Backlash Results
Mickie James defeated Trish Stratus to retain the Womens title after she hit a Mick Kick to Trish
Umaga defeated Ric Flair in under 10 minutes. After the match, Ric Flair got on the mic and announced his retirement from wrestling, and left to many "We Want Flair nd "Don't Go" chants. Umaga was released however, not liking his character or it's direction
Rob Van Dam defeated Shelton Benjamin by DQ when Shelton got frustrated with the resilliance of Van Dam and nailed him with a chair shot right in front of the referee. RVD kept his MITB contract, and Shelton remains IC champion. Was an amazing match and MOTN
Kane beat The Big Show in a brutal, big man match which never really got underway, and Kane ended off the big fight by Chokeslamming Big Show off the stage. Big Show was injured and will be out for atleast 2 months with back problems after taking the bump
Carlito got a win over Chris Masters, once again out-smarting his bigger opponent by bringing a chair into the ring. The ref was taking the chair out, and Masters had Carlito ready for the Masterlock, when Carliot kicked Masters in the groin, and rolled him up using the ropes for the 3 count
Shawn Michaels & "God" defeated The McMahons in a pretty interesting match, as the McMahons were in total control. Vince dismissed the referee halfway through and said he would take over the officiating. Shane got cocky, and accidentally hit his father over the head with the brass knux as HBK ducked. Shane then turned right into a Sweet Chin Music and HBK picked up the win as he used Vince's hand to make the 1-2-3. After the match, Vince said it was over, he's got better things to attend to then go against God
In a terrific main event, John Cena retained his WWE championship. Edge seemed to have it summed up after he clotheslined HHH out of the ring. Edge then Speared John Cena and the ref went for the count, but before he could make it a 3, VINCE MCMAHON PULLED THE REF OUT OF THE RING! Vince hit the referee, as Shane came through the crowd and leveled Edge with a steel chair. Vince then rolled HHH into the ring and told him to cover Cena. HHH smiled and went to cover the champ, but Shane hit HHH across the back of the head with the steel chair, then placed Cena over the champion, and Vince revealed he had a ref's shirt on, and made the 3 count to a gigantic amount of heat
After the match, Vince & Cena shook hands, and Cena had turned heel and alligned himself with the McMahons in a shocking turn of events, leaving the crowd in shock. McMahon announced that RAW will never be the same again as the PPV went off air
The following superstars have been released from the RAW brand:
Armando Alejandro Estrada, Ashley, Candice, Danny Basham, Gene Snitsky, Ric Flair (retiring), Stacy Kiebler, Trevor Murdoch, Umaga, Viscera
The Spirit Squad have been sent back to OVW for further training after a poor showing at recent house shows

Well there's all the info you guys should need. RAW will be up next Monday. I am looking forward to doing this thread, as I am now sharing the work, and I won't be constantly doing it all by myself.
randyorton24 was a good booker last year as most people will remember and we are hoping to entertain all you readers and make this thread as good as it can be.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™
Believe it or not, Randy Orton 24 was one of the two bookers who inspired me to start a thread. the other being Kid O Mac. Great to see him back, especially with Renegade™.
The goal of this thread will be to have a PPV posted.

Great to see RandyOrton24 return, he was my favourite booker when he did this a year ago. Good luck with this and I like the Backlash results.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™
This will be a great thread i would have thought, if you both are still up to your old standards. If i'm thinking correctly, then the old thread by RandyOrton24 and IceColdKilla was one of my favourites when it was around, and Renegade is a great booker, so this should work well
Nice results from Backlash, and the heel turn from Cena was good to see, and a strong way to end the ppv.
Only thing i would say is that with the rosters changed as much as they have been, its not really a WWE thread, but i'm sure that wont be a problem
Good luck with this anyway
