Nice announcement to open up the show, with Taker vs Christian tonight. I'd doubt you'd make a stipulation like that then have Taker lose, so I'm predicting a triple threat match at RR.

Awesome tag team opener, and with two teams as talented as these, and of course MNM, your tag team division will be going from strength to strength. All you need to do now is forget about the likes of LOD 2005, and The Dicks.

Not much on the Boogeyman, apart from him being kinda funny. JBL and him should have some interesting skits, but some horrible matches. Enough said. DQ finish helps keep Boogeyman on a winning streak, but hopefully JBL inflicts one on him soon.

Orton gets his spot in the Rumble. I liked this promo, as it looks to be building tension between Orton and Long. Teddy definately needs something to get into on SD, as he's doing very little, and becoming very boring at it.

Nice to see the angle between London / Kendrick & MNM continued through the night, with MNM having their spots in the RR taken by the Mexicools. This should set up a tag match at the Rumble for the belts, but who knows, it might be held over for No Way Out.

As always, enjoyable promo from Kennedy ... Kennedy. He'll definately get a great run in the rumble match.

Well, it's official then, tag titles to be decided at the RR. Should be a wonderful match.

Excellent win for Kennedy, although Matt Hardy looks to be continuing where WWE have left him off as a jobber thats over with fans. Hopefully it was just to give Kennedy a big win, and not to job out Hardy.

Booker T and Mysterio will no doubt cross paths in the Rumble imo, further elevating their recent feud. Hopefully Benoit doesnt get lost in the shuffle as a he appears to be doing here.

I hate it when Benoit doesnt win. I'm anxious to see what plans you have for The Wolverine, as he definately needs a good spot for WM. Perhaps an eventual triple threat match for the U.S Title??

I sense the seeds have been planted for Wrestle Mania with the backstage confrontation between Batista and Orton. It's a feud thats being repeated now in BTB a lot, so I'm not sure how to feel on this one just yet.

Nice main event, with Taker winning, booking himself a title shot now. That works for me, as Taker in the RR as The Deadman is hard to work. Not sure how you'll be building it up, whether Batista and Taker stay on the same page, or will they eventually square off. Batista vs Christian next week should give us an insight of how that will turn out.

Overall, solid show, not spectacular, but it's moving on nicely to the Royal Rumble, which should be an awesome show.

Matches/Booking: I'M LOVING YOU! Taker beating Christan. This nhas got to be the first thread I've seen it happened in. After four times of seeing it happen in Wolfies thread and last week on Smackdow when it happened. 10/10.

Promo's: Top notch. 10/10

Length: 12 pages is awsome. 10/10.

Spelling/Grammer: No mistakes I saw. 10/10

Entertainment: Wow this was awsome. Awesome in entertainment as I liked the matches but I don't like Booker winning but still very entertaining. 10/10

Overall: 100/100. A+. Awsome show. It was very fun reading it. Smackdown wins this week in reviews from me.

Nice opening promo from Teddy, although it didn’t seem fully in character. Christian as the number 1 contender is good, but I don’t see him taking the title. Rematch against Taker tonight should be good, and I see a triple threat at RR

Good win for the tag champs, and the attack from MNM is leading to a rematch, hopefully at the rumble

Nice JBL promo, and hopefully he will go over the boogieman. Looks like the feud will carry on though with the DQ finish, and I can see a short feud happening between these two, but nothing major

Good stuff from Orton, and Teddy puts him in the rumble. I can see Orton having a good run, and coming very close to victory, if not winning the thing, as he has been built up well

Mexicools in the rumble should be a good thing to see, and hopefully they can have a nice run. London/Kendrick vs. MNM will happen at the rumble I’m sure, and it should be a very good tag match

Nice words from kennedy to keep him over with the fans

Kennedy wins, which is good for him, but hardy is being made to look a lot like a jobber at the moment. Would like to see him pick up a few wins, or have a nice run in the rumble, as he has no momentum at the moment

Booker/Rey and Benoit in the rumble will be good, and this looks to be leading to a ppv match soon, and after the beatdown, maybe a triple threat at mania

Booker goes over Benoit, which is okay, but benoit is another one who needs to pick up a few more wins

Looks like Batista/Orton at some point then after that confrontation, and it could well be wrestlemania

Taker goes over Christian, and now we have the triple threat at RR. Should be a good match, but I think batista will retain

I am the only one who notices KOPV1's very annoying tendancy to type whenever instead of when. So really, you didn't look all too hard.

KOP, review coming up in the morning.

Well I'm not to good at grammer or spelling myself. Sometimes I see mistakes but other times I don't.

Yes!! Christian is number one contender!! Great announcement with the rematch announced between Taker and Christian. I hope Taker wins, cos Taker will bring the match back up from the fact Batista's in it as he is not main event quality. Christian for champ!

A great win for London and Kendrick, two of the real great talents who should be higher up the card. MNM come to attack them, this is good and will be a great fued leading to an equally great match at RR. Two of the greatest tag teams today going at it.

Good JBL interview, a strange but good rivalry between these two, although I was expecting some Boogeyman goings on. I think Boogeyman will get the win tonight?

Well Boogeyman won, but not the way I thought he would. This will be a good rivalry, if Boogeyman stalks JBL and Jillian.

Good explanation from Orton, and Im surprised Long didn't make him number one spot there, as it would be a great form of revenge and a good way to announce it, but i guess you have something in mind.

This would've been a GREAT match to see, and nice to see Mexicools are in the Rumble. Nice way to build up the London/Kendrick & MNM fued.

Good interview, Kennedy in character. He is one of the greatest new talents to join WWE in a while.

The first line of this segment seemed more suited to Melina, but its not a big deal. Good segment, but I didn't understand why Nitro would be hasty to face them at RR seeing as it was his idea. And MNM wouldn't be excited about defending their titles.

Good win for Miiiiiiiiiissssssstttttteeeeeeeeerrrrrrr KKeeeeeeeeennnnnnnneeeeeddddddddddyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! Kennnneddy!! Shame you didn't right his intro, but at least the aftermatch speech was there.

Nice to see Rey as US Champ, and that this fued will be going to WM by the look of it. Not good that Sharmelle is there, I can't stand her, she is so damn annoying. Benoit vs Booker! Can't get enough of those.

Nice to see Booker getting the cheap win, I was expecting Rey to come down, but I guess he must be really hurt.

Nice confrontation backstage, hopefully Orton will screw Batista out of the title at RR, but more likely these two will face off at Wrestlemania.

While it is good that Undertaker is in the triple threat, it is a shame that Christian's heat is lost so quickly. Batista gets up from where? Do you mean comes down to the ring? LOL!! Taker didn't even notice them fighting, he just turns around and sees Christian knocked out. Batista vs Undertaker will be no great match, but Christian will hopefullky interfere and destroy them both to get back his heat.

Don't know if you saw it or not but before the match during the Batista/Orton promo, Batista said he was going to be the Special Guest Announcer with Cole and Tazz. Just clearing things up!

I don't have time for a full review KOPV1, so heres a shorter version.

Undertaker/Christian/Batista at the Rumble will be off the charts for a title match, it's gonna be great. The MNM/London & Kendrick feud will be good to see a match between the two teams, and the screw job that L/K pulled on MNM in the 6 man tag later adds more to the fued. Rey as US champ is cool, beats another Booker T run.

eat opening segment with Teddy Long announcing the Number One Contender for the World Heavyweight Title. Christian is a great pick but his cockiness costs him dearly. Taker has the chance to reach the Rumble in a Triple Threat Match if he beats Captain Charisma. This is a great way to start the show and already a great match is announced for tonight. I hope The Deadman wins tonight as I would love to see a Triple Threat at the Royal Rumble.

Match #1
Brian Kendrick and Paul London vs William Regal and Paul Burchill

Great match with two great teams. I like the team of London and Kendrick but I like the team of Birchill and Regal more. At least the Englishman didn’t get squashed like they usually do. Great finish with William connecting with the Power Of The Punch on his team mate and then the 450 to finish things off. Oh well good tag team match and I like you having Tag Match’s that aren’t apart of the Tag Team Titles. This is a good win for London and Kendrick and I can see a Tag Title Shot in the future. Great opening match between two great teams really gets you pumped up for the show along with the segment at the start.

Good JBL interview you really captured Bradshaw well. I’m interested with this feud between the Boogeyman. Even though I’m not a fan of the freak it’s still good to read. If The Boogeyman wins then I won’t be the only one to say it will be an upset. I don’t think it will happen though.

Match #2
JBL vs The Boogeyman

Well he did it by DQ though. It doesn’t matter though The Boogeyman still picked up the win and that’s all that matters. I see you’re really pushing him in this thread. A win over JBL will definitely push him further up the ranks and I don’t see JBL laying down from this defeat.

Randy Orton has a fair point. He did make an impact by RKO’ing Long but still doesn’t get the Title match. I liked the little details of this segment with Long not entering the ring. Randy has to be pleased with a shot in the rumble who I could see winning the match.

Match #3
Royal Rumble Qualifying Match
MNM and Kid Kash vs The Mexicools

Great match! I liked the fact that both teams were fighting for a shot in the rumble and I loved this match even more with the Mexicools winning. Some great high flying spots with all three men and I liked Psicosis reversing the Snap Shot. London and Kendrick cost MNM and Kash the win which was great. There is definitely going to be a feud sprouting from this. Really good match again and a good outcome!

Ken Kennedy interview was okay. You missed the mark with Kennedy a little in this part and it didn’t flow all too well. Still, looking forward to his match with Matt Hardy!

Good MNM segment. There Tag Team match at the Rumble will be great with London and Kendrick, this card is shaping up to excellent.

Match #4
Matt Hardy vs Ken Kennedy

Good match but I always had the feeling Kennedy was going to win. He’s getting a push and he will definitely win his Royal Rumble qualifying match next week. I wonder where Hardy goes from here.

Match #5
Chris Benoit vs Booker T

I liked the impromptu match between these two and Benoit looked like winning unless Sharmell got involved. She didn’t but Booker got the win anyway with the roll up and a little help from the ropes. I liked this match a lot.

Match #6
Christian vs The Undertaker

This match didn’t really do it for me. The upside was that Taker will be in the Triple Threat Match but Christian was portrayed to be a little weak. I’m not sure why because he had the advantage around the start but it just seemed he lost so quickly. I don’t why maybe it’s just me. Anyway the result was the most important thing and really didn’t disappoint.

Overall a good show with some solid match’s there wasn’t one really bad match out of them all. I guess Taker and Christian could have been a little better but it was still a solid match. MNM vs. Kendrick and London will be great at the Rumble which is shaping up to be a great PPV.
