Thought I would do a little interview thing to kinda show you's some of my idea's for the future.

Ok, first question. Is it true that Mr. Kennedy is receiving a push in the future?
Without revealing too many of our plans, yes a push for Mr. Kennedy is on the cards. He did so well on Smackdown! but hasn't really done anything on Raw yet.

When will he be pushed?
Well yet again without revealing too many plans, he will be pushed a little bit after the Royal Rumble. The road to WrestleMania as we like to call it is when his real push will begin.

Lesnar's return, is it long term?
As in long term? Well he isn't going to be here for years or anything. But he is going to be here for abit, about 2 months maybe.

So does that mean he won't be winning at the Rumble?
Quite the opposite, he could very well win. But I'm not telling anyone if he is or not. He isn't here for long and he may receive a short title reign, you will all just have to wait and see.

Can you update us on John Cena and maybe when he will return?
He's doing well, but he sadly won't be returning for quite a while. We don't have an exact date but he is recovering well and will be back maybe around May if he keeps this process up.

Is the Womens Division about to be ended?
We don't really have any plans for the Womens Division at the moment and that is on the cards. We were thinking about moving all the female superstars to ECW or Smackdown and having the title on Smackdown. Because with ECW and Smackdown working together it would strengthen the Womens Division.

Cruiserweight Division, will that make a return?
Yes it will most certainly. Alot of sites were having rumors on it saying we would bring it back about a month ago but that isn't the plan. We will most likely bring it back after the Royal Rumble.

Any changes going to be made to the Cruiserweight Division?
We have been thinking about moving all the cruiserweight's to Smackdown and having them compete for the gold on that show or on ECW. Because at the moment all the Cruiserweights on Raw are jobbing.

When Exactly will Flair retire?
Oh I can't tell you that, haha. But you will be surprised the circumstances it happens in.

Nope I haven't mate. I like having twists, in my BTB's. I neither confirmed his loss or confirmed his win.

Date:
18th January 2008
Venue:
Dayton, Ohio

What can we expect to see on the penultimate Smackdown! Before the Royal Rumble? Well all three men who are competing for the World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble will be in action against former World Champions. Batista takes on the man who has the record for holding a world title the longest, JBL. Whilst the "Phenom" The Undertaker takes on "The Legend Killer" Randy Orton. The Undertaker will have to be careful as Randy Orton viciously destroyed Chris Jericho last week and RKO'd his Royal Rumble opponent Brock Lesnar Twice! And the World Heavyweight Champion takes on none other than the "Heart break kid" Shawn Michaels.
Also tonight, John Morrison and The Miz team up to take on the team of Deuce and Domino, who are also former Tag Team Champions. Morrison and The Miz will be looking for the win here tonight to be in contention for the WWE Tag Team Titles.
MVP last week got himself intentionally disqualified against Rey Mysterio in their United States Championship match, so that he could retain his title. Well Vickie Guerrero has dropped a bombshell on the champion. If he gets disqualified or counted out tonight he will lose his United States Championship to Rey Mysterio! So now the only way MVP can win is by pinfall or submission.
Kane has been beaten two times in a row by Finlay now with the help of the little leprechaun Hornswoggle. Kane wants a match against Finlay tonight and he has swore to beat Finlay tonight, can it be third time lucky?

Matches Tonight:
Kane vs. Finlay
MVP (c) vs. Rey Mysterio in a United States Championship Rematch *If MVP loses by DQ or Countout he loses his title*
John Morrison & The Miz vs. Deuce & Domino
Batista vs. JBL
Edge (c) vs. Shawn Michaels
The Undertaker vs. Randy Orton

Default Re: Legend93 Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment 08'

Thought I'd drop by and leave some comments on your ECW. First off this format looks familiar lol. Oh yeah I use it too. Cool though to see people using it.

I know that there is the Smackdown/ECW exchange thing but really this promo could have taken place on Smackdown. First off it wasn't very long. Edge said a few things and then bam Batista is out. A few more things, then bam the attack. Just work on your length of your promos and you should be in good shape.

Good tag match to kickstart the night off as I am a fan of the Yang/Moore team and despite people seeing them as jobbers I think they can be "used" as potential Tag Team Champions IF pushed the right way. Same goes for anybody period in BTB. Overall kinda shocked to see Miz and Morrison win but I guess there is not going to be a tag title feud for a while so in that case it doesn't really matter I guess.

Oooo, short promo. Too short to amount to anything. I suggest you go to Youtube and watch some promo videos on wrestlers. That way you can get a feel of their characters and you can use them well in a promo.

Impressive win for Benjamin over the watered down ECW original in Tommy Dreamer. Benjamin really does have a bright future here on ECW and if Punk wins at the Royal Rumble I wouldn't be surprised to see Punk/Benjamin at WM for the title. Book it!

Jumping to the Undertaker/Big Daddy V match. I think if you are going to hype Edge and 'Taker so much here on SD that it was a good call to not have this as the main event. Though I think this match could have easily taken place on Smackdown as well but either way no shock for the aftermath of the match. Classic Edge.

Interesting to see Burke and Kennedy win as I was positive that Flair and Punk were going to win since Flair coming to ECW is RARE. Only his second time on the show I think since I want to say he was on ECW when it first started in 2006. I think had Kennedy maybe pinned Flair it would have meant more but now thinking about it Burke just made a big impact heading into the RR as well. So it didn't really matter who got the pin imo.

Overall show looks decent. Some things that need to be worked on include your promos and grammar errors mainly. I saw a lot of them throughout the show with some words misspelled, some used the wrong way, etc. Use spell check or an Internet Spell Checker to do that for you.

The Smackdown intro movie plays with the song Rise Up by Drowning Pool, The Smackdown video package finishes with the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge lifting his title high in the air. The camera circles around the arena before going ringside to Michael Cole and Jonathon Coachman.

Michael Cole: Hello everybody and welcome to the penultimate Friday Night Smackdown before the Royal Rumble!

Coachman: That is right and what a night we have tonight! All 3 men participating in the World Heavyweight Championship match are in action and they aren't against just anybody they are against former or current world champions!

Michael Cole: Thats correct, "The Animal" Batista takes on a former WWE Champion in John Bradshaw Layfield, whilst The Undertaker takes on the current WWE Champion Randy Orton! And the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge takes on "The Heart Break Kid" Shawn Michaels!

Coachman: And that isn't all, Rey Mysterio gets his United States Championship rematch against MVP and former Tag Team Champions John Morrison and The Miz take on other former Tag Team Champions, Deuce and Domino.

Michael Cole: And Kane takes on Finlay and thats right now!

Slow Chemical blasts through the PA as Kane makes his way to the ring. The crowd cheer Kane a little as he walks down the ramp. He enters the rings and lifts his hands above his head as the pyro's shoot out of the turnbuckles.

Michael Cole: Kane isn't happy and rightly so he has been defeated by Finlay Twice in a row now and both times have been with the help of the little leprechaun under the ring, Hornswoggle and his shillelagh.

Michael Cole: Kane was defeated yes, but he can't just blame other things he has to stop looking for things to blame and take action.

Lambeg hits the PA and the crowd give a mixed reaction to Finlay who is a face but has been acting heelish recently using Hornswoggle and his shillelagh. Finlay walks down the ramp and points his shillelagh to Kane and has a grin on his face.

Match #1
Kane vs. Finlay
Match Overview: This match was used to give Finlay and Kane more TV Time and to continue with their little feud. Hornswoggle pops out from under the ring early on to make the little kids cheer. This distracts Kane and the referee which allows Finlay to get in some offense. Finlay controls most of the match with continued distractions and heelish moves. A finish came to the match when yet again Hornswoggle made a distraction to distract the referee but not Kane. Kane lifts Finlay up by the throat who is holding the shillelagh. Kane is unaware of this until Finlay hits him in the head with it and the both of the legs and the head again. Finlay makes the cover as the referee turns around and gets the three count.

Winner: Finlay

Finlay slides out of the ring as fast as he can as Hornswoggle runs to his side. Finlay backs up the ramp holding his shillelagh. Kane sits up and looks rather pissed again as he has been cheated 3 times in a row.

Michael Cole: Finlay picks up another win against Kane thanks to his shillelagh and the little bastard.

Coachman: His name is Hornswoggle, Michael.

Kane is still standing in the ring clearly upset, he looks at the referee and has evil intentions he walks up to the referee who is backed into the corner. Michael Cole is screaming in his earpiece for Kane not to do it but Kane doesn't give a fuck or can't hear him. He lifts the referee up by the throat and delivers a vicious Chokeslam.

MacMilitant hits the PA as Theodore Long the assistant General Manager walks out holding a microphone. The crowd cheer for Teddy Long as they know he's out here to make some kind of announcement.

Teddy Long: Hey playa, listen here. I know your all upset about Finlay beating you three times in a row but it don't mean you can beat up on the Smackdown referees!

The crowd cheer a little at the comment

Teddy Long: So playa, I'm going to let you blow off some steam because I'm sure we can fit one more match into the Royal Rumble! It will be Kane vs. Finlay in a I Quit Match! That way playa he can't use the shillelagh on ya for the pinfall!

The crowd cheer again for the announcement whilst Kane looks pleased in the ring if thats even possible.

Commercial Break

When we return we are took straight to ringside where Michael Cole and Coachman talk about whats just happened.

Michael Cole: What an announcement by the assistant general manager Theodore Long. He has added a match to the Royal Rumble!

Coachman: And what a match it should be, Kane gets a chance at Finlay and this time he can't be cheated out of it by the shillelagh or Hornswoggle as it is a I Quit Match.

Booyaka 619 hits the PA as the crowd go apeshit for a fan favorite. Rey Mysterio jumps out of nowhere into the view of all the fans when the pyro's hit. He makes his way down the ramp and high-fives a few fans and prays with his son in the Rey Mysterio mask.

Michael Cole: This superstar right here deserves a title and he could have had one last week if it wasn't for Montel Vontavious Porter and his cheating ways.

Coachman: He did what alot of champions have done, I don't condone it but it does keep you your title.

Michael Cole: Well I don't like it, I would be happier if he tried to win the match and not try to lose the match by Disqualification.

I'm Comin blasts through the PA and the crowd begin to boo. MVP emerges through his gold tent with his initials on it. He walks down the ramp with his United States Title around his waist. He bad mouths Mysterio, before entering the ring.

Match #2
MVP (c) vs. Rey Mysterio
United States Title Rematch
Match Overview: This match was to simply carry on both superstars starting feud and to give the United States Championship more credibility. Rey Mysterio got the match going with a fast pace with his highflying moves. MVP would sometimes reverse then and pick up a offense. This was a harder match for MVP to win because if he lost by count out or disqualification he would be forced to hand over his United States Title to Rey Mysterio. A finish came to the match when Mysterio looked to do a diving take down from the top rope onto MVP but MVP ducked and Mysterio hit the referee! MVP rolls out of the ring and receives his United States Title. He slides back into the ring and swings it at Mysterio just as the referee is getting up, Mysterio ducks and dropkicks MVP onto the middle rope. He then 619's the United States Title onto MVP's face unaware of this and then looks to do a diving headbutt. But the referee see's the title in MVP's hands and disqualifies Rey Mysterio!

Winner and still United States Champoin: MVP via DQ

Michael Cole: Oh my god! What the hell just happened?

Coachman: Rey Mysterio was disqualified for using the United States Title on MVP when he did the 619

Michael Cole: I know that, but it isn't fair. MVP should of been disqualified for having it in possession in the first place!

Rey Mysterio looks at the referee very angrily, he knows he's been cheated out of a United States Title. But he doesn't do an attack like Kane. He looks at MVP and decides to take his frustrations out on him. He picks up the United States Championship and whacks it across the head of MVP when he is stood up. Booyaka 619 plays again as Rey Mysterio rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp.

Commercial Break

Michael Cole: Welcome back to Friday Night Smackdown, We are just two weeks away from the Royal Rumble. But what happened moments ago has left us shocked.

A video of what just happened before plays, it shows Mysterio accidentally hitting the referee after MVP ducks. It then shows MVP getting his united states title to hit Mysterio with by Mysterio ducks and then hits the 619 on MVP but the title hits MVP's face so the referee disqualifies Rey Mysterio.

The camera goes backstage to show a irate Rey Mysterio walking to Vickie Guerrero's office. He enters without knocking.

Vickie: - I seen it Rey and there's nothing more I can do.

Rey: Surely I can get another shot against MVP, I should have the title around my waist!

Vickie: Fair enough you were cheated but not by MVP this time, it was surprisingly a Smackdown referee. So heres what I'm going to do, next week on Smackdown you will face MVP for the United States Title in a steel cage match. You can win by Pinfall, Submission or escaping the cage. You can't win by disqualification.

Rey: Thanks Vickie I really appreciate it and I -

Vickie: But if you lose Rey, you will NEVER get a shot against MVP until he loses the title. So now please leave Rey and close the door on the way out.

Hey Listen hits the PA as John Morrison makes his way to the ring in "slow motion" thanks to the effects of the camera. The crowd boo him as he tries to show off his body. He slides into the ring.

Reality then hits and Morrison's cocky partner The Miz proceeds to walk down the ramp also receiving boo's from the crowd. He slides into the ring and shows off abit in the ring.

Crack Em' In The Mouth hits the PA as former Tag Team Champions Deuce and Domino make their way to the ring they drive down the ramp in their car accompanied by Cherry before entering the ring.

Michael Cole: All four men are former Tag Team Champions, and we all know The Miz and Morrison really want to win this match so that they can be in contention for the Tag Team Titles.

Coachman: Easier said then done though, Michael.

Match #3
John Morrison & The Miz vs. Deuce N Domino
Match Overview: This match was used to give Deuce N Domino some TV Time but it was also used to give John Morrison and The Miz more momentum before they would get another title shot against Zak Ryder and Curt Hawkins. Both teams had the same style of fighting so this was fairly even throughout the whole match. But it was Cherry would proved to be the difference maker but not to Deuce N Domino to John Morrison and The Miz instead. When Deuce got her to distract the referee so that they could cheat The Miz ran into the ring with a steel chair and hit both Deuce N Domino. John Morrison then hits the Standing Shooting Star Press on the legal Domino, he then makes the cover for the win.

Winners: John Morrison & The Miz

John Morrison and The Miz stand up in the ring and raise their hands in the air in celebration. Morrison slides out of the ring to receive a microphone.

Morrison: I, "The Shaman Of Sexy" and The Miz "The Chick Magnet" have won twice in a row now. And I think its only fair that if we don't get a title shot next week then we should if we win 3 times in a row on ECW?

In The Middle Of It Now hits as the Tag Team Champions walk to down the ramp a little with their Tag Team Titles on their shoulders. They have a microphone already in their hands.

Zak Ryder: Listen here Morrison and Miz, We like being champions. But we like beating people to prove we are worthy champions. So We'll do you both a deal. Win on ECW this Tuesday against the tag team we choose and you will receive a Tag Team Title shot on Smackdown next Friday.

In The Middle Of It hits the PA again and The "Edge Heads" head up the ramp. Meanwhile in the ring Morrison and The Miz look rather happy that they can receive another shot.

Commercial Break

When we return we are taking backstage where Maryse is backstage getting some TV Time. She is backstage interviewer for the night. She is with Batista.

Maryse:
Hello Batista, soon you face John Bradshaw Layfield. Do you have any comments?

Batista: Listen to me clearly Edge, Your spear last week on ECW did hurt me but I'm ready now. JBL stands in my way tonight and I will deal with him, but then I'm coming for you! It may not be tonight, but watch your back!

Maryse:
So...Are you ready for the Royal Rumble?

Batista: I'm more ready than I'll ever be, I'm in the best shape of my career and I'm feeling quite lucky around about now and I do plan to win the World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble.

Maryse: How will you deal with not only Edge but the "Phenom" The Undertaker aswell?

Batista:
I've beaten the Undertaker before, I've beaten Edge before aswell. So I don't see how I can't beat them both at the same time.

Maryse: Oh...well thank you, Batista

Batista does a nodding motion towards Maryse and walks out of the view.

Foghorn hits the PA and a white limousine appears at the top of the ramp. It drives down the ramp abit before opening its door's for JBL to walk out receiving alot of heat from the crowd. He walks down the rest of the ramp and enters the ring.

I Walk Alone then hits and the crowd go apeshit. Batista walks down the ramp before doing the gun motion with all the pyro's. He walks down the ramp and then enters the ring, looking at JBL.

Michael Cole:
What a match up we have for you guys, Two former champions against one another!

Coachman: And Batista has just told us moments ago that he is going to beat JBL tonight and then he's coming for Edge!

Match #4
Batista vs. John Bradshaw Layfield
Match Overview: This match was used to give John Bradshaw Layfield some TV Time. It was also for Batista to gain some momentum going into the Royal Rumble. Both men were powerhouses and both looked to do powerful moves throughout the entire match. Batista hit clotheslines and spinebusters but still couldn't put John Bradshaw Layfield away. John Bradshaw Layfield went to hit his signature Clothesline From Hell but missed, giving Batista the chance to get the finish. When JBL turned back around Batista kicked him in the gut and then lifted him up high and hit a wicked Batista Bomb. He then made the cover for the pinfall and the victory.

Winner: Batista

Batista doesn't raise his hand high over his victory as he doesn't look bothered that he has just beaten John Bradshaw Layfield. His mind is clearly on Edge and the World Heavyweight Championship.

Commercial break

Michael Cole: Moments ago we saw Batista pick up a victory over JBL, but he didn't seem at all happy about it.

Coachman: No he didn't but thats because his mind is clearly on the World Heavyweight Champion, Edge. And the World Heavyweight Title.

Michael Cole:

The camera then pans backstage where Edge is speaking with Randy Orton.

Edge:
Hey man, last time I seen you you weren't even in the title picture!

Orton:
Yeah Edge, well things change. People change, This is my destiny and I don't plan to lose it to some has been at the Royal Rumble.

Edge:
And I don't think you will lose to Lesnar, but tonight you have The Undertaker to worry about, he may be weakened tonight thanks to my attack and to the Big Daddy V match but he will still be able to hurt you.

Orton: I've beat him before and I'll do it again

Edge:
No doubt you will, I'll accompany you to the ring tonight as lets say "back-up" ok? But since I'm doing this kind gesture how about you do me on in return?

Orton:
What would that be?

Edge: Accompany me to the ring against Shawn Michaels.

Orton and Edge shake hands, both accepting the deal. As the camera pans back to the ring.

Graveyard Symphony hits the PA as the crowd begin to cheer for The Undertaker. The lights go dark and the white mist appears on the floor. The Undertaker appears at the top of the ramp when the first dong hits. He proceeds to walk down the ramp slowly before entering the ring and making the lights go back on and the dust to settle.

Burn In My Light his off the PA as the WWE Champion appears at the top of the ramp accompanied by Edge. Orton does his destiny pose while Edge lifts his World Heavyweight Title above his head. They both walk down the ramp and Orton slides into the ring.

Match #5
Randy Orton (c) vs. The Undertaker
Non-Title Match
Match Overview:
This match was used to give both The Undertaker and Randy Orton some momentum heading into the Royal Rumble. Edge accompanying Randy Orton to the ring further the feud Edge has with The Undertaker a little. Undertaker would use lots of Old School moves in this match as Orton would use the dirty moves. Edge would sometimes cause a distraction so that Orton could turn the tide of the match in his favor. A finish came to the match when Edge stood on the apron and The Undertaker walked towards him. Edge jumped off the apron and when The Undertaker turned around Orton pounced and hit a vicious RKO. Orton would then get the pinfall for the victory.

Winner: Randy Orton

Edge looks like he is about to attack The Undertaker but instead him and Orton walk up the ramp smirking at the fans and the fallen Undertaker.

Michael Cole:
Edge again cause a distraction and The Undertaker lost the match after a vicious RKO.

Coachman: Thats the whole reason Edge accompanied Orton to the ring to cost, The Undertaker the match.

Michael Cole:
Well when we return Shawn Michaels will be taking on World Heavyweight Champion Edge and he will be accompanied by WWE Champion Randy Orton.

This part of the show is a from the vault, it shows a match from 2002 on Smackdown. Its the late Eddie Guerrero against John Bradshaw Layfield for the WWE Championship in a steel cage. It shows when Eddie could have escaped the cage but instead to the shock of many fans hit the Five Star Frog Splash from the top of the cage! It the shows when some masked wrestler attacks him inside the cage and Eddie somehow pulls off the mask unknown to the wrestler who is Kurt Angle.

Commercial Break

When we return its the RAW Rebound. It shows Randy Orton RKO'ing Brock Lesnar and then counting to 9 and doing it again. It then shows him RKO'ing Chris Jericho on the announcement desk several times and then kicking him in the face with his boot.

Sexy Boy hits the PA and Shawn Michaels comes out receiving a great reception from the crowd. Its the first time Michaels has been on Smackdown in about 3 years! He walks down the ramp and slides into the ring.

Michael Cole:
The last time Shawn Michaels was on Smackdown was in 2003, he hasn't been on since and its great to have him here tonight!

Coachman: But at the end of the match it may not be as happy.

Metalingus plays and World Heavyweight Champion Edge walks down the ramp receiving alot of heat from the crowd. He is accompanied by WWE Champion, Randy Orton. Edge slides into the ring and lifts his World Title above his head before handing it to the referee.

Match #5
Edge (c) vs. Shawn Michaels

Match Overview: This match was used to give Michaels some TV Time, and to build some momentum for Edge. He was accompanied by Orton this time for his match and Orton would sometimes prove useful in the match for Edge causing distractions so that Edge could poke Michaels in the eye or rake his eyes, etc. All was going well for Edge until Brock Lesnar ran down the ramp to everyone's delight except the WWE Champion's. Brock and Orton brawled outside whilst Edge and Michaels continued wrestling in the ring. Edge had Michaels set up for the spear until a dong hit and the lights went dark. When the second dong hit and the lights came back on, Edge was flat on his back. Michaels stood in the corner and tuned up the band. He then hit Edge with the Sweet Chin Music for the win.

Winner: Shawn Michaels

Michaels raises his hand in celebration, whilst outside the ring Lesnar and Orton are no longer brawling as Orton is flat on his back courtesy of The Undertaker. Lesnar then walks up the ramp. Michaels has his hand risen in the air as Smackdown goes off the air.

NOTICE:

Sadly with school and everything, like my football and that I'm starting to get less and less time for my BTB so to be able to carry on with it I'm going to have to do recaps again
But I will try and make them more detailed than what I used to. So the Next RAW will be in recap. When I get more time on my hands and everything I hope to return to the full writing. My matches will be wrote the same in the recap form. My PPV's matches will be written in report form. You will see what I mean when the Rumble is here.

Default Re: Legend93 Presents: World Wrestling Entertainment 08'

P.S - Still just match review

Match#1 Finlay/Kane

Classic Kane/Finlay match,Glad that you gave Kane and Finlay some TV time but these 2 guys are extreme popular do they need more tv time or you just treating them like crap I don't know hmm

Match#2 U.S Title match!

Wow... MVP retains the title I did not know that would happen this was probably the most original match of the night with all the times that he has been defending his Title on SD!

Tag Team Match

Dident know you unbanned the shooting star press there bud? Now I don't really know if you have one these teams as face or just a heel tag team match.. Normal finish with Morrison getting the pin for his team.

Batista/JBL

Before I type in about the match I would like you to know that you are cool cause you typed in ''Apeshit'' when Batista came out Now I knew Batista was going to win this when I read the match... I hate Batista and he better not win Rumble...

Randy Orton/Taker

I knew that Orton was going to win when Edge came out with him, hope Taker bounces back on his feet and goes on to win the Royal Rumble,Hope Edge goes to hell!!!

Main Event -

When HBK was in a match with Edge I had a feeling HBK would kick The Rated R superstars head off! Good match envolving all these men before the rumble! I have a feeling it will be one of a kind!

Overall: 8.5/10

I dien't see any writing mistakes which is good,a few matches I did find a bit boring but rest was awesome, keep up the good work

So did Orton and Edge just like stay or come back then go back in?
