Quote:
Carlito's Cabana was ok but too short for my liking. Had to be short though due to the match which was coming up which of course seems very understandable. By the way, hope that the 7/8/06 show was a typo because SummerSlam in July doesn't seem right.
I am Australian remember, we type our dates as DD/MM/YEAR, not like Americans.

Thanks for the review anyways, and no worries ORRY Life>BTB so get it up when ya can.

Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

Orry's Review of Renegade's Raw

HBK vs. Maven:
Shocked to see Maven as the Game's choice, and it looks as if he will be recieving a push of sorts in the coming months- possibly:P HHH interferes to cost Micheals the win, sand it looks as if tonight will be the Game's night.

Carlito's Cabana: A good segment IMO, not the best Caban that I've seen from you, but it was effective in building towards the IC Championship feud you have going on. AJ appears to take down Hass, and the Tag Team Match should be off the charts!

AJ Styles and Carlito vs. Test and Charlie Hass: In a great match, Styles picks up the win for his team by pinning Test! Hass has had a rough past couple of weeks, so I can see him getiing one up on AJ next Monday, to give him some much needed momentum.

Steve Austin/John Cena Segment: My, is this one personal feud! I cannot wait for Summerslam, where these two guys will finally get a chance to tear each other up. The backstage brawl was great, and the restraining order was a very good piece of booking.

HHH vs. A-Train: A good choice from a size perspective from HBK, but character wise we all new the Game was going to get the win. Train wasn't completely squashed, but Triple H came off looking strong in this encounter.

Christian/Shelton Promo: This was a great promo at some points, but out of character at others, particularly with the repetetive use of insults towards the end. This mini feud between Benjamin and Christian has been brewing for a few weeks now, and I can see a big feud between the two after Summerslam.

Raven vs. Rhino: Raven retains his title in an expected brutal match. I am liking this feud, and Shane's announcement was good- the card is pretty damn barbaric though

John Cena Promo: This promo was hit and miss, but the debate next week should be off the charts- it will be interesting to see if Cena and Austin can refraim from fighting.

DX Promo: Solid promo from the Degenerates, and the match next week should be huge!

Shelton Benjamin vs. The Rock: Shelton picks up another win over the Great One! Man you love to push this guy, and I love to read it A great match, worthy of the main event, and I expect the faces to have a good week next week to even out the balance.

Overall: Another great show from you mate, Summerslam is set to be amazing! 8.5/10!

Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

-Michaels vs. Maven:In the first place if this was a pick your poison match, I would think that Triple H could find someone better than Maven to face Shawn Michaels. Second even though Michaels had the momentary distraction from Triple's music, I still don't think Maven should have beaten Shawn Michaels.

Carlito/Haas promo:I liked the dialogoue.

-Carlito/Styles vs. Test/Haas:A good 10 minute match with the baby faces getting the victory(good booking)

-Triple H vs. A-Train:Good 11 minute match with Triple H picking up the victory. So far it looks like Triple H will beat HBK at Summerslam. One question though. How come HBK didn't interfere in someway in Triple H's much, screwing him out of the victory. Much like HHH did to HBK?

-Hardcore Match:Nice little match for the Hardcore Title. Although I think that these 2 superstars should go for more. Also Bar room brawl match at Summerslam should be good.

Quote:
Road Dogg: O you're here too? Sorry I didn't see you, I mean you're so old you just blended in well with the wallpaper....
I found this quite funny.

-Lumberjack Match-The Rock vs. Shelton Benjamin:Nice Main Event. However, although I feel Benjamin is a great superstar has a lot of potential and will one day be the glue that holds the WWE together. At this point in time, I don't feel that Benjamin should beat a legend like the Rock(even though Benjamin's more of a pure athlete than the Rock)

Overall I think you have a good BTB and I will continue to read and review your show. I enjoyed it and I didn't think that your promos were poorly done (as you stated). I actually enjoyed tham and found them quite good. They were alot better than alot of people's promos! Anyways I like your BTB and I hope you keep it up. Can you please in return review my ECW on TSN BTB, as my second show is up. Thanks and rep will be added!

Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

WWE Monday Night RAW -- 7/8/06 -- Review
I wasn’t expecting Maven to be Shawn’s poison. Anyway, Triple H’s little mind games proven to be best here as Maven quickly rolls up Shawn for three count. Interesting words between Carlito and Haas here. Promo was right on the spot. Their match will be interesting.

A nice tag team match-up as the faces take the victory. AJ Styles was the one to pin in this match so that’s nice because that adds a lot more in his character and the momentum is all in his side. Uh, this feud between Cena and Austin is really burning up. Let’s see if that little rule that Shane bring up can stop them two or not. Verball discussion, fine.

Triple H’s nice little D-X thingy there before his match. A-Train is his poison. Well, the matches are just looking a squash type of. Okay, I am surprised that Triple H beat A-Train because I was expecting Shawn Michaels to show up and cost Triple H. But anyways…

Christian’s promo backstage was good. Shelton vs. Christian coming up after Team Bischoff ends-up? Well, last week they were all reacting good but suddenly, I don’t know why. Raven beats Rhino with some leverage and retains his title. Oh, here comes Shane-O-Mac. Bar Room Brawl match! Woot! That’d be huge man.

Hmm, John Cena looks pretty much intense here. He was right on the character. You captured him well. Let’s see the verball discussion next week. Hmm, a good match-up made for next week. I still think that Triple H would find a way to get a win for his team. Lol, New Age Outlaws even make Vince more miserable by doing that cotch crop.

Okay, The Rock’s little promo was nice. However, I wanted more to be honest. Definitely a great main-event here with run ins, interferences, etc. Shelton, once again somehow beats the Rock. And another week, Team Bischoff stands tall!

Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

Deadman_014's Raw Review

HBK vs Maven: I would like to start off this review appologizing for the lateness, good choice here for Pick your poison and very unexpected. HHH's music part was gold It makes sense why he choice him to embarrass HBK good idea.

Carlito/Haas promo: This was good I liked Haas in this, I loved the ending with Carlito and Haas was just great throughout. Good tag team match should be a good read after the break Shane starts out his stint as Interum GM with a bang, a bullet, and a match.

AJ Styles & Carlito vs Charlie Haas & Test: This seemed to flow decently throughout, this was a good start match AJ picks up the win this week but will he beat Haas when it matters I hope so. Good match here I enjoyed it starting off looking like a good show.

Austin Interview: Good segment here, Austin don't get to speak and Cena gets to brawl with Austin. I don't understand how he can give them restaining orders? He's just Interum GM, and the other person has to file for it, you should of said something like your both to leave your hands off each other or if you do so you will be suspended for 3 months WITHOUT PAY etc more realistic. Good segment and besides that little thing I said Shane was pretty good in this more buildup for SummerSlam.

HHH Promo & HHH vs A Train: I didn't know if I should just put em together here so I did put both segments here into one, I liked HHH all in character very old though still good I always like him doing this stuff. A Train was a decent Pick your Poison choice here, This match was ok nothing special not great really. HHH wins no come out before after or in the middle by HBK which is strange, we go onto another segment lets see whats next to come.

Christian Interview: This looks pretty cool, wow I thought the comments on Bischoff were good but Christian on Grisham was awesome but harsh to him still quite funny. I don't like how you kinda tried to force a joke in there for Shelton it sucked lol, besides that good promo Christian walks off hopefully he gets a nice push.

Rhino vs Raven: Cool match here, I like the Hardcore title match here good booking. This was a good match bit short compaired to the others, cool ending unexpected way to end the match though i knew Raven was going to win. Good aftermath with them at SummerSlam facing off but don't use Shane to much in the show he's already appeared 3 times.

Cena Promo: Short and sweet to the point, in character throughout and a small good promo here. I like the end where u use Word Life I liked that good end to a good promo and we now cut to Shane again.

McMahon's Promo: Good promo here another good promo out here right now I think it was cool all the weay throughout. Good match booking great main event for next week to build up their match at SummerSlam, Outlaws come in and piss off The McMahons they'll get beaten up or something next week or this week probably by Cade, Jindrak, and A-Train beating them up probably to make a handicap match funny wall paper comment in there.

The Rock interview: You know after reading this show I would think Todd Grisham would quit or something from depression disorder or something you know lol, The Rock was great this was the best part of the show in interview/promo's so far, Rock will probably lose should be interesting to say the least here. Rock vs Benjamin good main event and I see Todd quitting sometime after the next month lol good segment once again great show so far it seems like.

Main Event: Good main event MOTN to tell the truth, I liked this match lots with all the moves in between a nice contest here. In the end Christian screws Rock instead of Benjamin go figure...., tonight you've started feuds and made WAY to many matchs for SummerSlam 3 in one show is a little much. Good ending to the show and Christian/Rock feud is gonna start probably from this, Good show mate and I enjoyed it now to the final grades.

Realism: 8/10 you lost some Realims here with 4 appearances made by Shane a little much, and 3 matchs made for SummerSlam in one show. Besides that the rest was way realistic and good mate.

Entertainment: 9/10 very entertaining show, some of the matchs were a bit off for me but this was a good show none the less, personally the Promo's seemed a bit rushed as u said at the end and not as good cause you lost some length on all the promo's there weren't any really long great ones at all in the show but all were pretty good, good job here.

Booking: 8.5/10 good booking this show I was happy with most of the booking for the show besides possibly A-Train vs HHH that I didn't like which was the Pick Your Poison, decent but not good or great for the A-Train vs HHH. Good job here with booking as well.

Grammer/Spelling: I didn't see any mistakes at all 10/10 Its probably just me though I never notice this stuff.

Length: 9/10 the show was fine in length but the promo's weren't good in length plus some of the matchs in the beginning were longer then the end matchs length besides that it was fine.

Overall: 88/100 great show man, a B+ or ***3/4/***** for the show, the promo's lost u a bit, and a bit unrealistic stuff here but overall a good show hope you enjoy my review and also SummerSlam looks good damn way to many PPV's coming up, NatureBoy's Mania, My Rumble, FD's Mania, Wolf's Mania, Your SummerSlam, ddmkro's SummerSlam, to much lol gonna be fun to read all of this what a fight its gonna be in November/December for PPV of the month lmao mine won't be the winner but hopefully it will be as good as some of these in a way good luck with SummerSlam mate looking really good, Also sorry for being late with the review won't happen again hehe been busy.

Re: WWE 2006 by Renegade™

Thanks for those reviews, I will be returning all if I haven't already tonight and tomorrow, here is the SmackDown! recap....

SmackDown!
National Car Rental Centre
Ft. Lauderdale; FL
11/08/06

*Opening Video*

*Pyro*

The show opens with *Medal* hitting to a standing ovation from the crowd as Kurt Angle, the World Heavyweight Champion heads to the ring not looking too happy. Angle gets on the stick and says that Paul Heyman is already showing favourites and that Lesnar doesn't deserve his spot in the main event at Summerslam. *Millennium* hits and Jericho makes his way out with a mic in hand, and after a few typical insults and Y2J comments, Jericho agrees with Angle, calling Heyman's decision a joke, which brings a huge laugh from the crowd. *Whatever* then hits and Chris Benoit too agrees with Angle & Jericho, as the 3 men all seem to rip into the choice to add Lesnar to the WHC title match. Finally Paul Heyman comes out and says that if Angle, Benoit or Jericho had a problem with the choice, then they can pack their bags and head for the door, because SD! is gonna be run Heyman's way from now on, and not by the demands of a few select superstars. Heyman then says tonight Angle will take on Brock Lesnar one on one, in a non title match, which Angle gladfully accepts

After the break, Jeff Hardy takes on Muhammad Hassan, and Hassan manages to defeat Jeff with the Flatliner after a couple of minutes, Hassan & Davairi try to mug Jeff afterwards, but Matt Hardy cleans house and hits a Twist of Fate to Davairi, telling Hassan he's done at Summerslam

Backstage, MNM burst into Paul Heyman's office complaining about America's Most Wanted. Heyman says that seeing as MNM are the "greatest" tag team on SmackDown!, they should have no issue with defending their titles at Summerslam against AMW, which sends MNM livid, but they are made to live with it, as Heyman has security remove them from his office

Steve Romero interviews Booker T backstage, who says that Batista & Lashley are a bunch of "roid poppin' sucka's" that need to be tought a lesson, which is why Booker T is throwing the challenge down to them, to meet Booker T, Finlay & Regal at Summerslam, and that they'll find out what it's liked to be schooled by 3 "professionals"

In the upcoming tag match, Lashley & Batista begin to roll over Finlay & Regal, until Booker T's distraction on the referee allows Finlay to club Batista with the Shaleleigh, and Regal to nail a low blow to Lashley and then sock him with a shot from the brass knux! Lashley is busted wide open and Regal picks up the 3 count, as the trio smile and taunt Batista & Lashley, who stand in the ring, Batista gets a mic and says that their challenge for Summerslam is accepted

Goldberg is now seen backstage, he is warming up, when Paul Heyman approaches him, startling Goldberg for a moment until Goldberg realizes who it is. Heyman asks Goldberg is he will put pen to paper on a contract for he and Undertaker's match, and Goldberg notices that another signature is already on the contract, and he immediately throws Heyman against the wall, demanding to know when Undertaker signed this, and where. Heyman stuttered and finally said that he found the contract on his desk when he showed up today for work. Goldberg signed the contract, and then stormed off, leaving Heyman breathing heavily in shock

Ken Kennedy takes on Jamie Noble in shortish match, and just when it looks like Kennedy has the match won, Randy Orton sneaks up on him and plants him with an RKO! The ref calls for the bell as Orton tells Kennedy that if the youngster has the guts to back up his big words, there's a match awaiting him at Summerslam, and another RKO too

Matt Hardy now cuts a promo, telling Hassan that at Summerslam, he will find out why Matt Hardy "WILL NOT DIE"

AMW mop the floor with the FBI in a good matchup where they completely dominate for the most part, with the FBI struggling to mount a fight of any kind, and they finish off Nunzio with the Death Sentence, after Vito was taken out with a superkick

Kurt Angle is now with Steve Romero backstage, and he says that tonight he's gonna make Brock Lesnar wish he never got involved in the title picture, when he breaks Lesnar's ankle and makes him tap. Angle wraps it up by saying "O Brock, it's true. It's DAMN TRUE!"

In a huge main event that runs for over 20 minutes, Kurt Angle gets a count out victory over Lesnar when the two get out of control, and fight to the outside, where Angle counters an F5 attempt from Lesnar into an Angle Slam through the announce table! Angle then gets back in the ring and the ref counts out Lesnar, Angle drops to his knees exhausted when Chris Jericho comes through the crowd, takes the WHC off Angle and hits him across the face with it, Jericho then raises the WHC high, and Benoit is on the stage, staring his toothy grin at Jericho, who points to Benoit and says "It's mine!"
