I'd like to see anyone fresh hold the main title of a brand. It can be done with a substancial amount of work and research. I would build him up for at least a year abd a half maybe more first, and then money in the bank would be a great way. But you could still do it without money in the bank.

Yah. But he would have to be pushed really hard. Put him over a few main eventers and have him feud with a few. Have him win something else, maybe King Of The Ring or Royal Rumble.
