Bad Blood was great. Loved Randy Orton vs. Chris Jericho, and The Rock vs. Triple H.. I just couldn't get into Goldberg, HBK and Lesnar, and don't know why.. it's probably just me. Awesome show, anyway! I'm also glad to see that you're not making to many matches at PPV, that always just ruins the shows for me... especially when it's say, SummerSlam, and their's 5 dream matches, then a huge main event.

Keep up the good work!

Monday Night RAW
Date: 6/18/03
Location: Memphis, Tennessee
Venue: Pyramid Arena
Attendance: 13,238/ 13,238

RAW comes on the air and the crowd is on their feet, as the camera pans around the seats and the pyros explode up on the stage. JR introduces us to the RAW after Badd Blood and that we are sure to hear all about the fallout from last night. He says we have a new WWE Champion and that the so called ‘Next Big Thing’ will not be happy tonight. King says not only the locker room should be scared about Lesnar, but he is also scared. JR promises a great RAW tonight and that we will hear from the Rock, who lost a heartbreaking bout last night.

Brock Lesnar’s music hits and he makes his way out to the ring with his manager Paul Heyman. Lesnar, like JR mentioned, is not happy and gets in the ring with many boos. Lesnar gets in the ring and grabs a microphone. Lesnar looks at the crowd and is about to speak, when the crowd begins to chant ‘Goldberg!’ Lesnar puts the microphone to his side and he starts fuming. Lesnar brings up the microphone and tells the crowd to shut their mouths. The crowd boos even more and Lesnar says that by the end of tonight, the crowd will be booing when he is standing in this very ring victorious. Lesnar smiles a little and hands the microphone to Heyman.

The crowd boos Heyman more and Heyman tells the crowd to shut the hell up. Heyman says that last night was a dark night in WWE history. He says that Goldberg won the WWE Championship, to a big crowd cheer, but he did not deserve it. He beat a man who can barely walk on two feet tonight. He did not beat the best WWE Champion that there is and was. Heyman says that Goldberg does not deserve that championship and tonight his client Brock Lesnar will get it back. Heyman says tonight these idiots in Memphis, Tennessee will see the true champion get his crown back.

Heyman says that tonight Brock Lesnar will use his rematch clause and go one on one for the WWE Championship. Brock isn’t going to wait for Vengeance next month and tonight, Goldberg will realize he shouldn’t have come back and go after the Next Big Thing. Heyman smiles and says he guarantees victory tonight because there is always a plan and tonight will be no different. Heyman begins to talk about how Goldberg should just come out and hand Lesnar the title unless he wants to feel Lesnar’s wrath, but Goldberg’s music interrupts and the crowd explodes.

Goldberg comes out to the stage with the WWE Championship across his waist. Goldberg has his shoulder wrapped up from last night. Goldberg taps the title on his waist and then heads over to the ring. Goldberg gets in the ring and takes Heyman’s microphone. Goldberg smiles and asks Lesnar if Lesnar really thinks that he is next. Lesnar smiles and shakes his head. Goldberg says he is not worried about any plans that the two fools in front of him might have. Goldberg says the bottom line is he injured his shoulder last night and still took the WWE title off of Lesnar’s ass.

The crowd cheers and Goldberg tells him to bring it on tonight. Goldberg says that tonight will just prove that Lesnar was just another overhyped product of Vince McMahon and that rat Paul Heyman. Heyman gets mad and walks over to Goldberg. Heyman pushes Goldberg and Goldberg laughs at him. Goldberg pushes Heyman back and Lesnar gets inbetween the two. Lesnar and Goldberg go face to face and start to rant to each other. The crowd wants them to go at it, but officials run out from the back and break up the two. Lesnar yells over and wishes Goldberg luck tonight sarcastically, as RAW goes to commercial.

RAW comes back on air with Josh Mathews backstage. He says he is backstage with the WWE Tag Team Champions, D’Von and Bubba Ray Dudley. Josh moves the microphone to Bubba and Bubba asks ‘what’s up Memphis!?!’ The crowd pops and Bubba and D’Von get a laugh out of it. Bubba says it is time to get serious for a second and that him and D’Von are sick of Doug and Danny Basham. The Basham’s lost fair and square and they are trying to crawl back to get these titles.

D’Von shakes his head no and Bubba asks him what’s wrong. D’Von says they ain’t getting these titles. Bubba asks D’Von what the hell he is doing because Bubba was going to end his speech on how the Basham’s aren’t going to get the title. D’Von apologizes and Bubba says he is going to improvise. Bubba says he is sick of the Basham Brothers getting involved in matches and all that crap. He says it is time to teach the Basham’s a lesson. Bubba asks D’Von what they do to people who need a lesson. D’Von smiles and both Dudley’s look over to the right. The camera goes to the right and a table is shown. The crowd cheers, as we go back to ringside for the next match.

The lights go out and Too Cool’s music hits and the crowd cheers. Scotty 2 Hotty and Rikishi make their way to the stage to a huge ovation. The two will team up tonight and they dance their way down the ramp to the ring. The tag team poses for the crowd and both are happy to be in the ring together. World’s Greatest Tag Team’s music hits and the cheers continue. Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin make their way out to the ring with their World Tag Team Titles. Haas and Scotty 2 Hotty begin the match.

Scotty and Haas lock up, with Haas whipping Scotty into the ropes. Haas misses a clothesline and Scotty uses the ropes to springboard body splash back at Haas. Scotty connects and goes for the quick pin, “one…kick out!” The two get up and exchange right hands. Scotty comes at Haas and Haas hits an armdrag. Scotty gets up and goes after Haas, but Haas hits another armdrag. Scotty tries to run at Haas again, but is hit by an over the shoulder armdrag. JR brings us back to RAW and says how great it was to see Too Cool back and after what just happened, he says he wouldn’t be surprised to see them back soon. King says they still got it and Too Cool brings back great memories for him. JR says that we are reminded of great memories, but the man coming out next has a mind full of bad memories and he wants to fix that immediately. The camera pans to the crowd, as the Rock’s music hits. The crowd goes crazy and Rock comes out to the stage. Rock comes to the ring and poses for the crowd. Rock says he has finally come back to Memphis and he says he has come back for one reason, one title, and one man.

Rock says Triple H thinks he checked out of the Smackdown! hotel, but he needs to know his role before The Rock himself checks his candy ass back into the Smackdown! hotel. Rock says he has Triple H on the ropes last night and he needed the three stooges to help him out. Rock imitates the three stooges and relates them to Orton, Batista, and especially Flair. He says he isn’t happy with Evolution’s involvement last night, but understands that is how Evolution runs and without Evolution he would be standing here in front of the millions and millions of Rock fans with the World Heavyweight Championship over his shoulder talking about how Evolution is nothing but piping hot garbage. Rock says he isn’t done with Triple H and that there is only one way to settle this. He says that it will be the people’s champ, the great one, The Rock against Triple H at Vengeance for the World Heavyweight Championship in a steel cage match with zero Evolution involvement. He says all Triple H needs to do is get his candy ass out here and accept the match.

The crowd cheers for the match and the Rock. Rock asks the crowd to chant the name of the man who would win that match and the crowd chants the Rock’s name over and over again, until the General Manager of Monday Night RAW, Eric Bischoff’s music hits. The crowd boos Bischoff, as he makes his way to the stage. Bischoff comes out and says that Rock is a great persuader and that he was close to coming out here and giving Rock his rematch, but Rock is not the one who chooses who faces Triple H. Eric Bischoff is the one who chooses who faces Triple H. Bischoff says the Rock is not the next one in line and Rock interrupts asking Bischoff if he was watching the match between him and Hunter last night. Bischoff nods and asks Rock what kind of a GM he would be if he wasn’t watching his World Champion in action. Rock laughs and said he did not even know what Bischoff was the GM of RAW because he has been so MIA lately. Rock says if he remembers correctly, last time he was on RAW, his decisions were overturned by Mr. McMahon. Rock mocks Bischoff and Bischoff is unhappy.

Bischoff interrupts and says if he keeps it up he will never put Rock in another title match again. Rock laughs and says he is going after Triple H one way or the other so Bischoff might as well make it interesting and put the World Heavyweight Title in the middle. Bischoff smiles and says he is worried that the Rock would say something ridiculous like that, so he has come up with an idea. Bischoff points toward the screen and Evolution’s music hits. The crowd boos and the Rock gets serious, as Triple H makes his way out to the stage next to Bischoff. Triple H has a microphone and asks the Rock how it feels to lose fair and square against the greatest wrestler to step in that ring.

Rock begins to defend himself, but Triple H tells him to save his breath. Triple H says that last night after he won, Evolution went out in style and went to the best club Oklahoma City had to offer. He says the clubs there are much better than the clubs in this rat hole of Memphis. The crowd boos, but Triple H says it is time to get back to the point. He says he took his man Bischoff to go out and blow off some steam last night. He says they both knew Rock was going to come out tonight and say he wants a rematch, blah, blah, blah. Triple H says they came up with a plan and Rock might get a title shot at Summerslam, at the earliest. However, the only way Rock will get his shot is if he beats an opponent of Evolution’s choice at Vengeance next month. Triple H says he hasn’t been able to beat this opponent before and guarantees the pressure will get to Rock again and Rock will just choke away his opportunity. Rock asks who the opponent is and Triple H says to come to Smackdown! this Thursday and you will find out. Rock tells Triple H to bring it on, but Triple H smiles and tells the Rock to stop being so damn cocky because if he loses this match at Vengeance, he will never see the World Championship as long as Evolution is here in the WWE.

Triple H says he needs to plan out an opponent for Summerslam because Rock isn’t going to win at Vengeance, so the next three RAW’s will have one qualifying match. The three winners of the qualifying matches will face Triple H at Vengeance in a fatal four way. If Triple H wins and Rock loses, Triple H does not have to defend his title at Summerslam. If a qualifier wins, he will get to be apart of a World Title shot at Summerslam. Triple H says there are so many possibilities for what is going to happen, but is almost certain movie star Rock will not be apart of any and Rock will fade out with the sunset. Triple H smiles at the Rock with a smart ass smirk. Bischoff begins to speak and says that a lot of things were just thrown out in front of the Rock and he understands it was a lot to swallow, but there is only one more thing. Bischoff puts Rock in a three on two handicap match against the ‘stooges’, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, and Batista tonight. Bischoff says Rock will get to choose his partner tonight and wishes the Rock the best of luck in the future. The crowd boos, as Triple H and Bischoff shake hands and RAW goes to commercial.

Brock Lesnar’s music hits and Lesnar and Paul Heyman make their way to the stage. They stare at the booing crowd, as Heyman has a smirk on his face. They walk down the ramp and into the ring, where Heyman yells last minute instructions to Lesnar. The camera goes to backstage, where a man knocks on Goldberg’s locker room and Goldberg makes his way out with the WWE Championship around his waist. Goldberg walks the hallways and to the stage. Goldberg makes his way into the ring, where the referee holds the title up and the bell rings.

The two stand in their corners and walk toward one another. Lesnar explodes out of the box and spears Goldberg. Lesnar hits a few stiff punches on Goldberg and the referee breaks them up. Goldberg gets up and Lesnar throws the referee aside and goes back after Goldberg. Goldberg flips and gets on top of Lesnar and begins a beat down of his own. The referee breaks the two up and they back into the corners. They come back and Lesnar puts an armbar on Goldberg. Lesnar wraps his arms around Goldberg and hits a belly to back suplex and goes for the pin, “one…two…kick out!”

Lesnar picks Goldberg up and whips him into the ropes. Goldberg avoids a clothesline and runs back at Lesnar. Lesnar is hit with a big boot and Goldberg picks up Lesnar. Goldberg hits a swinging neckbreaker and goes for the pin, “one…tw…kick out!” Goldberg picks up Lesnar and kicks him in the gut. Goldberg goes for a powerslam. Goldberg lifts Lesnar over his head, but Lesnar drops Goldberg back on his back and Lesnar ends up on top of Goldberg. Lesnar pounds away at Goldberg. Lesnar picks up Goldberg and throws him over the top rope to the outside.

Lesnar goes to the outside and throws Goldberg into the steel steps. Goldberg’s back hits the steps and Goldberg yells in pain. Lesnar picks him up and hits a backbreaker to him. Goldberg hits the outside hard and the referee’s count is at six. Lesnar grabs Goldberg and slides him into the ring. Lesnar goes for the pin, “one…two…kick out!” Lesnar shows no emotion and picks up Goldberg. Goldberg is thrown into the corner and Lesnar pounds on him. Lesnar lifts Goldberg out on the top turnbuckle. Lesnar goes up with him and is going for the superplex. Lesnar connects with the suplex and both men are down.

Lesnar seemingly has a nonstop motor and slowly crawls to Goldberg. Lesnar puts his arm over Goldberg and pins him, “one…two…thre…kick out!” Lesnar rolls back over to his back and takes a deep breath because he wants to stay composed. He gets up and picks Goldberg up. He whips Goldberg into the ropes, but Goldberg comes charging back with a shoulder block to Lesnar. Lesnar gets up and Goldberg hits another shoulder block. Lesnar comes back and Goldberg hits a sidewalk slam to Lesnar. Goldberg feels pumped up and stands in the corner waiting for Lesnar to get up. Lesnar realizes Goldberg and Lesnar slides to the outside.

Lesnar catches his breath and comes back in the ring. Goldberg goes for the spear anyways and Lesnar hits a knee to Goldberg’s face. Goldberg shoots back up in pain and Lesnar goes for the F5. He lifts Goldberg on his shoulders and connects with the F5! The crowd is silent and Lesnar goes for the pin, “one…two…three…kick out!!” Goldberg kicks out and Lesnar and Heyman cannot believe it. Lesnar gets up and complains with the referee. Goldberg comes from behind Lesnar and goes for the roll up pin. Goldberg connects with the pin, but Lesnar gets out of it before the referee starts the count.

Both men get up and Lesnar goes for a clothesline, but Goldberg ducks under it and goes for the Jackhammer. The crowd goes wild, as Goldberg muscles up and lifts Lesnar high. Goldberg drops Lesnar and goes for the pin, “one…two…thre…kick out!” Goldberg cannot believe it and goes back to the corner to get ready for a spear. Lesnar is slowly getting up and Goldberg is ready to charge. Lesnar gets up and Heyman jumps onto the apron. Goldberg charges, but the referee runs over to Heyman and gets in the way of Goldberg’s charge. The referee is knocked down and Goldberg stops to look down at the referee. Goldberg looks up and Lesnar connects with a clothesline. Heyman smiles and gets down from the apron. Heyman throws a steel chair into the ring.

Lesnar looks at the steel chair and smirks. Lesnar smacks the steel chair into the back of Goldberg multiple times. The referee is still down and Lesnar continues his assault and throws the chair onto the outside. Suddenly, the crowd cheers and Lesnar looks out to the stage where Shawn Michaels is standing with an angry look on his face. Heyman is furious and runs over to HBK. Shawn limps down the ramp and tosses Heyman aside when Heyman comes up to him. Shawn picks up the steel chair and slides in the ring. Shawn gives Lesnar a dirty look and the two look face to face, eye to eye.

Goldberg begins to get up and finally gets to his two feet. Goldberg looks confused and asks what the hell Shawn is doing in the ring. Shawn holds the chair in his right hand and continues to stare down Lesnar. Lesnar is serious, but suddenly puts a smirk onto his face. Michaels turns to Goldberg and lifts up the steel chair and cracks it across the skull of Goldberg. Goldberg goes down and begins to bleed from the forehead. Michaels drops the chair and limps out the ring and stays on the outside. Lesnar smirks and goes down to cover Goldberg. The referee slowly moves to make the pin and the crowd is booing loudly, “one……two………..three!”

Winner: And NEW WWE Champion; Brock Lesnar
Lesnar gets up and Heyman comes in the ring to raise the new champions arm. Heyman leaves to get the title and he brings it into the ring. Heyman hands the title to Lesnar and Lesnar smiles. Michaels comes into the ring and tells Lesnar that the agreement is now complete, but Lesnar owes him. Lesnar smirks again and Michaels goes out for the handshake. Lesnar shakes his hand, but Lesnar grabs Michaels and throws him to the outside of the ring.

Michaels falls awkwardly to the outside and grabs his ankle. Lesnar goes to the outside and grabs Michaels ankle and brings it up and slams it to the surface. Michaels screams in pain, as Lesnar picks him up for the F5. Lesnar walks over to the ring post and does the F5 motion, with Michaels ankle slamming against the ring post. Michaels screams again, as Lesnar loads back and hits Michaels bad ankle on the steel ring post again. Lesnar moves away from the ring post and hits the F5 on the outside.

Lesnar demands for the title belt and Heyman gives it to him. Heyman barely picks Michaels up and Lesnar hits Michaels in the head with the WWE Championship. Michaels is busted open and unconscious on the outside, as officials come to ringside to help out Michaels. Lesnar puts the title in Michaels face and says he will never get a chance at this title. Lesnar smirks and says he does appreciate Michaels helping him out, though. Lesnar walks away, as Michaels is helped out and RAW ends.

Thursday Night Smackdown!
Date: 6/21/03
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Venue: Bridgestone Arena
Attendance: 12,739/ 12,750

Smackdown! comes on air and the pyros explode on the stage. The Rock’s music hits and the crowd jumps on their feet. Rock walks down the stage and poses for the crowd in the ring. Rock gets a microphone and looks completely serious. Rock says that so much as happened since Badd Blood. He talks about the WWE Title constantly changing hands, Triple H laying out challenges, and people getting hurt. Rock says he forgot to mention the mystery opponent Rock will be facing at Vengeance. Rock says he isn’t a big fan of surprises and at the end of the night he will know his opponent. Rock laughs and tells Evolution to throw the kitchen sink at him because no matter who he faces, he will be their candy ass all over the arena.

Rock says he is going to lay the Smackdown! on his opponent and carry that over into Summerslam, where Triple H will go down instantly and fall to the great one. Rock says Evolution is going to turn into an afterthought sooner than later. Rock demands Triple H to come out and Evolution’s music hits. Randy Orton walks out all alone with a microphone on the stage. Orton stands alone and stares at the Rock with his cocky smirk. Orton begins to speak, but Rock interrupts says that he wanted Triple H, not a man who tapped out on RAW to Chris Jericho.

Orton looks angry, as the crowd cheers for Jericho. Orton tells the crowd to shut their mouths and also for the Rock to shut that big trap of his. Orton says that at the end of tonight, Rock and the rest of the WWE Universe will be speechless after you all realize Rock will not be able to beat his opponent. Rock never seems to be able to beat this man in tough matches. Orton continues and Rock interrupts him again and asks Orton if he wants to know what the Rock thinks about his mystery opponent. Orton laughs and tells the Rock he would be thrilled if Rock told him how he felt. Rock says it doesn’t matter what the Rock thinks and that Orton should be much more worried about the man who made him tap on RAW.

Orton says that Triple H is going to take care of Jericho once and for all tonight. Rock says the only reason Orton isn’t taking care of it is because Orton can’t deal with his own business himself. Orton tells Rock to start respecting the youth and talent in this company because he is standing right in front of him. Rock tells Orton to prove it and challenges him to a match tonight. Orton smiles and accepts, but warns Rock and tells him he should focus on much more important things. Orton smirks and walks off, as Smackdown! goes to commercial.

The camera goes back to ringside with Michael Cole and Tazz. Tazz talks about how disappointed Goldberg must feel right now. D’Von’s head is bounced off the turnbuckle. D’Von stumbles out of the corner and Danny hits a small spinebuster and goes for the pin, “one…t…kick out!”

Danny picks up D’Von, but D’Von counters with a forearm to Danny and D’Von runs over to tag in Bubba. Bubba comes in and clothesline Danny to the mat. Danny comes back up and Bubba hits a sidewalk slam and goes for the pin, “one…two…kick out!” Bubba looks frustrated, but gets back up and picks up Danny. Danny counters with a right hand and Bubba goes for a right hand too. The two exchange right hands and both go for clothesline. Both men connect with a clothesline and are looking for a tag. Trish looks over at Gail and Trish smirks. Trish yells to tag her in. Bubba heads over to Trish and Danny heads over to Gail. Gail looks worried and Bubba makes the tag to Trish. Smackdown! comes back on air and Cole discusses how the Basham’s always take the cowardly way out of stuff and that is because they know they cannot beat the Dudley’s. Tazz says he isn’t sure, but they surely looked dominant after the match. Cole says Tazz is a fool and people like the Dudley’s irritate him. La Resistance’s music hits and Cole says that even more arrogant characters are coming out now. Rob Conway, Rene Dupree, and Sylvain Grenier come out to boos. They make their way into the ring.

Dupree takes the microphone and wonders if we are really in Nashville, Tennessee at the moment. The crowd cheers and he asks Sylvain and Rob if it is really true. He wants to know if this is really Music City USA. The crowd cheers again. Dupree says he can’t believe a city so well-known can be so crappy. The crowd boos and Dupree says he knows his history. He says he knows that Nashville is one of the best cities in this pathetic country for immigrants, but although immigrants come here, he is surprised you disgusting people treat them like trash.

Dupree says him, Rob Conway, and Sylvain Grenier are disgusted to be apart of this and basically do not want to be out here giving you people the entertainment you surely do not deserve. He says once they go back to the Providence of Quebec, they will not tell their families to go to Nashville. The crowd boos again. Dupree says the other problem is that you don’t support hard working immigrants, but you support American athletes when in reality they shouldn’t be supported in the first place.

Grenier takes the microphone and he says he is going to cut to the point. He says Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin are two American athletes which should get zero, absolutely zero credit. He says they won their titles by chance, but he says when La Resistance finally gets their chance against the so called World’s Greatest Tag Team, they will win the titles because they aren’t another overrated American tag team. Conway grabs the microphone, but he is interrupted by Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. The World Tag Team Champion’s stand on the stage with a huge pop.

Benjamin has the microphone and says that La Resistance has no room to speak because they aren’t the champions. Benjamin demands that if they have beef on the champions, don’t take it out on their country and the great Nashville crowd. Dupree takes the microphone and says that he is going to come out week after week and tell everybody how us French greats are not appreciated enough because you American’s do not appreciate anything except fatty foods and crappy American music. The crowd boos again. Shelton and Haas make their way to the ring. Dupree and Grenier leave the ring, but Conway does not get the message and gets dropped by right hands from Haas and Benjamin. Conway rolls out the ring and is helped out by Grenier and Dupree. La Resistance walks away and yell over to the ring at The World’s Greatest Tag Team, as the commercial runs.

Smackdown! comes back on air, when Goldberg’s music hits and the former WWE Champion makes his way to the stage and into the ring. Goldberg is upset and angry. Goldberg grabs a microphone and the crowd chants Goldberg’s name. Goldberg says first and foremost, he wants to know what happened on RAW and demands Brock Lesnar to come to the ring now so they can settle it like men. Goldberg looks toward the stage, similar to what Rock did earlier tonight, but nobody comes out. Goldberg says Lesnar is a wuss and the crap he pulled on RAW was absolutely Busch league.

Goldberg says he has an idea what happened last Monday and it goes a little like this. He says that obviously Brock Lesnar and the rat Heyman don’t think they can beat him one on one, so that is why Heyman got him arrested, found a new number one contender, and used Shawn Michaels as a weapon to try and finish me. Goldberg says he isn’t finished and won’t be until Paul Heyman is begging for mercy, Brock Lesnar is getting stretchered out like HBK, and the WWE Championship is around his waist.

Goldberg says he can’t wait to make that duo suffer pain like they surely deserve to feel, but suddenly Brock Lesnar’s music hits and the WWE Champion makes his way out to the stage with Paul Heyman. Goldberg tells Lesnar to get his ass into the ring immediately, but Heyman has a microphone and laughs, telling Goldberg that Lesnar will not be stepping into a ring tonight and quite frankly, won’t be stepping a ring that Bill Goldberg is occupying. Heyman says that Goldberg had his chance to end Brock Lesnar once and for all, but he lost. Heyman says that now, Goldberg will never see the WWE Championship as long as Brock Lesnar is the most dominant force in the company. Heyman tells Goldberg that the WWE and WCW are completely different. Heyman suggests that maybe Goldberg just can’t cut it in WWE because Goldberg is a one day title holder, or in better terms, a bust.

The crowd boos Heyman. Heyman taps the title on Lesnar’s waist and tells Goldberg that Goldberg’s isn’t ‘next’ on Lesnar’s list. He says Lesnar has better, more competitive, and more prestigious opponents to go after. Heyman laughs, as the crowd chants ‘HBK!’ Heyman says that he apologizes from the depths of his heart for Shawn Michaels. Heyman says he will never let his client lose and he used Michaels as guarantee that Brock will beat Goldberg. He says he promised Michaels a WWE Title shot against Brock if he guaranteed that Brock will win the title on RAW. He says Michaels agreed and his stupidity and vulnerability has left Michaels with a broken ankle. The crowd boos, but Heyman smirks and wishes Michaels the best and a full recovery.

Goldberg tells Heyman to shut his mouth immediately and tell his little client to get in the ring now. Heyman shakes his head, so Goldberg drops the microphone and gets to the outside of the ring, right in front of the ramp. Lesnar smirks at Goldberg and shakes his head no. The crowd boos, but the Smackdown! GM, Stephanie McMahon’s, music hits. Heyman looks shocked and Stephanie appears on the screen. Stephanie says she saw Shawn yesterday and she cannot believe what Lesnar did. She says that there needs to be some sort of redemption for Shawn. The crowd cheers and Heyman is shaking his head. Heyman says to Stephanie to not screw over his client again, but Stephanie tells Heyman to shut his mouth for once.

Stephanie says she doesn’t endorse what Heyman and Lesnar did, so she is going to give Goldberg another chance. Lesnar turns around and looks at the screen. Stephanie says that at Vengeance, Brock Lesnar will go one on one with Goldberg, for the WWE Championship, in a street fight! The crowd cheers and Heyman is pissed, yelling at Stephanie. Goldberg locks his sights on Lesnar and runs up the ramp. Lesnar turns around and turns into the spear of Goldberg! Goldberg spears Lesnar on the stage and the crowd goes crazy. Goldberg smirks at the downed Lesnar, as Smackdown! goes to commercial.

[COMMERCIAL]

Mathews says that we know it is Triple H and Kurt Angle currently in the match. Angle says it doesn’t matter who is in the match because he is going to win it and win the World Title at Summerslam.

Kurt says that he admires and wishes luck the other two men that will be competing in the match, but he says he is going to win and do something the Rock hasn’t done yet. He says he is going to take down Evolution because he is the smartest wrestler out here. Kurt says his pure wrestling ability added with his brain is unbeatable and that’s true, it’s damn true. Kurt walks away, as we go ringside.

Jericho’s face shows that he cannot believe what is happening. Triple H comes back into the ring and Jericho fights to get up. Jericho throws a weak right hand, but Triple H blocks it and goes for the Pedigree. Triple H connects and goes for the pin, “one…two…three!”

Winner: Triple H & Batista
Triple H helps Batista out, as Batista says he isn’t done with Jericho. Batista goes to get a chair. A number of referees and a medic comes running down. Batista slides into the ring with the chair and holds it up, ready to smash it on Jericho. The referees get in the middle of the two and Batista drops the chair in frustration. The medic checks on Jericho and is getting assistance by all. Triple H and Batista walk out victorious and appear to have no regret to the apparent injury Jericho has suffered.

[COMMERCIAL]

Smackdown! comes back on air and goes backstage to two referees helping Chris Jericho move around, as Jericho is using only one leg to walk around. They walk by Ric Flair and Jericho gives him a stare sometime when Jericho isn’t nursing his pain. Flair is eating an apple and laughs at Jericho, saying that he should have never gone after Evolution in the first place. Jericho gives Flair a disgusted look, as the referees continue to move Jericho to get help.

Tazz and Michael Cole are shown at ringside and Cole says that Flair might have a point. He says Jericho’s injury doesn’t look good and Tazz agrees, saying when he knee goes you know it is not a good sign. Both men wish Jericho the best of luck, while acknowledging that Evolution warned Jericho bad things were going to happen. Cole hopes Rock doesn’t experience the same luck.

Orton gets out of the ring, as the crowd cheers Austin again and he gets a few beers thrown at him. Quote:
Evolution feels they caused Chris Jericho's injury from Smackdown! and they are looking to cause more destruction. Chris Jericho suffered a torn ACL/MCL on Smackdown! after attempting the Lionsault in his handicap match against Batista and Triple H. Evolution, especially Randy Orton, feels they are on top of the world. Randy Orton feels he is the best in the world. However, someone is always there to attempt to knock them off their throne. The Rock wants to be that guy, but who will take Chris Jericho's spot?

Speaking of the Rock, Triple H's challenge to the Rock for Vengeance is unfolding. Rock found out he will have to face his Wrestlemania 19 opponent, Stone Cold, and win to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at Summerslam. Stone Cold greeted a tired Rock on Smackdown! with a Stunner. Triple H was ecstatic and rose Austin's arm up in triumph, but Austin hit a Stunner on Triple H too. Austin will speak on RAW to explain his actions and it always it something when Austin has the microphone in his hands.

Goldberg has gotten his WWE Championship rematch via Stephanie McMahon punishing Brock Lesnar yet again for Lesnar's embarrassment of Shawn Michaels last Monday. The two will square off at Vengeance for the WWE Championship in a Street Fight. Goldberg gave Lesnar a taste of what might be coming when he speared Lesnar on the ramp on Thursday. Lesnar and Heyman will be looking for revenge against Goldberg and don't expect them to waste too much time.

Big Show has shown us a side of him we have never seen before and his first victim could be Chris Benoit, who beat Big Show for Show's United States Title at Badd Blood. Gail Kim still has Trish Stratus's Women's Title after stealing it from her. Tajiri and his new manager Rowdy Roddy Piper continue to look for respect, but Rey Mysterio has taken up the challenge in stopping them in their tracks. The Basham's vow for revenge against the Dudley's and La Resistance is knocking The World's Greatest Tag Team's doors. All this and more will unfold in front of us on RAW this Monday! Tune in!

Confirmed Matches
Gail Kim vs Lita
John Cena vs Shelton Benjamin
World Heavyweight Championship Match Qualifier #2

Monday Night RAW
Date: 6/25/03
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Venue: PNC Arena
Attendance: 11,200/ 11,200

RAW comes on air with JR hyping tonight’s main event, Big Show versus Goldberg. Right out of the gate, Stone Cold’s music hits and the Texas Rattlesnake comes out to a huge pop. Austin comes out, jean shorts and all, and walks down the ring. The crowd is excited to see him and JR is very excited to see what he is going to say. Austin gets in the ring and immediately grabs a microphone. Austin says he was sitting back on his ranch a week ago drinking an ice cold beer and his little cell phone rings and he answers it. Austin says Eric Bischoff called him and the moment Bischoff opened his mouth he hung up the phone. He says he finished his beer and cracked open another cold one, when the phone rang again. This time is was Triple H and he hit him with a proposal.

Austin says he hasn’t been out here in front of all his fans since Wrestlemania 19 and honestly, he missed it. He missed coming out here and having a cold one with all of them. Austin says he is happy he is back, but he has work to do. Austin says he was going to sail into the sunset after Wrestlemania, but afterwards he realized he should have never lost to that little beady son of a bitch, The Rock. The crowd has mixed reactions. Austin says revenge set inside him and with Triple’s proposal, he will finally be able to put revenge on the so called Great One now. Austin says he couldn’t say no to facing The Rock at Vengeance and to make it better, when he beats The Rock, Rock won’t get a title shot at Summerslam. Austin continues to talk about winning at Vengeance, until the Rock’s music hits and the crowd goes nuts.

Rock comes down to the ring and poses for the crowd until going face to face with Austin. Rock says he is finally back in Raleigh and he is back to kick Stone Cold’s ass once again. Austin smirks at the Rock and Rock talks about how him and Austin have been through so much. Rock says they have had epic battles in the past and no doubt Vengeance will be another one. He says he respects how hard Austin works and he is one of the best in the WWE, but Rock is wondering why Austin sold himself to the devil again. Rock says that it started at Wrestlemania 17 and Vince McMahon. Rock says he surely remembers that because Rock was the one who got screwed. He says the second one was when he betrayed his company for the Alliance. Rock says third time is the charm and Austin couldn’t resist joining Evolution and selling his soul, right?

Austin asks Rock how stupid he could possibly be. He says he understands Rock might have been a little out of it after the stunner and Evolution’s beat down on Smackdown, but Austin says he vividly remembers stunning Triple H to hell after Triple H thought him and Austin were buddy-buddy. Rock tells Austin he doesn’t believe his bald, Texas ass and Austin laughs at Rock’s ignorance. Triple H’s music hits and Triple H makes his way out to a chorus of boos. Triple H comes to the ring and gets in Austin’s face, telling him that they had a deal and what the hell happened to that deal. Austin says he is going through with the deal, which was kicking the Rock’s ass at Vengeance, but the point of Austin joining Evolution can get some of this. Austin points his middle finger in Triple H’s face.

The crowd cheers for Austin and Triple H is furious. Austin says he isn’t joining some group of pre-Madonna’s and their ‘victorious’ leader. Austin says he is doing Triple H a favor because he says The Rock would beat Triple H’s ass all over Summerslam if he got his chance for the title. Triple H is shaking in anger and Austin tells Triple H to do something because if he does, he will surely pay for it later and Austin promises that. Triple H says nothing and tells Triple H to leave the ring if he is done because two real champions were talking and not one who only got his shot by going all the way with the boss’s daughter. Triple H turns around and composes himself, as the crowd is cheering for Austin.

Austin says that if Triple H is going to stay in the ring, he is sure that him and Rock can knock Stephanie jokes off one another all night long. He asks the crowd if they want Rock and him to deflect Stephanie jokes all night long, give him a ‘Hell Yeah!’ The crowd yells a loud ‘Hell Yeah!’ Triple H turns back toward Austin and says there will be no jokes and he just has one question. Triple H asks Austin if he still has the motivation to kick Rock’s ass at Vengeance, because if he doesn’t, he will find somebody else. Austin walks up to Triple H’s face and asks Triple H is really questioning the Texas Rattlesnake. Triple H nods and the crowd boos. Austin looks down and nods his head, as if he can’t believe what Triple H just said. Austin looks up, flicks off Triple H, and delivers a Stunner to Triple H!

Triple H is down and Austin gets up and turns around to the Rock. The two go face to face, as Austin’s music hits. The two stay face to face, as JR says the story book for these two has already been written and their match at Vengeance is going to be nothing short of epic. RAW goes to commercial with the two starring down one another still.

[COMMERCIAL]

RAW comes back on air with Eric Bischoff in his office, looking angry and frustrated. He sits behind his desk waiting for his phone to ring and suddenly, Trish Stratus walks into his office. Trish walks up to his desk and asks where the hell Gail Kim is. Bischoff says he doesn’t know and he really doesn’t care because he has to deal with this Austin crap. He tells Trish to find her herself and Trish laughs and shakes her head.

Trish says she has tried repeatedly and what is our ‘great’ GM going to do about Gail stealing the Women’s Title from her. Bischoff gives a confused face to Trish and Trish asks Bischoff if he is serious. Bischoff takes a deep breath and leans back into his seat. He tells Trish that as long as her name is on the name plate of the title, it is her title. Trish is about to ask him another question, but Bischoff interrupts and says if she keeps asking him for stuff that is truly unimportant, it may not be her title anymore. Trish rolls her eyes and walks out of his office.

Benoit says being ruthless is something you have to prove. Benoit says Show won’t be able to prove it because he doesn’t have a side to him like that. He says that what happened to Jericho wasn’t because of Orton or Evolution, it just happens. He says it is unfortunate that it happened to Jericho because Jericho gives it 110% every single night and meanwhile the man who thinks he is best in the world goes out there and half asses it every single night. Taker says it makes him sick.

Undertaker tells Orton that things are going to change around here. Taker says he is going to win his World Heavyweight Title qualifying match next, win the fatal four way at Vengeance, win the World Title at Summerslam, and, most importantly, teach the punk in the ring a lesson because Orton lives in a world where his actions warrant no consequences. Taker laughs and says things are about to change, so instead Orton running his mouth in the ring, he should leave and find out what to do when he gets a taste of his own personal hell. Taker laughs and the crowd cheers, as he drops the microphone and gets back on his motorcycle. Taker poses for the crowd and leaves, as Orton looks startled in the ring.

Triple H says the moment he gets his hands on Austin it will be trouble.

Bischoff tells Triple H to watch out because if he does something on Smackdown!, Stephanie isn’t afraid to hand out a punishment, just ask Heyman. Bischoff begins to ask Triple H that if he does something to Austin, will Austin back out of the match at Vengeance. Triple H is about to answer, but Gail Kim storms into the office. Gail asks Bischoff if he can do anything about Trish going after the Women’s Title, the title Gail says he rightfully owns. Bischoff laughs and tells Gail that it technically is Trish’s title. Gail stops the massage and asks Bischoff what he just said. Bischoff wants the massage to continue and changes his answer, telling Gail that it is her title as long as she has it. Gail smiles and continues the massage. Gail kisses Bischoff on the cheek and says she will be back. Bischoff says she better come back, with a cheesy smile on his face. They said they are on such a roll that the WWE Tag Team Champion’s didn’t show tonight because they’re scared. Danny says they should be scared because if they show up on Smackdown!, they will get their own taste of some…wood.

WWE News & Rumors

Quote:
  • WWE is said to be very happy with the in-ring return of Stone Cold. They expect a great match between him and the Rock at Vengeance. Austin asked for an in-ring return and contacted WWE with the idea. It is unsure whether or not Austin will remain in-ring after Vengeance, but if he isn't, an authority figure has been discussed.
  • WWE has been in contact with a huge legend for an in-ring return for the end of summer and fall. They are keeping their mouths shut and making sure the name does not leak.
  • WWE took a huge blow with Chris Jericho tearing his ACL/MCL during a match with Triple H and Batista a week ago. Everybody was very excited with the direction of the Jericho-Orton feud and felt like it would have been a huge stepping stone in Randy Orton's career. Orton was expected to go over Jericho fair and square in a ladder match at Summerslam. Jericho will not be back for a year to a year and a half.
  • Speaking of injuries, Shawn Michaels is still nursing a broken ankle. Shawn has been discussed for come backs in a non-contact role while his ankle recovers, but he has not been written into anything at this point. Michaels has sold the highest percentage of merchandise of all superstars and Vince wants to keep the 'Heartbreak Kid' on the show in some capacity.
  • Edge has been used rarely of late on television and has been reportedly upset with his lack of direction. Insider sources says he was called into a creative meeting a week ago, but news of his direction on television was not leaked.

Smackdown! Preview via WWE.com

Quote:
Things are heating up, as July approaches and Vengeance is fast upon the WWE Universe. Everyone in the locker room figures that Evolution is the symbol of dominance in the WWE, but two new forces with two completely different agendas are emerging. The Big Show and Brock Lesnar seem unbeatable after their dominance this past Monday on RAW. Big Show faced the number one contender for the WWE Title and fought him hard to a double count out. In the carnage, Chris Benoit was chokeslammed through the announcers table. Big Show is going after Benoit and Benoit looks out numbered and out matched in every way. However, Chris Benoit is not one to just walk away from a fight and is sure to give Big Show his all. The WWE Champion Brock Lesnar came out after the Big Show-Goldberg main event and F5'ed Goldberg after Goldberg was out cold on the outside. Goldberg and Brock Lesnar are due to fight at Vengeance in a Street Fight, but at this pace, Brock Lesnar seems to have already won the fight mentally and physically. Can one of the most dominant wrestlers ever, Goldberg, come back and win momentum against the Next Big Thing?

The Rock and Stone Cold are due for a main event match at Vengeance, with a lot on the line for the Rock. However, Triple H and Stone Cold do not seem like they are on the same side at all. Triple H is getting fed up with Stone Cold and Stone Cold seems to love the mind games he is playing with Triple H. Three of the biggest superstars of all time are colliding head to head and sparks are sure to fly. Speaking of Evolution, Randy Orton screwed Undertaker from winning a spot in the fatal four way at Vengeance after Undertaker called out Orton on his arrogance. Orton is on the full out run from the Undertaker and Undertaker is out for revenge.

Basham's continue to promise an attack against the Dudley Boyz. Trish is still attempting to get her Women's Championship back from Gail Kim. Rene Dupree and the rest of La Resistance is teaming up to go after the World's Greatest Tag Team, America vs France. Rey Mysterio continues to end Tajiri's mean streak and looks to take him down once and for all. Smackdown! is looking intense so tune in!

Confirmed Matches/Segments:
Rhyno Hardcore Title Challenge
Brock Lesnar & Big Show vs Goldberg & Chris Benoit
Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley & D’Von Dudley) vs Los Guerreros (Chavo Guerrero & Eddie Guerrero)
Kurt Angle vs Randy Orton

Thursday Night Smackdown!
Date: 6/28/03
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Venue: US Bank Arena
Attendance: 13,257/ 13,257

Smackdown! comes on air and Goldberg’s music blasts instantly. The pyro lights up on the stage and the crowd gets on their feet. Goldberg comes through the pyro and angrily walks down to the ring. Goldberg has tape around his midsection, tending his injury that he suffered on RAW. Goldberg grabs the microphone from somebody at ringside and gets into the ring. Goldberg wastes no time and tells Brock Lesnar to get to the ring immediately. Goldberg looks to the stage and realizes that nobody is going to come out. Goldberg says that he has seen his share of cowards over his many years in the business, but Lesnar is the biggest one of them all. He says that he is going to give Lesnar and Heyman a long, overdue reality check, but wants to do it tonight.

The crowd cheers and Goldberg says if Lesnar thinks his attack on RAW was awesome, just wait and see the effects of karma tonight. Goldberg says that everyone thinks Lesnar is the biggest bad ass in wrestling. Goldberg disagrees and says the real bad ass is here in the ring. Chris Benoit’s music hits and Benoit comes out to a cheer. Benoit comes to the ring and Goldberg doesn’t look too thrilled. Benoit slides in and goes face to face with Goldberg. Benoit tells Goldberg to relax because they are both out here for the same thing, revenge. Benoit says Big Show has snapped ever since Benoit beat him for the United States Title and now it is time for Show to learn a lesson or two.

Goldberg shakes his head and tells Benoit to leave the ring before Benoit learns a lesson to come to the ring when he isn’t wanted. Benoit laughs and says he wasn’t done speaking. Benoit asks Goldberg who the real bad ass really is in wrestling. Goldberg stands tall over Benoit. Benoit says that it isn’t Goldberg, but it is the most ruthless superstar around who is currently the United States Champion. Benoit laughs and asks Goldberg what title he is holding. Goldberg pushes Benoit away from him and tells Benoit that after he destroys Lesnar at Vengeance, he is going after Benoit, unless Big Show destroys him first. Brock Lesnar’s music hits and the two in the ring take their attention to the stage.

Lesnar and Heyman are on the stage and Heyman says he didn’t know that Benoit and Goldberg were divas. Heyman jokes around and says he will bring Gail or Trish, or whoever is the Woman’s Champion out for a match next. Lesnar stares down Goldberg in the ring. Heyman stops and asks why Benoit is in the same ring as Goldberg. Heyman answers his own question and says he gets it now; Goldberg and Benoit are both second class athletes and deserve to be in the same ring, while the best of the best stands here on the stage with the WWE Championship. Benoit steps up and tells Heyman to shut his trap. Benoit says he doesn’t like Goldberg, but understands that Goldberg is one hundred times better than the fake Brock Lesnar will always be. He says that Heyman could always say that Lesnar is the best of all time, but, to be honest, Lesnar doesn’t have the drive, motivation, or desire to be the best alive.

Heyman disagrees and tells Benoit to shut his mouth because the United States Champion’s opinion means nothing to the WWE Champion’s opinion. Heyman says that Benoit has never touched the WWE Champion before so he has no voice. Benoit says that he might not have touched the WWE Championship yet, but his time is coming, but that won’t happen if Paul Heyman continues to drag down this company with his huge ego. Benoit tells Heyman to be a man and come down to the ring and go face to face with a true athlete, instead of the coward next to him. Heyman says that someone will come say it to his face, but it won’t be him. Heyman says he has a new client and coincidentally, it is the man who chokeslammed Benoit through a table on RAW; Big Show!

Big Show’s music hits and the crowd boos, as Heyman’s new client walks on the stage. Benoit tries to run out the ring and to the stage, but Goldberg stops Benoit before he can leave. Benoit gets irritated and hits a right hand on Goldberg. Goldberg blocks his right hand and fights back. As they share right hands, Heyman smiles and tells his clients to leave. They walk away to the back. Benoit hits a DDT to Goldberg and slides out the ring for the Big Show. They have left and Benoit looks back at Goldberg in anger, as Smackdown! goes to commercial.

[COMMERCIAL]

Smackdown! comes back on air and Cole says that the foundation of the WWE could be shaken up if Goldberg and Benoit continue going at it. Tazz says that those two men would never back down from anybody and it is surely something to keep an eye on. The Hardcore Champion, Rhyno’s, music hits and the champion comes out to the stage with a shopping cart full of weapons. He makes his way down and begins to throw the weapons from the cart into the ring. Rhyno grabs a microphone. Rhyno says he is sick of always defending the hardcore title on the C show, Sunday Night Heat. Rhyno says he is here to show this crowd why the hardcore title is the most prestigious title in the WWE.

Rhyno says that he is the most extreme, hardcore wrestler that this company has to offer and tonight he will prove that. Rhyno invites any wrestler from the back to come out and try to beat the best hardcore wrestler the WWE has ever seen. Rhyno waits, but nobody comes out. Rhyno says he has been through Hardcore Holly, Tommy Dreamer, and the names go on. He wants to know who is going to be next. Mark Henry’s music hits and Henry makes his way out to some cheers. Rhyno yells at Henry to bring it and the referee rings the bell.

Rhyno grabs the lid of a garbage can and leaves the ring. Rhyno runs up the ramp and goes toward Henry. Henry sneaks in a hard right hand to Rhyno before Rhyno hits Henry with the lid. He slides the shopping cart down the ramp and it crashes into the ring. Henry laughs at Rhyno and rolls him into the ring. Henry slowly makes his way into the ring and looks around the ring at all the weapons. Henry picks up Rhyno and throws him standing into the corner.

Henry picks up a fire extinguisher and points it at Rhyno. Henry goes a uses the extinguisher into the corner, but Rhyno ducks down and gets out of the way. Rhyno uses some quickness to get to the side of Henry and hits a shoulder to Henry’s knee. Henry goes down on a knee and tries to get up, but Rhyno hits him in the knee again. Rhyno goes down on a knee. Rhyno bends down and picks up the lead pipe in the ring. Rhyno nails Henry in the back and Henry stays on a knee, but in pain. Henry gets to his feet and Rhyno plants him in the forehead with a sickening chair shot. Henry falls back onto his back and Rhyno goes for the pin, “one…two…three!”

Winner: AND Still Hardcore Champion; Rhyno
As the ring announcer announces Rhyno as the winner, Rhyno stops him and calls for the microphone. The announcer gives Rhyno the microphone and Rhyno walks around the ring devilishly laughing. Rhyno says that Mark Henry is a complete joke. He says he wants a true competitor. He says he wants somebody that would actually put up a fight. He wants somebody who would look good with the Hardcore Title, but the funny part is they might look good with it, but they won’t win it. Rhyno says someone better come out, when a fire pyro explodes on the stage. Rhyno looks shocked, as Kane’s music hits and Kane makes his way down.

The garbage can is destroyed and Kane looks down at the dismantled body of Rhyno. Kane gets Rhyno off of the garbage can and goes for the pin, “one…two…three!”

Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin looked angry and tell Cena that they are sick of La Resistance putting their two cents into everything. Shelton tells Cena that they had a great match on RAW and it had to be ruined by Dupree. Cena agrees and begins to start a rap about La Resistance. Charlie Haas steps in shaking his head, telling Cena that the rap isn’t needed at the moment. Haas says that these interruptions and sneak attacks are unbelievable and when The World’s Greatest Tag Team gets their hands on La Resistance, the jokes are over.

Cena agrees and says it ain’t cool to disrespect America and tonight, Dupree and the rest of La Resistance won’t be disrespecting the great, hard-working people of Cincinnati, Ohio. The crowd pops. Cena says he’ll back up his homies one hundred percent to take down La Resistance. Cena shakes up with Haas and Benjamin and leaves, saying he business to attend too. Cena walks out and Haas and Benjamin talk about how with Cena on their side, La Resistance has no chance against them. Benjamin hears something in the hallway and they make their way to the hallway to see Cena punching away at Rob Conway on the ground.

Rene Dupree and Sylvan Grenier are running away, as Cena beats down Conway. Cena gets off Conway and Shelton and Haas run up to Cena. Cena says that La Resistance was coming after them again, but Cena says he got the upperhand on the situation. Cena says it is time to teach these French fools a lesson and kicks Conway in the midsection, as we go back to ringside.

The two walk down the ramp and into the ring, continuing to pose for the crowd. The Dudley Boyz music hits and the WWE Tag Team Champions make their way to the ring.
