Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

I don't get to review threads often, but I have some free time.

RAW Review

DX/Corporation Promo- Good promo which really did DX proud. Good to see them at their funny antics.

Women's Match- Decent match which saw Kim retain.

Foley/Bischoff- Good laughs from Mick.

Rock/Christian Promo- More Cage than Rock in this one. It showed Christian's passion during this fued, and sets up the coming weeks nicely.

Haas/Masters- Good to see Haas get pushed, but a weekly challenge could mean a de-push. I hope a storyline comes from this.

Cena/Austin- Great exchange between these two. This has classic written on it.

Masters/Hall Promo- Hall was funny. Masters was dull. Meh.

Brown/Styles- I felt that Brown went over Styles too easily. Oh well. Brown made some comments that might propel him into the War Games.

Rhyno/A-Train- Good to see Rhyno pick up the win. He deserves it much more than Train.

Bischoff/Brown Promo- Looky here. Guess he will be in War Games.

Main Event- Good match with veteran pacing. I wonder who the masked man was (sarcasm). Just hope he doesn't cost Trips the title next week. But I'm interested to see how the fued works out.

Overall- 9/10

Return the review to WWE: The Triple Threat.

WWE RAW - Fresno; CA - Comments

Opening promo was allright. It could've done a bit better. The main event announced and its looking good. I think Corporation will win somehow. Good victory for Gail Kim over Mickie James. Bischoff/Foley confront was cool. I think there feud is building slowly slowly, which is nice. Another good promo competition between The Rock and Christian here. Both men were perfect and in character. I hope that you continue their feud. Another championship match here and the champion retains again. I'm glad that Charlie won this match clearly. Haas gives a challenge, I wonder who it could be. Maybe Carlito? Maybe AJ Styles? We'll see. Vince on the phone to someone. Now I can definitely see Corporation winning tonight. Good promo their by John Cena and Stone Cold. I do want to see a feud between them. It would be nice. A backstage confrontation by Masters and Hell. Well, we'll see whats store for these guys in few weeks. Monty wins and I think he can be a strong player in the Bischoff's team. I am predicting him to be in the Bischoff team. Monty gets into Bischoff's team. Amazing main event with every guy interfering. I think the Masked Man is none other then HBK because he used the Superkick. Well, Vince gets the shot and I'm sure that he'll not win but put up a good fight and some run-ins to the match will probably happen. A really good show but nothing near the best.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

*DX Promo: A bit short before the Vince cut off. The rest was good stuff and a good main event announcement.

*Kim over James: Short but that’s ok considering it was just a womens match. Still, these two can hook up anytime and produce a solid match.

*Foley Promo: Good stuff with Foley doing stuff behind the back of Bischoff.

*Christian/Rock Promo: Can never go wrong with these two on the mic.

*Haas over Masters: Whoa, Haas gets a match just one night after the KOTM match? Kind of surprising to me but I’m all for it. Figures Haas would win, no shock.

*Cena/Austin Promo: More good stuff with these two. The match should be a real good brawl and the build should be even better.

*Brown over Styles: More guys from the KOTM match, once again shocking. More shocking to see Brown go over Styles but it’s all good.

*Rhino over A-Train: Good brawl between these two I’m sure. No shock to see Rhino go over.

*Main Event: Good match here and a good way to start/continue the stable rivalry. The mystery man seems obvious but that can of course change. Looking forward to the main event next week.

A good show man. You built new feuds for the next PPV and reminded people of the previous PPV. Solid job.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

Good heat to start the show, with some nice matches to get the crowd into the show. Bit surprised to see Gail Kim take the women’s title, but I suppose a shock is always a nice thing, and it will be interesting to see where the angle goes now

Nice to see the tag match start the show, and I think that the outlaws retain, as they need the belts for a bit longer. Short opening match, but was pretty enjoyable, and it did its job not only of being a part of the show, but a wider part of the DX/Corporation feud. The ending could have been a bit longer, but the interference from Test was well done, and a nice way to change over the title belts

Nice announcement about the GM situation, and a war games match at Summerslam will certainly be explosive

Sting vs. Kane was a very hardcore match, and was a great part of the show. Yeah, it was pretty much a spotfest, but it was the only way to get an enjoyable match out of the pair of them I think. It did its job on the card definitely, and Sting is probably going to the war games match next. An awful lot of near falls here, which was another reason why the match was good to read, and you never knew when it was going to end. Ending through the electrical equipment is a nice way to write out Kane for a few months

RVD/Shelton next, and that should be a great match. A little bit shorter than I was expecting, but it was still a good match, although could have gone longer. This was pretty much non-stop action, which is what you would expect from them. A lot of spots were got into the match, such as the powerbomb. The finish could have been a bit better I think, as it didn’t seem to have the pizaaz that the match should have ended with, but still, a nice way to put RVD over a bit more

KOTM match was well written, and am seriously surprised to see that Haas is still the champion, but him being it does wonders for him, and puts him in line for a serious push. Again, the match was extremely spotty, but I woulnt have expected too much else in this kind of match really. The pinfalls was done at the right time, and this helped to tell the story of the match. Good ending, with Haas taking out everyone, and he is still the champion

Edge/Austin is next, and this is the match that Edge needs to win to move up towards the main event. Probably the best match of the night so far here, with the flow of the match being great, and the near falls being there at the right times, with Edge putting his foot on the ropes after the stunner for instance. Edge was always getting the win, but of course, he needed Lita to get it done, which doesn’t bury Austin too much. Edge could be in line for a title shot, but I think he may have to wait a few months to get it

Loved the Cena rap, and hopefully he keeps the belt tonight, keeping the chase on from DX for another month or so

Rock/Christian should be a solid match, and loved the comedy from the rock in the match using the mic. Some good early action, and surprised to see the Rock kick out of the unprettier, but I guess it was early in the match. People’s elbow gets a foot on the ropes (isn’t Christian in the middle of the ring though), but the Rock finally gets the win with the Rock Bottom. The Rock needed this win I think, but Christian doesn’t look too bad out of it, and he will probably get one more match to finish the feud

Vince as the ref in the main event means we have only two endings, the screwjob, or the against the odds win. I go for the HHH win, but I don’t think this should be the ending. Cena dominates most of the early match, but he cant do enough to get the win, and gets more and more frustrated, with the count getting faster and faster. The slow counts from Vince are there as well, which is no surprise. Pedigree would end it, but there is no count from Vince. Cena then hits the F-U, but Austin breaks the count, and I guess this means the cavalry are coming. Cena has the match won, but there is no ref. Here comes the corporation, and following this, DX. Cena hits another F-U, but Austin breaks the count again, and attacks Vince. Pedigree from HHH, and a count from Austin ends the match, which gives HHH the title. A great match here, even though it was overbooked, but it was still great to read. DX is officially back after the show, and I guess the feud has to carry on

Raw review will be done tomorrow

WWE Smackdown Preview
Highlite Reel Returns

After last week's shocking return of Chris Jericho, we have learned that he will be in the ring this week on Smackdown. And no, he wont be wrestling. Instead he will present The Highlite Reel and who will his guest be? It will be none other than the World's Champion, Kurt Angle. We dont know what Chris Jericho will say or even do when he is face to face with the World's Champ but you can bet that he will have a lot to say and where does Chris Benoit fit into all of this?

Last week, the 5 time WCW Champion challenge the deadman, the Undertaker to a match this week and they will go at it with Booker making a promise that he will end Taker's career once and for all.

Last week it was Brock Lesnar taking on Bobby Lashley with Lesner getting the win but Batista came out and fought with Lesnar. This week, Teddy Long booked a match between Batista and Bobby Lashley. Which big men will win?

Also for weeks, Gregory Helms had issue a open challenge to many crusierweights in the world and he beat them all. Well he issued a open challenge to any Crusierweights or Light Weights or X-Division stars from the country of Canada and someone answer the challenge and his name is Petey Williams who will now get a Crusierweight Championship match this week against Gregory Helms. Also last week in a sit-down interveiw with Miz and Paul Burchill, they challenge each other to a street fight match this week with the TV Championship on the line.

Also we will find out who Rey Mysterio will defend the US Title against at The Great American Bash when Randy Orton faces off against JBL, Mr. Kennedy, and Muhammad Hassan in a four way match. Also The Hardy Boyz will face The Mexicools. Also the debut of The Sandman.

Also Teddy Long will not be here so he left the legend manager, 'The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart in charge and he promise a surpise for the fans.

All this and much more.

Booker T vs The Undertaker

Batista vs Bobby Lashley

#1, Contendership for the US Championship
Mr. Kennedy vs Randy Orton vs JBL vs Muhammad Hassan

Crusierweight Championship
Gregory Helms(C) vs Petey Williams

TV Championship- Street Fight Match
Miz(C) vs Paul Burchill

Hardy Boyz vs Mexicools

Also the debut of The Sandman and the Highlite Reel with Kurt Angle.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

Good promo to start the show, with DX doing the typical comedy that they are famous for. I can see this working out with them as a stable to be honest. Vince doesn’t like what is happening, to no surprise, and then Foley makes a 8 man match for this evening. Nice start to the show

Kim keeps the title, and I guess she will now move on to a new feud

Bischoff cant get a break it seems, and Foley is still running the show as such

Christian and the Rock’s feud doesn’t look to be over, despite the rock saying so, as I think Christian still has a score to settle. Maybe 1 more match at Summerslam, although possibly in the war games environment

Good win for Haas over Masters, and liking the fact he puts out an open challenge. He is on the way to moving quite a bit up the card I think

Cena/Austin at Summerslam then. Should be a good match, and I would expect Cena to get the win and move back towards the title, as that is what he needs to be doing. Okay promo here, but I think you know that you can do better, and I think you will do later on in the feud

Brown gets a win, and he looks like being in the war games match. Good win for him, and he is getting a small push of the back of the ppv again

Rhyno wins the hardcore title, in what seemed like a filler match, but still, nice to see him with a title belt

The Corporation get the shock win over DX in the main event, which is the first signs that they are going to be able to compete with DX. Vince getting a title shot will be interesting, and I’m sure he wont win, but it will be interesting to see what happens. Oh, and it looks like HBK/HHH again, as I’m sure that HBK is the masked man
