July 4, 2011

"Burn It To The Ground..."

The atmosphere is electric. The fans let out a large jolt as we get the show on the road.

Jerry Lawler: The WWE universe is here in full effect as we start Monday Night Raw.

Michael Cole: That's right and what a show we have for you tonight folks. We will have the second set of Money In The Bank qualifying matches, and the first enterant, Chris Masters, teams up in our main event with the WWE Champion, John Cena. Tonight they take on Wade Barrett and the number 1 contender Albero Del Rio.

"*Mexican Instruments*..."

A loud boo floods the arena as Del Rio makes his way to the ring.

Alberto Del Rio: My name...my name is Albertooooo Del Riiiiiooooooo. But you, you already know that. Last week on Raw, you put your hands on me John Cena. You couldnt wait until Money In The Bank, so you blind sided me like the coward you are.

*The fans disagree*

Alberto Del Rio: Boo me all you want. It doesent even matter, because at Money In The Bank, it is my destiny to become your new WWE Champion.

"Overdrive..."

The crowd let out a pop to see Del Rio interrupted and Chirs Masters walks onto the stage.

Chris Masters: You know what Del Rio, shut the hell up.

*The arena cheers as Del Rio disapproves*

Chris Masters: You come out here week after week, talking about how it's your destiny to become a WWE Champion. Well that's where we have something in common. Neither of us have ever won a title in the WWE, but that will all change at Money In The Bank, when I climb to the top of that ladder, take down that breifcase, and walk out with a shot at the the WWE champion.

*A small cheer echos through the stands*

Chris Masters: And I hope to god that you win that title in two weeks. Because if you are holding that title on Raw the night after Money In The Bank, I'll cash in my breifcase, and beat the hell out of you to win my first WWE Championship. I'll see you out here tonight.

Masters heads back stage as Del Rio seems unphased.

*Promo for Money In The Bank*

We return with Jack Swagger stretching in the ring.

"One of a Kind..."

Rob Van Dam walks out to a good pop. He does his usual taunts which get a good reaction.

Michael Cole: I don't get all of the buzz about RVD being back in WWE.

Jerry Lawler: What are you talking about? He's a former Money In The Bank winner and WWE Champion.

Michael Cole: Those were both flukes. Since he's come back he's been beat by my personal favourite to win at Money In The Bank, The Miz, and not to mention that he couldnt even win in his specialty match.

Jack Swagger Vs Rob Van Dam
Money In The Bank Qualification Match

The referee starts the match and the two circle off.
Jack Swagger looks a lot larger, and as the lock up he uses his technical style to gain a headlock takedown.
Rob slips out and both men get back to their feet. Rob throws a punch but Swagger ducks it and pulls his legs from under him.
Once again Swagger moves to RVD's head and gets the submission.
Rob struggles to his feet and eventually uses Swagger's wrist to escape.
RVD spins out, keeping a hold of Jack's hand, and lands a stiff kick to his chest.
He follows up the offense with another two kicks to Swagger, before landing a jumping spin kick to cap off the combination.
Swagger falls to the ground and RVD quickly runs off the ropes, looking for his trademark Rolling Thunder.
He rolls first and jumps up for a sommersalt, connecting in a senton onto Swaggers ribs.
RVD goes for the cover.

Swagger gets a shoulder up.
Rob lifts his opponent and lands a few elbow smashes to Swaggers head before again running at the ropes.
Swagger thinks he can take this oppertunity to reverse the situation, and follows after.
RVD is too wise though, as instead he springboards off the ropes, landing a karate kick to Swaggers chest, flooring the all American.
Rob jumps and lands a spinning leg drop, and once again looks to end the match.

Rob seems dissappointed and tries to continue the offence by lifting Swagger.
Swagger has recovered well and manages to tee off with shots to Rob's mid section.
Swagger grabs RVD for a suplex, also grabbing his knee, and lands a hangman suplex.
Rob lands hard and Jack keeps the knee hooked for the pin.

...
Kick out.

RVD manages to break out of the pin.
Swagger keeps Rob grounded and begins stomping on his arm.
Swagger takes a second to mock his opponent by mimicing his R-V-D taunt, which the fans boo heavily.
This proves to be a mistake by Swagger, as when he lifts up Rob, his opponent tries to shift momentum by shooting up and landing right hands to his face.
Rob tries to a toe kick but Swaggers catches it. In farmiliar fashion, Rob leaps up for a spinning back kick, but Swagger ducks it, keeping hold of the foot and initiating the Ankle Lock.
RVD is in real pain and his hand is raised to tap out, but at the last second, he manages to roll through, sending Swagger tumbling through the ropes.
Rob is feeling the momentum and signals to the fans that he will jump out onto Swagger.
Just as Swagger gets to his feet, Rob leaps out with a suicide dive, but Jack manages to slip away at the last moment which sees Rob go crashing head first into the guard rail.
Swagger seeks this oppertunity to end the match. He rolls the lifeless RVD into the ring and lifts him for the Gutwrench Powerbomb.
Rob's body seems limp, but whilst in the air he manages to roll forward and get a sitout pin.

Rob Van Dam manages to get the pin and win the match. Michael Cole disapproves and states how it was yet another fluke.

We cut backstage for an interview with Josh Matthews standing by.

Josh Matthews: I'd like to welcome my guest at this time, the WWE Champion; John Cena.

*Loud pop*

Josh Matthews: John, just two weeks away at Money In The Bank, you defend your WWE title against Alberto Del Rio, and tonight you are joined by Chris Masters, to take on the team of Del Rio and Wade Barrett. What is your mind state knowing that you will face the man who will try and take your title away from you at the pay per view?

John Cena: Josh, how many times have I been here before? I've been here almost as much as you've been at Walmart buying yourself some hideously cheap fake tan.

*The crowd laughs*

John Cena: It's nothing. Do I like both of these guys? Ehhhhhrrrrm....no. Wade Barrett made my life a living hell, and Alberto Del Rio comes out wearing his little gold hot pants like some sort of backing dancer for Britney Spears. I'm gonna go out there, I'm gonna have fun. And two weeks away at Money In The Bank, I'll be walking out as the WWE Champion.

Josh Matthews: Thank you John.

John Cena walks off.

Josh Matthews: Tonight, John Cena and Chris Masters take on Alberto Del Rio and Wade Barrett.

Back to the arena,

"One Two Three..."

Tyler Reks walks out to a good mixed reaction.

Michael Cole: How impressive has Tyler Reks been over the last few weeks?

Jerry Lawler: He's certainly made a mark here on Raw, but tonight he takes a big step up in compititon.

Michael Cole: That's right King. Tonight Reks takes on the brawler from Dublin, Ireland, Sheamus.

"It's A Shame For They..."

Sheamus walks out to a larger mixed reaction.

Michael Cole: Last week we saw Sheamus lose his chance to enter Money In The Bank at the hands of the Masterpiece.

Jerry Lawler: Sheamus was a big favourite going into that one, but we've seen it time and time again, no one can break the Masterlock.

Tyler Reks Vs Sheamus
The two men stare each other down. Sheamus can be seen shouting insults at Reks.
As they get face to face, Sheamus pushes away Tyler's face. Reks responds by landing a combination of big right hands which has Sheamus staggering backwards.
Sheamus eventually puts a hault to the assault by landing a big knee to the ribs of Reks.
The Dubliner grounds his opponent with forearms to his back and gets a side headlock.
Reks easily stands back to his feet and pushes Sheamus forward, forcing him to run off the ropes.
Before Reks gets a chance to counter, Sheamus lands a viscous double axe handle and pins him.

He then runs off the ropes himself as Reks flips around onto his front, forcing Sheamus to leap frog over him.
As Sheamus returns, Reks gets up and lifts him in a military body press, dropping him behind him quickly afterwards.
The crowd cheers the strength of the dreadlocked mystery man, who then goes for the pin.

Sheamus seems quite taken back by this, and looks to try some high risk moves to try and put the ressiliant opponent away.
He sheepishly heads up top, taking his time to avoid falling.
As he reaches the top, Tyler Reks staggers to his feet and manages to push Sheamus off of the turnbuckle, sending him crashing to the floor outside.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre is seen getting his head checked by a doctor.

Drew McIntyre: How's it lookin' doc?

Doctor: It's healing up nicley. You should be cleared to wrestle by next week.

Wade Barrett enters to harsh boos.

Wade Barrett: Give us a minute would you?

The doctor grabs his things and leaves.

Wade Barrett: We've got some business to discuss.

*The music starts and we can't hear what they are talking about*
*Alberto Del Rio and John Cena fued Promo*

Backstage, Mick Foley is seen clearing out an office. The crowd cheers as he appears on screen, but boos as Del Rio walks into the shot.

Mick Foley: Oh, hey, what's up.

Alberto Del Rio: My name is Alberto Del Rio.

Mick Foley: I already knew that.

*The crowd laughs*

Alberto Del Rio: I want you to do something about earlier, when Chris Masters interrupted me, and insulted me in front of the WWE universe.

Mick Foley: He insulted you? It's not like he tore half your ear off or put a dirty sock down your throat.

*The crowd once again appreciates the humor*

Alberto Del Rio: This isn't funny. What kind of show do you run where people can run around and just saw whatever they like?

Mick Foley: Wait, don't you have a match against him tonight?

Alberto Del Rio: That, that is not enough. He must pay for his disrespect.

Mick Foley: I tell you what, I'll give you the chance to make him pay yourself. Next week on Raw, you and Chris Masters can go one on one....

*Del Rio smiles and turns to leave the room*

Mick Foley:...in a submission match.

*Del Rio storms back around*

Alberto Del Rio:But it'll be one week away from Money In The Bank.

Mick Foley:I know. Have a nice day.

"Born To Win..."

Evan Bourne enters with a smile on his face. The crowd let out a good pop anticipating a good match. Bourne has a white bandage wrapped around his head.

Jerry Lawler: Here is Evan Bourne, exciting high flyer.

Jerry Lawler: Bourne comes out here with that bandage on his head. Who can forget the sickening attack by R-Truth last week.

*A video recap of R-Truth attacking Bourne with brass knucks in the hardcore match last week*

"The Truth Will Set You Free..."

JTG and R-Truth walk out to lots of heat. They both smile and laugh it off.

Michael Cole: I've never seen anything quite like what R-Truth did to Evan Bourne here last week.

Jerry Lawler: It's sickening. Thugs like him shouldnt be allowed the walk the street, let alone compete in a WWE ring.

Michael Cole: You seem to be forgetting that it was a hardcore match King. Anything goes. People get hurt. It happens.

Jerry Lawler: R-Truth was eliminated from the match. There was no need for him to attack Evan like that.

Evan Bourne Vs JTG w/R-Truth

The match starts with both men looking confident.
Bourne is condifent in his abillities and JTG is confident with his back up at ringside.

He stomps on the back of Bournes head, and waits until he gets up before landing a toe kick and getting him into a suplex position.
JTG lands a quick snap suplex and goes over and high fives Truth through the ropes.
The fans give a small boo, but JTG takes no notice and turns his attention back to Evan.

The referee eventually pulls him back, and Bourne collapses, not sitting in the corner.

Winner = Evan Bourne

In the locker room, Sheamus is holding his knee and talking with Wade Barrett, but we don't hear what it said.
The shot goes back to the commentary desk.

Michael Cole: Well lets talk a little bit about last week. Mick Foley shocked us with the blockbuster news that Raw was going hardcore.

Jerry Lawler: And that's an understatment. We watched a 6 man hardcore battle royale, which was won by Drew McIntyre.

Michael Cole: I don't think he got long to celebrate King. Immediatley after he won the match, CM Punk ran out and smashed a florecant lightbulb across his head and pinned him to take the title. Remember, Mick Foley brought the title back under the controversial 24/7 rules, so anybody can pin for the title at literally any time. All they need is a referee.

Jerry Lawler: CM Punk seems to have other plans though. He has aquired the services of Brodus Clay and Husky Harris, and is now using the new tag champions as bodyguards.

"Say It To My Face..."

Alex Riley comes out, sliding into the ring in street clothes. He ass for a mic.

Alex Riley: Punk, I'm here to call you out. I'm not going to catch you off guard backstage. I want you out in the ring, one on one, for the Hardcore Title.

"This Fire Burns..."

CM Punk comes out, the Two Man Wrecking Crew following close behind. The Hardcore Title is around his waist and he has a mic in hand.

Alex Riley: I said one on one. Send the girls backstage and me and you can settle this.

CM Punk: I'm a valiant champion, and I'm looking to make this place fun again, so yeah, me and you, mano e mano, toe to toe, head to head. But as for Clay and Harris? You do know my titles are on the line 24/7 right? Thats for 24 hours, 7 days a week. It's ALWAYS on the line. So after I come down there and kick your head off, who's to stop the Iron Sheik from coming down and catching me off guard? Who's to stop Mike Tyson from starring in comedy moves and coming down for a pop at this title? No, they 'enforce' the action, and we create it. Now get a ref out here.

CM Punk heads down to the ring as Alex Riley gets fired up. Brodus Clay and Husky Harris surround the ring as a referee runs out.

Alex Riley Vs CM Punk w/Two Man Wrecking Crew
Hardcore Title Match

CM Punk slides into the ring and the referee follows.
Riley quickly spears Punk to the ground and begins landing punches.
Punk rolls out the ring, but Riley quickly follows.
Trying to get a little time to think, Punk walks around to the next side of the ring, but Riley runs up behind him and throws him head first into the guardrail.
Husky Harris walks over and Riley squares up to him.
The two exchange words, and eventually Riley turns his attentions back to Punk.
Quickly CM leaps up, dragging A-Ri down, head first into the guardrail.
Punk has a little time to compose himself and get his bearings.
He looks under the ring and pulls out a steel pipe.
Punk begins spinning and twisting it around in his hand, methodically waiting for Alex Riley to get to his feet.
When he does, Punk strikes him into the ribs, before smashingit into his back.
Punk laughs to Harris, with an heir of "That's how it's done".
He throws Alex Riley back into the ring and enters after.
Riley gets onto his knees and leans up, only to catch a stiff kick to the chest.
CM Punk wants to finish it, and picks him up and puts him onto his shoulders.
Just before he hits the GTS, Riley slips out the back, and pushes CM Punk's back away from him.
Punk turns around quickly, but Riley catches him with a Spear, immediatley pinning.

The crowd let out a big pop as Riley has won his first title in the WWE.

Winner = Alex Riley New Hardcore Champion

Alex Riley stands up, but before he can be given the title, the Wrecking Crew enters the ring and begin beating on Riley. They continuously stomp on him until CM Punk gets to his feet. When Punk is up, he pushes Brodus Clay away, telling Harris to pick him up. Punk hesitates with a sinister look on his face, before picking up Riley onto his shoulders and landing the Go To Sleep. Punk looks to the referee, and once again says "Count It", pinning Alex Riley. 1, 2.....3! Punk once again steals the Hardcore Championship and walks out the winner. Jerry Lawler complains about how Alex Riley won the match and should be the champion.
Winner = CM Punk New Hardcore Champion

*Money In The Bank Promo*
*Commertial Break*

"End of Days..."

Wade Barrett comes out to decent heat. He looks all business and focused for the task at hand.

Michael Cole: This is the bare knuckle boxer from Manchester, England. Wade Barrett comes out and he looks like he's got something on his mind.

Jerry Lawler: I wonder what Barrett has planned. He's been seen talking to multiple superstars backstage.

Michael Cole: It's just him mingling with other members of the Raw Roster. He's new around here, he's looking to make some friends.

Jerry Lawler: For some reason, I doubt it.

"*Mexican Insturments*..."

Alberto Del Rio returns in his expensive car. He gets a lot of heat and is introduced by Ricardo Rodriguez.

Jerry Lawler: They say that there's so much grease in Del Rio's hair that John Travolta could be dancing out of it any minute.

Michael Cole: You're just jealous. You're jealous because Del Rio is wealthy, successful, and in the prime of his career, while you're a broke has-been.

Jerry Lawler: More like a never will be.

"Overdrive..."

Chris Masters comes out to a decent pop. He seems fueled by main eventing on Raw and eager to impress.

Jerry Lawler: I'll tell you one thing Cole, Chris Masters has been very impressive latley, and I wouldn't doubt that he'll come out of Money In The Bank with the breifcase.

Michael Cole: There's no doubt that he's been on somewhat of a roll latley, but how can you favor him to win the match when The Miz is entering? The Miz won it last year, and he'll win it again this year. Mark my words.

"My Time Is Now..."

The crowd erupts as the WWE Champion comes out. He seems unphased and confident as ever.

Michael Cole: The WWE Champion, John Cena, as always captivating the crowd.

Jerry Lawler: I wouldn't like to be Del Rio at Money In The Bank, because John Cena has had just about enough of him.

Wade Barrett & Alberto Del Rio Vs Chris Masters & John Cena
The bell rings with Cena and Barrett starting the action.
They two men tie up, with Cena scoring a headlock takedown.

The referee pulls him away and has a word with him.
Wade Barrett goes back in with a couple of big knees to the stomach of Cena, before Alberto Del Rio tags himself in.
Barrett seems angry that Del Rio wouldnt ask for the tag, but Alberto isn't phased.
Del Rio kicks Cena in the gut twice, before taking him to the centre of the ring and snapmaring him into a seated position.
Del Rio then follows up the attack with his farmiliar dropkick to the back of his head.

Del Rio rolls back and lands on his feet, quickly tagging Wade Barrett back into the action.
Again Wade doesent seem to like being out of the loop with the tags, but he gets back in to face John Cena.
The two aim to lock up, and Barrett kicks him in the stomach instead.
Barrett lifts him in a suplex, holding his opponent high in the air for an extra second, before landing the big move.
Wade again brings back up Cena, and lands a scoop slam, before going for the pin.

Alberto quickly gets up, but Cena runs off the ropes and lands a jumping shoulder block.

Barrett manages to get a knee into his stomach, and runs off the opposing ropes.
As he returns, Masters ducks down and grabs his legs.
He then leans back and launches Barrett over the ropes.
As he gets tangled on the top rope for a second, Del Rio tags himself in off of Barrett's back.
The referee sees the tag but Masters doesen't, as he is still facing the other direction.
As Masters comes over to the ropes to follow Barrett outside, Del Rio grabs his arm and jumps off the apron.
Masters bounces back in pain, rolling around and holding his arm, while Del Rio looks out to the fans with a smug grin before entering the ring.
Del Rio continues the attack on Masters' arm by stomping on it, and getting him into an armbar.
Masters finally manages to get to a vertical base, but Del Rio spins out of the arm bar, still holding Chris Masters' wrist, and lands his double knee armbreaker, which again has Masters rolling around in pain.
Del Rio lifts Masters by the arm and signals that once again he will go for the Cross Arm-Breaker.
As he spins around, yet again he is reversed, this time being caught in the Masterlock.
Panicing, Del Rio wriggles his legs frantically, kicking John Cena in the face.
Cena tries to get in but the referee stops him.
Del Rio quickly manages to get his legs over the top rope on his team's side of the ring, and manages to slip out over the ropes, forcing Masters to release the submission.
With Masters leaning over the ropes to Del Rio, who is still outside, Barrett out of nowhere lands a big boot to the side of his head from the ring apron.
John Cena sees this, but the referee is still stopping him from getting in the ring, so Cena jumps down off the apron and begins chasing Barrett around the ring and then up the ramp.
Del Rio sees Masters out cold inside the ring, and slides in, locking in the Cross Arm-Breaker.
Masters tries to fight out, and reaches for the ropes.
His arm is a tiny big away from the ropes, but he can't reach and is forced to tap.

Del Rio and Barrett win the match by submission, and John Cena turns back to the match just as the bell is ringing.
Cena seems dissappointed in himself for chasing Barrett away, while Del Rio continues to lock in the Cross Arm-Breaker, weakening his opponent for next week's submission match.
Cena slides back into the ring on the far side of Del Rio, and eventually he releases the hold and kicks Chris Masters away.
Del Rio stands up to celebrate, but he is caught by Cena who lifts him onto his shoulders for the AA.
Alberto manages to get his hands onto the ropes and pulls himself over onto the outside, and runs up the ramp.
Cena looks on as a disgruntled Del Rio runs up the ramp, and mouths "You can't run forever".

Winner = Wade Barrett & Alberto Del Rio

Jerry Lawler: That was dispicable. Wade Barrett illegally hit Chris Masters from behind.

Michael Cole: He won the match, and that's all that matters.

Jerry Lawler: John Cena had him running all the way home to his butlers.

Michael Cole: That's all from us ladies and gentlemen, we hope you enjoyed tonight's episode and we hope you tune in next week, for Monday Night Raw

*Show Ends*

Ezekiel Jackson Speaks Out
Last week Randy Orton RKOed Jackson after Ezekiel cost him a match against Christian. Ezekiel Jackson will address why he got involved, and Orton's actions following.

Two More Qualification Matches Take Place This Week
The four men hoping to enter Money In The Bank are Trent Barretta, Cody Rhodes, Rey Mysterio and Kane. Last week Kane chokeslammed the Intercontinental champion after their match. The Hardcore Title is up for Grabs
CM Punk defends his strap against Jimmy Uso. The Usos were impressive in the 3-way tag team titles match, and CM Punk's new affiliation with the current tag champs, The Wrecking Crew, has seen him fight off Alex Riley through controversial methods. This is Uso's chance to make his way up the ladder. Will the moment get to him?

i like the show a lot. personally i dont like the space between the numbers for the counts makes the match not seem to flow as well due to the constant scrolling. i like how you give the show a real tv feel with the commentators interaction and crowd reactions.

will be interesting to see how you go with making Masters a main eventer he was at that level a few years back but didnt work will be interesting to see if you can keep him at that level.

the truth and jtg team could be a good blend but dont want to see r truth suffer singles ranking wise as i feel he can go up a level.

smackdown sounds like it is going to be interesting but pushing someone like the uso's to a singles title reign is very different but could be something hidden in there and use them as a distraction

i will continue to follow and try to help you out with any pointers when i can

"Do You Know Your Enemy..."

The crowd lets out a roar in awe of the fireworks as Friday Night Smackdown begins.

Matt Striker: This place is going wild. My name is Matt Striker and I'm here with 6 time world champion; Booker T.

Booker T: Yo you right Matt, dis' place gettin' live tonigh' fow sho.

Matt Striker: Tonight we bring you more of the action from the Money In The Bank qualifyers. Booker, who do you for such a difficult match up?

Booker T: Who do I like? Man we only gat two people in it so far.

Matt Striker: Well last week we say Daniel Bryan and Sin Cara qualify, and tonight we see Trent Barretta take on Cody Rhodes, and Rey Mysterio go up against the Big Red Monster Kane.

Booker T: That'll be one helluva match Matt, and I think I gotta go wit d' Monster Kane. I know it's a lil' controversial ta go wit da bigger guy, but Kane is straight cold man. He got all dem flames and he still ice cold Matt.

"This Right Here's What You Call Domination..."

Ezekiel Jackson walks out, not dawning his usual grin. He seems angry and doesen't address the fans as he walks down the ramp.

Booker T: Man, Big 'Zeik aint in no mood fow games tonigh'.

Matt Striker: And with good reason Book. Lets take you back to last week to the events that took place at the end of the main event match up between Christian, and the World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton.

*Video Recap from Last Week on Smackdown*

Video of Christian going for the Killswitch, and Orton countering it and pushing him into the referee, knocking him out.
Orton begins beating on the ground, going for the RKO, but Christian reverses it and lands a dropkick.
Christian leaves the ring to get a chair and begins beating it against the ground.
Ezekiel Jackson comes out and takes the chair from Christian, and the referee wakes up and calls for the bell.
Christian leaves, celebrating his win, and Jackson looks bemused.
Randy Orton gets up holding the back of his head, and hits Ezekiel with an RKO, before leaving the arena.
The video ends with the look of anger on Jackson's face as he watches Orton walk up the ramp.

Back in the ring, Ezekiel has finished watching the video on the titantron, and rubs his face and looks away from it.

Ezekiel Jackson: [i]Two weeks ago on Smackdown, me and Randy Orton teamed up against The Corre. We won the match, well actually, I won the match, but that's not important. What is important is that when I extended a hand to Orton, he walked away. Now that's obviously disrespect, and I don't deal well with disrespect! But I let that one slide, you're the champ, you've never done anything to offend me before, I gave you a free pass. But last week, I see Christian, this arrogant, stuck up EX- World Champion, trying to pull a fast one to get himself another shot at the title, a shot that I deserved. I came out, and stopped Christian from bashing Orton's skull in. Now iono if the referee saw something different, but Christian somehow walked out the winner. Now if it isn't bad enough that Christian gets a title shot instead of me, but Orton decided that he would RKO me!

Small cheer for the RKO

Ezekiel Jackson: Now I don't know who the hell you think you are Orton, and I couldn't care less about that little winey bitch Christian, but you dare to RKO me? You dare to RKO Ezekiel Jackson?! I tell you what Orton, next time you even think...

"Go!..."

Christian comes out to a lot of heat and stands on the stage with a mic.

Christian:Arrogant, stuck up, winey bitch? Really 'Zeik? Cause from where I'm standing, you couldn't even hack it with The Corre, and now you're trying to sneak your way into the title picture. Now I'm not exactly best friends with Randy Orton, infact I think he's a complete jackass, but he aint a stupid guy. You tried to buddy up to him, become his new best friend, and the first time he got the chance, he RKOed you, putting you right back in your place.

Ezekiel Jackson: How about you come into this ring and say that to my face?

The crowd cheers and Christian looks out to them. He nods his head and walks down towards the ring, taking his jacket off as he walks. He gets right next to the apron and stops.

Christian: Actually, wait, I almost forgot, I have a World Heavyweight title match to be resting for. So if you don't mind, I think I'll pass.

The crowd now starts booing heavily at Christian, who doesen't seem to care.

"It's The MacMillitant"

A good pop circles the arena as Teddy Long comes out. The fans anticipate that he will offer a resolve to the situation.

Teddy Long: Now listen here playas, I understand that you are angry 'Zeik, but you can't go fighting through the locker room to get out some aggression. And Christian, when I gave you that match, I expected dat you would treat d' oppertunity with dignity and respect, but instead you were lookin' to break the rules n' steal it. Now ah gat a good solution to this issue. Tonight, in our main event, Ezekiel Jackson, goes one on one with Christian. Holla!

The fans cheer as the GM leaves. Christian is upset with the decision and Ezekiel is finally showing his trademark grin.

*Money In The Bank Promo*

When we return to the ring, Trent Barretta is walking around the ring, preparing for his match up.

"Whoa! You're Only Smoke And Mirrors"

Cody gets a lot of heat from the fans, but he seems oblivious to it. He is smiling and clearly doesen't rate his opponent..

Matt Striker: How do you feel about these two men in Money In The Bank?

Booker T: Listen here Matt, Trent Barretta is an athletic, high flyin', all risk or no reward kinda fighter. Put him in wit dose ladders, and be;lieve me dis kid'll fly. Now Cody Rhodes on d oda hand is methodical, intelligent, and will wait for his moment to strike and snatch dat breifcase. Both dese competitors would make for great entrys into the Money In The Bank match.

Matt Striker: But only one can enter.

Booker T: You said it Matt.

Trent Barretta Vs Cody Rhodes
Money In The Bank Qualification Match

The match starts and Barretta begins circling Rhodes.
He is keeping his distance from his opponent who is known to use good grappling skills.
The two finally aim to lock up, with Rhodes sliding around to the back.
Instead of attack, Rhodes just slaps him in the back of the head and pushes him away.
Barretta looks pissed and Rhodes smiles. The crowd give Rhodes heat for his arrogance.
A more focused Barretta locks up again, with Rhodes getting a side headlock before landing the takedown.
For a minute Barretta tries to fight out of it.
He manages to stand up a bit before Rhodes slams him back down onto his head, maintaining the hold.
After some time, Barretta finally manages to free his head and do a kick up.
Rhodes scrambles to his feet, but Trent gets him with a back kick to the gut.
The Dudebuster then runs off the ropes, but Cody spins around and lands a hard discus clothesline.
Cody Rhodes looks for the win and covers.

Trent Barreta manages to get a shoulder up at the last moment.
The Dashing One then picks up his lifeless opponent and places him in the corner.
Cody begins teeing off with fast combinations of elbows to the head of Barreta.
The referee pulls him back, and Cody takes a moment to rub his face, displaying his 'dashing qualities' to the crowd, who let out several boos as a result.
As he gets back to the match, Trent reverses the position, coming out of the corner and putting Rhodes into it instead.
Barreta climbs up and starts raining down punches.
The crowd begin counting. "1, 2, 3..."
He gets all the way to 10, before leaning back and attempting a monkey flip.
It succeeds, and sends Cody high into the air before crashing into the ground.
Cody rolls outside to get a minute to himself to recooperate.
He goes over to the announce desk and slaps Matt Strikers drink off of the table.
Barreta takes advantage of this moment by going for a high risk move.
He runs over to the corner and quickly climbs up top, instantly JUMPING OFF ONTO HIS OPPONENT.
The crowd let out a big cheer and Trent gets back to his feet and yells out to them.
Barreta picks up Cody and throws him back into the ring, climbing onto the apron himself.
As Rhodes struggles to find his feet, Trent springboards in, looking for his trademark Dudebuster DDT.
He lands onto Rhodes and they spin around, but Cody manages to use his strength to stay on his feet and keep Barreta elevated.
Cody stretches back up before landing a devastating modified alabama slam.

Cody collapses down for the cover.

Kick Out.

Barreta once again gets a shoulder up, and the crowd cheer for him.
Rhodes seems a little discouraged, and for a second he complains to the ref.
'Dashing' tries a different approach, and locks in a figure 4 leg lock onto his opponent.
Barreta is clearly in a lot of pain, and on the referee's blind side, Rhodes uses the ropes as extra leverage.
Trent sways to the side, but Rhodes manages to stay on his back.
He does this another two times, before finally managing to reverse the hold and lock in a submission of his own.
The referee now sees Cody holding the ropes, this time on the other side of the submission, and breaks the hold.
As the two men get back to their feet, Rhodes looks for a punch.
Barreta rolls under it and jumps off the ropes for a springboard clothesline.
Cody manages to get his head down and duck the punch, and again Barreta rolls through onto his feet.
Rhodes is the one who spingboards this time, connecting perfectly with the Beautiful Disaster.
Rhodes looks for the cover.

Cody Rhodes pulls off the victory and enters MITB. He stands up and smiles confidently, but we can tell that he is surprised by the challenge that Barreta made to his oppertunity.

*Don't Try This At Home Promo*
*Commercial Break*

We cut back to the interview set where Todd Grishim is standing by.

Todd Grishim: Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome my guest at this time, the World Heavyweight Champion, The Viper Randy Orton.

*A large pop echos from the crowd*

Todd Grishim: Randy, last week on Smackdown Ezekiel Jackson cost you your match against Christian. Due to the match stipulations, you will now face Christian at Money In The Bank. What are your comments on this?

Randy Orton: You see Todd, it really doesn't matter who you put in front of me. Man, woman or child, I'll look them straight in the eye, and do what needs to be done. Christian hides behind a team of snot nosed lawyers, but Ezekiel Jackson isn't much different. Ezekiel Jackson hides behind a false grin, not admitting to the fact that like I, he will do whatever he must to win this World Heavyweight Championship...MY heavyweight championship.

*A large pop echos from the crowd*

Randy Orton: The thing is, Ezekiel Jackson doesn't want to face me. Ezekiel Jackson, is afraid to face me. Ezekiel Jackson's fear, mixed with his ambition, makes it much more advantagous for him to beat Christian for the title, instead of me. So this is a warning, a warning to Ezekiel that no matter who I face at Money In The Bank, you won't be there to cost me my World Heavyweight Title. You won't even be there to watch it live, because Ezekiel Jackson, I will take you out and cost you the same as you have cost me.

The shot fades with a close up of Orton's face.

"Alga..."

Jimmy Uso, accompanied by Jey Uso, comes out out to a small pop. The do their usual Samoan siva tau which receives a good pop afterwards.

Matt Striker: Jimmy Uso will have a shot at some gold here tonight as he goes one on one with the Hardcore Champion, CM Punk.

Booker T: Dis a great chance fow dis young cat to get his name put into da mix. Da Usos are a great tag team an' now we gonna see how Jimmy can do on his own.

"This Fire Burns..."

CM Punk walks out with the Hardcore Title to a lot of heat. Behind him, the Wrecking Crew follows expressionless.

Booker T: What business does Brodus Clay an' Husky Harris have comin' out here?

Matt Striker: Well Jey Uso is out here too.

Booker T: Iono man, I just cayn't trust dose guys. I think Punk can handle himself on his own an' he don't need dese guys standin' behiynd 'um.

Matt Striker: I kind of understand where he's coming from though Book. The title is under 24/7 rules. That means anybody at anytime can come out here and take that belt away from him. He's just keeping some insurance.

Booker T: Was it insurance last week when dey stole dat belt from my man Alex Riley?

*Video Recap from Last Week on Raw*

Alex Riley counters the GTS and lands the spear.
He pins and beats CM Punk, winning the Hardcore Title.
The Wrecking Crew enter the ring and attack Alex Riley.
CM Punk then hits him with a GTS and wins the title back.

Hardcore Title Match

He looks for his trademark knockout Roundhouse Kick, but Jimmy manages to slip under it and run off the ropes.
He has a lot of momentum when he returns and and leaps in the air landing a massive flying forarm clothesling.
He rolls through and gets up yelling "Come On!" to the crowd, who cheer for the twin.
Jimmy leaves the ring and his brother, Jey, backs up.
He looks under the ring and begin pulling out weapons.
A stop sign is drags out and thrown into the ring, before a trashcan filled with kendo sticks and metal trays joins it.
Jimmy gets back onto the apron and Punk runs across the ring, elbowing him in the face and knocking him back to the floor outside.
CM takes a kendo stick from the tradecan and lifts it up as if he were examining it.
He then goes to the outside, and slaps it off the back of Uso.
Jey is forced to look on as Punk begins landing shot after shot onto his opponent's back with the kendo stick.
The hardcore champ lands hits until the stick is visabley damaged.
He discards the weapon and picks up the broken samoan.
He brings him over to the announcers side of the ring and slams his head against the desk.
Punk then flings Uso into the steel steps.
Brodus Clay is near by, and CM Punk shouts to him "I hope you're learning something".
As Punk turns to face Jimmy, Uso manages to jump up and land a dropkick to his knee, leaving the champ to crash head first into the steel steps.
He sells the move well and the crowd let out a small gasp.
Jey can be seen cheering on his brother in the background as Jimmy slides Punk back into the squared circle.
He joins him inside and picks up the stop sign.
He waits for Punk to get back to his feet, and smashes the stop sign into his head, crippling his opponent.

As he lifts Punk, Husky Harris quickly gets up onto the apron.
Uso drops Punk down and superkicks Harris off the apron, leaving him to crash onto the floor outside.
As he turns, this time Punk quickly catches him onto his own shoulders, dropping him onto his knee, landing the GTS.

Clay seems confused and the two stare off for a moment, with Harris trying to get inbetween them.
Out of nowhere, Jey Uso slides into the ring with a chair, and the 3 men quickly get out of dodge and walk up the ramp.
Jey checks on his brother and we can hear Husky Harris saying "You're lucky".
Winners = CM Punk

Backstage, Daniel Bryan is seen walking to the ring, and he gets a decent pop.

*Sin Cara Promo*
*Commercial break*

We return to see Tyson Kidd warming up and speaking out to the crowd.

"Ride of the Valkyries..."

The crowd cheer as Daniel Bryan comes out. He has a silent confidence and we see a crowd sign with a picture of Bryan locking in the LeBell Lock.

Booker T: Das mah man D-Bryan righ' dere.

Matt Striker: Daniel Bryan is one of the three competitors already qualified for Money In The Bank. Earlier tonight we saw Cody Rhodes join both him and Sin Cara in the innovative match up.

Tyson Kidd Vs Daniel Bryan
The match begins and the two technical wrestlers square off.
The two raise their arms for a test of strength grapple.
They grab each others hands, and it seems very even with both struggling in the middle.
Kidd suddenly ops to abandon the test and gets a knee to Bryan's stomach, then landing a hard spinning neck breaker.
He goes for the pin.

Kick Out.

Bryan kicks out fast, but is quickly caught in a chin lock.
Kidd cranks on it, and Bryan is in pain but still seems composed.
We can see Daniel's hand move to try and find an opening, and eventually he does.
He grabs one of Kidd's wrists and spins out.
This leaves him behind kid, still holding his arm, perfect position for the LeBell Lock.
As Bryan tries to sink it in, Tyson scrambles over to the ropes and gets his free arm onto them.
The referee puts a halt to the submission and Daniel Bryan gets back to his feet.
Kidd also stands up, but looks to be a little frustrated early.
Once again Daniel tries to lock up, but Kidd catches him in a stiff side headlock.
Bryan tries to get advantage and lifts Tyson for a back body drop, but the elusive Kidd manages to roll back onto his feet.
In a quick series of moves, Kidd clubs the back of Bryan's legs and goes for a cover.
Daniel Bryan kicks out before a 1 count, and both men get up to their feet fast.
Bryan leg trips Tyson and jumps to his head for a side headlock of his own.
Kidd manages to slip out fast and gets Daniel into a hammerlock.
Bryan quickly runs up off the ropes and lands behind Kidd, then lands a great dropkick which sends Kidd tumbling through the ropes to the floor outside.
The crowd cheers for Bryan and the quick succession of fluid moves which happened just before.
Daniel takes a second to soak in the cheers, before quickly snapping off into the ropes and landing a suicide dive out onto Tyson.
The American Dragon gets back to his feet and and hits the hands of the fans in the front row who are on their feet for the superstar.
Bryan eventually throws Kidd back into the ring and goes for a pin.

Kick Out.

The Canadian just manages to kick out of the pinning predicament.
Bryan lands a few stomps onto Kidd to keep him down and goes up top.
Kidd was not stunned however, and he runs quickly up to the top rope and lands a massive belly to belly off the top tope.
Bryan looks to be out cold, and Kidd just about stumbles back up to a vertical base.
He walks over and yells "It's Done!" before grabbing Daniel's legs, looking for the Sharpshooter.
With his legs raised, Tyson looks out to the crowd for a brief second.
This proves costly, as using just his legs, Bryan manages to get down Kidd and lock in the LeBell lock.
Tyson is in a lot of pain, and quickly taps out.

Daniel Bryan stands up and gets his arm raised. When Tyson Kidd gets back to his feet, Bryan offers him a handshake, which he accepts before rolling out the ring and letting Bryan have his moment.

Winner = Daniel Bryan

Matt Striker: A great win for Daniel Bryan, but what about Tyson Kidd?

Booker T: Tyson Kidd is a real underrated prospect in the WWE. He gave it his all here an' dis one coulda went either way.

Matt Striker: Well two weeks ago here on Smackdown we saw the tag team of The Big Show and Kane implode.

Booker T: You ain' kiddin' Matt. Big Show jus' flipped an' took his agressions out by flattening The Big Red Monster.

Matt Striker: Tonight Kane takes on Rey Mysertio for a place in the Money In The Bank match. Last year, Kane won Money In The Bank and cashed in on the same night, beating Myserio for the World Heavyweight Championship. Also last week, Kane attacked Mysterio, costing them their tag team match. Lets look at the events which took place.

*Video Recap from the last two week on Smackdown*

Video of Kane throat thrusting Christian, costing Big Show his match.
Kane protests to the referee, and Show looks disappointed.
Kane appologizes, and Big Show hits him with the WMD, which the video dramatically replays.
The week after, it shows the tag team match.
Some moves such as Kane's big boot are shown, and we see Rey Mysterio tag in Kane, prompting Show to run over, tag in Rhodes, and leave the match.
Kane looks on, as Mysterio comes over to get his attention back onto the match.
Kane instantly grabs Rey by the throat and choke slams him, before leaving the ring and following Show up the ramp.
Rhodes picks up the lifeless Rey and hits the Cross Rhodes, winning the match.
The show ends with Rey layed out with Kane walking at the top of the ramp.

"Booyaka, Booyaka..."

A high pitched pop floods the stands as Rey Mysterio comes out. He seems unphased by the events last week and ready for action. He has the Intercontinental Title on his shoulder.

"*BOOM!*..."

Kane comes out to a big mixed reaction. The crowd don't know what to think and Kane doesn't seem focused on them anyways.

Rey Mysterio Vs Kane
Money In The Bank Qualification Match

The match begins with Rey looking very focused to go against his much larger opponent.
Kane stands still, starting straight at Rey, with his arms by his side.
Rey looks confused, as Kane turns around and leaves the ring over the top rope.
The crowd boo as the Big Red Machine walks up the stage.
The referee counts to 10, as Rey looks disappointed.

Suddenly, jumping over the guardrail and sliding into the ring, Cody Rhodes attacks Rey Mysterio from behind.
He lands an elbow to the back of the unsuspecting Mexican's head.
Rhodes then quickly lifts him up, landing the Cross Rhodes.
The crowd give out a lot of heat, as Rhodes seems very pleased with himself.

Winner = Rey Mysterio

*Money In The Bank Promo*
*Commercial Break*

"Go!..."

Christian enters to a lot of heat. The fans really dislike him and it seems to get to him slightly.

Matt Striker: Christian will be looking to get his back his World Title at Money In The Bank.

Booker T: Christian got experience man. He knows what it takes to win. Randy Ort'n took him las' time, but who knows what'll happen when dey step into dat ring d next time, you know wha' i'm sayin?

"This Right Here's What You Call Domination..."

Ezekiel Jackson enters to an unfarmiliar pop. Being in the main event seems to excite him, and we get a feeling that he aims to hurt Christian.
A crowd sign is shown saying "I prey to the Book of Ezekiel".

Matt Striker: Ezekiel Jackson is one of the most intimmidating members of the Smackdown roster.

Booker T: You aint kiddin' Matt. Randy Ort'n is one scary dude, but I ono if he wants to be messin' wit Big 'Zeik.

"I Hear Voices..."

A loud pop is heard as unexpectedly, the World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton walks down to the announce desk. Both Jackson and Christian seem annoyed by his presence.

Matt Striker: I wonder what The World Heavyweight Champion is doing out here,

Booker T: Dis cayn't be good fow eida of dose guys. Ort'n'll face Christian at Money In Da Bank, defendin dat title, and Ort'n vowed to take Zeik out befow it.

Christian Vs Ezekiel Jackson Randy Orton Announcing
Christian looks to keep some distance from his powerhouse opponent.
He stands at range and attempts a few light kicks to try and guage it.
After a few, Jackson catches his leg and rushes him back.
Christian hops frantically before managing to drop down and get out of the ring, just before being put into the corner.
Ezekiel is grinning inside while Christian walks around the ring.
He catches eyes with Orton who is sitting silently beside the announce desk.
Christian has some words with the referee who tells Ezekiel to stand back and let Christian re-enter the match.
When he does, Captain Charisma seems confident that he can enter the match.
As he gets up on the apron, Ezekiel brushes past the referee and drags him in over the ropes.
In the background we see the referee give a warning for disregarding his rules.
Christian tries to crawl away on his hands and knees, but Jackson grabs his foot.
The big man pulls him back, sending Christian up in the air before landing on his stomach.
Jackson then drags Christian over to the corner and throws him into it.
Jackson lands two big body punches, before finishing the combination with a big right hand which levels Christian and sends him crashing to the floor.
Ezekiel turns around and lets out a roar, flexing his massive physique, which the fans respond to.
Christian rolls to the floor outside and tries to get a breather for himself.
Ezekiel follows outside and picks up Christian.
Using one hand, he throws his opponent straight into the guardrail.
Jackson looks across to his left, through the ring straight at Orton, before continuing his assault on Christian.
He throws him back into the ring and slowly gets back in himself.
As he is coming through the ropes, Christian manages to kick the middle rope, which is driven up into Jackson's groin and sees him collapse to the floor.
Seizing the oppertunity, Christian gets his head and puts it onto the bottom rope, standing on his face and using the top rope to force Jackson's neck down.
The ref counts to 4 before Christian releases the move.
He then runs off the opposing ropes, sliding out of the ring on his return and slapping Jackson in the face.
He takes this time to look out to the front row fans and say "I'm #1" which he gets some heat for.
He slides back in and tries a pin.

Kick Out.

Jackson bench pressed Christian off and sends him flying half way across the ring.
Christian seems taken back, and goes straight back on the attack with stomps to Ezekiel's leg.
As Jackson begins standing up through the stomps, Christian moves his attack to punches in the head.
Again, Jackson fights through, and manages to get up to a verticle base.
Christian is now teeing off with right hands which have little effect.
Ezekiel stands straight and smiles, which discourages Christian.
Christian throws another punch which Ezekiel blocks, responding with a big scoop slam.

Christian gets up quick, but is caught with another two scoop slams.
Yet again Ezekiel lets out a roar, this time with the crowd giving a much larger response.
He turns his attention back to his opponent and begins beating slowly on his chest, which the crowd suspect means that he is looking for the Book of Ezekiel.
Christian just about gets back onto his feet, and when he turns to Ezekiel he is terrified and backs off out of the ring.
Big Zeik isn't going to let him rest though; he follows Christian out and throws him right over the announce desk.
Christian lands on both Matt Striker and Randy Orton.
Ezekiel goes around the desk, while Booker T and Striker get out of the way.
As Ezekiel stands lifting Christian, Randy Orton comes face to face with him, fuming.
The referee is at a 5 count, with Jackson and Orton starting eye to eye with each other.
With Ezekiel standing behind the announce desk, and Christian on the floor, Christian takes advantage of the blind spot and low blows Ezekiel from behind.
As Zeik crashes to the floor, Christian just slides into the ring in time and the referee calls for the bell.
Ezekiel Jackson loses by count out.

By this time, Orton has taken a step back away, and Christian looks very pleased in getting his hand raised as the winner.
Ezekiel stands back up and realizes what has happened.
He slides into the ring to get revenge on Christian, but the winner slides out of the ring and begins jogging up the ramp.
Ezekiel Jackson can't belive what happens, and turns back to the referee to complain.
Before he can, Orton slides into the ring and hits him with an RKO.
Orton takes a second to look down at the unconcious Jackson, before leaving the ring to a silent crowd.
Winner = Christian

Smackdown ends with a close up of both Ezekiel and Orton, as once again Jackson lays angrily on the canvas watching Randy walk away.

*Show Ends*

I really Enjoyed Smackdown,

I like what your doing with Clay in particular i guess the route is that he will be using punk to establish himself them he will grow tiredsome of punk, and turn face thus winning the hardcore title, and that is when you will thrust punk into the main event. Orton character is really interesting and good to see, he seems to be in a more unpredictable state of mine, Which is great to read as being a big orton fan, when he is unpredictable and somewhere between that line of face and heel he is brilliant.

I am very interested to see where your going with the Kane character, As well as looking forward to an impending fued between Rhodes and Rey, which i think you could use to really put rhodes over as a credible heel. I am suprised the Big show didn't appear on the show, Even if it was just a promo boosting about knocking kane out with the WMD or something. All in all a great edition of smackdown.

i really enjoyed the show though i felt with teddy and booker that you kind of overdid the language that they used. but i could see what you were getting to with that.

for me i see Punk as a maineventer, doesn't mean he should be there all the time but putting him with harris and clay and making him face the uso's really takes away any credibility that he has. unless you're going to use him to push the other guys to the top of the show i really don't see the point.

the way that you have your character interaction is very good and the way that you seem to set up feuds is very good. rhodes and mysterio should be interesting as well as the continuing development of the big zeke and orton process

i hope with the signings of Lethal and Red you are either going to use them as a high flying tag team of some sort or re build the CruiserWeight division.

When I started this, CM Punk had just finished jobbing to Orton and had begun being in charge of Nexus. It was a big step up for him at that time, and the WWE did amazing in booking him afterwards so that will be something for me to aspire to match. And personally I hate the way Teddy Long and Booker speak, but I'm just typing it the way I imagine I'd hear them say it in my head.

Thanks to both of you, it's really good motivation knowing that people are reading.
