Rumours Surface; Competition Continues
~ Well what a week it has been for the WWE, from low ratings hitting Friday Night SmackDown to high ratings for the main competitor TNA iMPACT. Ratings of SmackDown have falling from the start of the year and the only help they got this week was the return of Dwayne Johnson, The Rock. But however the competition continues to rise, TNA this week recording a year high of 2.5. So what has been circling around the WWE? Well from what we have heard things are going to heat up on SmackDown. It’s all going to start to get bigger and better, and No Way Out is set to be dominated by SmackDown matches, the feuds are set to get bigger.
~ Remember the WWE Hardcore Title? Of course you do, but who was the last to hold it? Mick Foley. What brand has Mick returned to? SmackDown. We think it’s only a matter of time before the old title is introduced, but we’ve heard the title won’t be around for long as Mick Foley is only on a short term contract, but don’t be surprised to see gold appearing soon on Friday Nights.
~ A last bit of news coming from inside is that after WrestleMania XXV, there is a three hour Raw scheduled, and well it’s around the time of the year that we have the annual WWE Draft, and what we tell you is to expect the unexpected, anything could happen, what we think will happen is that with the X-Division thriving on TNA that the Cruiserweight Championship will be brought back into action, which gives WWE the option of bringing a lot of fresh talent in that division.

We are just three weeks away from No Way Out, and we still have a lot of matches to be decided, what will go down on Friday Night SmackDown!
You Win Some, You Lose Some
A few weeks ago on Monday Night RAW something happened that rocked the WWE, John Cena stuck his hand out to The Rock as a sign of friendship but turned in a split second when he lifted The Great One onto his shoulders and hit him with an F-U, a sign of what? Then last week on SmackDown while John Cena was in a match for the World Heavyweight Championship The Rock came and ruined his party, by stopping him from winning the title, and a rivalry was born. With each of them seeming to have one little victory over the other what will go down this Friday to see who gains the upper hand, will their situation be resolved or will the fire continue to burn? Find out this Friday!
Hardy has the ‘Edge’
The 2009 Royal Rumble winner Jeff Hardy made his actions clear when he told the SmackDown fans that he would face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania XXV, well he didn’t say it but we can all assume that when he attacked Edge after his brutal match against John Cena, in which he prevailed still the World Heavyweight Champion. Well with that Hardy and Edge will be looking out for each other until WrestleMania, what will happen on Friday, will they cross paths, will Edge try and give what Hardy gave to him just last week, or will Jeff continue his momentum? Find out this Friday!
Big Bling Going For Gold
Last weeks on MVP’s VIP lounge, Mr.305 announced that he was injured and could not cash in his rematch against the United States Champion CM Punk, but he wasn’t going to let Punk get away from him and said that he would let some one who he had employed to face the Straight Edge Superstar, and well it’s going to be a ‘Big’ task for Punk, he is going to face The Big Show at No Way Out, and to add some little extra spice, MVP will be the special guest referee. While Montel is recovering from his injury and is unable to compete he will be able to referee the match, will he be fair, well he may indicate to us this Friday, but you must feel that he may lean towards his ‘employee’ Big Show. What will Punk reaction be to the match announcement, remember he couldn’t reacted as he was destroyed by the Big Show last week as well, find out this Friday!
Bradshaw One Step Ahead
Last week Mick Foley and JBL had a match which ended in a double count out, but the thing that cause shock around the world was JBL striking Foley with Steal Steps which seemed to have left the Hardcore legend out cold. JBL has said that he will be at SmackDown and talking about the situation between him and Foley, will Mick show his face and confront Bradshaw, and what will Layfield have to say about last week and what he did to Mick, find out this Friday!
Like Father, Like Son?
Cody Rhodes has shown his sinister side over the last couple of weeks, turning on long time partner Hardcore Holly, and seemly getting far too big for his boots, but last week he was brought back down to earth after his victory over Jamie Noble when his father made his return to the WWE. Dusty told Cody that he would have no problem teaching his son a lesson in the ring, and scared the young star away from the ring. What will happen on Friday will the father and son meet, will the family problems be resolved or will this situation blow out of scale? Find out this Friday!
Also This Week!
Kofi Kingston cashes in his shot at the European Champion, Chavo Guerrero; he got his shot by lasting longer than Chavo in the Royal Rumble match last month. Will the Jamaican takes his chance and take the gold or will the Guerrero Warrior show why he is the champion?
Women will meet in a blockbuster 6-Women Tag Team Match, and the Women’s Champion will be there, the match will be Beth Pheonix, Katie Lea & Melina vs. Mickie James, Trish Stratus & Candice Michelle. A real treat for all and the two women gunning for the Women’s Championship, Beth and Katie Lea will be looking to gain an advantage to show why they should face the Champion at No Way Out at the end of the month. Will Katie Lea get any help from her United Nations companions, will Santino, Big Vlad or Paul be there to help her like they have in recent weeks.

I saw at No Way Out you have HHH vs Undertaker for the Title. Wouldn't it better for it to be a Cell Match? Considering that all Cell matches except one, has involved either HHH or Undertaker. It would be a dream match. And Being that it's "Last Chance match", a Cell match would make it more anti-climatic.
Just an idea.

Three Matches Announced; How Many To Come?


We are 17 days away from WWE’s second PPV of 2009, No Way Out, and only three matches have been announced, we had a lot of build up to NWO, four weeks to be precise, and it gives the storylines time to develop. First off we have the Elimination Chamber Match; we can only see three people winning this one, Orton, Kennedy or Michaels. And why not the others? Morrison, no way can he be in the main event of WrestleMania, Jericho, in a nice little feud with William Regal at the moment, or a least we think that’s where it’s heading. And ‘Tista, well he has had feuds with both Triple H and Undertaker in past years, so we can’t see the ‘E going down that rout again. Maybe Randy could be taken out as well as it looking more and more likely he will enter a fully fledge feud with Batista, an RKO this week added more speculation.
The WWE championship match is up for grabs; a number of new exciting feuds can be drawn for this one result, so it’s a real hard one. Triple H seems to have unfinished business with a mask crusader, but we’re not sure how long it will take for Rey to come back, or when they will bring him in; he’s been given the all clear since the end of January. Undertaker could enter a WrestleMania matches with any of the EC men, and have a great match with any, this match will sure to be great and the build up so far has had everyone on the edge of their seats.
And the last confirmed match so far, CM Punk vs. Big Show for the US Title and MVP as Guest ref, with MVP’s injury real this was had to be a rushed adjustment, Big Show was doing nothing and we seem to be going down the storyline that MVP has hired him to fight Punk. With the rumours flying round that the Money In The Bank we be cashed anytime soon, it looks like that the US Title might be heading to Show, but one thing we keep asking will this be like Andre The Giant and Ted DiBiase scenario and have Show give the title to MVP, for a price.

“It’s time for a little bit of a change around here …”
We are just 16 days way from No Way Out, as we head to another edition of Friday Night SmackDown, and we open tonight with a package of last week, showing the final minute of the World Heavyweight Championship match inside a Steal Cage. It shows us The Rock stopping John Cena from winning the title and given him a serious beat down. We conclude by seeing Jeff Hardy hitting a Swanton Bomb on a drained Edge. We then head to the arena …
No pyro goes off and we hear nothing from Michael Cole or Tazz, and then “If you smelllllll” blast out and it sends the Rena locals into rapturous, as The Great One struts down to the ring with a microphone in his hand, he soaks in the cheers and the chants before given the crowd the eyebrow to tell them to quiet down. Rocky gives the crowd a few chap pops, his usual opening before getting down to business. He tells them that, “John Cena thinks he can F-U The Rock on Monday Night RAW, and then insult The Rock, and then he tries to win the World championship on The Rocks show” The crowd pop as The Rock continues to vent his frustration on John Cena, he then gives Cena the invitation to come out to the ring. “My Time is Now!” hits the arena as the crowd give Cena some major heat as he comes out with his head plastered, showing scars from his brutal match with Edge last week. Cena comes out but soon the “You Suck” chants begin and he tells them to shut the hell up, but nothing seems to happen. Once the eventually stop Cena begins to tell Rock that he has no business attack him last week. Rock gives Cena the eyebrow and tells The chain Gang Solider that he had no business F-U The Rock a couple of weeks ago on RAW. He says, “The Rock says this John Cena, if you think you have the guts to go one on one with the great one then tonight right here in Rena, Nevada that it will be John Cena, versus The Peoples Champion, in a number one contenders match for the World Title!” The crowd pop like crazy as Cena gives Rock an approving nod. But suddenly the music of the Royal Rumble winner Jeff Hardy goes off, and he heads to the ring to a big pop. He enters the ring and gives Cena and Rock an unimpressed look. He tells them that they don’t deserve at title shot at No Way Out, he tells Cena that he has already had his chance and then tells Rock that he can’t just walk in and expect a title shot already. Everyone doesn’t know where Hardy is going with this but well it soon all cleared up when the music of …. Shane McMahon hits and out comes the man himself.
He stands at the top of the ramp and is looking at the three men in the ring, he tells them that “It’s time for a little bit of a change around here” and says that Teddy Long has been let go and the new General Manger is … Shane McMahon, the crowd pop as Shane lets off a beaming smile. He says that his first role as General Manager is to short out this situation, he says that no-one but him is making matches for tonight, so there will not be a number one contender match, but there will be a match tonight, the main event will be … John Cena vs. Jeff Hardy. He tells Rock that he knows that he wants John Cena but he will just have to wait. He then walks back behind the curtain leaving the three men in the ring as we fade to our first commercial of the night
~ {Commercial} ~
We come back for the commercial and Cole and Tazz tell us about what just happened in the ring, they also show footage of what happen when we were watching commercial, it shows Rock just walking out the ring and leaving Cena and Hardy to had a stare down to which Cena just rises his hands in ‘Word life’ position. The music of Kofi Kingston plays as we get ready for out first match of the night, and it’s a title match. Soon the European Champion comes out to big heat, Guerrero tells Kofi that he is keeping his title as the bell rings for the start of the contest.

The match starts out with Chavo taking the early advantage, rushing towards Kofi and kicking him straight in the gut, dropping Kofi to his knees and then proceeding to stomp on his shoulder. After keeping Kingston in an abdominal stretch for no longer than two minutes, Kofi finally starts to break back, he uses all his power in his arms to break the grip of Chavo, as the crowd get him going, he rips his arms away from the arms of Chavo and is out of the stretch, and then whips Chavo to the ropes, and looks for the back body drop but Guerrero sees it and kicks Kingston flush in the chest, rocking him back, but Kofi finds something and sprints at the European Champion, taking him down with a flying elbow. He makes the cover, 1 … 2 … but the champion kicks out, keeping hold of his title for now. Kofi then brings him to his feet and hits him with a few rights before backing him up to the turnbuckle and hits him with a knife edge chop! Which turns the skin of Chavo red raw; he then whips Guerrero into the opposite corner and then hits him with the big time splash! Squashing the warrior against the turnbuckle, Guerrero stumbles into the centre of the ring and turns around straight into a spinning heel kick from Kofi, who makes another cover, 1 … 2 … ¼ ! Chavo gets the shoulder up, and then pulls himself up and backs into the corner, Kofi see this and charges at Chavo but the champion moved and Kingston smashes his face against the turnbuckle, and Chavo rolls him up, 1 … 2 … ½ ! So close for Chavo, he quickly bounces onto his knees and presides to slap Kofi round the head asking if that is all he has.
Guerrero then locks in the chin lock to slow the match down. Kingston gets to the ropes after a considerate amount of time; but Chavo continues his onslaught, hitting two knife edge chops before locking in for the suplex, and then hits another, and then another, three amigos! Chavo makes the cover, 1 … 2 …! Kofi is still in this, but Chavo wants to end it now as he pulls Kofi up and then bodyslams the Jamaican back down to the mat and then points to the sky, as he looks for the Frog Splash, the crowd give Chavo unbelievable heat as he leaps off but … Kofi moved! And now it’s all to play for, both make it to their feet at the same time, they trade blows in the centre of the ring before Kofi blocks a left hand attempt from Chavo and then whips him towards the ropes and hits a big time back body drop, he then moves in line for the double legged leg drop, and hits it, he makes the cover, 1 … 2 … ½ ! Chavo gets the shoulder up! But now it looks time for Trouble In Paradise, Kofi begs for Guerrero to turn around, Chavo ducks the attempt and then … Inside Cradle! 1 … 2 … 3! Chavo retains! Chavo retains!
Winner: And still WWE European Champion Chavo Guerrero @ 8:12
Chavo Guerrero keeps hold of his title for now, and in some style he won the match fair and square showing he is truly better than Kofi Kingston, he walks up the ramp kissing his title and Kingston looks degusted with himself after letting his opportunity slip from his hands. We then cut backstage …
We are backstage in now what was Teddy Longs office, Shane McMahon is ringing in the changes, ordering people around telling them were to put everything, he then has a picture of his father hung up by his desk, he just reassures himself that this is going to be great, as we leave we can hear him muttering, “ … a little change, a little change” We then fade to another commercial.

We come back to hear the music of The Big Show and he comes to the ring accompanied by MVP, who himself is on crutches; already in the ring is local wrestler, Jamie Williams.

The Big Show w/ MVP vs. Jamie Williams
You got it, squash match, as The Big Show hits the local wrestler with some signature moves before ending the contest with one hell of a Chokeslam, and he takes the 1-2-3! The match is over and Big Show shows us why he is the most destructive athlete in the WWE.
Winner: The Big Show @ 2:46
After the match MVP slowly gets into the ring with a microphone, he gets on the mic and tells CM Punk that this is what he will have to deal with at No Way Out, he then says that this is just the power that Punk will have to deal with, that this is the most dominant athlete in sports entertainment today, and with the smartest mind behind him, there is nothing to stop us taking the United States Title. He drops the mic as he directs Big Show out of the ring, who seems to be under some sort of trance under MVP. We then cut to the back with Jonathon Coachman …
Coach introduces his guest as the United States Champion and Money In The Bank holder, CM Punk. Punk walks into the shot to a loudish cheer; he holds his title over his shoulder and Briefcase in his other hand. Coach asks him if he is worried about facing the Big Show on what he just saw, Punk tells him that the guy he just beat isn’t CM Punk, the guy he just beat isn’t the Money In The Bank holder, the guy he just beat isn’t’ the United States Champion, the guy he just beat isn’t CM Punk! The Straight-Edge Superstar tells Coach that Big Show will have to beat a credible name to make him worried not some nobody, and he then stares into the camera and tells him directly that he thinks he can buy the US Title, he thinks that he can blindside attack him, well he defiantly has another thing coming, and come No Way Out he will still be the champion. Punk gets a big pop as he walks out of shot, banging his title and the MITB briefcase, we the head to the RAW Rebound …

Batista vs. Shelton Benjamin
The match starts fast and furious, both Batista and Benjamin pulling out the best they have, in Batista case it’s his power game. Shelton jumps to the apron after knocking down Batista with a chop block, and looks to fly; as he springs off the rope … but The Animal hits him with a big time SPINBUSTER! He makes the cover, 1 … 2 … ½ ! Shelton kicks out and Tista can’t believe it, but he gets up and starts to go crazy, he shake the ropes and gives Benji the thumbs up, thumbs down sign, he puts him in position for the Batista Bomb, he lifts him up, but Shelton breaks out of it, hitting a couple of right hands onto the forehead off The Animal causing him to stumble, Benjamin is still on his shoulders and sees a chance, PAYDIRT! He hit his finishing move, both men are now laid out … the referee begins the count …
He makes it to 5 as Shelton puts one arm across Dave’s body, he then quickly drops to make the count, 1 … 2 … ½ ! Shelton can’t believe, he would have had him if he would have just made the pin earlier. Shelton then thinks it would be smart to go up top; he goes to the ropes as Batista is still stirring, Shelton is still looking at his feet as Dave makes a desperation move and grabs the ropes, sending Shelton right down onto his crotch! The crowd give out ‘Oooo’s’ as the look on Shelton’s face is priceless, The Animal see the opportunity and then himself climbs the ropes from inside the ring, looking to set up a superplex, he sets Benjamin up, but Shelton again refuses to give in and instead slides down the back of Batista and hits the Sunset Flip Powerbomb on Dave! The crowd goes metal as Dave’s head thuds on the canvas, and Shelton rests on the ropes after using all his strength to pull him down. He then makes the cover, 1 … 2 … ¾ ! Dave puts his foot on the rope at the last moment, and Shelton can’t believe it.
He now knows this is the time to put him away, he readies himself for the Pay-Dirt once again, Dave gets to his feet, then turn around and … Shelton crashes to the mat and Batista pushes him away, Dave falls back to the ropes, Shelton, who is back on his feet runs at The Animal but is flicked over the back of Batista. He lands on the apron, just managing to keep his balance, but he won’t have to keep it any longer as Batista bounces off the opposite ropes and SPEARS the shit out of him and Benjamin flies towards the announce table, and actually landed on it! Amazing power for Dave, the referee begins the count, 1 … 2 … 3 … 4 … 5 …6 … 7 … 8 …9 …10! Shelton is counted out! Dave Batista is the final man in the Elimination Chamber!
Winner: Batista @ 14:41
The Animal celebrates in the rings and has his hand risen while still looking at Shelton, who is laying flat on his back, as Dave turns round he walks straight into an RKO! Randy Orton takes him out, why is he doing this?! Seemly wanting to gain an advantage for No Way Out, as he said earlier that it’s not confidence, its knowledge and we all know that knowledge is power. Is this what he meant by power?

Just as they come onto the Triple H-Undertaker match the lights go out, and the crowd start to cheer. They come back on only to see ‘The Game’ Triple H standing in the centre of the ring.
HHH has a microphone in his hand and tells the crowd “I’m sorry to disappoint but this was just the point I was trying to make, you all like the Undertaker too much, and why? He never shows up on RAW week after week to put matches on for you; he just turns the lights on and off to pretend he is here. But me … I turn up ever week, put on five star classics for you, and live in front of your own eyes, and what did Undertaker do? He just sets a fire on the stage?” Triple H tries to make the point but the crowd don’t give a crap as they continue their chant of ‘Taker, Taker, Taker!' Triple H tells them to, “Shut the hell up! Just shut up, you people are cheering for him, he is pathetic, he is an old man, way past his prime, but me, I don’t have a prime, because ‘The Game’ is always good, ‘The Game’ is the best WWE superstar to have ever set foot in the square circle!” Triple H continues his rant but to no effect, the chants still bellow and jus then something happens that brings the biggest pop of the night …
Suddenly the lights go out, and standing behind Triple H is the man they all wanted, The Undertaker. HHH turns around and to his shock there is the man he wanted, but no he doesn’t seem to want him now, Triple looks at him and Taker just gives him a cold, blank stare, Hunter swings his arm, but Taker ducks and rocks Triple H with a couple of rights, then grabs The Games throat! Chokeslam, but no, Triple H gets out, he hits Taker in the gut and rolls out the ring. We fade off with a shot of the Undertaker rolling his eyes back.

We come back to the broadcast to the music of Gregory Helms, as the Carolinian gets a good reaction from the crowd as he waits in he ring for his upcoming match, next to the ring is the man of the moment, the cocky, arrogant but most of all talented Cody Rhodes. We have a quick flashback of last week, before we get the match under way.
Match #3
Gregory Helms vs. Cody Rhodes
We’re near the end of the match which has been as even contest so far, with neither of the superstars asserting dominance. Later in the match, Rhodes has helms in a wrist lock, trying to pull the arm out of its socket; Helms is selling well as his face shows the pain that Cody is putting him though. But Rhodes sees that it going no where and yanks the wrist one more time before kicking Helms in the gut, and swinging him to the corner and follows it up with a cornered clothesline, and then hits a couple of right hands to the face of Gregory, before the referee pulls him away. This gives Helms a little time to recover as when Cody comes back to him he switches it around, spinning Cody into the corner before unloading on a number of punches and then hits him with a knee to the gut!
Helms then drops to one knee and hits the young stud with a couple of turnbuckle thrusts, he then jumps to the second rope and locks in a DDT and hits the Tornado DDT! He then makes the cover as the crowd cheer his name, 1 … 2 … ½! So close and Rhodes is just able to get the shoulder up. Cody is brought to his feet but straight away is hit with the big time Side Slam backbreaker, to which Rhodes lets out a cry of anguish; Helms makes another cover, 1 … 2 …! But Cody again shows his resilience, and now Gregory looks to end it, as Cody gets to his knees, Helms bounces off the ropes looking for the Shining Wizard, but Cody ducks it, and jumps to his feet and knocks Greg’s block off with a hard lariat! The crowd ‘Ooo’ as they hear the snap of Helms neck on the canvas.
Cody lifts Helms up and hits him with one left, and then another, and a final one before delivering a Bionic Elbow to the forehead of the former superhero, in a flash, Cody locks in for a DDT, and hits the finishing manoeuvre but before he covers, he does a little dance reminiscent of his father. He then lifts a lifeless Gregory Helms back up and locks in for … what’s this … a piledriver! The crowd are shocked as it looks like Helms may have suffered legit damage there, but Cody makes the cocky pin, 1 … 2 … 3! He gets the win, was the piledriver to send a message to his dad?

The music plays of Cody Rhodes for about six seconds until the music of ‘The American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes this the arena as the crowd go ape shit, and out comes the man himself, rushing down to the ring but this time Cody doesn’t run, he stays right in the centre of the ring awaiting the confrontation. Dusty bursts in the ring and gets in the face of his son before they begin to trade blows, right, right, right, right, right, it continues until Dusty blocks one of Cody’s shots and hits a missive Bionic Elbow and sends Cody flying out the ring, sending him through the second rope. The crowd cheer as the young Rhodes crawls to the ramp, as his father grabs a microphone and starts to address his son. He tells him ‘Last weeks Cody, when I said that I would teach you a lesson that, you mocked me, so son, when you said, and I quote “what you gunna do old man, spank me?” Well Cody you just might be right because at No Way Out it’s going to be the disgrace to the Rhodes name, Cody Rhodes versus the American Dream, Dusty Rhodes!’ The crowd go crazy as Rhodes shakes his head, Dusty leaves with this, ‘And son, you might just regret what you said!’ American Dream blasts out he speaker as Dusty salutes the crowd and Cody just stares at his dad from the top of the ramp. We then go backstage to the office of the new General Manager, Shane McMahon.
Shane is just finishing up on phone as someone knocks on his door; it’s the Number One contender to Londrick’s WWE Tag Team Titles, The Rated R-Entourage, Curt Hawkins and Zach Ryder. They come in a kiss ass to the new General Manager, and then bad mouth Teddy Long saying he could do his job properly, they ask when are they are going to get their shots at the tag titles, because they have been waiting and waited. Before Shane can answer they say that we have has singles victories over them as well. Shane agrees and says that they do deserve their shots and next week they will face, Paul London and Brian Kendrick for the WWE Tag Team Titles. The Rated R-Entourage do a couple of fist pumps and thank Shane O’Mac before leaving the office, one of them can be heard saying, ‘tag Champs baby!’ before we fade to another commercial break.

Next up we have the 6-Woman blockbuster Tag team match, the divas all make their way to the ring and we are ready to get this one under way.

6 Women Blockbuster Tag Team Match
Beth Phoenix, Katie Lea & Melina vs. Mickie James, Trish Stratus © & Candice Michelle
As Tazz points out this is the first time we have seen all these beautiful women in a ring in a long time, as most of them haven’t been on TV for nearly two months now. The match is a usual tag team match, nothing special, everyone waiting for the women’s champion to get in the ring. We end the match now and after a double clothesline both Melina and Mickie James are down in the centre of the ring, they both crawl towards their respective corner, and dive for the tags, Trish is in and so is Katie Lea! Who got a victory over Trish on RAW; Stratus flies in and hits Katie with a flying forearm and then she sprints over to the ‘heels’ corner and knocks off Beth Phoenix who falls to the mats outside. Melina now tries to attack Trish but she is taken out by Candice who clothesline both her and Melina over the top rope and they begin to fight on the outside. The referee tries to break them up, but while this is all happen Trish tries to lock in the Sharpshooter on Katie Lea but Phoenix burst into the ring, hits a big clothesline to Trish who didn’t see it coming!
Mickie then comes into the ring and hits Beth with a couple of rights, before pushing her to the outside and she follows. But Katie lea is now in the position to get Stratus and she does, hitting her with the Kat Nip! Just like Monday and makes the cover, 1 … 2 … 3! Neither Candice nor James could make it in time to make the save! And Burchill gets another pin on the WWE Women’s champion!

We see all three women have their hands raise, but all of them holder parts of their body parts in pain. We see Trish Stratus holding her WWE Women’s title while walking up the ramp, we then cut backstage for an interview.
The SmackDown interviewer Coach is standing by with Cody Rhodes; who is still in ring gear and looks like is still sweating. Coach doesn’t have time to even introduce Cody until he takes the mic off him and cares Coachman away. Rhodes then tells the camera, ‘You are calling me a disgrace to the name Dad? What about one for your other freakin’ sons, who used to wear make up, and dress up like a women! So Dusty I think you should think about what you said before you try to insult the greatest thing SmackDown has ever seen, the greatest pure athlete the WWE has ever seen. And now we have a match at No Way Out I think we should make things little more interesting, I’m talking spicy it up a little Dad.’ Cody pauses for a bit a wipes the spit from his mouth before he delivers the chilling statement, ‘Texas Bullrope Match!” He then drops the microphone and walks out of the shot as we fade to a commercial.

We come back to the show with the music of the stable; The U.N, Santino, Burchill and Kozlov come out to the ring without Katie Lea who had a match earlier tonight. Marella is given a microphone and starts to address the crowd; he tells them that over the past couple of weeks the U.N has shown why Europe is a stronger continent than North America. The crowd boo him, but he just shrugs it off, he that tonight Paul Burchill will continue to show why Europe is so dominant … he goes onto says that soon in the WWE the United Nations will reign supreme! After he says this the music of D.H Smith hits and the Canadian Bulldog comes to the ring; also without Trish Stratus. The match gets under way …

Paul Burchill vs. D.H Smith
Early on the encounter D.H Smith has the advantage, using his strength to wear down the British wrestler, but things soon change, while Santino Marella is on commentary, Big Vlad is standing by the ring, when Smith bounces off the ropes Kozlov pulls his legs from underneath him, swinging the match in Burchill’s favour. After being on top for a while we are now coming to the end of the contest.
Burchill irish whips Smith to the ropes and looks to hit the back body drop, but Smith sees it and hits the knee to the face of the static Englishmen, which puts him on his heels, Paul stumbles back to the ropes and Smith knocks him out the ring with a clothesline, a follows him out there as well. He jumps to the mats outside and hits Paul with a couple of clubbing blows to his back, which knocks him over to the commentary table. Marella distracts D.H by shouting at him, which gives Burchill time to slide away. Once Marella is done Smith turns around looking for Burchill but all his finds is a hard clothesline; which sends him thudding to the mats! Paul then slides Smith back in a makes the cover, 1 … 2! Smith gets the shoulder up, and stops Paul from getting the win.
Burchill then brings the bigger Smith up to his feet, and looks in for a big Belly to back suplex, and Smith face shows a grimace as he looks in real danger here. Paul makes another cover, 1 … 2 … ¼! Smith gets the shoulder up much to the crowd pleasure. Burchill is becoming very frustrated, and whips D.H to the corner and looks for the running thrust in the corner but misses and meets the hard unforgiving steal ring post, Smith then rolls him up, 1 … 2 … ½! Oh so close but Smith just can’t get the extra half a second; Smith and Burchill get up at the same time, and Smith is sent towards the ropes. The Canadian Bulldog hits a stiff elbow to the face of Burchill before hitting a German suplex, and bridges it for the pin, 1 … 2 … ¾! So close for Smith, but Burchill shows great fight in himself! Smith pulls Burchill to his feet again but Paul hits a thumb to the eye of the young rookie, and then this a backbreaker! Smith lies on the mat holding his back in pain, Burchill then gets in position to hit a standing moonsault! He makes the cover, 1 … 2 … ½! Smith gets the shoulder up, and Burchill continues to throw ever but the kitchen sink at him.
Burchill screams in anger before lifting Smith up and looks for the running Neckbreaker, Smith looks out of it, but he moves and Paul crashes and burns. Burchill gets back to his feet and runs at D.H but he is lifted onto the shoulders of Smith who then delivers the running powerslam! He hooks both legs, 1 … 2 … 3! This amazing match is over! Smith gets way with the victory!

We see an anger looking Marella, while Burchill lies on the mat out of it. Kozlov jumps into the ring scaring away Smith, who just slides out of the ring and gives the crowd a couple of high fives before we fade backstage. We see a split screen of The Rock and Edge; Edge who is with The Rated R-Entourage and Chavo Guerrero. It also shows The Rock putting on some sunglasses, and readjusting his shirt, we then fade to a commercial break

We come back to Friday Night SmackDown with the music of John ‘Bradshaw’ Layfield hits and the Wall Street marvel comes to the ring to big heat. He has a microphone already in his hand, before he says anything he lets the ‘You Suck’ chants die down. He then tells the men in the back to roll the tape. It shows what happened last week where JBL hit Foley with the steal steps numerous times which put the hardcore legend in an unconscious state. The crowd boo like hell as we see a proud smile come across JBL. The Texan then tells the crowd, ‘Mick Foley is out of action, Mick Foley is just a glorified stuntman, and Mick Foley is a disgrace to the wrestling business. And I know that ever fan of the WWE will thank for what I did last week ’ JBL gets big heat for that, he just lets another smile go, beaming it towards the crowd. He goes onto say, ‘I know all of you look up to me, JBL, I know all of you despise that piece of crap Mick Foley’ John continues to tell the crowd what they don’t want to hear … him. JBL then tells them, ‘I am here for you, I am the reason you watch this god damn show, I am a Wrestling … God, and ther-’ John is stopped in his tracks as the music of the man himself, Mick Foley hits the arena!
The Nevada crowd go crazy as Foley runs down to the ring with a steal chair and a small black bag. Bradshaw gives him a disconcerted look as he slides out of the ring to meet Foley at the bottom of the ramp. Foley swings the chair but misses, as JBL hits him in the back he then tries to swing Mick into the steal steps but it is reversed and JBL flies into the steps! Dislodging them in the process and the crowd love it and Foley waits for Layfield to get back to his feet, he swings the chair, and connects to the skull of JBL! While John is down Mick grabs his small black bag and opens it revealing its content, thousands and thousands of thumbtacks, they lay in a pile of the outside floor. Foley grabs JBL and puts him into position for the Doubled-Armed DDT, and hits it! Layfield’s head smashes off the tacks and his head is cut, blood starts to pour from the forehead of the longest reigning champion in SmackDown history.
