Re: Being the booker

A very good Smackdown recap with the buildup to Fully Loaded coming on nicely. A very good Main Event with Rock getting the win despite interference by Lesner and Y2J. Angle v JBL at Fully Loaded should be very good but JBL should win that one as Angle is going on for a feud with Bret Hart and is too good for the US Title. The news for Armageddon was very intresting and i look forward to the show itself

Re: Being the booker

Benoit/Snitsky feud continues, and it looks as if fully loaded is where this will come to an end, with a benoit win. Passable opener was the right term to use for this match methinks

Hart still rejects the contract offer. Sure he will eventually accept though

Ganutlet match at the ppv will be a good one, and good well be a great match. Very interesting to see who the other two men in the match are, as only Benoit from smackdown doesn’t have a match at the ppv, but I see him facing Snitsky. Maybe Hardy, as he has picked up a few wins as of late. And from Raw, could be anyone, but maybe someone like Orton who needs something to freshen up the character.

Good win for London, and it looks like London/Maven either next week, or as a filler at FL

Good win for dudleyz and Angle, which gives us some nice matches to have on the ppv, although Angle in the US title division just a month after losing the belt doesn’t seem right

Nice win for system success, who could be the next contenders for the tag titles

Goldberg/Austin to happen then, but the question is when? Nice brawl here, and once again, Austin gets the advantage. What happened to his retirement (lasting 2 weeks) though?

Another good win for Hardy and the AFA, which does a nice job for them

I see Lesnar/Jericho happening again soon, which will be great to see. Maybe Jericho to take the gauntlet match? Good interference here, and a good win for the rock, which he needed as the no 1 contender. HHH/Jericho could also be on the cards, but next week will be a good build towards the ppv

Good set of news as well, but i dont see 4 titles changing hands. Raw deciding who wrestles in the match is a novel concept, and one that would be nice to see

Re: Being the booker

World Heavyweight Championship Match: Last Man Standing Match:
Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena

Shawn needs to drop the title to face Rock at Mania. Plus, in the other post you posted, you said the winner of Orton/Christian will prob face HBK or Cena at Rumble. Well, I think Cena vs. Christian sounds right

Intercontinental Championship Match:
Rey Mysterio vs. Carlito

Rey has had it for a while, but w/ the Brotherhood getting a push, I can see Henry taking the title off Rey.

World Tag Team Championships; Ladder Match:
The DX Duo vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team

Same as above

Women’s Championship;
Trish Stratus vs. Victoria

She has only held the title for about a month, so she can't loose this early.

Legend vs. Legend:
Ric Flair vs. Undertaker
(Flair cannot be disqualified, or counted out, and falls count anywhere)

Something tells me Flair will come out w/ the win.

One on One:
Randy Orton vs. Christian

Like I said earlier, Christian vs. Cena sounds good for the Rumble + Christian has been pushed hard.

Past vs. Future:
Sting vs. Batista

Sting is leaving soon IMO, so Batista will pick up the W.

Challenge Match:
Edge vs. Rob Van Dam

Edge can't loose in his comeback match IMO

6 Man Tag Team Match:
Brotherhood vs. Booker T, Goldust & Eugene

All members are Brotherhood seem to be getting a push.

Henry vs. Rey for the IC Title soon IMO.

Great card. Will review.

Re: Being the booker

Nice news. Here are my predictions (Winner in Bold):

World Heavyweight Championship Match: Last Man Standing Match:
Shawn Michaels vs. John Cena

With the news I think Cena will come out the winner. I never have liked Michaels ever since I started watching Wrestling (which was in March in 1997 and Bret became one of my favorites and then Michaels and Vince screwed him) so I'm going with Cena.

Intercontinental Championship Match:
Rey Mysterio vs. Carlito

I have a good feeling Carlito will end Mysterio's IC title reign.

World Tag Team Championships; Ladder Match:
The DX Duo vs. The World’s Greatest Tag Team

Women’s Championship;
Trish Stratus vs. Victoria

I don't like Victoria so Go Trish!

Legend vs. Legend:
Ric Flair vs. Undertaker
(Flair cannot be disqualified, or counted out, and falls count anywhere)

Taker has no reason to lose this. If he does after four loses to Christan I'm going to get very angry.

One on One:
Randy Orton vs. Christian

I want Christan to win but I have a feeling Orton is going to come out the victor.

Past vs. Future:
Sting vs. Batista

Challenge Match:
Edge vs. Rob Van Dam

Well I like Edge more than RVD so "Go Edge!"

6 Man Tag Team Match:
Brotherhood vs. Booker T, Goldust & Eugene

I'm watching you...

Re: Being the booker

Nice SD recap and news clippings. What you posting prompted me to change a couple of my predictions but I hope you are not trying to trick people. Anyways, I have already begun the Armageddon countdown. Approximately 130 hours left til Armageddon!

EPW Record: 20 Wins - 8 Losses - 1 Draw

- Former EPW Tag Team Champion w/ Rick Talant

(2/19/06 - 6/24/06)

- Former EPW Ultimate Edge Champion

(5/27/07 - 7/29/07)

Re: Being the booker

Right now, I have 7 of the 9 matches completed, with the Last Man Standing match pretty much wrapped up too, although I've still to write two or three promos. That really only leaves the Ladder Match to go. To be honest, I havent got a clue what I'll be doing for that match, as the ideas just arent flowing for it, bar the winners.

Armageddon is 90% sure to be posted on Friday, depending on how quickly I get on with the Ladder Match. That is literally the only problem in my way.

As for those wondering when they'll be getting their reviews returned for Raw, that'll be Thursday. Sorry for taking so long, but I've left Armageddon far too late to complete, unlike normal, where I do the PPV bit by bit. Add in the fact I've just not been spending too long in front of the computer screen, and more time in front of a bar

Expect Armageddon on Friday, but dont be surprised if its early on Saturday instead.

Re: Being the booker

Hey, what do you know, you are running into the problem that I had with Wrestlemania, but a little different, you have the winner, I had ideas flowing.

I am going to send you a private message regarding what I am doing.

A ton of PPVs at once!

Re: Being the booker

Last update, Armageddon will be posted tomorrow evening. Matches are all completed, just have to add in a few promos here and there to break it up a little more.
