The day has finally come.

It was a silent day at best. Words could never even begin to describe the events that occurred less than 48 hours ago. These events completely redid the landscape of professional wrestling forever. The two major wrestling companies, are now one.

The word broke a few days ago that Vince McMahon has officially bought out Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, or TNA. The news was shocking and nobody had expected it. The rosters have been combined and swapped to make for the best entertainment ever, and every championship has been vacated to start fresh

Most wrestlers asked for immediate release or scheduled a break without pay. It would allow them to see how this would turn out. Would it be the death of both companies? Or the start of something amazing? Only time will tell.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Only objection I can have is that the rosters are way too small for the apparent global brand now that TNA has gone under

And you can axe the divas all you want but you need tag teams in my opinion and you havent even mustered 1

Those would be my advice to you

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

PWInsider - December 11, 2011
Tomorrow is the debut of this new merge between TNA and WWE, we here at PWI could not be more excited! We have some great news and some particularly weird bit of info.

First, the show is said to open with an appearance from Vince McMahon, and he will announce the main event, which will include a Battle Royal, no news on the participants or the stipulation. Some wrestlers are said to have been parting way with their respective companies, so don't expect too much going on until things get settled and we see who sticks around.

Our other bit of news until Raw is a series of numbers that appears on the TNE website. With the amazing capabilities of copy and paste, here it is: 3 8 18 9 19 10 5 18 9 3 8 15. Scientists don't even know what this means...

We will have more news going on in the world of TNE as the days go by and PWI will make sure you get it first!

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Total Nonstop Entertainment Presents: RAW!
December 19, 2011 - Live on the TNE Network!

The opening theme hits and the crowd goes crazy. Without hesitation the music stops and cuts to the ring where we see Vince McMahon in the ring.

Vince: I know it's been a while since I've been in a WWE ring. I am excited to say that I am back as Chairman of the WWE and you will no longer have to deal with Triple H or Mr. John Laurinaitis.

Some boos are heard.

Vince: You all may have heard the news by now but in case you haven't I will go ahead and make it official. Lets have the newest additions to Raw step out on the stage please.

The stars of TNA step onto the stage.

Vince: Well, most of them are here. That goes for some WWE Superstars as well. This purchase won't please everyone, so some of your favorites superstars from either company left. That has made me come up with the decision to vacate every title and start fresh.

The camera cuts backstage to a group of WWE Superstars. CM Punk throws his hands up in the air looking angry, Dolph Ziggler is laughing. Punk shoves him out of the way as he storms off.

Vince: Now, some of you may not recognize these men, some you know. These are the wrestlers of TNA!

A few cheers are heard.

Vince: Go ahead, cheer! They are a part of us now!

He starts to talk again but the "Cult of Personality" hits and everyone is on their feet. The TNA stars step to either side and Punk slowly walks down the middle, eying each of them. He goes toe to toe with Jeff Hardy, then steps aside to continue walking down the ramp and into the ring.

CM Punk: What is this? Do you remember why you were releived of your duties in the first place? Everyone thought you were crazy! And right here you prove everyone right. Vince, Vince, Vince. What are we going to do with you?

Vince: Excuse me, Punk, but you are going to do nothing, because I am the Chairman of the WWE and my decision stands and is the right one at that. Actually, you will do something. Tonight we will introduce the audience to some of these fine men. There will be an 8-man over the top Battle Royal for the vacated World Championship, and you will be in it. Good luck Punk.

He has a blank look on his face as Vince leaves. He leans on the ropes staring down the new talent.

Match One - Zack Ryder v. Dolph Ziggler v. Eric Young v. Gunner (United States Championship)

This match was a great opener. Each men gave it their all for the vacated title. The match was an all out war, which spilled to the outside as Ziggler and Ryder battled each other into the crowd. Young and Gunner went at it in the ring. Young went for a Piledriver to finish the match but Gunner flipped him over his back. Eric got up to get hit by a hard big boot, followed up by an F5. Gunner pins Young for the win.

Winner: Gunner is the new TNE United States Champion

The belt is handed to him and he quickly snatches it and holds it close to him. Ziggler knocks Ryder down and realizes what just happened. He runs down to the ring and slides in. Gunner quickly slides out. Ziggler grabs a mic.

Ziggler: Alright alright, I see how it is... You come in here and think you can just take our titles? That's not how it's going to go down. I never lost that title, it was taken from me! So I demand I be the number one contender and at the next pay-per-view, I get a shot and take it back!

Gunner is seen saying bring it on as he raises the title in the air.

----------

Cut to the back and we see CM Punk talking to John Cena.

Cena: I never saw this coming.. I don't know what's gotten into Vince.

Punk: All I know is that tonight we have to band together and make sure they don't get the World Title.

The Miz appears and has a smirk on his face.

Miz: I just wanted to let you two know that I have officially been entered in the Battle Royal tonight for the title. And let me clear one thing up with you, once we eliminate those scum bags, I will single-handedly throw out both of you and finally reclaim what is rightfully mine.

He walks out and leaves Punk smiling and Cena shaking his head.

Punk: Everyone can dream...

We come back to the commentators.

King: Well, What a night this has been so far. We got the official announcement from Mr. McMahon himself that we have plenty of new additions to the roster after the purchase of another wrestling company. And with even better news, let's take it to JR!

JR: King it's great to be back here calling the action next to you. The great news is, Cole is gone! The bad news is we still have to listen to him. You can catch Impact this Thursday on the TNE Network.

King: Guess what's next?

JR: Judging by your excitement, it has to be the Divas!

King: With a special stipulation! We have a tag match, and the two teams have the worst partners. And the catch is whichever Diva scores the pinfall becomes the first TNE Womens Champion!

Match Two - Kelly Kelly and Beth Pheonix v. Tara and Madison Rayne (TNE Womens Championship)

The team mates in both teams are arguing with who starts first. It ends up being Beth and Tara who go back and forth showing great strength. Beth gets the advantage and Kelly Kelly gives a slap on the back to get the tag. Beth doesn't looked pleased about it but the match continues as Tara gets a decent beating. She comes back to tag in Madison Rayne who gives a big slap to Kelly Kelly. Kelly then spears Madison and quickly tags in Beth. Beth hits her finisher and tries to pin. Kelly Kelly pulls her off. They argue and Tara knocks them both down. Her and Madison do a double suplex to Kelly Kelly. Beth Pheonix is up and hits a closeline to both of them at the same time. She tosses Madison Rayne out and hits her finisher on Tara for the win.

Winner: Beth Pheonix is the TNE Womens Champion

We come back from commercial and are backstage with Christy Hemme.

Christy: Ladies and gentlemen my guest at this time.. Bobby Roode.

Bobby: You know what? That's all you need to say, thanks for the intro, see ya.
He takes the mic and slowly pushes her off screen, then looks seriously into the mic.
Bobby: Alright, listen up. Vince, you bought out the company that I was champion of. It took me my whole career to earn that and I've been busting my ass for a long time. I understand that you want everything to be a clean slate, just start over. Well, that doesn't fly with me. You took away from me the very thing that makes me want to work. That title makes me go at it more than anyone in that ring. I did what I had to and I stepped up and led the selfish generation and made a name for myself. You go ahead and throw me in that Battle Royal with Cena, Punk, Abyss and whoever else thinks they deserve my title. I will prove yet again why I won MY world title in the first place.
A bit in mid sentence the screen cuts into a "It Begins" video. It shows the same stuff and ends with "It will be the end of the world as you know it" and we know that something will happen January 2.

----------

Cut to another scene backstage where we see RVD and Christian arguing with Vince.

RVD: I'm just saying, I would love to have a match tonight.

Christian: And I deserve a title shot, you know it and so does everyone else.

Vince: Stop... talking... and listen. Mexican America requested a match earlier and I think this is the perfect time to announce a tournament. A tag tournament. Random teams. You win and you advance. The final match will take place at... The Royal Rumble! For the TNE Tag Team Championships of course.

RVD and Christian look at each other, they obviously don't like each other.

Vince: If you guys don't want to team up, thats fine by me. I'll start looking for other wres...

RVD: ..I'm in!

Christian reluctantly agrees to the match.

Vince: Glad you two are in! It should be a great match. Start getting ready, it's next!

Match Three - RVD and Christian v. Mexican America (Tag Team Tournament)

Christian and RVD argue on the way to the ring. RVD starts off with Anarquia. They go back and forth until Anarquia puts a thumb in his opponents eye and hits a nice DDT. He gives RVD a good beating until RVD fights back. But he gets knocked down by a closeline. Anarquia tags Hernandez in who taunts Rob and lets him tag Christian, the two go at it and Christian gets an advantage. He takes Hernandez outside the ring. Anarquia drops down and goes over to them, he pulls Christian off. RVD is in the ring pumping up the crowd, he flips over the top rope and lands on all 3 men. The count out begins and gets to 5, Christian is up and in the ring, Hernandez makes it in by 9.

Hernandez catches Christian who trys a crossbody, he throws him over with a Fall away slam. Hernandez picks his opponent up and throws him into the corner and runs toward him. Christian gets a foot up and gets on the second turnbuckle, he leaps off with a perfect dropkick. Both men are down and slowly craw to their corners. Both tag at the same time and RVD rushes in and hits a closeline to Anarquia followed by a spinning heel kick. He sends a flurry of moves his way and then goes up top. He leaps of and hits a Frog Splash and pins. 1....2... Christian pulls RVD off of Anarquia and hits the Killswitch and pulls Anarquia on top of him. The ref is confused but counts the 3.

Winners: Mexican America advance in the tournament

Mexican America leave quickly. Christian is left on the stage smiling, RVD looks pissed.

----------
Commercial
----------

King: Welcome back, and... I'm speechless.

JR: I couldn't agree with you more King, RVD and Christian had the match won. They would have advanced in the Tag team Tournament, but Christian wouldn't have any of it.

King: He took out Rob Van Dam and lost the match!

JR: Well, we will have to see next week what is going on in the head of Christian. Right now we have to announce this Thursday on Impact we will see the start of the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament announced on our website earlier today by Mr. McMahon, and he will announce a General Manager.

King: I'll be watching!

JR: But right now let's take it to the ring for our main event.

Main Event - Battle Royal: CM Punk, John Cena, The Miz, Abyss, Bobby Roode, Bully Ray, Jeff Hardy, Matt Morgan (TNE World Championship)

It's an all out war in the first few minutes. John Cena and CM Punk work together and even get the help of Matt Morgan. Morgan goes for a Carbon Footprint on Bully Ray who ducks and causes Matt to fall over the top rope. Ray leans against the ropes laughing, Hardy takes advantage and flips Ray over the ropes but he hanges on. Jeff bounces off the ropes and goes to attack Ray but Abyss interferes and hits a Black Hole Slam. Bully Ray holds down the ropes while he is on the outside which causes Mix to fall out. Miz pulls his legs and causes him to get eliminated, the two brawl through the crowd.

Cena, Punk, Roode, Abyss, and Hardy are left. Punk and Cena stand by each other. Roode and Abyss are on the other side. Hardy is in the middle. He looks at both sides and the crowd is chanting his name. He looks at CM Punk, then quickly attacks Bobby Roode. Cena and Punk go after Abyss keeping him cornered. They toss him to the ropes and he comes back with a double closeline. Roode tosses Jeff over the ropes but he lands on the apron. He leaps over and hits a closeline on Roode. Abyss takes out Punk with a Black Hole Slam. Cena is up and lifts Abyss up for an Attitude Adjustment. Abyss is squirming and Cena stumbles to the ropes, both of them fall over and are eliminated. Roode, Punk, and Hardy are left. Punk and Hardy are both up staring down Roode. They double team him and beat him down for a good minute. Punk hits a few moves and then Hardy. Finally Punk hits a GTS followed by a Swanton from Hardy. The crowd is into it. They taunt for a second and Hardy quickly catches Punk off guard and tosses him over the top. Punk quickly gets on the apron and the two have the most intense staredown ever. Punk ends up laying a hard right into Hardy who turns around into a stiff kick from Roode who then hits a Fisherman suplex for the win.

Winner: Bobby Roode is the TNE World Champion

The show closes with Roode raising up the World Title with a huge smirk on his face. Punk spits on the ground and begins walking up the ramp, slapping hands with fans.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Hey don't have much time to give a really good review, but this is the first time I've seen a BTB about TNA/WWE that I really wanted to pay attention to. You've done a really good job of merging the two and your frist RAW looks great. I am going to come back again and give you a better review, but will be tuning in more often.
Good Luck

PWInsider said:
It seems that after the success of Raw, a few superstars have agreed to stay. Daniel Bryan and Zema Ion have been added to the Impact roster, no news has been heard as to if they will compete on tomorrows show or not. Ken Anderson and Scott Steiner have been added to Raw, along with Kaz, which is quite shocking. More news will be posted as we get it.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

PWInsider - December 21, 2011

Quick news has hit our desks about an hour ago. It seems as though the ladder match for the X Division title has been thrown out. Seems like they are going to keep the title vacant for a little while.

In other news, no one has figured out what the numbers mean. We are still guessing but can not come up with any possible conclusion. If you have any ideas as to what the numbers mean, please send us an email!

(If you do have a guess at what the numbers mean, PM me. Whoever guesses correct gets 250credits)

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Total Nonstop Entertainment Presents: IMPACT!
December 22, 2011 - Live on the TNE Network!

The show opens with the familiar TNA Impact themesong, with a new video showing the new roster and the TNE logo. We go to the commentators, Michael Cole and Taz.

Cole: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Impact!

Taz: I never thought I'd be saying this but.. I'm glad to be back commentating with you!

Cole: It's a great nostalgic feeling right now. The good ole days are back and what a show do we have in store for you tonight!

Taz: No kiddin' Cole! Main event, Kane versus James Storm, how much better can the show get?

Cole: The women are in action, along with our tag teams, and as you mentioned Kane versus Storm is scheduled for the Main Event and is a part of the World Heavyweight Championship tournament.

Taz: Thats a mouth full!

Cole: And this match was added just moments ago, Zema Ion goes up against Justin Gabriel, which will also be in the tournament!

Taz: These young stars have the opportunity of a life time here tonight, I can't wait to see what they make of it...wait, are you getting this? Cole...

Cole: Yeah.... let..... Let's take it to the back where there is said to be a heated arguement!

----------

Cut to the back and we see Kid Kash, Austin Aries, AJ Styles, Jesse Sorrensen, Christopher Daniels and Austin Aries along with Vince McMahon.

Austin Aries: You had no right to strip me of my title! I demand I get named the X Division Champion!

AJ Styles: Austin, this is a new era, and with me leaving the main event scene and coming back to the X Division where I belong, I think it's only right that the belt gets handed to me.

Kid Kash: You are all out of it...

Daniels: AJ, don't you remember who the better man is here? That belt is mine whether you chumps like it or not.

Vince: Stop stop stop... Is this really what I have to put up with with you guys? Listen, I will let the GM of Impact figure something out for you gentlemen. You all go to the ring and you can met him in person. Get out of my office!

All of them leave and head for the ring.

----------

A video package airs highlighting the first episode of Raw, showing Gunner hit the F5 on Eric Young to win the United States title, Beth Pheonix raising the Womens title, Bobby Roode saying he will take back what is rightfully his, Christian turning on RVD and costing them the match, Bully Ray and Miz brawl through the crowd, Jeff Hardy turning on Punk and throwing him out of the ring, followed by Punk punching Hardy and Roode hitting his finisher to win the TNE World Title.

----------
Commercial
----------

The X Division stars are making their way to the ring. Vince McMahons music hits and he walks to the stage.

Vince: I really don't want to waste any time here, we have some great matches lined up for tonight, and maybe another, depending on what the GM wants to do. So without further adue......

"I Walk Alone" hits. The crowd is on their feet. After a few moments of the crowd cheering and the X Division stars looking confused, he walks out.

Taz: IT"S BATISTA!

Cole: The return of Dave Batista, and he is the GM of Impact! Who knew?

Taz: Mr. McMahon did!

Batista walks all the way to the ring and stands in front of the small but talented superstars.

Dave Batista: Oh this is great! This show is under the arm of one of the most talented wrestlers in the world! It is great to be back here and I have some exciting things planned for the future of this show.

AJ Styles grabs a mic.

Styles: Wait, Batista? Are you kidding m...

Dave: Please, call me Dave.

Styles: Either way, this is a joke. You think you can run this show? A chimpanzee knows more wrestling than you, and that's an understatement.

He steps toe to toe with Styles.

Dave: If you have a problem with the decisions made by Mr. McMahon, you can find the door. Until then, back off and let me make my announcement. I saw you guys arguing like school girls about who's belt it is.. blah blah.

The crowd gives a loud chorus of boos towards Batista.

Dave: Over the course of the next few weeks we will have a Beat the Clock Challenge. The two men with the fastest times will fight for the X Division title in a Ladder Match. You better get ready boys the first match is up next. Can yout beat the time against Austin Aries, pretty boy?

He was looking right in the eye of AJ Styles. AJ goes toe to toe with him. Then the rest of the superstars leave and he does as well, but he stays ringside to watch.

----------

Match One - AJ Styles v. Austin Aries (Beat the Clock Challenge)

The match starts off with headlocks and take downs. AJ gets a quick advantage and keeps Austin on the ground. A swift reversal and a leg sweep puts Austin on top with the advantage and lays in a few hard kicks. Austin continues a hard beat down to AJ with a bunch of stiff moves. AJ gets the comeback and they end up on the apron, they go back and forth with hard chops, then punches. AJ gets the advantage, laying in the rights until Austin stomps on his foot. AJ goes for a wild right but Austin ducks, leaving AJs back turned to him. He puts his head under Styles arm and lifts him up. With quick motion, he drops down to the mat, hitting AJ with a back suplex on the apron! The crowd is into it! He gets back into the ring and takes his time taunting as the clock is on 6 minutes. He toys with AJ, just letting the clock run. AJ finally jumps to his feet and hits a Pele Kick out of no where, he then picks Austin up and hits the Styles Clash for the win at 6:13.

Winner: AJ Styles

The ref holds his hand up as he stares down Batista. Then without hesitation he is attacked from behind by Austin Aries. Dave looks at him and puts two thumbs up out to the side and slowly turns them downward as Aries lifts AJ up and hits a sick Brainbuster. Austin is left smirking as he falls down and rolls out of the ring.

----------
Commercial
----------

Cut back we see James Storm backstage with Josh Mathews.

Josh: Ladies and gentlemen my guest at this time is "The Cowboy" James Storm. James, tonight you face one of your toughest competitors to date, and you have never gone against him. You face "The Big Red Machine" Kane in a fight to advance in the World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. Your thoughts?

James: Well, Josh, I'm a little bit nervous, I can't lie. But since I'm tellin you the truth I might as well spit out that I will not back down tonight. Kane can be all the monster he can be and he will still not be enough to take out this *******. He claims to be resurrected? I resurrect myself every morning.. think about it.

He keeps it short and sweet and walks off. Then comes back.

James: Oh and Kane..................................... Sorry about your damn luck!

Then he exits.

----------

Match Two - Beth Pheonix (C) v. Kelly Kelly (TNE Womens Championship)

Madison Rayne accomponied Beth to the ring. The match is very back and forth in the first few minutes until Beths strength kicks in and she knocks Kelly to the mat. A head lock is applied and she takes full control. Beth hits a few nice moves for about 2 minutes until Kelly makes a comeback and htis a flurry of moves to take control. She goes up top to hit an aerial move and Madison hops up on the apron, Kelly kicks her off and hits a crossbody on Beth, Beth rolls back and picks Kelly up and hits a fall away slam for the win.

Winner: Beth Pheonix is still the Womens Champion

----------

Madison slides into the ring and congratulates Beth and they start the beat down. Tara slides into the ring and starts taking them on but the numbers are too much, its 2 on 2 now. Gail Kim and Angelina Love come in and get a piece. Mickie James slides in and all the women are going at it. Finally Batista's music hits and he steps out to the stage. Refs are sliding in to break up the women.

Dave: Theres nothing I love more than a good catfight, but ladies, please! We have a show to continue. I know Vince won't mind me scheduling a match for Raw, so I'm gonna do it. It will be Mickie James, Tara, and Kelly Kelly versus Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, and Angelina Love. Have a great night ladies!

The women are separated by refs as we go to commercial.

----------
Commercial
----------

Rob Van Dam is making his way out to the ring.

Taz: What a brawl that was with all the women right before the break! The pigeons were definitely loose!

Cole: But welcome back now ladies and gentlemen as we have a bit of a surprise, to you and I as well, Taz.

Taz: Yeah, you know, Rob Van Dam is booked on the Raw roster and we saw him in action last Monday night in a tag match with Christian going up against Mexican America.

Cole: And note that it was part of the Tag Team Tournament, where random teams can be thrown together, and if you win you advance.

Rob has a mic already.

RVD: I'm going to cut right to the point. This is great what is going on around here, I'm meeting a lot of great people and seeing familiar faces. Let me say it was awesome meeting back up with Christian. I never thought that he would do what he did on Raw. Long story short, he screwed not only me, but himself. We had a chance to become the tag team champions, and he turned on me. Christian, get your ass out here.

His music hits and Christian walks to the ring with a smirk on his face.

RVD: I bet the past few days you have been getting asked this question a lot but I'm going to throw it at ya one more time... Why? We had the match won, I hit the Five Star Frog Splash and was this close to getting the three count. Why?

Christian: For one, I wouldn't have let you get the pin, I deserved it. And two, I'm not going to get stuck with a washed up hasbeen like yourself. Everyone saw as I went through my career with Edge holding me down. I am the best wrestler in this damn company and I deserved to be in the Battle Royal, instead, we had to witness Jeff Hardy confusing everyone, including his mother. That spot should have gone to me!

RVD: So thats it, your selfish. End of story. But eh, as long as I'm here, you won't be getting any where near a title shot. You screwed us out of the chance at gold, so the last thing you will do now is even think about getting a shot.

He drops the mic and exits the ring.

Cole: It's getting heated between these two already!

----------

Cut to the back. Dave is standing with AJ Styles.

Dave: I'll admit, I'm impressed.

AJ: That's not what I am here to talk about. You had Aries attack me after the match and damn near paralize me. What is that all about?

Dave: I didn't have anything to do with it, trust me.

AJ: You to...

Kid Kash steps into view.

Kash: You don't even know what's about to happen, boy.

Dave: Oh, AJ, let me introduce your opponent next week. It will be his turn to beat your time, which doesn't look to be too much of a challenge.

He laughs as AJ punches the wall and leaves the room.

----------
Commercial
----------

Match Three - Zema Ion v. Justin Gabriel (WHC Tournament)

This is a quick pace match with both men giving it them all. High risk moves are abundant and they put on a great show. It's classic back and forth action for about 5 minutes until Zema hits a crazy springboard stunner to get the advantage. He gives a beatdown, then pins Justin who kicks out. Zema finds a chair and slides it into the ring, the ref grabs it and goes to throw it out, by this time Zema is in and tries to hit a low blow on Gabriel, he blocks it and hits a stiff round house kick. Zema is out, so he gets up top. Ion quickly hops up and jumps up to the top turnbuckle with him. The two go back and forth until Justin headbutts him a few times. Zema falls down and Gabriel hits the 450 Splash to pick up the win.

Winner: Justin Gabriel advances in the WHC Tournament

----------

We see a dark room with a fire burning in a barrell. A figure is next to it and we can tell its Kane.

Kane: This........ressurection. It feels great. But why am I here? I have been summoned in the worst of occasions. The end is upon us and no one shall survive. What you all will witness will burn your eyes and devour your minds.

He turns around.

Kane: James Storm, I want you tonight in....a CAGE MATCH!

The fire gets intense as he starts laughing and walks towards the camera that falls over and cuts to black.

----------

Cut to a worker running down a hall catching up to James Storm.

Worker: JAMES! JAMES!

He stops and turns around.

Worker: Did you just see that?

James: All I see right now is me pinning Kane, so no.

Worker: I don't think that will happen, Kane wants tonight to be a cage match, the video just played.

James laughs.

James: We don't want to make the big guy angry do we? Tonight is a cage match then boy. I'll see ya out there monster!

Main Event - Kane v. James Storm - Cage Match (WHC Tournament)

Kane stands tall and intimidating, not moving a muscle, as James Storm warms up. The cage is already lowered and both men are locked in. They tie up but Kane launches Storm into the side of the cage, he crashes down to the apron. Kane still stands still. Storm is up, Kane runs and attempts to crush his skull with a big boot against the cage but Storm ducks and Kane gets tied up on the ropes that is between his legs now. Storm quickly ascend the turnbuckle and leaps off with a drop kick. The beatdown comes at full force from Storm never backing down, he keeps Kane grounded. He goes to climb the cage but Kane is up and powerbombs him down to the mat. Kane has advantage and hits some vintage Kane moves. Its a classic match until Kane starts climbing. Hes going slow and Storm manages to get to his feet. He jumps up on the turnbuckle and almost flies to the top of the cage.

Both men are climbing. Storm is sitting on the top almost over, but Kane is up too and grabs him, laying a few forearms to his back. Kane manages to pull him back up and both men begin to stand up on the top of the cage! They are hanging on exchanging rights, but Kane seems unaffected. Storm tries to fall down to the mat and win but Kane grabs his throat. Storm has both hands on Kanes wrist with a huge look of pain on his face. The crowd is silent. Kane measures the mat and shoves Storm off with a Chokeslam, Storm lands hard and goes through the ring! The crowd is on their feet and medics are already running to the ring. Kane is down the side of the cage and hops down.

Winner: Kane advances in the WHC tournament.

----------

Medics are waiting for the ref to open the door. Kane walks to them and knocks a ref out, then closelines a medic, and shoves another into the cage. Before he can do more damage Sheamus starts running out from the back but quickly stops on the stage. Kanes head quickly turns and they stare each other down. He walks to the bottom of the ramp and just stands there. Sheamus looks shocked and cant move. Medics find their way into the cage and help Storm. The show ends with Kane and Sheamus having a stare down.

----------

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Impact Feedback

You asked me to drop by some thoughts, and I've only given out one piece of legitimate feedback in months on end, so I'll see what I can do for you.

Opening commentary started off well; touching on Tazz and Cole's history was something that you needed to do realistically, so that was good to see. The last line from Cole was a little dodgy, however - "Let's take it to the back where there is said to be a heated argument" sounds far too formal here. If Cole's hearing about some kind of conflict backstage, it should be big news, and we need to hear that from his dialogue. I see what you were trying to do with the argument, kicking off the first Impact with a bang, but the end result came out as incredibly formulaic; for one, your opening description of the scene meant we could have been in the parking lot for all we knew as readers. It was literally 'these four guys with Vince McMahon' and that was all I knew, not to mention you didn't go into the emotions of the participants in the segment, stopping any real deep character development from the first sentence. Secondly, the most formulaic part of the entire segment was how you had each guy only say one line, as if they were going in order, and this just isn't how real conversations flow. Now, I'm not familiar with a lot of TNA's talent, but I've watched a Vinnie Mac promo or two, and he just didn't sound like himself here. It felt like he should be more indignant; also, he said "guys" and "listen", which just made it sound like you were putting words in his mouth - you read his dialogue and it doesn't jump out as the classic Vince McMahon we all know. Jesse Sorensen didn't even have anything to say, which didn't do him any favours, and Kid Kash's "you are" meant he didn't sound like a real person in a real situation because he would have muttered "You're all out of it..." and even then it sounds like a weird insult. AJ Styles saying he dropped down from the "main event scene" immediately suggests the X Division is a 'lesser' place to compete, and that's not an image you want to be portraying to your audience, whether it's true or not. If Daniels is referring to a previous victory over AJ, we don't know that, this is a new show with new stories. I know I'm nit-picking at this point, but it was an incredibly short segment with a lot of things that could have been improved.

There's also an issue which I'm going to address now which applies throughout the show; the entire premise behind your thread is the merging of WWE and TNA, no? Thus, thinking contextually, your brand spanking new product which you're presenting to what is still essentially WWE's audience with a smattering of TNA's fanbase thrown in, and therefore your casual audience hasn't got a clue who these new wrestlers (or 'superstars' as they'll see them) are. Imagine you're a casual WWE fan, say ten years old, and you tune into Impact, the new show, because you hear Randy Orton's on it, and one of the first things you see is four random guys arguing with Vince McMahon about a title you've never heard of before. Admittedly, this is a huge thing to ask of you, but if you're taking on a huge project like this, you need to think about how it would have to be presented. You'd need copious amounts of commentator praise/information to keep the fans up to date with the new stars, in addition to promo time, whether on the mic or in a VP, about who they are and what they plan to accomplish in this new TNE promotion now that the titles are vacated and it's a level playing field. You could make a big thing out of it, too, and it's an exciting prospect, but you need to remember that this isn't TNA just carrying on from where it left off with a few WWE guys tagging along; this is a global brand mashed up between WWE and TNA, and as a result, you need to present anything and everything to do with TNA as being brand new to the audience, as if each TNA guy was an NXT Rookie, because let's face it, you and I wouldn't have a clue what's going on if we didn't know TNA existed, like many casuals don't.

Definitely think you could have made a bigger deal out of the Raw highlights package, just to sell the first show of this gigantic WWE/TNA union to the absolute max - it's huge! It's the biggest event in the history of modern pro wrestling, and I just kind of want to see you tell me that more. Add to the spectacle of it all.

I feel you could have described the "X Division stars"' entrances a little more, but that's not a huge problem. However, I have to say it; Batista as TNE Impact General Manager is possibly the most bizarre choice of a BTB GM I've seen in my entire time here. Not only is he known as being the most awesome, kick-ass guy in the ring ever (I WALK ALOOOOOOONE, for one), he's a total bad-ass on every front, and you've immediately cooped him up in a GM role; I'm not even factoring in the fact you basically had him stroll down the ramp holding hands with smiling bunnies while singing the theme tune to My Little Pony and then get on the mic to say "This is great! I can't wait to get started!" I realise I'm over-exaggerating, but it's for a reason; I want to see Batista kick ass and take names, not be Mr. McMahon's puppet and say "Please, call me Dave" - it makes him seem really weak, and he's just not suited to it. I hope that makes sense. I felt he began to kick it up a notch in badass when he took it to Styles (I also appreciate you called your own decision into question with the very indy-esque shot by AJ here), but then you suddenly had the crowd boo Batista, leaving me wondering where he stands on the face-tweener-heel scale. I'm all for a Beat the Clock Challenge, though, it's a good solution; my thought is that a BTC Challenge is usually over a single show, so it'll be interesting to see how you work it. I also think you meant "set* the time" not "beat the time" to AJ seeing as the time to beat hadn't been set yet, surely.

As with the Batista alignment issue, I was left wondering who's face and who's heel between Aries and Styles; this is a problem which also leads back to the whole 'introduce it to a WWE audience' thing from before. While I don't doubt the match would have good (reading it through, it was fine) and to my personal taste seeing as I find many independent circuit matches entertaining, one wonders how the WWE audience would react to such a different style in the very first match on the new show; maybe opening with a WWE vs TNA match of sorts would have helped to 'gel' the audience with the new guy's style, so they'd know what to expect later on. My concern with having Styles go over in six minutes is that it makes Aries, a fellow contender for the title, look really weak, and thus it might have been an idea to have the challenge be open to both guys, rather than just Styles. The attack from Austin saved his bacon a little and showed that he and 'Tista are clearly the heels against Styles' anti-authority face alignment, but again I felt more description was needed; explore the tension between Styles and Batista more, talk about the crowd's reactions, etc. I need to be immersed in your writing, and I didn't feel that here.

For the ease of comprehension, a small thing; writing out a speaker's full name is something DH suggested to me long ago, and it actually makes the entire layout look smarter. Totally your decision whether or not to go with it, though. I would have thought the interview was a little short but you mentioned in your 'stage directions' that that's just Storm's style, so that's fair enough. In terms of the promo itself, it was good; you established him enough to an audience as the won't-back-down cowboy character and as (I'd assume) a babyface, and therefore I'd say this was well done.

"Beth hits a few nice moves" is an effort issue on your part; if you want me to be involved in the show, I need to feel like I'm there more, or least watching it at home on TV, and nothing tunes the reader out more than vague description like this. There's also the argument that if Phoenix is going to win clean, she should hit the Glam Slam, because of how dominant it shows her to be, unless you're bringing the Fallaway Slam in as another finisher (which I doubt, seeing as I assume it was just the Crossbody roll-through counter). Lack of commentary before and after the match hurts the storytelling in my opinion, too. Batista (or Dave, as you seem intent on calling him) genuinely didn't sound like himself, I'm afraid. I couldn't visualise his words being said by him, and that's a real issue for someone who's going to be such a big part of your show.

As before, I feel we need more description with RVD's entrance. You had Taz briefly mention the women before you cut back to RVD; surely if he's a Raw guy, you could have saved this promo for next week's show? If Christian's heel turn was such a big deal, it would have been one of the main talking points for next week; instead, you cram it in here. RVD's soliloquy sounded horribly like a long list of short statements, with no real flow to it at all; you could have lengthened this considerably, but again, it felt lacking in effort. Similarly, you could have brought more Van Dam-isms in here, such as "man", "dude", even "bro" to keep things feeling like a real RVD promo. Christian's reasoning was good, really good. I've always said the best heel turns are the ones with great reasoning, and this was one of those occasions, but you dropped the ball by just having Van Dam leave, when a confrontation, or at least a Christian narrow escape, was clearly on the cards. Lots and lots of wasted potential here, I feel.

You're certainly putting a lot of emphasis on the X Division from the get-go, which is of course a positive; however, this segment again felt weak. Aries' original attack was his own doing, surely, so Styles' accusations at Batista are pure paranoia, which is more of a heel action, and the thumbs-down wouldn't have been visible, because Styles would have been on the floor - or at least that's how I read it. Kid Kash's line made very little sense, I'm afraid, and AJ punching a wall is again a bizarre thing to happen. You also went from Batista saying he was impressed to saying that it wouldn't be hard to beat Styles' time, which is a massively hypocritical statement.

Zima/Gabriel is definitely a good match in prospect, and you also laid down the face/heel lines well, but once again, I was left wanting more from you. You needed to tell me why Zima was going to get a chair, so I can see some elements of a real character, rather than - 'well, he's the bad guy.' We need to see emotion; frustration, self-doubt. I don't think I've ever seen a low blow blocked before, but I liked the finish (though Gabriel headbutting someone when he could just punch him was odd). Gabriel advancing in the WHC tourney seems like a good decision given his undeniable talent in the ring and his passable mic skills.

You showed good knowledge of Kane's traits to have him cut his usual backstage promo, though again, you've got some Russo-esque booking going on by having a cage match randomly thrown in. A cage match of all things is usually advertised at least a week in advance, not to mention the kind of thing used to end a feud, not for a first-round match in a World Title tournament. Just an all-round peculiar decision. Not sure about Storm here, too - he went from talking to this backstage worker to addressing Kane, immediately making the entire thing disjointed, and the fact that he would agree to such an impromptu match-up makes me question the credibility of his judgement, tbh. The entire thing felt like it could be one of two things; either you wanted to sell Impact as being 'unpredictable', or you wanted your first Impact to have a big main event... but regardless, I can't get over it, it makes zero sense whatsoever to do it from a booking standpoint.

The match followed a basic cage match formula, and you got some crowd reactions in there, too. You got one reference to Storm's emotions (pain), which is generally more than you'd done for the other matches, though you suffered from the same issues as before when it came to "hits some vintage Kane moves" - I can't stress enough how much you need to tell the reader what these are. Storm going through the ring seems a little extreme, seeing as that usually spells a period of time out of action... and you just started this thread. I don't really understand why Kane would start attacking medics, nor why Sheamus would stop on the stage if he's making the save; the whole idea of making a save is that you then - you know, make the save. It also doesn't help that face Sheamus doesn't back down from anything, and you completely went against this. A very odd ending.

Before I conclude, here's another mini-rant. Looking over your Impact roster alone, tonight's show didn't have Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, Big Show, Mark Henry, Samoa Joe, Alex Riley, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Cody Rhodes, Evan Bourne, or Kofi Kingston, and that's a big list of talent not to include. Hell, you could write a five-star show with that roster by itself. That's an issue that needs addressing, because if you've got all this talent to spare, your main event shouldn't be Kane vs James Storm, and you shouldn't be restricted to four matches on your inaugural Impact. It's also worth noting that with your first ever TNE Impact, you'd be wanting to pull out all the stops to make it seem like an explosive show so you'd get more viewers, and leaving out so many earth-shattering guys makes the show seem very, very shallow.

Overall, there are positives and negatives to take from this. You remind me a lot of myself in 2008; everything was quite rushed, I wrote what I thought was a good idea, and I ended up leaving a lot of talent on the bench while I came up with promos that weren't well characterised. There's a lot to work on, but there's also some real promise here which would make me recommend this thread to anyone in the section. Firstly, always make sure you're utilising the roster at hand. Secondly, try to play on the MASSIVE premise behind your thread - the biggest wrestling promotion in the world is now at your fingertips, but you've got to handle it correctly, including the factors of having TNA guys presented to a WWE audience for the first time. Thirdly, watch as many promos as you can from certain guys (Batista especially) to make sure you get their characters down, because that's important for the atmosphere of the show. Fourth, lay out your roster in front of you and decide who's a face, who's a heel, then ask yourself 'how am I going to show this to the reader? Who can he attack (heel)? Whose mum can he insult (heel)? How many babies does he have to kiss (face, unless you're doing it in a creepy manner)?' Fifth, more description. Re-read your show when you're done and ask yourself if you could imagine a scene in front of you based solely on what you've just written. If you can't, you need to paint the picture for us more. Finally, lengthen your promos and lengthen your show, because I have a suspicion I've written more for this feedback than you've written in the entire edition of Impact. And a final point after the final point, you keep at this bad boy until it's fucking amazing, because the potential is absolutely there. Hope I've been helpful to you, man; I know I've got a lot of criticism, but if you take it on board, there should be considerably less next time. Looking forward to Raw, man, get on it.

I think that is going in my signature! ^_^

Thanks for the feeback, it was a long read but it helped a lot. I will admit I rushed through this show, which is a big mistake right there. You point out mistakes and it just makes me facepalm so hard. Thanks for it all though, means a lot!

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

PWInsider - December 23, 2011
It has been said that James Storm has suffered some serious injuries, including broken ribs, from his huge fall on Impact. Sources say he will be out for about 3 months. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Many within TNE say that Vince wants to merge the rosters already and create a supershow, along with a smaller 1 hour show on a seperate day of the week. Feelings about this are positive and it may happen after the Rumble.

There have been rumors at TNE picking up a few new superstars, including Tomasso Ciampa and Jack Evans.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

I read this a few days ago, so I'll drop the feedback on everything you have so far.

Overall - Change the "world/midcard" stuff. It's down to the booker to give pushes and stuff like that. They shouldn't be solidified into one section. For example, Rey Mysterio was at world level when Del Rio had his rivalry with him. It wouldn't have been a good boosting storyline has we considered Del Rio to be a mid carder at that time. So just give the rosters freely and then move people up in your own mind.
You're graphic is really good and creative and it shows your talent well.
I think as for the roster itself, you really have a lack of tag teams, which you'll need to try and fix. I'm not sure about the main event names either. Daniel Bryan and Bully Ray will need a lot before you have them legitimatley closing the show on their own, so I think you'll need a lot of good booking to get interesting and fair storylines with these guys and the likes of Cena and Punk.

Raw
I'm not sure about stripping the titles. I'd have prefers you to have kept select titles, and then made a vacant world title, with a match up between the current champs. (Roode, Punk & Bryan).
I don't like you're match set up personally. I prefer to actually have a whole match unfold before me instead of "It was a great match". I also didn't really like that we had current WWE rivals, Ryder and Ziggler, going for each other with TNA guys going against each other two. It should have been more brand orientated, and a future rivalry or tag team with Zach Ryder and Eric Young could have been hilarious. Gunner is a decent winner, but could put a spanner into the current Ryder reputation. After the match we had Ziggler challenging Gunner. He is a decent candidate and can legit challenge as he was the former champion, but if I'm not mistaken Gunner is supposed to be a heel is he not? Heel Vs Heel storylines only work with a lot of hype, and I think you have a distance to go before giving these guys proper hype.
I liked the little backstage between Cena, Punk and Miz. Keeps brand loyalty together, yet keeps their characters well.
Not commenting on the divas division because really without visuals, wimens wrestling has no appeal to me.
The tag match set up for RVD and Christian was quite good. Gives a little heat into the two characters and gives us the set up for the tag tournament. The match however wasen't as good. Really doesen't put Mexican America over. These guys are a legit tag team, and I'm actually a big fan of Hernandez since he got his feast and fired push. LAX is just as experienced as Edge and Christian, and RVD and Anarquia have a little experience, so if anything the tag team which gels together more, Mexican America, should have had more of a performance. Sets up the rivalry alright, but a rivalry between Christian and RVD doesen't really excite me. Will be someone to get through in the PPV I guess.
The last match was pretty good. Did everything it was supposed to do. Although Roode won, what I was most excited about was the future rivalry between Punk and Hardy. I can't remember if you mention it in the next show, but I'll have feed for that edited in here. I just hope you don't rush it. You clearly have Punk as your organization's face, and Hardy is a TNA and WWE massive name, so a future showdown between the two could be epic. Slow it down, keep little moments happening, and when the time is right, drop the bomb on it.

Impact - In the first promo, I didn't like the idea of AJ dropping 'Down' to the X-Division. It is the star of TNA, as every TNA fan knows, so AJ should at least be 'back' to it rather than have went 'down' to it. Also, why were they all complaining to Vince if he didn't even make a decision on it?
I don't really like Batista as a GM. He doesen't come across like that to me. He was a jerk when he left and we all still have that image in our heads, so being a suit now (which Batista never ever wears) doesen't really cut it to me.
The idea of AJ Vs Batista is good though. I don't know why you had AJ step to him, but as they have exchanged words in the past, I really like that they could go at it down the line.
I didn't like that you had AJ go against Aries. Austin is one of the greatest talents in the X-Division, and is the current champ, so to have him become an 'opponent' for AJ just didn't really cut it to me. After the match was alright, but a beat the clock was a little insulting to him and what he's accomplished so far.
James storm looked good in his interview. Worded pretty well and I liked how it was. Not much else to say.
Wimens blahness.
The little promo with Kid Kash was good as he is convincing tough guy in the X-Division, and you could really give him a good push with this starting it off.
To me, Justin Gabriel Vs Xema Ion with for a potential world title shot? Not a single person reading believes they'll get that shot. Both should be in inter or X Division classes. You need to move them up if they want to get this oppertunity.
Next Kane and Storm promos were good. Made both look strong and kicked Impact off well with an unscheduled cage match.
The match was quite good, with Kane looking really strong. I don't feel that Storm looked weak, it just shows Kane's viciousness. Maybe shows a future storyline if you can build Kane up a bit, and Storm is already a massive fan fav with everyone so he just needs his injury return.
But just think, Kane Vs Justin Gabriel for a world title shot, doesn't fit does it?

Only a few things I didn't really like but there are some storylines that are very interesting here. If you can pull them off, the little things will get a little shadowed so it won't matter too much. Keep at it bro. I#ll be reading.

There have been rumors of two former superstars backstage at the first shows for both Raw and Impact, no names have been confirmed yet.

The World Heavyweight Championship tournament started with a bang and James Storm will be out for 3 months. On another note, here is the bracket released officially from Total Nonstop Entertainment It seems the final match will indeed be a Triple Threat match for the WHC.

Kane v. James Storm (Kane Advanced)
Big Show v. Cody Rhodes

Mark Henry v. Sheamus
Samoa Joe v. Randy Orton

Daniel Bryan v. Alex Riley
Zema Ion v. Justin Gabriel (Gabrial advanced)

Vote for who you think is going to win!

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Preview for Raw- Live on January 2, 2012
It's a New Year and a new era in the wrestling world. The first shows were a success and brought much to the table. What will Bobby Roode have to say after becoming the first World Champion?

Christian cost RVD and himself their tag match last week, RVD confronted him on Impact and told him they are not on the same page. What is next for these two men?

The number one contender for the World Title will be decided. But who will earn the spot?

Find out this and much more this Monday on the TNE Network!

PWInsider - January 1, 2012
It seems as though Doug Williams and Brutus Magnus have stuck with the merge and have reformed the British Invasion. This is great news for the tag division in TNE.

A bit of an insight to a possible return on tomorrows show comes from Twitter. Rey Mysterio tweeted that he will be in the same town as Raw tomorrow. No news if he will be on the show or not.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Total Nonstop Entertainment Presents: RAW!
January 2, 2012 - Live on the TNE Network!

The show opens up with the entrance to Bobby Roode. He takes his time walking to the ring and has the similar smirk on his face.

Jerry Lawler: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Raw!

Jim Ross: We are surprised to see the World Champion coming out here to start the show, lets see what he has to say.

Bobby Roode: As you can see I am your World Champion. I beat seven other men last week. I would like to take this time to thank myself. Without me I wouldn't be here today. I worked my ass off to win my first World title not too long ago, only to have it stripped away from me. And now here I am proving yet again that I am the best in the world. Each and every one of you here today need to get on your feet and cheer for your world champion.

They fill the arena with boos.

Bobby Roode: You all sicken me. I came out here last week and put my body on the line. At any time I could have been injured. As I said before, there were seven men in that ring. That is a dangerous situation, I could have been injured.

"Cult of Personality" hits and the crowd is on their feet. CM Punk does his usually entrance and steps into the ring face to face with Roode.

CM Punk: I really, really hope I heard you wrong.

Booby Roode: You heard me clearly Punk.

CM Punk: So you said you were the best in the world? Let me tell you something, you are standing in the same ring as the best wrestler in the world, you are looking him right in the eyes. Can you feel it? Can you feel the elecricity? When I am in here I entertain the crowd, this ring comes to life. I am the best that has stepped into this ring and you and your silly games just makes that title lose every ounce of credibility.

Bobby Roode: Don't you have other business to tend to Punk? Huh? I'm not your target.

CM Punk: You're right, that title is my target.

Bobby Roode: No, no, you see, as I recall last week, Jeff Hardy turned on you and eliminated you. You two have a history together don't you? How do you feel about that?

CM Punk: As far as I see it he did what he had to do, he seized the moment. I would do the same thing. Right now, all I can see is the World Championship and how ridiculous it looks over your shoulder.

"No Chance in Hell" is heard and Vince McMahon walks out to the stage.

Vince McMahon: Alright, I like where this is going. Gentlemen, tonight we will have a match to settle it. How does that sound?

The crowd is on thier feet for an awesome main event.

Vince McMahon: Tonight we will see CM Punk going up against the World Champion Bobby Roode. And Punk, if you win you will face Bobby Roode at the Royal Rumble for the championship. Roode, if you win, you will get the pay-per-view off with pay.

He smiles at the sounds of that. Punk is equally happy as the stare each other down going into a break.

Match One - Kelly Kelly, Mickie James and Tara v. Gail Kim, Madison Rayne, and Angelina Love

Angelina Love and Mickie James start off with a back and forth fight that ends up Angelina on top. She keeps Mickie in her corner and tags in Madison who does her own moves. They move to the center of the ring and Mickie is off her game, getting hit by a hard suplex from Madison. Madison does her famous bow and pins Mickie who kicks out. Mickie starts a come back but is quickly reveresed by the fresher Madison. She tags Love back in and they double team. The ref gets Madison out but Tara is trying to get in, the ref stops her and tries to have here leave the ring. Angelina hold Micked against the turnbuckle and Madison lays in a few hard slaps until Mickie kicks her, elbows Angelina, knocks down Kim, then runs and tags in Kelly Kelly. The crowd is on their feet. Kelly comes in full steam ahead knocking down Madison twice, then ducking Angelina and hitting a nice spin kick to her, knocking her out of the ring. Kim is in and hits a crazy spear to Kelly Kelly. Tara runs in a closelines Kim and they both fall over the top rope. Mickie hits a Mick Kick on Rayne, then Kelly hits the X Factor for the win.

Winners: Kelly, James, and Tara

Cut backstage in Vince McMahons office. Rob Van Dam walks in

Rob Van Dam: Your wanted to see me?

Vince McMahon: Why yes, Rob, thank you for coming! You see, I put you in that match last week and it was my fault that Christian cost you the chance at the Tag Titles. So, tonight it will be you going against Dolph Ziggler to determine the number one contender for the United States title. You won't have a tag partner to screw you over!

Rob Van Dam: I hear you, thanks a lot man! I appreciate it!

He leaves and John Cena enters. The crowd is heard cheering like crazy.

John Cena: What is this?

Vince McMahon: What is what John?

John Cena: All of this. Everything. WWE is no more and you have creating this very new Total Nonstop Entertainment. I'm wondering, why? Why did you do this?

Vince McMahon: It is my decision John and quite frankly I'm proud of what I accomplished.

John Cena: Where do I fit into all of this? I've lost my shot at the World Title, Impact has a list of stars, I can't go there. All of this change might have been a bad idea. I don't feel right anymore Vince.

Vince McMahon: Cena, don't do this.

John Cena: I will let you decide.

He walks out leaving Vince looking worried.

We come back to the ring where Bully Ray is in it with a mic.

Bully Ray: Alright, I want to take this time to challenge someone. I'm not on the card tonight and I want to fight. Last week you tripped me after you were eliminated. Miz, get your punk self out here right now!

The Miz makes his way to the stage with a chorus of boos.

The Miz: You don't actually think that you could have won that Battle Royal could you? Look at you, anyone can out wrestle you. But you know what, how about tonight we have a tag match. I want to take this year easy, and by WrestlMania I will be main eventing for the World Title because I'm the Miz.....and I'm..

Bully Ray: Pathetic.. yeah, you're pathetic. I'll do a tag match, then if I win I get you next week one on one.

The Miz: Under one stipulation.

Bully Ray: Go figure, what is it?

The Miz: I get to pick your tag partner.

He laughs as his music hits but we can hear Bully.

Bully Ray: I'll see you tonight, and then your mine next week ya little punk.

The ring is clear for the next match.

---------------

Match Two - Kaz v. Ken Anderson

A great back and forth match with both men wanting to score a pinfall and prove themselves. Kaz keeps to the air, not letting Anderson get ground control. Ken finally got the advantage nad laid a good beating to him, and hit a suplex. He ducked a hard right and landed a perfect back suplex and locked in a head lock. Kaz broke out and it was solid back and forth action from there. The end came when Kaz went for the Flux Capacitor but Anderson fought out of the position and sat down on the turnbuckle. Kaz was still standing but got pulled onto his shoulders. The Green Bay Plunge was hit for the win.

Winner: Ken Anderson

After the match Ken helped Kaz up only to hit the Mic Check. Medics are already getting into the ring to check on Kaz. Anderson has a smile on his face as he backs up the ramp.

The Miz is scene talking to Zack Ryder.

The Miz: This is your chance of a life time. Why would you not want to tag with the best wrestler in this company? I am the must see wreslter of the year. Its on honor for you to be in the ring with me.

Zack Ryder: Bro, listen. You need to find someone else willing to be your partner. And with your "punk" attitude, there is no body that will want to do that. Good luck, broski.

Zack pats his shoulder as he walks off. Miz looks aggrevated.

Match Three - Dolph Ziggler v. Rob Van Dam (#1 Contendership for the US Championship)

Both men want a shot at the US title, and both men put forth everything they got. Rob Van Dam starts it off with a few hip tosses and a spinning heel kick. A flurry of moves that leaves Dolph sliding out of the ring to regain his composure right away. RVD wont have it as he bounces off the ropes and flips over top of them onto Ziggler. He rolls him into the ring right away and goes for a pin but gets a 1 and a half. RVD puts on a headlock to weaken Dolph but they slowly get to a vertical bases. Dolph lands a few elbows and then throws RVD to the ropes, who comes back to a hard shoulder block. Ziggler jumps up and hits a perfect elbow and goes for the pin only to get a 1. Its solid back and forth action until Ziggler gets knocked down when RVD catches his kick. He steps over his leg and spins, putting his boot right in Dolphs face. RVD hops up top, but Ziggler grabs for the ref to help get up. In this time Christian hops the guard rail and shoves Rob, who lands on his feet, but with his neck on the topes. His head snaps back and he gets rocked with a Zig Zag. The ref is oblivious to what has happened as he counts to three.

Winner: Dolph Ziggler is the #1 Contender to the US title.

Rob is slowly getting to his feet when he realizes what happens, he does a quick 360 scanning the scene and sees Christian backing up through the crowd with a smirk on his face. Rob falls onto the ropes, looking tired and angry.

---------------

We cut backstage and see Brutus Magnus, who is looking off camera.

Brutus Magnus: I guess I can take this time to introduce myself, I'm Brutus Magnus, former tag champion, with my tag partner.. Doug Williams. So I'm sorry to say...

The camera pans to see The Miz.

Brutus Magnus: ...but you will have to look elsewhere. Sorry mate...

He walks off and Miz whips his face with both hands. The camera pans more to the right and we see Scott Steiner step into view as Miz reaches his chin with his hands, he looks shocked as he turns to the big man himself.

Scott Steiner: I hear you walkin round here looking for a partner. Ill be your man tonight, there aint nuttin wrong with TV time.

The Miz smiles and looks thankful as he walks towards the ring area with Steiner.

---------------

Cut to the ring where Bully Ray makes his entrance down to the ring and grabs a mic.

Bully Ray: Alright, I've been waiting too long for this moment. The Miz, get out here.

"I Came to Play" hits and Miz steps out to the stage with his partner, Scott Steiner. Ray looks impressed.

Bully Ray: Nice choice if I do say so myself.

The Miz: Shut up! Let me just give these fans a little back story to who I've chose for you.

He starts to walk down the ramp. The crowd is booing and we hear Scott Steiner yelling "Shut up!"

The Miz: This man is one of your enemies, but used to be a friend.

Bully gets an idea and is already shaking his head. Miz steps onto the ring stairs.

The Miz: You got selfish and turned your back on him, ladies and gentlemen. Devon!

"Oh my brotha... TESTIFY!" He makes his way all the way down to the ring and gets face to face with Ray. Its intense for a few seconds until Devon starts laughing. Bully looks confused but is laughing too. Miz looks pissed. He steps into the ring.

The Miz: You two hate each other! Fight right now! Beat each other senseless!

Devon and Bully look at him then back at each other, then at him, back at each other, then to the crowd, then back at each other, high five and then close line him. Steiner enters the ring and hits a double close line to them as the ref slides in and starts the match.

Match Four - The Miz and Scott Steiner v. Bully Ray and Devon

Steiner starts things off with a dizzy Devon. He locks in a head lock right away and keeps it on the ground. Devon pulls a few reversals but Steiner gets into a gullitine. He backs into his corner and tags Miz, he hops in and lays a boot to his opponents ribs. A wrist lock is applied followed by an elbow to the back of Devons head, then a russian leg sweep. Miz taunts Bully and Bully spits at him. Miz runs and knocks Bully off the apron. He stalks Devon and attempts the Skull Crushing Finale but Devon falls forward and sends Miz into the ropes. Devon fights back with a series of slams, but Steiner enters and hits a hard big boot, the numbers are against him as they tag team him. Miz hits a closeline in the corner, as he hops through the middle rope. Steiner charges and hits a splash in the corner, then a belly to belly. Miz climbs the top for a splash but Devon puts his knees up. The ref gets Steiner out and both men crawl to their corner. Devon sees that Bully isnt there and stands up. Bully Ray is gettting up but Miz tags Steiner in.

Steiner rushes. Devon closelines him once, twice, and goes for a third but Steiner ducks and hits a hurricanrana. He pins Devon but only gets two. Devon fights him off and goes to tag Bully who is now up but Steiner grabs him and pulls him back, he whips him to the corner. Devon ducks a closeline and hits a spinning back elbow like only he can. He crawls to Ray and gets the tag. Bully goes nuts, closelining both Steiner and Miz, then he hits a hip toss to Steiner followed by an elbow to Miz' head and he falls out fo the ring. Steiner goes for a closeline but Bully ducks and hits a sit down full nelson bomb. He picks Steiner up and hits a hard Rock Bottom and pulls his up and looks to the crowd. Devon is climbing the turnbuckle. Wasssup? Devon leaps off and hits a head butt to Steiners groin. Bully pins him as Devon jumps onto Miz who is sliding into the ring. The ref counts to three and the two celebrate. The Miz rolls out of the ring holding his head, looking visibly pissed, his plan backfired.

Winners: Devon and Bully Ray

Vince McMahon: Thank you all for coming out tonight, what a night it has been. I just want to take this time to announce that the Tag Team Tournament is no longer, and next week we will have a special match, never done before. It will be a Fatal Four way, with each member represtenting a certain team. The winner of the match will win the Tag Team Championships for his team, and each partner is banned from ringside.

The crowd cheers for such a great match.

Vince McMahon: Now, onto other news, the Royal Rumble is in a few weeks and everyone wants that number 30 spot. So, next week there will be a 10-man Battle Royal with 5 men from Raw and 5 men from Impact to determine who gets that spot.

More cheers for this news.

Vince McMahon: Last but not least, next week you will get to see RVD and Christian go at it, but not in a singles match, it will be Rob Van Dam and Kazarian going up against Christian and Ken Anderson. Enjoy your ma....

The lights go out.

Vince McMahon: ..in event.. Whats going on here? I demand the lights get turned on this instant!

The lights come back on and Sting is seen standing behind Vince! He turns around but the lights go back out, they come back on and Sting is gone.

Vince McMahon: Whoever is running the lights is fired!

He quickly exits the ring and struts to the back.

CM Punk is warming up backstage when Jeff Hardy steps in, Punk quickly stops and gets in his face.

CM Punk: You have some nerve coming in here after what happened last week.

Jeff Hardy: Punk, hear me out, man. It was a spur of the moment thing, ya know. As you said yourself. I wanted to apologize but listen, you have a chance to get a title shot, its all good!

CM Punk: I'm in the title scene because you don't deserve to be. You were the last one with Roode but I'm stepping up to take the number one contender spot. You thought you could weasel your way into it, but I beat you there. As far as I'm concerned, you can turn around, walk out of my dressing room, and don't stop. Walk all the way out fo the arena and go paint pictures and make sculptures.

Jeff Hardy: I don't want any problems between us anymore, trust me. I went through a whole ton of stuff and I am coming out a better man. I'll be out there tonight, and I will be rooting for you whether you like it or not.

CM Punk: You stay away from my match...

He walks off leaving Jeff shaking his head.

---------------

Come back to commercial to the ring. "Cult of Personality" hits and the crowd is on their feet. Punk makes his way to the ring.

Jim Ross: Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to Raw, and it is time for our main event.

Jerry Lawler: Its CM Punk versus our World Champ, Bobby Roode. If Punk wins he faces Roode at the Royal Rumble, but if Bobby wins he gets the pay-per-view off!

He makes it half way down the ramp and we can see Jeff Hardy walking out clapping and occasionally pointing to Punk.

Jim Ross: And look at this! Punk told Hardy to stay backstage.

Jerry Lawler: These two have a history but it seems Jeff wants to put the past behind them.

Jim Ross: He said he is changing to become a better man.

He stands at ringside and CM Punk doesnt look happy. Booby Roode makes his entrance holding up the World Title proudly. He steps into the ring and warms up for the main event.

Main Event - Bobby Roode v. CM Punk

CM Punk starts off strong with a flurry of submission holds, but Roode can easily counter them. Its back and forth until both men find a way back to their feet, then tie up. Roode sends Punk into the ropes and comes back with a hard shoulder block, both men stand. Punk bonces off the ropes and comes back with a shoulder block and this time knocks Roode down. He goes to the ropes again, comes back but Roode is rolling to his stomach. CM Punk jumps over him, Roode is up and snatches Punk and hits the Double R spinebuster. Roode gives Punk a good beating with some solid power moves, along with a Spinning back suplex and a reverse DDT. He goes into unfamiliar territory and hits a well placed missile dropkick. CM Punk seems down and out until he attempts a come back. Roode throws him into the turnbuckle and charges, only to run into a boot. Punk hops up onto the turn buckle then leaps off and hits a tornado DDT. He pins Roode only to get a 2 count. Punk is up first and seems to have the edge.

He locks in a head lock, and then a triangle choke. Roode fights his way to a vertical bases and backs Punk into the corner and hits a few stiff elbows. Roode walks to the opposite corner only to turn around into a charging Punk. He lifts a knee into Bobbys face followed by a DDT. He pins Roode for a 2 count. They both find their way to their feet and exchange rights. Punk ducks a right and hits a round house kick. He climbs to the top for an elbow but Roode is already up and knocks Punk down. He climbs up and hits a superplex. Both men are down for at least a six count, then they are on their knees. Both men go back and forth with hard rights and slowly get to their feet, its Punk that gets the faster rights and eventually a spinning right to knock Roode down. He picks him up for the GTS but is wobbly. He spins quick and knocks the ref down. Jeff Hardy is seen on the outside finding this a great time to get involved. He grabs a chair and hops into the ring. He is aiming for CM Punk! Punk turns and Jeff swings the chair wildly but Punks ducks and the chair nails Bobby Roode.

Punk hits the GTS on Hardy and rolls him out of the ring, he pins Roode. The crowd is yelling the pin, they are up to 6.....7..... The ref counts.. 1.............2....................Bobby kicks out! Punk looks shocked as he gets up. Roode ducks a closeline and turns quickly to place a boot in Punks gut. The Payday (fisherman suplex) is locked and he goes to lift Punk up and Punk manages to stop him and gets into the GTS position, and without hesitation he lifts him up and hits it. He pins Roode and gets the 3 count.

Winner: CM Punk is the #1 Contender for the World Championship

Jim Ross: Jeff Hardy attempted to ruin Punks chances, but it backfired!

Jerry Lawler: Bobby Roode showed why he is the champion though, he kicked out of that wicked chair shot and almost hit his finisher on Punk!

Punk grabs the World Title and stares at it, hoping to soon have it as his own.

Jim Ross: But Punk prevailed and will go onto the Rumble to fight for that belt.

The last image of Raw is Punk standing over Roode with the World Title held high.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Great show, I am interested to see where the Sting and Vince story will go.

I guess your using the Dudleys to reform Team 3D which will be great.

The anry John Cena look is great, Hopefully it leads to a heel turn, Can see him getting disgruntled with the company and going on a rampage

I am suprised though you had Steiner tag with miz against Ray, Considering they where both part of immortal.

Overall a great show, very interested to see where your going next.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Time has gotten the best of me, I will not be able to do two shows a week and would be best if I worked on one show. So, I completely reworked the roster into one show. Rivalries are the same, Beat the Clock is still going to happen, and the members of the WHC tournament will be like it never happened.

Feedback on the new roster would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

I only read your most recent Raw, but I will read whatever other shows you wrote... and review when I can. Because I am impressed with this BTB, it looks really well handled dude. I can't lie either, I marked a little when Team 3D reunited haha.

But Raw was great regardless, classic Miz acting like a jackass. Roode vs Punk was match of the night, Sting being behind Vince was a little weird, I can't wait to see where you go with that. Dolph winning is ALWAYS a good thing, especially on someone like RVD. All and all, great show man.

TOTAL NONSTOP ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS

LIVE ON THE TNE NETWORK | JANUARY 9, 2012

The show opens up with pyro and the intro to Raw. We cut right to the commentators.

Jerry Lawler: Ladies and gentlemen welcome to Total Nonstop Entertainment... welcome to RAW!

Jim Ross: Tonight we will see the conclusion to the Beat the Clock challenge for the X Division Championship. The rules have been changed, whoever scores the pinfall will be eligible to win, but they must beat the set time.

Jerry Lawler: That time is six muntes and thirteen seconds by AJ Styles. Who is going to beat that time? Will any of the four men tonight beat that time?

Jim Ross: I guess only time will tell...

The familiar music hits for Devon as he is seen stepping out to the stage and makes his way to the ring. He grabs a mic as the crowd is heard chanting "Team 3D, Team 3D, Team 3D!"

Devon: A while back I lost a friend. He turned his back on me and joined the dark side. He claimed I was the weaker member of the team and decided that enough was enough and he was going to look out for himself and make a run in the singles division. Well, last week was a bit of a wake up call. Once we got face to face in that ring, it clicked. I can't explain it, but I looked into his eyes and I smiled. That is how close we are. That is the connection that our time together has built. Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce to you........ Bubba Ray!

"Drop the bombshell" hits, the music of Team 3D. He makes his way to the ring, slides in, and hugs Devon. Team 3D chants are heard again.

Devon: This is a fresh new start, brother. Lets do this.

Bubba Ray: Devon, listen. I want to take this time to apologize. I know, it may sound crazy, but hear me out. I joined the worst stable ever, and it was on me, and I take that. I turned my back on you and that is the worst thing I have ever done in my life. I do not want to go through that again, we are a team. We have been and we always will be. Nothing will ever kill Team 3D!

"AWESOME!...... I came to play!" The Miz slowly steps out to the stage.

The Miz: Really? ..........Really?.............................Really?

The crowd yells "Really!" in response and he looks around, then sets his eyes back onto the ring.

The Miz: Are you a high school couple now? This is a joke! Ya see, I've been in your shoes Bubba! I know what its like to the be the stronger one of the team. The other person is weighing you down and holding you back from achieving what you were destined, the World Championship. Unlike you, I took out my partner and won the title. I didn't kiss and make up like a couple of morons that are way past their time.

Bubba Ray: You got a lot of words to say Miz, why don't you back them up?

Cheers from the crowd that want to see a good fight.

The Miz: How about you back up your words? One on one. You versus your supposed buddy Devon over there. Maybe then you will remember why you split the team up in the first place.

Devon: You know what, this is getting old real fast. I have a better idea. Why don't you meet Bubba here in the ring tonight, we can talk to Vince and have you get put in the fatal four way for the Tag Team Championships.

The Miz: Alright, fine. Last week was a fluke. I wasn't prepared. Tonight I will walk out of here one half of the tag champs, because I'm the Miz!...... And I'm..

Bubba Ray: A LOSER! See ya tonight, kid!

Devon: TESTIFY!

He and Devon laugh. The last image we see before commercial is an angry Miz.

Match One - Beat the Clock - Kid Kash v. Alex Shelley

Chris Sabin is ring side to help motivate his team mate. Kid Kash starts off stron with the advantage, keeping Shelley on the ground. Kash lays a few elbows and locks in a head lock. It goes on for about 15 seconds until he sees the clock ticking down and begins beating on Shelley, the ref pulls him off. Alex takes this opportunity to pull Kash into the turnbuckle. Kash turns, holding his chin, Shelley hits an Enziguri. He takes his turn looking at the clock and pins Kash, only for a 1. Kash fights his way up and its back and forth for 6 minutes. The end comes when Kash locks in the double underhook and lifts up Shelley, but Alex uses the momentum and ends up in the powerbomb position. He keeps going over Kid Kash's head and falls down his back with the roll up. He gets the 2 count, Kash rolls back and is up, Shelley on the ground, he runs and kicks him hard in the head. He pins him for the 3. The clock stops and he looks up. It reads 6:20. 7 seconds short! He slides out of the ring looking mad at himself. Chris Sabin enters the ring and gets on his knees next to his partner. He looks a bit upset at Shelleys performance and then shakes his head and helps him to his feet.

---------------

The camera cuts to the backstage area where we see Todd Grisham.

Todd Grisham: Ladies and gentlemen please welcome my guest at this time, Ken Anderson.

Ken steps into frame.

Todd Grisham: Tonight Ken you will be fighting in the ten man Battle Royal to determine who gets the spot as entrant number 30 in the Royal Rumble. But thats not what everyone wants to know. Quite frankly, the fans want to know why you hit the Mic Check on Kazarian after the match was over. I mean, you hit the Green Bay Plunge from off the top turnbu.....

Ken puts his hand over the mic then pulls it towards his mouth.

Ken Anderson: (cocky) Quite frankly, Todd....... Last time I checked I can do whatever I want to whoever I want. Kazarian was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I wanted to make a statement and guess what? I made it! You said it yourself, EVERYONE wants to know. Therefore, my job here is complete. And what makes it better is that it was done to Kazarian. The kid can't wreslte and my pittbull is better looking than him.

Ken is attacked and slammed hard into the wall behind them, its Kaz! He gives Anderson one hell of a beating. He picks him up and goes for the irish whip, but Ken reverses and whips him into a door, which is busted open and Kaz falls through it. Ken stalks Kaz but gets hit by a low blow. A plate is picked up by Kaz and shattered over Kens skull, who falls over. Kazarian jumps on him and lays in the punches until staff and security pull him off. "Son of a bitch" is heard from Kaz as the staff pull him off.

Kaz is on his feet and medics are holding him back, trying to check on him at the same time. Both men break free and they go at it again. They get seperate after throwing a few rights and we fade to commercial.

---------------

We come back to see the commentators.

Jerry Lawler: Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to Monday night Raw. We went to commercial with a fight!

Jim Ross: Indeed it was a fight, King. Kazarian took out his frustrations on Ken Anderson backstage, and a plate was broken.

Jerry Lawler: You don't see that every day!

Jim Ross: No you don't. And tonight they will have to compete. I don't know how well they will be but there will be a tag match none-the-less.

Jerry Lawler: We will see Kazarian teaming with Rob Van Dam to take on Christian and Ken Anderson. But first, the final Beat the Clock challenge! I'm excited!

Match Two - Beat the Clock - Austin Aries v. Christopher Daniels

Both men make their usual entrances and get in the ring. Both men make some heel actions to the crowd, making them boo. The match starts and they circle each other. Austin stops and stands straight up. Daniels walks up to him and gets a thumb to the eye! He falls down and flops in pain. Aries pins him.. 1 ..2.. The ref is reluctant, wondering what is going on..3.... Austin gets up and slides out of the ring. He runs around celebrating. The match lasted 11 seconds.

"I Walk Alone" Batista is seen walking down to the ring holding the X Division title. Daniels is up, smiling, shaking Austins hand. Batista enters the ring with a mic in hand. The arena is about to fall apart from the wave of boos.

Batista: Ladies and gentlemen let me first start out by saying that with the recent cancelation of Impact, I will no longer be the General Manager. However, I am still under contract. So, I will be around quite a bit more for your viewing pleasure. And now, it pleases me to say this. Your new X Division Champion, with the record breaking time beating the clock! Austin Aries!

Aries hold his hands up, while looking to the roof. Batista straps the belt around his waist. AJ Styles slides into the ring and charges Batista. But Daniels and Aries jump him and give him a beating. Batista tells them to pick him up and give AJ to him. They do, and shove him towards Batista, right between the legs, ready for the Batista Bomb. But just as he gets ready to lift AJ up, Jesse Sorrensen and Daniel Bryan run in and take out Aries and Daniels, while Batista lets go of AJ and leaves the ring. The three back up the ramp as AJ is helped up. Each group have a stare down.

---------------

Cut to the back at catering where we see Kelly Kelly getting a plate of food. Beth Phoenix walks up.

Beth Phoenix: Hey Kelly, how does this championship look with me? I think it's great that an actual women wrestler is holding it, don't you think? Now, don't eat too much, I think the bathrooms are closed.

Kelly throws her plate of food in Beths face and the two women go at it. They drop to the floor and roll aroud, slapping whenever they can and pulling plenty of hair. Backstage workers break them up but Beth breaks free and charges at Kelly with a spear, they end up going through an unsturdy wall. They both lay on the other side as the workers check on them.

---------------
Commercial
---------------

Back from the commercial we see JR and King at ringside.

Jerry Lawler: Ladies and gentlemen next week on Raw we already have 2 matches scheduled! Beth Phoenix will defend the Womens Championship against Kelly Kelly!

Jim Ross: And in other action our main event will be the team of AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, and Jesse Sorensen going against the X Division Champion Austin Aries, Christopher Daniels, and Kid Kash. And you have to wonder, will Batista be ringside?

Jerry Lawler: Well, you remember you gave Austin Aries the signal to drop AJ Stlyes on Impact last week. I think he is behind all of this!

Jim Ross: He's gotta be, King. Right now its time to settle some grudges.

Match Three - Christian and Ken Anderson v. Rob Van Dam and Kazarian

Christian and Kazarian start the match with headlocks and reversals. Christian tries to keep Kaz grounded and he does, he gets the advantage and hits a suplex followed by a few closelines and then a shoulder block. He gets a headlock in again but Kaz slowly makes his way to his feet. He breaks free and tags RVD, Christian wastes no time tagging in Anderson. He and RVD tie up and Ken gets a headlock. RVD pushes him against the ropes and then shoves him to the other side. He bounces back, RVD drops to the mat, Anderson jumps over and bounces off the ropes, he comes back to meet a boot to the face. RVD takes full control getting a few of his patented moves in and then he attacks Christian, knocking him off the apron. Anderson hits Rob with a sick closeline, flipping him over. He pins only to get a 2. RVD slowly crawls to Kaz, but Ken grabs his foot. Rob stands up, hopping on one foot, he goes for a enziguri but Ken ducks and turns Rob around to face him and hits the Mic Check.Christian is climbing the top rope to hit a Frog Splash. Kazarian is outside of the ring, he saw it coming! He pulls Rob out of the ring and then quickly hops onto the apron and pulls Christians foot, who lands on the turnbuckle, groin first. Anderson goes after him but Kaz hits a shoulder block through the ropes and then kicks him in the face, knocking him down. Kaz climbs to the top. and hits the Flux Capacitor, luckily Ken was out of the way. Kaz and Christian land hard. Kaz manages to get to his feet only to get hit by a Mic Check. RVD is already on the opposite turnbuckle, he leaps off and lays a boot in Kens face knocking him down. With ease he jumps onto a different turnbuckle and hits the Five Star Frog Splash to pick up the win.

Christian is slowly walking up the ramp, holding the back of his kneck. Anderson is right next to him favoring his ribs. Kaz and RVD raise their hands with the ref, the crowd is cheering.Just then, the lights go out.

Jerry Lawler: They were celebrating!

Jim Ross: These lights need to be fixed...

Jerry Lawler: Or somebody needs to stop messing with them!

They come back on and Sting is standing behind them. They turn around and are in shock. He does his shout taunt, and the lights go back out, they come back on and he is gone. Kaz and RVD are left puzzled, looking around the ring for him, but he is nowhere to be found.

Jim Ross: We have to go to a short commercial break, when we come back hopefully we will get answers.

---------------
Commercial
---------------

Vince McMahon is already half way down the ramp when we come back. He has a mic in hand. He steps into the ring and silents the crowd.

Vince McMahon: Alright, I don't want to waste any time. Last week our lights messed up and you showed your face sting. And just before the commercial break you did it again. Sting, your here right now I know you are. Get out here!

Nothing happens for a few seconds.

Vince McMahon: Whoever is running the lights, turn them off and back on!

They turn off but don't come back on for a few seconds.

Vince McMahon: You can turn them back on now.

We hear a soft laugh. Then Stings voice.

Sting: Hey Vince, how ya doin? Its me, Stinger. Did ya miss me? Listen, I know you want answers, and I would love to just open up to you and tell you everything.... but that can't.. .happen. Ya see Vince, I know your true powers. I know what you can do, the things you make happen. I have a simple wish, one match. Against.................. him.

The lights flicker back on and Vince is standing there, actually looking scared. He drops the mic and leaves the ring.

Jerry Lawler: Im speechless... Sting has just scared our boss! I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Jim Ross: Did you hear his voice King? I think Sting has took a turn for the worse, he sounds possessed.

The match starts off quick with Evan taking on Magnus and Miz competing with Bubba. They all go at it for a few minutes. Magnus backs Evan into a corner, Miz is pounding on Bubba in the opposite. They look at each other and nod their heads, then Irish whip their respective targets towards the middle of the ring. Bubba slides down to all fours and Evan steps on his back. He leaps off and sits on Mizs shoulders in powerbomb position, they stumble back and flip over the top rope. Magnus hits a crazy DDT on Bubba for a 2 count. He keeps the assault on Bubba while he is down and keeps him grounded for a few minutes. Evan re enters the ring and leaps off the top with two knees on Magnus. He pins him for a 1. Bubby is up and hits a closeline on Bourne, then Magnus, back to Bourne, then a few punches to Magnus. He winds up and hits an elbow to the skull on Magnus, Evan jumps on his back with a headlock. Miz is in, he hits a hard kick to the midsection on Bubba, who falls down. Evan runs towards Miz only to get a stiff closeline folding him in half. Magnus is up and knocks The Miz down. He gets a few kicks in then a few on Bubba, then a few on Evan. He pins Evan only for a 2, Bubba for a 1, and then viciously attacks Miz. Bubba finds his way to his feet and pulls him off, and out of nowhere hits a cutter. While Bubba is down Evan is already in the air! He lands the Air Bourne, with a hard impact! Magnus is up, he throws Evan out of the ring and pins Bubba for the 3 count!

Jim Ross: Magnus stole the win!

Jerry Lawler: He got the job done, JR! He is now one half of the tag team champions with Doug Williams!

Doug Williams meets Magnus half way down the ramp and the pose with the belts.

John Cena is backstage taping up his wrists for the Battle Royal main event. Big Show walks up to him.

Big Show: John, listen. I saw you last week talking to Vince. And to me, it seems like you want to quit. I know it seems like everything just got picked up and dropped on its head, but I know you are better than to just give up.

John stands up and gets toe to toe with Big Show. A moment passes as he stares deep into Shows eyes, then walks away. Big Show is left alone shaking his head.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

Exclusive Statement from CM Punk - TotalNonstopEntertainment.com

Ladies and gentlemen of the TNE Universe, I just wanted to take this time to let you know that come January 15th at the Royal Rumble you will bare witness to a swift change in things here around TNE. I did not appear on Raw and neither did Bobby Roode, but no worries, we will tear down the building this Sunday. And as for the change, well, I will walk out of the rubble left behind as the World Champion.

Bobby wants to lead the selfish generation and by all means let him do what he wants to do. But to have him as our World Champion? You all agree with me that this is some messed up stuff. I mean, did you hear him? He is claiming to be the best wrestler in the world. I can go on and on about how he is oh so wrong, but I will just leave it for now and show him exactly why he is wrong in that ring on pay-per-view. Bobby Roode, I hope you enjoyed holding onto that belt while ya had it, it's coming home to Chicago on the 16th!

- CM Punk

Royal Rumble Preview - Live on PPV January 15, 2012

30-Man Royal Rumble - The Road to WrestleMania begins here! 30 men will enter and only one will leave with a match at WrestleMania in the main event. This past Monday we saw Cody Rhodes win the 10-man Battle Royal to earn himself the number 30 spot. Will this be his ticket to WrestleMania? Who will win the Royal Rumble?

TNE World Championshop - Bobby Roode (c) v. CM Punk - Bobby Roode became the World Champion on the first episode of Raw, winning a grueling Battle Royal. CM Punk felt he got screwed with Jeff Hardy turning on him, and then Roode taking the easy win. The next week Punk face Roode one-on-one, if Punk won he would get a shot at the Rumble. CM Punk showed why he deserved the shot, and the match was set in stone. Who is the best in the world? Who will walk out as the World Champion?

TNE Tag Team Championships - The British Invasion (c) v. Team 3D - The Tag Team Championships were at stake this past Monday in a fatal four way with a special stipulation, the winner won the titles for his team. Magnus managed to pull off the victory and now holds the titles with Doug Williams. Team 3D, newly reunited, have been given the opportunity to dethrone the champs before they even get to enjoy the reign.

TNE Womens Championship - Beth Phoenix v. Kelly Kelly - After a vicious brawl backstage on Raw, we learned that Beth Phoenix would have to defend her championship against Kelly Kelly on the next weeks edition of Raw. News came earlier today from Vince McMahon that the match has been rescheduled to take place at the Rumble! These two women will put it all on the line for the Womens Championship.

Be sure to tune in this Sunday for the Royal Rumble, live on Pay-Per-View!

PREDICTIONS ARE WELCOME! Whoever predicts the winners the best will win 500 credits.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

PWInsider - January 14, 2012

Many sources close to management say that Vince McMahon wants to start a development show for newcomers, but it is highly unlikely. Vince said himself to many people that if it did happen he would make the show centered around the X Division.

There was a fan meet and greet at the arena Royal Rumble will be taken place at. It was said that Kurt Angle and The Young Bucks (also known as Generation Me) were there, no news if Angle is still with the contract that crossed over when Vince bought TNA, or if the Young Bucks were signed. We here at PWI hope for the best!

James Storm was also in attendance at the event, but it is confirmed he will not be at the PPV tomorrow. The fall he had from the top of the cage actually broke a few bones, as he was a little off on the landing. He was caught telling a few fans "The way it looks I could be at he next pay-per-view, nothing 100% yet though."

The ratings for Raw came in and we saw a dip at about an hour and a half in. Nobody knows for sure who is to blame for not having Punk or Roode not being on the entire show, but they did air a few video packages to hype the title match at Rumble. Sources very close to management have told us that Vince is looking for a new writer and on screen GM for Raw. Many signs point to Eric Bischoff, who has been spotted around a few shows.

We will have a full report on any of these stories when we get more news.

Re: TNE - Welcome to the Future...

The show opens up with pyro and a quick shot of the commentators.

Jerry Lawler: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 2012 Royal Rumble! I'm Jerry "The King" Lawler along side my good friend JR! Tonight we will see 30-men enter and one man will leave with a guranteed spot to main event WrestleMania!

Jim Ross: It will be a fantastic match no doubt, King. We will also see the Tag Team Championships on the line as the challengers Team 3D take on the champions in The British Invasion, who won the belts only six days ago on Raw!

Jerry Lawler: Nots not forget about the match of the year, who is the best in the world? CM Punk challenges the World Champion Bobby Roode!

Jim Ross: It is sure to be a slobber knocker!

Jerry Lawler: Guess whats first JR?

Jim Ross: I can only guess...

Jerry Lawler: DIVAS!

Match One - Beth Phoenix (c) v. Kelly Kelly - TNE Womens Championship

The match starts out in Beths favor as she quickly takes Kelly to the ground and locks in a head lock. Kelly wastes no time to slowly get back up and whip Beth to the ropes, she comes back full force with a shoulder block, knocking Kelly back down. Beth stands over top Kelly and puts her hands around Kellys neck and picks her up to her feet! They are both standing, Beth still has her hands around Kellys neck, she lifts her up but Kelly wiggles free and kicks Beth in the midsection. She kicks her two more times and gets her in the corner. She lands a forearm shot and then whips Beth to the opposite corner. She does a cart wheel into an elbow, but Beth catches her and applies a rear naked choke out of no where. Kelly is almost out when the crowd chants her name and she pushes her midsection back into Beths gut, she then turns around, jumps up, and falls back, hitting a Monkey flip, sending Beth to the middle of the ring. The crowd looks surprised. Kelly is getting back into the match. Beth gets up but Kelly kicks her, and hits a DDT. She picks Beth up and goes for a suplex, but Beth picks her up and throws her forward, Kelly lands on her feet. Beth runs for a closeline but Kelly ducks and they both do a 180. Kelly hits a quick kick to the face on Beth, who stumbles out of the ring and onto the apron. Kelly walks up to her but Beth ducks through the middle ropes and puts her shoulder into Kellys ribs, then stands back up and puts a forearm to her face which sends Kelly to the mat. Beth takes this time to walk to the turnbuckle and sits on it with her feet on the inside. Kelly is already up and lands a hard slap. She climbs up to the second rope, but Beth slap Kelly, and pulls her hair a little bit but the ref counts to 3 and she stops. Kelly is turned around now, with her back to Beth. Beth locks in double under hook chicken wing and stands up on the second turnbuckle, with the submission locked in, the crowd is on their feet. She jumps off, not gaining too much air, and sits down with a facebuster. She rolls over and pins Kelly for the win.

Beth grabs her belt from the ref and holds it up with a smirk on her face.

Jerry Lawler: I don't think I've ever seen that before! What impact!

Jim Ross: Somebody needs to check on Kelly Kelly and see if shes alright after that.

Madison Rayne slides in and is clapping for Beth. She walks over to Kelly and slowly picks her up.

Jerry Lawler: Hasn't she been through enough?

Beth holds her belt ready to swing it into Kellys face when Mickie James slides in and both Madison and Beth slide out of the ring.

Jim Ross: Thank goodness for Mickie!

Jerry Lawler: We can't have Kellys beautiful face messed up with that title!

Mickie helps Kelly back to her feet and they look on as Madison and Beth walk backwards up the ramp. Beth is hugging her championship.

Austin Aries and Christopher Daniels are seen backstage. They compare what numbers they drew for the Rumble.

Austin Aries: That is nice, my man. Once your time comes to get in there, I need you to run as fast as you can. One of us is winning the Rumble!

Christopher Daniels: And that man is me! Austin, I layed down for you, its the least you can do.

Austin Aries: How about when we are the last two we just through our feelings out of the ring an...

AJ Styles walks up to them, Daniels moves to position himself in between Aries and Styles.

Christopher Daniels: AJ, I know you have problems with us right now and there is a lot of explaining that needs to b..

AJ Styles: Yeah, Daniels, there is. So start explaining right now.

Christopher Daniels: I can't. Tonight is the Royal Rumble AJ, lets just put this all behind us and focus on winning this match and main eventing WrestleMania. If anyone can pull it off its one of...

AJ Styles: Shut... up.... I don't know whats going on between you two and Batista, and quite frankly, I don't care. I am a little pissed off at the fact that Austin didn't earn that championship, but you guys did what you had to do. And I did as well.

Austin Aries: What are you talking about?

AJ Styles: Well, tomorrow night on Raw the six man tag match that was announced will happen. But aside from that I talked to Vince McMahon. The week after Raw you defend the X Division championship against none other than the Phenomenal One.

Christopher Daniels: Thats fine AJ, he can beat you any day. But tonight, like I said, lets focus on the Rumble.

AJ Styles: Oh, I'm focused, don't worry...

He starts to walk off and Daniels turns to Austin, but AJ stops and turns around.

AJ Styles: And by the way, to make sure you (looking at Daniels) or Batista get involved, its a Cage match.

He walks off this time. Austin rubs his temples and Daniels shakes his head.

Christopher Daniels: We have to talk to Batista about this...

---------------

Cut to the commentators.

Jim Ross: Next week on Raw its a cage match for the X Division championship!

Jerry Lawler: That is going to be a great match, Jr, but first lets go to the ring where the Tag Team Championships will be on the line.

Jim Ross: Magnus defeated The Miz, Bubba Ray, and Evan Bourne in a fatal four way, where the winner won the Tag Team Championships for their team.

Jerry Lawler: And that was only last week on Raw. They now have to defend them against the newly reunited Team 3D! Will they lose the belts before they can enjoy the title reign?

Jim Ross: We get to find out right now King.

Match Two - The British Invasion (c) v. Team 3D - TNE Tag Team Championships

The match starts out with Bubba and Doug, they get right to work with headlocks and reversals. This goes on for a few good minutes, back and forth, until Bubba gets the advantage by being the stronger man. He takes Doug down with a shoulder block and hits the elbow, he goes for an early pin but only gets a 1 count. Bubba is up to his feet and brings Doug with him to his corner. He tags Devon in and they kick him in the corner. Magnus enters and charges Bubba, knocking him out of the ring, the ref gets him back to his corner and onto the apron. Devon works on Doug keeping him grounded. Doug finds his way to his corner and tags Magnus, who comes in and quickly kicks Devon in his midsection. He puts a few rights to his head and then hits a suplex. Magnus pins him for a 2. He locks in a headlock and keeps the pressure applied. Magnus takes full control for a few minutes until the crowd pumps Devon up and he makes a comeback, eventually hitting a shoulder block and making the tag to Bubba, who comes in fully charged. He hits a closeline on Doug, then Magnus, then Doug again, then winds up and puts an elbow on Dougs head, knocking him down. Magus closelines Bubba but he comes right back up and the two go at it, exchanging rights. Bubba ducks a right and kicks him in the midsection and hits a perfect powerbomb. He pulls Magnus' legs up and Devon is on the top turnbuckle. Doug distracts the ref, The Miz hops the guard rail and trips Devon who lands on the turnbuckle. Bubba sees this and slides out of the ring. Miz hops down and hops back over the guard rail, Bubba chases him! Devon flips down and lands on the mat. Magnus picks him up and Devon fights back, putting all he can in each right hand. He throws Magnus into the corner and charges at him, but Magnus steps out of the way. Devon runs chest first into the corner. Doug is in the ring, he runs up behind Devon and grabs his waist. They roll backward and to their feet, Doug hits the Chaos Theory. Magnus already climbed to the top of the turnbuckle Devon ran into. He leaps off and hits a perfect elbow drop on Devon. Bubba is already making his way back to the ring, he hops the guard rail, but Magnus is already pinning Devon and the ref counts to three. Bubba is sliding into the ring, and Magnus and Williams quickly slide out, grabbing onto their belts. Bubba looks enraged as he helps Devon.

Jim Ross: They don't deserve those belts!

Jerry Lawler: Hey, to be fair they won and defended them successfully.

Jim Ross: King, you know damn well they didn't earn them either. And it doesn't help that Miz has a problem with Bubba and Devon reuniting.

Bubba stands up and looks around for Miz but then sets his eyes on the tag titles, which are being held tight by the British Invasion. They are posing at the top of the ramp.

---------------

Cut to the commentators.

Jim Ross: I still can't believe the tag team championships didnt change hands, but ladies and gentlemen it has been a great night so far.

Jerry Lawler: Yes it has, and coming up next the World Title is on the line as CM Punk battles the champion Bobby Roode to declare not only who will walk out as the World Champion but also who is the best in the world.

A video package airs hyping the match. It shows the Battle Royal on the very first TNE Raw, where CM Punk was thrown out by Jeff Hardy, who he thought was on his side. Punk hit a hard right to Hardy leading to Roode hitting the fisherman suplex for the win. It shows him posing with the belt and CM Punk spitting on the ground and looking into the ring at Roode in disgust.

"I am proving that I am the best in the world." It shows Roode saying on Raw, then "Cult of Personality" hits and it cuts to Punk in the ring with Roode. "I really hope I heard you wrong." "I'm not your target... Jeff Hardy turned on you and eliminated you." It shows Hardy throwing Punk over, in slow-mo. "As far as I see it he did what he had to do...Right now, all I can see is the World Championship and how ridiculous it looks over your shoulder." It cuts to Vince McMahon on the stage "Tonight we will see CM Punk going up against the World Champion Bobby Roode. And Punk, if you win you will face Bobby Roode at the Royal Rumble for the championship. Roode, if you win, you will get the pay-per-view off with pay." The video highlights the match ending with Punk hitting the GTS on Roodes for the win.

Match Three - Bobby Roode (c) v. CM Punk - TNE World Championship

The two circles each other for a few moments, then lock up. Punk pushes Roode into the corner, but Roode pushes him out and back into the next corner. Punk pushes him out into the next, then Roode pushes to the last corner. They are at a stand still until the ref breaks the apart and they return to the center of the ring. Punk raises a hand to have a test of strength with Roode, who goes with it and raises his own hand. They lock fingers and Roode wastes no time stomping on Punks foot and twisting under his arm to lock in a wrist lock. Punk slaps his shoulder and then drops down, putting both feet on Roodes chest, who bent over when Punk dropped down, and pushes off sending Roode into the ropes. Bobby comes back with an elbow drop but Punk rolls out of the way. Both men are two their feet instantly and Punk throws a wild roundhouse kick, but Roode backs off. They quickly get face to face with an intense staredown and the crowd is on their feet. Roode takes the advantage when he ducks a closeline from Punk and swings around and grabs his waist, like going for a German suplex. instead he pushes Punk into the turnbuckle. Punk holds on and Roode rolls backward and to his feet. Punk turns and meets a closeline from Roode into the turnbuckle He stumbles out of it as Bobby bounces off the ropes and hits a devestating closeline that takes Punk to the mat. A headlock is applied to Punk and wears him down for a minute. Punk makes his way to his feet courtesy of the crowd chanting his name, he elbows Roode in the gut then throws him to the corner. Bobby comes back wit ha hard shoulder block, dropping CM Punk down to the mat. Roode bounces off the ropes and comes back, leaping over Punk who rolled over, but Roode trips and falls to the mat. Punk quickly gets up goes for the Anaconda Vice but Roode slides out of the ring to regain composure. He grabs a chair, folds it up and slides it into the ring, then grabs another chair and throws it into the ring. Punk kicks one out which gives Roode a short time to slide into the ring. The ref has the other chair in hand and he hands it over the rope to the ring announcer, in the mean time Roode puts a hard kick to CM Punks groin, then hits a DDT. The crowd is erupting in boos, about to blow the place up. He hooks the leg, the ref turns around and counts 1....2..... CM Punk kicks out! Roode looks shocked as he gets up and waits for Punk to get to his feet. He does, still favoring his groin, and gets kicked in the midsection. Roode goes for the Fisherman suplex but Punk fights out of it and goes for the GTS.

Bobby Roode elbows Punk in the head and slides off of his shoulders, and follows up with a leg sweep. Both men lay on the mat as the ref starts counting. He gets to 8 when both men are on their feet exchanging rights. They go on for about 10 seconds until Punk ducks a right and lands a kick right to Roodes skull. Roode falls down and Punk falls right on top of him for the pin, but only gets a 2 count. They both get to their knees and begin exhanging rights again, but its ended early by a thumb to the eye by Roode. They get to their feet and go to the corner. Bobby lays in a few shoulder blocks to Punks ribs then whips him to the center of the ring. Punk turns and counters it, throws Roode into the opposite turnbuckle. He charges and hits the knee, then goes for the bull dog. But Roode counters when Punk jumps and throws him into the turnbuckle. Punk lands back first onto it then crashes onto the mat on the back of his neck. The crowd lets out an "ooooo" on impact. They are on their feet for this match. Both men are laying down but Roode crawls to Punk and flings his arm over him, the ref counts 1..........2....... but Punk throws his arm into the air and the crowd cheers like never before. Roode looks shocked as he stands up and hits an elbow drop, and covers him again, only to get another 2 count. Punk is finding energy to fight his way to his feet and hits a few kicks to Roodes legs, then to his midsection, followed by an armbrag into an armbar. They are only in the hold for a second and Roode fights out of it. He kicks Punk hard in the gut and lifts him up for a suplex but Punk brings down the knees while he is vertical! He gets put down and Punk lands another kick to the head, laying Roode out. He falls back on the ropes and looks around at the crowd, then slowly exits the ring onto the apron and walks to the turnbuckle. He climbs it and gets to the top, but Roode is up and he starts pounding on Punks head, then climbs up to the top rope and lands a few more shots. Punk fights back and kicks him off the turnbuckle, but Roode manages to roll through with it and gets right back up to the second turnbuckle and locks in the position for the Fisherman suplex. He pulls back and they crash hard to the mat, Roode hit the fisherman suplex, and still has Punks leg! He lands and instantly pops his hips up for the bridge, giving him an advantage for the pin, and the ref counts to 3, the crowd is in awe and upset that Punk didnt win.

Jim Ross: What a move!

Jerry Lawler: Bobby Roode just hit his finisher off of the top rope to secure the win and successfully defend his World Title!

He grasps hard onto the World Title saying "I am the best" over and over again. Punk is holding his back, and making the "this close" sign with his fingers while saying it.

Jim Ross: What a match that was! I had my money on Punk, but he fell short and as you saw him say, he was so close to taking the World Title home to Raw around his shoulder.

Punk is standing in the ring as Roode exits the arena. Roodes music stops and the crowd is chanting his name. The lights go out.

Jim Ross: Oh not this again.

Jerry Lawler: I knew Sting was going to be here!

They come back on a tall figure is standing behind Punk. He has a long trench coat and a hat.

Jim Ross: Can it be?? ITS THE UNDERTAKER!

The man is looking down, similar to Taker, the hat covering his face. He looks up, and reveals his face, and it turns out to be Sting!

Jerry Lawler: Whaaaa!?

He attacks Punk with his baseball bat and hits the Scorpion Death Drop and the lights go out. They come back on a few seconds later and Sting is gone.

Jim Ross: Sting has done it again! When will this stop?

Jerry Lawler: I'm actually forming a conclusion here JR, I think its safe to say what he wants.

Jim Ross: I really hope we get answers tomorrow night on Raw!

---------------

Rob Van Dam is warming up for the Royal Rumble. Christian steps into frame. RVD wastes no time to get up and get in his face.

Christian: Woah, settle down. I just wanted to come talk to you about our situation. I don't want to fight. I know I cost us the tag team titles, but you understand where I'm coming from right?

Rob Van Dam: Christian, you are the last person I want to see right now.

Christian: You have me all wrong, dude. I know I shoved you off the top rope, but I was trying to help you. It would have given you an extra kick when you hit Ziggler. But you turned in mid air and landed on the ropes.

RVD holds his fist up to his chest, ready to knock out Christian.

Christian: Okay okay, just hear me out. I think we would make a great Tag Team, trust me. And guess what? So does Vince!

Rob quickly turns his angry look into a worried look.

Rob Van Dam: Don't tell me...

Christian: Tomorrow night on Raw we have a tag team match! It will work out don't worry about it. And good luck tonight, champ!

He puts a good slap on Robs chest and walks out. Rob puts his hand on his forehead and shakes his head.

---------------

Jim Ross: Wow! What a night it has been so far. King, guess what is next.

Jerry Lawler: Well, JR, it has to be the Royal Rumble! I've never been this excited!

Jim Ross: Thirty men enter, only one man leaves as the winner of the Rumble, and that man will go on to main event WrestleMania!

Jerry Lawler: You want to know who I think will win?

Jim Ross: Who do you think?

Jerry Lawler: Cody Rhodes!

Jim Ross: He won the number thirty entry for the match, he is a huge candidate.

Jerry Lawler: Lets take you back to last Monday night on Raw where Cody Rhodes won a Battle Royal for his spot in the Rumble.

Joe and Cena square off in the center of the ring. Joe attempts to whip him to the ropes but Cena reverses and Joe bounces off. He comes back with a stiff shoulder block, knocking John down. Cena pumps up the crowd and he ducks a closeline from Samoa Joe and hits the spinning back drop. He gets up quickly and raises his hand in the air, then bends over top of Joe and the crowd says it with him "You cant see me". He bounces of the ropes and connects with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Joe is up right away and John goes for the Attitude Adjustment but Joe lays in the elbows. He gets out of it and hits a swift tbone suplex. He wastes no time picking Cena up and slowly push him over the ropes. Cena is on the ropes, almost falling over. he fights back, but Joe keeps pushing. Jerry Lawler: Cody won!

Jim Ross: He stole it King.

Jerry Lawler: Either way, JR, Cody Rhodes is entering the Royal Rumble at number 30, what an advantage!

John Cena is standing with his hands over his head. Joe is already in the ring, he charges at Rhodes who falls down to the mat and rolls out.

Jim Ross: We all had forgotten about Cody rolling out of the ring. Just as Samoa Joa and Cena were battling for the win he snuck in and took the victory.

Jerry Lawler: He played it smart!

The last image we see of Raw is Cena looking upset, Joe leaning against the ropes pissed, and Rhodes laughing as he backs up the ramp.

Scott Steiner and Mix are teaming up against Shelley. They keep their targets busy until the next man to come out is AJ Styles. He runs to the ring and evens the odds with Shelley. They team up and push Steiner and Miz back. Kash turns around and catches Shelley off guard, throwing him over the ropes but he stops himself. AJ charges Kash but he ducks, Styles knocks Shelley off of the apron.

Elimination 1: Alex Shelley by AJ Styles

Styles looks shocked. He turns around and Kid Kash is charging at him, he ducks and flips Kash over the ropes. Kash lands on the apron but is knocked down by the Carbon Footprint from Matt Morgan. Reports came in earlier today that Batista no-showed 2 house show events. He was scheduled to compete against AJ Styles, but never made it. Sources close to management say he was unhappy with the way the storyline between himself and AJ was being handled and how it was going to end. Many are saying that he is done with the company after the short tenure.

Kurt Angle and the Young Bucks were both spotted at a meet and greet before the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Many people backstage say that Angle was at the PPV, but Young Bucks were not seen anywhere.

There are huge rumors coming out of the Rumble PPV that say Cody Rhodes was scheduled to win the match, but last minute decisions left Daniel Bryan as the winner of the Royal Rumble match. No news as to why this move was made or what is going on with Rhodes. If news on this or any other story pops up you will here about it first here.
