Phenomenal-Nige has come back. Your last thead interested me in many ways, and this one seems no different. I hope this one is succesful, though asking it to be at the level of your last thread might be too much. Glad to see you back, Nige and good luck with this one

Good to see you back in the swing of things, mate. Your last thread was a huge success around these parts, and your organization indicates that that will be continuing.

Best of luck

Good to see you back, Nige. Hopefully this time you'll feel better, and more motivated with this thread. I don't mind reading recaps, bro. So yep, best of luck with this thread.

WWE.com - Raw - Preview (10/08/07)

United Center
Chicago, Illinois

In what has been a week full of shocks, starting with John Cena having to relinquish his WWE Championship, last night at No Mercy saw more twists and turns in one night than most people see in a lifetime as the WWE Championship changed hands on no less than two occasions. Mr. McMahon acted as he said he would when he promised it would be a night to remember by firstly awarding the title to Randy Orton, Cena’s scheduled opponent.

However, Orton was then put into a match where he would defend against Triple H, a match he lost, making Triple H an eleven time World Champion and the second new champion of the night. However, Triple H’s scheduled match with Umaga then became a WWE Championship match, and for the second time of the night, the Cerebral Assassin was victorious and retained the gold. Not done there, Mr. McMahon made a third and final championship match of the evening, a Last Man Standing Match between Triple H and Orton. In what was a hell of an effort from The Game, an RKO through the announce table from the Legend Killer put pay to what could have been a truly historic night for Triple H.

What kind of repercussions will there be for the new champion, the previous champion and the Chairman of the Board when Raw comes to you live tonight?

As we learnt earlier today on WWE.com, ECW is no more and as all their superstars find themselves in a difficult situation, no one is more confused than the ECW Champion CM Punk. Now that ECW is dead, what does that mean for their Heavyweight Championship and Champion?

Punk was one of several ECW superstars switched to Raw and he must be dying to find out what happens to his title tonight, whatever that may be.

We all know the bad blood that lies between Triple H and Mr. McMahon, but after the Chairman of the Board was partly responsible for costing his former son-in-law the WWE Championship last night, The Game must be livid after winning the title and defending it before losing to Randy Orton in a match Mr. McMahon made.

What will happen when these two explosive personalities collide tonight?

After todays roster switches, Raw has taken on some more superstars, from ECW and Smackdown. Several Divas from Friday nights will make their return tonight including Torrie Wilson, Michelle McCool and Victoria who will all take part in a Number One Contendership Battle Royal with Raw's existing Divas to find out who will take on the new WWE Womens Champion Beth Phoenix at Cyber Sunday.

It's certainly not one to be missed!

Paul London & Brian Kendrick were cheated out of a pinfall win against the World Tag Team Champions last week by The Highlanders who struck just as the underdogs looked certain to gain a huge victory. Last night at No Mercy, the high flyers were out of luck as they fell in a six man tag match against Lance Cade, Trevor Murdoch & Mr. Kennedy. But tonight they get a chance at payback against not just The Highlanders, but the tag champs too when they meet in an eight man tag match.

Candice Michelle, Torrie Wilson, Mickie James, Maria, Michelle McCool, Jillian Hall, Melina & Victoria

Re: WWE: A Strong Response

Nice preview Nige, I will definitely read Raw when it's up. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Punk and the ECW title, I notice Raw is in his home town too. This HHH/McMahon fued should be good too.

It's good to see you back Nige.

Nice work. I intend on reading on. This looks great.

I smell a unification match between Orton and Punk. Keep up the good work.
