Thanks for the comments, Jamie1, they flatter me

As for the Christian Cage story, I have to admit I would be stupid not to want Christian Cage at my disposal, but I tried to make the story as realistic as possible, I didn't immediately lunge in and sign Christian Cage, like some others may have done. This story will gradually unfold, and there's a 50-50 chance as to what the conclusion is of this story.

<3 -TR™-,

Lol first off, I'm absolutely flattered that you'd use my layout for your news. For a second, I looked at it and thought I was reading my thread! Lol. Anyways, aside from your excellent choice in layout :P, the news is pretty solid! Cage coming back to the WWE has alot of potential, and the way you're going about the presentation of the possibility so far is VERY realistic. No matter which way this goes, at this point, you've already captured my interest, as you've actually provided a challenge (of sorts) for WWE to get him. Like you said, too many people have given half-assed (or no) reasons for bringing him back in, and the fact that you've actually worked this into some type of story, is respectable to say the least.

~Apologies for only posting Judgment Day in recap form and only posting the matches, but I was getting along very slowly with regards to posting Judgment Day in full, and my schedule has been quite hefty as of late, so I had to post it in recap. However, the outcomes of some of the matches were planned by myself for a full version of the Pay-Per-View, and I did the best recap I could, and just because this is recapped and only matches are posted, this doesn't spell the end of this BTB, by a long shot. I'm progressing with the forthcoming Raw extremely well, and so I hope each and every one of you enjoy reading...Judgment Day!~

Narrator: When you accomplish such a feat, there is no turning back. No time to regret, no time to ponder. But an immortal shall fight on and persevere to cement their legacy, letting the past be the past, and continuing until incapable. The hunter is now the hunted, and for the target......There shall be double-trouble. For the King Of Kings, this is his kingdom to command, and shall annihilate all who dare impose war. World Wrestling Entertainment presents Judgment Day, on May 18th, in High Definition. In anarchy we trust.

And now, in High Definition, World Wrestling Entertainment Brings To You...
~WWE JUDGMENT DAY~
The Results Are As Follows...

=============

~Mega McMahon Announcement~
It's The Draft The Night After One Night Stand!

The moment Judgment Day came on the air, none other than the WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon came down to the ring, which was obviously down to the "Mega Announcement" McMahon had planned for tonight. Mr. McMahon welcomed the WWE fans to Judgment Day, and reiterated that he had a mega announcement to make. Mr. McMahon, after several moments of hyping the announcement, finally revealed that the night after One Night Stand, the WWE Draft will take place! Afterwards, Mr. McMahon informed the millions of people watching Judgment Day that by the time One Night Stand has come and gone, McMahon will be back in total control of World Wrestling Entertainment, and made it a guarantee.

=============

~United States Championship~

Matt Hardy (c) vs Chavo Guerrero vs MVP vs Kane

The opening match on the card was United States Champion Matt Hardy defending the United States Championship against the former United States Champion Montel Vontavious Porter, Chavo Guerrero, who had the momentum on his side going into tonight's contest, and the Big Red Machine and former ECW Champion, Kane. The odds were stacked against Matt Hardy, but the Angelic Diablo pulled out the victory, when Chavo Guerrero nailed Kane with a frogsplash, but before the former ECW Champion Guerrero could pursue the victory with a cover, Matt Hardy intervened, laying out Chavo Guerrero with a twist of fate, and covering Chavo Guerrero for the victory, before Kane or MVP, who was situated on the outside of the ring, could break the count.

Winner and still United States Champion: Matt Hardy @ 16:42

=============

~Singles Match~
Mr. Kennedy vs John "Bradshaw" Layfield

This match was scheduled to be an ordinary singles match contested between two heated rivals in order to settle their differences, but as this match culminated, it was much more than just a singles match. Much, much more. The match began as a singles match with ordinary rules applying, but after John "Bradshaw" Layfield sent Mr. Kennedy hurtling into referee Chad Patton with a fall away slam, this contest got ugly. Steel chairs, steel stairs and a handful of exposed turnbuckles came into play, and throughout this phase of hardcore competition, it was the Loud-Mouthed Superstar, Mr. Kennedy, who looked most likely to emerge from tonight's match-up with a victory under his belt. Even before the referee Chad Patton was knocked out, the contents of this contest were disturbing, as JBL catapulted Mr. Kennedy face-first into the steel post, which busted open the Green Bay, Wisconsin native. JBL was busted open as well, when JBL was charging at Mr. Kennedy with steel stairs in hand, but Mr. Kennedy tripped JBL with a drop toe hold, and JBL crashed facr-first into the steel stairs! This sickening contest finally came to an end, when Mr. Kennedy went for the mic check, but JBL wriggled out of the precarious predicament, and flattened Mr. Kennedy with a clothesline from hell! JBL covered Mr. Kennedy for the victory after referee Marty Elias made himself present to make the count, and the self-proclaimed Wrestling God and Raw's Resident Loud-mouth were helped out of the arena by officials.

Winner: John "Bradshaw" Layfield @ 19:53

~World Tag Team Championships; 6-Team Tag Team Turmoil~
Santino Marella & Carlito (c) vs Cryme Tyme vs Paul London & Brian Kendrick vs Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch
vs Tommy Dreamer & Kofi Kingston vs Golden Light

It was nothing short of unpredictable as to which lucky Tag Team would emerge victorious in this hotly-contested 6-Team Tag Team Turmoil Match, with the World Tag Team Championships at stake. The defending World Tag Team Champions, Carlito and Santino Marella, had a daunting task ahead of them, as the Champions were the first team to enter the contest. Their first test was the money-craving duo of Cryme Tyme, who were looking very confident going into this match-up. Cryme Tyme looked as if they could cause a massive shock by eliminating the defending Champions first, but JTG and Shad were denied their oppurtunity, as Carlito and Santino Marella held out for the victory, after Santino Marella rolled up JTG, with Marella's feet on the ropes.

The second team to enter were former World Tag Team Champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick. The longest reigning WWE Tag Team Champions in SmackDown history were among the hot favorites going into Judgment Day, and London and Kendrick seemed to be closing in on a victory when Brian Kendrick connected with a shooting star press, but Santino Marella broke up the cover, pulling his Tag Team partner Carlito out of the ring. This provoked Paul London and Brian Kendrick to pursue the Champions, but Carlito and Marella assaulted London and Kendrick brutally on the outside of the ring, using the security wall, steel stairs and concrete floor to their advantage, before getting back in the ring before the 10-count, as Paul London and Brian Kendrick were handed a loss via count-out.

Next to attempt to derail the team of Carlito and Santino Marella were Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. The duo, who haven't been on the same page as of late, went into this match hoping that their diminutive differences would be put aside, and successfully capture the World Tag Team Championships for a fourth time. The alliance of Cade and Murdoch went smoothly for the majority of the match, and the two sides competed against eachother without a vigorous mind-set present, as Cade and Murdoch and Carlito and Santino Marella waged war with a lot of respect for one another. Trevor Murdoch was becoming inches away from capturing the World Tag Team Championships for his team, when partner Lance Cade suddenly low-blowed his ally, and walked out on a wounded Murdoch as Carlito took advantage, nailing Trevor Murdoch with a backstabber, and handing the seemingly now-defunct partnership of Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch an elimination.

The newly-found alliance of Tommy Dreamer and Kofi Kingston entered next, and were definitely on the same page going into this match, unlike the prior entrants, Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. Tommy Dreamer and Kofi Kingston surprisingly dominated Carlito and Santino Marella during their tenure in the match against Carlito and Marella, but the World Tag Team Champions inflicted yet another elimination, this time of Tommy Dreamer and Kofi Kingston, after Carlito covered Tommy Dreamer following a backstabber.

The following and final entrants into the match were the star-studded team of Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke, who were definitely among the favorites to emerge from this 6-Team Tag Team Turmoil Match with the World Tag Team Championships around their waists. Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke were looking to take advantage of a disorientated Carlito and Santino Marella, and Carlito and Marella finally had to relinquish their World Tag Team Championships to Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke, when Shelton Benjamin connected with the pay dirt on Santino Marella, after Marella was too caught up with his own ego by taunting the Omaha audience. Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke are the new World Tag Team Champions, and a new era is dawning in the Tag Team division on WWE Raw.

Winners and new World Tag Team Champions: Golden Light @ 17:48

~Womens' Championship~
Mickie James (c) vs Beth Phoenix

Ever since Mickie James defeated Beth Phoenix to regain the Womens' Championship back in April, the Glamazon has been biding her time for an oppurtunity to take back the Womens' Championship. However, Mickie James would not give up the Womens' Championship without putting up the fight of her life, and that mind-set paid off for Mickie James, eventually. After a phase where Beth Phoenix humiliated Mickie James with maneuver after maneuver after maneuver, Beth Phoenix was getting a bit too cocky, and regarded this match as a walk through the park - Thou shalt not doubt Mickie James! The Womens' Champion finally got some offense in, and retained her Womens' Championship after covering Beth Phoenix for the 3-count, following a Mick Kick.

Winner and still Womens' Champion: Mickie James @ 12:09

~Last Man Standing Match~
Shawn Michaels vs Batista

Massive doubts emerged over whether this match would go ahead, after Batista was super kicked off the stage by Shawn Michaels, just 48 hours ago, on Friday Night SmackDown. However, Batista was cleared to compete earlier in the night, and The Animal was pissed with Shawn Michaels. With his mid-section heavily taped up with plaster, Batista entered the Qwest Center looking for one thing - Redemption. Shawn Michaels had the advantage going into this match due to his superior condition despite enduring a brutal match with Chuck Palumbo this past Friday on SmackDown, and was heavily fancied to come out victorious as a result, but The Animal was looking to glare in the eyes of adversity, overcome the heavily-stacked odds against him, and annihilate Shawn Michaels in order to win. HBK controlled the opening phases Last Man Standing Match evidently, but whenever Batista had an oppurtunity in front of him to get back into this No-Hols-Barred contest, The Animal welcomed it with open arms. The ending of this match was imminent, where after almost half an hour's worth of extraordinary carnage, Batista and Shawn Michaels were brawling on the stage, reminiscent of the scenes from this past Friday's WWE SmackDown. Shawn Michaels was looking to repeat history, and went to superkick Batista off the stage AGAIN, but this time, Batista was able to move out of the way. Shawn Michaels was teetering on the edge of the stage, and Batista hit Shawn Michaels with a kick to the mid-section. Batista lifted Shawn Michaels up high, but Shawn Michaels hung on to a segment of scaffolding on the Judgment Day set in desperation. Shawn Michaels leapt onto Batista from the scaffolding, but Batista caught Shawn Michaels in mid-air, and drove Shawn Michaels back into the steel scaffolding, with a spine buster! Shawn Michaels was seemingly unconscious, and when HBK couldn't answer the 10-count, Batista was announced as the winner of this epic, brutal Last Man Standing Match.

Winner: Batista @ 34:48

~World Heavyweight Championship~
The Undertaker (c) vs The Big Showvs Edge

Ever since The Big Show re-emerged in the World Heavyweight Title picture earlier this month, the probability of The Undertaker still being World Heavyweight Champion after Judgment Day has gradually decreased, especially when Edge was inserted into this match by SmackDown General Manager and Edge's fiancé, Vickie Guerrero. Before this match began, Vickie Guerrero told the world that this Friday, she has an announcement to make that is even bigger than the WWE Draft. This seemingly derailed Edge in his quest to become World Heavyweight Champion again, as the Rated-R Superstar competed this Triple Threat Match without the normal self-esteem and confidence he possesses. As a result, Edge decided to take a backseat in this match, and let The Undertaker and The Big Show do the Rated-R Superstar's dirty work. When The Undertaker and The Big Show's energy levels were significantly depleted, the moment came for Edge to take advantage in the contest. After The Undertaker choke slammed The Big Show to the canvas, The Phenom was looking to retain the World Heavyweight Championship. However, before The Undertaker could make the cover, The Undertaker was laid out with an X-Rated spear, courtesy of the R-Rated Superstar. Edge showed why he truly is the Ultimate Opportunist, picking up the victory, and becoming the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: Edge @ 22:27

~WWE Championship; John Cena Special Guest Referee~
Triple H (c)
vs Randy Orton vs Chris Jericho

The potential result of this prestigious WWE Championship Triple Threat Match was completely altered, when John Cena was inserted into the match by Raw General Manager and WWE Co-Owner William Regal - As the Special Guest Referee. John Cena was livid at the decision, but nonetheless reiterated in the weeks prior to tonight that he would call this match right down the middle. John Cena lived up to his word for the vast majority of this match, and let Triple H, Randy Orton and Chris Jericho tear eachother apart. However, John Cena was incapable of keeping a low profile in this contest right from the moment the WWE Championship Triple-Threat Match was announced by Raw General Manager William Regal, and that was finally shown, when Randy Orton was sizing up Triple H for the RKO, following a DDT on The Game. Suddenly, John Cena caught Randy Orton's eye, and Randy Orton spat in the face of John Cena! Randy Orton exclaimed to John Cena "I didn't just spit in the face of a legend!", and John Cena's fuse at long last overboiled, when John Cena hoisted Randy Orton onto his shoulders, and FU'ed the One-Man Dynasty to the outside of the ring and down to the concrete floor! Back in the ring, Triple H was on his feet, but Y2J Chris Jericho was standing behind him. Triple H turned around, and Chris Jericho went for the codebreaker, but Triple H pushed Chris Jericho away in mid-air. Chris Jericho ran at Triple H after getting back onto his feet, and went for a clothesline, but Triple H dodged the bullet from Y2J's arsenal, and laid out Chris Jericho with a pedigree! Before Randy Orton could play a significant role in the outcome of this match, Triple H covered Chris Jericho for the 3-count, and retained the WWE Championship!

Winner and still WWE Champion: Triple H @ 29:58

~And there you have it! A new World Heavyweight Champion is upon us, the Draft is in 3 weeks' time, and Judgment Day 2008 has come and gone! Hope you enjoyed it, folks!~

Nige’s Judgment Day Feedback

It’s a shame that you wanted to do the PPV in full but couldn’t, but I think it’s best to keep full shows for the big shows anyway to avoid burn out and to keep the motivation

A draft, sweet. It’s going to be tough since there’s one going down this Monday and because you’re following the WWE’s lead now, you will have to make sure that you do better as your readers will be comparing the two shows the moment they read your draft

I think you chose a great match to open the show up as it will be chaotic with four men going at it, and obviously with two guys that are more than over in Matt and Kane. When you said this was the best recap you could do, I have to question that since I’m sure your TV matches are longer than this or are pretty close. A Raw recap this size would be better as the PPV is more important and gives the indication that it could be laziness. With exams going on though, it’s understandable at this time of year

Why didn’t you just make this match a hardcore one anyway? The ref would have been out for a while with all the carnage going on. I think it serves best for JBL to get the victory without Kennedy losing any credibility, but it seems that a No DQ match would have suited it better

It was interesting that the tag title match came down to two heels, but poor Santino must be going for a singles push now that he lost the titles. I think Benjamin & Burke are great, I think it’s a waste of two good mid card talents, better than Santino & Carlito in fact. It’ll be a good help for them if they get a real strong push as champions

Mickie defeating Beth was no major surprise, but be careful you don’t waste the talent of The Glamazon because it would be criminal. I don’t like the same title changing hands every pay-per-view and very often and it helps Mickie that she gets a decent push before dropping the title

Michaels and Batista was always going to be personal and I think this type of match did favour Batista. The finish was a bit weak really with Michaels losing by having his back pushed in to some steel. A Batista Bomb would have been better as it would have more impact. A spinebuster on the floor would have been fine, but when you said it was a spinebuster, it can’t have been unless the scaffolding was on the floor. It would have been something life the spinebuster grip, but it can’t have been the move unless it was just described wrong

The World title match going in Edge’s favour was always a strong possibility, so it came as no real surprise when he stole at the end like The Ultimate Opportunist always does. The announcement on Friday should be one to look forward to

Triple H was always going to retain here and it looked like a good end to the match, adding a lot of fire to the Cena/Orton feud I gather we will soon be watching

Not a bad PPV to watch at all, but with the lack of detail it’s hard to make any real comments

Mr.R Presents...
WWE RAW; PREVIEW!
WWE; The Alternative Route

WWE Raw comes to the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio tonight for the fall out of an epic Judgment Day. It is less than 2 weeks until WWE One Night Stand; Extreme Rules, so will we discover more on the one night a year when the WWE goes extreme?

KING OF KINGS WINS THE WAR
The odds were stacked against WWE Champion Triple H last night at Judgment Day, as The Game had to defend his Title against Randy Orton and Chris Jericho, with another of Triple H's rivals, John Cena, serving as the Special Guest Referee. However, when the smoke had cleared from the Triple-Threat Match, John Cena emerged to be beneficial to Triple H's WWE Championship defense, as Cena took out Randy Orton with an FU. Triple H is still the WWE Champion, and The King of Kings will certainly have to withstand the onslaught of new challengers to his crown. Raw General Manager and WWE Co-Owner William Regal allegedly has an announcement to make regarding the #1 Contendership to the WWE Championship, and Regal has made it clear that he despises of Triple H, so will the decision go in The Game's favor?

JBL VICTORIOUS IN MATCH OF ONE IN A MILLION
John "Bradshaw" Layfield was victorious in his brutal match-up against Mr. Kennedy last night at Judgment Day, but JBL's victory came with a price, regardless of whether JBL may be a Self-made Millionaire. Blood, sweat and tears were shed in the squared circle in the Qwest Center in Omaha, Nebraska and Mr. Kennedy will be looking for redemption. These two competitors will never be the same again after last night, and both will be paying close attention to what Raw General Manager and WWE Co-Owner William Regal has to say about the #1 contendership to the WWE Championship, a Championship of which JBL and Mr. Kennedy are both gunning for.

RESENTFUL ALLIANCE
Last week, the world was shocked when Raw General Manager and King of the Ring William Regal added to his overwhelming power significantly when Regal made an earth-shattering announcement - He was the co-owner of World Wrestling Entertainment. William Regal had Mr. McMahon, his co-owner, arrested, and the vast majority of WWE viewers would agree that William Regal has crossed the line as to abusing his already-flattering power. We hope to find out more behind William Regal's co-ownership, and many questions are to be asked. How did Regal buy out Linda McMahon? Where did Regal get the money to fund his takeover? Only time will tell.

GOLDEN TANDEM GET THE GOLDEN PRIZE
The short reign of Carlito and Santino Marella as World Tag Team Champions came crashing down to earth last night at Judgment Day, as Golden Light, the tandem which consists of Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke, captured the World Tag Team Championships in a 6-Team Tag Team Turmoil Match. The odds were stacked against Carlito and Santino Marella from the start, as the then-Champions entered first in the contest. Carlito and Marella did extraordinarily well to withstand the onslaught of 4 other Tag Teams, but they didn't have enough left inside them to overcome the power trip of Benjamin and Burke. The Tag Team Turmoil Match also saw the disbandment of one of the most successful teams on Monday Night Raw, in Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch. In weeks leading up to Judgment Day, there had been unrest among the Redneck Wrecking Crew, and things finally came to a head at Judgment Day, when Cade cost his team the match by low-blowing Murdoch. How will Trevor Murdoch react to being betrayed by his long-time friend, and how will the era of Golden Light begin?

SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT
William Regal makes an announcement regarding the #1 contendership to the WWE Championship

Mr.R Presents...
WWE RAW!
WWE; The Alternative Route

WWE Raw begins with a lengthy video package, recapping last night's Judgment Day. The video package incudes highlights of Triple H retaining the WWE Championship after defeating Randy Orton and Chris Jericho in a triple-threat match, and John "Bradshaw" Layfield overcoming Mr. Kennedy. The Judgment Day theme song, "Take It All", is playing in the background

**To Be Loved** The Raw opening video package begins, as the pyrotechnics explode from the High-Definition set, and the camera pans the packed-out Quicken Loans Arena, before crossing over to Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler at the announce table

Jim Ross:
Ladies and gentlemen across the world, welcome to Monday Night Raw, live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio! Jim Ross and Jerry "The King" Lawler at ringside, and we are less than 24 hours removed from what was an undoubtedly epic event in Judgment Day!

Jerry Lawler:
It sure was, JR, and if you didn't see Judgment Day, Triple H, The Game, retained the WWE Championship against Randy Orton and Chris Jericho! And tonight, Raw General Manager, and c0-owner of World Wrestling Entertainment, William Regal has a huge announcement to make regarding the #1 contendership to the WWE Championship!

Jim Ross: And speaking of William Regal, Regal is allegedly going to reveal how he brought 50% of World Wrestling Entertainment! What could Regal's motives possibly be, King?

Jerry Lawler: I have no idea, JR, but you can always expect a big surprise with the Raw General Manager! What will Mr. McMahon think of this?

**Time To Play The Game** A relaxed-looking WWE Champion Triple H strides down the rampway, getting an overwhelming ovation from the audience in the Quicken Loans Arena

Triple H: ...I stand before you still your WWE Champion, and now that I remain at the pinnacle of the World Wrestling Entertainment, like I always have, and always will...It's time to play the game!

Huge pop for Triple H, and chants of "Triple H! Triple H!" break out

Triple H:
Last night at Judgment Day, I defied the odds, and I effectively defeated not just Chris Jericho and Randy Orton...But I also beat John Cena

Pop for John Cena, but some boos can be heard, scattered around the audience

Triple H:
Look, I know John Cena seemingly handed me the match by taking out Randy Orton, but I know why John did that

Triple H walks toward the camera, and glares through the lens

Triple H:
You didn't think I could come out on top, did you, Cena? You know, I can understand why you think of me that why, John, I really do. I'm not the one you should be doubting, John...It's you

Mixed reaction at Triple H's remarks

Triple H: We all know how you feel, not being able to compete for the WWE Championship at Judgment Day, anybody who was in your position would feel exactly the same way as you do. But John, William Regal's decision not to include you in the match, as a competitor at least, was for your own good...What we do, it's a dangerous game, and people can get hurt. I have to admit, Randy Orton and Chris Jericho, they earned their oppurtunity at the WWE Championship, but you didn't think of it that way, did you?

Another significant mixed response

Triple H: The fact that you're John Cena and you're a 4-time WWE Champion shouldn't make you think that you should step into the ring with guys like me. I respect that you're a highly-rated WWE Superstar, Cena, but you should respect that I am the WWE Champion, and that I can take you out any time, any place!

Big pop for Triple H's aggresive response

Triple H: I am aware that William Regal has an announcement to make regarding the #1 contendership for my WWE Championship. What Willy has to say doesn't bother me, but Willy sure as hell isn't going to give you the oppurtunity to challenge me...Spare yourself the embarassment of challenging me, John, because I'm gonna be WWE Champion for a long time, and I sure as hell am not going to give this Title up that easily!

Big pop for the King of Kings

Triple H:
I have to admit, Randy Orton's at the front of the waiting line for a shot at my WWE Title, because it was you, John, who gave him less of a chance of winning than he already had...Which is of course, a scarcity

Faint laughter from the Quicken Loans Arena

Triple H:
John, should you have the sheer audacity to think that you're deserving of a WWE Title shot against me...I'm gonna beat some sense into you, the only way I know I can, and that is-

"I HEAR VOICES IN MY HEAD. THEY COME TO ME, THEY UNDERSTAND, THEY TALK TO ME!!"

**Voices** A disgruntled looking Randy Orton emerges from the curtain to heat from the audience, and Randy Orton trudges toward the ring, as Triple H stares a hole through the Legend Killer

Randy Orton:
(Smirking) Hunter, Hunter, Hunter...Don't waste your time on John Cena, he's not worth the anxiety...But somebody who you should be worried about is me

Mixed response for Randy Orton, who nods his head at the audience

Randy Orton:
Like you said earlier, John Cena cost me the WWE Championship, and it was, quite frankly, all because John Cena's ego got the better of him, like it always has, and always will...As far as you, I, and all of these WWE fans know, John Cena was never an adequate challenger for the WWE Championship, and now, Hunter...I'm the true #1 contender

Lots of heat directed at the One-Man Dynasty

Randy Orton:
To be honest, I couldn't care less about what William Regal has to say...Regal is a smart man, and he knows as well as anybody that I am the only Superstar that can lead by example here on Monday Night Raw, so Regal's going to make the most obvious decision of his career, and announce me as #1 contender

**Promenade** William Regal enters the Quicken Loans Arena to tons of heat, and looks on disapprovingly at Randy Orton and Triple H

William Regal: Gentlemen, please...The two of you are using up precious air time un-neccessarily, so I feel that it is only in the best interests of Monday Night Raw that I clear up the situation of the #1 contender to the WWE Championship right now

Mixed response, as the audience wait in anticipation as to what William Regal has to say

William Regal: I am aware that the vast majority of WWE Superstars deem themselves worthy contenders to the WWE Championship, so after almost an entire day's worth of thought, I have come up with a perfect idea as to how this issue can be resolved

Another mixed response

William Regal:
Tonight, WWE Raw will see five qualifying matches...the winners of these matches will advance to a 5-man Battle Royal, and the winner will face you, Triple H, at One Night Stand, in a match stipulation that I will reveal the contents of, next week

**Promenade** To a mixed response, William Regal exits the Quicken Loans Arena, as Triple H and Randy Orton have a staredown

Jim Ross: What an announcement from William Regal, by the end of tonight, we will know the #1 contender to the WWE Championship!

Jerry Lawler:
We will also know the Main Event of One Night Stand, JR, most people despise of William Regal, but Regal can pull out some mind-blowing announcements!

......3! CM Punk advances to tonight's Main Event!

**This Fire Burns** CM Punk has his hand raised by referee Marty Elias, and the Straight-Edge Superstar celebrates his victory with his Money In The Bank briefcase, as Umaga slams his fists at the canvas in frustration

The camera switches backstage, where William Regal is sitting in his office, getting tons of heat. John "Bradshaw" Layfield walks in, getting a negative reaction also. JBL is sporting a bandage over his forehead, covering a wound from JBL's match against Mr. Kennedy last night at Judgment Day

John "Bradshaw" Layfield:
Mr. Regal, let me start by giving you my endorsement for this tournament you have organised tonight, but to be honest, it really isn't neccessary... As you and these people witnessed last night, after I anialated that loud-mouthed bastard Mr. Kennedy, I am the only induvidual in World Wrestling Entertainment, let alone WWE Raw, that is deserving of a WWE Championship oppurtunity

Heat for the self-proclaimed Wrestling God

William Regal: I would agree, JBL, but I'm afraid that if I were to single-handedly award you an oppurtunity at the WWE Championship, then it would cause unrest in the locker room, as well as the Board of Directors...It is my duty, as the General Manager, King of the Ring and the co-owner of World Wrestling Entertainment, that I maintain an equal level of morale amongst my company, and give everybody a fair chance...I know that the majority of the roster isn't worthy of a Championship oppurtunity...

Major heat in response to William Regal's remarks

William Regal:
But I have to do what is in the best interest of the World Wrestling Entertainment. You do understand where I'm coming from, don't you, JBL?

John "Bradshaw" Layfield: Of course, Mr. Regal. It's a case of when, not if, I make it to One Night Stand, that I, once again, become the WWE Champion, so I couldn't care less how I make it to One Night Stand. Nobody, and I mean nobody, can stand in my way of regaining what is well and truly mine. Get the record books out, people, because John "Bradshaw" Layfield is-

JBL suddenly turns his head toward the door of William Regal's office, as an also bandaged-up Mr. Kennedy walks into the room, and stares directly into JBL's eyes

Mr. Kennedy: I could have sworn there was a washed-up has-been in here, and I guess I wasn't wrong. I would say it's good ol' Willy Rega
