Raw was great Nige. Just a few comments: I'm loving your promos now they're in full, the HBK/Orton promo to open the show was great. I think the McMahon family promo was great, the best part of the show. The main event was great too. Survivor Series is going to be amazing, the card is looking great. I'm especially looking forward to the street fight and the Team HBK vs. Team Orton match. Good notes too, I'm not too keen on Ron Killings returning though. A JBL return would be good though, although I think SD! would be the right place for him. Nice Raw Nige and SS is going to be great, keep it up!

I am new so I haven't seen this thread. All good thus far. I glanced at Raw and it's a heap I tell you. A big, fat heap. Looks great, perhaps I could review you first.

Opening Promo: Brilliant Promo to kick of the show, Both men in character and loved HBK taking Orton out at the end

Match 1: This was a decent match, Glad to see Hardy and Punk get the win

Mrmcmahon, Hornswoggle, Regal and The Coach Promo: This was a decent promo, liked the way Mr Mcmahon slated of Stephanie to Hornswoggle

HBK and Hardy Promo: This was a good promo, Not due to good character or anything but it kept us interested on the main event and i think i know whos coming

Match 2: This was an alright match, I wanted Cody to get the win but does it matter

Randy Orton Promo: This was good and i feel when Kennedy came in and stole the limlight made it even better, Could their be a bad relationship brooming with these two men

CM Punk and Jeff Hardy Promo: The worst promo so far but it was still decent

Match 3: This was a good match, I wasnt going to read it but decided to and it was actually pretty damn good, Good finish with regal aswell

Match 4: This was another good match and i was glad to see the heels pick up the victory in a typical heel way

Mcmahon Family Promo: This truly must be one of the best promos i have ever read, The Characters were done brilliantly and were very real, Well done

Match 5: This was also a very good match and a good way to keep the rivalry going

Overall: Very Very good show which i would give 9/10

Following Raw Monday night, we found out that at the Survivor Series, Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch will be defending their World Tag Team titles in a elimination match against the three teams they faced this week, Paul London & Brian Kendrick, Stevie Richards & Tommy Dreamer and Deuce ‘N’ Domino. Maybe this time they won’t be so lucky to escape with the gold.

We were also advised that next week on Raw, the six men competing for the Intercontinental Championship will be in action as CM Punk goes head to head with Carlito, Jeff Hardy faces Santino Marella, and Cody Rhodes goes one on one with Elijah Burke.

It was also said that Shane & Stephanie McMahon will again be at Raw next week after it was announced that their father will face his son-in-law, Triple H in a Streetfight at the Survivor Series. What more could possibly happen between this dysfunctional family?

Bit of a rushed review here, as I have had work experience this week and I want to get as many reviews as I can up before I go to see family on Saturday.

Raw Review

A solid promo to kick off the show, you got HBK’s character spot on and with him moving to Smackdown it looks like his feud with Orton won’t last that long unless you have an interpromotional match at WM. Nice ending to the promo with HBK superkicking Orton once again getting the better of him.

Good tag team match here, was expecting some dissention between Burke and Santino but that surprisingly didn’t happen.

Meh promo here, wasn’t too interesting till Vince came in and slagged off Stephanie. Lol’d at Regal interrupting Vince who told him to SHAADDAAPP.

Will be interesting to see who HBK was speaking to? Promo dragged on a little but you both men’s characters spot on. Looks like Taker will be the third man on the team which is a huge addition.

Decent match and good to see Carlito get the win, as Cody is too bland and dull to beat someone like Carlito. Didn’t make Cody look too bad with Carlito having to cheat to win.

Kennedy and MVP are good additions to Team Orton, leaving Orton with a very strong team. Will be interesting to see how strong in comparison HBK’s team is.

Solid promo further hyping the Intercontinental match at Survivor Series, looks like the faces have an advantage as they are getting along while the heels especially Burke and Santino do not.

Best two women wrestlers results in a very solid womens match until Beth made her interference and attacked Victoria. Triple threat at Survivor Series could be a pretty good match and I definitely see this as the chance to get the title off Beth as she doesn’t have to be pinned to lose the title.

Good tag team match which looked to be an exciting match , not surprised about them retaining the titles as it seemed to be an out of nowhere tag team match and would expect atleast a little buildup for a title change.

This promo seemed to drag on forever and Triple H was VERY out of character especially after Stephanie’s first speech. But despite that was a solid promo and HHH v Vince at SS in street fight should be a great match as Vinnie is good in these types of matches.

Great tag team main event and despite the disappointing ending it was most likely the best possible finish as it keeps both teams looking strong. Looks like your kind of going the same way it went in real life with HBK hitting a billion of Sweet Chin music’s in consecutive shows which I’m not too keen on.

Overall was another solid raw, the main feuds are looking good and Survivor Series has a very strong card.

SMACKDOWN PREVIEW
9th November

Mobile Civic Center
Mobile, Alabama

NEW GM TO BE REVEALED
After a month without a permanent authority figure, this week we will discover who will take over the role left by Theodore Long and Vickie Guerrero. Last week, Shane McMahon announced that the Board of Directors have decided on who will become the full time General Manager and that he or she will be unveiled this Friday night? Just who will it be?

ORTON HEADING TO SMACKDOWN – WHAT’S HBK’S BIG SURPRISE?
Randy Orton has had a week full of shocks, twists and turns, but this Friday night is supposedly set to shock not just Orton, but the entire wrestling world. We found out ten days ago on Raw that Orton will be captaining one team of four men at the Survivor Series, and last Friday we were in for the shock of our lives when Shawn Michaels made his return to the WWE and made it crystal clear to the Legend Killer just who his opposing captain will be. Since then, Orton discovered on Raw that The Undertaker will be joining HBK and Matt Hardy to take on Orton’s partners, MVP, Mr. Kennedy and Finlay.

One question remains, just what has HBK got in store for Orton and the wrestling world this Friday night?

TRIPLE THE PROBLEM!
After returning to Smackdown three weeks ago, Edge made his presence felt straight away to the World Heavyweight Champion, Batista, but may now have bitten off more than he can chew. As he was still unable to compete, Edge brought in Umaga to face Batista at Cyber Sunday and was voted in to be the special guest referee. And after getting involved in the match, The Rated R Superstar found himself on the wrong end of a spinebuster from The Animal before Batista ended up retaining his World title.

Last week, Edge pleaded with Shane McMahon to strip Batista of the title after claiming that Batista put his hands on the referee, him and that had it been any other referee, The Animal would be stripped of the title. However, Shane didn’t see it that way and blamed Edge for getting involved. He then said at the Survivor Series, Edge will get his title match after vacating the gold several months ago, but it won’t be one on one, it will be a triple threat match with Umaga. The Samoan Bulldozer showed his capabilities of becoming the next World Champion last week, defeating Edge as Batista acted as guest referee, before Umaga laid out the champion with a dominant display.

Can anyone stop the Samoan monster?

BULLDOG JUNIOR ARRIVES IN TOWN!
We have seen video messages for the last month, promoting the upcoming arrival of Harry Smith, the son of the legendary British Bulldog, and we have found out that he will make his Smackdown debut this week on Friday Night Smackdown. Can the young man live up to his father’s legacy?

YOUNG GUNS TO MAKE DEBUT
A familiar face made his presence felt last Friday night, shocking Kenny Dykstra as the arrogant youngster was discussing the Survivor Series elimination match for the Cruiserweight Championship with Jamie Noble. But out of the blue, Kenny was met with a face from his past, in Johnny Jeter from the Spirit Squad. It was clear the two didn’t get along back then, but it’s apparent there is still tension between them. Jeter however wasn’t alone, alongside him was a fellow young superstar in Matt Sydal and
Jeter told Dykstra and Noble that he and Sydal would be facing them at the Survivor Series, and this coming week on Smackdown.

Which duo will take the advantage and momentum into the Survivor Series?

CRUISERS TO DO BATTLE
With the previous four of the entrants in the Cruiserweight Championship elimination match at the Survivor Series already being in action this week, the remaining four will also be going at it when Jimmy Wang Yang, Super Crazy, Chavo Guerrero & Matt Striker meet head on in a fatal fourway match. Chavo returned with a big impact last week, beating the impressive Jimmy Wang Yang, but can he follow it up with this week with all four men out to make a point before one of the biggest matches of their lives?

Bradley's RAW Review
Nice recap from a very shocking RAW, I wonder what could go down tonight?

This was a nice 'classic' HBK promo. I say classic because he glorifies himself, saying about all the things he has won, it would have worked better if he was a heel but the humble segment at the end where he thanked the RAW fans was really quite special and you made the opening promo feel good, until Orton came out. Orton playing some serious mind games was good but not a single mention about the WWE title? Weird. I loved the last line where HBK shut up Orton with that massive Super Kick. If you delivered an up and down (in moments not in quality) like that every week you will be well on your way to being the best BTB'er from England, at least!

Punk/Hardy= awesomeness! They work well in tandem and the match was a lot better because they were in a team. A lot of athletic and big moves and the flow was brilliant and it was back and forth, even if the pairing was slightly random. I am not liking Maria as a heel, Santino should dump her TBH, it would garner a lot of heat. Santino gets pinned clean, in a way it is good and bad. Santino was being built up and as I am a fan of him I didn't like that but Hardy and Punk are now so over I don't really care about the result, shame Burke wasn't involved in the finish.

Like I said in DDMac's review, Coach is extremely witty and I love his banter so using Regal as a counter is always a good idea and they had an... engaging conversation and I'd like to see a mini rivalry between the two. LOL at Hornswoggle looking sad and Vince being rather evil in front of him and caring for Hornswoggle was quite humourous. I feel Vince is too cocky and him empire could fall all around him if he isn't too careful. You have too many great one-liners! Loved the I haven't cared for 25 years part mostly. Definitely gets across his ego.

HBK is getting someone on his team? Must be someone from Smackdown because he wouldn't call a RAW guy on his cellphone. Matt is on HBK's team= markout! Pretty good promo but HBK seemed like a cocky heel at the beginning which wasn't good but the announcement was awesome and Matt held his own the mic there. It has to be an Undertaker hint, right?

Cody Rhodes was holding his own against Carlito for the majority of the match it seems, he could and should get a sustained push. I thought Carlito was going to lose seeing as how it looked like he was leaving the company but getting a cheating win over Rhodes was the best way to go and opens up a rivalry between the two. The few lines between ref knocked down and pinfall were rather rushed and could have had added detail though.

Yet again another great one liner with the pension line. Do they call it a pension in America, I never have known. I thought Orton was playing the mind games, not HBK. At least Orton was focussed on the job in hand and Kennedy being aqquired for Team Orton is huge but still no sign of the WWE title match, will the match be for the WWE title? If you don't mind me asking, was this a continuation from your last thread because I am sure Kennedy/HBK had history. I may be wrong though.

Aplogies about the comment of the random pairing, I thought Punk was going to be the 4th man in HBK's team, thats why I said that. I sense a nice, easy Punk heel turn and turning on Jeff and possibly pinning him or costing him the title, it would definitely be shocking.

A decent women's match but afterwards is the major talking point. Regal, is he face or heel? He used to be heel but it looks like he is gradually turning face, adding to the Coach/Regal rivalry which is a possibility. The triple threat match should have some great wrestling in.

Weird to see a tag title match on RAW. I have a few bones to pick with you, the first being D&D were barely in the match and secondly the rules weren't explained all that well. I guess because it includes more than 2 tag teams it is no DQ? Sorry if thats the case, a very good match though, much like the 1st match, very athletic and great flow and the imminent tag team match at Survivor Series should be awesome.

Pretty damn awesome McMahon promo, watching them implode in front of our very eyes is a great sight. I sense Vince will actually become suicidal as he has nothing left, maybe you should have given him something but I guess with great power (you know the rest) basically I loved this promo, the emotion from Steph and Linda wasn't exactly uncharismatic for once. Linda and Shane don't have the same power as Vince BTW. Linda has the second highest control, added with Shane they can veto Vince's decision so that was clever. The street fight will be awesome, there was a grammar error here with Me and Shane (Shane and I) but nontheless it was pretty damn good. This should have gone on last.

This match was very well written, back to forth action but, like I said, it didn't need to go on last. Congrats for including the Undertaker, I never thought they would be in the same ring together in a BTB ever! The decision baffles me though as HBK doesn't exactly have the best of times with 'Taker, face or not he must still remember the difficult years. The ending was great with Finlay (the weaker of the 6) seemingly taking the fall but the cowardice of Orton kicks in and yet again it is all about the mind games but 'Taker and Hardy should have been involved when Orton hit Kennedy/was about to hit HBK but still a good ending. I am not exactly liking HBK going over Orton twice in one show though.

One of your best shows since your return, 9/10.

Thanks man, to answer some questions & queries. Maria is not heel, she's just tagging along with Santino, but that will become a storyline in itself once i sit down and plan things out. Tean HBK vs Team Orton isn't for the WWE Title, i made that clear when the match was announced in the previous Raw. Also, HBK & Kennedy never crossed paths in my previous thread, they were on different shows, as they are now

Hope that clears things up for ya buddy, and tomorrow you're getting battered by the Rovers. No Terry, no Dorgba - what ya gonna do?!
