Is it okay to write up a super show to get yourself back into booking and to post it, then a month later, start a actual booking fed?

Sure, do what you think will help you book. I do believe single-show threads are allowed, so it should be ok. Its happened before several times, and the rules say nothing against it. Not completely sure though.

You should make him (Colin Delany) an underdog, who constantly finds ways to pull off the upset. Have him be like Eugene in ways. Like, he watches tapes and gets mentoring from other wrestlers, and his moveset develops as a result of that.
