Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

I'm fairly sure this is the first time i've reviewed your show so this should be interesting. I'll try and pick up on your storylines as i go along too.

Raw Review

haas/hall - decent match action, had to laugh at that line "he can still cut it for a 48 year old". I think the finish was intelligent as when you mentioned the crowd torn between the two the ending to me wouldn't have been as much. Not a huge fan of haas as champion though as nowadays 90% of his wins are via roll-up, hope you can keep the IC title scene fresh.

RVD/Foley promo - in character, great team signing IMO too. not much else to say here.

Triple-H/ HBK promo - Some of the quotes here were humorous but when Hunter turned his back around for like the third time it became stale, and the crowd continuesly chanting "OOOO" kinda enforced that. I think Shawn should have given a bit more speaking-wise here and with Triple-H supposedly "furious" he was certainly too light-hearted.

tag match - venis and maven are a bit of an odd pairing, and these two going up against cade/jindrak isn't hugely appealing entertainment wise. some decent match action with an ok finish (a clean heel win, which are more rare nowadays) and when king said that the champs should fight fairly it confused me since cade/kindrak didn't cheat to win.

jindrak/cade interview - relatively straight to the point, neither guy has much of a personality though so in charater isn't a phrase i could use here.

foley/hall promo - should make a good match next week if it goes fairly. "Damn Chico" got a smile out of me.

A-train/Austin - Was suprised to see Austin get so much domination when A-train is the bigger and physically stronger of the two men. The finish was pretty funny but the aftermath made it more memorable. Cena's blood smear moment reminded me of Lesnar and Zach Gowen a few years back, so that was pretty cool.
A-Train, who clutches at his groin area, and hops around into a third Stunner!
Isnt this the fourth?

Austin attack - done well and the attack was very graphic, this fued is getting hotter.

vince promo - shawns in with the MacMahons then, next weeks match should be pretty good. I'm glad the stipulation was added as if it was a plain match then Hunters odds of winning would be alot smaller due to Shawn.

rhyno/goldust - good match with some nice action here, the aftermath made me laugh though, as it did to rhyno. Is Coach on crack? He'd make one funny champion though.

carlito's cabana - started off well with carlito definetly in character. AJ coming out was unexpected as i thought there would be an official guest tonight. Then Test comes out who i'm not a big fan of at all, now these three face off in like a mini fued before SummerSlam. Hmm when AJ came out i would have thought a triple threat match for the title would have been alot better but this one atleast will get more fued time.

6 man tag - i liked this match because it had alot of flowing action, good to see the outlaws pick up a win before their match with the champions.

bishoff promo - In character all round i think, everyone who spoke got their point across and i'm glad the rock came out first to back up foleys stance. Cactus Jacks emergence was slightly random i thought as there was no hints towards that side of him during the show like when he was with RVD or when he was with Hall, but the War Games match definetly looks in the favour of Foley right about now.

Realism: Seemed fairly realistic, Didnt like the lack of a main event though as 95% of Raws tend to end that way. 8/10

Length: Reasonable length, no real complaints here to be honest. 9/10

Quality / Entertainment: I'd say this was entertaining. Still not sure if this would be an episode i'd watch myself as tonights show kinda had all the titles besides hardcore get eclipsed. 7.5/10

Spelling / Grammar: No mistakes i could see. 10/10

Matches / Booking: I think the right guys won IMO, the lack of a main event once more brought the match result down though. 8/10
Overall: 85/100

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

A nice way to kick off the show with an IC Title Match. A good match even though in real life it would definatley be a stinker because of Hall. Interference by Masters costs Hall the match and forget this match, if Hall and Masters faced each other that would definatley be a stinker. Anyway it is still nice way to push Masters putting him in the ring with a legend.

Nice addition to team Foley there with RVD.

Very good promo here, it was a very intense promo. HBK/HHH feuds have been done to death in the WWE, but i am sure this is gonna be a good fued. Liked that HBK walked away from a fight with HHH, making us wait for a confrantation.

Nice victory here for Cade and Jindrak, the squash victory made them look good with such a convincing victory.

Thank god Hall v Masters is not on Summerslam, will be intresting to see who picks the victory in this match.

Basic squash match here with Stone Cold going Stunner's Galore, but that ends as Cena comes out and beats the holy hell out of Stone Cold. After the break Austin returns Cena's attack, i think he recovered too quickly from the attack however.

Nice match announcement there and it seems like HHH has a huge task to retain his title seeing his problems with the McMahon's and HBK, but i expect him to come out of the match still as champ.

Good victory for Rhyno despite the anitcs of Goldust. Rhyno v Coach should be interesting, i have a feeling someone will interfere to help out Coach because he wouldn't be that cocky if it was just him v Rhyno.

Decent Cabana here started off well but dropped at the end as some lines sounded out of character.

Good victory for DX sending Jindrak and Cade a message by beating Striker and Dupree. I hope that Jindrak and Cade beat NAO, as it would do them a whole lot of good beating a team like the NAO and the Outlaws are well past it.

Last segment was good but like KOP said nothing too major except for a traditional Rock promo and a beatdown at the end of it. Good to see Cactus Jack back, and i'm liking the build up for Summerslam.

Realism: Seemed mostly realistic to me, but there was one or two things like Steve Austin recovering that quickly from a bloody beatdown by Cena. 8/10

Length: Was the right length for a Raw show 10/10

Quality / Entertainment: An entertaining show but there wasn't really any main events which costs the rating on the quality side. 8/10

Spelling/Grammer: A few mistakes i noticed during the show but nothing serious. 9/10

Matches / Booking: No real main event and not really any strong good matches on the show. I liked the booking and i like how you are dealing with the Austin/Cena fueds and the buildup for the War Games. 8/10

Overall:86/100

Also, did I post your Bad Blood review? I keep thinking I did, and I swear I DEFNITELY wrote it out, but I forget, horrible memory. If not, I'll find it again and post it, I remember doing it on the car trip torwards my grandparent's house a while back :D

Raw Review

Opening Promo:
Great start to the show, with all involved written very well, and in character for the most part. HBK/HHH at Summerslam should be awesome, and I'm wondering if we will see a distinct heel turn for HBK, or will he maintain his tweener role? The Handicap Match at SNME shopuld also be very interesting, and I have a feeling this is where Michaels turn will take place, but which side will he choose?

Rhino vs. Coach: Funny little match for the most part, with Rhino dominating once again, until Raven makes another appearance, costing the Man Beast the Championship. Coach steals another victory, but I see Rhiono picking up a win before Summerslam, resulting in the match between Rhino and Raven having the Title on the line.

John Cena Promo: Didn't really seem in character to me, Cena just didn't sound like himself. Nether the less, the huge feud continues to be built well, and the Contract Signing should be very, very interesting.

Scott Hall/Mick Foley Segment: Hmmm, not to fond of the fact that Hall will be the final participant, I just feel like his prime has come and gone, and it's time to give the younger guys a crack. In any case, Foley's Team is stacked with legendary icons, and I am marking out to see who will prevail at Summerslam!

Charlie Hass/AJ Styles vs. Carlito/Test: MOTN so far, awesome action, with Carlito refusing to tag in Test throughout. Finally Carlito leaves to a big response from the fans, as Hass picks up a huge win for his team. Shock heel turn from Hass after the match was very unexpected, and a feud between the two should be awesome!

McMahon/Jindrack/Cade Segment: Nice little segment here, which further builds tonights main event. Could the McMahon's turn the tables on HBK tonight, or will Michaels stick to his word?

Contract Sigining: Great segment, very well written, and now the match is officially on! Cena pays Austin back from last week, by demolishing Stone Cold's most prized possesion, before elaving the Texas Rattlesnake a bloody mess in the ring! I can't wait until these two meet face to face at Summerslam!

John Cena in Ring Promo: Good little segment on unlimited, and the Battle Rap next week should be very interesting to say the least:D

Shelton Benjamin vs. The Rock: Huge win for Shelton here, in a match that has to be considered MOTN so far. Awesome athletic action from both men, which makes me want to see more of these two in the ring together.

Shelton Benjamin/Christian Segment: Great segment here, and the heat between Team Bicshoff continues to grow! Will they cost their Boss his job?

Edge vs. Sting: Another fantastic match, with the Rated R Superstar picking up a monstrous win, thanks to a little help from Christian. It looks like these two are on the same page for now, but how long will that last?

Main Event: Awespme match, just fantastic, with both men looking very strong as a result of the No Contest finish! I can't wait for SNME, where I feel the HBK turn will take place!

Overall: Great show from you man, a very enjoyable read. 9/10!

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

Very interesting opening to the show, with HBK getting a title match despite crossing the McMahons. They obviously have something planned for Summerslam to ensure that HHH doesn’t keep the title, and HBK still appears to be the heel on his own

Coach keeps the title again thanks to Raven, and I guess that Raven and Rhyno in a hardcore match is being set up at some point. Maybe at Summerslam, but definitely at Unforgiven

Not too keen on the Cena promo, but this has been a violent and bloody feud, and it looks like tonight we will have a contract signing

Scott Hall was the obvious and possibly only choice to be the 5th man on team Foley, and even though I’m not a fan of him, he is the right person to put on the team, and the 5 on 5 match is looking great so far

Haas and AJ pick up the win in the tag match, but Carlito doesn’t want to be tagged in, which costs his side the win. The triple threat at SNME should be a solid match, and at the moment I see Carlito getting the win

Haas appears to have turned heel out of nowhere, which gives him a dimension to his character. Expecting Carlito to win now his name was mentioned

Austin comes out, and it is time for the contract signing. Cena has the edge this time though, by destroying Austin’s monster truck, and then beating Austin to a bloody pulp, and the match at Summerslam is on. Has to be no holds barred, as otherwise a no contest is the only result in fitting with the feud. Battle rap at SNME will be great as well, as you can actually write some good raps, so it will be interesting to see how this pans out

Shelton gets the win over the Rock by cheating in what would have been a good match, but is just to hype the Bischoff/Foley stuff. I guess a rematch could well be happening next week to allow the Rock to get a win back

Bischoff has a team full of egos, and I don’t see them not exploding before SS, as something has to blow, and to be honest, Christian is having run ins with everyone, who he is the likely one to turn

Good promo from Edge, who is primed to be the next big heel in this thread, and gets the win over Sting to prove it, but with some help from Christian, who will no doubt take all the credit for what has just happened

Main event ends in a no contest, which keeps both HHH and HBK strong, and sets up the handicap match for SNME well. I see HHH overcoming the odds again there, but a screwjob from HBK could be in order

ORRY'S Unforgiven Review

Sunday Night Heat:
Standard addition of heat, with some hype being put into the show, although not as much as expected, and a few matches taking place.

Charlie Hass vs. AJ Styles: Just a note before I get into the match review, I'm a little dissapointed there was no opening video for this PPV, as I feel videos add that something extra and create even more suspense for the show to come. Anyway, what a way to kick off the show with the rubber match in the Styles/Hass feud, and damn did it ever live up to its hype! Great action, as expected, from both men, with AJ coming out on top in the end to claim the IC Title for his own. Great start!

Nice little promo here, an effective way to get the Degenerates and Striker on the show. Funny segment, and Simmons interjection at the end was right on cue.

Cade and Jindrak vs. The Dudley Boyz: I like Cade and Jindrak as a team, and their run as Champions has been entertaining so far, but with lack of real solid build heading into this match, I must admit it was not one I was particularly looking forward to. However, you proved me wrong and managed to pull out a great match, and as you can probally work out, I'm happy with the result and the fact Cade/Jindrak are still the Champs. Now just bring in some frsh teams to feud with the Champions, and BANG, the Division is firing on all cylinders again.

Nice segment here from Coachman, and despite the fact I feel Brown is pretty solid on the stick, his pairing with Coach is definately a good one. This next match should be very solid!

Monty Brown vs. Carlito: This was another really solid match, with some great back and forth action from these two rising stars throughout. After some typical strength vs. speed wrestling earlier on, Carlito looked to have the match won until Coach got incoled. The manager copped a faceful of apple from the Caribbean superstar, but Brown hit an unexpected Pounce to pick up the win. Good result, and I liked how you retained Carlito's credibilty by having the result stained with controversy.

Nice vignette here adding hype to the upcoming No Mercy PPV.

Heyman/Holly segment left me thinking that there is somethign more going on here that meets the eye. We'll just have to wait and see how the next match goes down.

Rhyno vs. Hardcore Holly: Great start to the match, I loved the big spot earlier on, a nice touch indeed. Foley is down and out, and Heyman hits the ring, closely followed by heaps of Smackdown Superstars. WHAT! IT'S AUSTIN! Stone Cold hits the ring, Stunning the shit out of everyone in sight, which gives the Manbeast adequate time to nail the Gore and win the match and the Title.

Funny promo from Captain Charisma here, the Instant Classic insults everyone he can think of, and is obviously feeling pretty good heading into the big Triple Threat match up next.

Christian vs. Shelton Benjamin vs. Rob Van Dam: MOTN so far IMO, with some fast paced, entertaining wrestling action throughout. All three guys, particularly Benjamin and Christian, are great workers, which in turn made the match turn put just that little bit more special, and the finish was great, with Christian not only winning the contest, but gaining big heat in the process.

Austin/Rock segment was a nice touch added to the show, and was definately a 'bigtime' moment in my eyes, although I would have liked to have seen a little more animosity shared between these two icons, considering their past.

John Cena vs. Kane: A solid match here, allbeit not mindblowing. Kane dominated the earlier stages of the contest, but an oppurtunistic Cena came back strongly, working over the injured arm of Kane. In the end, Cena has to resort to cheating to pick up the win, nailing Kane with a steel chain then an F-U to gain victory. Nice finish here, as Cena came across looking storng, whilst Kane didn't lose any credibility because of the dodgy finish.

Decent promo from Edge here, even if he did tend to slip in and out of character at points. The segment served its purpose in hyping the next match, one in which I am very much looking forward too.

Edge and Lita vs. The Rock and Trish Stratus: A decent match here, you delivered it pretty well, and all 4 stars came across as they should have. Edge nailing the Spear to Trish was the logical way to end the match, and by the looks of things this Edge/Rock feud is far from over, which is most definately a good thing.

Vince/HBK segment was intense to say the least, and if I wasn't looking forward to the main event before (which I was anyway), then I definately am now:D

HBK vs. Triple H: Awesome main event, awesome match, awesome end to the show! The emotion and personal hatred heading into thismatch made the contest all the more enjoyable, and with the added figure of Vince McM<ahon looming in the shadows, this certainly was a match to remember, and a more than fitting way to end the night. McMahon got owned in this match to say the least, suffering from a number of devestating blows. The finish was great, with all the reversals, and finally HHH is able to gain the Championshp once again. Great end to a great night.

Overall: A very solid PPV here man, with no matches flopping badly, and every promo coming across fairly well. The main event was obviously MOTN, and a fitting way to end the rivalry. 8.5/10!

Backlash Results

Mickie James defeated Trish Stratus to retain the Womens title after she hit a Mick Kick to Trish

Umaga defeated Ric Flair in under 10 minutes. After the match, Ric Flair got on the mic and announced his retirement from wrestling, and left to many "We Want Flair nd "Don't Go" chants. Umaga was released however, not liking his character or it's direction

Rob Van Dam defeated Shelton Benjamin by DQ when Shelton got frustrated with the resilliance of Van Dam and nailed him with a chair shot right in front of the referee. RVD kept his MITB contract, and Shelton remains IC champion. Was an amazing match and MOTN

Kane beat The Big Show in a brutal, big man match which never really got underway, and Kane ended off the big fight by Chokeslamming Big Show off the stage. Big Show was injured and will be out for atleast 2 months with back problems after taking the bump

Carlito got a win over Chris Masters, once again out-smarting his bigger opponent by bringing a chair into the ring. The ref was taking the chair out, and Masters had Carlito ready for the Masterlock, when Carliot kicked Masters in the groin, and rolled him up using the ropes for the 3 count

Shawn Michaels & "God" defeated The McMahons in a pretty interesting match, as the McMahons were in total control. Vince dismissed the referee halfway through and said he would take over the officiating. Shane got cocky, and accidentally hit his father over the head with the brass knux as HBK ducked. Shane then turned right into a Sweet Chin Music and HBK picked up the win as he used Vince's hand to make the 1-2-3. After the match, Vince said it was over, he's got better things to attend to then go against God

In a terrific main event, John Cena retained his WWE championship. Edge seemed to have it summed up after he clotheslined HHH out of the ring. Edge then Speared John Cena and the ref went for the count, but before he could make it a 3, VINCE MCMAHON PULLED THE REF OUT OF THE RING! Vince hit the referee, as Shane came through the crowd and leveled Edge with a steel chair. Vince then rolled HHH into the ring and told him to cover Cena. HHH smiled and went to cover the champ, but Shane hit HHH across the back of the head with the steel chair, then placed Cena over the champion, and Vince revealed he had a ref's shirt on, and made the 3 count to a gigantic amount of heat

After the match, Vince & Cena shook hands, and Cena had turned heel and alligned himself with the McMahons in a shocking turn of events, leaving the crowd in shock. McMahon announced that RAW will never be the same again as the PPV went off air

The following superstars have been released from the RAW brand:

Armando Alejandro Estrada, Ashley, Candice, Danny Basham, Gene Snitsky, Ric Flair (retiring), Stacy Kiebler, Trevor Murdoch, Umaga, Viscera

The Spirit Squad have been sent back to OVW for further training after a poor showing at recent house shows

RAW
Lexington, Kentucky

*Opening video*

*Pyro*

Styles: Welcome to WWE RAW, just 24 hours removed from Backlash, and what a night it was!

King: That's right Joey, Rob Van Dam & Shelton Benjamin still have not resolved their differences, as Shelton got himself DQ'd by hitting Van Dam with a chair in what can only be described as a classic match!

Coach: That wasn't all guys, Mickie James retained her Womens title beating Trish Stratus for the second time, in consecutive PPV's.

Styles: And check this out, in an unreal brawl, Kane Chokeslammed Big Show off the stage, and Big Show is now out for at the very least 2 months with spinal injuries.

*Video is shown of Kane Chokeslamming Big Show off the stage*

King: Kane has snapped and become a sadistic monster again, and he's going to be wanting destruction of anyone in his path!

Styles: But the big talking point of last night was John Cena walking out of Backlash still the WWE champion, after alligning himself with the McMahons, and screwing over HHH & Edge in the process!

Coach: I gotta admit guys, I'm beggining to dig John Cena as of late!

*No Chance* hits and the crowd boos the hell out of Vince & Shane as they walk to the ring seeming happy, despite their tag team loss last night. Vince struts around in the middle of the ring, while Shane gets a couple of mics

Vince: Thank you Shane. Now la.....

Vince is cut off as a huge *HHH* chant starts up, which disgusts McMahon

Vince: SHUDDUP!

Crowd gives heat

Vince: Just 24 hours ago, you witnessed history! You saw John Cena retain against all the odds, once again. You saw myself and my son Shane here, turn away from that egotistical son of a bitch son in law of mine, HHH!

Crowd erupts at the mention of HHH, then boos Vince again

Vince: Why did we do it? I'll tell you why! Everytime that prick wanted something, he'd come sulking to me, and kissing my ass until I gave him a title shot, or a match, or whatever he wanted. HHH would have accomplished NOTHING if it wasn't for me! He'd still have his brash attitude, and he'd be telling people left, right and center to "Suck It"

Crowd pops at the DX mention

Vince: And I had enough. Last night when I lost to HBK and "God", I had a vision. I realized that you people will continue to boo John Cena.....

A *Cena Sucks* chant gets going

Vince: So why not turn this in my favour. I struck a deal with John, if he wanted to keep that belt, by any means necessary, and he did by the way, then he would have to allign himself with the McMahons. And John had no worries turning his back on all of you low lives, who he worked his heart out for, only for you to turn on him!

Crowd cheers

Vince: So at this time, I would like you to welcome your WWE Champion, John Cena!

*My Time Is Now* fills the arena to an amazing amount of heat, the boos literally rock the building it's so heavy. Cena walks out with a giant grin on his face and taunts the crowd with the belt, wavin the "You Cant See Me" pose to the crowd, who jeer him again. Cena then rolls into the ring and shakes hands with Shane, then with Vince, before hugging Vince, which garners more heat

Styles: O please, get a room. This is pathetic!

Coach: Shutup Joey, sit down and watch. These guys are running the show now!

Cena: Yo, yo, yo, yo!

The crowd boos heavily as Cena smiles

Cena: The champ is STILL HEEEEERE!

Cena raises the WWE title up high as the crowd boos again, and Cena keeps it raised high

Cena: Who ever thought, that John Cena would walk in, and walk out of this arena last night with this belt still around my waist? I don't think any of you do. All you did was hate me 'coz you ain't me!

Crowd boos Cena again

Cena: Although, I'll give HHH & Edge their dues, they fought well. But they had, as my good mate here would say "No Chance in Hell" of beating me.

Crowd boos

Vince: That was good John, and I think this is going to be the start of a solid business relationship.....

*The Game* cuts in to a massive pop as HHH walks out on stane looking pissed off, not wearing a snazzy suit like usual, but dressed in street clothes. He walks back and forth on stage, looking with a seething hatred towards Cena and the McMahons

Vince: Well look who it is, it's The Game, Tri....

HHH: Shut it!

The crowd pops as Vince's face changes to a stern look

HHH: I gotta admit, last night, you got me. Crafty. I didn't see it coming, when you, being the big man you were, had Shane there to do the dirty work and hit me with the chair. I had eight stitches back here. It still hurts.

HHH holds the back of his head

Vince: I could care less Hunter, your days of being at the top are over. It's time to move on, you're past your prime.

HHH: That's rich coming from you Vince, you've hit the pensioners age and you still think you've got what it takes to wrestle. You should've been in a nursing home 5 years ago.

Crowd laughs, Vince is getting pissed in the ring

Shane: Hey Hunter, why don't you come down here and back that big mouth of yours up huh? C'mon!

HHH smiles and thinks for a moment, the crowd have come alive, cheering for The Game, as he nods and heads to the ring. HHH gets in and right in Shane's face, but Vince steps in between them to heat

Vince: Hunter if you lay a finger on my son I'll see to it you never wrestle for the WWE championship again!

HHH backs off, and leans against the ropes

HHH: Vince you of all people know that you don't ever try and play The Game, I'm the King of Kings and I should be sitting back at my throne if it wasn't for you.

Vince: If it wasn't for me you wouldn't have been the "King of Kings" even once Hunter, don't you dare try and tell me you'd be something, I MADE YOU WHAT YOU ARE! But the time has come to make someone else the leader of the WWE, and that man is John Cena. And there's nothing you can do about it.

HHH: No?

Vince: HELL NO!

HHH strokes his beard

HHH: I'm not gonna tip-toe around the issue anymore, Vince, I want a shot at THAT title, tonight!

The crowd cheers, while Cena shakes his head and makes a "No" motion with his arms

Vince: You cocky bastard, you think you can just come out here and ask for a title match? You can have your title match, over my dead body!

Crowd boos as Vince smiles right in front of HHH, who takes a step back and levels the chairman with a right hand, and the crowd goes wild. HHH starts pummeling on Vince, but Shane & John Cena attack HHH and now it's 3 on 1 against HHH

The trio continue to put the boots to HHH, then the McMahons hold HHH up while John Cena gets the WWE championship, and raises it above his head, ready to hit HHH on the head with it, but EDGE SHOWS UP FROM NO WHERE AND SPEARS JOHN CENA!

The crowd cheers as Edge levels Shane with a right hand, and Vince quickly rolls out of the ring, joining John Cena and his son Shane

Vince: Edge you good for nothing piece of crap! I'm not standing for this, tonight it's going to be you Edge, teaming up with HHH, and you're gonna face John Cena, Shane and myself in a handicap match!

The crowd cheers as the McMahons & John Cena retreat up the ramp, while inside the ring Edge & HHH share an uneven staredown as we fade to a commercial

-Commercials-

Styles: Welcome back to RAW folks, if you missed what transpired before the break, Edge saved HHH from a beat down, and now tonight they will team up to take on the McMahons and John Cena in a handicap tag match!

Coach: What was Edge doing, sticking his nose in business that didn't concern him!

King: I think Edge feels the same hatred for John Cena, and the same feeling that he was robbed by McMahon last night, Edge was the man in prime position to win the Triple Threat match when the McMahons showed up and ruined it last night!

Styles: But can HHH & Edge get along tonight? That's the question.

*Ain't No Stoppin' Me* hits to fair heat as Shelton Benjamin makes his way to the ring for the opening contest, in his pimped out fashion, not looking too pleased with being unable to put RVD away last night

Shelton: Rob, take a look at what I do to Charlie Haas right here, because that's what I'll be doing to you next time we meet boy!

*World's Greatest* hits to a good pop as Charlie Haas runs to the ring, ready for this big opportunity

Match 1
Intercontinental Championship
Charlie Haas vs Shelton Benjamin (c)

Terrific contest between the two, a big improvement over their pre-Backlash outing.
Haas starts off brightly, constantly putting Shelton on the back foot, but a slip-up while Haas was going for a sunset flip, gives Shelton his chance to get back into the match.
Shlton dominates the middle period, controlling Haas and keeping him grounded, although at times he finds it hard to do as Haas seems to have Shelton scouted for all his favoured moves.

Towards the ending, Shelton has Haas in a waistlock. Haas battles to his feet and elbows Shelton to the jaw. Haas now jumps up and rolls through with a HH pin 1.....2....Shelton kicks out.
Haas fires up with multiple clotheslines to Shelton, then a back body drop.
Haas now gets Shelton in position for a German suplex, but Shelton lands on his feet, and Haas turns right into a shin kick to the head. Shelton hooks the leg 1.....2....Haas gets a shoulder up!
Shelton is shocked, but he waits for Haas to get up, and as he is about to hit the T-Bone *One Of A Kind* hits to a huge pop.

Shelton lets Haas go and turns to the titantron to see RVD out on stage with a bandage over his forehead from last night's chair shot.
Shelton dares RVD to come and get some, but he has taken his eye off Haas, who sneaks up on Shelton, spins him around and nails a T-Bone of his own! Haas covers and gets the win to a huge cheer, and a shock upset

Winner @ 11:34 - Charlie Haas
New Intercontinental Champion

Haas rolls outside and falls to his knees, celebrating, as he is handed the IC title, and he hugs it, then jumps into the crowd and celebrates with them, while Shelton is in total dissaray in the ring, he looks at RVD who is still on the stage, smiling back at Shelton, RVD then heads backstage with Shelton throwing a fit in the ring

Styles: Charlie Haas has done it in only his second match back since he re-joined the company, Haas has beaten Shelton Benjamin to become the Intercontinental champion!

King: Albeit with a little help from Mr. Monday Night, but it could not be a better victory for Haas, the second time in 3 weeks he has beaten Shelton!

Coach: Shelton would still be champ if not for RVD! I hope Shelton makes him pay, this was just low from RVD!

Styles: Coach, please, remove your lips from Shelton's ass! Get over it, your boy lost!

We go backstage and see Vince hobbling down the halls with Shane by his side, looking very displeased

Vince: I'll make that no good SOB pay, do what you can Shane, I want HHH leaving this arena tonight on a stretcher!

Shane: I'm on it..

Shane rushes off down the hall, as Vince continues walking, and opens the door to his office

We got to another commercial with Vince closing the door

-Commercials-

We return to see a shot of the Rupp Arena from the outside which gets a pop from the crowd, we then come into the arena and see that Christian has the Peep Show set up. The crowd is cheering for Christian, who seems pleased to be back

Christian: You are looking at Captain Charisma, and I'm back baby, and better than ever. Where my peeps at?

The crowd gives a pop as Christian points out into the crowd

Christian: O wait, this is Lexington isn't it? My bad, put your hands down, you don't deserve to be pointed at by me. You don't deserve to be in those seats watching me right now, you don't deserve to breathe the same air I breathe.

Crowd boos Christian

Christian: But I'll make an exception just for tonight, 'coz you guys do good chicken!

Crowd boos Christian even louder, as Christian cracks a smile

Christian: But seriously, how many of you pre-ordered your tickets to this event, and thought that Christian would be back, and ready to roll like the old days? I bet none of you did. Then again, it's not your fault, your intellect let you down, when you heard RAW, you thought you were buying tickets to a chicken eating contest....

Crowd boos Christian again, with his jokes getting lame and repetitive

Christian: OK, OK, I'll stop. As you may remember, last year I left this company on my own, I wasn't "fired". I told that old man....

Crowd pops, as Christian insults McMahon

Christian: That if I wasn't given the respect I deserved, I'd leave. Did you know what happened when I left. You guys got stuck with Vanilla Ice as your World champion, and a guy from the retirement village as your Intercontinental champion!

Crowd boos Christian, after popping when he'd insulted Cena

Christian: I was the backbone of this company, I sold merchandise, I sold out arena's world wide, so all the ladies could get a sneak at the Peeps Package, and all the guys could worship me......

*IF YA SMELL* hits to an electric ovation, as the crowd blows the roof off the building and THE ROCK makes his way to the ring, the crowd still going banana's. Rock poses on the turnbuckle, soaking up the tremendous pop, then gets a mic and gets into the ring

Christian: What are you doing? I haven't introduced you y.....

Rock puts his hand up in front of Christian, while the crowd cheers. Rock tilts his head forwards

Rock: Finally, The Rock has come back to Kentucky!

The crowd goes wild and starts a massive *Rocky* chant, while Christian shakes his head and tries to talk, only to have Rock slap his mic to the floor to a huge pop

Rock: SHUT YOUR MOUTH JABRONI!

Crowd cheers again while Christian holds his hands up, and backs off

Rock: You stand here in this very ring, and you run your mouth, with the same old boring chicken jokes, you say you were the backbone of this company. You must be on crack!

The crowd pops again and another *Rocky* chant gets started

Christian: Rock, while you were off making your shoddy movies, I rolled like only Captain Charisma can an.....

Rock: And you rolled straight into the un-employment line, and through the doors of TNA! You accomplished about as much as a chippendale dancer!

The crowd goes wild as Christian seems to be getting annoyed with The Rock

Christian: You better watch it Rock, or I'll show you what a real People's champion can do when he's pissed!

Rock: Excuse me? Are you sure you're all there today? Have you been backstage downing all of Austins beer?

Crowd cheers

Rock: Hows your lips?

Christian: What? They're fine....

Rock: Well if you keep running them like you have so far The Rock's gonna smack 'em off your face, pick them up and make you kiss my American ass!

Crowd erupts as Christian takes a step back, and goes to hit The Rock, but The Rock ducks it, then loads up Christian and plants him with a Rock Bottom!

Rock now mounts the turnbuckle and plays to the crowd to a huge pop as Christian lays out in the middle of the ring

Styles: The Rock is back, and Christian just found out in the worse way possible!

Coach: That was uncalled for from The Rock! Christian didn't want to fight, and the People's "Chump" hit him with a cheap shot!

King: Coach do you honestly believe the crap that comes out of your mouth? Good god, stop sucking up to everyone the fans seem to hate.

We go backstage now and see Kane walking down the halls, breathing extremely heavily, he gets a mixed reaction from the fans, but the boos far outdo the cheers

Kane then stops and holds his head, like it had just started to hurt. Kane moves around, holding his head and puts a hole in the wall with a punch. Kane then walks away still holding his head, and we go back to the commentary team, who all seem confused

King: Alright then.........

Styles: Well something is obviously up with Kane, don't go anywhere we'll be right back!

-Commercials-

We return and see Eugene & Goldust in the ring, ready for action

*The Resistance* plays and the crowd boos as Dupree & Conway come out, waving the French & Quebec flags around to more heat

Match 2
Tag Team Tournament Match
Goldust/Eugene vs La Resistance

A fairly bland match, filled with the comedic antics of Goldust & Eugene throughout, but when Resistance get serious and isolate Eugene, the light crowd support dies out, with the fans not really into the match.

Resistance work on Eugene for a while, then Conway goes to smash his head into the turnbuckle, but Eugene rebounds out angry, and as Conway tries it again, he gets the same result.
Eugene now fights back with right hands, then sends Conway to the ropes, and takes him up in an Airplane spin. Eugene drops Conway, and Dupree runs in only to be taken down with a dropkick.
Eugene tags in Goldust who comes in like a house of fire with knock downs left, right and center.

Goldust now sets up Conway for the Golden Globes, but as he is about to deliver, a large pyro display goes off and KANE is making his way to the ring, with the 4 in ring combatants looking fearful.

Kane steps into the ring and nails Eugene with a right hand, and the ref calls for a DQ

Winner @ 7:21
NO CONTEST

Kane now nails the charging in Goldust with a big boot, then pulls Rene Dupree up and drills him to the mat with a Chokeslam! Kane now scoops up Goldust again and plants him with a Tombstone!

Kane isn't done, as he goozles Eugene and Chokeslams him to the mat. Kane now turns to Conway, who is getting out of the corner, and drills him with a Chokeslam also! Kane now stands tall and lets off his pyro, and heads to the back still holding his head and looking demonic as ever

Styles: MY GOD! Kane just destroyed the 4 men involved in this tag team contest, what carnage.

King: He's a madman, and someone's gotta stop him!

Coach: The man is clearly out of his mind and in need of a long trip back to the mental ward.

Styles: Kane has really turned into his old, twisted, evil self.

We cut to the backstage area and see Kane making his way through the halls, moaning and holding his head still. He passes a snack table and knocks all the snacks iff it, then comes to another table with beer on it, and tips it over. Kane continues to walk off

King: I can't wait till we get our new GM Styles, this place is a madhouse with Vince running the show and letting everything go![/COLOR][/B]

*Mickie* hits to no reaction whatsoever as Mickie James runs to the ring, with her Womens title still on her shoulder, however, she is not dressed like Trish anymore, she has her brunette hair back

*Asian Sensation* plays and Gail Kim makes her way to the ring

Match 3
Women's Championship
Gail Kim vs Mickie James (c)

Match seems to have been kept short, as neither woman dominates, but Mickie seems to be in far better shape than Gail, who is struggling to keep Mickie down.

Gail goes for a suplex, but Mickie counters with a DDT, then makes a cover and Gail kicks out at 2.
Mickie screams at the ref for a faster count, then measures Gail, waiting to strike with the Mick Kick.
Gail gets to her feet and walks right into it, and Mickie picks up an easy win.

Winner @ 3:57 - Mickie James
Retains Women's Championship

Styles: Mickie james beat Trish Stratus last night, and just 24 hours later breazes past Gail Kim, she's gonna be a tough girl to beat.

Coach: She sure is Joey, I'll go and say she's the best Women's champ we've ever had.

King: Idiot.....

Styles: Coach's views are always obscured......

King: He keeps putting both his contacts in the one eye!

The camera goes backstage, and we are in the presence of Vince McMahon, who is warming up for later, when Shane walks in

Vince: Is it taken care of?

Shane: It's done dad, don't worry about it. They've got, no chance.

Vince: In hell.

The McMahons start laughing as Shelton Benjamin walks in

Vince: Ah Shelton, what can I do for you?

Shelton: Did you see what happened earlier?

Vince: Yes I did.

Shelton: Well I don't think that's fair Vince. RVD showed up and cost me my Intercontinental title!

Vince: I tell you what Shelton, next week, you get to pick RVD an opponent. It can be anyone you want?

Shelton: Anyone?

Vince: Anyone.

Shelton: Cool, thank you Mr. McMahon.

Shelton walks out as we cut to a commercial

-Commercial-

We return and HHH is in his locker room, taping up for the main event, which gets a big pop. Edge then walks in

HHH: Hey.

Edge: Hey Hunter, look, I just want you to know, earlier on, I didn't do that to help you, or be your "friend". I did that because those bastards robbed me of MY title, that I would've won.

HHH: Hey that's cool, I mean I don't like you either, but we gotta put our differences aside, just for tonight if that's the case.

Edge: Yeah, because no matter how much I hate you, it cannot compare to a tiny shred of the hatred I have for Marky Mark.....

Crowd cheers for the John Cena insult

HHH: Ditto. Let's just get the job done.

HHH extends his hand, and Edge accepts it. HHH then grabs his water and walks out, while Edge cracks a smile before walking out after him

Cade however has managed to work on Harris for a few monents, and he tags in Jindrak.

Jindrak whips Harris to the ropes and goes for a hip toss, but Harris blocks it, and counters with an inverted STO, drilling Jindrak's face to the mat.
The crowd claps on Harris, who tags in James Storm.

Storm hits the ring, takes down Jindrak with a clothesline, then knocks Cade off the apron.
Storm now ducks a clothesline from Jindrak and nails the Eight Second Ride to Jindrak! Storm then goes to cover Jindrak, Cade gets into the ring, but Harris hits him with a superkick, and the ref counts the 3 for AMW to advance

Coach: I gotta admit, I'm impressed, but I'm dissapointed with my boys Cade & Jindrak.

Todd Grisham is now backstage

Grisham: Ladies and gentlemen I am here, waiting to get an interview with Christian, and here he comes. Christian, what do you have to say about The Rock, after he gave you the Rock Bottom tonight?

Christian: Todd, if the People's Champ has a "People's Testicle" at all, he'll have no problem stepping into the ring with Captain Charisma next week here on RAW, so I can show him how the smack is layed down around here now. And that's how I roll!

Christian picks up his bag and heads into the parking lot, as we go to a commercial

-Commercial-

We return, and we see Todd Grisham approaching The Rock, who is also on his way out of the arena

Grisham: Rock, can I have a word, what do you have to say about Christian's challenge?

Rock: The Rock heard every little word that canuck had to say. Christian wants to act like he runs the show, like it's his house. Well Christian, what The Rock is gonna do next week, is accept your challenge for a match.....

New Tag Team Champions

The crowd erupts with boos as Test helps Cade & Jindrak to their newly won tag belts and trio celebrate on the ramp as Road Dogg gets back into the ring holding his head, and joins Billy who is on his knees, and the Outlaws swear and curse at the cheap tactics of the Corporation, as once again Test has helped Cade & Jindrak cheat to victory

Styles: The Outlaws had that match won, and damn Test once again got his buddies out of jail tonight!

Coach: Are you kidding me Styles? They were never in control, and the right people won the match, the Corporation adds more gold to the trophy case!

King: Although, later tonight, they may also lose a piece, if HHH gets the win over John Cena!

Coach: Be serious, The Game has NO CHANCE IN HELL!

We go backstage now and see Todd Grisham standing by

Grisham: Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time, Mr. McMahon!

Vince steps into the picture to MAJOR heat

Grisham: Mr. McMahon, you are here to announce who will take over as the GM of RAW. So, who is it?

Vince: I'm sorry. You're a little anxious aren't you, to find out who got the job? Was it Mick, or was it Eric.

Grisham: Yes. So who got it?

Vince: Neither of them.

The crowd is surprised and give some heat to Vince, who holds his hand up as if to say let me explain

Vince: Both men have done some great things, don't get me wrong, so I thought, why seperate this formulaic success, by getting rid of one of them......yet.

Grisham: What do you mean?

Vince: Well Todd as you know Summerslam is the biggest event of the summer, and I was thinking, why not give it the biggest match of the summer, and perhaps the year?

Crowd is getting anxious about were Vince is going with this

Vince: So, I'm announcing this now, a whole 8 weeks away from the event, because at Summerslam, it will be Team Foley vs Team Bischoff in an elimination War Games match, and the winning team's GM will become the sole GM of RAW!

Crowd loves the announcement

Vince: 5 men on each team, surrounded by the barbaric structure of steel, and unforgiving items under the ring. And only one team's GM will become the man on RAW. So there you have it Todd, now if you'll excuse me, I have to prepare to be the referee tonight, in the main event.

Grisham: Speaking of that, many people are saying that you're not going to be fair to The Game in this match, are they correct? Will you call it down the line?

Vince: O, the right man will win. Believe me.

Vince smiles and walks off, while Grisham sends it back to ringside

Styles: My ass the right man will win, he means John Cena will win. Mr. McMahon's refereeing tonight is gonna be about as useful as a cock flavoured lollipop!

King: Calm down Joey! WHOA! This is a PPV, not an uncut show!

Coach: If Vince says he'll do the right thing and the right man will win, I believe him!

Joey: Ass kisser.....

Winner - Sting

The crowd erupts as Sting has his arm raised, and EMT's rush to the rubbled area, and help both men cautiously onto stretchers, as the crowd chants *That Was Awesome*

Styles: MY GOD! What a hellacious matchup, and both men just experienced the true meaning of Hardcore!

King: That was unbelievable Styles! What those two men just put themselves through was off the charts.

Coach: I can tell you we won't be seeing these two men for a few weeks on RAW!

Styles: Well I'm being told Todd Grisham is standing by backstage, so let's cross over to him now.

Grisham: Thank you Joey, I am standing here with the man who later tonight will be going one on one with The Rock.... Captain Charisma, Christian!

Crowd boos as Christian steps into the picture all smiles, looking confident

Christian: You did that wrong.

Grisham: What?

Christian: You introduced me in the wrong way. You meant, "the man who will beat The Rock's B grade movie making behind back to where he belongs. In the "flop" section of the box office.

Grisham: There isn't a "flop" section at the box office.

Christian: Did I say you could talk? Because I don't think I did. Tonight, Captain Charisma rolls into Indiannapolis, gets his third successive win over The Rock, the People's "Chump" and then I'm off to bigger and better things, like taking the WWE title off whoever may have it after tonight.
See, The Rock has been playing my game lately. I faced him one on one, I beat him, I met him in a tag team match, and I pinned him. What else is there to it? Tonight, history repeats itself for a third time. Now if only history hadn't forgotten about this town.....

Crowd boos the heel heat

Christian: O please name something meaningful that has happened around here lately? What? Nothing, that's what I thought. Indiannopolis is a forgotten town, much like The Rock is a forgotten actor. You approach most people on the street, ask them to name a Rock movie, and they say "Cliffhanger!"

Crowd laughs, but overcomes it with boos

Christian: Now if you'll excuse me, I have to plan my victory celebration for all my peeps in the audience.....

Crowd boos, with one or two light cheers

Christian: O I didn't mean in this town, right after tonight, I'm going back Canada baby, where all my peeps are!

Crowd boos again as Christian walks off smiling and Todd sends it back to ringside

Is Now Undisputed MITB Holder

The crowd goes wild as RVD has his hand raised, and he gets to his feet, and holds the MITB contract in the air, and climbs the corner to salute the fans, raising it up again, before doing the thumb taunt as the crowd goes along *R-V-D*

Styles: Van Dam wins an amazing match! These two always create a spectacular setting when they meet, and tonight has been another classic to add!

King: The pace died off in the middle, but it was sizzling at the start and again at the finish! The man who got the win deserved it, believe me!

Coach: What a joke this is. Van Dam is a Sham! He got lucky.

Styles: Again? For the third time?

Coach: Yes.

King: Well that's it, Shelton can no longer challenge RVD for the MITB contract, as can no other superstar, it is locked with RVD until he decides to use it!

We now go back to the locker room of the Corporation, where Jindrak & Cade are jubilent to be the Tag Team champions, Test is also there, sitting down watching Cade & Jindrak party around, and Vince walks in, notices the duo acting like morons, and glances over to Test who just shrugs his shoulders, Vince then coughs, getting their attention

Cade: VINCE! VINCE! We did it! We won!

Cade hugs Vince who seems taken aback, Vince gulps before saying

Vince: OK Lance, well done, congratulations. Now please, get off me.

Cade moves away from Vince and stands next to Jindrak, who is smiling

Jindrak: Dude, you're gay.

Cade: I am not!

Vince: Calm down you two. As I said, congratulations are in order. You did well, but now, we have bigger fish to fry.

Test: I know Vince, we'll make sure Cena leaves here with the title. Count on us.

Vince: Well here's the thing. Half the locker room seems to think that siding with HHH is the cool thing to do, so you better make sure that whatever goes down, it goes down the right way. Now as we all know tonight I'm going to call this on straight down the middle......

There is a silent pause for a moment, before the four men burst out into laughter

Vince: Seriously though, Shane is out organizing who's gonna do the right thing and lumberjack for Cena, so just make sure, if and when the time comes, that HHH leaves here with his head lower than his kneecaps.

Test, Cade & Jindrak nod, and Vince turns and leaves, as the camera pans out

Styles: I don't like this at all.

King: I have a bad feeling about tonight's main event, just doesn't seem right.

Coach: Well to you it might now, but for me, the main event is going to be perfect....

Styles: Well folks coming up next is a first time event in the WWE, as the Intercontinental championship will be defended in a King of the Mountain match! Here's a rundown of this demonic, body bruising matchup, and how these six men came to be involved

Cena: Yo, yo, yo! Tonight the champ takes on The Game.
It'll be like a slaughter on a lame.
John Cena ain't gonna lose to the King of Kings
I'd be more embarassed if I was HHH and you knew the size of my ding-a-ling!

And what about the ass-whuppin' that just took place?
Edge beat the hell outta Austin
And left him with a bloody face.
Steve take a long hard look in the mirror
Try and see things clearer
You're done and past it
You're about as useful to this company as a stale sh*t

Then there's Scott Hall, the rebel, the Bad Guy himself
Pity the alco man's hung like a christmas elf....
Hamburger chest hair exposed all the time
Should be a god damn exposure crime!
His name should be changed to Scott Alco-Hall
He drinks up more than whats lined up on a liquour store wall

Back to Triple H, he's an eleven time champ
How many did he earn without screwing Steph McMahon?
Tonight, my fists do the talking
And when it's all set and done
These "rebels" be walking
Coz John Cena whipped them like a pot head whips grass
And if you ain't down you can kiss my ass

WORD LIFE!

HHH then blasts a couple of crotch chops right in front of Vince to a huge pop from the crowd.

Vince snarls as HHH holds Cena up by his head and hits him with a right hand as Cena falls down again.
Vince all of a sudden grabs HHH by the hair and throws him over the top rope to the lumberjacks and the heels jump all over HHH stomping and punching away at him.
A few of the heels stay, keeping the faces at bay, while Edge slams HHH's face into the steel steps and then he and Conway roll HHH back into the ring where Cena turns HHH over and covers him

Vince slowly wipes the spit off his cheek and tells Cena to brutalize him.
Cena gets off and starts pounding on him with lefts and rights in a flurry of fists.
Cena now whips HHH to the ropes, but lowers his head too early, and HHH comes back, grabs Cena and nails the facebuster to the knee.
Cena staggers out holding his jaw and HHH gets him from behind and takes him down with a shin breaker!

Vince sees that the tide is starting to turn, and turns his back as some of the heel lumberjacks pull HHH out of the ring and begin to beat down on him again.
The crowd boos, and the faces quickly rush over as the heels back off, HHH gets back to his feet and gets on the apron, and Cena comes at him, but the Game catches him and hangs him out over the ropes with a hangman's guillotine.
HHH gets into the ring and waits for Cena to get up, and takes him down with a big clothesline.
H now goes to the corner and leans against it and lets a crotch chop fly to a big pop, then runs in, leaps up and drops a knee to the head of Cena.

The crowd pops, as both men are down.

Vince is pissed and tries to revive Cena, while HHH starts to ge back up, but cannot see, his face a crimson mask.
Vince urges Cena to get back up and Cena walks right into a right hand from The Game, and is then whipped to the ropes and comes right back into a Spinebuster!

HHH lets Vince go, and Vince is desperation of not having Cena lose, taps on H's shoulder, then has a go at him about touching Vince.

Cena charges in with it, but HHH ducks, and cena clocks Vince with the belt!
The crowd explodes as Cena drops the belt in shock, and turns around, and has his head taken off by a massive clothesline.
Both men down, and the ref is too.

All of a sudden, Mike Chioda runs to the ring with an officials shirt on, obviously taking over until McMahon is back up.
HHH and Cena both get up at the same time, and Cena throws a right hand at HHH, who blocks and comes back with one of his own.
The face lumberjacks starts slapping on the apron, cheering on HHH as he pummels Cena back into the corner, but Cena blocks a shot and hits a right of his own to HHH, who stumbles out.
Cena now climbs the ropes and waits for HHH to turn around, before leaping off, but The Game catches Cena coming in and uses his own momentum to nail a spinning Powerslam!
HHH covers but Chioda tells him he cannot make the count.
HHH gets up and shakes his head, then tells Chioda to revive McMahon.

HHH sends Cena to the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Cena ducks it, HHH turns around and Cena loads up the Game for an FU, but HHH counters, and hooks the arms of Cena for a Pedigree!
HHH is about to deliver it, when Test comes in and takes HHH out with a big boot to huge heat.
The crowd then pops like crazy as Scott Hall slides into the ring and tackles Test to the floor, and all of a sudden, all the lumberjacks have broken out into a massive brawl in and around the ring.

The crowd is going wild, with a huge cheer as bodies fly left, right and center.
A-Train pulls Scott Hall out to the floor and Test gets up, but the New Age Outlaws & X-Pac are standing there. Test tries to back off, but the trio go after him and start pounding on him.

Inside the ring, Cena gets to his feet and gets right in Austins face. The two lock eyes, as the crowd is on their feet.
After a few moments, Cena says that Austin can't see him with his taunt, and Austin responds with a middle finger, then Cena slaps Austin!

Austin holds his cheek, then hits a right hand to Cena, who stumbles around into HHH, who places a kick to the ribs of Cena, hooks the arms and drills Cena to the mat with another Pedigree!

Winner - HHH
New WWE Champion

Coach: NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Styles: HHH wins! HHH has done it, with a little thanks to his lumberjacks, especially Austin!

King: What a match!

HHH is handed the title, and he stands tall in the ring as Austin hops outside and starts brawling with Edge

HHH climbs the turnbuckle and holds the title up high to a massive pop, then hops down and turns around, to find Test, Cade, Jindrak & Shane standing their, and they all jump on HHH and start beating down on him

The crowd gives huge heat, but then Road Dogg, Billy Gunn & X-Pac hop into the ring and start cleaning house, Billy clotheslines Test out to the floor, Road Dogg takes out Cade & Jindrak with a double clothesline, and X-Pac hits Shane with an X-Factor!

HHH gets back to his feet and stops, as the trio stand opposite from him. HHH looks at Billy, then X-Pac, then Road Dogg, wondering what to do. The four men share a long, uneven staredown, before smiles begin to crack on their faces, and HHH hugs X-Pac! He then slaps high fives with Road Dogg & Billy Gunn, then they take off their shirts to reveal DX JERSEYS!

The crowd blows the roof off with a booming ovation as *Break It Down* hits and they go wild again, the four men climb the buckles and do DX taunts, getting huge cheers

Styles: DX IS BACK! O MY GOD!

King: I DON'T BELIEVE IT!

Coach: This can't be happening! But it is!

Styles: DX IS BACK!

Meanwhile on the outside the heel lumberjacks are retreating, Austin is smiling at Cena who is on the ramp on his knees, breathing heavily, Austin flips him the bird on both hands. Vince McMahon is horrified, as he is helped to the back by Jindrak & Cade

All the faces stay around ringside celebrating with each other, while DX line up in the middle of the ring and give us a big SUCK IT! To a huge cheer as the PPV comes to a close

Styles: What a night it's been, we'll see you tomorrow for what should be an explosive RAW!

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

First off Adam, thank you for reviewing WrestleMania XXII for me. While I know, there were some things that a lot of people disagreed with me about, this next year is going to take my thread to a whole new level of being unpredictable, and you'll all see that with the first show that I post. Onto the Bad Blood Review

World Tag Team Championships
New Age Outlaws vs Cade/Jindrak

Nice way of getting the crowd pumped up for the match. Good moves from both teams, but in the end it was Cade/Jindrak who used some heel tatics to steal the win thanks to Test and become the World Tag Team Champions ***

I skimmed through McMahon's segment shortly after you posted it, and what an announcement for Summerslam! War Games is back! Team Foley vs. Team Flair in which the winning team's leader becomes the GM. Though, I hope you don't use the same tatics as when Wolfy did the same thing back at his I believe Survivor Series.

Hardcore Rules Match
Sting vs Kane

Dude I wasn't expecting much honestly in this match, but you proved me wrong. That was Hardcore to the extreme! Both men deserve props as that match was just too good. Sting gets the win in the most insane way too. ****

Christian's promo was on point as he once again rips Rock and Todd. SNME is in six weeks, good stuff. Are you writing it out in full or what?

MITB Contract
RVD (M) vs Shelton Benjamin

As Styles said, any time these two hook up in a match, the results are classic. Same thing applies here as these two once again displayed excellent ring presence and mat work. From the Super Sunset Flip Powerbomb to the other great spots in this match, this match was great, and RVD now is the Undisputed holder of MITB! ***.75

Not much to say about the Corportation promo, but it looks like everything is in order for Cena to leave with the title still around his waist.

Intercontinental Championship
King Of The Mountain Match
Charlie Haas (c) vs Rhino vs AJ Styles vs Carlito vs Monty Brown vs Chris Masters

Here's the match I'm looking forward to! Just like the Hardcore Match, this one delivered as well. Out the few KOTM matches that I've read in BTB, this was without a doubt, the best one. And my boy Hass, who I picked in the beginning remains the champ! This was not just a spotfest, but one excellent match. ****

Great promo from The Rock, and I'm looking forward to him and Christian going at it later on tonight.

Steve Austin vs Edge

Great match between these two. The brawl on the outside before the match could even begin was great. Loved it all. Lita played a huge part in the match, and that's a good thing. I'm surprised that you had Edge go over Austin in this match, but I have a feeling that it's not over between these two just yet. ***.5

Nice rap with Cena, and Cena seems focused and ready for his match with The Game later on tonight with Cena's title on the line.

The Rock vs Christian

What a match between these two! This match had a great chemistry and comedy as only Christian and The Rock can only provide. Christian, I thought was going to pull the victory out, but it was just The Rock's night! ***.75

Main Event
WWE Championship
Guest Ref: Vince McMahon
HHH vs John Cena (c)

Skimmed through the match earlier this morning, when you first posted it, but let's see what you got here. This was great man, great comedy when Austin kicked McMahon in the back of the head as he was counting three for Cena. Great match as well as Triple H becomes the NEW WWE Champion! D-X is back! Yes! ****.25

Adam, this was an excellent PPV. One, I'm glad that you were actually able to post it, this time, as I missed your PPVs. Overall this gets a 88.5/100=B+! Looking forward to Raw and the fallout from Bad Blood, and the buildup to both Saturday Night's Main Event and Summerslam! 1!

Cade/Jindrak- NAO- Good match to get the crowd going. Like the Cade and Jindrak getting the win. ***

Sting/Kane- Fantastic match. Very Extreme match, and loved the finish. Very extrerme finish I might add. ****

Benjamin/RVD- Good match here. These two always have good matches with each other. Wish Benajmin won. *** 1/2

KOTM Match- Great KOTM match. Both gimmick matches have deliverd so far in this PPV. Love Haas winning. ****

Edge/Austin- Good match again. No rust yet Renegade. Loved the brawl at the beggining. Love Edge winning. ***

Christian/Rock- Good match, as these two have great chemistry together. Like Rock winning. ***

Triple H/John Cena- Great match. MOTN in my view. Like Austin always stopping Mcmahon from counting the three. Love Triple H winning. The King of Kings is back on his throne. ****1/4.

Re: WWE 2006 by randyorton24 and Renegade™

Sunday Night Heat- Great Heat and with three matches before a PPV, that would be great if WWE did that. I am shocked that Mickie lost her Women's title to Gail Kim though.

World Tag Team Championship- I liked this match and even the ending I kinda thought that one of the Corp members would interferre and I have a feeling that this is not over and maybe a Six Man Tag at Summerslam between Test, Cade, and Jindrak against DX(Outlaws and X-pac). 7/10.

I am shocked that War Games is back. Even with the match being announced 8 weeks away from Summerslam. I guess I am going have to come up with a great Smackdown Main Event or RAW will own Summerslam.

Hardcore Match- That was just a old fashion Hardcore Match and I loves those. The ending happened before but it was still great. 8/10.

MITB Match- As always when Shelton and RVD face off against each other it is great and this was no different and glad that RVD got the win. 8/10.

KOTM for the IC title- I loved this match and it was a real shocker that Charlie Haas got the win. But when I really think about it, the only man that it would help by winning this match would be Haas. 10/10.

Austin vs Edge- This was also a great match and I thought Austin would win but good giving Edge the win. 9/10.

The John Cena rap was pretty good, I liked the part about Stephanie and HHH, that was funny.

Rock vs Christian- This was my fave match so far and I love that The Rock did his own commentary during it just like he would do. and Rock getting the win was great because he needed that win since Christian beat him already. 10/10.

WWE Championship- Let me take that back, this was my fave match of the night. I really loved how Vince try to screw HHH out of it and then HHH winning the title and the return of the whole DX. 10/10.

This was on of the best PPVS I have already read. I would give you a deeper review but I am in a hurry now but I did read the whole show and it was awesome. 10/10.

Edgehead2000: That was not a real review... and I'm damn sure that you didn't read the pay per view, because you only said about the winners, that you like or not. This does not help... This does not count as a review.

WWE - Backlash by Renegade™ - Review
Live from Conseco Fieldhouse

I think there should be an opening promo to start of the show, because it looks good and hypes all of the matches for the pay per view. Anyway, this is your first time, doing pay per view from October... I'm all right with this. But, you should put an opening promo next time.

Good lines from Road Dogg starting the show. And nice ending of the short-promo by wordings... Suck It. This is the first time, I'm reviewing your thread so I don't know what's going on... But, I hope that there's a little DX reunion tonight. That would be sweet.

Start of the match is good, and the crowd is very well into it, which is a plus. Flow going on now is good. The faces are dominating now, Lets see what happens next. Suicide Drive by Billy Gunn over those two heels was amazing. I almost imagined it. Now, this is the time that I think that heels should get back the momentum, but nah, Faces are still dominating them. Heels are looking so weak. Finally, Cade tags in his partner, and here comes Jindrak, who is looking fresh. Nice strategy by Cade here by making the sound and ref never saw, so he thought that was a tag. Blind tag was good here. We are into the mid-part of the match, and the flow of the match is still good, which is a plus for you from me. Superkick from Jindrak was sweet, because Cade was about to get the Fame Asser. What the heck Test is doing here? It was a good interference by him. Nice ending of the match. So, Heels win the match and Faces gone. This match was good and the flow was also good, but was boring at some points. Only some points.

Good announcement over there by Vince McMahon. War Games are great, and I believe SummerSlam would be great. I hope that Eric Bischoff becomes the new general manager, and maybe, I'm sure about it.

Start of this match really boring. I know it's a Hardcore Match, but blood coming off from Kane was too quick. Sting is going brutal? Doesn't he? I think... Hell yeah! Kane was about to get some good momentum, when another Holy Shit moment happen. Well... Sting may win this match, because he's doing pretty well here. Sting recovered from that Chokeslam through announcing tables really quickly, and low blows Kane, now that's a minus. The match is overall getting more and more hardcore here. Another holy shit moment was good of Kane throwing himself over the dry wall! Holy shit again, Kane got burnt! The match was getting good but again, I must give you a minus because Kane recovered really quickly… Now that's not realistic. I wonder why the lights went out? The Undertaker? I'm not sure who the hell did this. It was good done though. Brutal shot there by Sting with a glass piece. Great win by Sting here with a great cross body over the tables and electrical equipment! The match was unrealistic, and had only sick spots.

Christian has not even won yet, and he's planning a celebration? Now that's confidence, my friend. Anyway, Christian is looking strong and focused tonight. Christian was very well in the character, and did a good job in this promo.

Good way to start up the match by both men posing and showing each other what they have got. I can imagine them doing this and also can imagine the crowd's reaction. Shelton is dominating Rob Van Dam so far in this match, but anything can happen when these two collide. Good roll ups going here, which are always good and they always keep the crowd on their feet. The match so far is looking great and the flow is going also good with it. Good moment here of Rob Van Dam giving a leg guillotine to the outside the ring, to Shelton. Another good… I mean amazing moment here, RVD giving a sunset super powerbomb to Shelton! That was truly a hardcore move and I always love this move. Foot on the rope? Unbelievable... I thought that Shelton would loose it. Rob Van Dam misses the frog splash? Things going wrong for him… But no, he gets up quick and gives a springboard moonsault. The finish was looking really bore for me. Anyway, Good win for Rob Van Dam here.

I have never seen this match… and I can't download it because of my shit Internet speed. This is the first time, I am reviewing this match. But don't think that I'm just reviewing it, I have read what this match is about, and now I know everything about this match. Credit goes to Wikipedia. Good start from the match but then again the trashcan was brought into the match too quickly. I think that you rushed it. Another holy shit moment, which is good in this type of match. I liked the way that Charlie kicked into the ladder that strike right to the face of Rhino. I'm glad to see Chris Masters going into the penalty cage, because I hate that guy. There are lots of Holy Shit moments so far in this BTB, and more are yet to come, I think. Another one here by AJ giving superplex to Carlito off the top rope was insane! Masters see's the time and covers both men was good. He's focused for tonight. I hope he doesn't wints though. Another holy shit moment, and this time by Rhino! Another sick spot here and this time by Carlito and AJ double powerboming Masters through the ladder! I think that AJ is insane… He was about to win that match, but why the heck he spirtal tap from the top of the ladder? I think he should have won that match from here. Man… this match getting more and more brutal. Good win for Charlie Haas here and thank god that you are using him perfect here because WWE is not using him in a good way. Good match here. Great victory for Charlie Haas also. But in this match there were so many sick spots, which seemed unrealistic… because those are rare in the WWE pay per views. The appreciation by Carlito and Rhino to Charlie Haas was a good moment.

Amazing promo by Rock here. Nicely done and was 100% in character. I think that he can beat that Carson wannabe tonight. lol. Nice lines by The Rock here man, made me laugh, which is a plus for you!

Good start of the match here and the flow is going nice here. Let's see that the flow stays good in the middle part and the finish part of the match or not. Lita is very well in the match and is on the side of Edge, which is looking good. Austin connects the Stunner and Edge puts his foot on the rope? Oh god, I think that Austin was this close to win the match. Does this show that Edge will win this match? I hope not, 'cause Edge is very overrated, and I don't like him that much. Good come back by Edge here by spearing Austin… Austin kicked out? I can't believe it. Well… the match is getting more and more fast, and I love it. Edgecator is applied on Austin and after sometime, Austin just was about to tap when his hands grabs the ropes. This was really good and I imagined how the crowd reaction was during this move. Good come back by Edge giving a spinebuster to Edge. Victory was this close for Austin again, but that Lita again distracted and that lead Edge to spear Austin. Huge win added to Edge's bag here.

Rap by John Cena was perfectly done, and was in character. The heel Cena is good and bad, and looks damn good. I must that the main event is shaping up really, and that would be great.

Starting of the match was pretty entertaining. Christian was looking so cocky, and Rock came back with his punches... Dat was cool. This match is getting interesting. I'm at the middle of the part of the match and Christian line was damn funny, If ya ask me. Lillian slaps Christian? lol. I can imagine that The Rock saying Mama to Lillian. The Rock's commentary was the best part of the match. Christian coming back with the reverse DDT over Rock was also cool here. Damn, this is getting more interesting. Christian saying lines everytime when he dominates The Rock is funny. The Unprettier connects and The Rock kicks out? Unbelieveable, But is getting more interesting. And this also keeps the match alive that is something, good. Christian is getting really frustrate now. Funny shit there of Christian imitating The Rock's moves. Good to see Rock giving a spinebuster to Rock followed by the people's elbow. Christian puts the foot under the rope? I must say again Unbelieveable... but again, it wa good and keeps the match available? Now I'm rooting for Christian to win. The end is here for Christian as the Rock connects The Rock Bottom and 1... 2... 3... Christian's done! Good match, pretty entertaining, and interesting.

DX cotch crop again? Does this means that DX will reunite tonight... Well we'll see later. The match is going well so far and I'm at the start of the match right now. Cena starts the match by dominating Triple H. But, Triple H comes back with a chop of his own. I skimmed some part from the top, cause it was getting boring. I'm at the middle part now. Vince is really on the side of Cena, and making quick counts, but not for Tirple H... and thats not fair, which means... not cool. I'm glad to see Triple H very well in the ring match and focusing on John Cena. Camel Clutch connects by Cena and Vince is ready to screw Triple H. Vince yells Triple H to tap, and he spits right into the face of Vince! Oh gawd, I hope that this doesn't becomes another Screwjob. Triple H coming back with the shin breaker was also cool. The lumberjacks are also doing something good here. Trips is busted wide open from that flapjack! This will definitely made him abit weak. Good come back by Triple H again and this time with the spinebuster. He connects Pedigree but Vince doesn't counts! Now that's not fair. John Cena connects the F-U and Vince is making the quick count... I hope that Triple H kick outs... No! Stone Cold puts HHH's feet on the rope! The match is getting really good man. This is kicking ass. Cena hitting the title belt into the face of Vince instead of Triple H was great... But that was just an accident. Let’s see if Vince recovers quickly or not. Chioda comes in… Thank god. I hope that Vince stays down till the end of this match. Chioda can't make the counts? Oh shit. I thought that he would. And now we have to wait for Vince to stand. The brawl is going insane. Amazing moment here... Amazing, really amazing to see Stone Cold giving the middle finger and stunning Vince! Great finish to the match... This was the match of the night, and was amazingly done and there was alot of entertainment present too. Like how Stone Cold grab the hand of Vince and made him to count on Cena. DX reunion was also good there.

Bottomline:
82/100

Adam, I think overall this was entertaining pay per view, but also it was a wrestling pay per view. The match of the night was truly the main event, which was done nice. Most of the matches had holy shit moments, which I didn't like because those are rare moments in the WWE pay per views. Anyway, I'll be reading the RAW tomorrow night of the Backlash. Fall out from Bad Blood would be great.

Bad Blood Review

Sunday Night Heat- Nice heat show. Mickie losing the belt was surprising since Kim won the belt. I thought it would be Trish.

World Tag Team Championship- Okay, nice six man tag matchup but I felt as though Cade and Jindrak putted on a below average performance. Test coming in wasn't necessary since this Tag Team needs to establish themselves, not as "some people" in the Corporation. 6/10.

MITB Match- Great match but anticlimatic ending. They really combined their usual high flying styles with some old school wrestling but the finish didn't really make me jump as RVd hits the Five Star Splash. 7/10.

KOTM for the IC title- I hate that when I got to see BTBs, a WWE thread, whether they bought a company or not, have to use their ideas. This should have been TLC and the KOTM match shouldn't be used for midcard matches. It's a big match and should be used for big matches. However, this was a good match but I felt Carlito and other WWE superstars didn't fit in this match. Surprised that Haas got the win, though. 8/10.

Austin vs Edge- This match was average to me. The match started slow, then picked up with Edge's heel tatics and Austin's brawling. Lita being used was a nice way to get Edge the cheap win, but maybe Edge shouldn't always rely on Lita. It makes him look weak. 8/10.

Rock vs Christian- Great matchup in my opinion and it really did deliver. The only problem I had was the Rock talking during the match. I hate that kind of stuff unless it was needed. It wasn't in this case and the Rock tried to hard on it anyway. 9/10.

WWE Championship- Okay, where do I begin? Alright, Vince's involvement was needed here as this match could have bored me but Vince kept me interested. HHH giving DX chops was good for old times, but tried to hard on them. I thought Cena was gonna win but Austin stops it. A big brawl ensues and it was okay but I felt it took away from the match as it would seem as though people wanted to see the brawl than the match. Austin using Vince's head was classic and nice but then....*sigh*......you just had to pull out a DX reunion. All right, I have three problems with this. I hope you are using DX untill the fued is over. HHH doesn't need X-Suk and Outlawed. Second, I felt this could have been used for tommorow night on RAW to draw in ratings and it comes off from the PPV. The third problem is that Triple H is the new champion but people will only remember DX being formed and it overshadow's HHH's long awaited title win. That's connected to my second reason. All in all average. 7/10.

Overall Score: 45/60 = 71%(C-). This show had some good things(Edge/Austin, Rock/Christian), bad things(TT Title Match, WWE stars in KOTM), and some that I can't sort (DX reunion). So, average PPV. It had some that delivered but some couldn't deliver.

Good way to start off the PPV with the Tag Team Championship to pump up the crowd for the rest of the night. Great ending to the match with Gunn going for the Fameasser but Test coming out and taking his head off with a big boot giving the win to Jindrak and Lance Cade. Good to see them become the Champions as you need to push new Tag Teams and a win over a team like NAO will do them good. **3/4

Great announcement with the War games at Summerslam which should be a great match. It is obvious that Vince will try and screw HHH out the match.

Wasn’t expecting too much from this match but it turned out to be a great contest. This match had some good spots and a great ending with Sting crossbodying Kane off the stage. Crashing through the tables and the electrical equipment which is a sick spot. Sting gets the win and after seeing your latest news Kane will take a break till October, das not cool. ***3/4

Good promo here by Christian hyping up his match later tonight, I expect him to lose however as I don’t see Rock losing three times to him.

Another good match here, which should be expected looking at the individuals in it. Some great show of athleticism in the early stages of the match and a great spot later on in the match wit the Sunset Powerbomb. RVD kicks out of the exploder and moves out the way from his own frog splash. RVD comes back and gets the win due to a five star frog splash, good match here and I see RVD challenging for the title soon. ***3/4

Great match here, with all 6 men putting on a good performance and nice to see you using Haas well unlike the WWE retaining the title, I was expecting a new champion but that wasn’t the case. Haas gets the victory after pushing Rhyno and Styles off the ladder and then putting the title on the hook. ****

Decent Rock promo here using some of his normal lines and then using the Queer Eye line which has been used plenty of times in BTB.

A pretty good match here and a huge victory for Edge, gaining a victory over a legend like Stone Cold, thanks to Lita who grabbed Steve’s leg when he went for the Stunner. I see Edge gaining a lot of momentum from this, and wouldn’t be surprised to see him with the title by the end of the year ***1/4

A good Cena rap here, I liked him way better in 2003/4 when he used to rap insulting people and you use it well on this thread.

A very good match here and Rock finally beats Christian, both men should get a good push from this with Christian beating someone like Rock twice and Rock winning the feud ender. Great moment of comedy in the middle of the match, with Christian’s crotch going into the ring post and then Rock getting a mic and Christian saying help me. Will be interesting to see who both men feud with coming out of this. ***3/4

It is time for the main event. Vince acts in Cena’s favour the whole match not noticing anything bad Cena does. And he refuses to count when HHH hits the pedigree. Vince distracts HHH leading to the F-U, but Austin puts his foot on the rope now some backup for HHH. Haha nice spot here with Cena hitting Vince with the belt and not everything is going for them now. Cena looks like he has the win after a second F-U but Austin breaks up the count leading to the pedigree for a HHH win. This was a very well booked entertaining match, and I expect to see a Cena/Austin feud coming out this and HHH possibly feud with Edge? Great ending to the show with a DX reunion, ****1/4

This was a great PPV by you, I believe it is your first PPV for a very long time so good to see you get one up. Overall rating 85/100

Raw Review:

Great opening promo. DX gets the ball moving in the right place with their comedy lines. The Corporation come out and we have ourselves a brawl here. Foley comes out and tonight it's DX vs. The Corporation in the Main Event, with if DX wins, Trips defends the belt against Vince next week on Raw.

Not too much to say about the Womens' Championship match, as I know you're really not a fan of womens's matches and Gail wins. As for the Foley/Bischoff segment, another good piece. You really have been able to capture both Foley and Bischoff's characters in this thread.

Another funny segment with Christian and The Rock. Please let this feud continue man. Hass continues his impressive run as the champion and starting next week he will hold an open challenge for the title. Man, this is going to be big. I was going to say Vince was talking to Cena, but Cena is already in the arena.

Cena and Austin put on a great segment and Cena is really doing it big as a heel in this thread. As for Austin, he always comes with the entertainment. However tonight was Cena's night and Austin paid for it.

Monty Brown makes sure Bischoff is watching as he easily takes on AJ Styles with the Pounce! Rhyno is the NEW Hardcore Champion and Brown is the first member to join Bischoff's Team.

I'm not saying Michaels was the masked man, but questions must be answered next week as Triple H defends the title against Vince.

Overall great show. Looking forward to more of it, and if you could, drop a review for one of my shows that are up. Thanks. 1!

Raw Review

Matches/Booking: 5 matches is great for a single brand show. All matches seemed realistic in length and all were written well.

Promos: Great job on the promos, all were good lengths on what kind of promo they were and everyone seemed in character.

Length: 13 pages is great for a single brand show.

Realism I could see this being a real show.

Entertainment: I was very much entertained by the DX opening promo, and was entertained whilst reading this.

Spelling/Grammer: Saw a few mistakes, nothing too major though.

Overall: I would give this show a B+/A- as it wasn't a stellar 10/10 show but it wasn't a crapfest and still was a very good Raw, better than the stuff they put on now that's for sure. I'm liking the DX/Corp feud, they really should have done this back when both factions were at their high points in 98, but it's cool to see you do this feud. I'm very interested to see where you take this, and look forward to reading next week's Raw.
