Mister_BTB Presenting Booking For Life

Life wasn’t easy you know, living in the streets of Canada, Toronto, Ontario to be exact or if you want me to be more precise, Scarborough. I lived in some streets were a lot of shootings happened and I had nothing going for me. I went to university called York but my family hadn’t even paid for it, the only reason I got to it is because of my head and only my head. Now living where I lived it was dangerous to go outside alone and most of my friends had deserted me once they found out I wasn’t dropping out and now I found that it was better staying inside my house then out if I didn’t want to risk getting shot. The only friend besides my family was my computer and my love for wrestling. The only thing I did at home was homework or watch wrestling through streaming while my mom was busy watching CNN and my dad was either trying to fix something in the broken down house or searching for the next job he was going to get till his boss fired him. So I watched my wrestling through the internet, I made “friends” if you can call them that their but the only thing we had in common besides being human or occasionally the same gender was are interest in wrestling besides that they were asses. My story begins one night I had just met this guys off a chat box of course from an episode of a wrestling show, this time it had been Total Nonstop Action. This guy wasn’t a big guy of the promotion much like myself, he disliked the boring promos they made and the too gimmicky matches they put, the only thing we liked about it was the fact that the promotion had too much tremendous talent too waste but if you’re thinking this story leads me to owning or booking TNA thing take another guess. Anyways it turned out this guy was in my CLASS in the same university which reminds me to tell you that I was taking the course of becoming a writer which is what I wanted to become second only to becoming a booker for any type of promotion. We met at school and he became the only true friend I ever had since ever because apparently my friends from school weren’t the true fans I expected of them to be. One day he had claimed he found a website on Jim Cornette, I know it isn’t mentioned above but he was one of my all time favorite bookers and managers. Anyway we checked out the website and the article that hit me the most was the one talking about bookers and writers. This had been posted a pretty long time ago and we were epically late but no matter it had interested me. I too knew that WWE was no longer booked but written and the same went for TNA, bookers actually no longer existed in the wrestling world. It had been two weeks later we learned that World Wrestling Entertainment’s Monday Night Raw was coming to Toronto and was being hosted by one of the greatest Women’s Champion of all time; Trish Stratus. It was pretty obvious I didn’t have the money to attend the show though, fortunately my friend who by the way was called Joseph Storm wasn’t as poor as I was and claimed that he had bought tickets for me and him to see the show and the night the show was set to air was also my birthday, the fourteenth of September. What turned out to be even greater is that the night was having a special VIP called B-DAY Backstage Access of course they would require ID for it and I had it. The night had come and this was set to be my biggest present ever, the show had been interesting of course nothing exciting though. I had arrived backstage and met the guys in the back the first being the most prized possession of the company, John Cena. Now most guys hate him and I’ve got to agree I hate him solely because he was the one that had suggested the PG era but I could not deny that he was a tremendous wrestler and that if Vince let him he would probably be able to use more moves from his arsenal though I doubted Vince was going to let go of what people called the five moves of doom and I also despised how people didn’t realize Triple H had his three moves of doom, the face smash, Spine Buster and Pedigree. Anyways Cena was actually a pretty cool guy backstage, I also met Trish who nicely put a kiss on my cheek as a birthday present. DX was one that I was looking forward to meet though I have to admit that they aren’t as nice as they seem on television and they seemed pretty grumpy. I met guys like MVP who was one of the guys I could relate too the most and I spent a good while of the time with him, heck he even gave me his number if I ever wanted to talk to him again. Chris Jericho was also a pretty cool guy and he offered me tickets to his concerts which I glad fully accepted knowing I disliked his band I was not going to decline the opportunity to sell them online. Big Show was a pretty huge guy I could see. I didn’t meet Vince though who was busy with some inside issues and I successfully dodged the leprechaun Hornswoggle. I met other guys such as the Miz and it was a terrible Miz-take to meet him… I saw Kofi who actually knew how to speak good English and I knew if they were to let him speak without the accent he would have a lot of charisma. Mark Henry was pretty sweaty and that’s all I’m saying on him. Anyways the show had been great and how can I forget meeting Orton who was just as cool of a guy as Cena and the same goes for DiBiase and Rhodes. I met some of the guys that worked backstage writing like Michael Hayes who was appearing on the show tonight but of course was not writing tonight. While the meeting I had with the divas will be kept a secret. When I left I was solely given a XBOX 360, the newest game of Smackdown Vs. Raw 2010 which was a pre-release which was not going to be as good as the fully completed one obviously and that was it. Though their was no chance I get to play the game with my mom always watching Television and I knew this one day was probably going to be the only highlight of my life but at least I was going to gain money by selling those tickets, the game and the console though that was not much at that. As my friend left after dropping at me at my house I stayed outside in the midnight dark. This was until a car could suddenly be heard, gun shots being fired and windows broken by the time I had gotten up to guns had been fired on my left knee and with the amount of blood poring I fell unconscious. My eyes opened up and I came to see that I was on a bed not wearing my usual baggy clothes and surrounded by my parents and my friend. I came to my clear senses realizing that I was in a hospital. Everyone was glad hearing that I was alright. The doctor had explained the damage had not been too severe and in about five months I would be well standing on my two feet once more. Though that was not the problem that frightened me, the thing that frightened me is the fact that this might happen once more living in that place. This is when later that day alone I had talked to the guy that had given me his phone number the other night, MVP or as I like to call him Alvin Burke. The man had listened to the story carefully and I had told him what I wanted and he decided he could do it, he use to be the highest paid superstar after all he joked. What I had asked was for enough money to get my parents and me brought to an apartment down in Miami, Florida. Now most wouldn’t believe me but he actually had a spot for someone that lived the same situation he did when he was young. Now you might ask what happened to my friend, well he was glad I had managed to get a better life and we still stayed in touch but he wasn’t gone from the story just yet. It had occurred to me that I had no job and was Dad was probably not going to be able to keep one for good which is why he had to ask the ballin’ superstar another favor. Montel considered this for a second and claimed he would get back to me. The next time I heard of him which was mere hours later Montel wondered if I had any knowledge on how to write shows. I told him the truth, which I knew how to though never did actually write one. He said that didn’t matter, Vince had just fired the old head booker – I still wondered why they were called head bookers and not head writers – and that they were planning to do something completely knew with FCW. They wanted to basically restart it, they were keeping the show in Florida but as of now they had given the show a one hour slot on MyNetworkTV at 6:00pm every Friday of course. The thing was I had no idea about anything on FCW and never followed it I admitted and the former US champion claimed it didn’t matter as they were basically restarting all story lines and titles because of the fact that it was going on television. He also explained that every month FCW was going to have it’s own small two hour event similar to In Your House and that he was able to have some of the stars from the higher shows come once in a while just to rise their ratings. I contemplated this and decided it was a start, if he ever wished to become a writer for WWE as a whole then he had to start somewhere. Though I then considered something and ended the conversation with the fact that I’d be glad to BOOK FCW and Alvin laughed and hung up the phone. I guess this was the start of something new. Time to look up fcwrestling.com

Hey this is my Be The Booker, I finally took a decision and made it unique, way unique I think. If you think this is too unrealistic then I understand from now on it will take a more realistic turn, I will also be writing small backstage stuffs in this type of format and this is what we have so far, also the name not being revealed is just because I felt like keeping it a secret for now… just because I felt like it no special reason. Here it is, roster is too come after another scene, I will be getting some independent guys to come here and it’s pretty obvious we might be seeing some Bryan Danielson or Nigel McGuiness. Anyways here comment

You really should have checked the rules of BTB before you started. You have to wait 30 days before starting a new thread, and that last post was 3 days ago. It's not Free BTB Day either!
