Re: Official 2012 KoBTB Discussion Thread

I was going to, but then I realised Rey getting a win over my chosen heavyweight wouldn't exactly be an upset. They don't cal him Super-Rey for nothing.

Re: Official 2012 KoBTB Discussion Thread

I haven't written a full match in literally years at this point so I'm not sure mine will be good enough to make it through to the next round. Tried to keep things creative in the bout though. My chosen cruiserweight was Kazarian so hopefully that'll be unique too.

Re: Official 2012 KoBTB Discussion Thread

I hope that there are still plans for this to continue as it would be a shame, even more so that there are people that have said that they'd step up and take the reins if KingRo wasn't able to do it anymore.

I think it is just a little unfair to make us do this match in less than a week then we've not heard anything for a week and a half since the deadline has passed. Of course it would be a little unreasonable to say that we want the results in a certain amount of time, but maybe a post when the deadline did pass to let us know the state of affairs. At this point what would satisfy me is just an update on where everything is.

Don't let this die.

I agree. It's not the amount of time it's taking you to mark and score the matches that's the problem, it's the fact you're not keeping us informed that wears our patience thin. Just a sentence every 3/4 days would be nice and reassure us, tbh.

Tbf it takes a while to read a lot of matches and give em grades. Would like an update however.

Yeah that's what I'm saying... just a small update to let us know what stage the judging is at would be very much appreciated.

Re: Official 2012 KoBTB Discussion Thread

Not to be a total cunt or anything but, last years ran quite smoothly and efficiently. Perhaps the pair of judges shouldn't read over everyone's work and it should have been split because it's clear as day the workload is too much for 'em to handle.
