Match 1 - Finlay & Sheamus vs. Matt Striker & Big Daddy V
This was a pretty good match to open up. I don’t know if there is any history there, so I don’t know if the match had any real meaning, but it was very well written and explained, and you have Big Daddy V over brilliant as a total monster.
Linda McMahon & Kenny Dykstra segment
Nice to see that Kenny has been given a push. I think he’ll make a great heel. Him vs. The hurricane should make a great match. Well done here, Kenny moaning makes him one of those typical whining heels.
Match 2 - Charlie Haas vs. Evan Bourne
Again, a very good match, although a little long-winded for a SmackDown match. Some good wrestling moves. Not sure what the attack at the end means as I haven’t been reading SD until now! Something over the CW Title maybe?
HBK/Batista segment
Did well to build up their match, but I didn’t really feel as though either man was in character. I couldn’t imagaine them saying those lines, if you see what I mean. No huge deal though. It’s good hype for their match, and that was the point of the segment.
Match 3 - The Miz & John Morrison vs. Matt Hardy and RVD
This was a great match - and what a nice surprise to see RVD in it! Good tag team bout with some back and forth action and some good team work. The ending would normally be cheap, but I see it as the Champs having met their match and using the title belt out of desperation. Awesome match for ONS. Matt and RVD as champs would be great, but draw it out a bit. A chase for the titles would be good. The longer you delay them getting the titles, the sweeter it’ll be when they do.
Edge/Lita segment
Almost like real life, but…not! Nice segment, using Lita in it made a lot of sense. I’m interested to see how your direction with this matches up with the WWE direction. Long heard it all - what will he do!? Suspense, I like it.
Match 4 - Kenny Dykstra vs. the Hurricane
Another good match! Good action, some nice swings in momentum…and I’m loving The Hurricane! Attack by Noble again…interesting. Can only assume it’s to do with the CW Title. Looking forward to seeing where that goes.
Dykstra, Noble and Linda McMahon segment
A nice announcement at the end, that tag match should be great next week. I think you’re over-using Linda McMahon a little bit though. Or, at least, you’re using her in similar situations. Each time she’s been wandering backstage and has ‘come across’ Superstars who she has a bone to pick with. Move the action to her office, or have her come to the ring, to give a bit of variety.
Miz and Morrison backstage interview
This was good, building some hype for the tag match and keeping these two over as heels. You’ve kept them good on the microphone, which I like - they are cocky and think that they’re the only two good enough for the titles…it’s just setting them up for a fall.
Main Event - HBK vs. MVP
This was an OK match, but you could have made more use of the no-DQ element of it…it was almost like you forgot the stipulation whilst you were writing. Some of the other matches seemed longer and more detailed than this, the Main Event, which surprised me. MVP bailing out and trying to leave is classic heel behaviour. It gets him some major heat and puts him over all the more, so well done on that. The Batista interference was kinda inevitable, but I have no problem with it - it sets up the match at ONS nicely.
Edge/Vickie wedding
Everything was played out well, but I don’t think you spent enough time on it, especially with the dialogue. I don’t Vickie would tell Teddy Long that he’s fired straight after his first line. I think there’d be a bit more of a verbal interaction there. Teddy then says the Edge kissed Lita, then Vickie threatens to fire Teddy, who then says ‘I have proof’. Neither do I think that Teddy would just say ‘Aight…’ to getting fired. Also, at the end of the segment, I don’t think that Vickie would suddenly get angry with Edge and put him in that match. The natural reaction would have been for her to be devastated and crying on air, then for the match to be announced on WWE.com, or something like that. Don’t get me wrong, the segment was played out well, everything was in a good order - it just felt a little rushed, that’s all. Nice interference by ‘Taker though.
Overall
It was a good show. I had a few issues with it, which I’ve mentioned further up. Your matches are still great, if a little long for a weekly show, and your promos are better, but still need a little bit of work. It was still an enjoyable read though. 7.5/10

Sorry for double-posting, but I am announcing that I will now NOT be on Hiatus with my BTB. I thought that I wouldn't be able to get Internet connection in my location, but I have, so the hiatus is over.
