Re: WWE - Project Infinite
Thanks, brothers. Have given you all rep as I need to spread before giving some red to Richie. Once again, muchos gracias.
Raw Recapitulation
October 8 - October 27
Following the return of Shawn Michaels to Raw, Randy Orton did not want more than to get his hands on the Heartbreak Kid. However, he planned to put the pursuing of his threats on hold for the time being to stake another claim at the WWE Championship. Cena welcomed the challenge however General Manager William Regal declined the proposal, instead putting both Orton and HBK (as well as Triple H) in Cyber Sunday qualifying matches. Orton confidently disposed Jeff Hardy whilst Michaels beat Mr Kennedy and Triple H managed Umaga to gain their positions in the polls. Orton and HBK however would have a match the following week on Raw with the end result being a no contest after a fair amount of blood loss to the both of them with HBK showing a more aggressive side to his game. During this time Armando Alejandro Estrada would try to convince GM Regal of giving the two a second chance to participate in the polls for Cyber Sunday. Regal would agree only for Triple H to pin Umaga once again. The Samoan Bulldozer would then beat down H after the match. Where’s Cena during all of this you ask? He was put ‘on the shelf’ due to an ‘injury’ sustained in the Last Man Standing match (time to heal the injury he sustained during the match with Mr Kennedy the Monday before No Mercy, not as serious as suggested).
After losing to Shawn Michaels, Mr Kennedy went on an Intercontinental Championship chase, attacking Jeff Hardy during a match with Carlito the following week. Later on in the night when confronted by Todd Grisham, Kennedy made it clear and simple that he wants that Intercontinental Championship and will go to all lengths to reach his goal. Carlito, obviously not content with the outcome of his match, decided to take his anger on Kennedy the next week as the two battled in the square circle with Carlito rolling up Kennedy for the win, only to be beaten down in the aftermath. Shelton Benjamin, a superstar who had already had it in for Jeff and his title, had been fading away with the recent surge of Kennedy and Carlito that he felt they were in his position, leading to Benjamin making the ‘save’ on Carlito. This prompted Kennedy to flee from ringside leaving a helpless Carlito to feel the fury of Shelton. Unsuccessful in getting his monster Umaga a possible WWE Championship match, Armando Estrada set Umaga free during a triple threat containing Carlito, Shelton and Kennedy. Umaga belted all three combatants up which lead to GM Regal announcing that the four of them would be choices in the upcoming Intercontinental Championship vote for Cyber Sunday
As Kennedy was hot on Jeff’s tail, so were Brian Kendrick and Paul London hot on the tails of the World Tag Team Champions Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch. Kendrick managed to beat Cade in a single match the night after No Mercy which led to a World Tag Team title defense the following Monday, which Londrick lost. The following Raw Murdoch would beat London which end the Hooligans’ immediate chances of gaining the tag team gold. However, the champs weren’t satisfied. They found themselves matchless with only six days to go before Cyber Sunday. This led to GM Regal announcing that the two would face the runners up in the WWE title vote.
Moving away from the championship scene, Santino Marella continued the bashing of ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin and The Condemned which eventually prompted Steve Austin to return to Raw the week before Cyber Sunday. A somewhat nervous Marella continued to talk trash to Austin about him and his movie which led to a good old fashioned ass whipping, something WWE fans had been longing for some time.
Throughout the month, vignettes containing cryptic messages continued to air
During this month spell, the WWE came to terms with Sean Morley (Val Venis) on his release from the company. The WWE wished Morely the best of luck in his future endeavors.
So yeah, that's how I'm going to recap things up until Cyber Sunday, you'll see how things roll from there. More comments appreciated.

Re: WWE - Project Infinite
No comments? .. life's a bitch
Ehhhnyway, here's ECW's recap of the month of October
ECW Recapitulation
October 8 - October 27
On the ECW side of things, all eyes were on a single man; Big Daddy V. Displaying his dominance at No Mercy, Matt Striker believed that he was well deserving of a title shot. General Manager Armando Alejandro Estrada disagreed however, and insisted that Striker cost V any chance of a rematch anytime soon. Striker then threatened Armando with V which led to Estrada announcing that having Big Daddy V in the ECW title match would be a choice as well as it being a three way dance or a triple threat. Estrada then announced two qualifying matches for the next two weeks with The Miz beating Balls Mahoney and John Morrison beating Tommy Dreamer. The final ECW before Cyber Sunday Miz, Morrison and V would beat Punk, Balls and Dreamer giving the heels the momentum going into the Pay-Per-View.
During the month, Mike Knox was released from his contract. The WWE wished him luck with his future endeavors.
Expect the next dosage around Friday or Saturday, comments please

Re: WWE - Project Infinite
Love your Raw recapitulation
The Kennedy in pursuit of Hardy angle was great, I was really hoping Kennedy would start looking strong, as he was looking to get the IC title. I didnt like that you had him lose to Carlito, the aftermath was good though, still would have preferred Kennedy beating Carlito though.
The Austin Morella thing was okay, kind of expected but still something im sure all WWE fans look forward to- Stone Cold making an appearence. I really liked the tag team Cyber Sunday booking. Its good to see that your putting attention into the tag division having it look that strong putting them up against WWE top stars, really looking forward to that considering WWEs booking with tag teams is crap. Anways, looking forward to your first show, best of luck

Thanks for the comments, brother. You'll see soon what's to come of everything, few surprises will be imminent, or will they?

I'm not down about anything. It's more or so me expecting some feedback, I guess I'm a bit greedy I'm lazy when it comes to reviews as well, I need to drop that habit, thanks for the concern but.

Re: WWE - Project Infinite
Oooooo, double post.. shoot me. I believe it's time for the Smackdown! recap, let's do it.
Smackdown! Recapitulation
October 8 - October 27
And last but not least, we take a look at Smackdown! With Batista winning the World Heavyweight Championship he was the center of focus and to cap off his victory, he managed to beat Mark Henry on the first Smackdown! Back. The Great Khali however had plenty to say on the following episode of SD!, saying that Batista’s win at No Mercy in the Punjabi Prison match was luck and that he’ll be invoking his rematch clause at Cyber Sunday. General Manager Vickie Guerrero then came out and said that Batista and the Great Khali would each choose a stipulation to be chosen with the third one being a mystery one drawn on the night. That night Khali easily disposed of Shannon Moore. The following week on Smackdown! both stipulations would be announced with the Great Khali opening the show saying that he had chosen his stipulation: a Punjab on a Pole match which consisted of various weapons on a pole. Batista would later in the show announce that he had chosen a No Holds Barred stipulation as his choice.
The Matt Hardy/MVP saga continued, with Matt still vying the United States Championship, even though the two still held the tag team gold together. The non-physical challenges between the two continued with Matt Hardy beating MVP in on the waterlog and ‘Race to the Finish’ run to the arena. After beating MVP in two consecutive challenges, Hardy demanded a title match at Cyber Sunday which MVP half-agreed to, saying that he’d have to be a wrestler of his choice in order to do so. MVP chose the Great Khali, who destroyed Matt up until the point where Batista got involved, costing Khali the win and giving Matt the chance to claim the United States title for the first time in months. The choices for the stipulations for the match are a Three Stages of Hell, Steel Cage Match and a Hardcore Match
At No Mercy, the match between Finlay and Rey Mysterio ended a 619 for Finlay and a win for Rey however, it seemed petrol was added to the fire with the fighting Irishman attacking Mysterio after the match. This extended a new branch into their rivalry with Finlay wanting another chance to face Rey, knowing that No Mercy was a fluke. Rey said on the return Smackdown! that he has never said no to a challenge and it would be an honor kicking Finlay’s ass for a second time. This led to a match being made for Cyber Sunday with the stipulations being a Bar Room Brawl, Empty Arena match and a Shillelagh on a Pole Match

Re: WWE - Project Infinite
Thanks for the predictions, Granta.
Just an update on the next post. Turns out that on Friday, the Yr10s and 11s have the day off due to a teacher's strike, so expect Cyber Sunday before I leave to go out that day, probably around 9.30AEST. Thought I might add that
