Sounds like a complete waste of time if your shows are going to be extremely similar to the WWE's shows.

To be fair, is it acceptable to book anyone else to win? In my (quite possibly naive) opinion, if you're not a thuroughly established booker here (along the lines of Wolfy/Legend/Mac/DC/Alcho etc) and you have someone other than those 'Big Five' win, you get grilled with being 'unrealistic' (and judging from the comments, not even they're safe). Even if it's someone somewhat believable, like RVD, Kennedy, or even Christian, it gets hit with the whole 'they wouldn't really win it' feedback from folks.
In the viewpoint of less-established bookers, I can easilly see why they keep the same folks winning it. If a guy as great a booker as Mac is/was and he made a guy outside of the 'Big Five' (Kennedy) win the whole thing and it still got this much heat for it, then of course a not-as-highly-regarded booker isn't gonna take that much of a chance. Now I'm not saying that we should all have AJ Styles some out of nowhere and win the Royal Rumble with absolutely zero build (

), but is it seen where I'm coming from...? I don't fear negative backlash, but if possible, I would like to avoid it. Or am I just that much of a pussy...?
I know we all strive to think outside the box here and have it the way we want it, and I know the section endorses said mindset, but quite frankly, after reading some of this, I can easily see why some people don't. And yes, leeroy, this is something we (or at least me, I'll try not to speak for everybody) do for ourselves, but you'd be kidna an ignorant writer to say the words of others don't impact the way you do things, even if it is for yourself.
...*sigh*. Feel free to bash, I guess
