Re: BTB Discussion Thread - May 2008
Howdy folks.
I'm just here to pick up a reaction or two, but would you guys be willing to get into a thread more if it kicked off with a PPV? I mean a new thread or a thread coming back after a while, picking up storyline right from a PPV.
Thoughts?

Now, I've never actually seen a PPV, so I'd like to know just how they flow, like what's in between each match.
Also, 619indahouse, I think that if you start with an entire PPV, it might gather some attention, but I don't know how many people would give an in-depth review. They'd probably read it over, and wait for your next show.
619, it really depends on how you start it. I mean starting with a PPV is sometimes a good thing. If you hype it up correctly nd get the right amount of build first, then starting with a PPV is great. Take T-Man's thread for example. He started off with the Wrestlemania PPV, and the reasi=on it worked is because he announced the matches day by day.

Rated R Champ, PPV's are pretty much like a normal show. They usually start with a match and have regular interviews or backstage segments just to split the matches up.

Personally i think it works better if you simply post PPV results and start with Raw after the PPV and build toward the next PPV. A PPV has no meaning is you haven't built it up.
Yeah i agree totally, there's no real momentum otherwise. I think reading the build up in the shape of the TV's is so much better as to me PPV's without the build up just don't mean anything
Whats the max weight for a Cruiserweight? Isn't it like 215?

Alcoholic i beleive is right Mr Mykalz. I can't remember who exactly but am sure it was Matt Hardy who had to get his weight down to a certain amount and i believe. Back then it was at 220
