Okay, I've stumbled across a problem that I've discussed with a couple of people, but it seems that they're just as clueless as I am with regards to finding a way around it. I'm still with my ROH project, it's just going slowly but I'm enjoying the writing and I'm confident that I'm going to stick with it (and you can still post predictions for Honor Nation, link is in my sig...
). For those of you who aren't familiar with my roster, one of the most beloved babyfaces I have is a crazed masked man called Delirious, and I'm really struggling to write his promos, and his promos are important as they are one of his selling points and one of the reasons he is adored so much by the fans... It's just that his promos are a little... Unique? Off center? Different? I don't know, take a look for yourself and call it what you want.
It's not the content that I'm struggling with - And yes, it's not just him screaming, there is actual content with actual words that are somewhat relevant to his character and direction - It's more the delivery I'm struggling with, and how I convey and create the promos through writing. I don't just want to have to recap them whilst I write everyone elses' out in full, especially because I'm very happy and looking forward to the direction I'll be taking him in. So how would you write him?
Any ideas are better than none, which is currently what I have.
