It has already been confirmed that one superstar is leaving the WWE right after Vengeance and that two others are leaving to go back to developmental and one is most likely leaving the company too. Not much has been given away on this but expect a bit more whenever the releases and the person going back to development are announced.

A few more people are expected to be moved from Raw to Smackdown as Open Season winds down at the end of this month, but it would most likely just be one big trade. Not much has been said if it's still going to happen but if it does, it will not be major talent.

Saturday Night's Main Event which returns on July 15th is expected to get major build on the Raw side starting this Monday, which is going to be another big show leading towards SummerSlam. Expect possibly a few things to become clear for SNME this Monday on Raw as mentioned such as what will happen with the WWE title for SummerSlam.

Comments: 5 Matches are done for Vengeance, three more to go so I do believe it will be up at least before mid-March. I'm aiming before next Friday, the 16th, which would be a real nice time but we'll have to see. Either way, wanted to get a little bit of a news page up as it isn't much as I can't give too much away.
Read the whole post before you comment, now i'll make my comments ... anyways, the show looks good for sure KOP and I will definately be reviewing the show. I still need to finish Renegade's review which (hopefully) is done by that Friday and I can understand why thats perfect timing hehe. All looks good can't wait to see the show, I believe I made my predictions already, keep working at it and it will be done in no time.

Re: WWE Unleash the Fury

Smackdown Review

Good way to start off the show with Edge and Orton. It started out a little weak, but it really got better as it went on. The typical cheap shots at the fans were good, and added to the promo, particularly the cheap shot after they chucked the belts into the crowd. Both guys were in character for the most part and the promo flowed quite nicely. Looks like we’ve got ourselves a huge match for the GAB!

Enjoyable match between Crazy and Psicosis. It flowed well, and the fact you showcase the Cruisers so regularly is a highlight of your show. Noble and Kash team up? So that was Kash’s big plan! I’ll be. Didn’t really expect that.

Quick match just to get Londrick on the card, that’s fair enough. Nothing really major here.

This one from Batista was a bit in different, I enjoyed the content of it, but I really thought that Tista was out of character. However, this gave some good hype to the Taker/Batista feud, and it further established the Animal as a heel.

Good hype for the Finlay/Regal/Burchill feud. Although this was only short, I’m really enjoying the direction you’re headed with these 3 at the moment.

JBL gets the win over Holly, no surprises here. This match wasn’t too bad at all, and the ending was quite good with Bradshaw sliding out of the Alabama Slam, following up with the CFH.

Brief interview from the debuting MVP, everything seemed in order here, he then goes on a beats a local jobber. Fair enough. Nothing major here.

So we’re having a match next week to determine the Number 1 contender to the US Title? I can’t see Kennedy not being in the match at the GAB one way or another, as it seems you’re giving him a fairly solid push. I’d say Lashley will win tonight, and we’ll see Kennedy v Lashley at the Bash. Short segment here, but it had its desired effect.

Sure enough, Lashley goes over. I hope this is the end of their feud now, and the US Title on Bobby is something new, which is good. Another good match here with a cool ending with the Dominator through the table.

Nice interview with Kurt here. You portrayed his character well and displayed his typical intensity nicely.

Cool main event with JBL costing Angle big time. That is so typically JBL, definitely something I could see him doing. This feud continues to heat up a little bit, and it’s starting to gain some good exposure. I think we could see the belt go on JBL come the GAB for some reason.

Another good show overall, man. Well done, no major faults with it at all. Sorry for the lateness of the review, but I don’t feel so bad because I didn’t realise I’d already reviewed your Raw.

Re: WWE Unleash the Fury

We open with the WWE: The Power is Back video playing across the screen before it ends. Suddenly, we hear a faint song playing in the background as it starts out slow but starts to get louder eventually, that being the theme song of Vengeance, Stand Up by Trapt.

“Why don’t you let me be, leave me alone”

Images of John Cena interfering in the match at One Night Stand are shown after he attacked both of the McMahon’s

“You start a fire inside that I could never control, you wanna see a reaction”

Images of Rob Van Dam and Mr. McMahon on the night after Backlash when RVD got on Mr. McMahon’s bad side is shown

“Come on and cut me down, you’ve gone as far as I’ll go”

Images of Rob Van Dam getting beaten down by Triple H at One Night Stand are shown with Van Dam in pain.

“Now you’re crossing the line, and I am letting you know”

Images of Van Dam delivering the Five Star Frog Splash off the ladder onto the table, which Triple H was laying on, are shown.

“Well here’s your reaction”

Images of Shawn Michaels delivering the “Kick ‘Heard Round the World” officially reigniting the war between himself and Jericho

“Stand Up, I have had enough”

Images of Jericho locking in the Walls of Jericho on Ric Flair are shown with Jericho having no remorse at all.

“Walk away before I finish what you started, face to face I will put you in your place”

Images of Jericho and Michaels having a stare down in the ring are shown with both getting in each other’s faces.

“End this game before I finish what you started, face to face everything will change”

Images of Jericho in the crowd yelling at Michaels are shown with Jericho having a rather evil look on his face.

“You planted the seed, how my anger has grown”

Images of Kane jumping off the top rope landing on the throat of Big Show who had a chair on his throat are shown.

“Got a feeling inside that I can’t seem to control, you want to see my reaction”

Images of Big Show chokeslamming Kane through the table after their brawl throughout the crowd took place.

Suddenly the song starts to slow down skipping through a few parts before we hear the final parts of the song.

“Walk away, everything will change, end this game”

Fast paced images of all the superstars competing tonight are shown as they continue to speed up before they finally explode.

“You wanna see a reaction”

The images spread around the screen as they quickly move off and we then hear the closing part of the song.

“Stand Up”

And the final image of the video package is RVD, Cena, and HHH staring down one another in the ring. The scene slowly starts coming off the camera before the Vengeance logo slides across the screen.

Narrator: And now, World Wrestling Entertainment presents Vengeance!!!

Stand Up by Trapt plays across the loud speakers once again as the pyro sets off and we see the set, which as normal is the big red V under the titantron. The pyro stops and the camera scans across the arena showing all of the wild fans tonight in the arena before we end up heading down to the commentating team at ringside.

Jim Ross: A wild night lays ahead of us here tonight as we find ourselves in Canada as we kick off the summer here tonight.

Jerry Lawler: The matches here tonight certainly are personal and I can guarantee you that most of these matches won’t be pretty, but a down right brawl.

Jim Ross: But Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho are most likely going to put on a clinic, like they have in the past.

Jerry Lawler: Of course JR as they are expected to put on a clinic but what else happens here tonight, well we’ll just have to wait and see.

Fire Storm hits across the arena and down comes the challenger, Gregory Helms, before he makes his way down the ring. Helms gets into the ring and takes off his do-rag. Helms throws it down to the mat and is anticipating his opponent to come down to the ring as the fans are booing Helms right now but Helms ignores the boos.

Lilian Garcia: The following contest is match number seven of the Best of Seven Series for the Intercontinental Championship! Introducing first from Raleigh, North Carolina weighing in at 191 pounds, he is the challenger, Gregory Helms!!!

Ain’t No Stoppin’ Me Now! Hits across the arena and out steps the champion, Shelton Benjamin who jumps onto the steel steps before jumping into the ring and the fans are cheering for Benjamin as he jumps onto the turnbuckles and plays to the fans as the fans are awaiting this final match between both men for the title.

Lilian Garcia: And his opponent, weighing in at 245 pounds, from Orangeburg, South Carolina, he is the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Shelton Benjamin!!!

Match #1
Best of Seven Series, Match #7
Shelton Benjamin (c) vs. Gregory Helms

Helms and Benjamin both meet in the middle of the ring with a lock up to begin the night off with our first match. Helms and Benjamin can’t find an advantage during the lockup before Helms clubs Benjamin hard right across the back and that seems to be the advantage that Helms needed to take down Benjamin for now. Helms throws Benjamin into the ropes before Benjamin comes running right back at Helms and runs right into a arm bar toss from Helms which ends up sending Benjamin to the outside of the ring.

Helms steps back before he charges off the ropes and starts running right at the ropes before Helms ends up attempting a baseball dropkick but Benjamin moved and Benjamin quickly throws Helms right back into the ring. Benjamin gets onto the apron himself before Helms rolls back onto his feet and Benjamin leaps onto the top rope. Benjamin is looking for some type of springboard move off the top rope but before he can connect, Helms quickly delivers a dropkick as Benjamin is in mid-air bringing the champion down to the mat and the fans are going nuts for the move that just happened despite Helms having delivered the move. Helms rolls over Benjamin and goes for the first cover of the night.

One…

Tw…

Helms gets back onto his feet and doesn’t look too happy as he thought he stood a chance at putting Benjamin away early but it wasn’t meant to be. Helms quickly walks behind Benjamin and applies a headlock as he is trying to squeeze the neck of Benjamin to take any early advantage he can early on for the win possibly. Benjamin starts to elbow his way out of the move before Helms continues to pull harder on the neck of Benjamin trying his best to get Benjamin to be forced to give up. Benjamin gets back to his feet and pulls Helms back to his feet too as Helms is hanging on the beck of Benjamin still trying to get Benjamin to tap out but Benjamin breaks the hold and flips Helms over onto his back on the mat below.

As Benjamin flips Helms back up to where he is sitting, Benjamin delivers a hard kick right to the back of Helms as Helms cinches in pain grasping at his back. Benjamin quickly throws Helms into the corner as Benjamin charges at his opponent. Helms ducks underneath as Benjamin leaps into the air and with amazing agility lands on the top rope. Helms ends up turning around right into a Moonsault from Benjamin as the fans are going wild as they are getting a fast start to the match here tonight between both of these equally talented competitors.

Benjamin rolls back onto his feet and heads right back over to Helms before he pulls his opponent back onto his feet. Benjamin gets Helms back to his feet before he sends Helms into the ropes as Helms ducks a clothesline from Benjamin but Helms stops and turns around before kicking Benjamin hard in the sternum, then grabs Benjamin and drives the face of Benjamin into his knees with the Double Knee Facebreaker as Benjamin falls down onto the mat holding his face in agonizing pain right now. Helms quickly tosses Benjamin over onto his side and hooks the leg looking for another chance at the win.

One…

Tw…

Helms rolls back onto his feet knowing he is going to have to do a whole lot more if he wants to put away Benjamin an try to win the title. Helms quickly gets Benjamin back to his feet and Helms sends Benjamin flying into the corner. Helms quickly makes his way into the corner charging and Benjamin catapults Helms over the ropes. However, with amazing athleticism Helms lands on the apron and Benjamin runs at Helms right into a right hand from Helms. Helms then quickly leaps onto the top rope as Benjamin turns right back around trying for a Springboard Forearm Strike and he connects taking down Benjamin but Helms doesn’t go for the cover but instead makes his way over to the corner.

The amazing athletically gifted Helms pulls himself back up onto his feet and makes his way onto the top rope looking down at Benjamin. Helms looks ready to jump off the top rope for some type of high risk move but quickly, Shelton Benjamin runs up the ropes and leaps up onto the top rope and connects with some right hands to Helms. Helms tries to block them but he can’t and Benjamin quickly grabs Helms connecting with a huge Belly to Belly Suplex off the top ropes sending Helms flying across the ring and now, Benjamin has gotten himself back into it. Benjamin slowly starts crawling and reaches out throwing an arm over Helms and he has the cover.

One…

Benjamin looks at the ref a little disgusted but he doesn’t argue seeing as he is the face in the match and doesn’t break character. Benjamin gets back to his feet and throws Helms into the corner. Benjamin makes his way into the opposing corner as he runs at Helms looking for a clothesline in the corner but Helms gets a boot up and Benjamin runs right into the boot. Helms quickly leaps onto the middle rope and as Benjamin turns around, Helms flies off the middle rope connecting with a Tornado DDT as the fans are booing Helms in this back and forth contest. Helms rolls over and begins to make his way to the ropes.

Helms pulls himself back onto his feet with the middle rope before he heads right back over to Benjamin and clubs away at the back of the champion. Helms gets Benjamin back to his feet and he sends Benjamin into the ropes but Benjamin reverses and sends Helms into the ropes. As Helms is coming back, Benjamin tries for a spinning heel kick but Helms catches the foot and taunts Benjamin before throwing Benjamin down and then grabbing the legs, looking to do something but Helms simply flips over with a cradle on Benjamin and he has one leg hooked. The referee drops down for the count, as this could be another chance at victory for Helms.

One…

Two…

Helms looks up at the ref in disbelief once again as he thought he had another chance at victory but once again, it wasn’t meant to be. Helms heads back over to Benjamin and looks down at the champion and his opponent before Helms runs off the ropes and drops a knee right onto the throat of Benjamin but that doesn’t look like it’s going to be all. Helms gets Benjamin back to his feet and he brings the champion into the corner as Helms bashes the head of Benjamin off the turnbuckles, looking to do anything and everything he can to try and get the gold around his waist here tonight no matter what it takes.

Helms stands on the middle rope looking for punches to the head of Benjamin but Benjamin quickly grabs Helms as if he is going for a power bomb but Benjamin brings Helms crashing down into the turnbuckle face first! The fans are cheering as now Benjamin heads right back over to Helms and throws Helms over the ropes but Helms hangs onto the apron. Benjamin runs at Helms but Helms ducks and Benjamin goes flying over the top rope hard landing right on the mat on the outside landing on his back. The fans are booing as Helms is still standing on the apron as the fans are trying to get Benjamin back into the match now.

Helms looks down at Benjamin on the mat as he jumps off the apron and gets Benjamin back onto his feet. Helms grabs the champion and brings him back to his feet but not for long as Benjamin gets sent into the steel steps by Helms. Helms raises his hands up as if he is signaling that he is going to be the next champion before he gets Benjamin back onto his feet and throws Benjamin into the ring. Helms then jumps into the ring quickly and hooks the leg looking for the win.

Helms looks at the referee in disgust before he hooks the leg once again.

One…

Once again, Helms only gets a two count but he decides to go for the third and final pin fall to see if he can take it here.

One…

Two…

Helms can’t believe that after three straight pin falls, he couldn’t take the win there as he thought for sure the win was in the bag. Helms gets off his knees after the pin fall attempts and heads back over to Benjamin as he grabs Benjamin and sends the athletic superstar into the ropes. Helms runs at Benjamin but Benjamin leaps right over Helms as Helms runs stomach first into the ropes. Benjamin quickly grabs Helms as if he was going for a German Suplex but rolls right through with a cradle for the pin fall. The fans are going wild as Benjamin stands a chance at retaining the title and the referee drops down for the cover.

Benjamin gets right back onto his feet wasting no time and wanting to take any advantages right now as he has gotten down in the match early on. However, Helms is quick to counter with a kick to the sternum before he lifts Benjamin into the air looking for a Vertical Suplex but Benjamin lands on his feet in the process. Benjamin ends up bringing Helms crashing down to the mat with the falling neck breaker as the fans are once again trying to get behind the champion tonight as he wants to do anything he can for the win. Benjamin doesn’t go for the cover but instead, he decides to pull himself back up to get more offense on Helms.

The fans are enjoying the back and forth match with both men having enjoyed early dominant periods during the early beginnings of the match. Benjamin heads right back over to Helms who he ends up baseball dropkicking to the outside and Benjamin heads to the other side of the ring. Helms gets back onto his feet as Benjamin runs and leaps over the top rope connecting with the Somersault Plancha landing hard on Helms on the outside and the fans are going wild as Benjamin really will pull out all the moves he can to try and get the win. We see Benjamin roll over and pull himself back up as he had a safe landing, landing right on Helms in the process.

Benjamin gets back to his feet and brings Helms back to his feet, as he doesn’t want to win by count out, he wants to win fairly. Benjamin throws Helms into the ring first before he slides back into the ring and then starts booting away at Helms. Benjamin grabs Helms bringing him back to his feet as Benjamin tries for a German Suplex but Helms fights off the German and throws some lefts and rights at Benjamin but Benjamin blocks the final one and ends up connecting with a Northern Lights Suplex and Benjamin keeps the bridge. The referee runs over and begins the count looking for once again, another chance at victory.

One…

Benjamin rolls back onto his feet and charges at Helms looking for a dropkick but before he can, Helms side steps Benjamin and flips Benjamin over with a snap mare. Helms then quickly runs off the ropes and this time ends up connecting with a huge dropkick right to the back of the head as Benjamin falls onto the mat grasping his head in agonizing pain. The fans are booing as once again, the tide of the match has been turned into the favor of Helms. Helms rolls back over to his feet and doesn’t go for the cover but instead locks in a Crossface Halo.

It’s been a long time since this move has been seen from Helms but he is showing his submission side and how he can work the mat now. Helms is pulling hard on the arm of Benjamin trying to get the athletic champion to tap out but Benjamin is slowly but surely pulling his way towards the ropes seeing as he is the bigger man out weighing Helms by at least 40 pounds. Benjamin starts to reach out and he can’t get there as Helms pulls him back but Benjamin continues making his way and reaches out grabbing the ropes and forcing the submission hold of Helms having to be broken even though it was just applied.

Helms looks disgusted as he rolls back onto his feet and grabs Benjamin dropping Benjamin onto the ropes throat first before Benjamin backs right into a hard shot to the back. Helms quickly grabs Benjamin and brings him into the corner as Helms is trying for some move but Benjamin pushes him away and as Helms comes running back at Benjamin, he runs right into a Samoan Drop from the challenger and this match is really going back and forth. Nobody can seem to find an advantage, which isn’t looking too good in the favor of both men as they are tiring and somebody needs to find the advantage needed for the win. Benjamin throws Helms over to his side and hooks the leg, looking to retain his title…

The fans are excited as the match is continuing on as we see Benjamin bring Helms back to his feet before Benjamin delivers a DDT right in the middle of the ring. Benjamin makes his way onto the outside of the ring, waiting for Helms to get back to his feet. It takes the challenger a few seconds to get back to his feet but as he does, Benjamin leaps over Helms and connects with a Springboard blockbuster driving the neck of Helms hard into the mat and the fans are going wild as this match is getting better and better as we speak. Benjamin quickly throws Helms back onto his side, as he looks for once again, another cover.

Benjamin looks up at the referee thinking he should have had the match won but apparently it wasn’t meant to be, as Benjamin doesn’t waste time though as he gets Helms back to his feet and sends the challenger into the corner. Benjamin charges into the corner and connects with the Shelton Splash, his version of the Stinger Splash and Benjamin is calling for the T-Bone Suplex! Benjamin lifts Helms into the air for the T-Bone Suplex but Helms quickly blocks it and throws Benjamin underneath his arm before delivering the Nightmare on Helms Street! Helms throws Benjamin over and hooks the leg and the ref doesn’t see but Helms has his feet all over the ropes!

The ref finally sees Helms feet on the ropes and he stops the count noticing that Helms is cheating. Helms and the referee get into it before Helms heads right back over to Benjamin stomping away at the body of Benjamin. Helms now makes his way onto the top rope confident he can win it right now as he waits for Benjamin to stand up. Helms leaps off the top rope as Benjamin pulled himself up with Helms going for a Cross body but the momentum causes Benjamin to roll through on Helms and the referee quickly begins the count.

One…

Helms quickly kicks out knowing he has to kick out if he wants to keep his dream alive of winning the Intercontinental title here tonight from Benjamin. Helms gets back to his feet and runs off the ropes at Benjamin but Benjamin quickly catches Helms with a Dragon Whip taking down Helms and Benjamin is feeling it now as he is getting back into the match. Benjamin heads right back over to Helms to get Helms back to his feet and Benjamin lifts Helms into the air but Helms lands on his feet behind Benjamin. Helms quickly tries running Benjamin into the turnbuckles sternum first but Benjamin stops, elbows out of the grip of Helms and throws Helms head first into the turnbuckle.

Benjamin waits in the corner as Helms is stumbling out of the corner. Benjamin attempts a Superkick but Helms somehow found a way to duck the move, and then Helms trips up Benjamin face first into the mat. Helms runs off the ropes and the fans know what the athletic Helms is looking for now, that being his finisher, the Shining Wizard! Helms runs off the ropes and attempts the Shining Wizard but at the last second, Benjamin slides to the outside of the ring avoiding the move and Helms looks at Benjamin, thinking that was his chance at gaining victory right there.

Benjamin leaps onto the apron as both men are exchanging lefts and rights on the apron. Benjamin hits Helms with a hard right and Benjamin leaps onto the top rope before attempting the Springboard Bulldog but Helms quickly moved. However Benjamin was able to land on his feet but he turns around right into Helms who kicks Benjamin in the sternum and runs off the ropes once again looking for the Shining Wizard as Benjamin was on one knee but Benjamin once again had the energy he needed to duck the move and as Helms runs right back at Benjamin, Benjamin ends up catching Helms and Benjamin brings Helms crashing down to the mat with his finisher, the T-Bone Suplex. Benjamin has a little trouble crawling towards Helms having the hard fight he has fought tonight during the match but Benjamin has enough to reach out and hook the leg of Helms and this could very well be it. The referee drops down looking for the pin fall as the fans yell out for Benjamin right now.

We head back into the arena to the commentating team.

Jerry Lawler: Well kind of JR because right now we don’t know who Kurt Angle will wrestle but we know he will be in action!

Jim Ross: And well speaking of champions, right now we’re about to see the Women’s Championship on the line.

Jerry Lawler: And ever since Beth Phoenix came to the WWE, she sure as hell made sure that she would make a big impact!

Count on It hits across the arena and out steps Beth Phoenix. Phoenix comes down the ramp with Trish Stratus walking behind her. Phoenix slides into the ring and sits on the turnbuckle playing to the fans as the fans cheer for Phoenix. Phoenix leaps off the turnbuckle before both Trish and Beth await Mickie.

Lilian Garcia: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE Women’s Championship. Introducing first being accompanied to the ring by Trish Stratus, she is from Buffalo, New York, Beth Phoenix!!!

Iced Out hits across the arena and out comes Mickie James skipping down the ramp. Victoria follows closely behind before Mickie slides into the ring and jumps the turnbuckles. Mickie holds her title high before she spins around and leaps off the ropes. Mickie and Beth come face to face in the middle of the ring right now.

Lilian Garcia: And her opponent, being accompanied to the ring by Victoria, she is from Richmond, Virginia, the WWE Women’s Champion, Mickie James!!!

Match #2
Women’s Championship
Mickie James (c) vs. Beth Phoenix

Beth and Mickie head into the middle of the ring looking for a lock up but before that can happen; Mickie gives a hard kick to the sternum of Beth. The Women’s Champion follows through with a clubbing shot to the back of Beth. Mickie grabs Beth off the mat as Beth lays on the mat before Mickie sends her challenger into the ropes. Beth comes running back but runs right into a back forearm from the champion. Mickie looks down at Beth on the mat and Victoria is on the outside rooting on Mickie in the ring. Mickie looks over at Trish on the outside as Mickie pulls Beth once again up off the mat.

Mickie sends Beth once again into the ropes and this time Beth comes running right back into a clothesline from the Women’s Champion, Mickie James. Mickie James pulls Beth up off the mat and delivers a hard back elbow to the head of Beth before she delivers a double forehand chop! Mickie throws the body of Beth Phoenix over as Mickie gets down on the mat and hooks the leg with this being an early pin fall cover right now.

One…

T…

Mickie isn’t shocked, as she didn’t think she was going to get the win right there. Mickie gets Beth back onto her feet once again but this time Mickie sends the challenger into the turnbuckles. Mickie charges at Beth in the corner but Beth is quick to get her feet up which causes Mickie to run right into the boots of Beth! Beth watches as Mickie turns around and Beth delivers a well-executed dropkick to the face of Mickie! Beth gets back onto her feet and walks back over to Mickie looking set for possibly an early chance at the win. Beth lifts Mickie onto her feet and picks her up before placing Mickie on the top rope.

Beth climbs to the middle rope, as Mickie is perched upon the top turnbuckle right now sitting on the turnbuckle. Beth tries pulling Mickie off the ropes for a Superplex but Mickie clubs Beth with a huge hard right. Beth however retaliates and gives another hard right to Mickie. Beth grabs Mickie and almost gets her off the ropes but Victoria climbs the apron and shoves Beth off the middle rope and down onto the mat. The ref didn’t see this as Trish was trying to tell him what was going on but he was of course distracted by Trish. Mickie gets down onto the mat once again hoping for maybe another chance at retaining the title?

One…

Tw…

Mickie looks at the ref as almost in disbelief thinking she might have had a chance and Victoria isn’t too happy on the outside either. Mickie grabs Beth and throws her into the corner turnbuckle before Mickie looks set to climb the ropes for some type of move but before she can, Beth throws Mickie off of her and into the air. Mickie lands hard on her back in the ring. Mickie rolls around the ring holding her back as Beth watches Mickie slowly but surely pull herself back up. Mickie turns around right into a hard-hitting clothesline from the powerful diva, Beth Phoenix! The fans cheer for Beth as she is once again taking advantage tonight of Mickie.

Beth stands over Mickie as if playing to the crowd with Mickie down on the mat almost knocked out from the hard clothesline she just received. Beth grabs Mickie by the hair and swings Mickie around before Mickie lands in the corner hard. Beth is showing her aggression tonight and her power towards the Women’s Champion. Beth watches as Mickie is in the corner and Beth rubs her foot in the face of Mickie hard rubbing it across the face. Beth kicks the face of Mickie and in the mean time is building her chances of winning the title tonight.

Beth pulls Mickie up out of the bottom turnbuckle on the mat before sending Mickie into the turnbuckles. Beth charges across the ring and connects with a spear in the corner to the sternum of Mickie and if this continues up, we might be seeing a new Women’s Champion crowned. Mr. McMahon: Damn it Eugene! I’ve told you once and I’m going to tell you again, you’re not wrestling here tonight. Now get the hell out of my office.

Eugene walks out the door as if he is going to cry but Mr. McMahon suddenly gets a smile on his face, he must have an idea.

Mr. McMahon: Wait, Eugene! You know what, I can’t let you wrestle tonight but what I can do is let you wrestle tomorrow night on Raw. What do you say to that?

Eugene: Yay!!!!

Eugene runs over and gives Mr. McMahon another hug before Eugene runs right out of the room so excited but Mr. McMahon has an evil look on his face.

We head back down to ringside to the commentating team.

Jim Ross: Only god knows whom Eugene is wrestling tomorrow night and something tells me, it won’t be a pretty match.

Jerry Lawler: That sick, sick man that Mr. McMahon is. He is going to take advantage of Eugene tomorrow night.

Jim Ross: And as for right now, we’re about to lose a superstar because this next match, the Loser will be leaving Raw.

Jerry Lawler: It’s went too far JR between Kane and the Big Show and tonight, anything goes and like you said, the loser leaves Raw.

No Holds Barred Match
Kane vs. The Big Show

Kane quickly charges at Big Show to get the match underway and both men are brawling right now. The ref goes to break up the brawl but he remembers anything goes here as we see Kane hit Big Show with a hard right European Uppercut sending the big man into the corner. Kane gives Big Show another European Uppercut before the Big Red Machine tries for a third but Big Show quickly moves and then slams the head of Kane into the turnbuckles. Big Show runs into the corner squashing Kane with a Big Splash and now the big man is looking to take full advantage of the match right now.

The Big Show turns Kane around and then sticks his finger to his mouth saying “Ssshhh” as he rares back and delivers a hard chop right across the chest of Kane. The fans are cheering as The Big Show quickly grabs Kane and sends him flying into the ropes. Big Show runs in the corner at the Big Red Machine looking for the Corner Thump but Kane was able to move and Big Show hit his back on the turnbuckle in the corner. As the Big Show stumbles out of the corner, Kane quickly meets Big Show with a huge clothesline knocking him back down to the mat.

Kane rolls onto the outside of the ring before he lifts the apron up and first off grabs a steel chair and throws it into the ring. The referee watches as Kane also grabs the steel steps and throws them into the ring with ease. Kane quickly slides into the ring and grabs the steel steps before he grabs the Big Show’s head and puts Big Show’s head to rest on the steps. Kane then grabs the steel chair and looks to swing and hit the head of Big Show with the steel chair but Big Show moves and then grabs the legs of Kane causing the Big Red Machine to fall face first onto the steel steps as Big Show throws Kane over for the cover.

Big Show gets back onto his feet as he wasn’t able to get the pin fall there and he pulls Kane up off the mat before throwing the Big Red Machine to the outside. The Big Show slides to the outside of the ring but as he gets to the outside, he is met with a hard right hand to the face from Kane. Kane quickly pulls the Big Show face first into the turnbuckles as Kane was lying on the mat since he was thrown to the outside. Kane gets back onto his feet and starts stomping away at the Big Show as he is trying to wear down the big man as much as he can right now.

Kane looks underneath the ring and pulls out a table that Kane sets up on the outside of the ring. The fans are booing Kane wondering what he is going to do with the table but he then grabs a steel chain from underneath the ring and starts choking Big Show out with the steel chain. Kane slides into the ring and wraps the chain across the steel pole as he is pulling on the throat of Big Show with the chain as Big Show is trapped on the pole. The ref is trying to break it up but he can’t do anything seeing as there are no disqualifications and anything goes tonight.

Kane lets go of the steel chain and slides back to the outside with the steel chain as he belts Big Show in the head with the chain. Big Show has a cut on his head early on and it isn’t looking too well for the big man early on in the match. Kane drags Big Show onto the table as Kane makes his way onto the apron. The Big Red Machine looks as if he is about to jump onto the Big Show but Big Show moves away from the table, saving himself from possibly being put through the table by Kane. Kane, who is still standing on the apron, jumps off the apron and connects with a flying clothesline knocking down The Big Show off the apron! The ref quickly counts the cover.

Kane looks up at the ref in disbelief but the ref isn’t going to argue with the big man right about now, as he is looking maniacal. Kane looks up underneath the ramp and grabs a trashcan from underneath the ring. The Big Red Machine looks at the trash can as he grabs the trashcan and then connects with a thunderous shot right across the back of the Big Show and it isn’t looking too good for the big man right now as he is falling into a bigger hole. Kane grabs the Big Show up off the mat on the outside and drags him onto the turnbuckle pole.

Kane charges at Big Show who looks like he is laid out right now but at the last second, Big Show moves and Kane hits the pole shoulder first! The fans are going wild, as the match has just taken a huge turn for the good as Big Show scoops Kane up and connects with a scoop slam! The fans are going wild as Kane rolls back onto his feet and runs right into a Big Boot from the Big Show. The Big Red Machine stumbles over onto the barricade and the Big Show looks at Kane before he grabs the Big Red Machine and throws him back into the ring.

Big Show gets Kane back onto his feet and sends Kane into the ropes. However, Kane is able to reverse as he ducks a clothesline from the Big Show. Kane then grabs Big Show and tries throwing him over the apron but Big Show gives a huge clothesline over the top rope sending the Big Red Machine to the outside. Kane slowly gets back to his feet showing that a clothesline won’t do it all to end the match as he gets back onto the apron. Big Show looks at Kane wondering what he is going to have to do before Kane and Big Show brawl on the apron. Big Show is in the ring and Kane is standing on the apron on the outside. Big Show connects with a hard headbutt and Kane is teetering before Big Show steps back, and then charges connecting with a spear sending Kane off the apron and through the table!!!

The fans are going wild now as Kane lays down and out on the outside of the ring as Big Show is in no hurry right now to go for the cover as he has taken a beating himself as he wipes the cut on his head trying to stop some of the bleeding. The Big Show now slides to the outside of the ring and he heads over to the rubble that is left of the table which Kane fell through and he calls the referee over and the referee begins the count as Big Show hooks the leg of Kane.

Big Show looks somewhat disappointed thinking he stood a chance to get the win there but apparently it wasn’t meant to be as Kane had enough energy to get his shoulder up. The Big Show heads over to the apron and looks underneath the ring looking for a weapon before he pulls out, a 2 x 4! The Big Show grabs the 2 x 4 and swings hard connecting with a shot right across the back of Kane and Big Show gets Kane back onto his feet. Kane pulls himself up on the barricade trying to get himself back into the match and Big Show drops the 2 x 4. He then looks at Kane who is standing now feeling the effects of the beating he has taken before he charges at Kane! However Kane moves and the Big Show collides with the barricade and the barricade breaks, as Big Show looks knocked out from that move.

The fans are in awe of what just happened as the Big Show lays in the crowd with the barricade having given in and it isn’t looking too well for the big man right now as he finds himself once again down and out in the match. Kane pulls himself back to his feet as he was on his knees a while ago taking a quick rest as the Big Show ran right through the barricade. Kane gets back to his feet and heads over pulling the ring bell and bringing it over to the barricade where Big Show has been knocked out after colliding with it.

Kane grabs the ring bell and connects with a shot to the forehead busting the head of the Big Show even more now as he continues to take a beating. The fans are trying to get behind the Big Show right now and get the World’s Largest Athlete back into the match as whoever loses must leave Raw effective after the PPV. Kane watches the blood pour from the head of the Big Show as he drags the big man through the crowd and brings him backstage. We see the cameras follow Kane and the Big Show as Kane grabs the head of the Big Show and tries hitting Big Show’s head off a table backstage but Big Show blocks it and elbows Kane in the gut.

The Big Show pushes Kane off trying to recover and even though he has taking a beaten tonight from Kane, he will not stay down and stand a chance at losing. Kane gets back to his feet and charges at the Big Show but Big Show connects with another huge Big Boot knocking down Kane and we see Big Show drag Kane slowly (seeing as Big Show has taken a beating after all) and ends up dragging Kane back through the crowd. The fans are going nuts as they can once again see the action before Big Show throws Kane over the barricade landing hard on the steel ramp. Big Show then grabs Kane and lifts him into the air connecting with a Vertical Suplex onto the steel ramp.

The Big Show now looks a little disappointed as he really thought he stood a chance there at gaining the win and sending Kane off of Raw for good but apparently, it wasn’t meant to be. The Big Show throws Kane back into the ring now as apparently he is wanting to wear down Kane in the ring and try for the win in there. Kane gets sent into the ropes by the Big Show but Big Show misses with another clothesline as Kane grabs the steel chair as quick as he can and connects with a hard shot right across the face knocking down Big Show onto the mat and it is once again looking in the favor of Kane right about now.

Kane grabs the steel chair and sticks it around the throat of the Big Show and he wants to do what he did to Big Show, which took the big man out of action for seven weeks! Kane lets out a maniacal laugh as he climbs onto the top rope looking to jump off the rope and land on the chair injuring the throat of the Big Show once again as the ref begs him not to. Kane however pushes the referee away and as he did this, Big Show was able to turn around and position himself as Kane leapt off the rope right as Big Show stuck his boot in the air! Kane’s face connects with the huge boot of Big Show as Kane falls down onto the mat and this match has taken a turn.

The fans are getting once again behind the Big Show as both men are down in the ring and we see the Big Show get the chair off his throat. Big Show gets back to his feet with a bloody mess on his face pulling himself back onto his feet with the ropes rather slowly. Big Show watches as Kane pulls himself back onto his feet with the ropes and as he does so, Big Show runs at Kane in the corner connecting with a huge corner clothesline and Big Show raises his hand as Kane backs out of the corner. Kane walks right into the huge palm of the Big Show and Big Show lifts Kane into the air and he tries for the Chokeslam but Kane wraps his hand around the throat of the Big Show. Big Show is too strong as he powers out of it and lifts Kane into the air connecting with the huge Chokeslam as the fans are cheering for the Big Show.

Kane gets his shoulder up much to the dismay of the Big Show as he really thought he was going to get the win right there. The Big Show pulls Kane back onto his feet and he ends up throwing the Big Red Machine to the outside of the ring as he is now dragging Kane to the top of the ramp, looking for something huge to try and finish off his opponent. The Big Show grabs Kane and ends up ramming Kane headfirst right into the stage set up and the Big Show is looking as if he is ready to go ahead and end the match right here and right now.

The Big Show looks down below and the fans let out huge cheers as the ramp is positioned high up tonight and we see a huge black table on the floor that is set up. The Big Show looks down at the table and he lifts Kane into the air looking to toss The Big Show off the ramp and he has Kane teetering on the ramp but Kane quickly kicks Big Show hard in the sternum and wraps his hand around the throat of Kane. The ref is trying to stop Kane but he can’t as Kane was choking out Big Show with his hand for a few seconds before Kane chokeslams Big Show off the stage onto the table as Kane comes down with the Big Show! Neither man is moving right now and the ref is confused what to do before we see Kane barely able to move his arm as he places it over the chest of the fallen man, the Big Show.

Lilian Garcia: Here is your winner, Kane!!!

Match Length: 12 Minutes, 20 Seconds

Jim Ross: Both men walked through hell tonight but it was Kane that was able to win the match but can we see he actually won?

Jerry Lawler: Yeah, he won a trip to the hospital after choke slamming not only Big Show but bringing himself off the stage!

Jim Ross: It has been a wild night so far and right now, we have lost the World’s Largest Athlete off of Raw.

Jerry Lawler: That is certainly going to be one pissed off giant that you will not want to mess with wherever he goes to.

We head backstage to see Maria standing by with Matt Striker and Test.

Maria: In just a few moments Matt, you will be fighting Carlito, do you think that Carlito is cool or do you think he’s not cool?

Matt Striker: Maria, I really don’t care whether Carlito is cool or not. I’m the cool one, the coolest teacher there is. And tonight, well tonight is going to be a huge lesson for Carlito that will maybe show him that he should show some respect towards his teacher as I am the inferior one. And if you don’t know what inferior means, look it up!

Maria: Matt, you do have a win over Carlito so do you think you can beat him here tonight?

Matt Striker: Carlito is going to learn tonight why you never mess with the teacher. I’ve taught him a few lessons already but he took it too far this past week. I’ve tried giving him the Test and he passed it but tonight, this test, he is going to end up failing!

Maria: Anything else Matt?

Matt Striker: Maria, you just sit back and watch me show everyone how I take care of my business in the ring. And then when I am done with Carlito, there will be plenty more opportunities to teach many students here on Raw just who I am, and I am Matt Striker, your teacher!!!

We head back down to ringside to the commentating team.

Jim Ross: Matt Striker seems pretty confident of himself and it will be interesting to see if he can beat Carlito here tonight.

Jerry Lawler: I’m not sure who is going to win JR but I say this, this won’t be a pretty match, that’s the truth!

Jim Ross: We’ve seen both men take it too far with Carlito attacking Striker from behind and Striker stabbing Carlito with a pencil.

Jerry Lawler: And tonight, both men look to settle their differences in the ring hopefully once and for all.

Matt Striker…Your Teacher hits across the arena and out walks Striker wearing a sweater vest as Test walks behind him in his wrestling gear. Striker slides into the ring and paces around as Test stands behind him watching up the ramp. Striker starts taunting the fans pointing to his brain showing that he is smarter than them.

Lilian Garcia: The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first from New York City, New York, weighing in at 237 pounds, being accompanied to the ring by Test, he is Matt Striker!!!

Cool hits across the arena and out comes Carlito! Carlito walks down the ramp not taking his eyes off Striker and Test in the ring with cheers coming in for Carlito right now. Carlito tosses an apple up and down on the outside before he places it in the corner before Carlito gets into the ring and throws his shirt into the crowd.

Lilian Garcia: And his opponent from the Caribbean, weighing in at 220 pounds, Carlito!!!

Match #4
Matt Striker vs. Carlito

Striker charges at Carlito from behind and takes advantage early on as Carlito was throwing his shirt into the crowd. Striker stomps away on the back of Carlito trying to get any early advantage he can tonight to get a win. Striker continues to stomp away on the back of Carlito before he grabs the young superstar from the Caribbean and brings him back to his feet. Striker quickly flips Carlito over before Striker grabs the neck of Carlito with both hands and starts pulling back on the neck of Carlito right then and there to try and wear down Carlito.

Striker looks around the arena as the fans are booing him right now, but Striker ignores the boos from the fans. Striker is pulling harder on the neck now as we see Carlito start elbowing Striker trying to find his way back into the match up. Carlito eventually elbows out of the move and Carlito quickly gets back to his feet and at the same time, he delivers an arm drag sending Matt Striker to the outside. Test helps Striker back to his feet as he is trying to help Striker regain his composure right now after Striker started out strong but fell apart right there.

Test is getting ready to send Striker back into the ring but before he can, Carlito runs across the ring and flies over the ropes with a Plancha right onto both Striker and his bodyguard, that being the big man, Test. Carlito gets back to his feet as he landed on both men so he didn’t hurt himself or land on the outside. Carlito quickly grabs Striker before throwing Striker back into the ring. Carlito slides back in shortly after and Carlito grabs the leg of Striker for the pin. The ref gets down on the mat and begins the first pin fall of the night for this match.

Carlito gets back to his feet as he stomps away at Striker before Test gets onto the apron trying to distract Carlito. Carlito quickly runs over and pushes the big man off the ropes but Striker meets Carlito as he turns back around with a hard right hand to the gut. The fans are booing now as Striker clubs away at the back of Carlito as Test’s interference gave Striker back the advantage that he needed. Striker quickly comes from behind on Carlito and locks in a rear naked choke trying to pull away at the throat of Carlito to force his opponent to tap out.

Striker is wrenching away at the throat of Carlito trying to do anything and everything he can to make his opponent tap out. Striker squeezes the throat of Carlito with his left hand before he reaches out with his right hand and grabs the ropes. The referee didn’t see anything as he walks over to see if Striker was cheating. Once the referee leaves, Striker grabs the ropes once again making the move even harder for Carlito to try and get out of. The referee comes from behind and sees that Striker has the ropes and the ref pushes Striker’s arm off the ropes telling him that he is cheating right now and can get disqualified.

Striker seems ultimately pissed that the ref made him break the hold but Striker walks back over to Carlito and tries to put back on the rear naked choke. Carlito though won’t let that happen as he connects with some elbows into the sternum. Carlito continues to do so before he tries running off the ropes but before he can, Striker grabs the hair of Carlito pulling down the cool superstar onto the mat as Striker isn’t going to let Carlito find any advantage he can early on in the match. Striker looks down at Carlito and starts stomping away at the body of Carlito before Striker grabs Carlito and lifts him into the air connecting with a Vertical Suplex!

The fans boo Striker as he genuinely thought he had the match won there with that new move he just debuted but it wasn’t meant to be for the teacher. Striker climbs onto the middle ropes looking down at Carlito and he then jumps off the ropes driving his fist into the face of Carlito, ala “The King” Jerry Lawler back in his wrestling days. Striker looks down at Carlito and decides not to pin him, as that won’t be enough before he places Carlito in the corner turnbuckle resting his head on the bottom. Striker charges into the corner and delivers the face wash driving his boot right across the face of Carlito and it isn’t looking too well for the fan favorite, Carlito tonight during the match.

Striker then pulls Carlito back to his feet before he goes for a DDT in the corner but before he can, Carlito holds onto the ropes and Striker goes down without Carlito landing hard on the mat. Carlito then pulls Striker back to his feet and then Carlito sends Striker into the ropes. Carlito runs at Striker and connects with a running knee lift to the head of his opponent, before Carlito rebounds off the ropes once again and ends up connecting with a hard, left handed clothesline taking down Striker with an impact. Carlito grabs Striker and tries for a move but before he can even get Striker set up, Striker slides to the outside of the ring and Test is on the outside trying to help Striker regain his composure. Striker whispers something into Test’s ear and he fully agrees with the plan that Striker has just told him.

Carlito slides to the outside trying for a baseball dropkick trying to connect with Striker and Test but Striker pulls Carlito to the outside hard and he lands on the mat. Striker slides back into the ring now as he distracts the ref long enough for Test to drive the body of Carlito into the barricade hard with a thud. Test then grabs Carlito and rolls him back into the ring. Striker notices that Carlito is back into the ring now and it seems that was only part of Striker’s plan as Striker gets down and quickly covers Carlito as he believes that he can get the win right here.

Stone Cold Steve Austin: Slow down ya little CLB.

The crowd pops as Christian looks as if he is going to go nuts in the ring right now. Stone Cold gives a huge smile as Christian looks at him pissed off.

Lilian Garcia: Here are your winners and still World Tag Team Champions…MNM!!!

Match Length: 10 Minutes, 7 Seconds

Jim Ross: MNM has overcome another challenge tonight by the Highlanders despite the hard fight they put up.

Jerry Lawler: I don’t think the tag division has seen what has hit them just yet since MNM made their debut on Raw last month.

Jim Ross: Indeed King and the tag division has just been put on warning by MNM that it will be hard to get those titles off of them.

Jerry Lawler: It was a good match but MNM just happened too much for the new team here of the Highlanders.

We head backstage to see the Nature Boy walking around before from behind, Chris Jericho attacks Flair. Jericho is stomping away at Flair backstage after he throws Flair’s head onto the concrete ground repeatedly with Flair being busted open. Jericho grabs Flair and throws him into a wall with Flair landing hard on a coffee table in the process. Jericho then grabs Flair’s bloody head and bashes his head off of the table and it doesn’t look like Flair is going to be able to take anymore from Jericho as Jericho leaves Flair where he is at and walks away. But Jericho is yelling at Flair right now something with Flair just lying there as Jericho stands there and laughs, looking at the helpless Flair before his match. Jericho looks back at Flair one more time before he walks away but then stops.

Chris Jericho: Ric that goes to show you not to mess with me. And you talk about being the man, well I believe that since I just “beat” you…

Chris Jericho: I am the man!!!

Jericho walks off laughing rather cockily as the closing images are Flair lying there on the ground, looking lifeless and helpless.

Jim Ross: My god, I can’t believe that Jericho has just attacked Ric Flair backstage like that, there was no reason for that.

Jerry Lawler: Two heinous attacks tonight. First Christian attacks Stone Cold and now Jericho attacks Ric Flair!

Jim Ross: It really is sad isn’t it King and Ric Flair was supposed to be at ringside for Shawn Michaels but ladies and gentlemen, that won’t happen!

Jerry Lawler: And it’s all because Jericho attacked Flair. I hope Flair will be alright is all I can say right about now.

Break the Walls Down hits across the arena and out steps Jericho with his back to the fans and he extends his arms. Jericho then turns around and pumps his fist in the air yelling out “Yeah baby” before he continues down the ramp and gets into the ring with the fans booing as Jericho leans against the ropes and shakes them. Jericho gets back to his feet looking a little frustrated but he knows it is too early on in the match to get frustrated and he has to not let his emotions get the best of him. Jericho heads right back over to Michaels and kicks Michaels in the back, which we all know that Michaels has had a bad history of his back injury. Both men pull themselves up at the same time with Jericho looking worn down having just missed the Moonsault. And Jericho and Michaels meet in the middle of the ring exchanging rights with one another but neither man will go down right now, as both men want to find the advantage needed for the win. Jericho can’t believe it and is starting to wander what it is going to take to try and keep Michaels down and out right now in the match. Jericho drags Michaels back onto his feet as he sends Michaels into the ropes but as Michaels comes back, he runs right into a sleeper hold from Jericho. Jericho is trying his best to cause the legend to be forced to give up but it doesn’t look like Michaels is going to lose and give up the match this easy. Michaels is trying to head towards the ropes to force the hold to be broken just like he did earlier in the match when Jericho had applied the headlock onto Michaels, which HBK broke.

Jericho is trying to choke the life out of Michaels but the Heart Break Kid ends up countering by hitting Jericho in the sternum with his elbow. Michaels continues doing this forcing Jericho to have to break the hold and Michaels runs off the ropes back at Jericho but Jericho being as quick as he is, delivers a huge Spinning Heel Kick right to the face of Michaels as Michaels falls back down onto the mat and Jericho has once again found himself back in the match. Michaels is pulling hard on the legs of Jericho trying to get Jericho to be forced to give up and Jericho starts crawling towards the ropes as he now has a taste of a submission move tonight after having put HBK in two already. Jericho is wrenching and trying to find a way to get towards the ropes so he won’t be forced to tap out but it isn’t looking like he is going to end up getting to the ropes. Jericho sits up now and Michaels is trying his best to get Jericho to tap out but Jericho slaps Michaels right across the face and reverses the move into the Indian Death lock!

However Jericho breaks the hold quickly and acts as if he is going to lock in the Walls of Jericho but instead locks in the Sharpshooter? Yes, Jericho has locked in the Sharpshooter right now on Shawn Michaels and the fans are booing seeing as we are in Canada tonight. Jericho is using Bret Hart’s move that he made famous, the Sharpshooter and Jericho is yelling out “Tap Out” but it doesn’t look like Michaels is going to do just that. Michaels tries reaching the ropes to break the hold but Jericho simply pulls Michaels right back into the middle of the ring now.

Jericho continues to wrench away at the legs of Michaels trying to cause Michaels to tap out but suddenly, we see Ric Flair come down the ramp. NO! Jericho gets his shoulder up much to the dismay of Shawn Michaels and right now, the Heart Break Kid is running out of ideas as to what he can do to Jericho. Michaels is now making his way into the corner, pulling himself towards the ropes where he can get back onto his feet and where he can try to take advantage of Jericho down in the middle of the ring right now. Michaels eventually grabs the ropes and pulls himself back onto his feet and now Michaels is back up in the corner as he begins to tune up the band once again, looking for another chance at victory!

Michaels continues to tune up the band as we see Jericho stumble back onto his feet despite the hard landing he took a few minutes ago and Michaels charges at Jericho with his second attempt at the Sweet Chin Music but Jericho catches the foot of Michaels and flips Michaels over onto his back, and Jericho is struggling but we know what he is trying to lock in. The Walls of Jericho! Jericho puts one knee into the back of Michaels trying to force Michaels over onto his stomach and Jericho eventually does get Michaels flipped over and he has successfully locked in the Walls of Jericho on the Heart Break Kid in the middle of the ring.

Jericho is yelling out in agony and pain for Michaels to tap out and the fans are booing right now as Michaels is trying his best to get towards the ropes but it isn’t looking like that will happen right now as Jericho ends up pulling Michaels right back into the middle of the ring. Jericho is wrenching away at the back of Michaels doing his best and pretty much everything he can do to force the Heart Break Kid to be forced to tap out and end the match. Michaels once again tries crawling towards the ropes and he is getting so close to reaching out and grabbing the ropes, he is literally just an inch from having his hand touch the ropes and have the hold broken.

The fans are trying their best to support Michaels right now and Jericho is yelling at the ref telling him to ask if Michaels is going to give up. The ref asks Michaels but of course, Michaels responds with a no and he is still trying to grab the ropes and break the hold. Michaels continues to inch his way towards the ropes but once again, Jericho ends up pulling Michaels right back into the middle of the ring and now, it doesn’t look like Michaels is going to be able to get out of the hold. Michaels who was supporting himself up with his arms lets go and falls down to the mat with his face completely on the mat and the energy drained out of him. Jericho knows he has the match won know as Michaels has nothing left in him to continue what so ever and despite the cries from the fans not to give up, the Heart Break Kid, Shawn Michaels, has no choice but to tap out.

One, the Chain Gang will still be there supporting me and two, I will have what I lost and is still rightfully mine, my WWE Championship!

Todd Grisham: John, tonight you walk into Vengeance with a huge task having to beat two men that you’ve never fought one on one, can you do it?

John Cena: I don’t care who is in that ring. As far as I’m concerned, it’s just two men standing in my way trying to keep me from getting what I’ve wanted and battled for since I lost my title six months ago on Raw. I’ve came way too far to go back now and I’ll be damned tonight if I’m not the one in the middle of the ring with my hand raised in victory!

Todd Grisham: Anything else?

John Cena: People have said all my life that I couldn’t do this or I couldn’t do that. We’ll I’ve proved everybody wrong since I came to the WWE and tonight, I’m going to prove all the so called “critics” wrong once again when I beat the odds once more and I promise I walk out of here with my belt around my waist.

Van Dam lands on his feet and pulls himself back up on the ropes quickly before he leaps right over Cena and connects with a Sunset Flip Power bomb driving Cena into the mat hard and he still has the cover on Cena as the referee comes running over and begins the count as Van Dam is looking for the win.

One…

Two…

Van Dam now gets back to his feet still looking disappointed but instead he heads to the outside of the ring and looks underneath the ring before pulling out, a ladder!!! Van Dam slides the ladder into the ring but the ladder gets caught on the bottom rope. Cena runs across the ring and baseball dropkicks the ladder right into the face of Van Dam as the champion goes flying back to the outside and he lands close to the ramp. Cena leaves the ladder where it is as it is sitting positioned on the ropes right now as we see Cena walk right over to Triple H and he picks the Game up before sending Triple H right into the ropes.

Cena runs right at the Game taking down Triple H with a huge clothesline before Cena heads right back over and picks Triple H up again but Triple H connects with a low blow causing Cena to fall down to the mat and both men are down in the ring right now as is Van Dam on the outside after taking the shot from the ladder. Triple H pulls himself back up onto his feet before he looks down at Cena and runs off the ropes right know before coming back and driving his knee right into the throat of the challenger as Cena holds his throat as Triple H feels that his eleventh reign as the champion could very well be coming soon.

Triple H scoops Cena back up to his feet as he throws Cena into the corner and Triple H is going rampant in the corner throwing some hard rights at the head of Cena trying to wear down the other challenger so that it could just be Van Dam and Triple H. As Cena stumbles out of the corner, Triple H comes from behind on Cena and connects with a Flair like knee chop from behind as Cena goes weak right now on his knee as he falls down to the mat. Triple H now grabs the legs of Cena and lets out a big WOOOO taunting his mentor and former friend, Ric Flair as he wraps the legs around Cena and locks in the famous Figure Four Leg Lock!

The fans are going wild but it’s not for Triple H, it’s because he has Flair’s famous move locked in on the challenger. The fans are booing Triple H now as he is doing everything in his power to force Cena to have to give up and lose the match right now but it doesn’t look like that is going to be happening right now from the Doctor of Thuganomics. Triple H looks at Cena as Cena is crawling towards the ropes on his back doing the best he has to grab the ropes and force the hold to be broken but Triple H simply pulls Cena back into the middle of the ring right now and it isn’t looking pretty in the favor of Cena right now. The fans suddenly cheer as they see Van Dam leap onto the ropes and he connects with a springboard dropkick jarring the head of Triple H and of course, forcing the hold to be broken. Van Dam quickly hooks the leg of Triple H right now looking for another chance at gaining victory and retaining the title.

One…

Two…

The fans nor Van Dam can believe it as Triple H kicks out and he is still having trouble as he is holding his head in pain right now from the hard shot he took to the head by Van Dam with that huge kick. Van Dam throws Triple H to the outside of the ring now as he places Triple H on the barricade with a slam before jumping onto the apron. Van Dam jumps off the apron and connects with the Spinning Heel Kick right across the back of Triple H now and the fans are getting once again behind the champion right now. Van Dam quickly throws Triple H right back into the ring but he doesn’t go for the cover just yet.

Van Dam however climbs onto the top rope and he grabs the ladder that was seesawing on the ropes earlier. Van Dam now has the ladder as he is standing on the top rope with the ladder in hand which is on the mat but he has the ladder in his hands. Now Van Dam falls on the ladder and connects with a huge splash landing hard on Triple H but in the process, he hurts himself of course but that is the risk he took and now, both men are down with Cena trying to find a way to get back into the match as now would be the time to take advantage seeing as the champ and one of the challengers is also down too right now.

Cena starts pulling himself onto his feet and all of a sudden, we see Mr. McMahon start walking down the ramp. Mr. McMahon slides into the ring and Cena and McMahon get into an argument with Mr. McMahon daring Cena to hit him. Mr. McMahon slaps Cena right across the face trying to get Cena to hit him and Cena finally snaps lifting McMahon into the air looking for the F-U but from behind, Shane McMahon attacks Cena knocking down the challenger. Shane o Mac tells his dad to set the trashcan up in the corner as McMahon makes his way onto the top rope.

Mr. McMahon throws Cena into the corner and he places the trashcan onto Cena as he yells at Cena right now as Shane McMahon is standing on the ropes. Shane o Mac now sets himself up carefully before he leaps off the ropes and connects with the Coast to Coast driving the trash can right into the face of Cena and now, Cena looks knocked out. Mr. McMahon helps his son back to his feet as Shane is having trouble walking after that huge move he just hit. Mr. McMahon now pulls Cena out of the corner and throws the arm of Triple H over the fallen body of Cena looking for the Game to get the win and the ref has no choice to count seeing as anything goes.

One…

Two…

T…

Mr. McMahon can’t believe it as Cena got his shoulder up. Mr. McMahon grabs Cena and places him back on his feet before McMahon kicks Cena in the gut looking for the Pedigree, which of course is Triple H’s finisher but Cena flips McMahon over with a back body drop. Cena falls down to the mat having had enough and we see all of the men down in the ring with Shane o Mac being helped to the back by some road agents. Triple H starts to slowly pull himself back up to his feet as we see Van Dam do the same too, with somebody needing to find a way to capitalize right now with Cena being down in the process too.

Van Dam pulls himself back to his feet and he is standing up now, as is Triple H. Both men charge at each other but Van Dam quickly hits Triple H with a sidekick knocking down Triple H once again and we see Van Dam baseball dropkick Mr. McMahon to the outside of the ring. McMahon takes a hard landing on the outside of the ring as Van Dam gets back to his feet as Triple H is sitting in the corner. Van Dam grabs the steel chair and quickly runs into the corner before delivering the Chair Surf hard right into the face of Triple H and now, Van Dam finds himself once again back on top in the match playing under his rules as anything does go.

Van Dam rolls back onto his feet as he pulls Cena back up but at the same time, Cena scoops Van Dam onto his shoulders as if he is looking for a F-U! However Van Dam slides off the shoulders and lands on the apron but as he does, Cena pushes Van Dam off the ropes and Van Dam goes flying to the outside of the ring taking a hard landing on the mat below. Cena walks back over to Triple H and kicks Triple H hard in the sternum before Cena runs off the ropes and connects with a sit-down hip toss throwing Triple H down hard to the mat. Cena quickly throws Triple H over looking for another chance at victory and if he can, this will be the chance he gets seeing as Van Dam is down on the outside of the ring.

Cena quickly gets back to his feet as he grabs Triple H and throws Triple H into the ropes. Triple H comes running back at Cena as Cena connects with a drop toe hold and Cena tries locking in the STFU early on but Triple H slides to the outside of the ring before Cena can lock in the submission move on the Game. And as Triple H falls to the outside, Van Dam throws Triple H into the steel steps before Van Dam slides into the ring. This turns out to be a big mistake by Van Dam as Cena stomps away at the back of Van Dam before getting Van Dam back to his feet. Cena throws Van Dam into the ropes but Van Dam ducks and wraps his legs around Cena rolling through with a cradle and the fans are in awe of the move as Van Dam has the pin and the ref quickly runs over looking for the pin fall and this might be it.

One…

Cena kicks out emphatically forcing the match to continue on as Van Dam rolls back onto his feet and heads right back over before he throws Cena right to the outside of the ring. Van Dam takes a quick breather as we see Triple H pull himself up as Cena gets back to his feet too on the outside. Van Dam quickly runs and leaps right over the top rope connecting with a Pescado flying over the top rope and taking a landing on Triple H and Cena on the outside as the fans begin RVD chants as RVD rolls back to his feet not having taking a hard landing since he landed on two people. Van Dam slides back into the middle of the ring and does the RVD thumb taunt and now he can get another quick breather with both men being down on the outside of the ring and there are no count outs either.

We see Mr. McMahon back on his feet as he throws Triple H into the ring as McMahon looks underneath the ring too and grabs a sledgehammer! Mr. McMahon climbs on the apron distracting Van Dam as McMahon had slid the sledgehammer into the ring without Van Dam seeing it. Mr. McMahon and Van Dam get into it on the apron as Van Dam tries pushing McMahon off the apron which he does but as he turns around to Triple H, Triple H hits a huge sledgehammer shot right across the face of Van Dam knocking the champion down to the mat. Triple H slides the sledgehammer into the corner as he gets down onto one knee and hooks the leg of Van Dam looking for another cover and if he gets lucky, this could be it and we could have a new champion!

Triple H looks up at the sky wondering what else he is going to have to do if he wants to walk away with the title in his hands tonight. Triple H sends Van Dam into the ropes and as Van Dam comes back, he runs right into a Harley Race like High Knee taking down the champion and now the Game is beginning to feel it. It is looking good in the favor of Triple H right now as if he can actually win the match and take the title. Van Dam rolls back onto his feet before Triple H runs off the ropes and runs right behind Van Dam before he connects with a falling neckbreaker slam driving the neck of Van Dam into the mat and now, the Game gets onto his knees and it looks as if he has the match under control right now.

Triple H walks back over to Van Dam and picks Van Dam up looking as if he is going to finish Van Dam off right now as he picks up Van Dam and throws RVD into the ropes. RVD comes running back and ducks a clothesline from Triple H but comes running right back into a huge Spinebuster from Triple H! The fans are booing once again as Triple H finds himself in control of the match once again. Triple H picks Van Dam up and throws him between his legs as he goes for the Pedigree but from behind, Cena runs and grabs Triple H before he could hit the Pedigree and hits Triple H hard in the back. Cena then quickly trips up Triple H face first into the mat before he locks in the STFU while Van Dam is on the mat on the outside.

Cena is pulling hard on the neck of Triple H trying his best to get Triple H to tap out to the STFU but quickly, we see Van Dam make his way to the top rope. Van Dam is having some trouble having been hit with the Spinebuster a few minutes ago but he is back to his feet and he climbs his way onto the top rope. He waits a second and Cena doesn’t see Van Dam as Cena’s head is down looking at the mat but Van Dam leaps off the top rope and connects with a Flying Thrust Kick right to the face of Cena forcefully breaking the STFU early on and now, Van Dam rolls back to his feet as he once again is in control of the match with both men being down.

Van Dam sees that Mr. McMahon is going to try one more time to interfere in the match as Van Dam quickly gives a huge kick right to the head of Mr. McMahon causing him to fall of the apron and to the outside of the ring once again with the momentum this time causing him to hit the barricade. Van Dam now walks over and grabs Cena before sending Cena into the ropes but the Doctor of Thuganomics is quick to reverse the Irish Whip as RVD leaps onto the middle rope and bounces back with a Cross body. Van Dam rolls through and keeps the cover as the referee drops down once again looking for another cover.

Triple H who found enough momentum to break up the pin fall despite the abuse he has taken in the match so far breaks up the count. The Game pulls himself up by the ropes and meets Van Dam with some hard rights before Van Dam leaps into the air with a Hurricanrana and the momentum sends Triple H flying to the outside of the ring right by Mr. McMahon. Van Dam rolls back to his feet and throws Cena into the ropes again before he charges into the corner and rolls through with the Monkey Flip sending Cena flying. The fans are getting behind the WWE Champion, as he seems to have found a way to go ahead and try for the win.

Van Dam looks down at Cena before he walks over and grabs the ladder he used earlier in the match before placing Cena on top of the ladder. Van Dam runs off the ropes before coming back and connecting with the Rolling Thunder and the momentum causes Cena to hit the ladder hard with his back and Cena is grasping at his back. Van Dam is rolling around the ring too as the move always takes a lot out of him when he does it, and Van Dam heads towards the ropes needing to get back to his feet if he wants to go ahead and try to finish off the match here.

Van Dam pulls himself back to his feet before he leaps onto the top rope as Cena is in the corner and Van Dam connects with the Split Legged Moonsault. Van Dam rolls over and the referee comes over and begins the count.

Triple H pulled Van Dam to the outside forcing the count to be broken and the match still must continue on now. Triple H drives Van Dam back first into the apron before he throws Van Dam into the ring once again. Triple H slides into the ring himself and grabs his sledgehammer as he is starting to line up Van Dam with the sledgehammer once again. Triple H grabs the sledgehammer and goes to hit Van Dam with the sledgehammer but Van Dam ducks and Van Dam quickly grabs a steel chair on the mat by him and throws it to Triple H. Triple H has no time to react as Van Dam spins around and connects with the Van Daminator! Van Dam throws Triple H over and is looking for once again another cover.

This time however, Cena is the one that breaks the count as he hit Van Dam hard in the back. Cena looks down at Van Dam on the mat and signals to the crowd with the You Can’t See Me chant before Cena runs off the ropes and drops the Five Knuckle Shuffle right onto Van Dam. Cena bends down and pumps up his shoes signaling for his finisher and if he connects, this very well could be the end of the match. Cena walks over and picks Van Dam up off his back and lifts Van Dam into the air looking for the F-U but Van Dam slides off the shoulders of Cena and Van Dam delivers a Leg Sweep sending Cena down before Van Dam delivers a huge DDT driving Cena’s head into the mat hard.

Cena rolls over on the mat and lands by Triple H as both men are lying there right by each other and Van Dam finds himself heading to the corner. Van Dam now makes his way up the turnbuckles as he climbs up and positions himself up on top of the turnbuckles. Van Dam now looks down and leaps off the top rope connecting with a huge Five Star Frog Splash landing on both Cena and Triple H. Van Dam rolls around the ring now as the move takes a lot out of him but he crawls over and is able to hook the leg of Triple H, who is the closest man to him and the fans are yelling hoping this is it for the end of the match.

Lilian Garcia: Here is your winner and STILL WWE Champion, Rob Van Dam!!!

Match Length: 21 Minutes, 17 Seconds

Van Dam is handed his title belt as the ref holds his hand high as we see Mr. McMahon look on, disappointed that Triple H didn't get the title once again tonight before we head over to ringside.

Jim Ross: And I can’t believe it. All three of these men put their bodies on the line but in the end, Rob Van Dam came out on top once again!

Jerry Lawler: It was a hard fought match but like you said JR, RVD was once again the top dog here tonight.

Jim Ross: And with Van Dam rolling out of here champ once again, who will he be fighting next is the major question.

Jerry Lawler: I’m not sure JR but as for tonight, we’ve got to say goodbye as I’m the King and he’s JR, good night everybody from Edmonton!

Re: WWE Unleash the Fury

Wow. It's up already. I've had a look at the Main Event and it looks awesome. I'm spewing, I didn't think you'd have this up until late this week, and I have a few other shows I need to review, so unfortunately I won't be able to get one up as soon as I'd hoped, but there will definitely be one up by the end of the week. Looks great KOP, well done.

Re: WWE Unleash the Fury

Vegenance Review:[/U][/B]

Nice opening video played to the theme music of the show. Really set the mood for the big matches that will take place.

Match #1
Best of Seven Series, Match #7
Shelton Benjamin (c) vs. Gregory Helms

In a match that I'm hoping Helms wins here, lets see what happens. Benjamin wins, but man was this match great! This is how you start off a show! The action was great, and while Benjamin retains in this match and wins the series, I think that Helms will still be a major factor in this thread. ***.75/5

Good to see SNME returning. Should be a great show that while I'm sure will be focusing on Raw, while the GAB would follow soon after for Smackdown, will also start some feuds for Summerslam.

Match #2
Women’s Championship
Mickie James (c) vs. Beth Phoenix

These two put on a good match and is actually given a good amount of time to work with. With Victoria and Trish at ringside as well, it made things work even better. I see Mickie is still a heel in this thread, and thanks to Victoria she picks up the victory in this very good Diva's match. ***

I'm assuming that the Eugene promo with Vince was to give the audience some comedic relief and to waste some time.

Match #3
Loser Leaves Raw
No Holds Barred Match
Kane vs. The Big Show

Not expecting a classic here and there wasn't one. However this was a nice brawl like match. Nice bump from off the stage through the tables with the chokeslam from Kane to Show. This was a nice ending to a great match. Kane wins and I'm assuming Show will be on Smackdown soon or will be taking some time off. ***.25

Match #4
Matt Striker vs. Carlito

Nice to see both men get some time here on PPV. Even with Test interfering in the match Carlito still gets the win. Even though Striker lost, I hope that he does not get in stuck in the shuffle. ***

Nice video package hyping The Great American Bash and Summerslam is coming to LA!

Match #5
Jeff Hardy vs. Chris Masters

Surprised to see this match so short, but I'm not sure if the quality of the match remain the same if it did. Anyway, Hardy gets the win while showing some ring rust and might be in line for a possible push in the future. ***

Christian/Austin Segment:

Was good but to me was a little too short in length. I felt that these two could have said a little bit more, and Christian ask a couple more questions before turning heel on Austin. I'm assuming a feud is on between these two and they will meet at Summerslam!

Match #6
World Tag Team Championships
MNM (c’s) vs. The Highlanders

This match was decent and while short was done well enough to cover up for the fact that it was a tad bit short. Never expected a title change, so wasn't surprized to see MNM retain their titles. Overall the match seemed a bit average. ***

Match #7
The Showstopper vs. The Highlight Reel
Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho

Jericho attacking Flair before this match was a good luck as Flair now won't be at ringside with Michaels, and these two will go at it one on one. No Distractions. This right here is MOTN. Great action in this match featuring two of my favorite wrestlers in Jericho and Michaels. And what's more impressive, is that Jericho gets the win via submission cleanly even though he is a heel. Excellent match. ****

Match #8
WWE Championship
Triple Threat Match
Rob Van Dam (c) vs. Triple H vs. John Cena

This match was excellent to read. Vince and Shane get involved and Vince is continually stopped by someone else in the match. All three men connect with their signature moves at one point during the match. I must say I like how Van Dam is being built as the champion in this thread and since Van Dam pinned Triple H and not Cena, I see Cena and Van Dam possibly at Summerslam for the title. ****

Overall the show was decent. I felt that a lot of the matches were just average and their really much emphasis on them, save the last two matches and the opening match. Overall I'll give this show a 78/100=C+. **.5 stars. As for the promos and segments, they could have been a bit longer especially the Christian/Austin segment.

WWE.com News

Three Wrestlers Released

The Big Show, Lita, and the Boogeyman all received their releases today from the WWE. Big Show who lost the Loser Leaves Raw Match last night at Vengeance has been out of shape, and has had road fatigue for awhile even before he was injured a few months back. Lita however hasn't been used since before the Royal Rumble and she hasn't wrestled in over a year. Lita asked for her release but it is very possible, she could be back in the near future. And finally, The Boogeyman was simply released as having "no ideas" from the creative team. The WWE wishes all three the best in their future endeavors.

Several Workers Heading Back to OVW/DSW

The Spirit Squad, Beth Phoenix, and Vito will all be heading back to OVW or DSW. The Spirit Squad was simply a idea to bring in some help for Jericho with his feud and it was a way to get numerous wrestlers on TV to see which would work out well in the future. It seems that the WWE has found one, that being Kenny and he will be recalled to the roster in the upcoming months.

Beth Phoenix however simply didn't impress the Raw creative team the past few weeks and she has been sent back to work on her matches. They also feel she doesn't have the "look" like the other divas.

And finally, Vito has been sent back to simply be repackaged but there is no time on when he will be back if he ever does get back onto the main brands.

Former Smackdown Star to Make Re-Debut on Raw

Chuck Palumbo, who hasn't been on WWE televion since early 2004 will be making his return to Raw this coming Monday but his opponent is unknown. Palumbo, who was once with the tag team, the FBI, is looking to get a fresh new start in the WWE as this time, he is going solo. Tune in to see Palumbo return to the ring this Monday on Raw.

Small Trade Announced

A small trade has been announced as Open Season is starting to wane down with this being the last week of it. Snitsky has been traded moving over to Smackdown with Hardcore Holly, the veteran moving over to Raw. Holly who has been with Smackdown since the Brand Extension finally will get a taste of being back on Raw.
