For this BTB I am starting right after Judgement Day 2008. I will recap you on everything that happened from WM 24 to Judgement Day.

Wrestlemania Results

• Kane won an 24-man Interpromotional Battle Royal (45:19)o Kane won by last eliminating Mark Henry to gain a ECW Championship match against Chavo Guerrero later on that night.
o The other participants were: Elijah Burke, Lance Cade, Deuce, Domino, Tommy Dreamer, Jim Duggan, Festus, The Great Khali, Hardcore Holly, Jesse, Brian Kendrick , Kofi Kingston, The Miz, Shannon Moore, Trevor Murdoch, Jamie Noble, Chuck Palumbo, Cody Rhodes, Snitsky, Stevie Richards, Val Venis and Jimmy Wang Yang.

o Candice Michelle was originally scheduled to be Maria's partner, but suffered a legit clavicle injury and was replaced by Ashley.

• Mr. Kennedy defeated Shelton Benjamin, Chris Jericho, Carlito, Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP), Matt Hardy, CM Punk and John Morrison in a Money in the Bank ladder match (16:04)o Mr. Kennedy won by retrieving the briefcase suspended above the ring.
• Batista defeated Umaga (7:14)
o Batista pinned Umaga after a Batista Bomb.
• Kane defeated Chavo Guerrero to win the ECW Championship (8:01)
o Kane pinned Guerrero after a Chokeslam.
• John "Bradshaw" Layfield defeated Finlay (w/Hornswoggle) in a Belfast Brawl (12:27)o JBL pinned Finlay after a Clothesline from Hell.
• Big Show defeated Floyd Mayweather, Jr in a No Disqualification match (10:03)o Big Show pinned Mayweather after he choke slammed him though the announcers table.
• Ric Flair defeated Shawn Michaels in a career threatening match (20:13)o Flair forced Michaels to submit to the figure four leg lock.
o After the match both men shook each others hands and crowd chanted Flair for about 10 minutes.
• Randy Orton defeated Triple H and John Cena in a Triple Threat match to retain the WWE Championship (15:12)o Orton pinned Triple H after he received an FU from Cena.
• The Undertaker defeated Edge to win the World Heavyweight Championship (28:36) o Undertaker pinned Edge after a Tombstone Piledriver.

(I AM GOING TO SIM EVERY SHOW UP AND PPV UP TO END OF JUDGEMENT DAY 2008)

(Then I will start the full BTB with a roster update and full detailed writing of each show. I just wanted to start after Judgement Day because I have some great ideas for after Judgement Day. Like their will be a draft and more.)

All said they deserve a title shot against Kane at Backlash. Estrada made a number contendership match for later on tonight.
1) Kofi Kingston and Steven Richards defeated Mike Knox and Kevin Thorne
2) Shannon Moore and Jimmy Wang Yang defeated John Morrison and The Miz (Non Title Match) (after the match Miz got mad at Morrison by yelling at him and left him there after Morrison was pinned by Yang)
3) Chavo Guerrero defeated CM Punk, Tommy Dreamer and Shelton Benjamin to become the number 1 contender for Kane’s ECW Championship (after match Kane came out and chased Chavo away)

SMACKDWON FRIDAY APRIL 4th 2008

MATCHES and PROMOS
PROMO 1) Ric Flair chats about beating Michaels yesterday and Batista comes to the ring to congratulate Flair. Edge comes out (and the Edge Heads) and starts to make fun of Flair. Then Vince comes out and says Flair I had it up to hear with you winning last night at Wrestlemania, you will lose and it will be 1 on 1. So he puts Flair in a match at Backlash against Mark Henry. Then he says tonight you will be in a tag team match and if you lose it doesn’t count because you can only be fired by losing in a 1 on 1 match. Vince then says it will be Flair and Batista versus Mark Henry and Edge later on tonight.
And before Vince leaves, Vickie rolls her ass out and says and by the way Mr. McMahon Edge will have a rematch for the World Heavyweight Championship at Backlash against the Undertaker.
1) Jesse, Festus and (a returning) Torrie Wilson defeated Deuce, Domino and Cherry.
2) The Great Khali (w/Rung Jung Sigh defeats Funaki in a squash match.
a. After the match Sigh says that No body can beat Khali, he is amazing…etc
Then the Big Show comes out and gets in the ring and each stare down until Sigh runs away and Khali walks out and they both still stare down.
3) Jamie Noble (w/Michele McCool) and Finlay (w/Hornswoggle) defeated Chuck Palumbo (Palumbo came out with Victoria and they started making out) and (a returning Gregory Helms)
a. Finlay pinned Palumbo after a Celtic Cross
PROMO 2) MVP is featured in the ring and starts to say he almost won the MITB ladder match if it wasn’t for Matt Hardy and his surprise appearance. Matt Hardy comes out and says he did that because of all the pain you caused me. Matt states that he wants MVP at Backlash in the ring for the US TITLE. MVP says ok, but let’s make it interesting since we have a match at the moment why not we do this, if I will there is no Match. If you win you get to pick a gimmick for a match at Backlash. Then MVP attacks Hardy and the Match starts
4) Matt Hardy defeated MVP
a. Matt pinned MVP after a twist of Fate.
b. After the match Matt gets a mic and tells the MVP in his face that the match at Backlash is going to be a Stretcher Match for the US TITLE.
5) Chavo Guerrero defeated CM Punk in a very nice match (Kane watched the match from ringside)
6) Ric Flair and Batista defeated Edge and Mark Henry by DQ when the Edge Heads interfered. Then Taker popped out and chased Edge and the Edge heads away. He then was going to beat on Mark Henry when Vickie came out and yelled at Taker for that. Taker started to walk up to Vickie and she tried to roll away but he got up to her and gave her a last ride on the steel stage. That ended the show with Henry, Batista and Flair in the ring.

RAW April 7, 2008

Matches and promos PROMO1) We see Jericho in the ring and he is hosting the Highlight Reel. He says tonight’s guest is Mr. Kennedy. Kennedy comes out with his Money in the Bank briefcase. Jericho starts to tell Kennedy how he was screwed in the MITB match and how last week Kennedy cheated to win. Jericho asked Mr. Kennedy to put his MITB Briefcase on the line. Kennedy accepted only if Jericho put his IC title on the line as well. Jericho accepted. A referee came out to get the match started.
1) Mr. Kennedy defeated Chris Jericho to win the Intercontinental Title and to retrieve his MITB Briefcase.
a. Mr. Kennedy pinned Jericho after a Mic Check.
b. After the match Kennedy did his Kennedy microphone thing and started to beat down Jericho with the microphone until he bled. Kennedy left the ring hearing boos from the crowd.
2) Beth Phoenix, Melina and Jillian Hall defeated Maria, Mickie James and Ashelly.
a. Phoenix pinned Ashelly after a Delayed fisherman suplex slam.
(Before the break the announced Main Event came from the general mangers office)
It will be JBL versus Triple H
3) Hardcore Holly, Cody Rhodes, Brian Kendrick, and Paul London defeated Carlito, Santino Marella, Robby McAllister and Rory McAllister.
a. Cody Rhodes pinned Robby McAllister with a roll up.
b. After the match London and Kendrick asked Rhodes and Holly for a World Tag Team Championship match next week. Holly and Rhodes both accepted the challenge.
PROMO 2) Vince came out and announced that on May 19, 2008 their will be a WWE Draft. Every WWE wrestler is required to attend Raw the night right after Judgment Day. He also said that is one reason why I am out here. See each brand would receive a draft pick in various ways up to the Draft. The rest of the draft picks will be awarded that night of the draft after a brand wins a match. See at Backlash one member of Raw will go up against a member of SD/ECW and the winning brand will receive not just a draft pick at the draft but a GM own pick draft pick. Which means if Raw wins then they can pick anyone from SD to come to Raw and that will happen immediately followed by their pick.
4) Shawn Michaels defeats Snitsky.
a. Michaels pinned Snitsky after a Sweet Chin Music.
b. After the match HBK made himself known to everyone that he was going to be the guy who represents Raw at Backlash in the Draft Lottery match.
5) Cryme Tyme (Shad and JTG) defeated Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch
Shad defeated Lance Cade with a roll up.
6) HHH defeated JBL
a. HHH pinned JBL after an FU from Cena when the referee was handling Orton.
b. After the match Cena got in the ring and HHH gave him a Pedigree along with JBL a pedigree and Orton ran off.

PROMO 1) The Miz comes out to the ring and starts to say how much Jon Morrison is pissing him off lately. He isn’t giving it his full effort anymore. He then bashes Morrison. Morrison comes out and starts to say how much he doesn’t like when people talk behind his back. He would of liked Miz to tell him this in his face. The Miz says well you better be up to par because on SD this week there is going to be a 4 team tag match and the winners go on to face us at Backlash for the WWE Tag Team Titles and if we lose those titles because of you, you better have wished you would have never been born. Miz then throws down the Mic and walks away.
1) Kofi Kingston defeats (a returning) Kenny Dystra
a. Kingston pins Dystra after a Jamaican Buzzsaw.
2) Elijah Burk and Nunzio defeats Colin Delaney and Steven Richards
a. Burke pinned Delaney after the Elijah Express.
3) Kane fought Big Daddy V (w/Matt Stryker) to a draw.
a. The match was called a draw after Chavo Guerrero and Shelton Benjamin came out and beat down Kane. Dreamer and Punk came out for the save and all 3 men in the ring who were beating up on Kane who were Big Daddy V, Chavo and Shelton left. The 3 stared down at each other.

MATCHES and PROMOS

PROMO 1) Edge comes to the ring and is furious with Taker because he took his title and hurt his soon to be wife. He says Vickie has suffered a Broken Back and will not be back for four months. He calls Taker out saying he wants to beat the shit out of him. Teddy Long then comes out and says Edge since Vickie is gone I am in charge now. And I know you really want Taker but you can’t have Taker tonight because he isn’t here but I will tell you what I can for you next week and this week. First next week we will have ourselves a tag team match it will be Edge and Chavo versus Taker and Kane. But for this week I can put you in the ring with someone who is good as Taker. He announces that tonight it will be Edge versus The Animal Batista. Teddy walks off as Edge is stunned.
1) Finlay (w/Hornswoogle) defeated Gregory Helms
a. Finlay pinned Helms after a shot with the Shaqualie.
2) MVP and Chuck Palumbo (w/Victoria) defeat Matt Hardy and Jamie Noble (w/Michele McCool)
a. Palumbo pins Noble after hitting him with a steel chair when the referee wasn’t looking.
(BACKSTAGE) Batista asks Teddy if he can represent SD in the Backlash Draft match. Teddy says sure.
3) CM Punk and Tommy Dreamer defeated Shelton Benjamin and Elijah Burke
a. Punk pinned Burke after a Go To Sleep.
PROMO 2) Khali and Sigh came out and Sigh starts to say how last week Big Show was scared of Khali. He also talks trash about Show how he is not a great Giant unlike Khali.
Big Show then comes out and talks smack about Khali. Big Show challenges Khali to a match at Backlash. Sigh accepts it and warns Big Show of what is in stake that was Big Shows life. Then Khali leaves with Sigh.
4) Jesse and Festus defeated Jimmy Wang Yang and Shannon Moore, Deuce and Domino (w/Cherry), Zach Ryder and Curt Hawkins in a 4 team number contendership match for the WWE Tag Team Titles.
a. Festus pinned Ryder after an aided diving shoulder block.
b. During the match Jon Morrison and The Miz were ringside with Coach and Cole.
5) (DIDN’T Count as a match but the two finalists came out for the Diva contest. Michele McCool and Cherry. Then all the Divas on SD/ECW came out to vote for the winner, which included Layla, Kelly Kelly, Victoria, Maryse, Eve and Torrie Wilson.
a. Michele McCool won the contest and she hugged Cherry after that Cherry was attacked by Maryse and a Diva war raged. Teddy broke it up and announced a huge 8 women Diva Tag match next week. Kelly Kelly, Cherry, Michele McCool, and Torrie Wilson versus Eve, Layla, Maryse and Victoria.
6) Edge (w/Edge Heads, and Chavo Guerrero) defeated Batista (w/Ric Flair)
a. Edge pinned Batista after the a spear from Edge.
b. During the match the Edge Heads, and Chavo interfered.
c. Mark Henry showed up at ringside and attacked Flair and left.
d. After Edge won Taker and Kane popped up and beat up Edge Heads, Edge, and Chavo Guerrero.

Text big makes my eyes hurt. This thread could be good because it starts at a good time but you need to me more organized and detailed, imo.

Matches and promos

PROMO 1)

(SHAWN MICHAELS COMES OUT)(Crowd Cheers)(He starts to talk)

HBK: Now for all of you, who watched Smack Down last Friday, know that Batista has been entered to represent Smack Down for the WWE Draft Match at Backlash.

(Crowd Cheers)

HBK: That means at Backlash I will be facing off with Batista for a shot to win a draft pick at the upcoming draft. This is really tough for me now. I have to get in the ring with someone that I respect a whole lot. This man is good friends with my best buddy Triple H and as much as I don’t want to fight him, I have to. And…

(He is interrupted by William Regal who comes out as the fans Boo him, he goes to the ring)

Regal: Are you mad? You are treating this like he’s you son. You see Shawn you sound like you taking this really easy. It sounds like your just going to lay down and let Batista pin you. To me all the respect you have for him means your not going to try to win the match. You see if you win the match then your brand which meaning RAW will have a draft pick over SD. This means we get to pick anyone we want from SD to come to Raw. This match very big and if you go in with the way you are feeling, then you will lose and if you lose, I promise you I will make your life a living hell, because that draft pick can really help out the brand imagine, The Undertaker, Kane, Edge, Batista, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, and even Matt Hardy one of them coming to Raw. This all can e possible if you put this aside and fight him like a man, you see at Backlash Batista isn’t your friend at Backlash, he is your enemy. Where is the old Shawn Michaels you see the old Shawn Michaels would take this match as every match, which means he brings his A-game and you sir are not by the sounds of things are not doing that. You better step up because if you don’t I will make you suffer….

(Regal leaves Shawn in the ring stunned) (Crowd Boos)

COMMERIAL:

MATCH 1: WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH:Cody Rhodes and Hardcore Holly vs. Brain Kendrick and Paul London
• Brian Kendrick pinned Hardcore Holly after a Cyclone DDT.
• As a result Brian Kendrick and Paul London won the World Tag Team Championships.
(After the match, Rhodes helps Holly up and Holly snatches at him and walks away in Anger. Holly leaves Rhodes in the middle of thing ring with Kendrick and London celebrating.)

COMMERIAL:

MATCH 2:
CRYME TYME (SHAD AND JTG) AND MARIA) VS. CARLITO, SANTINO MARELLA AND BETH PHOENIX
• Santino Marella pinned Maria after Beth Phoenix hit her with a steel chair.
• After the match Santino, Carlito and Beth run to the entrance of the stage and gets a microphone and says

MARELLA: You Maria you are a horrible wrestler and at Backlash Beth Phoenix my new girlfriend is going to destroy you.

(All 3 leave as Shad and JTG are tending to Maria in the ring)

Backstage: (We see Todd Grisham interviewing Brian Kendrick and Paul London)
Todd: I am here with Paul London and Brian Kendrick who just won the World Tag Team Titles, Congratulations on you victory and you title win guys.

Paul: Thanks Todd, we are so happy right now, because when we came to Raw we had no direction it seemed like our success on SD has meant nothing on Raw until tonight.

Todd: What are your views on your opponents in the match you just had Holly and Rhodes.

Brian: Well it appears after the match that they have some tag team problems that they need to get worked out but at the moment we don’t care we are just thrilled over our victory.

Todd: Alright thank you guys have a nice day.

(They both leave)

COMMERIAL:

(Before the match Lillian Garcia announces)

GARCIA: Ladies and Gentlemen please welcome back to the WWE Bobby Lashley.

(THE FANS GO CRAZY)

MATCH 3:
BOBBY LASHLEY VS. DH SMITH
• Lashley pins smith after a Dominator. (SQUASH MATCH)

(After the match Lashley grabbed the Microphone)

LASHLEY: I’m Back everyone and this time I’m going to the top.

(He left with the fans going crazy of over him, shouting BOBBY!!!)

COMMERIAL:

Promo 2)

(Mr. Kennedy comes out to boos from the fans and gets in the ring to talk)

KENNEDY: Last week, I not only defeated Chris Jericho, Y2J for a second straight week in a row, I also defended my Money in the Bank Suitcase successfully but I also on top of that won the Intercontinental Championship.

(Crowd Boos)

KENNEDY: You can boo me all you want but you all know I’m moving up and it’s only a matter of time till I become the WWE Champion and I will have two titles the Intercontinental and the WWE Title.

(Chris Jericho comes out to the ring to interrupt Kennedy, as the fans cheer)

Y2J: You know Kennedy I give you credit you did beat me twice in a row, take my Intercontinental championship and successfully defended your Money in the Bank Briefcase but you can never break my spirit, and that is why I am out here. I want a rematch for the Intercontinental Championship, not the Money in the Bank Briefcase but only the Intercontinental Championship.

(They are both interrupted by Jeff Hardy as he comes out the fans go crazy, he goes to the ring to talk as well.)

JEFF: Man it feels so good to be back.

(The crowd cheers)

JEFF: Now I noticed that both of you are arguing over the Intercontinental Championship and I couldn’t help but hearing that you, Jericho want a rematch. But the fact of the matter is that you don’t deserve one, I do. NOT YOU, because I technically never got my rematch for the title.

Y2J: So did, I never got a rematch to, I want the rematch not you Jeff, I deserve it more because you left and never had time to…

(All 3 are interrupted by Vince McMahon as he comes down to boos, to talk in the ring.)
Vince: It seems to me we have a problem here, I don’t like problems which, is why I came out. You see I am going to fix this problem and this how I am going to do it. At Backlash it is going to Mr. Kennedy versus Chris Jericho versus Jeff Hardy and the winner gets the Intercontinental Championship. And that is Final…

(Vince leaves as the rest of the 3 stare at each other in the ring.)

Backstage: (we see Regal in his office and JBL comes in.)

JBL: You saw last week HHH cheated and beat me. I want a rematch against him tonight.

Regal: Well, I can’t do that because HHH is not here tonight but I’ll tell you what I can do, I can put you in a match with John Cena tonight.

JBL: That would be great because I need someone to take out all this anger on.

(Clip ENDS)

COMMERIAL:

MATCH 4:
Paul Burchill (w/Katie Lee Burchill vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan
• Burchill pins Duggan after a Reverse Swinging neck breaker.
• (Duggan put up a fight but at the end Burchill finished him.)

(Katie Lea gets a microphone and talks)

KATIE: You all just saw how powerful my brother is and you all should respect my brother for everything that he is.

(CROWD BOOS)

(They both leave)

Backstage: (We see HHH enter Regal’s office)

HHH: What the hell Regal why did you give JBL a match against John Cena tonight when he asked for a match against me and you knew I was coming.

Regal: I did that because I have a better match for you tonight.

HHH: And what can that be?

Regal: Go to the ring now and you will find out.

(HHH leaves and goes to the ring.)

COMMERIAL:

(HHH is waiting in the ring)

MATCH 5:
HHH vs. SNITSKY
• HHH pins Snitsky after a pedigree.

(After the match he gets a microphone and talks)

HHH: Regal that match you just had for me was Pathetic.

(HHH walks off in anger with crowd cheers)

COMMERIAL:

• They both fought each other to a no contest when Orton interfered and attacked Cena with JBL. Then HHH came out as JBL and Orton ran off. After that Cena got up. Cena and HHH stared each other down and Cena got out if the ring and walked away.
