WWE: Return of Glory
After one night of getting an inspiration to look through BTB and remember the good old days and time to sum up what my time schedule is like the preceding was a result of that night.
I approached my long and good friend about the idea to see what he thought, someone that I trust and have become best friends with through this forum and other means.
Therefore, with an idea, a suggestion and an old flame the following was born.

VINCE MCMAHON SELLS WWE RAW TO DONALD TRUMP...
This past week on RAW the sports-entertainment world was pulled to a stand still with the block buster announcement that WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon, would be selling the longest running prime-time television program in history - the show and concept he created - WWE RAW.
It was announced last Monday that Mr. McMahon sold RAW to long time rival, billionaire Donald Trump.
Upon the announcement the wrestling world was turned upside down, not only through the Blockbuster announcement, but also that WWE RAW will be aired commercial free for the first time in history.
The main event of 'The Bash' would be moved forward to RAW next week when Randy Orton will defend his WWE Championship against former mentor and long time rival, Triple H.
The question has also been asked, with Mr. McMahon selling RAW, it is unknown what will happen to Mr. McMahons other two shows, ECW and WWE Smackdown!
There is much confusion amongst the WWE Universe as to what he selling of RAW mean for the rest of the company, the current WWE Superstars and everything between and beyond...

Re: WWE: Return of Glory
Wow, shocking moment. You are both great bookers no denying man, so hopefully this thread is top notch. Suprised to see a current BTB from you, Grendrill, WCW wouldn't have been a shock ha, but I think this makes things more interesting. Going with the Trump angle, you must have big plans, so I am excited to see. Good luck guys, I'll be reading for sure.

MARK OUT! You're back; you even kept ECW! I kinda remember Juvy as well. Everything looks fairly standard. Here's hoping to a lasting thread. Good luck to you both, and may this thread prosper.

Re: WWE: Return of Glory
Juvy is a great booker, I know I was his partner in two threads. Grendrill remains to this day as one of the best all time. This thread looks killer and I'll be following it, the only one.

Re: WWE: Return of Glory
Ah, my good ol' friend Grendrill. Just in case you have forgotten me, it's Green Day. Last time we talked was I'd say, nearly three years ago?
Great to see you back doing your thing. Maybe you will help me to inspire to write again. I cannot wait for more of this. Good luck Grendrill, maybe we can catch up with each other on MSN if I ever decide to log on.

Re: WWE: Return of Glory
Continuing with the Trump storyline is interesting, you two are both great bookers so I hear, so I'm looking forward to seeing where that particular angle goes. Very well laid out opening post, a good addition for the BTB section as a whole, can't wait to see the first shows up. Best of luck.
