Rock Vs HBK 1 @ SummerSlam
Rock Vs HBK 2 @ Survivor Series
Rock Vs HBK 3 (The Final Showdown) 2 WrestleMania 21

EPIC!

Edge & Angle @ GAB will be so good as well. Especially if the big blowout match takes place at SummerSlam with some sort of stipulation surrounding it.

Rock/HBK Icon vs Icon, the dream match we all never got to see but will now get to see because of Kintaro, all I can say is that I can't wait, this will be even bigger and better than HBK/Hogan at SummerSlam 2005 in real-life, with Rock and HBK taking on each other at SummerSlam, I hope this match really does live up to its hype if it happens

As for Edge/Angle, their rivalry I am also starting to get into it, and their blowoff match I could also see happening at SummerSlam as well, but for their match at GAB, as far as that is concerned, I can't wait

This show will be a lot Evolution heavy so it may seem overkill but i need to do it this way so that it adds to the build of the show, future storylines and Vengeance. Plus it’s the beat the clock challenge so it will further some feuds and create new feuds. Also I'm not always going to call Orton, King Randy Orton. As for the pics this is the best i could do, so it may not exactly match the description. You may see the same pic but with a different style pose on one show and then the following show. Example The Rock’s pic. Since I don’t have many pics of The Rock from that time period, i will probably use some of his same pics from one segment but will use some of the pics for another show.

The Rock and Shawn Michaels confrontation

The announcers welcome us to the show as they recap what went down last night at KOTR. HBK’s music hits as Shawn Michaels comes down to the ring. HBK starts talking about the Battle Royal last night and that he didn't get the job done because Booker T took advantage of an opportunity and eliminated him, he lost concentration when he eliminated The Rock. This gets HBK a bit of boos with a few cheers mixed in. Now Smackdown has a contender for their pay per view the Great American Bash, which brings me to my order of business and that is the next Raw ppv Vengeance. Chris Benoit is left without an opponent for the pay per view, that is why I am putting you Benoit on notice that I want the World Heavyweight Championship. Even though I have failed in my quest of becoming World Heavyweight Champion mostly because I have been feuding with Evolution, feuding with Benoit, and now that HHH is out of the title picture, Benoit I know that I can beat you. I took you to the limit at Backlash and since Randy Orton has a guaranteed title match at Summerslam, that is why Benoit I am here to let you know right now that I am challenging you to a re-match for the World Title at Vengeance. HBK vs Benoit one more time, now what do you say Benoit? The crowd is cheering with a bit of booing in between until The Rock’s music hits and the crowd is going nuts. The Rock comes down to the ring and gets a thunderous ovation. The Rock and HBK have a staredown. The Rock gets on the mic saying Finally The Rock has come back to Dayton Ohio. Rock says The Rock and Shawn Michaels in the same ring, just like last night. Two icons. You see Shawn we’ve never seen eye to eye and after what you did last night to The Rock wasn’t the first time you superkicked The Rock. Let the Rock remind you that the first time you superkicked The Rock was when you refereed a match on the very first Smackdown between the Rock and HHH. Then you screwed the Rock again at Judgment Day 4 years ago when you were the referee again. On both occasions you helped your former best friend HHH, well let the Rock remind you Shawn, i whooped his ass at Backlash. Rock then says last night, in the middle of the ring we were finally going to see two icons going at it but we didn’t get to see it and now neither of us are the #1 contenders.

The Rock says since Shawn’s had enough chances, it is time for The Rock to get a shot because he did something that HBK couldn't do and that is beat Chris Benoit last week. Rock says if anyone deserves a title shot it’s The People's Champ, The Brahma Bull, the Great One. Michaels cuts him off and says if anyone deserves the shot then it’sthe Icon, the Headliner, the show stopper and the Main Event, The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels. Shawn says it was everyman for himself and if Rock was in his position, he would’ve done the same thing. HBK says now Rock I have a simple solution to our problem, how about me & you fight it out to see who faces Benoit at Vengeance for the World Heavyweight Championship? Infact Rock why don’t we ask the people if they would like to see The Rock going one on one with The Heart Break Kid Shawn Michaels. The Rock says The Rock, Shawn Michaels one on one, the dream match, the match between two icons, the match that everyone wants to see. Shawn says that’s right Rock a match that everyone will be talking about for a long time. The Rock says well Shawn Michaels, The Rock says just bring it!!! Rock drops the mic. Here we go the Rock and HBK about to get it on....Evolution’s music hits as Ric Flair and Batista make their way down to the ring. Ric Flair introduces The new King of the Ring, the future of this business, the 2004 KOTR Winner, King Randy Orton. King Orton comes down on a throne as he gets carried down by some jobbers. King Randy Orton gets in the ring and Orton holds up the Intercontinental belt and his septor in the air. Ric Flair says Rock and Michaels you’ve both had your time to shine but now it’s time you both pay homage to the King Randy Orton.

Randy Orton brags about all his accomplishments. At the age of 24, he’s achieved so much and he’s even a bigger legend than The Rock and Shawn Michaels. He demands respect from all these fans here because he’s earned it, he’s the King of the WWE. Orton said his next step is to win the world heavyweight title at SummerSlam. It is his destiny to become champion. Orton makes a royal proclamation. It didn’t matter who the champion was because at SummerSlam, the legend killer, the King, will become the youngest world heavyweight champion ever. Orton starts taking shots at The Rock and HBK. Orton calls The Rock the peoples chump. Orton points out that once Rock was the youngest heavyweight champion ever until that record was broken by Brock Lesnar who defeated The Rock. Orton vowed to break that record again and he will become the youngest world heavyweight champion. Orton then looked at Shawn and called Shawn a failure as he let Raw down last night. Orton made Raw proud by becoming King and reminds Shawn that he already killed the legend of HBK. Orton states that neither the Rock or HBK deserve a shot. Michaels cuts him off and said since HHH was a loser last night and can’t receive a title hot as long as Benoit is champ, an opportunity has now opened. Michaels asked why isn’t HHH out here, was last night so humiliating for HHH that he couldn’t come out. Flair fires back at HBK. Flair states that HHH isn’t here right now, he will be here later on to address the audience. You don’t talk that like about the game HHH. If you think you... Rock cuts him off with his it doesn’t matter line. Rock said last night he layed the Smackdown on Flair’s candy ass. Rock first starts running down Orton and said he looks stupid with the crown and cape. Shawn told The Rock that the two of them have never seen eye to eye but one thing they have in common is the hatred they have for Evolution. Rock gives Evolution 10 seconds to get out the ring before he lays the Smackdown on them.

Rock and Shawn lay the Smackdown on Evolution. Eric Bischoff comes out on the stage and tells them all to stop right now or he’s not going to give any of them an opportunity to become the #1 contender. Bischoff says we will not be seeing The Rock vs HBK tonight, we won’t even see this match next week in Rock’s home town of Miami because it’s too big of a match to take place on Raw. This crowd or neither does the crowd in Miami deserve this match. The crowd starts booing Bischoff heavily. What we will be seeing tonight is all of you competing in matches to determine who the #1 contender is. Eric says he’s so proud of Orton, and he’s very disappointed in Rock and Shawn for letting him down last night. Tonight we need to find out who’s going to be the number contender for the world title at Vengeance. Bischoff introduces for the first time ever the beat the clock challenge. The man who beats his opponent in the fastest time will go on to face the world heavyweight champion at Vengeance. Eric states that unfortunately HHH is not included in this due to the contract stipulations at KOTR. Eric announced 4 beat the clock matches for tonight. We will see partner vs partner as Charlie Haas will take on Shelton Benjamin. He looks at King Orton and told him even though he does have a guaranteed title shot at SummerSlam, he’s going to include him in this because Orton is the King and it would be unfair not to include him. Orton wanted to know who his opponent is tonight, and Bischoff says since Orton got the job done for Raw, he’s going to face a man who failed Raw last night in the battle royal, Shawn Michaels. Orton was looking forward to this. As for The Rock he will be in action tonight against the animal Batista. The final beat the clock challenge match will be Chris Jericho taking on The Nature Boy Ric Flair. Bischoff and Evolution leave the ring and Rock and Michaels stare at each other. It’s going to be an exciting night of action tonight on Raw.

A promo is aired for the next Raw ppv Vengeance. Randy Orton is shown in the promo.

Backstage Chris Jericho is standing by with Todd Grisham. Jericho says we’ve heard what HBK and The Rock had to say but now it’s time that the Jerichoholics hear what Y2J has to say. Rock and HBK have had their chances against Benoit. HHH’s chances all ended last night against Benoit. Last night Y2J may have failed in becoming King but no matter how much Orton brags about his accomplishments, he isn’t the King of the World junior. He beat Orton a few weeks ago. Jericho said over the past couple of weeks he’s been having matches with Evolution members and tonight he’s going to beat Ric Flair in the fastest time. Then at Vengeance .... Trish Stratus appears and cuts Jericho off and tells him that at Vengeance Trish Stratus will be going into Vengeance as the women’s champion and will be leaving as the womens champion. As for Chris Jericho, he will have nothing just like he’s had nothing this year. All he’s been is a failure. She embarrassed him at WrestleMania, last night Jericho couldn’t even win the KOTR. She thinks Jericho does not have what it takes to beat the clock, he tried nailing Trish and thought she was easy but if he couldn’t get her in quick time, then how would he win the beat the clock challenge. She told Jericho to forget about this challenge because he’s going to embarrass himself again. Jericho fires back and reminds Trish that he put Christian out of action and now the CLB has a crushed lower back. Now Trish doesn’t have A-Train by his side anymore so who’s the next guy that this slut will turn too? Jericho starts mocking Trish with insults and Trish has had enough and screams and walks away. Jericho has a big smirk on his face.

In the back Coach applauds Bischoff’s idea and the matches that Bischoff has set up. Eric tells Coach that he has requested for Raw to go overtime because of the beat the clock challenge matches. They could go on for long or they could be quick but Bischoff promises that tonight will be one hell of a show. William Regal and Eugene show up in Bischoff’s office. Regal seemed like in a good mood. Eugene hugs Eric and asks his uncle what he thought of his performance last night in the battle royal. Eric is about to talk but Regal cuts him off and starts laughing and said Eugene was pretty good last night. Regal says he can’t believe he’s saying this but they actually made a good team last night. He thanks Eugene for trying to save him against Kane and Mordecai. Eric tells Regal are you done because now I need to talk and you’re going to listen. He berates Regal for speaking to Vince about him. Since Eugene did not win the battle royal last night, Regal is now stuck with Eugene forever. Now Eric Bischoff is the one who has the last laugh. Bischoff and Coach start laughing and Regal leaves with Eugene.

Shelton is laying on the mat and Haas can’t believe it. Shelton is hurt and Haas pulls his partner back up to his feet and hugs him. What a great match and good sportsmanship from Charlie Haas. The World’s Greatest Tag Team leave together but Shelton is in a great deal of pain. Hats off to both men for putting on a great match up.
Winner: Shelton Benjamin [9:46]

Haas helps Shelton to the back and they are confronted by Orton and Flair. Orton’s match is next. Orton mocks Shelton for losing last night to him at KOTR. Orton then went on to win the tournament and now he’s the King. He demands respect from Shelton because he’s now the King of the Ring. Orton claims that now he will beat Shelton’s time and again he will make Shelton look like a pathetic loser. Shelton said you want respect you got it. Shelton slaps The King Randy Orton in the face and Orton’s crown falls off. Both men end up brawling. Flair and Haas also get involved and start brawling. Orton grabs his septor and drives it into the gut of Shelton. Orton helps Flair out by attacking Haas. Orton has done major damage to Shelton’s arm. Orton raises the Intercontinental belt over Shelton. Orton and Flair then leave as Orton makes his way down to the ring for his match.

Match 2
Beat the Clock Challenge
King Randy Orton vs Shawn Michaels

King Randy Orton comes down to the ring with the Nature Boy Ric Flair. Jim Ross points out what Orton and Flair just did to Shelton and that was just uncalled for. Lawler says Shelton asked for it because he did not respect the King Randy Orton. Lawler says well he’s also a King and he gets respect here so Orton should also get respect because he earned it last night. Jim Ross says now why is Flair out here with Orton. That this is just not fair. Lawler says Flair is just there to let Orton know about the time because he has to beat HBK in 9 and a half minutes. It isn’t easy to beat HBK in that amount of time so Flair has to be there to remind Orton about the time. Jim Ross thinks that’s a silly reason. HBK’s music hits and Shawn Michaels makes his way down to the ring. A month ago on Paul Heyman’s Raw these two men went at it and HBK won that match by disqualification but tonight they have to beat Shelton Benjamin’s time in the beat the clock challenge. 9 Minutes and 30 seconds is the time to beat and here we go the bell rings as both men lock up. Collar and elbow tie up to start. Orton backs Michaels into the corner and goes for a right hand and Michaels ducks and starts delivering lefts and rights to Orton. He whips Orton hard into the corner and delivers a clothesline, followed by a back body drop. Michaels clotheslines Orton over the top rope to the floor. Flair fires Orton up and tells him you can do it King come on. The King Randy Orton already is frustrated in the early going of the match. They lock up again and Orton sends Michaels into the ropes and knocks him down with a shoulder block. Orton then hits a standing dropkick and goes for a cover and Michaels kicks out at 2. He charges at Orton and runs into an elbow. Orton knocks Michaels down with a clothesline. Orton starts stomping away at HBK. Orton then puts Michaels in a chinlock as the crowd get behind HBK. HBK gets back up to hit feet and fights out of it and goes to the ropes and hits a flying forearm and Michaels kips up. Michaels delivers a suplex and Orton kicks out at 2.

Mid-way into the match, Orton pokes Michaels in the eyes and makes a comeback. Orton hits his inverted headlock backbreaker on Michaels and gets a 2 count only. Orton throws HBK over the top rope to the floor and distracts the referee while outside the ring Flair stomps away at Michaels and rolls him back in. Orton is still in control and delivers a few European uppercuts to HBK in the corner. Orton sends HBK into the other corner and goes for a charge but Michaels moves out the way. Michaels goes to the top rope and delivers a moonsault. He goes for a cover and Orton kicks out at 2. Michaels starts hammering away at Orton with lefts and rights. Michaels tunes up for the band and goes for the superkick but Orton ducks and dumps Michaels to the floor. Orton jumps from the apron but Michaels catches Orton with a right hand. HBK gets back in.

With three minutes to go Michaels needs to finish the King off if he wants to stay in this beat the clock challenge. Orton starts choking HBK on the ropes. Orton goes for an irish whip and HBK reverses and delivers a back body drop. Michaels backs Orton into the corner and starts delivering the top rope 10 punch on Orton. Michaels clotheslines Orton over the top rope to the floor. One minute to go. Michaels is going up to the top, what is he going to do. Flair tries to pull Orton up. Michaels goes for a moonsault and wait Flair just moves Orton out the way as Michaels hits the floor. The referee starts counting and warns Flair who rolls Orton back in. Flair tells the referee he’s not going to do anything and pretends to move away from Michaels. The referee continues counting and Michaels tries getting back in by 7 but Flair with a cheapshot from behind knocks Michaels back down. The referee didn’t see it and he counts to 10 and he’s counted Michaels out. What the hell. The crowd boos the finish as the referee awards the match to King Orton. Orton just beat Shelton’s time. Orton celebrates and goes outside the ring as Flair applies the figure four on Michaels outside the ring. Orton starts stomping away at HBK while Flair has the hold on Michaels. The Rock runs down to the ring and makes the save by laying the Smackdown on Orton and Flair. Orton and Flair retreat up the ramp. The Rock stares at Orton and tells him to just bring it and Orton poses by raising his belt in the air and leaves. Rock and Michaels look at each other and exchange glances as The Rock leaves as HBK’s music hits. You can tell that Michaels is very frustrated. Flair just cost Michaels a title opportunity at Vengeance and now Orton has set the time to beat.
Winner: King Randy Orton via count out [9:10]

HHH arrives in the building and as soon as he comes into the building, the first superstar who he bumps into by accident is Steven Richards. HHH who is still in a foul mood from last night attacks Steven Richards by throwing him with such velocity into a vending machine that the vending machine breaks and while officials are tending to Steven Richards, Triple H sees his Evolution teammates on the way. He congratulates his protťgť Orton on his KOTR win. He tips Orton for greatness. HHH says Evolution are still on top and he’s going out there to address the audience why he is still the number one guy on Raw. HHH is on his way to the ring.

HHH Promo

HHH's music plays to deafening boos getting massive heat. Triple H then gets into the ring. He begins to talk but he can't even get the words out because the fans keep chanting You're a Quitter. This gets HHH even more mad until he finally gets the words out. He cuts his promo about losing last night to Benoit and how the World Title is his life. As long as Benoit is the champion, he will continue to go after him one way or the other because last night he may have quit but that doesn't matter because he wants another shot. He doesn't care who he has to go through until Benoit's music hits to a thunderous ovation cutting HHH off. Benoit gets into the ring and then tells HHH that what part of "You Lost" don't you understand, you quit, you knew the terms of the contract for our match, you quit. You get no more title shots as long as I have this around my shoulder. I have nothing to prove to you because you damn right know Chris Benoit is for real. I took the title away from you at WrestleMania and i beat you last night. Benoit says HHH you don't even deserve to be in the same ring as me and you wanna know why? Because you're nothing but a quitter. Then the fans chant "You're a Quitter" even louder. HHH says you people come and pay good money to see the game on Raw, if there was no HHH on Raw, Raw would not be the same. The quitter chants get louder and HHH says he will leave the ring right now if you people don't shut up. I will do whatever it takes to get that title off you and then i will be able to get my world heavyweight title back. Benoit then makes fun of HHH who is still hurting from last night's match. HHH is fuming, he is steaming while Benoit is laughing it up and enjoying seeing HHH in agony. Benoit says your life is still in my hands and as long as I have this title, your life will be nothing but a living hell. HHH has had enough. He pretends to leave but tries to attack Benoit but Benoit levels HHH with the World Title hitting HHH in the face with it, sending him down on to the canvas. HHH steaming mad after getting attacked by Benoit, leaves the ring and heads backstage while Benoit is celebrating in the ring. Benoit leaves the ring still laughing and holding up the World Title.

Backstage HHH is livid and runs into Eugene. Eugene says I can’t believe what i’m seeing, it's HHH the game. It’s you, it's really you. You used to be my favourite wrestler and we both like to play games but you don't win games anymore because you quit last night. You used to have a title but ever since I’ve arrived i haven’t seen you with a title. I can’t even play with HHH’s title because HHH doesn’t have a title. Eugene at this point is laughing at HHH and clapping jumping in the air while he does it. HHH is steaming mad and grabs Eugene. Just when he’s about to get his hands on Eugene, Regal stops HHH from doing anything to Eugene. He apologises to HHH but Regal scolds Eugene for laughing at HHH. HHH goes ballistic and starts shouting and tells Regal do you know who I am William, you’ve known me for a long time. I’m HHH the game, the greatest professional wrestler alive today. No one makes fun of me and I want to teach Eugene a lesson. HHH wants Eugene in the ring tonight. Regal said this poor little fellow can’t wrestle you, you would destroy him. Bischoff arrives on the scene and as Bischoff sees this all go down he berates Eugene and even Regal. Bischoff who is not in a happy mood because RAW did not win the Battle Royal and also because Benoit won. Bischoff says HHH will be in action tonight and so will Eugene, Benoit and Regal because tonight the match will be HHH & William Regal vs Eugene & Chris Benoit. Eugene seems concerned and hides behind Regal. HHH tells Regal that while Regal teaches Eugene all about tough love, he then tells Regal that he’s going to inflict punishment on Eugene. He warns Regal if you get in my way at all during this match, I won't hesitate in taking you out. Regal seemed surprised and HHH warns Eugene he will see him in the ring tonight.

Match 3
Tag Team Title Match
La Resistance (c) vs Maven and Garrison Cade

La Resistance come down to the ring. Rene Dupree comes down to do commentary. Jim Ross informs us that Shelton Benjamin will be out of action for 2 months. Rene Dupree starts making fun of Shelton and says he deserved it and who cares about Shelton. It’s all about La Resistance because now since Rob Conway and Sylvan beat TWGTT they are now officially the world’s greatest tag team. Sylvan and Rob start talking on the mic and point out that Haas and Benjamin did not receive their rematch because they were involved in singles competition since losing the belts. La Resistance sarcastically say they are fighting champions and were willing to give TWGTT a rematch but it looks like we won’t be seeing that now because Shelton is hurt. La Resistance say they have nothing else to prove now because they have defeated all the top tag teams on Raw. They are offering a challenge to any two Americans in the back to take them on. No one comes down. They say are these Americans cowards because they have no guts to accept the challenge? The crowd boo them heavily. Sylvan says ok we put our belts on the line. They end up singing their national anthem and get interrupted by Maven and Garrison Cade and it looks like their challenge has been accepted. The bell rings as the match begins. Rene said he should have won the battle royal last night, he complains a lot. Rene complains about not being involved in the beat the clock challenge, since his team mates have gold, he also wants to add gold to their stable. This is a quick four minute match. La Resistance dominate this match and Maven and Cade get little offence in this match. Maven gets in a few dropkicks on Conway. Conway comes back with a clothesline and tags in Sylvan. Sylvan misses a charge in the corner. Maven goes to the top rope and hits a crossbody and Sylvan kicks out. Sylvan reversed a whip and sends Maven into his corner. La Resistance start double teaming Maven. Maven comes back and makes a tag to Cade. Cade hits a Bulldog on Grenier and Sylvan kicks out at 2. Cade misses an elbow drop from the top rope. Sylvan tags in Conway and they hit their Au Revoir finisher to win the match. Rene starts clapping and says now that’s what you call a perfect performance.
Winners: La Resistance

Bischoff is interviewed backstage by Todd Grisham about why he made this match. Bischoff says the reason why is because he wants to teach his nephew a lesson in what he wants to call "tough love." He also wants Regal to teach Eugene a lesson because now Regal is Eugene’s mentor forever. Regal has to put up with Eugene. He wants Regal to teach Eugene a lesson because he’s been a nuisance over the past few months. He gives examples such as making fun of people, going into the divas locker room, interfering in Trish’s matches and worst of all, he mocked HHH. Bischoff says he loves Eugene but he needs to know how to respect others. Bischoff said he doesn’t give a damn what HHH does to Eugene tonight because Eugene deserves it. After HHH is done with Eugene tonight then that would knock a lot of sense into Eugene and he will never disrespect anyone again.

Match 4
Beat the Clock Challenge
The Rock vs Batista

Batista comes down first and he’s coming out here by himself. Randy Orton has set the time and will Batista beat his teammates time? The Rock’s music hits as he makes his way down to the ring. Batista already holds a victory over The Rock as he defeated The Rock by disqualification 2 months ago and that was the match which led to Rock’s suspension. The bell rings and Rock immediately lays the Smackdown on Batista by hitting him with some lefts and rights. Rock goes to the ropes and Batista knocks Rock down with a big boot. Batista then starts pounding away at Rock in the corner. Rock reverses a whip and hits a DDT and Batista kicks out at 2. Rock hits a big right hand and knocks Batista over the top rope. They start brawling outside as the referee starts counting. Batista knees the Rock right in the gut and whips him into the post. Batista rolls back in and Rock gets back in by 9. Batista starts pounding away at Rock. He chokes The Rock on the ropes. Batista starts hitting his power moves and starts posing by flexing his muscles. Vertical suplex by Batista and Rock kicks out at 2. Back breaker by Batista and gets a near fall. Batista delivers a bear hug and rams The Rock right into the corner and then puts the bearhug back on. The Rock is in pain, tries fighting out of it as the crowd get behind The Rock. Rock fights out of it and knocks Batista down with a clothesline. The Rock delivers a samoan drop on Batista and gets a near fall. Rock then locks in the sharpshooter and Batista manages to use his strength to make it to the ropes. Rock whips Batista into the corner and runs into an elbow. Batista nails The Rock with a big clothesline and Rock kicks out at 2. Batista then locks in the full nelson and Rock is able to break out of it and goes to the ropes but runs into an elbow by Batista. Batista back in control again. Rock reverses a whip and delivers a back body drop to Batista.

Rock looks for the Rock Bottom but Batista elbows The Rock in the face. Spinebuster by Batista. What a spinebuster by Batista. He goes for a cover and The Rock kicks out at 2. Batista waits for The Rock to get up. He’s signaling for The Batista Bomb. Batista goes for the Batista Bomb but Rock blocks and counters with a DDT and both men are down. The Rock is the first to get up and sends Batista into the corner and delivers a corner clothesline. Rock then delivers a spinebuster to Batista. Three minutes to go. Here we go peoples elbow time. Rock takes his elbow pad off and goes to the ropes and hits the peoples elbow. He goes for a cover and Batista kicks out at 2 Ĺ. Wait a minute Randy Orton is out here as he makes his way down to the ring. Rock gets distracted and Batista hits Rock from behind and starts hitting some shoulders to the gut of The Rock. Batista delivers a powerslam and Rock kicks out at 2. 1 Minute to go. Batista whips Rock into the corner and misses a charge as he runs into a boot by The Rock. Rock knocks Batista down with a clothesline. Orton gets on the apron and starts talking trash to the Rock. The Rock knocks Orton down with a big right hand. Batista gets back up on his feet and Rock hits the Rock Bottom on Batista. 10 seconds to go Rock is going to do it. He goes for a cover 1….2…. and WAIT Orton pulls the referee out of the ring and the time limit has expired. What the hell, Rock had Batista beat and Orton has a big smile on his face and The Rock is livid. This is now the second time The Rock has been screwed against Batista. Orton’s time is still the time to beat. Orton was just protecting himself and wanted to make sure that The Rock didn’t beat his time. Orton and Batista celebrate outside the ring.

The Rock goes after Orton but Batista saves Orton from a beating from The Rock. Flair comes down and joins in on the beat down and wait Shawn Michaels comes down with a chair. Michaels hits a chair on Flair and Batista is still hammering away at The Rock. Michaels hits a chair across the back of Batista and Orton manages to escape. Michaels helps The Rock back up and Evolution retreat to the entrance ramp.Eric Bischoff appears on the stage and says it's been a chaotic night so far, he's sick and tired of these brawls. He books a match for Raw next week which takes place in Rock's home town in Miami. We will see Shawn Michaels and The Rock teaming up for the first time against Ric Flair and King Randy Orton. He warns everyone that the final beat the clock match is coming up and no one is going to get involved in it because if they do then they will get suspended.
Result: Both men have been eliminated as the time limit expired.

After the break, Eric Bischoff is on the phone to Paul Heyman. Eric tells Paul that Smackdown doesn’t have a King because the King is here on Raw and that’s Randy Orton. Heyman fires back and tells Eric that Smackdown doesn’t need to have a #1 contenders match this week on Smackdown because they already have a contender and he eliminated a Raw star to win the battle royal. That’s right he’s Booker T, a former WCW guy and now on Smackdown he’s going to become the WWE Champion. Eric and Paul start talking about Vince’s major announcement and wonder what it could be and when will Vince show up next to make his announcement. Eric thinks Paul Heyman’s getting fired, Paul thinks Vince is going to make Paul Heyman the Raw GM so Paul can be in charge of both brands. They argue and Bischoff puts the phone down on Heyman.

Match 5
Beat the Clock Challenge
Chris Jericho vs Ric Flair

Ric Flair makes his way down to the ring and we’ve already a lot of the Nature Boy tonight as he’s made his presence felt here. Chris Jericho’s music hits as Y2J makes his way down. Y2J’s had his problems with Evolution recently and he holds a victory over the new King Randy Orton. Last night he went to a draw with Batista as both men were eliminated from the tournament. Now Jericho wants to make up for it by going up against the dirtiest player in the game Ric Flair. The bell rings as both men talk trash and Flair woos Jericho. They lock up and Flair gets a take down on Jericho. Jericho gets up and Flair knocks him down with a shoulder block. Flair acts as if he’s won the damn match. Flair woos Jericho and starts strutting in the ring. Flair shouldn’t be doing that because time is very important in this match. They lock up again and this time Jericho gets a take down on Flair and he mocks Flair, woos him and does his own version of the Flair strut. Flair is pissed. Flair gets aggressive and gets a thumb to the eye of Jericho and starts delivering some right hands. He backs Jericho into the corner and starts chopping away at Jericho. Jericho reverses and starts hitting Flair with some knife edge chops of his own. Flair rolls out of the ring and he’s frustrated in the early going. 2 Minutes into this match, Ric is wasting a lot of time here. They lock up again and Flair kicks Jericho to the gut and sends him to the ropes and knocks him down with a clothesline. Flair delivers a suplex and goes for a cover and gets a 2 count only. Flair delivers some more knife edge chops to the chest of Jericho. He sends Jericho into the corner and charges at Jericho and runs into an elbow. Bulldog by Jericho. Jericho goes for a lionsault but Flair gets his knees up. Flair goes for the figure four leg lock. Will Jericho tap. Flair uses the ropes for more leverage but the referee catches Flair holding the ropes and Flair has to release the hold.

Flair starts arguing with the referee. Flair goes over to Jericho and Jericho rolls Flair up for a 2 count. Jericho sends Flair into the corner and then delivers a hard back body drop to Flair. Back suplex by Jericho. Jericho sets Flair up for the walls of Jericho here we go but Flair pokes Jericho right in the eye. Chop block by Flair taking Jericho right out the game. Knee drop by Flair and Jericho kicks out at 2. Flair goes for a sleeper hold but he doesn’t have it locked in properly as Jericho hits a jaw breaker to get out of it. Flair gets back up on his feet and Jericho delivers a flying forearm to Flair. Jericho goes for a cocky pin and Flair kicks out at 2. Backslide by Jericho and Flair kicks out at 2. Jericho chops away at Flair and delivers a vertical suplex. Jericho goes up to the top and hits Flair with a missile dropkick and gets another near fall. Two minutes remaining now. Jericho looks for the codebreaker, Flair sidesteps Jericho and sends him shoulder first into the post. A roll up by Flair grabbing the tights and Jericho kicks out at 2 Ĺ. Clothesline by Flair. 1 Minute to go. Flair sends Jericho face first into the corner to knock Jericho down. Wooo by Flair. Flair picks Jericho up and delivers two knife edge chops to knock Jericho down again. Flair goes to the top rope and he’s taking his time here and the clock is ticking. This never works for Flair and Jericho is getting back up to his feet. Wait Flair is going to go for it. Flair jumps and Jericho in mid-air catches him with a codebreaker. Lawler says i told you JR, this never works. 10 seconds to go. Jericho goes for the cover 1...2...3. He got him. Jericho has beaten the time and he will receive a title shot against Chris Benoit at Vengeance. Jericho’s music hits as he celebrates in the ring.
Winner: Chris Jericho [9:03]

After the match Jim Ross heads over to ringside to get an interview with Jericho. Jim Ross congratulates Jericho for winning the beat the clock challenge and now he’s the #1 contender. It’s been a long time since Jericho received a title shot and finally he will receive a title shot at Vengeance. Jericho said he told that slut Trash Stratus earlier on that he would become the #1 contender and he did. Gone are the days of HHH being the #1 contender because now the new #1 contender is Y2J Chris Jericho. Jericho says had a rough couple of months but now it’s all going to change. Now it’s Y2J’s time and he’s looking forward to meeting Chris Benoit at Vengeance for the world heavyweight title. After losing to Benoit last night at KOTR, HHH was never...EVERRRRRRRR the same again. Jericho receives a huge pop for saying that. Jericho states that next week he’s invited Benoit to be the special guest on the highlight reel.

Eric Bischoff is in the back with Coach. Eric isn’t pleased to see Jericho as the new #1 contender. Eric makes a match next week for the tag team titles. Since Benoit and Jericho used to be a team and they were former tag team champions together, lets see if they can still co-exist as a team now that they will be facing each other at Vengeance. Next week It will be La Resistance vs Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho for the tag team titles. Trish storms in Bischoff’s office. She’s angry that Jericho has become the #1 contender. She demands a title shot against Victoria next week and wants no outside interferences. Bischoff agrees but adds another stipulation to the match. If Victoria gets disqualified then Trish will become champion. Trish liked this idea.

Main Event
Chris Benoit and Eugene vs HHH and William Regal

William Regal comes out first and this is his first tag team match since coming back from injury. He competed in the battle royal last night and right now he’s going to be up against his protťgť Eugene in a tag team match. HHH’s music hits as the game makes his way down to the ring and HHH is just not in a good mood tonight. HHH is already talking trash with Regal and warns him not to get in his way. Eugene’s music hits as he comes down to the ring and Eugene looks concerned as Regal looks on. Regal starts to show some concern for Eugene. He goes over and talks to Eugene and instructs him to only be in the ring when he’s in, don’t get in when HHH is in because of what HHH could do to Eugene. Chris Benoit’s music hits as he comes down to a great ovation. Last week could of been Benoit’s last night on Raw but he ended up defeating HHH at KOTR to remain on Raw. Benoit has a big smile on his face and goes over to shake Eugene’s hand. He then gets in HHH’s face and raises the world heavyweight title right in HHH’s face as HHH looks on in anger. HHH and Benoit talk trash as HHH goes back in his corner. It seems like Regal is going to start this off and Eugene wants to go up against his mentor William Regal. The bell rings as Regal has a big smirk on his face. This was a bit of a comedy match due to Eugene and Regal but with good wrestling from all four men. They lock up and Regal gets a take down on Eugene and Regal starts showing off a bit here and tells Eugene that he is the master and Eugene is his student. They lock up again and Eugene gets a takedown on Regal and the crowd goes nuts. Eugene starts jumping and gets excited, Regal was certainly taken by surprise there. Another lock up and arm drag from Eugene. Eugene is really showing Regal something here. Regal then takes Eugene down with a shoulder block, he goes to the ropes and Eugene delivers a hip toss and follows up with a body slam. Eugene has really taken Regal by surprise here. Lots of counters and lock ups here.

Regal finally takes control by delivering a back drop to Eugene. Double underhook suplex by Regal and Eugene kicks out at 2. HHH wants a tag but Regal doesn’t want to tag in yet. He instructs Eugene to tag in Benoit. It seems like Regal does not want Eugene to get in there with HHH. Regal would rather give Eugene some tough love rather than have HHH beating the hell out of Eugene. Benoit and Regal then wrestle for the next 2 minutes, countering each others holds. You can tell HHH was really frustrated here and wanted to get into the ring. Benoit delivers a german suplex to Regal and Regal kicks out at 2. Regal comes back with a forearm uppercut and delivers a stiff overhead half nelson suplex to Benoit and gets a 2 count only. Finally Regal makes the tag to HHH. Here we go HHH and Benoit go at it exchanging lefts and rights. Benoit sends HHH into the ropes and delivers a back body drop. He sends him into the ropes again but HHH catches Benoit with a knee lift. HHH starts punching away at Benoit and Benoit blocks and starts punching away at HHH. HHH rolls out the ring. Back in HHH and Benoit continue hammering away at each other until HHH tags in Regal. Eugene is tagged back in and he starts surprising Regal with some more holds. He even locks in an arm bar on Regal and Regal makes it to the ropes. Regal very surprised here by Eugene’s wrestling holds. Regal catches Eugene with an elbow to the face and gets a chin lock on Eugene. The fans get behind Eugene and Eugene gets up to his feet and delivers a back suplex. Eugene starts hulking up and Regal doesn’t know what to make of this. Eugene points at Regal and imitates Hulk Hogan. He delivers a big boot to Regal and then follows up with a legdrop. He goes for a cover and HHH breaks up the pin. He drags Regal to the corner and HHH tags himself in and starts going after Eugene. HHH starts pounding away at Eugene in the corner and poor Eugene is helpless. Regal is pretty angry here and demands that HHH tags him back or let Eugene tag in Benoit. HHH has a smile on his face and refuses to listen to Regal. HHH whips Eugene into the corner and runs into a boot by Eugene.

Eugene goes up to the top as HHH is staggering. Eugene hits an axe handle, he goes for a cover and HHH kicks out at 2. Eugene lifts HHH up and goes for an aeroplane spin and as Regal is watching them even he doesn’t know what to make of it. Regal gets in to stop Eugene otherwise Eugene will get dizzy but as Eugene has HHH in the hold, HHH’s boot hits Regal in the face to knock Regal down. Both men fall down as the ref starts counting. HHH makes the tag to Regal and Eugene makes the hot tag to Benoit. Benoit starts taking it to Regal and delivers a series of german suplexes to Regal. He goes up to the top rope and hits the diving headbutt. He goes for a cover and Regal kicks out. Regal reverses a whip and catches Benoit with a knee lift. Regal locks in the Regal stretch near the ropes. This is a very painful hold. Benoit grabs the middle rope and Regal has to break the hold. Regal tags in HHH. HHH sends Benoit into the ropes and delivers a spinebuster. Here we go, HHH signals for the pedigree but Benoit counters with a backdrop. Benoit delivers some vicious knife edge chops to HHH and then delivers a snap suplex to HHH. Eugene wants a tag because he wants to go up to the top rope and imitate Benoit. Benoit tags in Eugene and Eugene does the cut throat taunt of Benoit and goes to the top rope and delivers a headbutt on HHH. Eugene goes for a cover and HHH kicks out at 2. Regal finds that amusing and starts laughing as HHH notices this. HHH gets up and argues with Regal, wait from behind backslide from Eugene and HHH kicks out at 2. HHH reverses a whip and hits the high knee on Eugene. HHH then signals for the pedigree but Benoit gets in and hits HHH with a clothesline. Benoit and HHH start brawling as Benoit clotheslines HHH to the floor as Eugene starts watching and starts clapping for Benoit. Regal just looks on. Benoit then goes for a suicide dive and misses as HHH moves out the way. HHH gets in the ring and now Eugene is stuck in a 2 on 1 situation with Benoit hurt on the outside. HHH starts stomping away at Eugene.

HHH goes outside the ring as Benoit slowly starts to get up and sends Benoit into the post. HHH grabs a chair and brings it inside the ring. The referee warns HHH not to use the chair. HHH is going to use the chair on Eugene. William Regal steps in and tells HHH not to go this way, he doesn’t need a chair to beat poor Eugene. He didn’t think HHH would take it this far by punishing Eugene. The fans start a Regal chant as they want him to save Eugene. HHH doesn’t listen to Regal and is about to hit the chair but regal gets the chair off him and argues with HHH. The ref takes the chair away as the ref goes outside to put the chair away as HHH gets pissed with the referee. Regal pulls out some brass knuckles from his tights. HHH gets in Regal’s face and Regal sucker punches HHH with the brass knucks. Wait a minute Eugene rolls HHH up as the ref slides back in and goes for a cover 1...2....3. Oh my god Eugene just pinned HHH. The crowd goes nuts. Eugene starts celebrating in the ring and goes right over to Regal and hugs him. Regal has a big smirk on his face. Benoit is back in and he is also laughing at HHH. HHH is in the corner and he is furious and throws a tantrum in the ring. HHH goes over to the ref and gets his hands on the referee. Eugene and Regal both take turns hitting lefts and rights on HHH. Benoit then gets in and gets HHH in the crossface and HHH quickly escapes and retreats up the ramp. Eugene starts hugging Regal and Regal pats Eugene on the back. Eugene, Regal and Benoit celebrate in the ring as HHH looks on in anger and talks trash and promises revenge and leaves. It looks like Regal has finally become a believer in Eugene but now that Regal didn’t teach Eugene some tough love, what will Eric Bischoff have in store for Regal next week? Raw closes with Benoit, Regal and Eugene celebrating in the ring.

RAW Review

I love how you started the show off with HBK talking about the Battle Royal and why he didn't get the job done because Booker T a Smackdown superstar took advantage after HBK lost concentration after eliminating The Rock, I couldn't help but notice that this is the first time that HBK was getting booed in a while but it was pretty much a mixed reception and how he wants the World Heavyweight Championship, it is like HBK is obsessed with being the man once again, by wanting to face Benoit only for him to be interrupted by The Rock who gets a thunderous ovation with Rock outcheering HBK with the fans clearly behind Rock here, and Rock was talking about himself & HBK and how their pasts have always been intertwined with one another and how HBK has had his chances and he did something HBK couldn't do and that is beat Benoit, and how if anyone deserves a shot, it's The Rock, and these 2 icons at the end are about to go at it with a World Heavyweight Championship match at Vengeance hanging in the mix when Evolution's music hits and Flair & Batista come out and introduce Orton the new King of the Ring

And I also love the announcement Bischoff made for the first ever Beat The Clock challenge where the man who beats his opponent in the fastest time becomes the new #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship at Vengeance

Jericho his thoughts about the Beat The Clock Challenge and how he is going to go on to become #1 Contender only to be interrupted by Trish Stratus backstage and then Trish taking her shots at Jericho only for Jericho to fire back and tell Trish about how he put Christian on the shelf and how A-Train is no longer around to protect her, so who is she going to turn to, this time, making Trish look stupid, I loved it, it was funny as hell actually because Trish at the end had no comeback

Bischoff backstage segment with Coach, Regal, and Eugene, I also loved that too

Partner vs partner here with Haas vs Benjamin in the Beat the Clock challenge, it was a great match-up I thought considering they are partners and considering one of them could get a shot at Benoit for the title, and then it was back and forth the whole way out until Benjamin pulled out the win against his partner and then after the match Haas helps him out to the back, that's what a true partner is, a true tag team partner is, I love the teamwork and the sportsmanship displayed here!!!!!!!!!

Orton mocking Benjamin backstage saying how he is going to go out there and beat Benjamin's time and that he embarrassed him last night, and then Benjamin attacks Orton and Haas attacks Flair, and then Orton turns it around by driving his sceptre right into the gut of Benjamin and then putting the boots to him and then Flair getting the best of Haas and helping Orton attack Benjamin backstage, loved it

Orton beats Michaels by count-out to set the new time in Beat The Clock, by count-out no less, I loved it, because when you really think about it, Flair cost HBK a victory here and then has the figure-four leg lock on HBK while Orton is putting the boots to him and then Rock comes out and saves HBK, I love that too

HHH is in the building and he immediately makes an impact attacking Steven Richards backstage as he heads out to the ring and HHH cutting his promo but the fans calling him a Quitter, I loved it, it was funny because they kept chanting it which made HHH even more mad and how he says he will continue to go after Benoit one way or the other and how he is so bitter that he wants yet another shot at the title, and then Benoit comes out and reminds him about their deal in the contract and how that if HHH lost, he would get no more re-matches as long as Benoit is champion and that he has nothing more else to prove to HHH or anybody else because Benoit is for real and how HHH does not even deserve to be in the same ring as him because he is a Quitter, and then the fans chanting it, you've gotta love it. HHH has enough and tries to attack Benoit only for Benoit to attack him and send him down flat on his ass, I loved it

HHH backstage segment with Eugene was really funny I thought and how Eugene brought up the fact that HHH quit last night and how he no longer has a title and how he doesn't play games anymore, Eugene being funny and stupid and then HHH about to attack him when Regal comes on to the scene and stops it and scolds Eugene and then HHH & Regal talking and then Bischoff comes on to the scene making the match HHH & Regal vs. Eugene & Benoit in the main event, I love it

La Resistance beating Maven & Cade, I also love that too

And Bischoff's interview about why he booked the main event, was awesome, really turns Bischoff into even more of a heel which I think is great

Rock & Batista I loved this match-up and the fact that Orton gets involved costing Rock the chance to go on to Vengeance to face Benoit for the title, neither man going on anyway, it is probably for the best. Now it definitely has to be Rock vs Orton at Vengeance. And then Evolution attacking Rock until HBK comes down and returns the favour for Rock by saving him from Evolution and then Bischoff comes down to the ring and makes the following match for next week in Rock's home town, Rock & HBK teaming for the first time ever against Flair & King Orton

Bischoff backstage segment, I loved it, with him & Paul Heyman on the phone, they can't stand each other, can they?

Jericho beats Flair to beat the clock and beat Orton's time by becoming the new #1 Contender to face Benoit for the title at Vengeance, I would so love for this to happen, Benoit vs Jericho, and with the World Title on the line and Jericho then says he will host the Highlight Reel and Benoit will be his guest on the show

Eugene & Benoit beating HHH & Regal, loved it, especially when HHH tried to get in Regal's face after HHH was planning to use the chair on Eugene, Regal hits him with the brass knucks while the referee's view is obstructed, this allows Eugene to roll HHH up and beat him, I love it, Eugene is pretty much undefeated on RAW right now, you probably must have big things planned for him especially if he beats HHH like that, and then Regal, Eugene, and Benoit attacking HHH only for HHH to somehow get out of there and swear revenge, love it!!!!!!!!

Overall great RAW, and I can't wait until Smackdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This weekís show is a lot promo heavy and all the matches are kept short. This is just to build up The Great American Bash ppv as i only have 2 shows to build up this ppv but some of the matches already have some build for the ppv so the show will be a lot promo heavy.

WWE Smackdown
June 17, 2004

Tazz and Michael Cole welcome us to the show and they plug Kurt Angleís return to Smackdown tonight. Eddie Guerrero comes down to the ring and receives a great ovation from the fans. Viva Chicago oralle vato. Huge pop for Eddie. Eddie talked about his victory at KOTR. Since becoming champion at No Way Out, heís been a fighting champion beating all the top stars on Smackdown. Now at The Great American Bash he will meet Booker T. Eddie calls out Booker T to the ring. Booker T comes down to the ring. Eddie sarcastically congratulates Booker on becoming the #1 contender. Booker tells Eddie to wipe that smile off his face because he wonít be smiling once he takes his title away from him at The Great American Bash. Booker thinks he will beat Eddie easily, heís going to embarrass Eddie, can you dig that!! Booker shows footage from 2 weeks ago when he hit Eddie with the Book end. Eddie said itís wonderful to see Booker brag about how he will beat Eddie Guerrero but lets face it Booker it will be you who will be whining and complaining after you get defeated by me at The Great American Bash holmes. Booker T states that ever since he came here to Smackdown he brought the ratings up for Smackdown. He made Smackdown bigger than Raw. He was held down by the likes of RVD but he stepped on guys like RVD to move on further and look at what itís got him a WWE Title shot and look what it got RVD nothing. Booker claims that the reason Eddie is still champion is because he is lucky but he won't be so lucky when he steps in the ring with Booker T. Booker claims that he's more smarter than the guys Eddie beat, Booker T is better than the guys Eddie beat. Just look at how Booker won the battle royal because he was smart, he took advantage of an opportunity.

Booker says this certainly makes up for the lethal lottery battle royal he missed out on because if he was in it, Eddie's reign would have ended a month ago at the hands of Booker T. Booker brags about how he went through 29 other superstars at the KOTR to get this opportunity and you wanna know what that proves? It proves that he is better than all those other 29 superstars beating the likes of The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, Kane, Mordecai, The Undertaker, and others that were in the ring with him. Now what that proves is that Booker T is the best superstar in the WWE right now, now can you dig that? Booker T gets booed heavily from the crowd, and Booker T is relishing in it. Eddie said well Book, you may have beaten many guys but you canít call yourself the best until youíve beaten me because i am the WWE Champion. Currently right now I am the best superstar in the WWE. Booker T said Eddie Guerrero is not even in his league. He holds a tag team victory over Eddie. Booker claims he's better than Eddie Guerrero and always has been. Even back in WCW, Booker T was the best superstar that WCW had while Eddie Guerrero was nothing but a footnote in WCW. Eddie didn't even matter and he still don't matter. He reminds Eddie that The Great American Bash was a popular WCW PPV, and now the WWE have reintroduced this event he's going to make history by becoming the WWE champion. Booker brags about his accomplishments in WCW, he was the most decorated superstar in WCW. He's done it all. Now can you dig that suckaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. Eddie said he respects what Bookerís done in the past but this is the present and currently he has what Booker wants and he has to go through him to get it.

Booker gets annoyed and said heís a 5 time, 5 time, 5 time, 5 time, 5 time world heavyweight champion. Eddie said you may have been 5 time(Eddie mocks Booker by repeating the 5 time world champion quote) world heavyweight champion but you Booker have NEVER been the WWE Champion and you never will. Eddie says heís beat some of the very best names in the WWE. He mentions the likes of Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, Kane and Edge and each one of them said that they would be the ones to end my title reign, but one by one I always found a way to beat them and overcome the odds. All you can do Booker is talk the talk but you canít walk the walk and at Great American Bash Booker T I am telling you right now esse that you are in for the fight of your life. I will do anything to retain this championship and I mean anything Booker because in WCW yes you're right you were a big fish but this is the WWE. The big leagues, the #1 promotion in the world. This is Smackdown and as long as I have this around my shoulder, I'm the big fish around here holmes oralle vato and I still will be after The Great American Bash because Booker T I will beat you and when I do, I will not only just beat you, I will kick your ass esse, now can you dig that sucka oralle vato!!!!!!!!!!!! They get nose to nose and Paul Heyman appears on the screen and announced that Eddie and Booker will be in action later tonight. Eddie Guerrero will take on JBL, Booker T will face The Undertaker. Booker didnít like this decision and Eddie starts laughing. Booker T gets a cheapshot on Eddie from behind and hits him with the scissors kick. Booker holds up the WWE Title in the air. He then does the spinaroonie and celebrates in the ring.

Josh Matthews is standing by with John Cena. Cena says heís not going to whine about not winning the King of the Ring, heís proud of his performance. He wrestled 3 matches and came close. Cena dissed JBL for attacking him in the Semi Finals, Cena said he proved to him that he can kick his ass and he did. Heís nothing but a whining jackass whoís gonna get his ass whipped by Rey Mysterio at The Bash. Cena then sent a message to Evolution that someday when they cross paths again, he will get retribution. Josh then asked Cena that his next ppv match will be against Kane, will this be Cenaís toughest challenge to date? Cena says for weeks Kane has been causing havoc on Smackdown and for what he did to Torrie and Stacey, heís in for the biggest beating of his life at The Bash. Cena sent a message to Kane that if he wants some, come get some because he will do everything to keep this title because Kane you are nothing but a failure who can't win a title. If you can't win the WWE Title, what makes you think that you can even win my U.S. Title. Cena said heís US Champion for a damn good reason because he earned it. Heís a great American and at The Great American Bash, the doctor of thuganomics is going to raise some hell on Kane.

A promo is shown of Mordecai in a graveyard talking about how this feud between The Undertaker and him started years ago when The Undertaker tortured him. Mordecai has never ever forgotten it and it is because of that, he swore revenge as the rage inside of him just kept building and building until he came back not only into Taker's life but has made Taker's life a living hell. If Taker thinks this is the end, it is only just the beginning. Heís going to make The Undertakerís life a living hell. Mordecai states that heís just come to a realization in that Undertakerís sins will be punished from now until the end of eternity. What heís proposing right now is this Undertaker, you & me at the Great American Bash in a Buried Alive match because one way or another Undertaker this feud will end and when it does, one of us will still be here and the other will be six feet under in the ground. I can promise you this Undertaker that at the Great American Bash it will be you who Rests In Peace. Then Paul Bearer says Undertaker we will be waiting for your answer later on tonight and if you say No, you will just be prove that you are nothing but a coward. The first thing Kurt said was itís good to be back, your Olympic gold hero is back, itís true itís damn true whooo. The crowd pops at the sound of that. Kurt wanted to hear the you suck chants so they played his music again as the fans chanted You Suck and Kurt enjoyed hearing that. He said these chants all started because of Edge. Kurt talked about his injury and how Edge snatched his dream away from him and now that heís back he has one goal and that is to get revenge on Edge. Now after the impact he made at KOTR returning and costing Edge the WWE Championship, heís sure going to want to finish what he started with Edge. Heís more than willing to end this between him and Edge once and for all, and he is calling out Edge. Edge's music starts playing but no sign of Edge at all. Kurt says exactly like what I expected, Edge because you know that if we were in the same ring together, I would tear you apart. He calls Edge a coward. Kurt is trying to goad Edge to come down. Kurt says for weeks youíve been bragging about putting many guys out of action but at KOTR you got a taste of your own medicine. I cost you your dream and now that Iím back, itís going to be a long time till you become the champion. Kurt said itís quite simple Edge, when i took you out of action it was just business but the impact i made took you out for a year. Thatís how lethal i am. What you did was personal but you didnít get the job done whooo. While Kurt is talking, Edge comes through the crowd and he is in the ring trying to assault Kurt from behind but Kurt Angle sees it coming by turning around before Edge can attack him.

Paul finally gives in and makes an un-sanctioned match between Kurt Angle and Edge at The Great American Bash. No rules, No liabilities. He doesnít want to be held responsible. Paul states that next week there will be a contract signing for this match. Edge says Kurt youíve made a big mistake in asking for this match because if this match was not taking place then you would have been the luckiest SOB ever. You would have been spared from a beatdown that i could have given to you. Donít you remember what i did to you 3 months ago. You have more guts than brains to come back and ask for a match. You cost me, that was supposed to be my match, I would be the new WWE Champion right now if it wasn't for you. Edge said he doesnít want anyone held responsible for what heís going to do to him except him. So Kurt consider The Great American Bash as your last night in the WWE. Angle fires back and said anytime heís down with an injury he always comes back better than ever. Heís a fighter. He competed in the Olympics with a broken freaking neck. Now that heís back, heís better than ever and at The Great American Bash, heís going to break Edgeís neck again, oh itís true itís damn true. Crowd pops huge for that. Chavo looks at Funaki and Akio and said since WM20, his form has dipped. Chavo thinks a lot of things on Smackdown are not right. The first thing reason is that he doesnít have a title and his uncle Eddie does. The second thing is now that his father is not on Smackdown anymore, it doesnít mean that Chavo is a failure. Now is his time to prove that itís his time to shine and he vows to become the best cruiserweight in the world. Chavo then makes fun of Tajiri and Tajiri sprays green mist, Chavo ducks and he gets Paul Heyman in the eyes. Paul screams and Chavo says itís best if i leave. You're not a monster Kane, you're nothing more than a freak in red clothing who is even uglier without a mask on because you're hideous Kane, while me I'm the Doctor of Thuganomics. At the Great American Bash Kane, you're going to school because you're about to get a degree in Thuganomics. Youíre nothing more than a Freddy Kreuger wannabe, and you actually think I'm afraid of you Kane, I'm not because you're not a monster. I will show you who the true monster of the WWE is, because I just don't give a Fuck. You see after Iím done with Kane, who knows i might just do what Eddie Guerrero did and that is kidnap Paul Bearer but this time make sure that Paul Bearer is never seen again. The Undertaker accepts Mordecaiís challenge for a Buried Alive Match at The Great American Bash

The Undertakerís music hits as he celebrates in the ring. The lights go out and they are back on and Booker T has vanished and Paul Bearer and Mordecai appear on the screen. The Undertaker looks at the screen. Paul Bearer said time is running out for The Undertaker. The Undertaker was the master of the mindgames but not anymore because Mordecai is going to put an end to The Undertaker. They have possession of the urn and it has made them so powerful that no one can stop them. You see Undertaker, John Cena tried earlier to stop Kane but we already sent a message to him and now Kane will give him the biggest beating of his life at The Great American Bash. Paul Bearer says he sees fear in Undertakerís eyes because he has never ever stepped into the ring with a monster like Mordecai. Mordecai says he is not afraid of The Undertaker nor is he even intimidated by The Undertaker at all and you wanna know why because The Undertaker is weak. He's fragile because I made him that way, because I have the power of the urn and he doesn't. Uncle Paul has made sure of that because I am the new Phenom of the WWE and Undertaker you are nothing but just a man but at The Great American Bash not only will you be just a man, you will truly be a dead man once and for all Taker because your life will end. Your sins will end with you being punished for eternity. Paul Bearer says well Undertaker we want to know your answer, will you step in the ring with Mordecai in the match that once killed you off. Will you take that risk again? Come on Undertaker are you man enough to accept the challenge. The Undertaker takes the mic as the fans cheer him on. The Undertaker says over the last 2 months Mordecai has been nothing but a thorn in his side. Now at The Great American Bash he has the chance to get rid of that thorn because not only Mordecai, will you be the one who dies, you will be the one who is sent down to the grave for all eternity.

What you just witnessed right now was fear in the eyes of Booker T, that shows that i am still the most feared entity in the WWE. The rage inside the body of the Undertaker is at its boiling point, Mordecai I accept your challenge for The Great American Bash in a Buried Alive match. The suffering that i gave you years ago, that pain will be nothing compared to what you will feel when you step inside the ring with The Undertaker. Mordecai you will be the latest edition to a very long list of dragons who have tried to kill The Undertaker over the years but one by one they have all suffered the same fate. At The Great American Bash there can only be one of us left standing and that will be the lord of the darkness The Undertaker. Paul Bearer for your treachery you will also feel the wrath of The Undertaker. Now without the power of the urn i will still prove that i am still that same Undertaker that put Kane, Mordecai and you Paul through hell. Time and time again you have unleashed the evil souls on The Undertaker but The Undertaker has always managed to prove that he is the most powerful entity in the WWE. Undertaker refers back to a time when Paul Bearer introduced a henchmen called The Executioner who lasted 2 months, he tried and he failed and he was sent back into the darkness by The Undertaker. That will also be the same fate of Mordecai. Mordecai and Paul Bearer your final resting place has been chosen and at The Great American Bash you will both REST IN PEACE. Taker does his cut throat taunt signalling the end is near for Mordecai and Paul Bearer. The dong strikes as lightning strikes the screen as you can hear Paul Bearer tremble in fear. The Undertakerís music hits as Smackdown comes to an end with Taker rolling his eyes back and sticking his tounge out.

Smackdown Review

You starting the show off with the WWE Champion Eddie Guerrero was great and then him calling out Booker T and them going back and forth about how at the Great American Bash how one of them will beat the other and either remain WWE Champion or become the new WWE Champion was great, and I love how you are writing Booker T as of late, he is one of the top heels on Smackdown right now and I love it. Booker T will face Taker and Eddie Guerrero defends the WWE Championship against JBL for later on tonight, I can't wait

Cena backstage interview talking about the Great American Bash but also talking about what Evolution did to him at KOTR, that should their paths ever cross again, he will get retribution but as for him having to defend the WWE United States Championship against Kane at the pay per view was great, and Cena doesn't look intimidated because in fact he wants to face Kane

Mordecai's graveyard promo challenging Taker to a Buried Alive match at the Great American Bash was great, really chilling and the fact that Paul Bearer was with his nephew during this, made it all the more better

Hurricane & Moore defending their titles against Nunzio and Noble, in a great match-up

And then Kane cutting his promo on John Cena and facing him at the Great American Bash for the WWE United States Championship was great

Eddie retaining his title in typical Latino Heat fashion and also because of Rey helping him out was great, now the rivalry between JBL and Rey is definitely personal now

Val Venis in the back with Dawn, and he wants yet another shot at the US Title, but only Matt Hardy will also get a shot and so will RVD as they will compete in a Triple-Threat Match where the winner will receive a WWE United States Championship match against either Kane or Cena right after the GAB, I can't wait

Kurt Angle return on Smackdown, I loved it and the fact that Edge tried to ruin it and the fact that they are going to go at it at the GAB in an Unsanctioned Match, I for one cannot wait to see that happen, should be a slobber-knocker

Paul Heyman backstage with Dawn already making matches for next week, and then Kyo Dai come in to the office and so does Chavo, and at the end of it Tajiri accidentally sprays the green mist into Paul Heyman's eyes blinding him, and because of it Kyo Dai all 3 members have to face Kane and Mordecai in a Handicap Match, and Chavo says how at GAB he will beat Tajiri to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, if Chavo can do that, he will bring back some prestige to the title

Kane & Mordecai destroying Kyo Dai and then Cena making the save only to get destroyed was awesome

And then backstage Cena gets destroyed by Kane and their match-up now at GAB will be a No Holds Barred match-up, the tides are turning in Kane's favour

Val Venis winning against RVD was great, I can definitely see him pulling out the W at GAB for sure

Eric Bischoff calling on the phone and Dawn answering was pretty funny too

Undertaker beating Booker T by countout was great and then after the match Booker T tries to leave but Eddie brings him back in and Taker makes a statement courtesy of Booker T and he says he will accept Mordecai's challenge and then the mind games commence

I for one cannot wait until RAW!!!!!!!

The Rock returns to Miami

The announcers welcome us to the show as The Rock’s music hits. The Rock makes his way down to the ring as he receives a huge ovation from his hometown fans. The Rock’s family are in attendance. The fans start a Rocky chant. Finally The Rock has come back home. Rock said he’s glad to see his family out here, it feels good to be back at home. The Rock says when he came back he not only came back for his friend Mick Foley, he came back for the people. He came back to whoop Evolution’s ass. The Rock said last week he had that punk ass Randy Orton’s time beat but Orton pulled him out the ring and the time expired and this means that The Rock is not the #1 contender. This means that The Rock has no match for Vengeance. The Rock wants Randy Orton to come down here right now so he can whoop his ass. King Randy Orton’s music hits as he comes down in a suit instead of his cape and crown. Orton gets booed heavily by the fans in Miami. Orton tries to speak but the crowd booes him. Orton waits and starts yelling on the mic and runs down the fans in Miami and tells them that he deserves respect because he is the King. They should all bow down and kiss his feet. Orton said what he did last week was nothing personal, it was just business. He has nothing personal against The Rock, he just wanted to protect his time from being beaten. Simple Rock, I’m going to SummerSlam to face whomever the world champion will be and you Rock, you’re going nowhere. Orton said he’s surpassed The Rock, he’s become an even bigger legend than The Rock. Take a look at greatness Rock.

Orton brags that his accomplishments are endless. Just look at what he’s done so far in this business, currently The Intercontinental Champion and in 6 months, no one has come close to taking the belt off him. He’s the King of the Ring something you Rock could never win. Now it’s his destiny to go on to become the youngest world heavyweight champion at SummerSlam. Orton says Rock you became champion at the age of 26 and i will become champion at the age of 24. Orton states that since they are both 3rd generation stars, it’s time that The Rock finally admits infront of his home town fans that Randy Orton is the best 3rd generation superstar ever. The Rock then runs down Orton on the mic. Rock talks about his own achievements, multi-time heavyweight champion, Intercontinental Champion, Tag Team Champion, Royal Rumble winner, Headlined WrestleMania, leader of a group, Successful movie star, the list goes on and on but you don’t see The Rock coming out each and every week bragging about his own achievements. Rock says you’ve been running your mouth over the last couple of months thinking that you’re better than The Rock, well let The Rock tell you this you punk ass bitch, The Rock wants Vengeance. The Rock tells Orton to put his money where his mouth is as The Rock challenges Orton to a match at Vengeance. Huge pop from the crowd. Orton is about to talk and Rock cuts him off with his It doesn’t Matter Line. Rock says will you go one on one with the great one, yes or no. Orton accepts The Rock’s challenge and tells Rock what will be in store for him later on in the big tag match tonight.

The Rock said Orton at Vengeance you’re in for the biggest ass whooping of a life time. The Rock brings up the fact that his father and grandfather used to whoop Orton’s father and grandfather’s ass. Rock said he’s not going to disappoint these fans tonight because he’s going to whoop Orton’s monkey ass all over Miami. Orton responds back and says he wished that Rocky Johnson was here because he would have spat in his face just like he did to Harley Race and Mick Foley. Rock is about to explode. Orton said well since Rocky Johnson isn’t here tonight, he has an idea. Orton said he’s going to go outside the ring right now and spit in The Rock’s wife’s face. Rock goes ballistic and lays the Smackdown on Orton. Rock knocks Orton over silly over the top rope to the floor. Rock starts brawling with Orton outside the ring. Rock grabs the IC belt as Orton is about to get up. He goes for a swing and Orton ducks and hits the RKO on The Rock. Orton stands tall over The Rock and raises the IC belt in the air. Orton goes over to where Rock’s family are and starts taunting The Rock’s family. It looks like Orton is about to spit in The Rock’s wife’s face but Charlie Haas runs down and attacks Orton. Payback for what Orton did to Shelton last week, Orton manages to escape and retreats to the back. Charlie Haas helps The Rock back up and The Rock is pissed as Orton stares down The Rock and Haas from the ramp.

William Regal and Eugene show up. They are both noisy and they both seem happy but Eric isn’t. Eugene hugs his uncle but Eric tells Eugene he is not in the mood right now to hug Eugene because last week Eugene and Regal both disappointed him. Regal asks Eric well he did what Eric instructed him to do so he did the right thing. Bischoff says Regal didn’t teach Eugene tough love at all so tonight William Regal will be taught a lesson and he will face Evolution’s animal Batista. Regal did not like this at all. Eric told Eugene that last week Eugene got the biggest win of his career when he pinned HHH in a tag team match but that could also end up being his biggest mistake that he’s ever made. Eric thinks that was a fluke so he books HHH vs Eugene for tonight, he wants to see if Eugene can do this all by himself without Regal’s help. Regal said come on enough is enough now but Eric said no it’s not. He told Regal not to worry about Eugene and better worry about himself. Bischoff sarcastically wishes them luck and leaves.

Backstage Evolution storm into Bischoff’s office and HHH said he’s going to tear Eugene apart tonight, he doesn’t want to be held responsible for what he does to Eric’s nephew. No one laughs at the game. Then he is going to deal with Regal for double crossing him last week. Orton starts complaining about Charlie Haas coming down earlier on and attacking him. Orton says he wants Haas in the ring next week and he’s going to put him on the shelf just like he put Shelton out. Eric books Haas vs Orton for next week. Eric told Batista to teach Regal a lesson so next time he doesn’t cross the boss. He wants Batista to beat the hell out of Regal.

Shawn Michaels challenges Ric Flair to a match at Vengeance

Shawn Michaels comes down and he’s not in a good mood tonight. HBK brings up the fact that over the last couple of weeks Evolution have tried to take out HBK but they can’t get the job done. Last week Flair got involved in his match. Flair tried to break his leg but didn’t get the job done but he cost HBK an opportunity of becoming the #1 contender. He wants Flair to come down to the ring right now. Flair comes down on the ramp and has a mic in his hand. Flair mocks Michaels and stirs up trouble over Michaels teaming up with The Rock for the first time tonight. Michaels challenged Flair to a match at Vengeance and vows to kick Flair’s teeth down his throat. Flair says last year he proved that he is better than HBK and he would have no problem in teaching HBK a wrestling lesson again at Vengeance. Flair accepts the challenge and says HBK is not in his league. He talks about his Evolution lifestyle and mentions that HBK is not even in HHH or Orton’s league. Flair says he's better than HBK, he goes over the list of his accomplishments. Michaels fires back and goes over his list of accomplishments, HBK says Flair you may have wrestled 1 hour matches and put on wrestling classics but HBK has also done what Ric Flair has done and done it even better. Flair says he became WWE Champion in a grueling 1 hour Rumble match, Michaels counters and says not only did he win the Rumble twice, he won his first title in a 1 hour iron man match.

Flair talks about being one of the most decorated stars in this business but Michaels says you won most of your titles down south while HBK became a grand slam winner and became the best in the big league. HBK talks about Flair's run in the WWE and says all he remembers Flair mainly for is being Evolution's bitch. Flair was pissed. Michaels says you see Ric I used to respect you but since you came back and started hanging out with Evolution you became a shell of your former self. Flair says Shawn was never as good as Hunter. He says all HBK did was hold down Hunter but Hunter went on to become bigger than HBK and now he's the greatest professional wrestler alive today. To be the man, you gotta beat the man whoooo and until you don't beat me Shawn, you're nothing. Flair says he would have no problem in finishing the job he started last week because who knows after he's done with Michaels tonight, they may not even have a match at Vengeance. Flair says he's the dirtiest player in the game and he's going to do whatever it takes to humiliate Shawn again. HBK takes shots at Evolution and tells Flair that since Flair praises HHH, the guy who used to be his best friend, he was a Shawn Michaels wannabe. If it wasn’t for me he wouldn’t make it this big in this business. If he didn’t make it big Ric, then there would be no Evolution. You see Ric, no one in this business can touch me because I am the icon, the headliner, the showstopper and the main event. As for The Rock, HBK doesn’t need his help because he can fight his own battles but tonight since they’re teaming up they’ve got a score to settle against Evolution. They need to be on the same page tonight. Tonight history will be made because for the first time ever The Rock and HBK team up. HBK says tonight Flair will be tasting some sweet chin music. HBK’s music this as Flair throws down his jacket and HBK taunts Flair that tonight he’s going to get some payback.

He wants to punish Regal. Batista starts beating the hell out of Regal in the corner and the ref starts counting to 5 and Batista has till 5 to break it up. Batista continues on and he gets disqualified for not listening to the referee. Batista shoves the ref out the way and then drops Regal with the Batista Bomb. Batista poses in the ring and leaves, he doesn’t care about the ref’s decision because his job was to punish Regal and he did. The referee checks on Regal.
Winner by Disqualification William Regal

Bischoff tells Coach he enjoyed what he saw. That’s what you get if you don’t listen to Eric Bischoff. Eric receives a call from Paul Heyman, Eric says just what i was waiting for. He mocks Paul Heyman and asked him how did it feel when Tajiri sprayed the mist in his eyes. Bischoff and Coach laughed. Bischoff said he wished Tajiri was on Raw because he would utilise him better than Heyman. He regrets not signing Tajiri in WCW. Paul Heyman told Bischoff he can laugh all he wants because Tajiri received his punishment at the hands of Kane and Mordecai and he will continue to punish Kyo Dai. Paul reminded Eric that none of Eric’s Raw stars touched him but Smackdown’s Undertaker tombstoned Eric Bischoff so now Paul Heyman starts laughing. Bischoff was furious and put the phone down on Heyman.

Chris Jericho’s Highlight Reel: Special Guest Chris Benoit

Chris Jericho comes down his Highlight Reel segment. Jericho says it’s been a long time since he had a title shot and now he has one at Vengeance. Vengeance has become a special ppv for Chris Jericho. He shows footage on his Jeritron as it shows Jericho becoming the first ever undisputed champion at Vengeance in 2001. Jericho says he won 2 titles that night to become the first ever undisputed champion. Now at Vengeance he’s really looking forward to stepping in the ring with Chris Benoit. Jericho says tonight not only will he win the tag team titles, but at Vengeance just like he did 3 years ago, he will be walking out of Vengeance with two titles. He introduces his guest Chris Benoit who comes down to the ring. They shake hands and Jericho brings up their history travelling all over the world together and competing in many organisations including WCW. They first met in 1995 in the Super J Cup. Jericho then brings up their history in the WWE. They’ve had a heated rivalry over the Intercontinental title, they were involved in many classic matches. Jericho shows clips of some of their classic matches on the Jeritron. They both traded victories over each other and the last time they faced each other in a one on one match was at The Royal Rumble 2001 in a ladder match. Benoit was champion and Jericho was the challenger and Jericho said he went in as challenger just like he is at Vengeance, and then at the Rumble he walked out as champion. Jericho states that unlike HHH and HBK, he’s scored many victories over Benoit just like Benoit has scored many victories over Jericho. Benoit says he has a lot of respect for Chris Jericho and he’s one of the most toughest opponents he’s ever faced. He knows that at Vengeance he’s in for the most toughest match of his life but since coming to Raw he made a promise to himself that failure is not an option.

Since winning the belt at WrestleMania he’s proved that he is for real and he’s going to make history by not only being the world champion but by also holding the tag team titles. Benoit reminds Jericho of how good of a team they are, they know each other so well. They’ve been partners so many times, they know each others way of thinking. They’ve held the tag team belts before, they know what it’s like to be there. They won the belt 3 years ago and then went on to face each other in a triple threat match for the WWE Title. That match they didn’t win but in that match he broke his neck. It took him a long time to recover and while Jericho went on to become the undisputed champion, Benoit says he was out of action. It took him 3 years to get back and fight his way to the top. Benoit said he’s made so many sacrifices to get to the top. He’s proved that he belongs here on Raw, he belongs here at the top. Jericho says that’s right, he admires Benoit’s passion for the business. Jericho states that they both trained in the Hart family dungeon. We both are submission specialists. Their careers have always mirrored each other. Their careers are parallel to one another but then the big question is Benoit, who truly is better. Benoit says we will indeed find out who is better but currently Jericho, you’re looking at the best in the business today. You’re looking at the man who has the belt that everyone wants. Jericho responds back and says you call yourself the greatest technical wrestler in the world today but at Vengeance, Benoit I’m going to prove that i am the best technical wrestler in the world, i’m going to prove you wrong just like i proved you wrong in our last match we had against each other. You see our last match, you walked in as a champion and i walked out as the champion. History will repeat itself again as i will be walking out with two titles. Just when Benoit is about to respond back, La Resistance’s music hits.

All three members come down. They run down Benoit and Jericho. Rene Dupree does his complaining about losing to Jericho in a KOTR qualifier and how he was not given the opportunity to be in the beat the clock tournament. Rob Conway says it’s been 3 years since Benoit and Jericho last teamed up, what makes them think they can beat La Resistance for the tag team titles. Jericho cuts him off and says on behalf of every Jerichoholic in this arena, i ask you three assclowns would you please shut the hell up. Jericho said he decided to save the best clip till last and shows La Resistance a clip. In the clip, La Resistance were defeated by Jericho, Benoit and Storm in Storm’s last match on Raw. Jericho makes fun of La Resistance. Benoit said he’s not going to wait till later on so why don’t we have our match right now. Eric Bischoff appears on the screen and wants the ring cleared right now because we will have our tag team title match right now. Rene Dupree joins the announcers to do commentary.

Eric tells Haas that he shouldn’t have stuck his nose in La Resistance’s business but now he has a solution. As he attacked Rene Dupree, he’s decided to give Rene a match with Charlie Haas at Vengeance. Bischoff then says that’s if Haas can make it to Vengeance because next week Randy Orton may put Haas on the sidelines just like he put Charlie’s tag team partner Shelton Benjamin on the sidelines. Trish walks into Bischoff's office and she's upset that she didn't win the women's title. She's also annoyed that Jericho just won the tag team titles. Bischoff announced that next week Eugene will take on Ric Flair. HHH then raises his sledgehammer in the air in victory standing tall over Regal and Eugene.
