his forearm across his chest over and over again until McGillicutty went red. Orton then pulled him up and did the exact same as he did to Mason Ryan earlier in the night, he planted an R.K.O on his victim. CM Punk stormed out onto the stage which got Orton's attention. Punk began to walk down tot he ring and Orton was welcoming it but, Punk stopped as he noticed McGillicutty was stirring, this turned Orton's attention to it too and of course only set Michael up for a certain exile from the Nexus. Orton kept an eye on Punk as he waited for the right moment to pounce and when it did, he charged at McGillicutty and took his head clean off like he did earlier to Mason Ryan! Punk fell to his knees as another member of his Nexus was taken out, two in the space of one night!

Before going to another ad break, the camera goes backstage and we see Gail Kim heading towards an ambulance with Daniel Bryan walking close by, he's heading off with her. Gail Kim is obviously concious but is being taken to the hospital for safety reasons, apparently. She gets loaded into the ambulance and just as Daniel Bryan went to enter the ambulance, he is booted in the face by... JACKSON ANDREWS! Andrews starts to stomp on Daniel Bryan with Gail Kim screaming loudly. Andrews grabs Bryan and rams his head off the side of the ambulance, forcing the United States Champion to fall onto the hard parking lot concrete - Tyson Kidd comes into view and surveys what his returning bodyguard just did and he picks up the United States Championship, smirking and then tossing it over Bryan's lifeless body. The commercial break now comes.

Returning from the ad break, we're in the silently filled arena until we hear "La Vittoria è Mia"
hit the PA System and the Royal Rumble 2011 Runner Up, Santino Marella comes out onto the stage with his partner, Vladimir Kozlov at his side. They bring the Tag Team Championships with them and head towards the ring as the crowd cheer loudly for the duo. They get to the ring and pose to the crowd and then Santino's opponent comes out with "Villain"
music playing, bringing out King of the Ring 2008 Winner and former Raw General Manager, William Regal to a mixed response. Regal gets to the ring in quick fashion and removes his robe before entering. Black Ref has been appointed to this match.
ELIMINATION CHAMBER QUALIFIER
Santino Marella (w/Vladimir Kozlov) vs. William Regal
This match was quite a competitive one, both men were obviously wanting to get into the Elimination Chamber match. The beginning started off slow, with William Regal utilizing his amateur wrestling on Santino which included some waistlocks and takedowns but, eventually Regal changed tactics to his old background, and tried to brawl with Santino, forearming the Tag Team Champion several times in the back of the head. Regal remained in control for another three minutes, he took the game to Santino but when he attempted to drive Santino down with a superplex, the momentum changed - Santino pushed Regal off the top rope, forcing him down onto his back. Santino dived off the middle rope with a headbutt but was unsuccessful in gaining a three count.
Santino began to play around a bit, perhaps taking it too lightly and he got William Regal in a firemans carry and pulled off a long Airplane Spin, which of course made him just as dizzy as it did Regal. The dizzyness would prove to be more fatal to Santino, though as he actually fell to his knees, Regal was able to fall against the ropes and hold on, he seen Santino getting back up and charged, lifting his knee and smacking it against Santino's nose! Santino was down and a small amount of blood was trickling out of his nose, his tag team partner looked on from the outside with some concern. Regal went into a cover but Santino kicked out at two. The Englishman went on to keep momentum in his favour until Santino countered a half nelson suplex into a snapmare. Regal wasn't out of it, though, he reached into his tights to grab a hold of the infamous brass knucks as Santino set up for the Cobra, wiping away the blood under his nose. Kozlov however, seen Regal getting the Brass Knucks and stepped up onto the apron to tell the referee but Black Ref was having none of it, demanding Kozlov get down, which he didn't. Santino charged his Cobra for Regal's face but the 2008 King of the Ring winner ducked under and responded by knocking Santino out with the knucks! Black Ref turned to see Regal falling on top of Santino so ignored Kozlov and went to make the three count. It was over!
WINNER: William Regal (Via Pin Fall)
Regal made a quick exit from the ring as Kozlov entered and he walked up the ramp with his arms in the air, the crowd booing as he passed them. Kozlov tended to Santino who was just coming round from being KO'd from that hard power the punch shot. Kozlov helped Santino to his feet but as soon as Santino was back with it enough to realize what happened, he shoved Kozlov off, telling him to get off and leave him alone. Santino stared at Kozlov as if it was his fault and left the ring, not even taking his Tag Team Title with him. Santino walked up the ramp, looking back to see a confused and worried Kozlov staring back.

Backstage, in the Miz's lockerroom, we see him and Alex Riley talking. The camera doesn't pick up what they are saying but whatever it is, it seems important because Miz is doing a lot of pointing. We cut back inside the arena to see John Cena watching The Miz & Alex Riley on the titantron, smirking as he does so. Raw fades into it's final commercial break and up next is the Champion vs. Champion match.
- - - - -
We're back, and before we get to see Miz or Edge, we hear the sound of "Releza"
once again, which brings out Alberto Del Rio. Ricardo Rodriguez is situated in the ring to announce his client to the ring. Del Rio comes out in his flashy convertible once again and heads down and gets on commentary with Michael Cole & Jerry Lawler. Del Rio tells King to shut up because the real royalty has just taken over commentary. Now that Del Rio is comfortable, "Metalingus"
hits, bringing out the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge to a big pop. Edge sets off his pyrotechnics and gets to the ring. Next, we hear "AWWEEESSSSOMMMMEEE" - "I CAME TO PLAY"
hit, to a massive amount of heat and out comes the WWE Champion, The Miz who is alone without Alex Riley. Miz wears a new AWESOME Hoodie and has the hood up covering his face, Edge seems to be a bit confused by this but he allows it to happen, maybe he should have just remained cautious because from behind, he got attacked by The Miz!
CHAMPION vs. CHAMPION
Edge vs. The Miz (w/Alex Riley)
Alberto Del Rio on Special Guest Commentary
It's quickly revealed that it was Alex Riley under the hoodie and caused the distraction, allowing Miz to take advantage. Miz would pound away on the World Heavyweight Champion until he was forced off by the referee, however it would only be by a few short seconds because Miz pushed past the referee and continued to assault Smackdown's champion. It was clear as day that the WWE Champion wanted to further add to his credentials as WWE Champion by toppling this multi-time World Champion in Edge. Miz punishes Edge in the corner before deciding to Irish Whip him over to the opposite side. Mi darts at the Rated R Superstar and connects with his trademark Awesome Clothesline. The Rated R Superstar falls forwards, hitting the canvas and now Miz looks to utilize more moves from his arsenal, pulling Edge up by his surgically repaired neck and looking for a Snap DDT! Edge blocked it and fended Miz off with right hands to the sternum.
Edge was still being held inside the front facelock but, to get himself out he pulled off a northern lights suplex! Edge had the cover but it was only a two count, both men got back to their feet and Edge sent his boot into Miz's face, forcing the Awesome One down. Miz rolled out of the ring and regrouped with Alex Riley, out of the blue, Edge runs and does a plauncha to the outside! He connects to both Alex Riley & Miz but more of Riley as Miz tried to pull him in front of him to avoid damage Only it was a bit slow and less effective as it would be from the likes of Rey Mysterio. Both men are down on the outside, we get a quick shot of John Cena in his skybox and then a quick glimpse of a smirking Alberto Del Rio.
After about a six count, both champions got themselves back in the ring and Edge set up for the finish, looking for a spear. Alex Riley was back up in time to grab a hold of Edge's ankle and keep him stuck in the corner, this allowed Miz to drill his knee into the sternum of Edge and he followed up with the Snap DDT he was looking for earlier. Miz went to the cover but it wasn't over yet. Miz pulled Edge back up to his vertical base and sent him back down with a hard scoop slam. The WWE Champion began to give off the sense of cockyness, almost as if he felt like Edge was almost done. After a minute or so of keeping on top of Edge, he called for the finish, going for Skull Crushing Finale! EDGE COUNTERED, blocking the move from going through and fucking under The Miz! Miz turned and was booted in the midsection and driven down with the Edgecution! Both men were now down and left to try to answer the ten count - at three, Edge was stirring and pushed over Miz, draping his arm over his chest. IT WAS ONLY TWO!
Edge couldn't believe it, nor could the crowd who were chanting "SPEAR, SPEAR, SPEAR" at Edge who soon confirmed that he was going for said move. Edge backed himself into the corner, making sure Alex Riley wasn't anywhere to be seen. Edge scouted The Miz and then charged, MIZ SIDESTEPPED IT! But he grabbed onto Edge's left arm and pulled off Skull Crushing Finale! Miz franticly turned Edge and hooked the leg! HE got the three count!
WINNER: The Miz (Via Pin Fall)
The Miz had his arm raised in victory by the referee and Alex Riley got himself into the ring but, Miz hadn't been given his WWE Championship... because on the outside, Alberto Del Rio had left commentary and grabbed the WWE Championship & the World Heavyweight Championship! Miz stared menacingly at the Royal Rumble Winner as he calmly walked up the steel stairs and entered the ring. Alberto Del Rio was within a few feet of Miz's face and looked as if he was about to make a decision as to which champion he was going to face. Miz looked to grab his WWE Championship but Del Rio pulled it back, not giving it to Miz and it looked like he had chosen to face Miz at WrestleMania! But, within a few seconds, Del Rio slowly handed out the WWE Championship and The Miz took it from him. Miz looked to turn away but, Del Rio however, kept a hold of one of the side of the straps and pulled The Miz back around, cracking him over the skull with the World Heavyweight Championship! The fans went nuts, Alex Riley tried to get some retribution but he got tossed out of the ring, landing almost like Taka did when he got eliminated from the Royal Rumble! Edge was back to his feet, facing away from Del Rio. Del Rio still had a hold of the World Championship and as soon as Edge turned around, he too got cracked over the head with the title! The fans were left confused and Alberto Del Rio had not made his decision as to which champion he was going to face. We get a glimpse of Cena looking on in confusion before we cut back to the ring. The end credits came on and Raw faded out to black with Del Rio standing amidst the destruction, holding both WWE World Championships.

So first show doing a different recap style. I seen someone who did this in a thread somewhere else and thought I'd give it a go. Not sure if I will keep the extended recap form up for long, but it will be present until at least Elimination Chamber. All PPV's will however be written in full, regardless of if the extended recap stays or not. Smackdown is more or less written and the detail to the matches has a bit more to it than the ones of Raw. Wasn't overly happy with the detail I'd put into these matches but I hope it got the job done. Will do my best to return any feedback if anyone has any to give. Thanks guys.
