I'm glad you asked this, because it's one of the most annoying things about the BTB section and its bookers.
I shouldn't really be surprised, seeing as most of the people on this forum are McMahon-bots anyway - just programmed to like and dislike whatever he tells them - but it infuriates me when I see people suddenly de-pushing a wrestler just because he's being jobbed out or has been released in real life.
A few years ago, people couldn't get enough of Mr. Kennedy. He was the guy with great mic skills with limited in-ring ability, but no one really cared. Fast forward a couple of years, Vince, Orton & co. have decided they don't like him, and all of a sudden he's the worst fucking thing since The Great Khali. And oh look, Vince has himself a new mic worker who can't do shit
in the ring. And oh look, everyone's suddenly saying how great he is and giving him pushes in their thread. It's The Miz in case you were wondering.
It's the same reason you won't see many more pushes for guys like MVP or Shelton Benjamin anymore, but you will
suddenly see a plethora of Ron Killings pushes because Vince suddenly decided he liked this guy.
Just sloppy and lazy booking. Why would I want to read a thread that is doing the exact same as in real life?
