Match One - Number One Contendership for the WWF Tag Team Titles
APA vs. The Dudleys vs. Edge & Christian
Firmly in control, Farooq and Bradshaw maintain their momentum after eliminating the Dudleys. Edge attempts a spear on Bradshaw, but he narrowly dodges the attack, causing Edge to hit the turnbuckle hard. Bradshaw sets Edge up for the Clothesline from Hell, but Christian manages to negate the attack with a swift dropkick. Shaking off the head, Edge makes his way over the Bradshaw, delivering several kicks to the side and head before helping him to his feet with the aid of Christian. Hitting a hard double suplex on Bradshaw, Edge and Christian slowly find their way to their feet before being both knocked down by a harsh clothesline from Farooq. Taunting briefly to the crowd Farooq rolls Christian from the ring, and lifts Edge high in the air for a scoop slam. Bradshaw, finally up to his feet launches himself across the ropes and delivers a harsh leg drop to Edge. Taunting together, Farooq and Bradshaw turn their backs to Edge and Christian. Suddenly, Christian dives from the top turnbuckle, landing a dropkick on Bradshaw, knocking him out of the ring. Farooq is stunned briefly by the attack, long enough for Edge to roll him up in a school boy pin. And with the aid of Christian holding him down, Edge gets the pinfall over Farooq.
Coming down to the ring, Shawn Michaels and Triple H look more serious than they ever have. HBK still had a cast around his right arm from when DX attacked him. Entering the ring Triple H immediately tells the backstage crew to cut his music before powerfully taking center ring and looking harshly into the camera.
"First things first: Road Dogg, Ass Man. We're gunna get you back for what you did to Shawn eventually. But right now we have bigger fish to fry. Those fish are those under control of Mr. Vincent Kennedy McMahon. Or as they call themselves: The Corporation. Last week you gutless cowards attacked me so I wouldn't get the chance to beat Stone Cold for the WWF Title. All because you would rather Test or The Rock in the match instead of me, Well I'm not going to stand here and put up with your crap anymore and neither is anyone else. Tonight we're going to have ourselves a little 8 man tag team match. Test, you get your three finest from The Corporation, and I will round up the WWF Troops and we're going to settle this like men. So tonight, you better bring your A game. Cause if you don't, we're going to pick you to pieces."
Match Two - Non Title Match
Kurt Angle vs. William Regal
Suplexing Regal to the ground, Angle lowers both his straps and screams violently. He measures Regal for the Angle Slam, but before he can hit it, Jericho's theme music begins to play, causing Angle to turn to face the Titantron. Distracted by the music, The referee doesn't see Regal retrieve some brass knuckles from his trunks and hit Angle harshly across the back of his head. Regal throws the brass knuckles out of the ring and pins a lifeless Angle for the victory.
After the match Jericho makes his way down to the ring, declaring he will get vengeance on Angle for injuring him. Jericho then raises Regal's arm as they both leave with the European championship.
Coming down the ring alone, Kane wastes no time grabbing a microphone and calling out the Big Show. As The Big Show comes down to the ring, Kane stares daggers through him as the two giants finally meet face to face in the center of the ring. Blaming The Big show for their loss at Backlash, Kane challenges him to a match later in the night. Declaring that it was not his fault The Corporation interfered and cost them the match, The Big Show reluctantly accepts, much to the delight of Kane. The Big Show then reminds Kane that he has a lot of respect for Kane, extending his hand to him. Walking away without a word Kane waves to Show mockingly.
Match Three - WWF vs. The Corporation
The Hardys, The Godfather & Triple H w/ Shawn Michaels vs. T&A, Big Bossman & Ken Shamrock
Team WWF struggled the entire match, not finding the same cohesion that The Corporation did. Towards the end of the match Shamrock had control over Matt Hardy, suplexing him harshly in the center of the ring before dragging him effortlessly to his corner and tagging in Albert. Albert attempted a big boot but missed Hardy, causing him to trip. Hardy makes a mad dash for the tag, catching Triple H's hand. Triple H clotheslines Albert twice, before landing a hip toss on Test who tried to interfere. The Big Bossman tries to help but is caught with a vicious spinebuster. The Godfather runs in, taking out Ken Shamrock who was trying to sneak up on Triple H. Jeff Hardy then lines up Albert for the Swanton Bomb. Albert stumbles to his feet and right into a earth shattering Pedigree. Triple H pins Albert for the three count and Team WWF begin to celebrate in the center of the ring.
Cowardly running away, The Corporation look to Triple H and his team in the center of the ring as he taunts to them. Test grabs a microphone from nearby and declares this isn't the end, and challenges Triple H to a Lumberjack Match at Wrestlemania, which he accepts.
The Big Show vs. Kane
This battle of the Giants didn't last long. The Undertaker accompanied by Paul Bearer made an surprise appearance to the ring, causing both Kane and Show to be distracted countless times. Finally Kane would come close to beat Big Show, hitting the Tombstone Piledriver on him. Before he could get the pin though, Paul Bearer distracts Kane by ushering him over to the side of the ring, allowing Undertaker to sneak up behind Kane and attack him from behind. The referee calls for Big Show to be disqualified, as The Undertaker violently assaults Kane, finishing him off with a powerful chokeslam. The Undertaker taunts in the center of the ring as the carnage of giants lay motionless around him.
Main Event - Non Title Match
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Mankind w/ The Rock & Vince McMahon
After several interferences by The Rock and Vince McMahon, the referee tries to remove them both from ringside. Taunting to Mankind, Austin practically toys with him as he throws him from Turnbuckle to Turnbuckle. Austin points to The Rock as he holds the virtually lifeless Mankind's head up. Giving Mankind the finger before Stunning him, Stone Cold laughs arrogantly at The Rock and McMahon as they nervously look on at Mankind who lay lifeless in the ring. Austin takes his mind off Mankind, moving to the side of the ring that McMahon and Rock stand, taunting them both. As the referee tries to get Austin to return to the match, suddenly The Big Bossman appears from within the crowd, running into the ring and low blowing Austin. As McMahon distracts the Referee, The Big Bossman begins to attack Austin viciously with his nightstick before leaving the ring hastily. Mankind finally makes it to his feet, just as the referee turns around. He taunts to the crowd, retrieving Mr. Socko from his pants and attacking Austin. Austin struggled for a few moments before tapping on Mankind's arm, signaling he submitted. Immediately after the bell had rung, The Rock, Bossman and McMahon all returned to the ring, as Mankind held the submission on Austin, causing him to violently sway.
Tapping Mankind on the shoulder, McMahon smiled deviously. The Big Bossman began to assault Austin again with his nightstick. The Rock grabs a microphone from outside the ring and begins laughing at Austin. The Rock then challenges Austin to a match at Wrestlemania. Vince McMahon takes the mic from The Rock and on behalf of Austin accepts the match. He then declares the match will be a two out of the three falls match, with no disqualifications.
The Corporation raise their hands high as The Rock retrieves the WWF Championships Belt and raises it. He then violently throws it at Austin, before leaving the ring with his team mates.
Raw comes to an end as Austin looks up from the canvas to see The Rock, McMahon and The Corporation on the WWF Stage, raising their arms and laughing.
