My biggest mistake has been lying to a friend.

Benoit's biggest mistake has been murdering his wife and child.

So...I'm pretty sure I can disrespect him and his mistakes all I want.

You know, Lax is my favorite wrestler now.

No, not at all. You have your clique of people who want BTB to be incredibly serious and legitimate, and think that this all means something of worth. You have your corporate stooges that demand the place be serious, and the mindless legions.

Then you have your other group that doesn't give a damn. They're assholes, and they admit it. BTB isn't a serious activity, it's blowing off steam and dicking around.

Fact is, is internet fucking writing, kids. It's not some fucking job or prestigious hobby. The kiddies trying to believe otherwise, are in for one rude awakening when real life hits them in the face. Green/Red Rep, Awards, Hall of Fame... yes, that's going to get you very far. Come here to blow off steam and escape from the constricting rules of actual life; don't try and turn this place into a corporation where it is a neccesity to have a suit and tie, appropiate diction, combed hair, etc. Get real.

*edit*

Ah, YBC, thank you for proving my point. This place isn't some serious forum; it's a wrestling forum. Getting riled because big bad me was going to poke fun at a mass media event? Dude, whose the one who needs to grow up here? I'm not the one having a fit over a wrestler who murdered two people, then axed himself.

We live in a cynical world, and I am one of the cynics. I make mistakes, and when I do, I have qualms if - and fully expect - people point out my mistakes. Some of you are a little insecure in that area, but that's okay. Mommy will give you milk and cookies, tell you a bedtime story, and you can dream sweet dreams of your perfect heroes.
So they are pussies because they are against what you were thinking of doing?

Look, son. I understand the point you're trying to make. I'm just saying that there's a thin line between having fun and then there's being disrespectful and a dickhead. Be careful not to take things too far. I love having fun in this section as much as the next guy, but when it comes to laughing at the deceased and the mistakes they made when they were alive, that's taking it too far.

I disagree. I think Chris Benoit was just unlucky.

Quite clearly he was practising his Crossface on a Pillow for added effect, but failed to see Daniel holding on beneath. As for Nancy, she should not have refused to cook him his Dinner. As for him dieing, quite obviously he fell over the Medication, banged his head on the Bowflex which then activated, wrapped around his neck and lifted him into the air.

I just think it is a pure coincedence. It's an easy mistake.

This is why I love you, DC. You make me chuckle, ever so much.

And Mac, if anyone would know about hypocrisy, it most certainly be you.

The fact that you can laugh at a man's mistake like that shows you have a seriously sick mind. You need help.

And with that, I'll stop because arguing with you jackasses is getting me nowhere. Seems I can't talk common sense into either Szumi or DC.

YoungBloodChampion, you don't like taking the mick out of anyone, DC and Szumi do. Everyone to their own. No matter what we think or belive it's an internet forum, it's not like you should get worked up over it. Just stick to what you want to do and they'll stick to what they want to do.

End of.
