Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem
Tuesday Night Turbo – May 4th, 2010
Reno, Las Vegas – Lawlor Events Centre

“Pump It (Remix)” by Joe Budden hits on the speaker system at the packed Lawlor Events Centre in Reno, Las Vegas, as Tuesday Night Turbo is set to get underway. A video package featuring the wrestlers of Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem plays on the Titan Tron. Pyro and explosion erupt in the Turbo Zone. Cameras show the Lawlor Events Centre from the outside before panning in on some fan signs, such as “Turbo is AWESOME” and “Styles is simply PHENOMENAL”. The cameras go ringside before hitting the handsome men at the announce table.

Josh Mathews: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's Tuesday Night Turbo! I am your announce table host, Josh Mathews, and sitting alongside me is my announce table colleague, “The Coach” Jonathan Coachman.

Jonathan Coachman: Thanks for the intro Josh, and boy do we have a show for you tonight, as Tuesday Night Turbo debuts here on ESPN! Tonight will be etched in history as one of the greatest days ever in professional wrestling.

Josh Mathews: A great day in wrestling history indeed. With huge announcements expected tonight from co-owners Paul Heyman and Tod Gordon, this is a show not to miss.

Jonathan Coachman: And I'm sure some of these announcements are concerning the prestigious UWM Championships. Who will start the dawn of a new era in professional wrestling? I just can't wait.

Josh Mathews: Yes indeed, and speaking of Heyman and Gordon, here they come!

“Mental” hits, as a Paul Heyman's video package displays on the Titan Tron, while Paul Heyman and Tod Gordon make their way to the ring to a thunderous pop from the fans. A microphone is handed to Heyman, who has a large grin on his face. Another microphone is handed to Gordon, who seems to have an equally large grin on his face. And here we go!

Paul Heyman: Well...well...well.

The fans are unbearably loud, which keeps Heyman from continuing. A huge “THANK YOU” chant is goes on for a little while before some silence.

Paul Heyman: Boy, is it great to be back.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: And boy are we back with the newest face of professional wrestling, ULTIMATE WRESTLING MAYHEM!

Huge pop.

Tod Gordon: It wasn't easy, but Heyman and I worked hard for what we believe in. We worked hard to change professional wrestling forever. We worked hard for THIS, for U...W...M. But most importantly, we worked hard for you...for all those watching...for all those in attendance...for all those who still have faith in us...for the FANS!

Thunderous pop.

Tod Gordon: All of this could not have been possible without you. Give yourselves a round of applause.

Loud “thank you” chants erupt in the Turbo Zone.

Paul Heyman: Gordon and I would also like to thank the Lawlor Events Centre...the new home of Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: Thanks also goes out to ESPN for hosting us every Tuesday from 10-11PM.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: Of course thanks goes out to the wrestlers, the referees, the workers, and everyone involved with UWM. But like Gordon said, this could not have happened without you, so THANK YOU.

Huge pop.

Tod Gordon: I think it's about time we make the announcement you've all been waiting for.

Paul Heyman: That's right Tod. It's time to announce the championship that every wrestler is going to be gunning for. The championship that sets you apart from the rest. The championship that puts you in the history books. That championship is the UWM World Heavyweight Championship.

Pop, as the lovely and beautiful Joy Giovanni brings the golden championship to the ring.

Tod Gordon: There is nothing greater than the world championship. And boy, is it a sight for sore eyes.

Paul Heyman: The question on everyone's mind, however, is how Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem will crown its first ever world champion. Well, here at Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem, we have the best wrestlers in the world. And it's only fitting that the best of the best should duke it out for the world title in an epic eight man tournament.

Thunderous pop.

Paul Heyman: You're now probably wondering which eight men will participate in this tournament. Well wait no longer, here is the brackets the Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem World Heavyweight Championship tournament!

The brackets appears on the Titan Tron. The matches are as follows:

Quote:
AJ Styles vs. Jay Lethal

Charlie Haas vs. Ken Doane

Christopher Daniels vs. Gregory Helms

Petey Williams vs. Shelton Benjamin
Paul Heyman: That's not only announcement. No...no...no, as a matter of fact, the finals of this tournament will take place at our first ever pay-per-view. THE MASSACRE!

Pop.

Tod Gordon: And for your viewing pleasure, tonight on our two hour special debut, two quarterfinal matches will take place.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: Believe me, tonight will change the history of professional wrestling forever. We won't leave you wanting more, and getting less. We'll give you all we got because we bring you ULTIMATE WRESTLING MAYHEM!

“Ain't No Stopping Me” suddenly hits, as Shelton Benjamin makes his way out. Paul Heyman has the greatest look of surprise on his face, as Shelton Benjamin with a mic in hand begins to speak...

Shelton Benjamin: This is Shelton Benjamin...the gold standard of Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem.

Heat.

Shelton Benjamin: I am the only one deserving of the world title, and it's about time the fans and you know it. There should be no tournament to crown a new world champion, but rather a ceremony to crown me the WORLD CHAMPION.

Heat.

Paul Heyman: Your telling me that I should just hand you the world championship?

Heyman begins to laugh a little.

Shelton Benjamin: Did you not hear me? There is no athlete, no talent, no superstar and definitely no wrestler better or more precious than me. I am THE gold standard.

Heat.

Paul Heyman: You have got to be kidding me. Can you believe this guy Tod?

Tod Gordon: Nope...

Paul Heyman: You cannot just come out here demanding to be champion. And really? All this coming from someone who has never held a world championship before? Benjamin, you may think you deserve the world title, but you gotta earn it.

Benjamin's looks a little irritated, as Heyman takes a pause to catch his breath.

Paul Heyman: And Benjamin, your journey to the title starts tonight against The Canadian Destroyer, The Maple Leaf Muscle, the one and only Petey Williams.

Pop.

Shelton Benjamin: Then so be it , I shall begin my journey to become world champion tonight, but make no mistake Heyman...there ain't no stopping me.

Major heat, as “Ain't No Stopping Me” hits. Shelton Benjamin makes his way to the back. Then Paul Heyman makes his way to the back, while Tod Gordon joins the announce table.

** Commercial Break **

Cameras zoom right in to the announce table with Josh Mathews, Jonathan Coachman and the co-owner joining them for the night, Tod Gordon!

Josh Mathews: Welcome back to Tuesday Night Turbo. The Coach and I are now joined by co-owner of Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem, Tod Gordon!

Tod Gordon: I appreciate it. It's good to be here.

Jonathan Coachman: The fans are I alike are probably wondering the same thing Gordon, and that is...how did you and Heyman come together to create Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem?

Tod Gordon: That's a long story Coach, but to make a long story short, we came together reminiscing about the past before joining each other for the future of professional wrestling.

Josh Mathews: Of course, everyone here at UWM and even the fans are grateful for what you've done. The major announcement that just happened just minutes ago here on ESPN was an eight man tournament for the UWM World Heavyweight Championship. We saw the brackets...so who do you think will come out on top?

Tod Gordon: UWM is lucky to be graced by phenomenal athletes. Eight of whom are in this tournament. The champion can be anyone from AJ Styles to the man who rudely interrupted our announcement, Shelton Benjamin. These men are all so gifted, it's hard to tell who'll be champion.

Jonathan Coachman: If I were a betting man, I'd put money on The Gold Standard, Shelton Benjamin. He seems to have a determination like no other. And like he said, there ain't no stopping him.

Josh Mathews: Well the tournament kicks off right now, as the first quarterfinal match and first ever match on Tuesday Night Turbo is now!

“I Am” hits, as the phenomenal AJ Styles makes his way out to the ring to an enormous pop from the fans. He does his phenomenal pose at the stage before slapping hands with some fans, and sliding into the ring. After some poses on the turnbuckle, “Static” hits, and Jay Lethal make his way to the ring to a pop from the fans. Both are in the ring ready for action, as the first ever Tuesday Night Turbo match gets underway...

Quote:
UWM World Heavyweight Championship Quarterfinal Match
AJ Styles vs. Jay Lethal

Summary: AJ Styles and Jay Lethal go through an all out war with each other. They put on a spectacular Turbo debut match, as both men wrestle their heart out in order to continue in the tournament. Finish to the match comes when Jay Lethal hits an inverted suplex lifted and flipped into a sitout wheelbarrow facebuster. Lethal climbs to the top rope, and looks to hit a diving elbow drop, but Styles rolls out of the way. Both men are slow to their feet, but both come out at the same time and begin to trade blows. Lethal gets the best of the confrontation and gives Styles a kick to the sternum. Lethal flips Styles' arm over his head, and seems to be going for the Lethal Combination, but Styles elbows Lethal in the head twice before rolling him up. 1...2...NO! Both men are quick up to their feet. Styles gives Lethal a kick to the groin region before hitting the Styles Clash! Unfortunately for Styles, he is too fatigued, and doesn't pin right away. Styles heads to the top rope, and hits the Spiral Tap. Styles hooks the leg. 1...2...3!

Winner & Advancing in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament – AJ Styles
“I Am” hits on the P.A. system. AJ Styles shows signs of weakness as he tends to his right arm while celebrating. While celebrating, Styles' opponent Lethal manages to get up to his feet. After posing for the crowd, Styles turns around to see a distraught Lethal. Styles extends his hand in a sign of respect. Lethal hesitates before shaking Styles hand back. Both men show true respect and honour for each other, as Lethal lifts Styles' hand up. Cameras go to the announce table now.

Josh Mathews: A true sign of respect from these two amazing athletes.

Jonathan Coachman: Styles was simply phenomenal to say the least, as he advances in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship tournament.

Tod Gordon: Both men showed what Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem is all about. Outstanding wrestling and respect for each other.

Josh Mathews: Yes indeed. Styles advances in the tournament and could possibly be in the finals at UWM first ever pay-per-view The Massacre!

Tod Gordon: We are less than five weeks away from this historic event. We know Styles advances in this tournament, but my question is will Shelton Benjamin advance, as he faces Petey Williams later tonight.

Jonathan Coachman: Well he certainly think he will, and why not? He is the most gifted athlete in professional wrestling.

Josh Mathews: Speaking of tournament competitors, we head to the back with our backstage correspondent Leticia Cline, and her guest, Gregory Helms!

Cameras pan to the back with the lovely Leticia Cline and Gregory Helms.

Leticia Cline: I'm Leticia Cline, and I'm here with UWM World Heavyweight Championship tournament competitor Gregory Helms. Helms, how do you think you will do against the Fallen Angel, Christopher Daniels, in your quarterfinal match?

Gregory Helms: If Christopher Daniels is the Fallen Angel, then I am death and I WILL slay him.

Major heat.

Gregory Helms: Daniels is no match for me, and next week on Turbo, I will prove it to everyone and easily advance to the semifinals. I'm going to be world champion and I guarantee that no one is going to stand in my way.

Helms pauses, as boos can be heard.

Gregory Helms: I don't care if you think your phenomenal, Canadian, a former male cheerleader or your a gold standard. And I really don't care if your a fallen angel. Believe me, I can beat anybody on this roster.

Heat. Christopher Daniels walks into the picture and confronts Helms.

Christopher Daniels: Did I just hear that your going to slay me?

Helms looks irritated by Daniels, as Daniels looks distraught from Helms' previous comments.

Christopher Daniels: Let me tell you something Helms. After I joined Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem. I forgot about the past, and looked to the future. And in this future, I want change. I've been wanting to be better...to be the best...to be world champion.

Pop.

Christopher Daniels: You Helms are in my path to become world champion. So next week, you may actually have to slay me because I won't give up and I won't let down.

Pop.

Christopher Daniels: ...and that's the gospel...

Before Christopher Daniels can finish, Gregory Helms attacks Daniels with a flurry of punches. Daniels drops to his knees, and Helms lays him out with a Shining Wizard! Cameras zoom in on a fallen Christopher Daniels, as we black out into commercial break.

** Commercial Break **

Cameras zoom into Austin Aries, Matt Sydal and Roderick Strong (GENERATION NEXT!) who walk into Paul Heyman's office.

Austin Aries: HEYMAN!

Aries looks completely pissed off while Heyman is surprised by Generation Next's appearance.

Austin Aries: What's your reasoning by having the three of us...the future of professional wrestling...the best of the best here at Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem out of the tournament?

Sydal looks curiously at Heyman for the answer, while Roderick Strong seems to have the same old smirk he always does on his face.

Paul Heyman: Believe it or not gentlemen, I have big plans for you three. Before I was rudely interrupted earlier, I was going to make another announcement concerning the UWM World Tag Team Championships.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: You see, I understand that Generation Next is one of the best tag teams in professional wrestling today...if not the BEST.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: So tonight in our Tuesday Night Turbo MAIN EVENT, we will have Generation Next's Austin Aries...

Pop.

Paul Heyman: ...and Roderick Strong...

Pop.

Paul Heyman: ...against the Hooliganz's Brian Kendrick and Paul London!

Huge pop, as Aries, Strong and Sydal look satisfied at the announcement.

Roderick Strong: You touched a good point there Heyman. We are the best tag team, and later tonight we will be UWM's first ever tag team champions.

Pop.

Austin Aries: That sounds all fine and dandy Heyman, but what about our boy Sydal here?

Paul Heyman: Well...I wasn't finished speaking, but your boy Sydal will be in our fatal four way showcase match coming up...NEXT!

Pop, as Generation Next looks quite satisfied at the announcement. Cameras pan out to the announce table.

Josh Mathews: Paul Heyman unleashes another huge announcement for us tonight, as Generation Next takes on The Hooliganz for the UWM World Tag Team titles!

Tod Gordon: Heyman was right though, Benjamin interrupted us earlier and we couldn't get the announcement out, but here it is. Both Generation Next and The Hooliganz have proven themselves in the past so both are deserving of the titles.

Jonathan Coachman: Obviously two well-known teams going at it to crown our first champions, and with Sydal coming up next in the fatal four way challenge, this is a night to behold.

Josh Mathews: Sure is, as we know that later tonight Shelton Benjamin takes on Petey Williams in a quarterfinal match for the UWM World Heavyweight Championship. Now that's a match you don't want to miss.

Tod Gordon: Plus you don't what other announcements we have up our sleeves...

Jonathan Coachman: And here he comes, Generation Next's Matt Sydal!

“Air Bourne” hits, as Matt Sydal comes out to a pop form the fans. He quickly runs and slides into the ring without slapping hands with fans. He looks determined and ready to go. “Eat Me” hits, as Shark Boy comes out to a thunderous pop from the fans. Shark Boy has always been a cult favourite, and he comes to the ring slapping hands with fans. “2 Z Top” hits, as Jamie Noble makes his way to the ring to a mixed reaction. Sporting his typical jean shorts, Noble slides into the ring ready for action. “Hybrid Stigmata” hits as the crazy Delirious makes his way to the ring to a pop from the fans. Delirious is looking delirious as usual!

Quote:
Fatal Four Way Showcase Match
Delrious vs. Jamie Noble vs. Matt Sydal vs. Shark Boy

Summary: These four men basically put on a spectacle for the fans with their high-flying moves and hysterics. Delirious and Shark Boy provide most of the comedy, and manage to join together as a team for most of the match. Unlikely teammates? I think so. Finish comes when Delirious and Noble are knocked out of the ring leaving Sydal and Shark Boy. Shark Boy is on the top rope, as Sydal goes to strike him down, but Shark Boy kicks him in the face. Shark Boy grabs Sydal's head from behind, as he looks for the Dead Sea Drop! Shark Boy goes for it, but Sydal just throws Shark Boy onto his back. Sydal hops up to the top rope before hitting a devastating shooting star press! 1...2...3!

Winner – Matt Sydal
“Air Bourne” hits, as Matt Sydal gets his hand lifted by the referee. Cameras pan to the announce table.

Josh Mathews: Generation Next's Matt Sydal wins the fatal four way showcase match, and boy what a match it was.

Tod Gordon: Delirious and Shark Boy proved to be a good team during the match, but in the end, only one man can be winner, and Matt Sydal proved himself worthy of that name by the end of it.

Jonathan Coachman: Sydal picked up the first win tonight for Generation Next, but can the rest of Generation Next come up with a victory later tonight for the world tag titles?

Tod Gordon: They've got a tough challenge as they take on The Hooliganz.

Josh Mathews: They sure do. We also still have another quarterfinal match on our hands as well. AJ Styles won earlier tonight over Jay Lethal to advance in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, and after the break, Shelton Benjamin takes on Petey Williams!

Cameras pan to the back where Shelton Benjamin is warming up for his upcoming match. In walks...Charlie Haas!

Charlie Haas: Well look who it is...

Both men set eyes on each other before...shaking hands.

Shelton Benjamin: It's great to see you again Haas.

Charlie Haas: I never thought I'd see the other half of the World Greatest Tag Team again, but I see now, you are the gold standard of wrestling.

Shelton Benjamin: That I am, but really...I thought I've never see the Haas of Pain again.

Charlie Haas: That's right..that's right...and I see you and I both are in this tournament for the UWM World Heavyweight Championship, BUT...on opposite signs of the bracket.

Both men smile and smirk at each other. Kinda weird moment to be honest.

Shelton Benjamin: I guess we'll see other in the finals at The Massacre.

Huge pop.

Charlie Haas: I guess we will...good luck tonight.

Both men shake hands, as the television screen blacks out to...

** Commercial Break **

Cameras comes back to the backstage area with The Hooliganz, Brian Kendrick & Paul London, with the beautiful Leticia Cline!

Leticia Cline: I'm standing here with Brian Kendrick and Paul London who will take on Generation Next's Austin Aries and Roderick Strong for the UWM World Tag Team Championships later tonight. How do you guys feel about that?

Paul London: We feel honoured for the opportunity just to compete here at UWM, but to compete for the world tag team titles is on a whole other level.

Brian Kendrick: Yeah...we definitely feel blessed just for the chance to be crowned the first ever world tag team champions, and for the fans...we promise to do our best to make that happen.

Pop.

Leticia Cline: Many consider you guys underdogs. But what do you think that and about your competition, Generation Next?

Brian Kendrick: Aries and Strong are the best of competitors, and one helluva tag team, but tonight the Hooliganz begin a dynasty and redefine tag team wrestling forever.

Paul London: We all have the respect in the world for them, but like Kendrick said, it's our time to shine! We've been in this situation before, and we're always considered underdogs. We were never the biggest nor the strongest, but we have heart, and we go out there every time and we SHOW it.

Pop, as cameras go to the announce table.

Josh Mathews: London and Kendrick sure look confident and determined for their match against Generation Next for the world tag team titles.

Jonathan Coachman: They sure do, but Generation Next are hungry for those titles, and if I were a betting man, I'd put money on them to win it.

Tod Gordon: Well whoever wins tonight will make it in the history books as the first ever tag team champions in UWM.

Josh Mathews: Most definitely, but this man looks to make history himself!

Jonathan Coachman: Ohhh...here he is...SHELTON BENJAMIN!

“Ain't No Stopping Me” hits, as the Gold Standard himself, Shelton Benjamin, makes his way out to the ring to a surprising mixed reaction from the fans. He refuses to slap hands with fans, but instead has a look of pure intensity. He's no joke folks! The Canadian National Anthem in an instrumental hits as the Canadian Destroyer Petey Williams comes out. He makes his way to the ring, and is set for action.

Quote:
UWM World Heavyweight Championship Quarterfinal Match
Petey Williams vs. Shelton Benjamin

Summary: To be brutally honest, this was a competitive squash match. Shelton Benjamin never really looked out of control. Anytime Petey Williams begins to gain momentum, Shelton Benjamin shuts him down. Benjamin hits the T-Bone Suplex for the win.

Winner & Advancing in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament – Shelton Benjamin
The ref raises Shelton's hand, as “Ain't No Stopping Me” hits. Benjamin's got a smirk on his face, as he seems satisfied with his win. Back to the announce table.

Josh Mathews: Shelton Benjamin advances in the tournament, and boy did he look spectacular out there.

Jonathan Coachman: Spectacular isn't enough. Shelton dominated the whole way through before hitting that devastating T-Bone Suplex. I'm sure we're looking at our first ever world champion right now.

Tod Gordon: We still have two quarterfinal matches next week, and the rest of the tournament to go, but Shelton Benjamin did prove himself to be the better man tonight. I don't see anything, but good things from him.

Josh Mathews: Well right after the commercial break, we have the UWM World Tag Team Championship Match to crown the first ever world tag team champions!

Cameras go to a split screen of both tag team competitors on each side. On the right are Austin Aries and Roderick Strong making their way to the the stage area, while on the left side are Brian Kendrick and Paul London who are doing the exact same thing. Cameras black to...

** Commercial Break **

As soon as cameras come back, “Amazing” hits and out comes Austin Aries and Roderick Strong of Generation Next. Some boos from the fans, but mostly cheers. The two run into the ring, and get set for action. “Rocker” hits, as out come the masked Brian Kendrick and Paul London. The two pose for the crowd before running into the ring and sliding in. The two hit the turnbuckles before doing simultaneous backflips off. And here we go...

Quote:
UWM World Tag Team Championship Match
Generation Next (Austin Aries & Roderick Strong) vs. The Hooliganz (Brian Kendrick & Paul London)

Summary: Believe it or not, these two tag teams put on a near five star match. Great back and forth action from both teams with Generation Next barely getting more advantage situations than The Hooliganz. The Hooliganz show true heart throughout the match. Ending comes when Aries and Kendrick are knocked out of the ring, and are incapable of anything really. London has Strong in the ring. Paul London hits a devastating legsweep DDT, before looking to the top turnbuckle. Paul London climbs to the top turnbuckle when MATT SYDAL makes his way to the ring. Sydal hops onto the apron, and distracts the referee and London. London hops off the turnbuckle and tends to Sydal. Sydal hops off the apron. London turns back into the ring where Strong is waiting for him. Strong gives hm a stiff kick to the sternum before hoisting London up on his shoulders in a fireman's carry. Strong throws London off his shoulders and onto his knees for the Death by Roderick! Strong goes for the pin. 1...2...3!

Winner & New UWM World Tag Team Champions – Generation Next (Austin Aries & Roderick Strong)
“Amazing” hits, as Joy Giovanni enters the ring with the tag team titles in hand. She hands one over to Roderick Strong and one over to Aries, who just slides into the ring. Sydal slides into the ring and raises both Aries and Strong's hands up. Generation Next show their true colors in this match. Here they are...Aries, Strong and Sydal standing tall with the world tag team titles in hand to finish off the show. Streamers begin to fall as the show comes to an end.

UWM Tuesday Night Turbo Quick Results
UWM World Heavyweight Championship Quarterfinal Match – AJ Styles def. Jay Lethal
Fatal Four Way Showcase Match – Matt Sydal def. Delirious, Jamie Noble & Shark Boy
UWM World Heavyweight Championship Quarterfinal Match – Shelton Benjamin def. Petey Williams
UWM World Tag Team Championship Match – Austin Aries & Roderick Strong def. Brian Kendrick & Paul London

---------------------------------

Just noticed how tough it is writing with a bunch of pretty generic characters. I'll make it work though. The black and bold font seems a little bland and boring, but I think its easier to read and it's nice and tidy. Plus colors are a little distracting. Show seems short for a two hour debut, but keep in mind that the quarterfinal matches as well as the tag title match are meant to be length. Still getting back into be the booker form, but yah...here it is. Also, I'm a review for review type of guy so keep that in mind

Crazian's Turbo Feedback

Before anything, I'm not too fond of the font, I personally find it a bit hard to read but as long as the show's good, which I expect it will be, it won't matter so much.

Good promo from Heyman and Gordon, nothing too out of the ordinary as far as introducing a company is concerned, the UWM World Heavyweight Championship tournament looks good, at first glance I think Benjamn and Styles will end up in the final, especially as they're on the show banner and they'd have an awesome match together. Apart from that, the star power in the tournament isn't entirely overwhelming but I'm sure you can make some credible players out of them. Good news that Shelton is a heel in this thread, better than him being a face, and a match with Petey should be interesting. Overall, solid start to the show.

The Lethal/Styles match was very good, I've heard great things about your match-writing so it's a shame it was just a summary but it was still solid and AJ goes through which doesn't surprise me. The handshake after the match was a nice touch.

Helms interview was decent, got over the fact that he's a heel well enough although a bit overboard that he got major heat after his first sentence which was a bit too dramatic. Daniels coming in and confronting him is good build-up for their match next week, especially with Helms' beatdown on Daniels. Generation Next/Hooliganz for the titles will be one hell of a match by the sounds of it, I expect Aries and Strong to win and take the Tag Team Titles.

The fatal four-way showcase match was great and I wasn't surprised to see Sydal win especially after the last segment and hopefully you'll introduce a Cruiserweight/Light Heavyweight Championship sometime soon. Interesting to see a WGTT segment, I don't think they'll make it to the final though but I'd like to see a re-union between the two.

The Hooliganz interview was OK, a bit generic but their tag team never had much personality apart from being high-flyers so not much you can do unless you add some real character to them. Good build-up for the tag team match.

Good match between Benjamin and Williams, not surprised to see Shelton go through and a Styles/Shelton final is still on which I think will happen unless they face off in the semi-finals. Hopefully you do longer matches soon as I'd like to see if they're as good as I hear they are which I've seen hints of in these summaries.

Great main event for the Tag Team Titles, I would have liked to have seen a backstage segment of some sort in between this match and the Benjamin/Williams match instead of a commercial though. Generation Next win and I can see them having a nice, long title reign, I'd like to see them feud with WGTT if they become a team again.

Overall, good first show, Crazian, it was quite short like you said it was but good that you gave reasoning for it, and I'm looking forward to more shows from you. Like I said, I'd like a change of lay-out, like Verdana or something but it didn't take away from the quality of the show so good job and keep it up

Much appreciated for the review. I changed the font. I was using the other font to write the shows so I was used to it. Keeping the matches on shows as summaries because I don't think 200 words per minute matches should be on regular shows. First month or two in this btb is going to definitely be a scramble. It's tough to make something out of nothing especially with pretty generic characters, but I like the talent and possibilities. Once again, thanks for the feedback. Newswire should be up within the next couple of days.

This is really cool man. It's nice to see a non-WWE promotion. Backstory is great, and so is the roster. I'll be following.

UWM Newswire

Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's first ever show, Tuesday Night Turbo on May 4th, received a 1.5 overall rating, which is surprisingly higher than a typical TNA Impact show. Many expected a much higher rating, and to somewhat compete with the WWE, but some are grateful to even be at TNA's rating level just off their first show. UWM is looking to maintain the rating despite dropping to one hour shows every week. ESPN promises to consult programming time if ratings are maintained or improve.

Previous rumors of Shelton Benjamin becoming first ever world champion are looking true. Shelton Benjamin was a main focus on the debut show, and plans are for him to begin the new era of UWM. Word backstage, however, is that Heyman was not impressed with his promo skills, and wants some improvement from Benjamin. It is expected that Benjamin is either going to face his World's Greatest Tag Team partner, Charlie Haas, or the "Phenomenal" AJ Styles for the championship. Believe it or not, sources say Styles is still in talks to be the first ever world champion.

Christopher Daniels and Gregory Helms are both said to be written off as first ever champions. It is most likely a feud is starting between them with a possible match at UWM's first ever pay-per-view, The Massacre. Although neither men will be crowned first ever world champion, it is expected that both men hover around the title picture/upper card. Daniels is highly regarded in the company as a hard worker, while Helms is highly touted for his above average promo ability and recognition.

Reports are that the head creative writer of UWM went back and forth multiple times on the decision to make Generation Next's Austin Aries and Roderick Strong the world tag team champions instead of The Hooliganz. The Hooliganz are a more well-known and recognized team, which should garner more viewers, but the head creative writer went against the decision in the end. Generation Next's controversial win (with Sydal's interference in the end) is to set up a future feud with The Hooliganz. A possible match is expected to happen at The Massacre between the two teams.

With only 19 contracted wrestlers in UWM, it is expected that once things get settled, UWM will be looking for more talent. Despite only one week in, names such as Kid Kash, Shannon Moore and JEFF HARDY have come up. These are, however, just RUMORS.

------------------------------------

That's all for now. Preview up within the next few days, and show should be up around the weekend. I've seen some threads that I've been wanting to give feedback to, so that's most likely what's up in the next few days for me. Later dayz for now..

Tuesday Night Turbo Feedback

First comment in this thread, so Iíll just say to begin with that your roster looks pretty good, even if a bit lacking in the personality department, and I love the TNT acronym for your weekly show. Clever.

Starting off with the bosses? Seems like the most logical decision since they need to introduce your company to the fans and make a few big announcement for the first show. The hyping up of the company and the fans at the start was what you would expect to start it off, just the usual stuff. I must say right away, with Heyman and Gordon as partners, I find it odd that they donít refer to each other by their first names. It just seems a little forced by the surname, and robotic, I guess. Title announcement? Wow. youíre starting it off big here. I expected maybe just a show to introduce your talented, which I feel you still need to do on this show, but kicking your world title tournament off on your first show is by no means a bad thing. Pretty good brackets youíve got for your tournament there too. Some real talent to work with. The hyping of the night after that was good too Ö before the interruption from Shelton? Surprising, although looking at your roster, I guess he looks like heíll be one of your big time players. Not so sure on him instantly getting heat, as in a new company I feel that he would be cheered simply because some people like him, and thereís no way to know which alignment heíll be right away. I donít mind Benjamin coming out and demanding the title, as it really makes him look like a star, however, I feel like you could have maybe had Benjamin reel off a few of his accomplishments to back off his claim that he is the best wrestler in the company and that he should be world champ. A little surprised at the way Heyman reacted too. I mean, I think he should have reacted by yes, shutting Benjamin down, which he did, but also putting Shelton over big. After all, Heyman is the one who hired Benjamin, so rather than saying heís never held a world title, I thought he should have spoken of how talented Benjamin is, but that he still has to earn his keep. Still, alright finish to the promo, and a pretty good way to open things up.

Nice little way to give a little backstory to the company on the show with Gordon doing a little bit of talking on commentary there.

Nice to see you putting two guys out there to start the show off who show what your company is about in action, and from the sound of things, allowing them to put on a pretty good match. Styles going through is okay with me since he looks to be one of the bigger names on your roster, though I was also happy to see Lethal being competitive. The two shaking hands after the match is a good way to show them both as being faces too.

Oh man, Iím a huge Helms fan, so itís good to see him getting some promo time. I really feel like the guy has been so underutilized irl and in a lot of BTBs, so hopefully he gets a good go here. I thought that while the idea of the promo was good, and the line from Helms about being death and slaying Daniels was a clever one, the promo started very strongly. Just felt like it needed an introduction from Helms of himself to his new audience, and maybe a bit of arrogance to begin with to really heel it up. Still, Hems was alright, and Daniels too, interrupting him was okay. I thought that maybe you could have had Daniels say he doesnít care about peopleís pasts before talking about how in the future he wants to be champ, but still, this promo did its job. With the beatdown at the end, I canít help but feel this will be a feud with neither man making it past the semifinals of this tournament, and I canít say Iíd object.

In all honesty, I thought that this maybe could have waited until next week, because Generation Next needed a way to be introduced, as to most viewers, they would have no idea who these guys are, sans Sydal from a viewer perspective. Still, I canít complain about the tag titles getting featured already in the main event, which is definitely a good thing. Iíd certainly be very happy if you featured strong tag wrestling in UWM, because both WWE and TNA have really dropped the ball on the tag division in the past few years, which disappoints me. Heyman putting over the ability of Generation Next was good to see too, as I think that should have been how the opening promo was done, as I said before. Four way showcase match? Sounds good too. Pretty good little backstage segment here.

Damn, some good talent in this four way match. Donít mind the oddball pairing of Shark Boy and Delirious as a permanent thing, as Iíve always found Delirious pretty damn funny, and Shark Buy can be amusing. Pretty nice finish to the match too, continuing to make Generation Next look strong with Sydal here after their promo earlier.

Teasing of The Worldís Greatest Tag Team facing off? Canít say I would mind it, and with AJ and Benjamin on the same side of the draw, it may actually come to fruition since AJ would have to be the other favourite. Again, like I said in the opening promo, the use of Haas instead of Charlie here made it seem a little awkward, but an okay promo to introduce Haas on here, with a nice little tease for a possible future match.

Okay promo from London and Kendrick to hype the main event, but really, these guys need some character, I think thatís one of the things youíre going to have to look to give them over the next few weeks, especially if theyíre either champions or hanging around title contention. I hate to harp on it, but again, London calling his partner ďKendrickĒ instead of ďBrianĒ was there too. I know itís not big, but itís something that agitates me. Still, good to see you giving some time to the tag division here with both promos and the main event slot.

Surprised you would have a squash match in the world title tournament, but I guess youíre really trying to put Shelton over big. He would have to be favourite to become the first UWM World Heavyweight Champion at this stage, and if you can really nail his character and expand upon it, I guess it will work fine.

Good to see you really giving some time to the main event, especially with the tag division from the sound of things. A bit surprised you had Generation Next seemingly establish themselves as heels, but I donít mind it since heel champions always work well, and I feel that all three members are much better off as heels. Good way to finish the show off.

As you yourself said, this show did feel a little short for two hours. However, I will say that it was a pretty refreshing read. Different to most of the stuff you see out there in this section, and while you do have some bland characters that needed improving upon over time, I feel like you made a good fist of this show, especially with a thin roster. It looks as if you have some pretty good feuds starting up, and to me, the potential seems to be there for this to be a really good thread. Some improvements needed, but a solid start, and with one hour shows to follow which I think will probably suit your small roster a lot better the promise is there. Hopefully looking forward to seeing this thread continue well into the future.

Thanks for the comments. It's greatly appreciated. I'm still a little rusty, but that'll be shaken off in time. You hit most things spot on with your comments. I'll also take into consideration some of the advice (ie. talking to some using their last name). There are 5 shows (4 shows now) until the pay-per-view. Planned it so that it doesn't happen on a UFC, WWE or TNA ppv night. Oh...and here's a preview for y'all...

Tuesday Night Turbo Preview

The battle has begun! AJ Styles and Shelton Benjamin defeated their opponents last week on Tuesday Night Turbo to advance in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Match, but this week, the journey to the title continues. Charlie Haas takes on Ken Doane, and Christopher Daniels battles Gregory Helms. Daniels and Helms clashed last week during a backstage interview with Helms getting the upper hand. Will the Fallen Angel extract revenge on Gregory Helms or will Helms once again get the upper hand? Will one half of the self-proclaimed World's Greatest Tag Team Charlie Haas beat Ken Doane? Or will the young and talented Doane prevail?

Generation Next was victorious last week, as Matt Sydal won the fatal four way showcase and the team of Austin Aries & Roderick Strong defeated the Hooliganz, Brian Kendrick and Paul London, to become the first ever UWM World Tag Team Champions. The win, however, did not come without controversy, as Matt Sydal interfered on behalf of his alliance. Will the Hooliganz look to redeem themselves? Or will Generation Next cruise through without any consequences?

Paul Heyman and Tod Gordon shocked the world with their announcements last week. As TNT rolls into its typical one hour time slot, will Heyman and Gordon pull any other rabbits out of their hat?

For this and much more, tune into Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's Tuesday Night Turbo on ESPN from 10-11PM!

Confirmed Matches
Charlie Haas vs. Ken Doane
Christopher Daniels vs. Gregory Helms

That's all folks!

Not a whole lot announced for the show, but your two matches both look very nice. I'd expect both Helms (via cheating) and Haas to go through at this stage, although Daniels could pull off a win to anger Helms. Either way, I see a feud eventuating for them. Hopefully we get a Generation Next promo too, because I think it would be a great way to not just put over their heel turn, but also get them some exposure. Not sure what to expect from Heyman and Gordon, but I'm certainly interested to see what they'll say.

Show looks good. Looking forward to it, man.

The show sounds pretty good Crazian, especially with the World Title Tournament continuing with the two matches which should be great and a probable Generation Next/Hooliganz feud which will be good as well.

I'll do my best to leave feedback once it's up.

Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem
Tuesday Night Turbo – May 11th, 2010
Reno, Las Vegas – Lawlor Events Centre

Tuesday Night Turbo begins with a quick video recap of last week's Turbo episode. It features moments from Paul Heyman & Tod Gordon, as well as the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament matches. Most importantly, it showcases the UWM World Tag Team Championship Match between Generation Next and The Hooliganz. The video ends with Generation Next's Austin Aries, Matt Sydal and Roderick Strong with their hands up and the tag team titles in tow.

Loud cheers from a packed Lawlor Events Centre in Reno, Las Vegas can be heard, as“Pump It (Remix)” by Joe Budden hits on the speaker system. A video package featuring the wrestlers of Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem plays on the Titan Tron. Pyro and explosion erupt in the Turbo Zone, as cameras show the Lawlor Events Centre from the outside before panning in on some fan signs, such as “TNT!!!” and “Shelton Benjamin – The Gold Standard!”. The cameras go ringside before hitting the handsome men at the announce table.

Josh Mathews: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another action packed episode of Tuesday Night Turbo! I am your announce table host, Josh Mathews, and boy do we have a show for you tonight!

Jonathan Coachman: That we do Josh. We have a packed Turbo Zone here tonight in beautiful Reno, Las Vegas and tonight, the fans in attendance, as well as viewers watching Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem at home on their television sets are in for a show.

Josh Mathews: That's right. Tuesday Night Turbo broadcasts only on EPSN every Tuesday night at 10PM. And last week, Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem changed the history of professional wrestling with its special two hour debut! Paul Heyman and Tod Gordon made many vital announcements. The first of many concerned the UWM World Heavyweight Championship.

Jonathan Coachman: Mr. Heyman and Gordon announced an eight man tournament to crown the first ever UWM World Champion. Of these men, no one stood out more than the Gold Standard himself, Shelton Benjamin!

Josh Mathews: Shelton Benjamin sure made an impact, as he defeated Petey Williams to advance to the semi-finals. Another phenomenal wrestler advancing in the tournament was AJ Styles, who defeated Jay Lethal in the opening match of the night. These two match advanced in the tournament, and tonight, two more men will advance.

Jonathan Coachman: Tonight, Charlie Haas takes on Ken Doane and Christopher Daniels takes on Gregory Helms. Daniels and Helms sure clashed last week, and tonight should be nothing less than spectacular.

Josh Mathews: These two men were at each other throats last week, and should settle the score tonight. Also announced for last week's main event was the UWM World Tag Team Championship to crown the first ever tag team champions. Heyman and Gordon pitted Generation Next against the Hooliganz in an epic match like no other. Generation Next defeated the Hooliganz to become tag team champions on such a historic night!

Jonathan Coachman: Generation Next, in my opinion, are the best tag team in wrestling today and deserve to be called champions.

Josh Mathews: The match didn't end without controversy, however, as Matt Sydal interfered on his behalf of his teammates.

Jonathan Coachman: Sydal was just lending a helping hand, and speaking of our champions, here they are...

“Amazing” blasts on the P.A. system, as the UWM World Tag Team Champions come out to a mixed reaction from the fans. Austin Aries and Roderick Strong have their titles around their waist, while Matt Sydal just looks overly joyed. Sydal runs and slides into the ring, while Aries and Strong take their time and cockily walk to the ring. As they enter the ring, they are given microphones. No mic for Sydal, but here we go anyways...

Austin Aries: Welcome to the dawn of a new era...the era of GENERATION NEXT!

Mixed reaction from the fans.

Austin Aries: For those who don't know who we are, let me tell you. We're the FUTURE of professional wrestling. Heck, we're the PRESENT of professional wrestling as well.

Some heat from the fans.

Roderick Strong: Still don't know who we are?

Strong pauses and ponders at the fans. Strong nods his head.

Roderick Strong: In case your too dumb to tell...we are the best wrestlers in the WORLD.

Heat.

Roderick Strong: Generation Next has beaten the best wrestlers all over the world...and do you know what that makes us? That makes us the BEST.

Heat. Sydal climbs up onto the top turnbuckle and cockily raises his arms before hopping back off.

Austin Aries: You gotta be kidding me now if you don't know who we are...

Slight pause from Aries who smirks at the crowd.

Austin Aries: You may be too blind to tell...so I'll show you.

Aries unstraps his tag title, and raises it up.

Austin Aries: We're Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's World Tag Team Champions. And you better get used to it...cause there's nothing that can stop us.

Minor heat.

Austin Aries: So last week...Heyman and Gordon decided to throw the Hooliganz at us. The Hooliganz? Are you kidding me?

Heat.

Austin Aries: What's so hooligan about you? Your masks? I'll go out and buy me a mask too. Then can I call myself a hooligan as well?

Heat. Strong and Sydal laugh at the not so funny comment.

Roderick Strong: Did you guys really think you could beat us? Did you really think you could stand a chance? Let me tell you something Hooliganz...if that's what you call yourselves...it doesn't matter how much heart you have cause only the STRONG survive.

Heat.

Roderick Strong: So let the dominance begin...let the era of GEN-NER-RATION N...

“Rocker” hits, as right on cue, The Hooliganz come out to a pop from the fans. Unmasked, Brian Kendrick and Paul London stay around the stage, and with microphones in hand, they speak...

Paul London: Is it just me? Or is everyone else in here as sick of Generation Next as I am?

Pop.

Paul London: I thought so. I got a question for you guys...if the strong survive, and you're the best wrestlers in the world, then why did you have to cheat to win?

Austin Aries: CHEAT? We don't CHEAT!

Brian Kendrick: Oh really? Roll the footage boys...

Footage plays of the UWM World Tag Team Championship Match with highlights of the spectacular match. Towards the end of the video match recap, it shows Matt Sydal hopping on the apron and distracting the referee, while Roderick Strong hits a devastating backbreaker. Sydal hops off the apron, and the referee gets back to the match where Strong has the pin. 1...2...3! The footage ends.

Brian Kendrick: Still don't think you cheated?

Austin Aries: That's not cheating...that's called being the smarter wrestler.

Roderick Strong and Matt Sydal nod in agreement.

Paul London: Well...we talked to Mr. Heyman, and he didn't see it as smart wrestling. Oh no...he saw it as being unjust and unfair.

Brian Kendrick: But he wouldn't strip you guys of the title...

Heat.

Brian Kendrick: So congratulations on being the first ever tag team champions...

Roderick Strong: That's right!

Generation Next looks happier than ever...

Paul London: BUT...don't take the congrats too far...cause Heyman also said that at Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's first ever pay-per-view, THE MASSACRE, it'll be YOU against US for the UWM World Tag Team Championship.

Huge pop, as G-Next's happiness goes to frustration.

Paul London: And if your boy Sydal tries and interferes this time then the the tag team titles automatically go to us.

Pop. Austin Aries shows his frustration, as he kicks the bottom ropes.

Brian Kendrick: So, we'll see you at The Massacre boys...

“Rocker” hits, as The Hooliganz, with huge grins on their face, leave the stage area. Then comes the dreadful...

** Commercial Break **

As we come back from commercial break, cameras pan to the handsome men at the announce table. Generation Next's Austin Aries and Roderick Strong are still in the ring, as they are scheduled for action. Matt Sydal is on the outside looking in.

Josh Mathews: Welcome back to Tuesday Night Turbo! Before the break, Brian Kendrick and Paul London, also known as the Hooliganz, dropped a bomb on us, as they announced that they will take on Generation Next for the UWM World Tag Team Championship at Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's first ever pay-per-view, The Massacre!

Jonathan Coachman: It's the first of many matches to be named, and it sure is a good one. Generation Next beat the Hooliganz last week, and I'm sure they'll prevail once again at The Massacre.

Josh Mathews: Last week, Matt Sydal played a helping hand in Generation Next's tag title win, but at The Massacre, if Matt Sydal interferes, the tag titles automatically change hands, and the Hooliganz will be champions.

Jonathan Coachman: Generation Next has nothing to worry about. Once again, they are the best wrestlers in the world. And the best don't lose.

Josh Mathews: Well right now, Generation Next is scheduled to take on the newly formed team of Chris Harris and Lance Cade!

“Wanted” hits, as Wildcat Chris Harris, and Cowboy Lance Cade come out to a mixed reaction from the fans. In matching tights and cowboy hats, the two seemed to have formed an alliance with each other. The two slap hands with fans, as they make their way to the ring. The two slide into the ring, and get set for action.

Quote:
Tag Team Match
Generation Next (Austin Aries & Roderick Strong) vs. Chris Harris & Lance Cade

Summary: A back and forth match in the early minutes, but as time dwindles on, Generation Next takes control of the match. Austin Aries and Roderick Strong look like a real tag team, while Harris and Cade's inexperience working with each other is evident. End of the match comes when Harris is taken out by one of Strong's many variations of a backbreaker, and Cade is left to face Aries. Aries hits a devastating brainbuster followed by a 450 splash to end the match.

Winners – Generation Next

“Amazing” hits, as Generation Next celebrates with tag titles in hand. The threesome leave the ring, as cameras pan the backstage area with the lovely Letica Cline and...Charlie Haas!

Leticia Cline: Hello everyone, I'm standing here with Charlie Haas!

Mixed reaction.

Leticia Cline: Charlie, coming up next, you're taking on Ken Doane. How do you think you'll do?

Charlie Haas: Kenny Doane is young and definitely an impressive wrestler, but let's be honest, I've got more talent and more experience than the kid. He's gonna have to go through a Haas (house) of pain before he can beat me.

Leticia Cline: How do you feel about the possible opportunity to face your friend and teammate, Shelton Benjamin?!

Mixed reaction.

Charlie Haas: Shelton and I have been friends for a long time, and we both know that if it comes to it, we'll both give it our all. He's a tremendous competitor, but everyone underestimates my ability. I will beat Kenny, and I'll advance in this tournament. And believe me, if I do face Shelton Benjamin at the Massacre for the world title...we'll be friends outside of the ring, but ENEMIES in the ring.

Leticia Cline: Well good luck on your match!

Haas leaves the backstage area, as cameras goes to a video promo by Christopher Daniels. Daniels is standing in the dark with dim lighting around him. He has his Fallen Angel attire on with a cover (of sorts) on his head.

Christopher Daniels: I've been to hell and back...

Flashes of Christopher Daniels bloody and fallen.

Christopher Daniels: Faced demons of all kind...

Flashes of Christopher Daniels hitting the Angel's Wings on some unfortunate wrestlers.

Christopher Daniels: Devoured souls of the helpless...

Flashes of Christopher Daniels hitting the Best Moonsault Ever.

Christopher Daniels: And tonight...

Flashes of a dark, red hell...

Christopher Daniels: Gregory Helms will join the fallen...

Flashes of Christopher Daniels roaring out in the ring...

Christopher Daniels: and vengeance will tear the heart...

Daniels flicks the cover on his head off, and looks directly into the camera.

Christopher Daniels: AND THAT IS THE PROPHECY...

Daniels draws his right hand in toward his chest with two fingers (index & middle) pointing upwards, and his thumb sticking out.

Christopher Daniels: ACCORDING TO THE FALLEN ANGEL.

Cameras pan to...

** Commercial Break **

Cameras come back to the men's locker room with AJ Styles. Jay Lethal walks into the picture.

Jay Lethal: Good match last week AJ.

AJ Styles: Thanks man, I appreciate it.

Jay Lethal: I hope you win the tournament and become the first ever UWM World Heavyweight Champion.

Pop.

AJ Styles: As do I Jay, but it's MUCH easier said than done.

Shelton Benjamin walks into the picture.

Shelton Benjamin: Well look who it is...A...J...STYLES...

Benjamin garners some heat with his cockiness and smirk.

Shelton Benjamin: I saw your match last week...there was nothing phenomenal about it.

Benjamin's brash comments slightly anger Styles.

Shelton Benjamin: I don't know if you saw my match, but I dominated like a true athlete. Like the TRUE phenomenal one.

Heat.

Shelton Benjamin: My boy Charlie is going to win his quarterfinal match, and beat you in the semifinals.

Styles gets in Benjamin's face with Lethal slightly trying to hold Styles back.

Shelton Benjamin: Back up playa...cause if you do somehow manage to beat Haas, I'll be waiting for you in the finals at The Massacre. And believe me, there ain't no stopping me.

Shelton Benjamin lets out a cocky little laugh before leaving the locker room area.

Jay Lethal: I hate that guy.

AJ Styles: Yeah...you're telling me...

Cameras pan to the announce table.

Josh Mathews: It isn't even the finals yet, and Shelton Benjamin is already scouting his possible match ups. Shelton Benjamin didn't even get past the semifinals yet.

Jonathan Coachman: You heard him Josh, there ain't no stopping him. And if I were a betting man, I'd say the finals is a lock for him.

Josh Mathews: And before the break, Christopher Daniels, another tournament competitor, had some rather fierce words for Gregory Helms. Gregory Helms did attack him last week, and Daniels is surely looking to get some revenge tonight.

Jonathan Coachman: I'd be scared if I were Gregory Helms right now.

Josh Mathews: Oh for sure...I was scared just watching the video. Another man who isn't too scared about his competition, Charlie Haas, is coming out right now for his quarterfinal match!

“Pay the Price” hits, as Charlie Haas comes out to a mixed reaction from the fans. Haas hits his chest a couple of times before making his way to the ring. Haas ignores hands around ringside, before getting into the ring. “Incredible” hits, as Ken Doane makes his way out to the ring. Ken looks confident as his slaps hands with fans before sliding into the ring. And here we go!

Quote:
UWM World Heavyweight Championship Quarterfinal Match
Charlie Haas vs. Ken Doane

Summary: A decent match between the two seemingly equal wrestlers. Haas shows more technical skills, while Doane shows more flash. End of the match comes after Ken Doane hits a swinging DDT, and then begins to climb to the top turnbuckle. Doane looks to hit his top rope leg drop to finish the match, but as he goes for it, Haas rolls out of the way. Doane gets up to his feet, and is greeted by a German suplex. After the suplex, Haas locks in the Haas of Pain. Doane has no choice, but to tap out.

Winner & Advancing in the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament – Charlie Haas

“Pay the Price” hits, as Charlie Haas gets his arm raised by the referee. Haas drops down, and slides out of the ring before making his way to the back. Cameras go to the office of Paul Heyman.

Paul Heyman: Next week, the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament will take a break...

Mixed reaction.

Paul Heyman: BUT...the competitors will be in tag team action!

Pop.

Paul Heyman: Since Charlie Haas just won his match and will continue in the tournament, it'll be the self-proclaimed World's Greatest Tag Team, Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin against AJ Styles and the winner of Christopher Daniels versus Gregory Helms.

Huge pop.

Paul Heyman: In addition to that, the number one contenders for the tag team titles, The Hooliganz as they called themselves, will take on the team of Delirious and Shark Boy.

Pop.

Paul Heyman: And finally...with Ultimate Wrestling Mayhem's first ever pay-per-view around a month away, Tod Gordon and myself have determined that we're not going anywhere...we're staying here in the TURBO ZONE. Right here in Reno, LAS VEGAS!

Huge pop, as cameras pan to Gregory Helms, who is making his way to the ring. Helms mutters to himself, “I am the best”, over and over again.

** Commercial Break **

Cameras come back to...the announce table! Yay!

Josh Mathews: Welcome back to Tuesday Night Turbo. Before the break, owner Paul Heyman laid down some big announcements for next week's show, as tag team contenders The Hooliganz take on Delirious and Shark Boy.

Jonathan Coachman: Last week Delirious and Shark Boy looked good working together in the showcase fatal four way match, but can they overcome the #1 contenders? I'm gonna highly doubt that.

Josh Mathews: Well, Mr. Heyman also announced another huge tag match. Since the UWM World Heavyweight Championship Tournament takes a break, the four finalists will still be in action, as they team up to face each other. It has been determined that the self-proclaimed World's Greatest Tag Team consisting of Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin will take on AJ Styles and the winner of the upcoming match between Christopher Daniels and Gregory Helms.

Jonathan Coachman: That's a huge match indeed. Each wrestler gets a first hand look at their semifinal competitor.

Josh Mathews: Yes...and right now, we're going to determine the last member of that match...
