Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Nice to see some hype for next week’s match.Christian vs. Hassan should be a good contest. It was a shame though that you didn’t keep to the speech after Hassan came out, and that really took away from this.

Good to see you advance the Christian-HHH rivalry with H beating Tomko. This wasn’t a bad match either and looked like it would’ve been pretty good. It looks like JBL will enter the mix now and he and HHH will lock horns soon, probably at WM. I actually sense that this may be a way for you guys to get the Money in thw Bank Match on WM, with H, Christian, Hassan and JBL, plus 2 other SD guys in it.

I guess Hurricane will soon become Gregory Helms in this thread judging by what he said to Rosey.

Taker obviously beats Kenny to advance in the RTWM Tourney and I reckon he has a good chance of going all the way. I don’t actually know if I’ve missed a show or what, but I can’t remember a lot of what is happening in this thread for some reason. This Road To Mania thing sounds cool though.

Strong words the the Bisch and Austin is coming to RAW next week to explain his actions. Cena’s celebration and funeral in his hometown sounds intriguing, and no doubt he will be there himself to spoil the show for Bisch.

Seems a little too wishy washy with AJ and Matt Hardy. I can see Hardy turning heel in the coming weeks and it will be an awesome match if this friendship does eventually disintegrate.

Hurricane’s heel turn was all a bit too quick and seemed to happen all in one night. I hope these two actually have a couple of matches and don’t do what WWE did and basically just fire Rosey and that be the end of it. I wonder where Hurricane will fit in now as he will likely go for the IC or Hardcore belt at some stage.

I enjoyed reading about the Highlight Reel and I could picture Jericho just sitting on a chair and watching them all go at it. I thought he would get involved more but nevertheless a good segment here.

Good win for HBK over Haas and I like the issues with him and Bret and how Bret will never show up.

The HBK-HHH segment backstage was not a good segment at all in my eyes. Both men seemed out of character and way too friendly. Must be the worst point of the show so far, and almost certainly altogether after I’ve read the rest.

Nice to see Benjamin getting some air time and I liked how he made excuses for his loss last week. That triple threat match should be an awesome match, I look forward to it. certainly a huge improvement here on your previous segment.

I expected Hardy to get the win and a title shot against AJ but it’s nice to see Shelton back in the hunt for the belt and he and Styles could have a classic.

Angle sounds confident going into his match and I like the rivalry being built up between him and Rey Rey.

Awesome ending to the show and I like how Rey’s music played but he didn’t show. RVD advances and has another chance to getting the World Title. I don’t know if he will make it much further, but if he does win the tourney, I can see him getting the belt as he has had so many opportunities lately and it seems the right time to hand it to him.

Overall, not really one of your best shows and I really hated the HHH-HBK segment, but there were a lot of strong points from this. You had a good opening segment with Christian’s Peep Show and an awesome main event in RVD-Angle. It’s good to see you focusing on slowly building up matches towards WM and you haven’t rushed anything which is good.

7/10

SD review up tomorrow with luck - sorry about the delay.

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Opening segment- This was AMAZING, great way to hype their feud and Batista was really entertaining. Nice comments about attacking from behind and then turning around, that's pure gold right there. Edge sort of trailed off towards the end and was pulling out random comments, and Batista seriously ended up being more entertaining at the end, like the line about 'which bitch do you mean' just great lines for Batista that fit his character nicely. I loved the build up and you did a great job with Batista's lines, but Edge felt kinda 'out-there'.

Chavo/Kidman- A solid cruiserweight match with Chavo getting some offense but Kidman ultimately being on top. I didn't like London interfering, only because he's a face, right? Faces don't usually interfere. Anyway, good build with their feud, and I see a triple threat at WM, which should be awesome.

Carlito/Kennedy segment- A good promo, nothing special, both men seem more focused on insulting each other than they do on their NWO opponents, which basically means it'll be Kennedy/Carlito at WM, which I would love. Felt a bit shaky at times, as it was mainly them just taking shots at each other, but still good.

Dudleys vs XXX- Another solid match with had XXX seemingly about to win, but Mexicools screw them and Dudleys end up winning. A quick rematch for the tag titles at NWO will be good, especially with the stipulation. XXX/Mexicools should be solid at NWO as well, but I'm upset that XXX just randomly loses on SmackDown as their first loss, not the greatest booking.

Mysterio/Orton segment- The interview with Mysterio started solid and was hyping his feud with Angle well, until Orton stepped in. Orton seemed in-character for the most part, but nothing out of the normal, just saying he's a legend killer and its his destiny to beat Rey, heard it a thousand times before. Should be a good match though, recapped or not

Lesnar vs Holly- A squash match, but a fun squash, with Lesnar dominating with tons of power moves and finishing it off with Batista's moves, great way to set the stage for their upcoming WM feud.

HHH/JBL- Meh, akward. Some lines in character, some lines out of character, dragged on a bit, and didn't do much for me. Yes there were some funny and entertaining lines, and it set up their feud well, but other than that it didn't seem to fit the show and was overall decent, at best. The promos are lacking tonight.

Show/Kane vs The Cabinet- Meh, didn't care for this match at all. At least Big Show gets the win and gives him some momentum going into his NWO match. Other than that, this really didn't do anything and the match itself wasn't too entertaining

Rock promo- The usual Rock promo, nothing new or special but definitely entertaining and did a great job of hyping the feud with Kennedy. Promo of the night, went a really great length and everything was spot on.

Main Event- Great match, all 8 men going all out and trying to prove themselves and send a message going into NWO. The ending kinda killed the match but continued the feud nicely, having Batista overcome Edge with the chair and stand above him, although he has no chance of winning (I think).

Overall- 8/10
Great booking, great matches...not-so-great promos. As Wolfy said in his review (I think it was him), your promos the past few weeks have been shaky, but two months ago they were some of the best around. Not sure what the problem could be. Also, I have a huge gripe with the feuds. Mysterio is more worried about Angle, Batista is more worried about Lesnar, Kennedy is more worried about Carlito and vice versa, suff like that. It makes NWO seem so un-important. I know WM is right around the corner, but c'mon. A solid show, but not your best. NWO looks great though, recapped or not.

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Thanks for all the reviews and predictions i can see what Wolfy and Spartanlax are saying about my promos, i am very hit or miss with my promos at the moment but at the moment most of them are misses, i will try take more time with them the next few shows leading to Mania to try and improve them. Also i have just got three recapped promos to do tonight so NWO will be posted earlier than i thought, small chance of it being posted tonight but more likely tommorow.

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Hey F-D, I told you I had a review coming but it was only half done. I know I probably won't get around to finishing it so here's half of a RAW review. No need for a return.

F-D RAW Review:

Dang good opening promo. I like that Christian is getting a push, especially with Tomko by his side. I see Christian beating Hassan next week.

Good match with some excellent psychology. Didn’t except Tomko to win.

Ah, a JBL/Triple H feud. That’s been in the making since Wrestlemania 21. Shame it can only happen here.

Cool squash match.

An interesting Austin/Cena/Bishoff feud you got going on here. I would love to see how it goes.

Snapshot on Rosey? Can’t see it EVER happening. Can’t wait for Gregory Helms to come out.

Punk & Kash? Not a bad combo. I have no idea who the teachers are though. =/

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

WWE Smackdown! Review

Wow excellent opening promo with Edge fuming. He was very in character with this promo, and I thought you did a good job writing it. Batista seemed very in character also. Good opening cruiserweight match. I thought it was a fun match and a DQ finish is odd, but it works with the whole London/Kidman feud and all. Good Carlito promo, I'm interested to see who he was on the phone with. Carlito seems ready to face Benoit in what should be a pretty good match at No Way Out. KENNEDDYYYYYY. Lol, good interaction between those two. Great tag match, I wish matches were like that in the real world. I'm glad to see The Dudley Boys win, I was actually about to call them Team 3D. Good Rey Mysterio promo, Orton coming in cocky was very in character. I see Rey vs Angle at Mania. Squash match with Lesnar and Hardcore, nothing special. Just a way to get him over. Great JBL promo, him insulting HHH and the crowd was very in character. JBL vs HHH at Mania should be good, yeah I'm predicting. Good handicap match, good to see Kane and the Big Show win. Excellent Rock promo, well done on that one kane01. Good 8 man tag and loved how it turned into an all out brawl. Great Smackdown! kane01 and I'm looking forward to No Way Out.

"I wrestled that match with Undertaker at WrestleMania with the biggest f*cking chip on my shoulder because I knew it was going to be better than Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H and The Rock vs. John Cena."

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Raw Review

Opening Segment - I read up until Hassan came out because I got confused and read it over again. Christian tosses Hassan out. A feud is brewing between the two, I can feel it. Not so good of an opening segment.

Triple H vs. Tomko - I would have been really surprised if Tomko won. Triple H wins, and afterwards JBL comes up on the Titan Tron and talks smack about him. Not bad. Trips vs. JBL would be great. I see all promos are basically recapped.

Taker vs. Kenny - Great win for Taker as Kenny isn't ready for the big time just yet.

Bischoff Promo - Great hype for future shows, and an explanation for Austin's actions. I think this would have been better at the start of the show before the video package and explosion and such.

MNM vs. Heroes - MNM wins, and Hurricane snaps on Rosey. I guess Hurricane will soonly be Gregory Helms.

Highlight Reel - Jericho boasts about himself before bringing out PFK. PFK bashes/challenges Teachers, and they come out only to attack PFK. Trish gets added to the combination. I see Teachers vs. PFK & Trish. This segment would have been better in full.

HBK vs. Haas - No Hart interference this time. HBK wins. Wonder where Hart is, and where this feud is going.

HBK/HHH Promo - This promo really seemed off, as both weren't in character. Big plans for the both of them with HBK visiting "friends", and HHH paying JBL a visit. Possible DX reunion also.

Shelton Promo - Since it was Shelton, it wasn't bad. I would like to see him win the match and have another Shelton/AJ match possibly at WM.

IC Contender - Shelton wins. Sounded like a great match. Would have liked to see Hardy win too, but Shelton vs. AJ is much better.

Angle vs. RVD - I'm pretty sure Rey will be a factor in the decision of the match. RVD wins after some musical interference from Rey. Rey then attacks Angle afterwards, which furthers their feud.

Overall - 6 matches? Quite a bit, especially with a 22 minute main event. A lot of promos and segments too, so it's a little much. Great show, but it had it's flaws such as off promos. Storylines/feuds are going well. 8.5/10

Smackdown Review

Opening Segment - Edge comes out and bashes the fans, and explains himself. Okay stuff so far with Batista coming out. Both Batista and Edge seem out of character. Too much talking from Batista in my opinion. Edge should have interfered. Well, an okay promo. Went a little too long I think. Good to see the champ get the best of it.

Chavo vs. Kidman - I've noticed that the cruiserweight division basically only consists of Chavo, Kidman, London and Kazarian. Well, Kazarian gets the best of it, as he watched Kidman and London battle and brawl for the #1 contendership.

Carlito/Kennedy Promo - This promo was way off. Too many Kennnnnneedyyyyyyyyy! And Carlito and Kennedy interrupted each other too often. Plus, both men seemed way out of character. Sorry to say, however the brightside is that the possibly of a Carlito vs. Kennedy feud is great.

Dudleyz vs. Triple X - Mexicools screw Triple X, and the Dudleyz win. Dudleyz face The Cabinet, while Mexicools and Triple X feud. Great tag team action for sure.

Rey/Randy Promo - I don't think Rey would have let Randy talk much smack in front of his face for that long. Characters will a little off, but not a bad promo.

Lesnar vs. Holly - Welll, Lesnar really sent a message to Batista at Holly's expense. I really see Lesnar interfering with Batista in the NWO match.

PPY Hype - Great PPV hype from Cole and Tazz. I'll definitely try to get a review up for this.

JBL Promo - Lmao. Great little joke at the start of it. Yeah, another off promos. I think you should work on promos. This promo was definitely off with many of the lines. It's great to see these two go at it. Not a great promo to say the least.

Kane/Show vs. Cabinet - Not bad. Hypes up Show's match with JBL. Where is Kane though? He's not on the card. Well, great stuff here.

Rock Promo - It was better than the other promos. Again, a few off lines, but a good promo.

Main Event - No contest. Great way to end it, although the heels looked a little weak afterwards as they retreated up the ramp.

Overall - Promos need work. All of them were off in some way. Matches were great. Everything else was great. 8/10

Predictions

World Heavyweight Championship Edge v Batista

Number 2 Contendership Randy Orton v Rey Mysterio

The Rock v Ken Kennedy

US Title JBL v The Big Show

Chris Benoit v Carlito

Number 1 Contender match for Cruiserweight Title Paul London v Billy Kidman

Tag Team Titles No Disqualifications Booker T and Mike Awesome v The Dudley Boys

Triple X v Mexicools

Re: Forever-Delayed and Kane01 Do WWE

Thanks for all the reviews, and they will all be returned at some point, if not already done so

Just a couple of comments i will make about the last Raw i posted. I can see why the Hurricane heel turn may have looked a bit rushed (okay, it was a little bit, as i changed my plans for Wrestlemania, and needed to find someone quickly, and Helms was going to come about in the next few weeks, but just sped the process up), but it had been hinted at on Heat for the last few weeks with him and Rosey losing matches, and the Hurricane not being happy.

The HHH/HBK promo may have seemed a bit awkard, and i can see why it may be termed as being out of character, but i am building the friendship up between them, even though they are not really in a stable together. They are basically just being friends, and helping each other, but due to the history between them, and the characters that they have, there have to be some unease between them. I wasnt entirely happy with that promo myself, but there may be more of the same kinds of promos coming over the next few weeks

Good to see No Way Out coming along so well, and look forward to seeing it being posted
