An interview and Smackdown preview up in my thread.

What can we expect to see on the penultimate Smackdown! Before the Royal Rumble? Well all three men who are competing for the World Heavyweight Championship at the Royal Rumble will be in action against former World Champions. Batista takes on the man who has the record for holding a world title the longest, JBL. Whilst the "Phenom" The Undertaker takes on "The Legend Killer" Randy Orton. The Undertaker will have to be careful as Randy Orton viciously destroyed Chris Jericho last week and RKO'd his Royal Rumble opponent Brock Lesnar Twice! And the World Heavyweight Champion takes on none other than the "Heart break kid" Shawn Michaels.
Also tonight, John Morrison and The Miz team up to take on the team of Deuce and Domino, who are also former Tag Team Champions. Morrison and The Miz will be looking for the win here tonight to be in contention for the WWE Tag Team Titles.
MVP last week got himself intentionally disqualified against Rey Mysterio in their United States Championship match, so that he could retain his title. Well Vickie Guerrero has dropped a bombshell on the champion. If he gets disqualified or counted out tonight he will lose his United States Championship to Rey Mysterio! So now the only way MVP can win is by pinfall or submission.
Kane has been beaten two times in a row by Finlay now with the help of the little leprechaun Hornswoggle. Kane wants a match against Finlay tonight and he has swore to beat Finlay tonight, can it be third time lucky?

Two hours before the No Mercy event...

With just a few hours before No Mercy, many WWE members are very much anticipating the PPV and confidant that it will be one of the better PPV outings of the year.

The Hell In A Cell match between Batista and The Undertaker is expected to main event, and as expected is planned to be the longest and best match of the night. The main event currently expected for Wrestlemania is The Undertaker versus Edge, so it is very expectant that with the start of a big heel push on verge Batista will win the match. However a lot of the WWE Booking Team do not want a Heel v Heel match at Survivor Series. So some sort of dodgy finish that leads to both men getting a Title Shot at Survivor Series would not be surprising.

Another match that is expected to go long is the Tag Team match involving Chris Jericho and John Cena versus Ken Kennedy and Randy Orton with Vince McMahon in their corner. It Is fully expected that one of Chris Jericho or John Cena will get the winning pinfall to give them a title shot at Survivor Series, but it is very 50/50 on who will be the man to get the title shot. Ken Kennedy and Randy Orton are both reportedly upset in the leadup to the match, with Ken Kennedy believing that he has not had as much mic time as the other three men in the match have, while Randy Orton is upset about the whole Chris Jericho/Vince McMahon bastard son storyline has been overshadowing his WWE Title reign because of his part in the New Corporation. But apparently both men have been reassured, and it is expected that a lot of focus will be put on hyping Orton’s Survivor Series title match and Ken Kennedy has been told he will receive a big push in the near future.

In other news Shawn Michaels has been seen backstage. There are no plans for him to be on PPV tonight or TV in the next few weeks, but he has told many of his close friends that he expects to be back on TV by the end of the year.

Also backstage tonight are former TNA superstars “Wildcat” Chris Harris and Ron “The Truth” Killings. Like Shawn Michaels neither man are expected to appear any time soon, both men have just recently signed with the WWE and are expected to spend the next few months down in Ohio Valley Wrestling. There are rumours going around that WWE might contact James Storm to team up with Chris Harris in the WWE in the future, as it is believed that his TNA contract will be ending in the next six weeks.

No Mercy has been completely finished! I am just going to do a quick check over, and look for No Mercy to be posted tomorrow afternoon.

WWF Raw has got the Raw ratings for the past 2 weeks! The 1st episode received a good 2.8,while the other went on to 3.0!

ECW:VDA; InstaNews Headlines!!

-During a live event in Brisbane, Australia, a superstar involved in the Smackdown/ECW talent exchange was injured in a match for the Cruiserweight title. The said superstar will be taking a two-month vacation to rehabilitate the injury.
