My last BTB ended in Febuary, around the 11th or 12th I believe. So i’m back earlier than I expected to be, I missed writing tbh. I stopped my last thread as the workload was a bit too much along with my college work, but now I’ve got a lot of work done and also writing just one brand now should be less work. I’m having a go at a TNA thread this time. No Backstory needed really, just picking up from Destination X in real life. Following Destination X this past Sunday there has been a feeling backstage that this is where TNA will start returning to it's best, as they believe that the storylines they have planned will be a success.
'Cowboy' James Storm was not injured at Destination X from his fall from the Elevation X structure, despite some reports. He is said to be sore, but TNA expect him to be back in action soon, possibly even at this weeks iMPACT show.
At Destination X Eric Young debuted a new gimmick, when he turned up as 'Super Eric', however, it is not expected to be a long-term plan and they will keep it going untill the fans stop enjoying it, similar the 'Stone Cold' Shark Boy gimmick.
Samoa Joe picked up the win for his team last Sunday, and it is said that this is the beggining of his major push. However, there have also been plans to push AJ Styles.
A high profile free agent was backstage at Destination X, he was there to check out TNA and to see what he thinks of the company. Although, TNA are only considering making him an offer to him at this time. It's been said however that TNA are looking to focus on their current talent, instead of bringing in new talent from other companies, so this could well turn to nothing.
I will put up an iMPACT preview tomorrow night, and will probably post the first iMPACT on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

This week on iMPACT we will witness all the fallout from the dramatic Pay Per View that was Destination X last Sunday!
The wife of both Kurt Angle and AJ Styles, Karen Angle-Styles recently announced that she will be at the iMPACT zone tonight to drop a “bombshell”, what could the bombshell possibly be?
Samoa Joe picked up the win for his team at destination X, making Tomko tap out, and therefore becoming the number one contender to Kurt Angle’s TNA World Title. Tonight, Samoa Joe will be in action, will he pick up another impressive victory and send a message to Kurt Angle?
It was announced after destination X that LAX will be challenging Tomko and AJ Styles for the TNA tag titles at Lockdown, and tonight LAX face off against the new team of Petey Williams and his new mentor Scott Steiner, but after Williams failed to win the X Division title last Sunday, Big Poppa Pump can’t be happy. Will LAX put in another impressive performance? Or will Petey Williams step up and get the win with his new partner?
Booker T finally knocked off Robert Roode last Sunday at Destination X, allowing Traci Brooks to strap Ms. Payton Banks ten times with a belt. Rumors are that tonight Booker T will welcome back to TNA his lovely wife Sharmell. But is this rivalry finally over?
Jim Cornette has booked a massive Knockout Title match for tonight, as Awesome Kong will defend the title against the women she defeated last Sunday, ODB. This match should be off the charts, but Gail Kim can’t be happy knowing that she wasn’t pinned of made to submit last Sunday. Will we have a new knockout champ here tonight?
‘Cowboy’ James Storm fell from the elevation X structure last Sunday, falling through a table on the way down. Tonight though he has been put back into action, as he faces off against ‘Black Machismo’ Jay Lethal. Will Lethal pick up the win? Or will James Storm manage to fight through his injuries and get an impressive victory?

Angle: Hey, guys! What’s with the disappointed faces?
Styles: Ugh, Kurt, you know we lost last Sunday don’t ya’?
Angle: Of course I do! They beat us, yeah, the ‘unlikely’ alliance beat us, so what!? Right? They might of beaten us, but guys, we’re still champions! I’m still the TNA World Champion, and you guys are still the TNA Tag Team Champions! Okay? So let’s liven up a little shall we, a little positive thinking?
*** Jim Cornette enters their locker room, Matt Morgan behind him. ***
Angle: Oh, Great! What the hell are you doing here Cornette? Here to screw us over again? Huh?
Cornette: Actually Kurt, no I am not. I’m actually here to make a few announcements to ya’ if that’s OK with you. Kurt, I heard you say that you guys are still champions, and while that may indeed be true, you might not be for long. I’m here to officially announce some title matches for Lockdown next month. While a few of our fans might have worked it out already after the tag match at Destination X, AJ and Tomko, you two will be defending the TNA Tag Team Championships at Lockdown against The Latin American X-Change.
Angle: Big deal, my guys can beat those guys, no problem!
Cornette: We’ll see. As for you Kurt, I’m here to announce that your match has been officially added to The Lockdown card, you will be defending you TNA World Title against Samoa Joe.
Angle: Yeah, I knew that already! And you know what, I’ve beaten him before, and I’ll beat him again!
Cornette: Again, we will see. But I have one more announcement to make, tonight’s main event will be you Tomko, one on one with the number one contender, Samoa Joe. Have a good night.
*** Cornette leaves, Jeremy Borash then enters though, microphone in hand. ***
JB: Kurt, your wife Karen is supposedly dropping a bombshell tonight, any idea of what it could be?
Angle: HOW THE HELL SHOULD I KNOW!? And to be honest, I don’t really give a crap right now, at the moment, it’s the last thing on my mind! Go on, you can leave too! Go, bye!
*** Angle shoves JB out and the camera cuts as Angle starts to motivate Tomko. The usual iMPACT video now plays. ***

*** Booker T’s music hits the arena. He makes his way to the ring and receives a a great reaction from the crowd, he has a big beaming smile on his face, still buzzing from his victory over rival Robert Roode at Destination X. ***
Booker T: Y’know, I haven’t been able to say this a lot since my debut in TNA, but I feel great.
*** Pop ***
Booker T: Yeah, I feel great. I feel great because I finally got rid of that punk ass Bobby Roode. Ever since he hit my lovely wife in the jaw, I’ve been looking for revenge. I’ve been looking for retribution. Retribution for my wife. But every time I stepped into the ring with Roode, he somehow managed to escape from me. Whether it be driving away in a car or escaping after a dirty move, he somehow always got away. But last Sunday at Destination X, when we went toe-to-toe, eye-to-eye, man-to-man, there was nowhere to run for Bobby Roode. There was no escape for him. And I, finally got revenge for my wife. I finally beat his punk ass into the ground. And a nice little bonus was that Ms. Brooks got to strap that Payton Banks 10 times!
*** Pop ***
Booker T: Yeah! I know you enjoyed that one. And on that note, I would like you all to join me on your feet, and welcome back to the iMPACT zone, my lovely wife, Sharmell!
*** Sharmell appears from the entrance with a big smile on her face, he walks down the aisle and receives a great reaction from the crowd. He enters the ring and hugs her husband. She then grabs the microphone. ***
Sharmell: Thank you Booker. Thank you TNA fans for your support. All I can say, is that I’m happy to be back, and I’m happy to be back alongside my husband, the FIVE TIME, FIVE TIME . . . .
???: OH WOULD YOU PLEASE SHUT YOUR TRAP!
*** Attention turns to the ramp, and ROBERT ROODE appears from the stage, with Payton Banks behind him. He is wearing a grey shirt with black trousers, microphone in hand. ***
Roode: Sharmell, once again, what happened before, me hitting you in the jaw, it was an accident. A complete accident. But after seeing you return here tonight, I’M GLAD THAT I BROKE YOUR JAW! You are nothing but a filthy old skank!
*** Booker looks fuming. ***
Roode: Oh, you don’t like that Booker? Well it’s the truth, your wife . . . disgusts me. And Booker, you disgust me too! Ever since you came to TNA you’ve been a problem for me, a problem that’s delaying my path to stardom. And Booker, you might have beaten me last Sunday, but I know that I . . . AM BETTER than you. You’ve beaten me, and I’ve beaten you, and just like you once said that this rivalry isn’t over after I beat you at a Pay Per View, I have come out here to say, that THIS ISN’T OVER! I’m not done with you! I want to prove to these people that I am better than you. So what do you say Booker, what d’ya say? One more match?
Booker T: One more match? You want one more match, Bobby? Hmmmm. One more opportunity to beat yo’ punk ass? (He thinks about it very quickly) . . . .YOU’RE ON!

Booker T: But Bobby, after what you called my wife, after what you did to my wife, I want you in a match where I can do whatever the hell I want to you. And it just so happens, that every match at Lockdown is to be competed . . . in a six sides of steel match!

*** Booker drops the mic and his music hits, he and his wife continue to stare a hole in Roode as he looks at them also. They eventually leave. ***

*** The music of the MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS hits the iMPACT zone, they make their way to the ring, receiving a great reaction from the fans. ***
*** The Rock ‘N Rave Infection then make their entrance, receiving heat. Christy Hemme grabs a mic as usual as her boys pose with their guitars behind her. ***

Match 1 – Tag Team Match
Motor City Machine Guns vs. The Rock ‘N Rave Infection
Closing minutes:
Just a few minutes into the match Chris Sabin continues his even battle with Jimmy Rave of the Rock N’ Rave Infection. Sabin hits Rave with a few hard right forearms to the face, knocking Rave off balance, Sabin then turns and runs off the ropes but as Sabin comes back with a flailing arm Rave ducks underneath, grabs Sabin around the waist from behind and TAKES SABIN OVER WITH A HARD GERMAN SUPLEX! Rave floats over and goes for a cover! 1, 2, Sabin kicks out! Rave keeps right on Sabin, he grabs his arm tightly and drags him up to his feet. Rave tags in big Lance Hoyt. Hoyt enters the ring and sends Sabin tumbling across the mat with a massive right hand. Hoyt follows Sabin across the ring and into one of the corners, but Sabin rocks him with a hard right hand! And another! Hoyt is knocked off balance a little, Sabin then hits him with three of four rapid forearm shots, and it sends Hoyt tumbling backwards! Sabin is building momentum and runs off the ropes and back at Hoyt, and as he comes back HE DIVES UP . . . LOOKING FOR A FLYING CROSSBODY . . . BUT HOYT CATCHES HIM ACROSS HIS CHEST AND THEN TAKES SABIN DOWN WITH A FALLAWAY SLAM! Hoyt goes for the cover! 1, 2, SABIN KICKS OUT AGAIN!
Hoyt looks frustrated and drags Sabin up to his feet once more, he shoots Sabin into the ropes and as Sabin comes back Hoyt GOES FOR THE BIG BOOT . . . but Sabin slides underneath and across the mat . . . dodging the boot! Sabin gets up, now behind Hoyt, he springs up onto the second rope as Hoyt turns around . . . INTO THE SPRINGBOARD TORNADO DDT FROM SABIN! Hoyt lies motionless on the mat as Sabin tags in Shelley! Shelley jumps into the ring but JIMMY RAVE RUNS INTO THE RING, LOOKING FOR A CLOTHESLINE ON SHELLEY . . . BUT SHELLEY DUCKS . . . RAVE RUNS STRAIGHT INTO A BOOT TO THE GUT FROM SABIN! Sabin immediately lifts Rave up onto his shoulders, hooks the legs, AND HITS RAVE WITH THE CRADLESHOCK! Rave hits the mat hard and then rolls out of the ring. Sabin now gets up next to Shelley, just as Hoyt gets to his feet too. Hoyt turns around . . . INTO A SPIN KICK FROM SABIN . . . THEN A SUPERKICK FROM SHELLEY . . . SABIN NOW LEAPS UP AND CONNECTS WITH AN ENZUIGIRI AT THE SAME TIME AS ANOTHER SUPERKICK FROM SHELLEY! ASCS RUSH! Hoyt crumbles to the mat, Sabin climbs back onto the apron, and Shelley goes for the cover! 1, 2, 3! MCMG GET THE WIN! Winners – The Motor City Machine Guns!
*** The camera now switches backstage to the Parking Lot, we see Jeremy Borash and in the background we see a silver 4X4 car and KAREN ANGLE-STYLES STEPS OUT FROM THE CAR. She walks past but refuses to talk. ***
Jeremy Borash: As you can see that is Karen Angle-Styles’ car and that was indeed Karen Angle-Styles, she has arrived here at the iMPACT zone and is ready to deliver this ‘bombshell’ that everybody has been talking about. I’ll be keeping an eye on this story. Now lets’ go to my colleague, Crystal . . . .
*** The camera switches backstage to Crystal, who is stood at the Interview set with KAZ ***
Crystal: I’m here with Kaz, and Kaz it was a good night for you last night at Destination X when you and Eric Young picked up a win against the TNA ‘Monsters’ Black Reign and Rellik
Kaz: Let me correct you Crystal, it’s actually super Eric now! Yeah! Yes, myself and Eric Young, we got that important victory over Reign and Rellik last Sunday at Destination X, but I gotta’ admit that I had my doubts going into the match. Eric, he’s a great guy, but we all know that he’s got a fear, and that fear is monsters. And while I know that Reign and Rellik are just wrestlers, while everybody else knows that they are just wrestlers with a gimmick, Eric Young, he actually believes that they are monsters. So I had my doubts, I mean, he had run away from them many times before our match last Sunday, so I thought that he might have ended up doing it again. And well, he did. He ran away in the middle of our match, leaving me to face them both on my own, something that I feared might happen. I was thinking to myself that he had left me and that I was in deep, deep trouble. I thought all those talks I gave Eric, telling him to overcome his fears were a waist of time. But boy, oh boy, was I wrong! Because he came back, he reached down deep inside and found that courage, that bravery, that alter ego! And he came back, and won us the match! Now we’ve got a different Eric Young, on that isn’t a push over, one that isn’t scared of anyone. So Black Reign, Rellik, I’ve got news for ya’, you can’t scare him any more! So you can drop the ‘monster’ thing you got goin’!
*** Suddenly SUPER ERIC WALKS INTO THE SHOT, cape and mask on. ***
Eric: Monsters . . . (he scoffs) . . . they don’t scare me anymore! I’m Super Eric now!
*** Super Eric does a super hero pose, and then dashes off, super hero-like. Kaz looks back at Crystal. ***
Kaz: Told ya’, he’s a new man.
*** Kaz leaves. The camera switches back to ringside. ***
*** Rellik’s music hits the arena to heat from the crowd, he and Black reign make their way to the ring as the daunting bell rings from Rellik’s theme music continue. ***
*** Shark Boy’s music then hits the arena to a big pop from the crowd. He makes his way to the ring with a Stone Cold like swagger. Curry Man’s music then hits the arena to an even bigger pop from the crowd. He makes his way to the ring, and does his usual dance as the crowd dances along. ***
Match 2 – Tag Team Match
Shark Boy and Curry Man vs. Black Reign and Rellik
Closing minutes:
These two teams have been going at it for a good few minutes and it’s been fairly even. But it’s Curry Man who starts to take the advantage now. He nails Rellik with a few hard right hands to the face and they force Rellik backwards a little, Curry Man then grabs him around the face and HITS THE KNEEL DOWN FACEBUSTER! It knocks Rellik right off balance and the monster stumbles backwards a little more and falls against the ropes, Curry Man does his dance and then turns away and runs off the ropes, but as Curry Man hits the ropes Rellik accelerates from the side of the ring and meets Curry Man in the middle of the ring . . . . AND TAKES CURRY MAN DOWN WITH A HIGH KNEE! The inside of Rellik’s knee crashes against Curry Man’s face, almost like a leg lariat and takes him down. Rellik goes for the cover. 1, 2, Curry Man gets a shoulder up! Rellik grabs Curry Man around the head and drags him back up to his feet, where he hits him with a massive right to the skull, sending Curry Man flying back into the monsters’ corner. Rellik makes the tag to Black reign who enters the ring. Reign immediately grabs Curry Man and drags him into the centre of the ring, he grabs him around the
