Is October 3rd, 2007. WWE is in serious money problems. They´ve lost over 200 million in 2007, due to bad booking decisions. The fans started to get bored of the same things happening time and time again, Vince tought he had everything cotroled... but a press conference stated that the World Wrestling Entertainment was officialy on sale. People like Ted Turner and Hulk Hogan tried to buy it but Vince didn´t want to sell it to enemies. Shane and Stephanie quited their jobs leaving Vince alone. The wrestlers started wondering, why stay? Why stay in a company that has huge financial problems, why stay in a company that´s run by a man that refuses to sell it because of his ego. Lots of wrestlers tried to leave but they couldn´t because of their contracts. But one day, on December 21st 2007 something happened that changed the WWE forever.

A man, with D.S as his initials won the lottery, he won 294 million dollars. In an interview after he won the unnamed man was asked what was he going to do with the price. "Oh, I´ve got some big plans for this money, wait and see". Nobody tought too much about this, everyone tought he was going to buy a house, a car, the usual things. But this man had some really big plans...

On December 30, 2007 this man bought the World Wrestling Entertainment. Vince McMahon had to accept his offer of 200 million dollars, an insignificant amount of money. The WWE was worth more but they couldn´t do anything. They had to accept and the legendary Vince McMahon was officialy no longer the owner of the World Wrestling Entertainment. Who was the owner? An unnamed man that won the lottery a week ago.

There was a big meeting between the new owner and the workers: The wrestlers, bookers, referees, announcers. Everyone was there. Lots of wrestlers where fired. Why? because the new owner´s vision was to have one show. No more Raw, no more Smackdown! no more ECW. The new show´s name was: WWE. WWE started planning a whole new show for this new era. Also, all the titles where vacated.
Now is January 1st. Expect the unexpected, because a new man is in charge... Everything is going to change...

I think the backstory is great, the roster is very good too. Having top stars like Taker and HHH is risky but a good idea. Looking forward to your first show, bro.

I don't know about Vince losing that much money, but it's fantasy so it's all good. The rest of the backstory seems really good and has my interest. It looks like you've put some time and thought into this and you've set it up really well. I'm looking forward to your first show.

Love this concept of this. Roster looks nice, a lot of stars but I'm sure you can do it. PM me when the first show is up.

WOW! This sounds great and i am looking forward to reveiwing your show. To many people are injured especially the main eventers as now u only have 5 main eventers and 2 of the biggest main eventers are injured aswell. Apart from that im really impressed as it sounds like u have thought this out. Well done

Some big stars are injured because I wanted a challenge to my BTB, and do it without HHH and Taker for now is a pretty big challenge. Also, I can build up some wrestlers to Main Event status. Preview will be up soon. Stay tuned!
