Re: Lashley ™ Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment
Overall I thought the show was ok. The promos were all spot on with their characters and I thought you captured that very nice and built up anticipation for all your matches at the PPV. Besides the main event, the rest of your matches did look like squashes as there seemed to be little back and forth in the matches and just showed dominance by the eventual winner of each match, so if you worked on that, that would make the show much better.
Can't wait to read the PPV to see who wins.
p.s If you would like to read my show its called TNA-The Brand Extension, go check it out if you want to.
Re: Lashley ™ Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment
It's all part of the plan...
Tonight SmackDown cames from The Salt City, Utah and The 'Rated R Superstar' is rumored to have a plan for tonight's Smackdown. Which can only mean one thing: Bad news for The Undertaker. Just what exactly has Edge got planned? Will it be an assault on The Undertaker to weaken him for Backlash or something else? We will just have to see.
Last week on MVP's V.I.P lounge, Hardy and MVP had a little disagreement, the two rivals had a brawl in the lounge. This didn't really shock anybody, because MVP and Hardy duel at Backlash for the coveted US Title. What did surprise everyone though was the attack on Hardy by Chavo, who helped MVP. Hardy got some revenge when he cost Chavo his match against Colin Delaney on ECW but tonight Matt is facing his opponent at Backlash and Chavo Guerrero who will be pissed off at being cheated out of his match. How will Matt survive?
Maryse will be accompanied by Victoria tonight to her match with Michelle McCool. What does Maryse and Victoria have up their sleeves? Victoria hates Michelle and tries to hurt her at every opportunity and Maryse will want a win tonight, what's going to go down when the ladies fight?
Don't miss all this and more of your favorite SmackDown! superstars such as, Kane, The Undertaker, Jimmy Wang Yang, Shannon Moore and Finlay! When SmackDown! comes to you on every major TV station at 10PM EST.
Location: Hopefully I can put America in this little box one day, but for the moment, I'll have to put the United Kingdom.

Smackdown looks good dude. Although I doubt the preview would have 'pissed off' in it lol. Anywho I'll have a read when it's up.

Re: Lashley ™ Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment
Friday Night SmackDown; April 24th, 2008; Salt Lake City, Utah
Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with a video showing what happened last week on MVP's, V.I.P Lounge, it shows MVP talking trash about Matt Hardy, saying he will beat him at Backlash and retain his United States Championship. It also shows MVP calling Matt "The least successful of the Hardy Brothers". Matt then comes out and him and MVP getting into a fight of words with both men talking trash about the other. Matt hears enough of MVP and hits a punch, the pair begin to brawl as MVP gets the upper hand but Matt Hardy then reverses a punch and he gains the upper hand. It shows Hardy waiting for MVP to get up so he can nail him with the twist of fate, but then CHAVO GUERRERO makes his way to the ring and low blows Matt, MVP then nails Matt with the Playmaker.
Pyro shoots out to start Friday Night Smackdown, with Michael Cole and Coachman going down on what happened last week between, Matt Hardy, MVP and Chavo Guerrero. Coachman says that tonight MVP and Chavo will take on Matt Hardy, and Matt Hardy will be beat. Michael Cole fires back and says that Matt Hardy will not die.
Maryse makes her way to the ring accompanied by Victoria, the pair of them are drawing loads of heat as Maryse and Victoria just smile. They enter the ring and await for Maryse's opponent. McCool makes her way out to a thunderous pop as she is easily the top face diva on SmackDown! at this moment in time.
Maryse has the upper hand in the match with Victoria helping her by hitting cheap shots on Michelle or distracting the referee for Maryse to cheat. Currently Maryse is stamping on the back of Michelle who is screaming at each kick. Victoria is sadistically laughing outside the ring until Michelle manages to roll onto her back and grab the boot of Maryse and FLIP HER ONTO HER BACKSIDE~! The crowd are cheering as Michelle gets up and nails Victoria (who is standing on the apron) with a kick. Michelle waits for Maryse to get up before nailing the Angel Wings for the win @ 6:20

When we come back from the commercial Josh Matthews is standing by, he says his guest at this time is none other than Matt Hardy. The crowd give Matt a thunderous cheer the minute they hear his name, as he makes his way into the view of the camera. Matthews asks Matt how he is feeling heading into a handicap match against MVP AND Chavo Guerrero. Matt answers with he is a little weary as he could easily be injured just two days away from Backlash. But he says he is Matt Hardy, and He will not lose, he will not die....
Vickie Guerrero is in her office with Edge and they are kissing, Noble walks in on them as Vickie sighs. Edge says he'll see Vickie later as he needs to find Long for the announcement. Noble says that Vickie is a friend and asks if she is willing to give him a match tonight, and if she won't pull a 'Kenny Dykstra' on him. Vickie laughs and says not to worry as his match is against KOFI KINGSTON! Noble thanks Vickie and walks away smiling.
{Commercial Break}
Kofi takes on Jamie Noble in this match up. Both have their fair share of dominance in the match as Kofi Kingston is currently in control hitting a few kicks to the stomach of Noble (who is in the corner of the ring) he is dazzling the crowd with his energy and athleticism. He runs to the opposite corner before running back looking for a clothesline on Noble, but...NOBLE MOVES! Kofi slams into the ring post and falls back as Noble makes the cover, only getting a two count~! Noble is beside himself as he looks pissed off, he grabs Kofi back up and looks to hit the Tiger Bomb, but Kofi manages to get out, of it. Noble turns around looking to punch Kofi but is MET WITH THE BUZZAW KICK ~ JAMAICA ME CRAZY KOFI! Kofi makes the cover for the win, keeping his undefeated streak intact @ 8:16
A video airs, it promotes backlash, showing highlight videos, such as HBK and Cena attacking Orton on RAW (this hypes up the WWE title match). Edge spearing The Undertaker in his match against Batista (This hypes up the World Title match) Kofi, beating opponent after opponent (this hypes up the CW title match) and Kane chokeslamming Chavo through a table (hyping up the ECW title match) it shows a few more highlights before saying:
WWE BACKLASH APRIL, 27th MARINER ARENA - BALTIMORE, MARYLAND
{Commercial Break}
A video plays again, but this time it is promoting the Annual WWE DRAFT. It says the date (5th May, 2008) and says be prepared for the roster to be shaken up, as this is going to be the ULTIMATE WWE DRAFT! With the most superstars being drafted in WWE history!
Michael Cole says that we shouldn't miss Backlash as it is set to be an excellent viewing (or reading ) experience. Cole and Coachman then run down the Backlash card, hyping up matches like the, WWE Title match, WHC title match, CW Title match, ECW Title Match, WWE Tag Team title match, US Title match and MITB Briefcase vs. Kennedy's WWE RAW Contract.
We cut backstage to see Edge walking backstage looking for Theodore Long. He is searching high and low, he checks every corner. He asks everyone passing by if they have seen him but nobody has. Edge then tells a worker that, the minute he sees Theodore Long he has to tell him to go see Edge immediately.
{Commercial Break}
Palumbo takes on Domino next (who is accompanied by Deuce). Domino is totally dominated by Palumbo after Deuce is taken out by Palumbo for the constant cheap shots. Palumbo throws Domino around the ring like a rag doll, hitting bodyslams, powerslams, big boots and anything else that can hurt Domino. He could have won the match earlier but decided to hurt his opponent instead. Eventually he does put Domino away with the full throttle @ 5:19
Edge is backstage still looking for Theodore Long. He looks pretty pissed off as he still cannot find him, he again asks workers, superstars anyone he can see if they have seen Theodore Long. They all say no, he asks himself where they hell must Long be? He then says damn it, I'll do it myself.
{Commercial Break}
We are backstage outside of Chavo Guerrero's locker room, we see MVP walk in and immediately tells Chavo that tonight they must work together to weaken him for Backlash. Chavo looks at MVP and says first off, never walk into MY locker room without knocking (the crowd cheer) and then he says and he will weaken Chavo tonight - but not for MVP, for himself. MVP looks confused, until Chavo says "Do you even watch ECW?" With MVP replying with "What? No, who the hell does?" The crowd laugh as some boo MVP as Chavo sighs and says Matt cost Chavo his match against Colin Delaney and he wants revenge. MVP smirks and says okay.
Matt Hardy takes on Chavo AND MVP next. Matt is currently being dominated by MVP who is kicking Matt (who is slumped on the floor in the corner) MVP cockily struts over to Chavo and tags him in who pounces on Matt like an animal and begins to lay into him. This carries on for a few more minutes until MVP is tagged in, MVP hits the playmaker and looks to make the pin, until....*BANG* fire comes out from the stage and the ring posts as the crowd cheer knowing it's the 'Big Red Machine' Both MVP and Chavo look around to see where he is, until both stop thinking it must be hoax as he is nowhere to be seen. The camera then focuses on Chavo and shows KANE COMING OUT FROM UNDER THE RING! Chavo tries to yell at MVP to warn him but Kane quickly takes out Chavo with a CHOKESLAM~! MVP sees this as looks at Kane, allowing Matt to get up and hit a quick TWIST OF FATE as MVP turns around, Matt covers for the shocking win @ 11:44
{Commercial Break}
'The Rated R Superstar' Edge makes his way to the ring as we hear the loudest boos of the night. He enters the ring and looks around seeming abit weary for some reason. He receives a microphone from a worker, and waits for the crowd to die down abit. He gets straight to the point and says that if anyone has noticed, he is a little weary tonight, and that is because The Undertaker is in attendance tonight (the crowd immediatley pop). He says that is a good thing actually, as The Undertaker will be able to hear this next announcement. Edge says that by orders of Vickie Guerrero THE UNDERTAKER WILL FEATURE IN OUR MAIN EVENT IN A GAUNLET~! The crowd are undecided as some cheer at this epic announcement but some boo. Edge lets out a little smirk until we hear a *GONG* The lights go out~! Michael Cole is screaming "HE'S HERE~!, HE'S HERE~!, THE PHENOM IS HERE~!" But when the lights turn back on it shows Edge in the ring by himself, shitting himself. Looking around, slightly crouched as he rushes to the nearest ring rope, looking for an escape. He drops the microphone and exits the ring heading backstage.
EXTREME REWIND:
~ Delaney defeats Chavo with the help of Matt Hardy
~ Punk beats Morrison with a distraction for Dreamer and RVD
~ Estrada says that Umaga will debut on ECW soon, and his first match in the land of extreme will be an ECW Title match!
{Commercial Break}
Next, Elijah Burke and Shelton Benjamin continue their alliance as they take on Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore in tag team action. Elijah and Shelton enjoy most of the domination, although this is far from a squash match as Shannon Moore and Wang Yang get it a decent amount of offence, hitting some highflying moves. They even nearly come away with the win when Yang hits the moonsault on Benjamin, but Elijah breaks up the pin. Elijah has Moore in the corner (his corner) and is nailing punches. He yells at Benjamin to keep hold of him, Benjamin does so. Elijah runs at Yang and elbows him off of the apron. He then runs towards Moore and hits the ELIJAH EXPRESS, he then tags in Benjamin who picks up the near dead Moore as he hits the PAYDIRT, Benjamin pins Moore for the win @ 10:02
A video plays showing highlights of the career of 'The Rated R Superstar' it mainly shows him attacking The Undertaker or fellow opponents who have tried to take his title during his reign. (this video was obviously ordered to be played by Edge and Vickie).
Edge walks into his locker room where Hawkins and Ryder await him laughing and saying that the announcement was awesome. Edge smirks and says oh really, then he says, yes well it was really wasn't it? He makes his ego even bigger when he says that it was his idea really not Vickies. Hawkins and Ryder laugh and pat him on the back. He then says did they really think the announcement was awesome? They say yeah, Edge then smirks and says good because they'll be apart of it. Hawkins and Ryders smiles fades as Edge says you two better hurry the match is next!
{Commercial Break}
'Taker is standing in the ring receiving the most cheers we have heard all night. He stands and awaits his first opponents, who turn out to be Hawkins and Ryder. The Undertaker isn't fazed one bit, which can't be said for Hawkins and Ryder. Hawkins and Ryder run into the ring and try double teaming the deadman. It works for abit until he manages to push Ryder away and work on Hawkins. Ryder comes back at 'Taker only to be met with a big boot. The Undertaker is laying punches in on Hawkins. The Undertaker lifts up Hawkins and nails a CHOKESLAM~! He pins Hawkins for the first pin @ 3:13
First Elimination: Curt Hawkins @ 3:13
Ryder gets up to see Hawkins being escorted away from ringside, Ryder is just standing dead still as if he has seen a ghost. He is shitting himself. The Undertaker runs at him and hits a clothesline. He picks up the poor son of a bitch and nails a TOMBSTONE~! The Undertaker covers for the second pin @ 3:52
Second Elimination: Zack Ryder @ 3:52
Ryder is escorted away, as The Undertaker and the audience await for 'Takers next opponent. They don't have to wait long as KENNY DYKSTRA walks out to a big WTF? feel by everyone. He still seems cocky even though he is going against the phenom. He enters the ring and is immediately knocked to the floor by an uppercut by The Undertaker. The crowd cheer whilst Michael Cole laughs with Coachman telling him to shut up. The Undertaker pulls Dykstra back up and goes for another punch but DYKSTRA LOW BLOWS THE UNDERTAKER~! The crowd boo the shit out of Dykstra as he makes the cover, the referee must of been told by Vickie Guererro that there are NO DQ's. Dykstra seems confident he has won but....'TAKER KICKS OUT! Dykstra throws a hissy fit to the referee. He turns around as The Undertaker grabs him by the throat and hits a sudden Chokeslam! He covers for the third fall @ 6:25
Third Elimination: Kenny Dykstra @ 6:25
Finlay is seen immediately entering the ring, allowing The Undertaker no chance to defend himself as Finlay hits him with the shillelagh again and again. Finlay passes the shillelagh to Hornswoggle on the outside. But as he turns back around The Undertaker sits back up! Finlays eye's widen as he has no idea how he is going to win now. The Undertaker gets up and throws punches in Finlays direction, he hits a bit boot, snake eyes and chokeslam and then finally he nails a TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!! The crowd go apeshit as The Undertaker pins Finlay for the fourth fall @ 8:22
Fourth Elimination: Finlay @ 8:22
Surely this is the end of the match?...But....NO! PYRO SHOOT OUT AS THE BIG SHOW MAKES HIS WAY TO THE RING!~!!! The Undertaker has a look of concern on his face as he definitely isn't 100% already for his match on Sunday at Backlash against Edge, but now he has to fend off The Big Show? The Big Show is on the apron and The Undertaker quickly strikes hitting lefts and rights which don't seem to faze The Big Show as Michael Cole is near tears screaming "HOW CAN THAT NOT EFFECT THE BIG SHOW?!? THE UNDERTAKER IS THE BEST STRIKER IN WWE HISTORY~~!!!!!" The Big Show enters the ring and begins man handling The Phenom. Hitting a headbutt which knocks 'Taker down.The Big Show lifts up The Undertaker and we see he has been BUSTED OPEN The crowd are definitely concerned now as The Undertaker looks like he won't win this match and may not be able to make it to Backlash. The Big Show starts hitting lefts and rights as The Undertakers blood and sweat sprays all over. The Undertaker manages to however knock The Big Show to the floor with a LOW BLOW! The Undertaker now knows that this is NO DQ! He rolls out of the ring and grabs a steel chair, he re-enters the ring and awaits The Big Show getting up, he plants the chair across the skull of The Big Show! It takes two hits to get the big man down! The Undertaker drops the chair and lifts The Big Show up by his neck he then plants a CHOKESLAM ONTO THE STEEL CHAIR!!! The Undertaker covers for the win! @ 18:44

The Undertaker stands up in celebration as he has won the gauntlet, although bloodied he stands up tall as the crowd cheer for him. *Gaunlet is restarted by EDGE*
Edge immediately covers The Undertaker to win the Gauntlet @ 0:06
Winner of the gauntlet: EGDE @ 0:06
Edge stands tall in the middle of the ring as The Undertaker is easily in a bad way with only TWO DAYS to go till Backlash will he make it? Michael Cole says this is sickening by Edge as Coachman applauds the 'Rated R Superstar' Cole asks "WILL TAKER EVEN BE AT BACKLASH?" They quickly run down the Backlash card one more time as the show cuts away showing Edge standing tall over a bloodied Undertaker with both his arms raised in the air!

Sorry it took so long, just finished writing Backlash, best show I have ever done, IMO. I think it's because I love SD so much. Backlash next week or something, depends if I'm motivated to write it. It will be in recap, it'll be my first PPV ever too.
