Raw looks good, a bit hard to read though, as I didnt know where the matches were etc.

I havent read the show properly yet, so cant really leave a proper review.

It does look good though, best match seems liek The Rednecks Vs Deuce and Domino but I could be wrong.

Next time I will have to make it clearer what matches are where etc.

WWE.com
Vince McMahon recently arranged a press conference at Stamford, CT and he stated that at Saturday Night's Main Event the WWE and Ric Flair's career would NEEEVVVER EEEVEEER be the same and that the last member of his team would be revealed and it would shake Sports Entertainment to it's core. Who is the mystery man? Tune in to Saturday Night's Main Event at Madison Square Garden in little over 2 weeks time!

The Mystery Man: Who is it?
Since Vincent Kennedy McMahon has made the announcement that the member of his team would be announced at Saturday Night's Main Event wrestling boards have been abuzz with rumours of returns, swindles and the odd peculiar guess. The most obvious choice, and bookmakers if it wasn't all scripted, would be Chris Jericho. The 7:25 seems to all fit with Chris Jericho, maybe Y2J will bring destruction and Flair will want the peace but 'shall not recieve it.' Also with Vince placing emphasis on the "NEVER EVER" then one must wonder are the WWE planning to deliberately throw us off course. It could be a double bluff so everyone would believe it is someone else. Another contender is Triple H, he could throw the match and we could see a return feud of HHH/HBK, to the delight of the fans who seem to be pro this. It certainly is possible but creative seem to be leaning towards HHH taking on Orton first. A few returns have also been hinted, including The Rock and none other than Bret Hart, right now it could be anyone. Kurt Angle, Christian and Bobby Lashley are all outsiders right now but Lashley has been suspended for a month and he did lose the Loser Leaves WWE match and TNA were rumoured to want to exchange Christian for the services of Bobby Lashley. Who will the last man be?

It could well be!

Ric Flair has recently announced he is to retire at Wrestlemania 24, no sooner, no later. This is the main reasoning behind the major WWE storyline he is involved in. Don't be surprised to see him pick up a world title before 'Mania. His 'Mania opponents have varied, from Sting, Undertaker and even Santino you can rest assured that Flair's last match will be huge.

In other news, The Triple Cage match has made it's way in to flyers and on adverts with a flashing image of the Triple Cage with the words flashing across 'Remember, Remember.'

Chris Jericho has reportedly signed for the WWE but they were quite unhappy with his weight and his current look, not the look for a WWE superstar. Don't expect him to debut anytime soon but anything is possible these days.

One final piece of breaking news, from an insider source we have guaranteed confirmation that WWE and TNA have been involved in a swap deal involving Christian and Bobby Lashley. The WWE do not want to announce this as it could ruin their SNME plans which now shows Christian as the front runner to be included in McMahon's group.
Just a final word on Smackdown, it will be in recap. RAW in full next week and Smackdown in full next week. Then the week after recaps. SNME follows it then full shows then recap before we get to an amazing Summerslam ended an incredible year for BTB. I will out my sweat and blood in to the event to make it one of the greatest of all time, I know I will try my hardest. Smackdown definitely up tomorrow.

Smackdown: July 27th- Keep your friends close....

The opening of Smackdown begins with Edge, the solitary figure, in the ring, holding a microphone. Various chants of EDGE GOT OWNED start as Edge starts to get pissed now. Edge then starts talking in to the microphone.

Edge: Last night, I lost the World Heavyweight Championship.

*Pop*

Edge: I didn't lose the match without cause, no, midway through the match someone called John Cena decided to make his way to the ring and he cost yours truly the World title. Or that is what he wants you to think, in actual fact I knew Cena was going to be in the building on Sunday and I knew he doesn't like rule breaking and he stands up for what is 'right.' Cena you played the hero one too many times but you weren't out there to stop me. You had a cancer eating your brain, you wanted to face me one more time, go one on one with the Rated R Superstar. Somewhere along the line it didn't pan out, I ended up losing but I did receive a psychological boost. 2 weeks before Summerslam the World Champion has to go one on one with the WWE Champion. It doesn't exactly hinder my chances. You heard my right, I threw the damn match! I took advantage of the situation. I didn't want to be jeered out of the ring by you damn Americans, no, I wanted all the hype for myself, I plan to win that title at Summerslam in front of thousands of cheering fans in the arena and millions watching at home. Call me egotistical but I am smart, I know what the hell I am doing, unlike you slobs. But I do have the small matter of facing Batista and Monty Brown. They got in to the damn match on a fluke, pinning a fading madman and a disgraced boxer; real tough! I have shown before I can beat Batista, I am unbeaten against that dumb beast Batista and I have studied Monty Brown and he is no better than Batista so that makes me the odds on favourite. Now who the hell do you think will win the World Heavyweight Championship at Summerslam?

*Edge cups his hand over one ear, expecting a response when.... *GRAVEYARD SYMPHONY* hits to a massive pop as the World Heavyweight Champions comes down to the ramp.

The Undertaker: Edge, at Great American Bash you met your doom, the fate of the damned, that was only the beginning. The gates of hell have been opened and you will incur my wrath!

Edge: I am a 2 time Money in the Bank winner and you treat me like a piece of dirt. You should show the man who is going to pin you one two three! I have that rematch clause set in stone and no-one is going to take that away from me, not you, not Teddy Long, no-one!

*MACMILLITANT* hits

Teddy Long: No-one will take that away from you? That's where you're wrong playa, I reserve the right to take away that privilege at any given moment. In fact, if you are half the wrestler you think you are playa then how about you team up with Batista, your former nemesis, and battle the Brothers of the Destruction, Kane and The Undertaker! That's not all, Monty Brown himself will be the guest referee and if you or Batista get pinned then you will lose your World Heavyweight title shot and Kane will take your place!

*Pop*

Teddy Long: You better go back there and lace up your boots playa and try and work together with that 'Dumb beast' Batista otherwise it may cost you!

*MACMILLITANT* hits again as Teddy Long leaves the stage.

Undertaker: Edge, rest in PEEEAAAACCCCEEEEE!!!

*A massive bolt of lighting then flames surround the ring* Monty Brown then comes out of nowhere and pounces the Undertaker but Batista makes the save and hits a spinebuster on Brown on the ramp. Edge then tells Batista to bring it. Edge and Batista then face off, Edge low blows Batista and spears him as he falls to the ground.

Edge: I’m going to take that damn title and christen it the Rated R title, you hear that you eye rolling freak? I can take all of you and you will feel my fury at Summerslam!

Match 1- Mark Henry vs. Chuck Palumbo
The match is not a spectacular contest and just one to simply get over the CW title rivalry. Mark Henry gets the early advantage keeping Palumbo in to a corner and using Chavo as a distraction whenever he can. Palumbo finally gets the upper hand when he hits a big boot on Chavo Guerrero, knocking him off the apron. Palumbo then hits a modified Russian Leg Sweep but Henry is not lifted off his feet and on to the mat. Palumbo takes a breather in the corner as Palumbo revs up his engine and goes for the Greaser’s boot (Palumbo’s big boot finisher) but Mark Henry hits a massive Samoan drop to Palumbo but Henry only gets the two count. The match is slowly coming to the end as Henry is clubbing Palumbo with right hands in the corner before booting him down in the corner. Chavo then holds Palumbo back as Young goes to help and knocks Chavo out of the way but Chavo ‘limps’ over to the announce table to get his CW title and out of the referee’s sight he hits a massive shot to Young’s head busting him wide open with his title belt. Chuck Palumbo is, meanwhile, making a comeback in the ring. He clasps his hand around the throat of Henry but Henry again fights him off and lifts him up in the air and hits a thunderous Gorilla Press Slam. Henry then calls to Chavo to watch, Chavo starts shouting at Henry, which forces a reaction from Henry who walks over to Chavo. Suddenly, Young hits a Missile Dropkick on Chavo straight in to Henry. Chuck is aware and rolls Henry up for the win!

Chuck Palumbo defeats Mark Henry via pinfall @ 6:22

Chavo is looking visibly pissed as the tension builds between the unorthodox duo.

After the break Kennedy is in the ring and he says that Punk’s win was a fluke and right now he should be going one on one with The Undertaker at Summerslam but CM Punk is holding him back. Kennedy says that Punk strolled in to Smackdown and instantly gets a shot at ‘the greatest wrestler to walk the Earth.’ Ken Kennedy and that is not right. He goes on to say Punk was cheating the entire match which gets a big vocal reaction from the fans before Punk comes out to a good pop. Punk says that he is better than Kennedy because he has more heart, he has more brain than brawn and doesn’t brag about his achievements and that if he wanted to he could kick Kennedy’s ass right now but that wouldn’t be the actual CM Punk and he would love to go one on one with Kennedy again on the future because he enjoyed it so damn match but Punk says he has to get ready for his match which leaves Kennedy infuriated in the ring.

After that promo MVP bursts in to Teddy Long’s office and demands to know if Matt Hardy is in the building tonight, going so far as to grab the General Manager of Smackdown. Teddy Long says Matt Hardy isn’t in the building tonight and it still in hospital in California after the beating MVP gave him. MVP smirks as Long goes on to say that he put Matt Hardy on the shelf for one whole month and he wouldn’t return in action until the 24th August. MVP is laughing and is about to walk out when Long says that on Sunday he used up his rematch clause lifeline as he could have easily lost the title but because of the clause in the contract last year that means he was able to use the only chance he has to make a match for his title. He also says there is another clause in the contract and that is Teddy Long could put MVP in any match he wants, any time. Seeing as Matt Hardy may not be fit he has brought upon himself a gauntlet match at Summerslam for the United States Championship! 5 others would face MVP with the matches taking place over the next 5 weeks and Matt Hardy will get a chance to face you on August 24th for a spot in that match!

Match 2- C.M Punk vs. King Booker
CM Punk receives a standing ovation as soon as he steps in to the ring but that is cut short when King Booker clubs Punk in the back of the head and in to the corner. Booker then charges up and hits a massive kick on Punk in the corner, sending Punk catapulting out in the middle of the ring as Booker kicks Punk in the gut. Booker looks to be going for the Scissors Kick early but Punk knows what is coming and lifts Booker up out of nowhere and is about to hit the Go To Sleep when Booker powers out of the move and is about to go for the Book End but Punk manages to wrestle out and hit a belly to belly suplex. Several minutes later the match is nearing it’s end and as Booker Irish whips C.M Punk out of the ring Sharmell takes advantage by hitting Punk with the stiletto Sharmell was wearing earlier just like what happened to Finlay last Sunday. Out of nowhere Hornswoggle runs out and attacks Sharmell, forcing her out of Punk’s way and while the referee deals with the incident Finlay comes rushing in, with taped up ribs, absolutely fuming and with a shillelagh in hand! Finlay hits Booker with his weapon and the referee’s doesn’t notice it. Finlay quietly slips out of the ring and CM Punk pounces to take advantage. Punk then lifts Booker up for the Go To Sleep but Hornswoggle runs in the ring, distracting Punk who places Booker down to the mat. Punk catches the midget as Booker gets to his feet. Booker raises his little finger, waiting for Punk to turn around but Finlay, who is at the top of the ramp, comes rushing down. Finlay hits Booker with his shillelagh several times. The referee has no choice but to call for the bell.

King Booker defeats CM Punk via DQ at 11:39

The crowd boo the result as medical staff tend to Booker who is carted away by officials as Finlay smirks in the distance.

After the break the New Breed are seen standing together. Matt Striker grabs the microphone off of Kristal backstage and says that last night was a blip but the erroneous decision to put Elijah Burke in a match with a man who just sent Booker to hospital was unjustified. Burke, the fastest rising star in the WWE today (Brown takes slight insult to this) should not be decimated by a crazed lunatic. Teddy Long comes in to the picture as the New Breed surround Teddy Long. Teddy Long says that if he won’t face Finlay that means he would have to face someone bigger and badder and next week Burke and Striker would be in action against The Undertaker. The Undertaker is under no DQ rules whilst the New Breed can be disqualified. The New Breed look on furiously, Burke even goes to punch Long but Kane approaches from behind and chokeslams Burke! Striker scarpers and Brown has already gone, not even bothering to defend his friends.

Match 3- The World’s Greatest Tag Team vs. Londrick (World Tag Team Championships)

RECAP: In an evenly fought match both teams give it their all with both teams getting near falls at some point in the match. Londrick have a slight advantage after the ban was lifted on the 450 splash and the SSP. Charlie Haas has Brian Kendrick in the corner but Kendrick fights out and hits a roundhouse kick but is exhausted and can’t make the tag to London as Benjamin runs in and grabs his legs. The referee orders Benjamin away but by that time Haas has locked in the Haas of Pain on Kendrick. Brian is fighting as he doesn’t want to lose that title opportunity he is about to go for the ropes but Haas pulls him away but Kendrick bridges but only manages to suffice a two count. Kendrick then slowly gets to his feet and sets London up for Sliced Bread#2 but Haas out of nowhere hits a hip toss and tags in Benjamin but at the same time Kendrick tags in London for the hot tag. London leaps at Benjamin but all of a sudden Benjamin stops him in his tracks with a massive kick to the gut. Benjamin then Irish whips London in the corner and runs over and hits a Stinger Splash. Benjamin then hits a massive Exploder Suplex. It is surely over as Benjamin goes for the cover but at 2 London gets his foot on the bottom rope! Benjamin is in shock but he is adamant and he wants to finish this match in style. Benjamin is in place for a massive kick but London catches his kick. Benjamin goes for another kick but London ducks and catches that leg as well! London then hits a modified flapjack and then goes to the top rope. Paul London then hits a Shooting Star Press but gets it horrible wrong and lands short. Benjamin just smirks and goes for the cover, hooking the leg. He gets the 3 count and retains the title!

Winners via pinfall, The World’s Greatest Tag Team @ 14:00

Batista is out at ringside after the break, with Brown already placed on commentary. Batista says that despite Edge being a rival he will do whatever it takes to win because the Animal never throws a match, no matter the consequences and that he would pin The Undertaker 1-2-3, just like he will at Summerslam.

MAIN EVENT: The Brothers of Destruction vs. Edge and Batista (If Edge’s team win Edge gets a spot at the main event of Summerslam)

RECAP: Batista and Undertaker are duking it out in the center of the ring when Edge suddenly rushes in and spears Undertaker! Batista is about to go for the pinfall but decides against it, which infuriates Edge. Batista then Irish whips Undertaker off of the ropes and hits a thunderous spinebuster which shakes the ring! Batista then tags in Edge as if to say he can do the rest but as soon as Edge cockily walks in to the ring, back to the Phenom, the Undertaker sits up and Edge’s face is a picture. Undertaker then gets to his feet but Edge punches him straight away but Undertaker unleashes a massive soupbowl of a punch to the face of Edge, sending him in to an angry Kane. Kane gets in to the ring, making Edge back away straight in to the path of ‘Taker. Monty Brown is up on the apron now. Batista spears him off of the ropes and going out to confront Brown, leaving Edge on his own. Edge spears Kane out of absolutely nowhere. The Undertaker rolls his eyes back and gets Edge in position for a Tombstone but just like at the Great American Bash Edge reverses it but this time manages to pull off his own! By this time though Kane has already sat up and breaks the pinfall at two. Edge hightails it out of the ring as Kane walks out of the ring after him Batista comes in and against a wounded Undertaker hits a massive Batista Bomb. Edge hits a low blow on Kane out of the referee’s sight and runs in the ring and pushes Batista out of the way and manages to get the 3 count!

Edge and Batista defeat the Brothers of Destruction via pinfall at 15:38 so Edge is at the main event at Summerslam!

After the match Edge takes out Batista with a spear and is about to punt Batista, much like his friend Orton but Brown makes the save with a massive Pounce. Undertaker and Kane then hit a double chokeslam on Brown. Undertaker then holds his title aloft as the show goes off of the air.

Default Re: Bradley presents - WWE: History Rewritten

Good opening segment as Edge really got the show off to a great start. As far as Taker coming out his words while short, were effective for the segment. Great stipulation from Teddy Long concerning the show's main event. Though the ending of the segment seemed a bit unrealistic IMO.

The first match seemed more as a way to further the Chavo/Palumbo storyline which is a good one in this thread, but thanks inadvertly to Chavo, Palumbo gets the upset win over Henry. As far as the Kennedy/Punk segment went, hopefully the feud continues between the two and a match is made for the two at Summerslam.

Interesting announcement from Long to MVP. Interesting concept for MVP's title match at Summerslam. Looks like the feud between MVP and Matt Hardy will be continuing though in this thread which is good. As far as the second match, the Punk vs. Booker match was really good. However the DQ victory for Booker thanks to Finlay, shows that the Finlay/Booker feud will continue, which is a good thing, as both are great wrestlers and will make a great feud.

The New Breed segment was decent, but seemed to be a little rushed. Kane connecting with the chokeslam to Burke tells me that the BOD are going to lose in the Main Event later on in ths show. As far as the tag team title match, that is a match that is a feud that should have lasted longer in real life. So far this is the MOTN.

Great way to end the show. As expected Edge and Batista get the win and then Edge turns on Batista and hits the spear. Brown hitting the Pounce on Edge is huge, and then the double chokeslam to Brown from Taker and Kane was great. However Taker holding up the title to end the show was great booking.

Overall Comments: This was a great show and the shows in this thread are continuing to get better. Looking forward to Raw and the upcoming shows leading towards Summerslam.

SD Review

The opening promo was decent but you might want to try to avoid making Edge speak in a long paragraph like you've done. Try to break it up into smaller sentences and add more description, describe his looks and the crowd's reaction throughout.

Palumbo gets a big win over Mark Henry. It appears you are building a Chavo Guerrero/Chuck Palumbo storyline, it'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

Kennedy against Punk is something that I would really like to see, I liked Kennedy's arrogance calling himself the greatest wrestler alive.

Booker gets the DQ win thanks to an assault by Finlay, thought Punk would go over here tbh. I think the finish could be a little better.

Interesting concept for the Taker match next week. Should be good to see what happens there.

I thought that Edge & Batista would win the main event and they have done. The build-up throughout the show for the WHC match has been really good and a major plus point.

Overall: This show is quite good but there is room for improvement particularly in the opening promo. I'll look foward to reading your stuff in the future.

Nige’s Smackdown Feedback

Shame the show’s not in full like you wanted it to be. It was weird that Edge’s promo was in full while the other weren’t, feel a little cheated. Was a really well written promo, could have been spaced out a little bit cos there’s a lot of lines there bro. What he said was real good and intense as he needed to be after what happened at the GAB. That decision really shocked me and the way you went about it too made it even worse. There was no crowd reaction either in that huge block as well as not being spaced out. Having Taker say more than rest in peace is criminal as it really screws up his dark, mysterious gimmick, big mistake there. The concept of the match tonight is different and I don’t see Edge coming out of this one. Spearing Batista is not going to help him at all. Monty Brown in a big push here, and I like him despite what others said about the push he got in my thread. He’s seriously dangerous, not great in the ring, but the pounce eh?!

Chuck Palumbo beating Mark Henry was a surprise, a nice one as I can’t stand Mark Henry, he just bores the fuck out of me like Chelsea at 1-0 up! Not the best match up, but you were limited once you put these two together. The ending seemed the best way to give Palumbo the victory, but it’s still a weird set up of a storyline and don’t see why you thought it would work

Punk/Kennedy promo was pretty good, you didn’t announce Punk coming out, just Punk says for his first line. Kennedy was real good on the mic, Punk not as good, he seemed a bit too cocky and the promo was cut short with a line I’m not sure Punk would use. Would be great to see Kennedy’s reaction from it though. God you like to over complicate things don’t you. I told you to take it easy and this gauntlet over the next five weeks and then Matt gets his chance, I lost where I was there

Punk against Booker was a very good match and fun to read, they styles just seem to click when they go together. Finlay running down added to how overdone the ending was with Hornswoggle costing Punk, allowing Finlay the chance to rape Booker like that. You’ve really got think simple some times instead of going too far with everything

The New Breed were bound to be upset after losing at GAB and I liked how Striker took control of this, putting Burke over really well (Always good to see). Should be an interesting match with Finlay later on, that’s for sure. Again, you’re trying too hard cos now we’ve got another kind of gimmick match for next week, and a chokeslam just by chance backstage too. You must not sleep at night and think of all the different things you can do for one show. Different is good, but not all the time

This is what I like, proper wrestling and a hell of a match too. Londrick against The Worlds Greatest Tag Team, what more can you ask for? Really entertaining match, great action and a really good read. With the titles on the line, there was only going to be one team winning this and that was the case. Great match and that’s what you should stick to

Main event time and a stipulation in this one. I could see Edge being at Summerslam in the main event, but I didn’t see him pulling through this one at one with Batista on his team. Edge had to be in the main event and it came about in the right way, dirty as hell. Kane should have done the job as not to harm Taker, but it’s on for Summerslam now

Overall. 4 matches for a TV is a let down, especially considering there weren’t too many promos either but 3 real good matches here saved you. Don’t try and go too far with almost everything, simple booking, calm, calm!!!
