Are both judges going over everyones scores/judging or is it half for one and half for the other? If it's the first, maybe think about just doing half and half and not giving yourself a bigger load?

Honestly a projection isn't even necessary if you're not sure. Just updates, maybe saying how many's left like "We have five more submissions to judge" or something like that. That's it. If there's no expectations then it's better. Unless you're one hundred percent sure that you'll be able to meet that date or if its off then its only off by a day POSSIBLY two. If you're not sure though, then you're better off not giving ETAs.
