BREAKING NEWS

We are hearing that Vincent McMahon has stepped down as the Chairman and CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment and will be taken over by Paul "Triple H" Levesque with immediate effect. We are also hearing that there will be no WWE programming over the next month as Triple H tries to sort out the product and improve the quality of the TV shows, it is expected that WWE programming will return on the 5th January 2015 with MONDAY NIGHT RAW

Re: WWE // The Levesque Era

A Statement from Paul Levesque
Following my appointment as the new CEO and Chairman of the WWE, you will be seeing significant changes to WWE programming in the following weeks as it returns to TV, these changes have been summarised below.

// RAW will now run for 2 hours instead of 3.
// SmackDown will now be shown live, and not recorded.
// All titles have been vacated, and winners will be decided at the Royal Rumble PPV.
// PPV's will now be shown on Saturdays instead of Sundays
// SmackDown has been moved to Thursday nights.
// I have appointed Paul Heyman as head booker of NXT.
