Trips promo was standard Levesque affair, all about him and his needs and his wants etc. Pretty solid and then oh yay, LINDA MCMAHON! CHARISMA! Take a back seat here. Linda laying the law down on Hunter was a bit markable, if only for the fact Trips was made to look like an epic bitch towards the end there. As good as a promo with Linda was gonna get tbf

Quote:
The Coach: And don’t forget J.R … the second inductee into this years Hall of Fame will also be announced … TONIGHT!!! And I’ve got a feeling it could be yours truly.
. Fucking loved it. <3.

Lesnar OWNS. Goodnight jobber boy, hello Next Big Thing push plz

DOCTOR MARELLA! RATINGS! I marked, Santino promo's plz. Ah that was good, The Bisch playing face was odd if only just for that segment. Tag titles match will go ahead but I'm expecting some sort of shoddy finish tbh, which sees MNM retain

Jillian's gonna fucking sing, ain't she? Ewwwwwwwwwwwwww. I would've much preffered "Mrs. NO Booty" than her. Thank God I only have to read and not watch/listen

LOL @ DH Smith. As much as I don't really care for Rey, I was disgusted to see him take the fall and not Smith, but I guess this makes Kennedy look strong, pinning the IC (OHNOZ I SAID IT!~) title holder jusst 24 hrs after getting beaten, and puts him right back in the fray for another shot, or solidifies his chances in the MITB at Mania

Jillian is not only gonna be known as the ugliest diva to grace this thread, but she'll win worst voice aswell. Poor Steph and Trips, having to put up with that cringe worthy "noise"

Typical Cena dribble, I'm so sick of seeing face Cena with the title tbh, heel turn plz. Christian appearance was cool, but no words at all, was a little odd, still it was a nicely worked moment between the two and I can't help but feel that sadly, Christian ain't winning at Mania

Cage matches are so overused these days, something else could've been a better stip, but credit to making a few good spots in it, something you see less and less of it seems on TV cage matches especially. Foley promo afterwards was EPIC. I loved it, truly a scary delivery from Micky F, and it's really got me excited for SNME and the finally, eager awaited confrontation between these two. RATINGS

FUCK YOU for still building towards Lesnar/Trips. I hate you, stealing my plans tbh. In all seriousness tho, this promo was another top draw item and I can see Lesnar fucking Triple H up at SNME, or the other way around, but regardless, after Saturday, one of these two will be feeling a little better than they are currently

Mickie James > Alexis Laree tbh. I don't even like Mickie that much, but it's the name she's built on really. Still, happy to see her going to face Melina, Laree to win plz, Melina is alright, but not Mickie alright, who's not TRISH STRATUS EPIC. Return and push plz.

MNM are total pussies, but they're still winning tonight tbh...

Umaga squash. BORING. I don't like seeing him at all, but him just squashing jobbers, is just boo worthy. I hope we see some people who can make the MITB exciting added soon

SUPERMAN gets the win, as if it was ever in doubt. Brotherhood (like the stable, dont release plz) getting some air time, before Christian makes the save. Decently worked, and the promo afterwards was a little cheesy/corny with Christian & Cena a little too friendly atm even if they are gonna be partners at SNME, let's not forget they are Mania opponents. "Forfeit" stips sound good, KMA club not so much. I think we'll be in for a surprise or two come the end of this match at SNME

I knew MNM weren't losing the titles before Mania, Santino is a smart little guido ain't he? All signs are pointing to SE winning at WM, but until then I expect more MNM escapades

Thank God Booker T gets some deserved coverage and a win for his team. Booker in MITB plz, fuck Elijah Burke, go join the Brotherhood you mouthpiece jobber, and stop holding THA BOOK MAN down <3

Oh good god, sappy wedding crud and then stolen lines from Aerosmith, sung by Hall. @ Trips not wanting her to sing "Unchained Melody" and then Boogeyman coming out from the cake. I hate Boogeyman, but he's perfect for some comedic skits. Circus acts, Cena driving the limo, Christian's gunge drop = funny ending, I gotta admit, that was some funny shit overall

I hope you're greatful I took the time out to review this long bad boy <3. You still own, it was pretty much top draw promo wise, altho the matches sucked ass apart from HBK/Orton and Booker T getting on the show. Thumbs up.

Wolfy! <3 I'm gonna comment on what I liked, and what needed improvement...chances are the "improvement" column will be much smaller.

Liked the opening promo with Hunter, it was solid and in-character, but watching Linda just emasculate him was PERFECT. He had to go from "tough guy GAME" to "pussy-whipped son-in-law" and it was really awesome to watch.

MNM/Bischoff segment was nice; picturing Santino saying those lines made me crack a smile. Very well done comedy.

And again with the well done comedy! This was a simple but perfect segment that had me laughing at the end. Jillian Hall ftw. Moving forward, breaking the news to Steph was comedy gold again, especially with Steph trying to fake a smile haha.

Kennedy's promo was short and sweet, its nice to see him get serious and focused. However it'll only work if he does finally beat Mysterio, which I assume he will.

Cena's promo wasn't anything special, but it sounded just like him.

Didn't like the placement of Orton/HBK cage match...not the main event, but after the first/second hour overlap? Bad idea from a booking point of view I feel.

Oh, well now I see why; Foley promo. I guess you have heel Foley fueding with face HBK? That's hawt. Now, I really loved the idea of this, however I think you went too quickly/seemlessly from comedic Foley to "slowly going insane" Foley. He shouldn't have started with his few comedy lines.

The HHH/Lesnar interactions felt intense, realistic, and spontaneous. I liked it.

Coulda done without the second MNM/Bischoff segment; it lacked the comedy of the first, although it did put over the fact how scared they were.

I'm annoyed at the fact that Straight Edge didn't win the tag belts after two segments putting over the fact that MNM didn't think they'd win...but, I'm looking ahead and assuming they finally get the big win at WM. If they don't, this was a mistake.

The wedding was cute in that "obvious fuck-ups coming up, but still gonna be funny" way, haha. I did like Christian/Cena working together to foil it all at the end; its an interesting dynamic to have WM opponents be so buddy-buddy thise close to WM.

Its been a while since I've read/reviewed your stuff my friend. You have all the characters/gimmicks down pat, and your booking is nearly flawless as always. Plus, its so much FUN to read! RAW really needs to have these entertaining segments every now and then that don't rely on cheap humor, but rather subtle character comedy. Its brilliant. Although, was this a 3 hour RAW? If it wasn't, then it ran waaaaay long. A few head-scratchers here and there, but overall, pretty fantastic.

8.5/10

Raw Feedback

I really can’t blame for Triple H going to the board of the directors I would have to. The way things are going I really can not see him getting his rematch at Mania. He should get one but just before or just after Mania not at it. The face vs face match that you have set up should be EPIC as you said in your reasoning for Super Brawl they’re the two biggest superstars in your thread. What’s even better is that you made them big you didn’t just follow on from the WWE’s work. Linda McMahon interrupting is interesting and Triple H made me laugh at just how cocky he was by assuming that the decision had already been made.

Linda McMahon, short and sharp, definitely the way to go, tbh. The longer she talks the worse, so glad you kept it short and her purpose was actually pretty good. Warning Trips bout’ Steph was great but Triple H sure as heel looked like a bitch. I would love for Triple H to become a bit more on the edge now that he is not champion, get fed up with McMahon’s because they’re not helping him get a title shot because without the World Title unless you do something EPIC he will begin to get stale. Having him bitch out like this was funny in a way but not something I would like to see happening at this point in the thread.

Brock Lesnar over Ken Doane. Mhm. I think it was always happening because Brock Lesnar OWNS. Ken Doane as not as high profile in this thread as he is in most and I like it because to be frank; I don’t think he is all that big of a deal. Anyway nice win for Lesnar to show that he is fired up and Lesnar better run all over Triple H at Mania. Then again knowing the way you have booked your lead up to Mania, you probably won’t even end up giving us Triple H and Lesnar.

MNM with another excuse but this time it looks like they are legitimately sick. Well I must say I loved how this backfired and how he is now Santino Marella not doctor Marella. Well worked as some guys struggle to get Santino down in promo’s your definitely not one of them. Then again what should I expect? MNM will compete, I expect Marella to not last long with MNM and soon become an in ring competitor and I must say I love the Bischoff tweener role that he has been playing the last few weeks as I recall him being a fully blown McMahon ass kissing heel when I first started reading. Wouldn’t be shocked if we see him punished some tonight because he is the man who gave Cena one more opportunity.

LOL at Jillian Hall tricking Michelle Williams it made me laugh. Her singing at the wedding equals epic fail though.

Mr Kennedy and Rey Mysterio feud looks to be continuing which I 100 percent agree with by the way. The new Kennedy personality in my eyes has been a success so far and well I think he eventually needs to go over Rey in this feud otherwise the whole thing will seem like a waste of time. Finlay well his role as the upper mid carder who slots in to everywhere is perfect, I think almost everyone uses her like that and it works. As for DH Smith, glad you’re not completely jobbing him out as he is the future and I believe he can make some kind of impact on this thread.

Stephanie McMahon looked slightly worried at the fact that Jillian Hall is now the wedding singer. I can’t really blame her and with this, Triple H in a shitty mood and Linda laying down the law earlier, this wedding is still pointing in the direction of epic fail. I could be wrong but it just seems like weddings never go to plan.

Mr Kennedy’s serious attitude continues to be a success this backstage interview was great, you are pretty much going down the line now that Kennedy is obsessed and he must beat Mysterio and it has brought out a new more dangerous side of his. Kind of reminds me of what happened with Rey and the late, great Eddie Guerrero. Bless his soul. Either way I am loving the concept and well I don’t have to say now it’s just up to you to deliver because I know you’re going to deliver anyway.

The Champ is here. Lol I am trying to make this feedback well actually useful therefore I saw this little Cena arrival as a chance to let off some steam. Oh, really well written though.

John Cena promo was all good. Basically just the usual Cena stuff he had a few jokes in there as well as talking about just how he will take Triple H down again. I noticed that his tone turned a hell of a lot more serious when he began mentioning Christian and even though they have this mutual friendship thing going on, I can see things getting extremely tense between the two over the coming weeks. Speaking of the devil, here comes Christian. The stare down would have been quite epic, it would have been like Rock/Hogan except not as good… no offense lol. Anyway they hype towards the Mania main event truly begins tonight and well smart choice not rushing the violence. Also Christian must win at Mania. MUST!!!

This steel cage match was always going to be EPIC and I was surprised that it was not the main event. Probably the biggest MITB Qualifying match ever to be seen. I am glad that Orton got the win here, I really think it was the right thing to do however I was quite shocked to see that there was no interference from Foley. A clean win for Orton may mean he is about to move on to better things though as he has been a bit down as of late, where no matter what Shawn Michaels has Mick Foley to fall back on.

Mick Foley pops up on the titantron and continues to intrigue me. The help line at the end really had me going as it just seems as if Foley does not know what he is doing. The explanations will come eventually, of course, and when they do I am sure it will be great. I am pretty certain Foley and Michaels will hook up at Mania I am just not one hundred percent sure how it is going to work yet.

This was nice, Vince and Triple H having there chat. The way this meant it made me think that perhaps the wedding will go down as planned. Even though Triple H seemed a lot more deadly and a lot less bitchy here, it seemed that he knows he has to marry Steph to get to the World Title and that will lead to him being a good boy for the night. Geez, Lesnar was intense, only thing that I liked about him here was how intense he was. He is really just a freak of nature in this thread and you planted more seeds for Triple H/Lesnar carefully. Shane McMahon was a bit of a stooge here LOL. Love it.

Womens match to determine a contender and I think Alexis Laree was the obvious answer as she has been getting in the business of Melina as of late. The Tag Titles and the Womens Title feuds could really entwine with each other here which could lead to all sorts of things. It will be interesting to see exactly where you take it.

LOL at MNM at the moment. Joey Mercury has now hurt his leg and well things just can’t seem to get any worse for the current World Tag Team Champions… Let me finish. With that being said I think they will still some how retain the titles just making Straight Edge wait until Mania. Also if they lost the titles tonight then maybe what I eluded to above with the Womens Title will not take place.

Nice, strong win by Umaga. Fuck, I hate Knox. Glad to see him job like that and well Umaga is very weird at this stage. You mentioned he will be getting pushed and his performance in the Rumble showed your intentions however he is yet to get himself in any kind of feud. He can’t reach the top by just beating jobbers every week.

Geez, I feel sorry for Tomko. He has had a rough couple of nights being OWNED by Christian two nights ago and getting OWNED by Cena tonight. Tomko needs some new friends.

Here we go, nice attack… McMahon’s love it when a plan comes together however it is countered by an awesome run in by Christian. It is so weird having the two mania opponents teaming up to help each other. Even when it has been face against face in the past the two men usually have a mutual hatred for each other and that does not seem to be the case here.

A forfeit hey? I have absolutely no idea what Vince McMahon will be forfeiting and I really think this is why they will get the win. It adds some mystique… Vince McMahon announces that perhaps they will kiss his ass but I can’t see that happening it wouldn’t be as shocking. We’ll have to see exactly what happens but I can see the end of an era type thing happening after SNME. Yeah that’s right, Vince McMahon will be ran out of Raw… LOL I know it’s a bold statement to make but at this stage I don’t know where else the storyline could be going.

Wrestlemania Countdown is a nice little thing to add just for that extra bit of hype not that it is needed. 41 Days. Geez. This road to Mania is taking an eternity and I mean that in a good way. So much has happened that I feel as if we are already almost there when really we still have a whole month left.

Clowns at a wedding. How ignorant can Jillian Hall be. I would love for them to turn out to be the Insane Clown Posse and they interrupt Jillian and start rapping. I would mark like a little girl listening to her first Britney Speaks cd.

Oh my god. I actually got a prediction right. MNM retained due to the smart thinking of Santino Marella. As I said earlier I think your saving the big title change for Wrestlemania either way things are looking very good with these two teams feuding. However it can not last forever and well what other tag teams do we have on Raw at the moment? Do you have much depth… I really can’t think right now.

Wedding preparations and well I think we’re in for a killer closing segment.

Wow lol, talk about reading my mind. Just as I was thinking about what other tag teams you have on your roster we have another tag match which shows me two of them. Cade and Dinsmore together I am not to sure about where as Booker and Burke have a fair bit of potential. Didn’t even know you were still using Booker and Burke and while Booker isn’t great (I mark for Burke), both guys can be used effectively in feuds and such.

Mike Tyson going into the Hall of Fame is EPIC

Triple H coming out to his entrance music makes me lol. It’s a typical WWE wedding though. Stephanie getting booed on her wedding day is funny to. They even have a video up on the titantron, what a classy wedding so far. Loved the many men line by Steph and the fans reaction, really cracked me up as did the stolen line from Aerosmith.

Jillian Hall…. STFU

The father is keepin’ his composure well considering the crowd interruptions and what not. Anyway here we go, I am intrigued to see the “hard ass” Triple H confess his love. It better be better then Edge and Vickie Guerrero

Triple H now steals a line from Uncahined Melody. LOL at WWE, the plagiarizing bastards. I LOL’d (I’m getting a bit carried away but who cares the rest of my feedback has been legit) at Triple H saying that Jillian doesn’t have to sing. Jillian got OWNED, tbh.

Marked for The Boogeyman cameo. More humor. Boogeyman OWNS as the joke in this thread however I lol’d more at the segment the other week of Christian in the toilet. Anyway…

Shit. I was surprised that the rings and the kissing all got done with no interruptions. I hate to say it but that was a tad disappointing I was hoping for a Cena and Christian return some how.

Gunge. Ermm I am guessing that is like slime. A definition would be nice Wolf Well tbh this segment was okay and better then what most would do but because of how important it was and the current going ons I expected something a little better.

Overall Wolf, this three hour show OWNED. Me enjoyed it big time. Anyway well done Wolf, the Mania build continues to be exceptional and I am intrigued to see just where things go from here. Well done Wolf, this show was greatness.

Smackdown Preview:

This week, Smackdown emanates from Buffalo, just twenty four hours ahead of the return of Saturday Nights Main Event in Philapdelphia, and just over five weeks away from WrestleMania 23.

And all eyes will be on the Smackdown General Manager Arn Anderson. The Enforcer warned Edge just last week that if he got involved in the WWE Championship Match at SuperBrawl that he would suffer severe consequences. Edge decided to ignore those warnings, and ruined the championship match between Rob Van Dam and Chris Jericho, challenging the authority of the GM. What action will Arn Anderson take to reprimant the Rated 'R' Superstar, who is now less than six weeks from challenging the champion, RVD at WrestleMania.

Edge will be in action this week for starters, taking on the man that was victorious it the Super-Brawl, Kurt Angle {Yes. That's another heel vs heel main event. Last one, I promise }. Angle wasted no time in announcing he'd face The Undertaker at WrestleMania, and in just over twenty four hours after his match with Edge on Smackdown, the Olympian faces Kane at Saturday Nights Main Event. Both men will be looking for a victory on Smackdown, not only for momentum, but to send a message to their future opponents.

The sixth entrant into this years Money in the Bank match will also be confirmed this week, and it will be one of ten Cruiserweights that gets the opportunity at WrestleMania with a Battle Royal on Smackdown, featuring the Cruiserweight Champion Kid Kash, Brian Kendrick, Super Crazy, Chavo Guerrero, Paul London, Juvi, Psichosis, Scotty Too Hotty, Jamie Noble and Funaki. Which of these ten men can outlast the others and earn the opportunity to compete at the Grandest stage of 'em all??

Two other men that will be vying for a spot under the bright lights of WrestleMania are Batista and Lashley. The two men failed to take the WWE Tag Team Championships this past Saturday at SuperBrawl, but tonight on Smackdown, the two will face off, and the winner will have a golden opportunity at WrestleMania; a shot at Brent Albrights United States Championship. Which of these two bulls can upend the other and move on to a championship match at WrestleMania 23??

After Matt & Jeff Hardy last week threw down the gauntlet to Americas Most Wanted, challenging the WWE Tag Team Champions to defend the titles against them at WrestleMania. AMW have yet to respond to the challenge, but the decision might be out of their hands, with a number of disgruntled teams on Smackdown rumoured to have been complaining to Arn Anderson about the opportunistic way that Matt & Jeff assumed they could just jump the line for a shot at the belts. Will the GM clear the mess this week and keep all parties happy?? What decision will Anderson make??

All this and much more, with the WWE Champion RVD, Chris Jericho, Carlito, and the undefeated M.V.P all expected to be in attendance this week on Smackdown.

***

Smackdown up tomorrow.

Raw Review:

Perfect way to start off what could be the biggest edition of Raw in a LONG time. Triple H coming out in half of his tux for the wedding and looking pissed off about losing at SuperBrawl is the perfect image, as I wondered how the loss will affect his wedding thoughts. It’s obvious that his mind is on the World Title. Hunter actually made some very good points not getting the rematch, and I’m glad that the point wasn’t just dropped. I think that it might be weird to get the rematch next week or the week after, because it’s a little too close to WM23 for World Title matches, tbh. Linda coming out and just emasculating her son-in-law was perfect, as we know that he needs to stay on her good side if he wants any chance at getting the rematch he feels he deserves. I think that the decision will come down at SNME, as I don’t think Triple H will wait until next week. Now we gotta see how interesting this wedding is going to get.

Big night planned for this evening. Orton vs. HBK is gonna be sick and Cena vs. Tomko should be a good way to put the new Champion over even more than he already is.

Lesnar’s squash = expected, tbh. I understand having him face a heel to see how he gets over, but he is nowhere close to being a face right now, especially with his current mindset. Hopefully we find out his WM23 opponent soon, because he needs some direction quickly.

This World Tag Team Title match better go down tonight, as I will be pissed if MNM somehow convince Easy E again to get out of defending the belts. Santino getting exposed was a nice touch, as now I need to wonder how MNM will try and get out of the match. Guess Bischoff isn’t messing around, as the match is still on and Nitro actually sounds sick. Please don’t disappoint with this match later on…

Did this segment serve a point? The only thing I seemed to get out of it was the fact that Jillian is a jerk and an idiot. Poor Michelle Williams .

Good way to get these four men on the card for what has been a stacked show thus far. I like that D.H. is a part of a good match with great talent because I like that he is not going to be a jobber forever. Good action and a decent match length, although I could have done without the leprechaun appearance. Unnecessary character, imo. Kennedy picks up another win over Rey in non-title action and now I think he NEEDS to win the Belt. Another loss will make it seem like he is just going to be stuck in the mid-card, while a Title win means he’s heading to the main event. And that’s where he deserves to be.

F that! Jillian as the singer is going to be horrendous. I guess it does add a little comedy to the wedding … I’m just not a fan AT ALL.

Seemed a little early for a KK interview, but I’ll take those whenever I can in this thread. Hopefully he gets another shot next week, because he needs the title soon. Glad that he is slowly becoming more and more intimidating, tbh.

Pretty good promo from the new “Champ” John Cena, as he is back to being his uber-face after winning the Title back. I hope that we get to see a little bit more edge from him on the road to ‘Mania … his character needs that in this thread. Glad that he gave “Tripper” his props, but he did prove that Hunter can’t beat him on his own, as he lost on Saturday. I’m really not sure if the rematch between these two is going down, I just don’t see this all fitting in. The hype for the match with Christian-Cena officially begins, with John talking about it and … here comes the Royal Rumble Winner! Smart choice to have them just stare across the ring at each other, as I see their first big promo coming after we have Triple H’s rematch, or when we know the WM23 main event FOR SURE. Great job with these two, as I am truly pumped up for this match.

Very good Steel Cage match between these two, as I am very happy that their good feud has ended like this. Orton dominates in the early going, and I loved that you mentioned the “chinlock”. He always does that! HBK begins the big comeback and then the two climb the side of the cage … and HBK ends up hitting the Diving Elbow! Michaels looks to go for some Chin Music … RKO OUT OF NOWHERE!! Obviously the best choice to win the match, as Orton needed to get over and is obviously going to MITB. Now Michaels is free for his feud with Foley, which needs to be confirmed for ‘Mania soon.

… speaking of ol’ Mick. The promos just seem to be getting stranger and stranger from Foley, as he seems like he is out of his damn mind when talking to HBK. Sounds like he has some kind of illness, and it’s very good that he will be at SNME, because that is when I think the match will be made between these two. Foley said that he needs help … and I don’t know how he thinks HBK is going to help him. This should be a very interesting altercation between these two on Saturday.

I like that Vince is more focused on doing what is right for his daughter, as I kinda expected him to side with Hunter and only be focused on the World Title. Triple H starts to back off a little bit, taking what Vince said to heart, as he seems confident that he will be getting the rematch. BROCK~ walks into the room and now things get a little sticky. He wants Cena at WM23 and Vince has worked himself into another jam. Hopefully this ends with Hunter and Lesnar working their way into a match together at WM23. But I could also see a huge four-way Title match at the biggest show of the year. I guess we will find everything out by next Monday, so that should be a huge night.

Glad that the women wrestlers got onto this show, but it was pretty predictable who was going to win the match. This NEEDS to be Laree’s last chance at the Title, because I don’t know how many more losses she can take. Not sure if she will be able to beat Melina, but I guess we’ll see.

MNM tries one more time to get out of the match. Maybe something is really wrong with them, but I don’t think it matters. The match is on and I see them using some shady tactics to somehow keep the Belts.

Still sick of seeing the squash matches for Umaga, but I guess this will be the last one. At least I can hope, right? Good win for him to continue with his momentum heading into the biggest match of his career. I can see him start to lay out the other guys in the match over the coming weeks, tbh.

Cena beating Tomko is probably the most predictable thing on the card, but I’m glad Tyson didn’t get COMPLETELY squashed, but he’ll always be a jobber, tbh. Cena fends off the Brotherhood, with Shane sending them after the new World Champ. Christian comes out to make the save, as he and Cena clear the ring! Good little segment between them and Vince, as they try to keep the surprises from continuing until WM23, and I have no idea what their “forfeit” will be if Vince & Co. win. The Kiss My Ass thing makes me think CC and Cena will be winning, but you never know in this thread. Cena and CC are escorted out of the arena, but I have a small feeling that they will be coming back later tonight.

Guess this thing with Christian and Cena is funny…

Funny that MNM are actually injured and sick tonight, as it looks like they are going to lose the Titles. Santino at ringside served its purpose, as he ends up stopping all of the momentum by Punk and Helms, taking down Mercury and making MNM retain by DQ! Another sneaky move by MNM, but I know that this is not over, as these two teams will be having a big match at WM23, probably with no outside interference allowed.

SNME is going to be amazing this weekend … as I can’t wait to see how the Foley-HBK situation plays out. Should be an amazing exchange.

Feel good win for Burke and Booker. They have been pretty forgotten over the past few months, but it’s good to see them getting another win to keep their hopes of the tag titles alive. Hopefully the New Wave actually comes back strong on the way to WM23, as they have been lagging the past few weeks.

LMAO @ ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson in the HOF.

Wedding went pretty much as everyone expected, from the funny priest to the pretty corny vows from both Hunter and Stephanie. I figured Jillian would be a pretty bad singer, so it wasn’t that shocking to see everyone hating it. The Boogeyman makes his first appearance in a LONG time, as he gives Stephaine the worms! It’s not like she didn’t already have some . The freaks come out instead of the violinists and this couldn’t get much worse for the McMahon family. Cena drives the limo out! The “grunge” falling on top of the entire wedding makes a hilarious ending and Cena and Christian definitely got one over on the MFE. Should be very interesting to see who wins the big match at SNME.

A pretty good three-hour edition. Obviously it was all based around the wedding, but HBK-Orton was the only match I really got into. Still a good show, and I should have a review for SD! when you get that up.

Default Re: Being The Booker

Okay, so i am very interested to see what Edge's punishment will be. Edge/Angle should be a great main event, Angle is on a roll as of late and with Double A hating on Edge will probably take the fall. Kane vs Angle for SNME seems rather random tbh, an explanation would be nice.

I have a feeling after his performance in the Royal Rumble that Paul London is going to get the win, however i would mark for Jamie Noble being in the MITB ladder match.

Batista and Lashley, after all the build up are finally going to clash and i think 'Tista will get the win due to the whole Lashley being injured thing.

AMW for the win.

I expect a promo of some sorts from Chris Jericho also.

I'll be reading and reviewing Wolf. May take a while though, as i have been busy as of late.

Smackdown; February 9th; Buffalo:

Opening video.

Chris Jericho opens the show, introducing his guest tonight, the General Manager of Smackdown … Arn Anderson!!! The Enforcer enters, and is immediately questioned by Jericho as to whether he saw what happened at SuperBrawl, but before he can answer, Jericho decides to run the footage anyway. We see Edge costing Jericho the match this past weekend, ending his quest to be part of the Smackdown main event at WrestleMania.
Back in the arena, Jericho now implores Anderson to act on his statement last week to Edge not to interfere in the match, and strip him of his Money in the Bank contract, and the impending WrestleMania title match. Anderson though, tells Jericho he doesn’t have the power to strip Edge of the contract, but, he WILL make good on his promise to punish Edge. Anderson then goes on to announce a WrestleMania Championship Decider, tomorrow night at Saturday Nights Main Event, pitting Edge and Chris Jericho one on one. If Edge beats Jericho, he is out of the title picture … and if Jericho beats Edge, the match at WrestleMania will be a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH for the WWE Championship!!! And to make sure there is a winner, he’s appointing a special guest referee … ROB VAN DAM!!!!!
Instantly, Edge hit’s the ring following the announcement, and berates Anderson for targeting him, and punishing him at every turn … THEN SUDDENLY NAILS JERICHO WITH HIS BRIEFCASE!!! He blindsided Jericho!!! Edge turns to Anderson again, and continues to berate him, complaining that there is a conspiracy against him, with the WWE determined to force him out of winning the WWE Title at WrestleMania, but claims he will defy him, and go on to WrestleMania 23 to face Rob Van Dam ONE ON ONE, and become WWE Champion.

Before the opening match, Cole and Tazz announce the line up for tonights show, offering a battle royal to determine the next entrant in MITB, a #1 Contenders match for the United States title @ WrestleMania pitting Lashley and Batista head to head, whilst in the main event it’s heel vs. heel {ugh}, as Kurt Angle faces Edge.

Carlito defeats Chris Masters @ 05:52 with the Apple Core. Not much to the match, as it’s just another vehicle to give Carlito another win, but still no match for the cool one at WrestleMania.

Backstage, Arn Anderson is inundated with the tag teams of Smackdown in his office, complaining about the Hardy Boys putting themselves at the front of the line for a title shot and challenging AMW to a title match. Anderson accepts the argument, and informs the teams (Mad Murdochs, Deuce & Domino {I know, they suck}, Cryme Tyme {I know, they suck too}) that they will battle it out with Matt & Jeff next week in a fatal four way, with the winners going on to face AMW at WrestleMania.

Kid Kash is then interviewed backstage, ahead of the Cruiserweight battle royal for a place in the MITB ladder match at WrestleMania. Kash, cocky as always, states his intention of beating all the competition to give himself breathing space, and adding MITB to his championship gold.

Paul London wins a cruiserweight battle royal @ 10:14 to earn a spot in the Money in the Bank ladder match @ WrestleMania 23, outlasting Kid Kash (who was eliminated first by the entire field), Jamie Noble, Chavo, Super Crazy, Brian Kendrick, Juvi, Psichosis, Funaki, and Scotty Too Hotty last eliminating Noble.

1ST TIME WRESTLEMANIA MOMENT - XII - FOR THE FIRST {AND TO THIS DAY, ONLY} TIME EVER, WRESTLEMANIA FEATURES A 60 MINUTE IRON MAN MATCH, WITH SHAWN MICHAELS AND BRET HART BATTLING TO A CLASSIC 60 MINUTE DRAW, BEFORE SHAWN MICHAELS WOULD WIN IN OVERTIME, TO CLAIM HIS FIRST EVER WWE CHAMPIONSHIP.

The VP then ends with the graphic for WRESTLEMANIA XXIII - MARCH 18TH 2007 - FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER IN NEW ORLEANS.

The Rated ‘R’ Superstar then pays a visit to the WWE Champion, RVD. Edge tries to chum up with RVD, brushing past his attack at SuperBrawl, and hints at them teaming up at SNME and get Jericho out of the picture, but RVD ignores his advances, and tells Edge if Arn Anderson wanted it to be a handicap match, he would’ve made it that way. Van Dam then leaves, but not before telling Edge he‘s the referee, and it‘ll be his job to call the match down the middle … and he wouldn’t have it any other way.

M.V.P defeats Cody Rhodes @ 04:39 to put an end to the mini feud they had been having since Rhodes debuted a month ago. After the match, M.V.P gets on the mic, and declares that tomorrow night, he’s gonna show Finlay & Randy Orton exactly what Smackdown, and it’s #1 superstar has to offer ahead of WrestleMania 23 and Money in the Bank.

Backstage, AMW are stood in front of a camera with a message for the four teams that will battle it out to face them at WrestleMania. They go on the record to state they don’t care which team wins next week … the end result will still be the same … Americas Most Wanted … WWE Tag Team Champions. The segment then ends with Harris saying ‘Best wishes’, and Storm finishes off ‘But sorry bout your damn luck’.

The same HoF video that played on Raw is shown, announcing MIKE TYSON as the next inductee into this years Hall of Fame.

Batista defeats Bobby Lashley @ 07:01 to earn a United States Championship match against Brent Albright @ WrestleMania 23, finishing off Lashley with a massive show of strength, nailing the Batista Bomb!!! After the match, Brent Albright - who sat in on commentary - enters the ring, and offers Batista a handshake, which is accepted, but Albright then gets a cheap shot in, and slaps Batista!!!!! Albright quickly jumps out of dodge, running like a scalded dog, whilst Batista has a wry smile on his face.

A video plays, highlighting the SuperBrawl match this past weekend, which Kurt Angle was victorious in, and promptly announced he will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 23.

We then go backstage, and see Kurt Angle warming up for his main event later, the picture of pure concentration and focus.

Jeff Hardy w/ Matt Hardy defeats Deuce w/ Domino @ 06:01 with a Swanton Bomb. Match is there to just serve as a build up for next weeks four way, as well as a chance to get Jeff in the ring again following his return. After the match, the Hardys & The Greasers brawl, with the Mad Murdochs & Cryme Tyme also getting involved, with the four teams set to battle it out next week getting a piece of each other tonight, with the Hardy Boys getting the best of it, standing tall. At the top of the ramp, AMW watch on, and a stare down with Matt & Jeff ensues. Hmmm, possibly foreboding what will happen next week?? Never!!

Backstage, Chris Jericho and RVD run into one another. Before RVD can say anything though, Jericho pipes in first, telling Van Dam his problem - for now - is with Edge, and he advises RVD to take a backseat tomorrow night, keep his job simple, and just count the fall, and let him take Edge out of the equation. Van Dam though, asks the question “What if I don’t??”. Jericho, unflinching, responds “You should”. Jericho then walks off, leaving RVD to ponder the advice / statement on how he should officiate the match tomorrow night.

!!WRESTLEMANIA COUNTDOWN - 37 DAYS TO GO!!

In the main event, Edge defeats Kurt Angle via DQ @ 15:35, after Chris Jericho attacked the Rated ‘R’ Superstar, right in front of the referee!!! Jericho beats down Edge, getting a measure of revenge for SuperBrawl and earlier tonight, BUT ANGLE ATTACKS JERICHO!!! Angle takes exception to Jericho ruining his match, and beats down Jericho, with Edge now getting back to his feet, and joins in with Angle … until Van Dam makes the save for Jericho!!!
RVD takes down Edge, and Jericho knocks down the champion, just to get Edge to himself again!!! Edge tries to make an escape, but Jericho chases in hot pursuit, with a furious Van Dam following them, leaving Angle in the ring. And then … THE LIGHTS GO OUT!!! The lights stay out, but the titan tron shows the eyes of the Deadman, as his voice booms over the arena …
“KURT ANGLE … WELCOME … TO YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE … AT WRESTLEMANIA … YOU WILL BOW BEFORE THE DEADMAN … AND THEN … YOU WILL … REST … IN … PEACE”

The lights stay off in the arena, as we now hear Angle talk, having grabbed a mic…
“UNDERTAKER?? QUIT THE GAMES … I DON’T FEAR YOU … YOU FEAR ME … YOU MAY SEE A MERE MORTAL … BUT IN THIS RING, I’M SUPER HUMAN … YOU KNOW I OWN YOUR ASS … AND AT WRESTLEMANIA … I’M GONNA BREAK YOUR STREAK … RIGHT BEFORE I BREAK YOUR ANKLE!!!!”
“AND AS FOR SENDING A MESSAGE?? TOMORROW NIGHT … I’M GONNA BREAK YOUR BROTHERS ANKLE … THAT BIG RED FREAK IS GONNA CRY AND BEG ME TO SPARE HIM … AND I’LL IGNORE THOSE PLEAS … AND I’LL THOUROUGHLY ENJOY … SNAPPING HIS ANKLE … THEN I’M COMING FOR YOU!!!”

Suddenly … EXPLOSION … the lights are back on … AND KANE IS IN THE RING!!! The Big Red Monster grabs Angle by the throat … but Angle kicks him away, and high tails it out of the ring, pointing back, and telling Kane tomorrow night, he’ll own him, as the show goes off the air.

Predictions for SNME are welcome. No points this time though, just bragging rights. That's the last recapped Smackdown before WM. The remaining five will all be in full, along with Raw.

After SNME (which will be up on Saturday), I'll be slowing down on the posting of shows, considering they'll all be in full and will take longer to be read etc.

WrestleMania Update; 6 (out of 10) matches now completed as of today.

Saturday Nights Main Event - THIS SATURDAY.

Smackdown Review:

I know that this is the story that is one everyone’s mind, and with SNME only one night away, it’s good to get the WWE Title picture straightened out right away. Jericho deserves a rematch and I actually see him turning face in the coming future, as I’ve seen his as a tweener ever since the Royal Rumble. Great idea with the WWE Title Decider match, as we all knew that Edge wasn’t losing the MITB briefcase, but now we could have a possible three-way match, with Jericho getting another shot. Of course Edge comes down but I didn’t expect him to just blindside Jericho like that. Edge is confident heading into SNME, and I can see him winning and finally getting his one-on-one match for the Belt.

Carlito will probably continue to move back up the card as his run on SD! progresses. Masters needs to be on the unemployment line, so I’m glad the match lasted just more than five minutes. Carlito to possibly get the final spot in the MITB match? That’s where I think he’s going, tbh.

Glad that the Hardyz won’t get a COMPLETE free pass into the WM23 with America’s Most Wanted, but based on the credentials of the other teams in the four-way match next week; Matt and Jeff are the only ones worthy of heading the biggest show of the year.

Kid Kash has got uber-potential if he is used correctly in this thread, but I don’t see him getting the shot at the MITB at WM23. I think we all know London is your “Golden Boy” in this thread, so he will find his way in. Still, I hope that Kash stays the CW Champ for a while because I think he can really boost the credibility of the Belt.

Just like I thought, London gets the chance to win MITB, outlasting the other nine cruiserweights on the roster. Would have liked to see someone else besides Kash be the first to go, but I guess it makes him look kinda strong since EVERYONE else worked together to get him out of the ring. Still, a little disappointing.

Finally get a little segment with just Edge and RVD talking to each other. No shock that Edge wants RVD to help him win the match on Saturday, but just like the uber-face that he’s been for a while, Rob simply says that he will call it down the middle. I hope so, because that will give Edge a clean win.

Good win to keep MVP’s early momentum rolling, and I like the MITB Competitors tag team match that is set up for tomorrow night. MVP should be able to finally face some real competition, and I hope that he impresses like he should.

AMW get on the show with this little promo. I like them as heels so much more and I think they are probably the cockiest team in the company. Can’t wait for the Hardyz to shut them up, though.

Batista was the right choice over B-Lash, as I really think that Lashley doesn’t have all that much potential. Glad that this whole “#1 contender’s situation” between these two is finally over and we can now move onto the next feud between Albright and Batista. Brent gets the slap in after the handshake, and I think he will continue to look like a stud heel all the way up until WM23.

Angle OWNS, tbh.

Not much to say about Jeff beating one of the greasers. It’s not like Matt & Jeff need the momentum heading into next week, but it was good to see them as the last team standing after all four got out there. The staredown with the Tag Champs just confirms that these two teams will be meeting in the Big Easy, imo.

After the segment between RVD and Edge earlier in the night, it makes sense that we get a little interaction between Van Dam and Jericho. Jericho wants RVD to do the opposite of what Edge wanted, so I guess we will see what the Champion ends up doing.

No surprise that the last match of the night ended with Jericho getting some revenge on Edge for what he did at SuperBrawl and also earlier tonight. Angle gets pissed at the match being ruined {he’s always so intense}, and he takes down Jericho. Cool to see Jericho get saved by Van Dam, but the three men who have been at each other’s throats for the past few weeks all end up leaving the ring to just Angle … before the lights go out! Kurt doesn’t seem intimidated by the ever repetitive message by the Deadman, and I think this is going to be a whole different “Undertaker ‘Mania Feud”. Kane comes out but Angle gets away, as we are ready to see these two battle tomorrow night.

I’m glad that this was the last recap during the Road to WM23, because it has really felt like you are going through the motions with this show. But the WWE Title picture is getting interesting and Angle-Undertaker looks to be picking up even more steam. Still, it’s going to be a welcome return to full SD! shows, since we haven’t seen them in a LONG time.

Chris Jericho vs. Edge

Edge really hasn't gotten any big victories since he announced he's cashing in MITB at WM23. I think this is finally where he backs up his mouth, and we get the one-on-one match between him and RVD.

5 on 2 Handicap Match:
- If John Cena and Christian win, Mr. McMahon must perform a forfeit -
- If The Family Empire win, John Cena and Christian will join the kiss my ass club -
Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Tyson Tomko, Shane & Vince McMahon

No way the WM23 main event is kissing Vince's ass, but I do hope that Triple H's rematch situation is cleared up immediately following this match.

Cruiserweight Championship #1 Contenders Match:
Brian Kendrick vs. Super Crazy

SC has had his shots, it's time for BK and Kash to battle for the Belt.

Womens Championship Match:
Melina vs. Alexis Laree

No more rematches if she loses this one, imo. Too bad she will be winning and this begins to downfall for MNM.

WrestleMania Warm Up Match:
Kurt Angle vs. Kane

Kurt ain't losing before 'Mania. Plz make him snap Kane's ankle to send a message and also to rid the WWE of the masked red man.

Money in the Bank Competitors Tag Match:

Really a toss-up, but I'd like to see the SD! boys get a little respect.

Smackdown Feedback

What a way to open up Smackdown, I knew we were going to open with a promo by Chris Jericho and well if I am correct you didn’t mention it, but this was The Highlight Reel right? Anyway nice segment, the SNME match between Chris Jericho and Edge should be huge, is SNME in full? Sorry if you have already told us this but I just can’t remember.

Edge attacking with the briefcase was in my opin8ion but a silly, I mean how dumb can Jericho be to not expect. He was in the ring with Edge for crying out loud. Anyway RVD as referee is a nice little touch and I am personally hoping for a Jericho win, it would be absolutely epic.

Card is looking pretty nice for tonight’s Smackdown, with the whole uggh thing, do you have something against heel vs heel matches. I personally think some times they can be exciting and they are perhaps a tad under utilized. Anyway just thought I would inquire about that lol.

Carlito gets another win over Chris Masters. I personally don’t mind both men but would much rather see ‘Lito getting the win rather than Masters. Anyway even the opener, although definitely not a classic is not a bad contest and well I got a gut feeling that ‘Lito will get into the MITB. Are people in the MITB Battle Royal allowed to compete twice because this is just a gut feeling that I got.

What I got from this little backstage segment involving Double A and the tag teams is that The Hardy Boyz are going to Wrestlemania. Was to be expected as Matt Hardy was feuding with AMW for a while but the build seems to have really cooled off over the past few weeks, hopefully it heats back up on the back end of the Road to Mania.

Oh, so it’s a Cruiserweight Battle Royal to see who gets last spot in MITB. I guess my gut feeling about ‘Lito was wrong but If I think back to the preview you did mention that it was Cruiserweights only, you just didn’t on the show when the commentators ran down the card. London FTW then I guess.

Paul London gets the win and as much as I don’t agree with it, I remember your news and notes a while back had something about London in it and I can definitely see him putting on the performance of a life time and getting the win. Very unlikely with the likes of Orton sniffing ‘round, but I am just not so confident ‘bout Orton in this thread anymore.

Typical Edge trying to buddy up to RVD, I can see RVD calling it down the middle it just seems like his way to do things. Edge is panicking and even though he is gonna’ win the title at Mania I believe he is going to have to do it in a triple threat match.

MVP over Cody Rhodes and well, good riddance. I would mark for an MVP MITB victory but you wouldn’t do it. Reverse psychology FTW.

AMW segment was simply to re heat things up in the Smackdown tag division and it probably needs it tbh. I would love for once Hardy gets the win for everything to heat back up, but with the way the feud has cooled off lately I am not sure how or if you can heat it back up.

Mike Tyson is ownage.

I knew Batsista was going over Lashley it just seemed right, especially with you posting in the news about how Lashley is wrestling with an injury. With all that being said, I seriously can not see how Batista will be once he wins the US Title, so I got the feeling post Mania that Albright’s US Title reign is going to become epic.

The Hardys vs AMW. It is pretty obvious it is happening so I don’t see the need to give you a fully detailed explanation on what I think. I must admit once again however, that this build is a bit stale.

Chris Jericho and RVD’ s confrontation was so much more exciting then RVD’s and Edge’s tbh, and that is why I think Jericho is a MUST to insert into the Mania Smackdown main event.

37 days to go equals so excited I am going to piss myself.

Awesome fifteen minute running main event, ending in a dq was to be expected as you don’t want some of your top talent losing this close until Mania. The aftermath was epic the way everyone cleared the ring to leave Angle. Taker’s lines were good but Angle’s were SUPERB and Kane showing up was a bit weird but I understand it. However, with Angle so unexpectant I would have expected Kane to nail the Chokeslam ‘coz’ we all know he is getting buried come SNME.

Overall Wolf, nice Smackdown, things are getting nicer and nicer on the blue brand and I am sure full shows are only going to back up my claims. Well done, my hairy friend. <3

WWE Championship Match Decider:
- If Chris Jericho wins, he makes title match a triple threat at WrestleMania -
- If Edge wins, Jericho is out of title equation at WrestleMania -
Special Guest Referee; WWE Champion, Rob Van Dam
Chris Jericho vs. Edge
Jericho to get the win making the Smackdown main event for ‘Mania even more exciting.

5 on 2 Handicap Match:
- If John Cena and Christian win, Mr. McMahon must perform a forfeit -
- If The Family Empire win, John Cena and Christian will join the kiss my ass club -
Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Tyson Tomko, Shane & Vince McMahon
vs. Christian & John Cena
I can’t see the two ‘Mania main eventers kissing Vince’s ass.

Cruiserweight Championship #1 Contenders Match:
Brian Kendrick vs. Super Crazy
Never got a proper rematch unless I am forgetting something.

Womens Championship Match:
Melina vs. Alexis Laree
I think Melina will lose when MNM lose causing a massive slump and an eventual John Morrison turn.

WrestleMania Warm Up Match:
Kurt Angle vs. Kane
Can’t afford to lose all his momentum heading into Mania against The Undertaker.

Money in the Bank Competitors Tag Match:
Finlay & Randy Orton vs. M.V.P & Paul London
Gotta’ give Smackdown something since Raw’s quality is better at the moment.

AND, MICK FOLEY HAS A QUESTION FOR SHAWN MICHAELS
I dunno’ exactly what is gonna’ happen but I got a feeling Foley is gonna’ go Hardcore.

Smackdown Review

Jericho opening the show with Anderson, the GM, and Edge was a great start. Despite Jericho’s attempt to get into the match at Mania, I believe it will still be EDGE VS. VAN DAM AT MANIA! That has been the match you’ve been building to for a while in this thread, and with the addition of Jericho, it would make the match lose some value imo.

Carlito winning his match was expected, though I have a feeling that somehow Lito’ will have a role at Mania, whether he has a match or not. As far as the tag team match for next week goes, if The Hardys don’t win I will be truly SHOCKED!

Kash talking smack before the upcoming battle royal means he will either be eliminated early or win the match. Well…he loses the match as expected, and IS ELIMINATED FIRST…BY THE ENTIRE GROUP OF WRESTLERS AS YOU MENTIONED! As far as the winner goes, it’s no surprise that London won, as London has always played a big part in this thread.

Even though in their SNME match tensions between Van Dam and Edge will take place, I still have a feeling that Edge is going to win the match. Something tells me a finish like the Bret/Taker match with Michaels as the ref from SummerSlam 1997, might reappear in this match.

Didn’t know much about the MVP/Rhodes feud, but good to see that MVP got the win. While I don’t think that MVP will win MITB (though it does seem like he’s the one to win that match in many booker’s threads, including mine at my recent thread’s WM23), I still see him having a big year in this thread.

Typical AMW promo which got the job done in hyping up next week’s match. Seriously though, I think everyone knows that it will be Hardys/AMW at Mania. Next week’s tag match is just a match for the Hardys to win, to justify them being in the match. As far as the match at Mania goes, I’m glad that the titles are being defended at Mania as opposed to the brand’s champs facing each other like you did with the past two Manias. And two, if given enough time, their match can possibly steal the show at Mania.

Tyson in the HoF=Ratings!

While Big Dave and Lashley have played decent roles in this thread, it’s no surprise that Big Dave won the match. With that said, I know that you’ve booked Albright really well in this thread. It wouldn’t surprise me to see him retain at Mania, with Batista winning shortly after Mania.

Even though Jeff won and you said that a match between AMW and the Hardys won’t happen, it seems all but confirmed that it will be Hardys/AMW for the titles at Mania.

Nice way to build up tension between Jericho and Van Dam. I believe that Van Dam will call the match down the line, but still Edge is going to win and head to Mania and possibly win the title from Van Dam.

As far as the Main Event goes, not surprised that Edge won via DQ. As far as Angle attacking Jericho following the match, it fits Angle’s character heading into Mania. While this is one feud for Mania (Angle/Taker) that I haven’t seen in anyone’s else BTB leading into Mania, I have a feeling that Angle like all who faced Taker at Mania before will still lose at the big event. Great way to end the show and build up SNME at the same time.

Date: 10th February 2006
Location: Wachovia Centre, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Event Music: POD, Lights Out

WWE Championship Match Decider:
- If Chris Jericho wins, he makes title match a triple threat at WrestleMania -
- If Edge wins, Jericho is out of title equation at WrestleMania -Special Guest Referee; WWE Champion, Rob Van Dam
Chris Jericho vs. Edge

Like I’ve been saying all along, this is Edge’s match to win. You’ve been building for Edge/Van Dam to win. If Jericho does the win this match, the Triple Threat Match imo, should be changed to a Triple Threat Elimination Match. However I don’t think that will happen, and I’m going to go with Edge winning the match.

This is going to be the night of the Family Empire, and I believe that they got this match. With that said, something tells me that what will happen is that Hunter and Brock will be added into the match, and make the Mania match a Fatal 4 Way Match. I could and probably be wrong on that, but I still see the Family Empire winning this match.

Cruiserweight Championship #1 Contenders Match:
Brian Kendrick vs. Super Crazy

Wouldn’t be surprised to see this match be the match to follow the opening match, and I see Kendrick winning this match. While exciting, this match looks like it will be nothing more than filler.

Womens Championship Match:
Melina vs. Alexis Laree

Surprised to not see this match booked for Mania, as the two of them IMO, could put on a great match at the event. However, since it will be on SNME, I don’t see the title changing hands. Melina wins this match IMO in a good match.

WrestleMania Warm Up Match:
Kurt Angle vs. Kane

Somehow I see this match ending without a clean finish, and Angle getting the win. Angle winning this match though will further my opinion that he will lose to Taker at Mania.

Money in the Bank Competitors Tag Match:
Finlay & Randy Orton vs. M.V.P & Paul London

In what might be the MOTN outside of Jericho/Edge, I see Finlay and Orton getting the win. While they may win the match, I got a feeling that the stars of this match are going to be Orton and London. Should be a great match.

AND, MICK FOLEY HAS A QUESTION FOR SHAWN MICHAELS

Finally, I think this is going to be the show that Foley challenges Michaels to a match at SNME. Really, this has been a very interesting character change for Foley in this, or any other BTBs that I’ve read recently or in quite some time. As far as Mania goes with the two of them, I have a feeling that the promos will be some of the best out of all the feuds leading into the show.
