Yeah, this isn't the place for advertising your thread.

Especially if you're that guy. I checked out his thread and within a minute I was tempted to gouge my eyes out.

Or was that when I was reading some of Shock's work <3

Your memory is as bad as your booking.

Is there any way I can have a BTB put on ice for a while? My BTB just now (WCW Invasion 2.0), I've really lost the will to write it all at the moment, but I#dlike to return to it in a couple of months. In the meantime, I want to do another, easier BTB (an ECW one picking up the day after the "final episode"). So can I just have my WCW one locked and let it trickle down to the bottom of the pages without being deleted? I have a link saved as a bookmark anyway, but just in case the thread is deleted and the link is deleted, I'd like to just have it locked so I can return to it a few months down the line. Is that alright?

It doesn't have to be locked or anything, you can just leave it for 30 days and start a new one.

Seeing as I haven't posted in it for 30 days, I take it I can just start one tonight then?

Yeah, you can always start a new thread at least thirty days after your last post in your old thread.

Started writing my first show.. realised how long it takes so only PPVS are gonna be detailed, the weekly show is just gonna be a short recap.. but i'm struggling to write exciting matches, long matches, matches that aren't repetitive.. can some people give me some tips on writing matches? because i've only written one full match, it took about 3 hours, and reading it through the match itself would probably last about 5 minutes.. I have another 6 or 7 matches to write, and it's going to take me weeks to get the show finished, and this is just the first show. so yeah basically, any advice on writing matches because i find it too time consuming.

I'm no pro but watch a few matches of everybody on your roster, PPV matches and tv matches. Familiarize yourself with their moveset and their ability before anything, so then at least you know what works and what doesn't for each guy. Failing that, I guess just read the usual guy's work and see who's appeals to you the most, I feel there's nothing wrong with taking a leaf out of anybody else's book as long as you don't directly copy it.

It will come with practise and besides, some people don't have the knack for writing certain things and matches may be that certain thing for you.
