Jerry "The King" Lawler: Hello Michael and welcome as were live! Tonights show is going to be a good one!
The show cuts backstage to Mike Adamle talking to Chris Jericho the new World Heavy Weight Champion. (The Crowd's reaction isnt pleasant towards Jericho as the crowd starts chanting Y-2-Gay.. Y-2-Gay...) Mike Adamle says to Jericho "We need to find you a number one contender Chris". "Tonight were going to find you that number one contender so just keep an eye out for that main event.
Match #1
The Burchills vs Micke James & D-Lo Brown
Summary: Both men start out the match and Paul Burchill takes the early advantage by hitting that devastating back breaker. Burchill then goes to work on D-Lo's abdominal muscles by going into the abdominal stretch. (Crowd behind D-Lo) pumps him up enough to break out of that stretch and get on the offensive side. Burchill hits a close line and both competitors are down and they both make the tag. James goes on the offensive side right away on Katie Lea by hitting a swinging neck breaker. Micke picks up Katie Lea and throws her into the turnbuckle. James then goes for the One handed monkey flip cart whell and misses. Katie Lea dosent see James counters by getting on top of the ropes and hitting that Thesz press with a good 5 to 7 punches on Burchill before getting pulled off by the ref. (Crowd wants that Mickie DT) James goes for the DDT and lands it. 1..2.. Paul Burchill runs into the ring and breaks it up and also hits James hard on her back. Both competitors and down. James goes to tag D-Lo Brown in and Brown runs right at Paul Burchill and hits him knocking him off the apron. Brown then heads up on top of the ring and goes for the frog splash on KATIE LEA!!!! Brown does not care shes a girl and the crowd loves it as he connects with the frog splash. 1..2..3.. Winners: Micke James and D-Lo Brown 11:23
Michael Cole: What a great match by James and Brown.
Jerry Lawler: Could you believe that Brown went for the frog splash on Katie Lea. Ummm I loved that one. I can't wait to see what Paul Burchill will do next week or the next chance he has at Brown for hitting that deadly splash on his sister.
Michael Cole: Were going to have to wait and see but I can imagine Brown is in for some British trouble. (WWE Monday Night Raw cuts to a commercial)
Mike Adamle walks out to some heated boos. Apparently the fans dont like GM'S reading from cards??
Mike Adamle: Hello fans (BOOO)..... Tonight we need a main event match to decide the number one contender for the World Heavy Weight Championship Match at No Mercy. There is plenty of choices for this spot, however I just don't no who to choose. (Batista music hits and the fans go crazy!!!)
Batista: Adamle I'm your guy. I just beat Cena at summer slam and was 7 seconds away from becoming the WHC Champion. Im the logical choice for the Number One Contender. (JBL's music hits to thunderous boos)
JBL: Listen Batista I had that match one until a cheep shot by Kane took me out. I am the richest man in the entire WWE. How dare you insult me like that. Im JBL!.. Mike im the man for the job. I put on the best shows and im the best choice. Thats if you want a good match at No Mercy.
(Kanes Music hits)
Kane: Mike I'm the man for this match. I am going to destroy Jericho at No Mercy. Choose me. Im the best person in the WWE right now. I destroyed Rey Mystero's sole and I am the logical choice for the WHC.

Rey Mystero: Mike i went thru hell the last few months and was able to overcome everything. I fought back and stood strong to defeat Kane. I'm the man for the job.
(CM Punks music hits)
CM Punk: I deserve the shot at the title Mike. I didn't even get a chance to defend my title at No Mercy. I deserve a chance to defend my title.
Mike Adamle: hmmm your all good choices and the easy way out is to have you all fight in one match to decide but I have a better idea. And CM Punk your correct and im also taking that into consideration. After this commercial I will say my decision. (Commercial hits)
Mike Adamle: Welcome back fans and heres my decision. Were going to have a two part tournament for the right to be the number one contender. This week (September 22) and next week (September 29) we will have all you stars fight off for the right to face Y2J at No Mercy. CM Punk you will automatically be in the finals of this tournament because you deserve it because of what Orton did. You will also have these 2 weeks off to recover from your injury. Good luck tonight and the first match starts after this match.
Michael Cole: Woah King did you just hear that. Mike Adamle just make a 2 part tournament for the #1 contender spot at No Mercy

Santino Marella vs Jamie Noble
Summary: The fans are actually into this match because Santino is actually a native of New Jersey. Noble for the first time is winning a match by a landslide. This is amazing. Noble goes for a close line and Marella counters with a back breaker. THE CROWD GOES WILD. Santino goes for the pin. 1..2.. Noble the little bastard kicks out. Noble somehow counters a Santino Close Line and counters with a back breaker. Santino is down Noble huddles over him for the inside cradle. 1..2.. Noble kicks out. Santino gets up and hits the ropes and crushes Noble with a close line. Santino goes for the pin. 1..2..3.. Winner: Santino Marella 3:23. The Honk a Tonk meter goes to 5 weeks! CROWED GOES NUTS!!!!!

Kane vs Rey Mysterio
Tournament Match Part 1
Summary: The match starts of with Kane throwing Rey into the ropes and landing a big boot to the face. Kane is pulverizing Mr.619 and the crowd does not like this but suddenly Rey gets some offense going with repeated kicks to Kanes knee. Rey lands a Tornado DDT and Kane hits the mat hard. Rey is getting the early offense and is showing he wasn't dead and neither is his spirit. Kane gets up and charges at Rey but he hits him with a drop down toe hold and KANE GOES FLYING INTO THE ROPES AND IS STEADY THERE. The crowd chants 619 as Mystero goes for it and hits the ropes and runs towards Kane but he gets up quickly and crushes him with a close line. Both wrestlers are down and the match goes to a commercial. The show airs back with Kane hitting Rey with a boot to the face. He seems done and Kane is signaling for the choke slam to end it all. Mysterio gets up and slides under Kane's arm and takes him down with a drop kick to his knee and Kane falls onto the ropes. Mysterio wastes no time and connects on the 619 (CROWD GOES WILD) He then goes for the West Coast Pop however, Kane catches Mysterio by the neck and connects with the CHOKE SLAM. 1...2..3.. Winner: Kane 15:19
The show goes to commercial. The show comes back to Mike Adamle talking with CM Punk. He is talking about what Randy Orton, Team Priceless and Manu did to him. Adamle assures him that during the tournament Orton and CO. will be suspended if they interfere with the match. Punk feels better and walks out of the room.

Batista vs JBL
Tournament Match
Summary: The match starts off right away with Batista taking the early advantage on JBL. He lands 2 strong hay maker blows that send Layfield crashing to the mat. You could hear the thicking thud of the animals fist hitting JBL'S skull. JBL gets counted by the ref up to 6 before getting up. He then charges at Batista and gets hit with the animals version of saying goodnight with a spine buster. He signals for the Batista Bomb. JBL somehow gets up goes to the ropes and hits Batista with a close line from hell. Both competitors are down and are counted to 6 before JBL gets up. Layfield goes on offense on Batista hitting a swinging neck breaker. He picks Batista up throws him into the ropes and hits him with a huge boot to the head. While Dave is down the show goes to a commercial. The show comes back with JBL putting Batista in a sleeper hold. (The Crowd is chanting BA-TIS-TA) and he breaks out of the hold and hits JBL with his version on a close line from hell. Batista comes up and hits JBL with a spear. Batista goes for the pin. 1..2.. JBL kicks out. He has some fight left in him. Batista signals for his signature Batista Bomb. He grabs the ropes and shakes it with all his might. Batista throws JBL's head under his leg raises JBL and nails the Batista Bomb. 1..2..3.. Winner and moving on to the next round: Batista 18:22
Michael Cole: Wow what a match. WOAH WAIT HERE COMES KANE!!!
Kane comes running into the ring and his Batista with a huge boot to the head. He signals for the choke slam.. Kane hits the choke slam and Raw goes off the air!
