SmackDown! Feedback
Solid opening to the show with Team Angle having a bitch fit in the ring. A whing yet intense Angle is way to go. Judging from the continuation of the angle {no pun intended} set up by Mac, with Hogan and Undertaker still involved, I'm going to guess at some kind of sic-man tag team match at ... Judgment Day? Single brand right? ABA 'Taker > Hogan though to be fair. Interesting that there was no tension at all between Hogan and Lesnar. I mean, didn't Hogan cream Brock last week {by mistake I know}, but still. And the feud that Taker had with Lesnar in real time? That's create tension. Well, maybe not in a recap eh?
Oh, well I guess the six-man tag is off for the next PPV then?

@ my booking. Probably be some kind of Four-Way elimination match then I expect. This exposure for Kurt and his boys is goodness though. Keep it up. As for the big match tonight, I'd mark for Haas to pin Hogan ... but you'd never do that

The faces will probably clean house.
Hardy looking like a jobber against Rey Mysterio is poor. I thought you marked for Version One, you Aussie bugger? Anyway, more and more of Hardy's little M'Fer's is glorious, but here's to hoping you go one step further than they did in reality and actually make something out of this entertaining stable. More members plz.
"The two big men have a brief stare off before Taker thanks Lesnar for what he did earlier". Yes, because that makes up for what they both did to each other all those months ago. I'm not liking this mutual respect deal between the three faces, especially when sicko's like Taker and Brock are involved. At least the Deadman got a bit more aggressive towards the end though. MORE TENSION THOUGH~!!!
Thank you, I had no idea what that jobber name was. Pearl Harbour Crash? WTF?

Sounds like something a Japanese wrestler would use in the Hawaii

Anywho, Gunn sucks, and Show owns. Simple enough equation really.
Los Guerreros being sly buggers is all good, though Benoit and Rhyno were, well, a bit mean

Get a grip, fellas. Don't be so serious. I can't really remember who is facing who in the U.S tournament {re-post brackets plz}, but Eddie and Benoit will go farthest out of these four. Oh no, I just remembered how much you mark for the Man Beast. Uh oh.
If the person in all of these video hype promos isn't The Rattlesnake then I'll be quite shocked. However, the fact that Stephanie mentioned in the segment that this individual is annoyed by McMahon interrupting the videos all the time, makes me think it might not be Austin. He doesn't care about promos. Long, and not terribly interesting promo with Stephanie and Vince, though at least Vinnie Mac's next program looks to be starting at Backlash ... with the new addition? Another feud with Austin? Really? Surely not. Someone else would be better.
The FBI = the jobber squad, and I'm glad to see you finally understanding that, me old Shane Warne lookalike. Benoit and Rhyno are going places and Nunzio and his lot sure ain't. Perfect outcome in the end.
HOGAN AND FUNAKI

Love it. More of this please. In ring segment with 'Naks mimicking the Hulkster.
I know I like Big Show, and I
think Mac does, but I'm not sure about you, ya' blighter. Therefore, I can't really predict his progress in the tournament. It'll probably be quite good without actually winning the thing.
Thank god Cena actually got to rap before his match this week. Best mic worker at this time. Another win over Rikishi? That's going to get old FAST. As a bullshitting, punk, bad ass, rapper heel, Cena will be far more entertaining than any of the others in the tournament as U.S Champion. Make it happen.
Nice announcement for next week's Battle Royal. I expect Rey, London or Kidman to be the one who wins, maybe all three of them in some kind of cop out move; that's the way I interpretef the
"being most vocal" thing.
Ugh, what a stinker of a match. A-Train is quite enjoyable though ... and Nathan Jones blatantly isn't. Thank god Train murdered him quickly.
Wild main event, that's for sure. Hogan sure does stink up the ring when he's in this mode with that shitty HULKING UP~!!! Oh well, at least Brocky got himself some payback {however accidental} for last week's chair shot he took from Hollywood. At last, at last some tension on the face team, which makes it far more intriguing than before. I expect a huge confrontation next week between Hogand and Lesnar. Such a pleasant surprise that Team Angle got the win, and pinning Brock too. Good stuff. Angle could get his rematch after all.
Overall, this was a solidly return show, Reney. Not your best recap, but hey, who was expecting that? More of the same next week please, by Fosters drinking associate
