If the storyline makes sense than go for it.
And about the activity, it may not be booming but the section has been through worse periods. Activity goes up and down like a roller coaster.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread
Anyone ever thought of trying to make a superstar the "master" of a match type or weapon? For example, Triple H is known for the sledgehammer, Undertaker for Hell in a Cell matches (Trips too), Edge is the TLC master, but what about trying to make Randy Orton the king of Last Man Standing matches, or Batista the master of steel cage matches? Do you think you could do it over a short period of time or would it be too long of a project for a BTB... Just a thought, just wondering. Possibly thinking of doing something like this, but it looks like it'd take a while.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread
Would take far too long in my opinion. It takes forever and a day to get through a year in BTB time and in that year you aren't gonna produce more than one or two of the same gimmick match. If you do, it'd be overkill, ESPECIALLY using the same guy.
I like the thought process but it'd take an awful long time to do, so unless you plan on going as long as someone like Wolfy, it's gonna be very unlikely.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread
Wolfy has billed Lesnar as the master of the Ironman matches, to the point where he's called him "The Ironman". That's the only example I can think of and it probably is the only successful example there is, simply due to the longevity f his thread compared to the standard life-span of threads. However, I would happily be corrected with this by someone more knowledgeable.

Re: The Official BTB Discussion Thread
I agree, it'd take at least a year if not more. It's taken over 10 for Undertaker and Triple H to be known as the kings of HIAC. Maybe if that person introduced the match kind of like Edge did with TLC (Competed in the first one) that would kind of work, but I don't know.

^ No problem
I've not seen your name around here before so I take it that you don't post in the section, but if you fancy giving a BTB a go yourself, just look around at some of the great threads in the section and just see how it all works Thanks for the encouraging words!

Please apply aloe gently to burned area.
Yeah but I just think it's so cool to post what we want to happen and the turnouts and stuff. I've always thought to myself the way you become a good booker is when people predict a card for your show and half the people say one man will win and half say the other.
