Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

Here ya go. Though Matt Hardy might be Smackdown! I don't know, there seemed to be some controversy about putting him on Raw or not in the wiki conversations...

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

Do people format each segment of the show as they go along? Or just write the show and format it all at once? I've tried both methods for my current NXT project because the shows are only an hour, and they both seem to work for shorter shows.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

I used to do it all in one go after I finished writing, and that took an age. Ever since you told me you done it segment by segment, I've been doing it that way. Be proud.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

I've always done it as I go along, but it's annoying to spell check because it'll always point out the grammatical mistakes with the coding. I've never tried doing it all in one, I might try it eventually. Who knows. Whatever works, works, amirite?

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

Ill do the formatting as I'm writing. But it's a waste because I have to fix it again once I post it in the reply box.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

Quick recap? As in very basic results with little information? Not a big fan of that, the normal recap format that I'm used to seeing and it's what I prefer, includes detail but gets to the point quicker than a full show would. Full shows, as a reader can sometimes end up being a bit of a drag, sometimes it's like reading a short story which is why I changed up my format from full shows to doing recaps/extended recaps and decided to give full show privileges to PPV's.

Still, full shows have a lot of quality to them and I in no way want to knock those who do do them.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread

I do full shows because it works well for me. I may make them a little quicker as time goes on, if people find full a bit of a drag. I like to be very detailed with mine though.
