Also, a fair bit of news and notes will be posted concerning the Road to WrestleMania, along with updates on how the card is coming and what matches and such have been complete.

Ok, so Smackdown should be up no later then today, but DH6 will be posting it. The forum is messed up for me and it won't let me use colors or nothing, so therefore i can't post the show, so DH6 will be posting it, but i still wrote the show. Just clearing that up for you guys.

Friday Night SmackDown!; February 22nd; Nashville, Tennessee

The Smackdown opening credits play. A quick recap of No Way Out is shown mostly focusing on the Elimination Chamber. The camera cuts to the arena where Edge’s music hits. He comes out, and gets in the ring and gets a microphone from somebody outside of the ring.

Edge:
I have heard it all week. I have heard the same question over and over and over again. Why Edge? Why did you screw Batista out of the World Heavyweight Championship? Well I’ll tell you what! You want answers, you gonna get them!

Edge:
You see, last month at the Royal Rumble, I won the 21st annual Royal Rumble match!

**There’s a large amount of heat, as the fans still don’t like it that Edge won the Rumble**

Edge:
And that means that I will challenge for a World Championship at WrestleMania. So, I thought long and hard, and I decided that I wanted the World Heavyweight Championship. But I didn’t want to face Batista. Batista is an animal.

**The crowd gives a small pop, then starts chanting, you are scared**

Edge:
Shut up!

**Heat**

Edge:
I am not scared of Batista. Batista doesn’t deserve to face me at the grandest stage of them all WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship. So I picked a greater man. MVP. You see MVP is more worthy to face the Rated R superstar Edge at WrestleMania. MVP is a star. So that is why at WrestleMania 24, Edge will be cashing in his Royal Rumble match spot to face the greatest World Heavyweight Champion behind me ever!

***MVP’s music hits and he comes out with the World title around his waist. He does his usual taunt on the entrance ramp and then makes his way down to the ring with a huge smile on his face. He enters the ring and receives a microphone from somebody outside of the ring***

MVP:
Edge, all of those words you said are true. I may not be as a great as champion as you yet, but I will be, and Edge, you’re a pretty cool dude.

Edge:
You see, you people should be cheering for a guy like MVP. He is a great respectful young man, and it will be a pleasure to face him at WrestleMania and take the World Heavyweight Championship away from him.

MVP:
Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! I was with you, until you said you would take the title of me. You see I am the newest star in WWE. The premiere player. Smackdown’s MVP. For that matter, WWE’s MVP!

Edge:
Well than if you think you’re so good, then why don’t we have a little WrestleMania preview. Tonight!

***MVP brings the microphone to his mouth to speak, but Batista’s music hits and he comes out to a major pop. He doesn’t stop for his pyro; he walks straight to the ring and gets in it. He receives a microphone from somebody outside of the ring***

Batista:
You know what? That match sounds really good. The match for WrestleMania. But there is one thing missing and then the match would be a five star main event.

MVP:
And what is that? If you think that you are going to get into the match, well you are dead wrong. You lost the World title to me Sunday. Give it up!

Batista:
I thought you might say something like that, so I thought long and hard about it, and it is set. I am using my rematch clause at WrestleMania!

****The crowd can’t seem to believe it as they are going to see a triple threat match for the World Championship at WrestleMania****

Edge:
Who in the hell do you think you are? You just come in here and demand your title shot. You just-

*****Big Show’s music hits and he gets a huge pop as he comes out to Smackdown for the first time in years. He walks down to the ring then gets in and gets a microphone from someone outside of the ring*****

Big Show:
I’m gonna make this short and sweet. Edge, I bet you at No Way Out. So therefore, I think I deserve a place into the main event at WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship!

MVP:
Wait a minute. All you did was beat Edge? Anybody could have done that, even-

Edge:
Whoa MVP. Were you just going to say that you could beat me?

MVP:
Edge, with all due respect, I could beat you, I could beat the Big Show and I could especially beat you (Points finger at Batista.)

Batista:
You think you could beat me?

MVP:
I know I could beat you. I am Montel Vontavious Porter. MVP!

Batista:
Then why don’t you put your money where your mouth is and go one on one with me right here tonight!

*Huge pop*

****Teddy Long’s music hits and he comes out with a microphone and stands on the stage****

Long:
Now I came out here to straighten a few things up playas. Edge, you won the Royal Rumble match, so you will go one on one with MVP at WrestleMania for the World Heavyweight Championship.

*Heat*

Long:
But, that’s not all playas. The match is not just a singles match. You guys will be ****ed by “The Animal” Batista in a triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship!

*Huge Pop*

Big Show:
Now wait Teddy. I beat Edge, the winner of the Royal Rumble match. I think I should have some part in this match.

Long:
Big Show, I know you want in this match badly. So that is why I am making this match for tonight. Big Show vs Batista. If Batista wins, Big Show cannot be apart of the World Championship match at WrestleMania. But if the Big Show wins, the World Championship match at WrestleMania will become a fatal four-way match!

*Ear shattering pop*

Long:
And as for you two, Edge and MVP. I’m in the giving spirit. And that is why I am giving you to a chance to have some gold at the end of the night. Right here. It will be Edge and MVP vs Deuce and Domino for the WWE Tag Team Championships!

****Match receives a Small Pop. Teddy Long’s music hits and he does a little dance before going to the back****

*****Commercial Break*****

****Tommy Dreamers music hits and he comes out to a pop. Dreamer is wearing black pants and a Dreamer shirt****

Chimel:
The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is a Money in the Bank qualifying match! Introducing first, Tommy Dreamer!

****Dreamer gets in the ring and paces around waiting for his opponent****

****Chavo Guerrero’s music hits and he comes out wearing Black pants and a Warrior shirt****

Chimel:
And his opponent, making his way to the ring, Chavo Guerrero!

Money in the Bank Qualifying match
Tommy Dreamer vs Chavo Guerrero
Ending: The match has very good back and fourth action Tommy Dreamer even getting the Dreamer Driver, but Guerrero rolled out of the ring, therefore Dreamer could not get the cover. Dreamer then went to get Guerrero, but Guerrero slipped out of it and connected with strong right hand, and then Guerrero whips Dreamer into the steel steps. Guerrero then rolls Dreamer back into the ring. He slides in and helps Dreamer to his feet. Guerrero goes for the three amigos. One, Two, Three he got em’! Guerrero does the Eddie Guerrero taunt and then gets on the outside of the ring. He proceeds to climb to the top turnbuckle. He goes for a frog splash, but Dreamer moves out of the way at just the right time! Both men are down as the referee starts his count. 1-2-3-4-5-6-Dreamer crawls over to Guerrero and puts an arm around his chest.

Guerrero kicks out! Both men manage to pull themselves to there feet. Guerrero runs at Dreamer, but Dreamer delivers a huge clothesline! Dreamer then helps Guerrero up and takes him over to the corner. He puts him into a tree of woe. Dreamer goes to the other side of the ring and yells “ECW!” and runs at Guerrero and hits him with a double leg dropkick to the face! Chavo falls out of the tree of woe and falls to the mat. Dreamer then helps Chavo up and takes him into the middle of the ring. DREAMER DRIVER! Dreamer covers.

Michael Cole:
Ladies and Gentlemen, Matt Hardy looks to speak his mind.

Tazz:
Wonder what he’s gonna say Cole?

Michael Cole:
Only one-way to find out and that’s stay tuned!

*****Commercial Break*****

Smackdown comes back from the break with Matt Hardy in the ring.

Hardy:
Last Sunday at No Way Out, I defeated Big Daddy V to retain my United States Championship!

*Pop*

Hardy:
And after the match, Big Daddy V beat the life out of me. He gave me a Samoan drop through the announcer’s table. I probably shouldn’t even be here. I should be at home resting not be here right in the middle of this ring. But I don’t want to be at home. I want to be right here on Smackdown in Memphis!

*Huge Pop*

Hardy:
Now Big Daddy V, you may have beaten me up after the match, but there are two things that you didn’t do. One, you didn’t get the United States Championship. And two, you didn’t take me out!

*Pop*

Hardy:
Big Daddy V, I know that you are back there, so I want you to get your giant self out here right now!

Cole:
Did Matt Hardy just call out Big Daddy V?

Tazz:
He did Cole, he just did! Matt Hardy is a very brave man to do something like that.

Hardy:
Come on Big Daddy V, I know that you are back there.

***Big Daddy V’s music hits and he comes out with Matt Striker. Striker has a microphone in his hand***

Striker:
Matt Hardy, you may have been lucky at No Way Out, but tonight you won’t be that lucky!

Hardy:
What are you talking about Striker?

Striker:
I went to Teddy Long, and got permission for a rematch from No Way Out. Big Daddy V vs Matt Hardy for the United States Championship.

*Mixed Reaction*

**Hardy takes his shirt off and throws it into the crowd**

Hardy:
Bring it on!

Match #2
United States Championship
Matt Hardy© vs Big Daddy V
Ending: Big Daddy V dominated the whole match. As Big Daddy V got in the ring at the beginning of the match, Hardy ran at him with hard rights and lefts, but Daddy V just shook it off and pushed Hardy aside. Daddy V right now has Hardy down on the mat. Daddy V goes to get Hardy up, but Hardy kicks at the knees of Daddy V trying to get him down. Daddy V shakes it off though and pushes Hardy down once again. Hardy gets up and runs at Daddy V, but Daddy V lowers his head and GETS THE SAMOAN DROP! Big Daddy V climbs onto the cover.

**Finlay gets in the ring and puts his shillelagh in the corner**

***The Undertaker’s music hits and he comes out to a pop***

Chimel:

Finlay vs Undertaker
Ending: The two put on one heck of a match with very good back and fourth action. Undertaker was in control and had Finlay in the corner. Taker whips Finlay to the corner and runs at him and hits him with a splash. Taker holds Finlay up and then whips him into the corner again. Taker runs at him, but Finlay gets a boot in Taker’s face. Finlay shot out of the corner and delivered a huge clothesline to Taker! Finlay quickly climbs onto the cover.

Undertaker kicks out! Finlay gets up and helps Taker up. Finlay whips off the ropes and goes for a high elbow, but Taker ducks it and comes off the ropes with a clothesline. Finlay gets up, and Taker lifts him onto his shoulders. He takes him over to the corner. SNAKE EYES! Taker comes off the ropes. BIG BOOT! Taker signals he wants the chokeslam! Finlay gets to his feet and turns around. Taker grabs Finlay by his throat. CHOKESLAM! Taker doesn’t stop there though. Taker helps Finlay to his feet and then lifts him onto his shoulders. TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER! Taker covers.

Now Edge, last Sunday at No Way Out, The Big Show who was making his return in the WWE defeated you. What are your thoughts on that match and The Big Show returning?

Edge:
Now let me tell you something here Joshey, the only reason Big Show beat me, is cause I didn’t know that I was facing him. If I would have known, I would have beaten him, and he wouldn’t be having the match with Batista that he is having tonight! Big Show was full of luck on Sunday. He will not be lucky tonight!

**Heat**

Edge:
Now, I’m not saying that I like or want Batista to win the match tonight, if it was my choice the match would have never happened. But I will make one thing clear. At the end of the night, The Big Show will NOT be going into the Smackdown main event at WrestleMania!

***Edge walks away leaving Josh Matthews standing with the microphone. Batista walks up to a huge pop***

Batista:
What’s his problem?

Matthews:
He doesn’t want Big Show to be in the main event at WrestleMania.

Batista:
Well then Edge, you won’t have to worry about The Big Show getting into the match. Cause I’m pretty pissed off right now. And I’m going to take out that anger on The Big Show!

**Small Pop**

Camera cuts to Matt Hardy backstage. He once again has some ice on his ribs. Carlito and John Morrison walk up to a huge amount of heat.

Morrison:
Well looky here. We came here to Smackdown to see what was happening, and we see that Matt Hardy is not only getting medical attention again, he lost his precious United States Championship to Big Daddy V.

Hardy:
(Yelling): You better get out of here right now.

Morrison:
Take it easy man. We didn’t come here to hurt you. We came here to just check out what was happening on Smackdown.

Hardy:
I don’t care what you came here for, you better get out of here right now!

Morrison:
Ok. We’ll leave. Come on Carlito.

***Carlito takes a bite of apple, chews it up a little bit before spitting it in Matt Hardy’s face***

Carlito:
Now that. That’s cool!

Screen goes to the Raw Rebound.
-Shows how Triple H won the #1 contenders spot and will face Shawn Michaels for the WWE Championship live next Monday on Raw.

****Deuce and Domino’s music hits and they come out in a nice classic car****

Chimel:

****Edge’s music hits and he comes out to major heat****

Chimel:
And making his way to the ring, Edge!

****MVP’s music hits and he comes out with the World title around his shoulder****

Deuce and Domino W/Cherry© vs Edge and MVP (World Heavyweight Champion)
Ending: Edge and MVP worked together pretty good. They made frequent tags and kept Deuce in the match not letting Deuce tag in Domino even once. Edge is in the ring with Deuce. Edge whips him to his corner. Edge runs at him and hits him with a small spear in the corner. Deuce falls onto the mat gasping for breath. Edge tags in MVP in who runs at Domino and knocks him off the ring apron. MVP goes over to Deuce and takes him into the middle of the ring. PLAYMAKER!! MVP goes over to Edge and tags him in. Edge gets in and helps Deuce up. He whips him off the ropes. SPEAR! Edge covers.

****Rey Mysterio’s music hits and he comes out with a microphone in hand. He gets in the ring and goes right over to JBL****

JBL:
Now that you are out here I’ve got something that I wanna get off my chest! Rey Mysterio, you are a charity case. You are nothing to me, you are nothing to everybody in this building, and you are nothing to nobody in the whole world!

**Huge Heat**

JBL:
I don’t care what you people think. I am JBL A wrestling God!

Mysterio:
The prove it. JBL, you come out here every week and you say that I am a charity case. That I am nothing. That you could beat me any time. The prove it. How about right now, you take me on one on one!

**Huge pop**

JBL:
Who do you think you are? Challenging me to a match. You wouldn’t last one minute with me!

Mysterio:
JBL, you are still running your mouth. Why don’t you just shut up and face me right now!

JBL:

The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and if the Big Show wins, he will get into the Smackdown Main Event at WrestleMania 24! Making his way to the ring, The Big Show!

****The Big Show walks down to the ramp and slaps some fans hands before getting in the ring, and raising his hand up****

****Batista’s music hits and he comes out to a pop. He does his dance on the stage as the pyro goes off. He walks down to the ring, and then gets in.

Main Event
Big Show vs Batista
{If Big Show wins he gets in the Smackdown Main Event at WrestleMania 24}
Ending: The Big Show controlled most of the match. He has Batista in the corner. Big Show whips Batista into the corner. Big Show goes over to Batista and goes “Shhhhh,” to the crowd. He then slaps Batista on the chest. Batista kneels down and gasp for breath. Big Show picks him back up and puts him in the corner, but Batista slips out of it and starts hitting Big Show with some good lefts and rights. Batista tries to whip The Big Show into the corner, but Big Show doesn’t move. Instead, Big Show pulls Batista back into the corner. Big Show runs at Batista, but Batista trips Big Show into the top turnbuckle. Big Show kneels in the corner for a second, which was a mistake. Batista comes running at Show and hits him in the back with a clothesline. Big Show actually falls down to the mat. Batista hurries onto the cover.

Big Show kicks out! Batista gets up and stands in the corner. Big Show gets up and turns around RIGHT INTO A SPEAR! Batista stands up and goes over to the topes. He shakes them and gives a thumbs up. The thumbs up turn into a thumbs down. The crowd is going crazy as Batista is going to try to get the Batista Bomb on Big Show. Batista goes and puts Big Show’s head in between his legs, but Big Show counters and lifts Batista up and slams him to the ground with a back body drop. Big Show helps Batista up and then grabs his throat. CHOKESLAM! Big Show covers.

BATISTA GETS HIS FOOT ON THE BOTTOM ROPE! Big Show can’t believe it! HE stands up and tells Batista to get up. Batista tries to grab onto Big Show to help him up, but Big Show just pushes him back down. Big Show finally helps him back up and grabs him by the throat. All of sudden, MVP and Edge enter the ring with steel chairs. Edge hits Big Show in the back with the chair and MVP hits Batista. The ref calls for the bell.

Aftermath: Edge and MVP continue to beat down on Big Show with the chairs. MVP turns around right into a spear from Batista! Edge turns around right into Batista who kicks him in his gut and puts his head in between his legs. Batista lifts him up. BATISTA BOMB! Teddy Long’s music hits and he comes out.

Long:
Now playas, since the match ended in a no contest, neither man won. But since MVP and Edge caused the match to be a no contest, I have decided that at WrestleMania, it will be MVP vs Edge vs Batista vs.. The Big Show in a Fatal Four Way Match for the World Heavyweight Championship!

**Huge pop as Batista an Big Show stand tall in the middle of the ring, Smackdown goes of the air**

The Fatal Four Way Match for the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania is expected to be big. This now leaves the WWE Title scene wide open, with the challenger set to be named on Raw. With Triple H fighting Michaels for the title on Raw, it may not be him, but there's still a possiblity. Kennedy isn't quite ready, and Flair hasn't been pushed right, so who the challenger could be is questionable. Some say Undertaker will be named the number one contender, since he's been at a World Title level recently and had a feud with Michaels before. However, this hasn't been confirmed yet.

WrestleMania is booked to have a massive 12 matches. One of these matches will be for the Hardocore Title, which will probably be the weakest match on the show. The strongest match will probably be the Orton/Austin match or the WWE Title Match. At this point in time the WWE Tag Titles are supposed to be defended, but these plans might be changed due to the fact that Edge and MVP won the titles this past Friday Night on SmackDown! WrestleMania is expected to run four hours long, not three and a half hours. With 12 matches on the card, the event needs the full 4 hours.

Stay updated with the news, imo. You might be able to pick up on an extremely tiny leak that could determine something important in the future. Raw preview will come on the weekend, and then Raw will be up at the beginning of the week.

Big Daddy V is not scheduled to be at WrestleMania. He was originally going to face Batista, but then the idea was scraped and Batista went into the fatel four way match.

Speaking of the fatel four way match, Vince seems very happy with the match as reported earlier. The match should get pushed really hard, but it is not expected to be the main evemt at WrestleMania.

Ideas after ideas have been thrown at Vince McMahon by the creative team, trying to figure out someone to face the WWE Champion at WrestleMania. Out of all the ideas, Vince liked a Smackdown superstar jumping over Raw to face the WWE Champ the most.

Speaking of "The Champ" John Cena, he is expected to return soon. He said that he would love to be at WrestleMania. Vince said that he would love to have him at WrestleMania, but there is no word if Cena will be at Mania.

Good opening promo with the new World Champ MVP, Batista, Edge and Teddy Long. Interesting concept to the match later tonight, but it will most certainly end in a DQ win for The Big Show or a No Contest.

Good to see Tommy Dreamer in the Money in the Bank. Interesting to see though that it isn't a ladder match. Will the match still be no DQ??

I'm not sure why you had Big Daddy V win the title on the editon of Smackdown, instead of on the PPV. Matt to me is still a better United States Champion, but now perhaps he will be in MITB?

Good match between Finlay and The Undertaker. It will be interesting to see what you will do for the Undertaker leading up to Wwrestlemania. Hopefully The Undertaker is the Smackdown Superstar to face either HBK or HHH for the WWE Title, as I don't think he should have a undercard feud leading into Wrestlemania.

Now I suspect a Hardyz/ Morrison and Carlito feud going on at Wrestlemania, due to both Hardy's having conflict with the young tag team. This match could steal the show at Wrestlemania, if it takes place.

WOW! You must be a MVP fan, giving him the World Title and the Tag Team Titles in the space of two shows. I think you are pushing MVP a little too hard, as I don't think he would be able to main event Wrestlemania just yet.

Great to see JBL returning to action at Wrestlemania, facing the man that put him into retirement. I have no idea of what the stipulation might be.

Good main event between Batista and The Big Show, with my prediction being correct. It should be a great match at Wrestlemania, and a great Wrestlemania 24 overall!!

Overall, it was a great show Rock, with a huge main event being set for Wrestlemania 24, as long as the new WWE Tag Team Champions. JBL vs. Mysterio shall be good, as long as The Money in the Bank match, which unfortunately isn't a ladder match, as I think you could write a fantastic ladder match. Wrestlemania is shaping up to be a must-see (or a must read in our case )!!!

Monday Night Raw Preview; February 25th, 2008; Kansas City, Missouri

Monday Night Raw rolls into Kansas City for another action-packed show as we continue to go full speed down the road to WrestleMania.

Last week, Triple H knocked off Kane to earn himself a shot this week at Shawn Michaels' WWE Championship. With a number one contender for the WWE Championship to be named for WrestleMania, the person who wins this match could very well be defending the title at WrestleMania. These two have had by far the greatest love/hate relationship in the WWE, and it will go head to head once more with the WWE Title up for grabs. Who will leave victorious with the WWE Championshp and bragging rights over long time friend and foe?

For the first time since No Way Out, Chris Jericho will make a live appearance on Raw. We learned last week that The Savior is extremely angry about Kane's brutal attack on him, and that Kane better have eyes in the back of his head. What will The Savior have to say? And will Kane be the one who's battered?

Last week, Randy Orton challenged 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin to a match at WrestleMania. The Texas Rattlesnake gladly accepted after he Stunned Orton right in the center of the ring. You can bet Orton will be upset after being stunned two nights in a row, but will he be able to control his anger?
